Biden Campaign Co-Chair: Americans Have Too Many ‘Struggles’ Right Now to Understand Biden’s Incredible Achievements (VIDEO)

The co-chair of Joe Biden’s re-election campaign, Lisa Blunt Rochester, has claimed that Americans are struggling too much right now to realize his incredible achievements.

Blunt Rochester, who is also a Congresswoman from Delaware and is currently running for U.S. Senate, made the remarks during an interview with NBC’s Peter Alexander on Wednesday, who asked her about reports that the Biden campaign is struggling with black voters.

Here is a transcript of the exchange:

ALEXANDER: So, Congresswoman, let me ask you specifically, then, I think the question is, if the campaign was in such good shape with black voters, as President Biden has done in the past so many times, why would it be using its most valuable resource, the President, to hold so many events, five events, targeting black voters in May of an election year?

BLUNT ROCHESTER: I think part of it is to show that we see how important that vote is. A lot of times, people feel like their vote doesn’t matter. A lot of people are going through a lot of struggles right now, coming out of the pandemic. And they are not even aware of the things that this administration has done to really uplift our communities.

ALEXANDER: Is that evidence of why we are seeing some of the erosion right now, the need to sort of better communicate that so they can bring those black voters back?

BLUNT ROCHESTER: Again, I think a lot of people have their own pains and things that they’re dealing with. And so, we want to make sure that we highlight the different investments that he has made, whether it is in our infrastructure and creating jobs, the lowest black unemployment rate in 50 years and probably ever, for us, investments in our black small businesses, which is why he was visiting small businesses today. When you look at the investment in education, the $16 billion for HBCUs, and also, student debt relief, which is one of the top issues that I hear about from black voters.

Her comments demonstrate the panic within the Biden camp following a shock poll from Rasmussen Reports that showed Donald Trump leading Joe Biden with black voters in both head-to-head and five-way matchups.

Also performing well with black voters is Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is garnering 12 percent support. The full results of the poll are yet to be published.

Trump Considers Alliance with Elon Musk Ahead of 2024 Election

Former President Donald Trump is reportedly considering a strategic alliance with billionaire Elon Musk as he prepares for a potential 2024 presidential bid. The discussions between Trump and Musk were first reported by multiple sources, indicating that Trump is seeking significant financial backing to bolster his campaign efforts.

In a recent meeting, Trump and Musk discussed the possibility of Musk providing financial support for Trump’s campaign. This comes as Trump’s campaign faces substantial financial challenges, including mounting legal expenses and fines from previous legal battles. The financial boost from Musk, who is among the world’s wealthiest individuals, could be a game-changer for Trump’s campaign.

https://x.com/ChayaRaichik10/status/1795905424312398220

Musk, known for his influence and innovative ventures, has not been a major political donor in the past, contributing less than $1 million since 2009. His potential involvement in Trump’s campaign could dramatically shift the political landscape, given Musk’s significant financial resources and his control over influential platforms like X (formerly Twitter).

The potential alliance has stirred considerable interest and speculation. Some view this partnership as a strategic move that could significantly enhance Trump’s chances in the 2024 election, while others see it as a testament to the deepening ties between business magnates and political figures.

https://x.com/GuntherEagleman/status/1795902068181405955

The meeting underscores the growing trend of political campaigns seeking support from high-profile business leaders. As the election approaches, the implications of such alliances will likely become a focal point in discussions about campaign financing and influence (Yahoo) (BNN).

Trump’s campaign has been struggling with financial constraints, having spent more than it raised, in stark contrast to President Joe Biden’s better-funded campaign. This financial disparity makes Musk’s potential support even more crucial for Trump, who needs substantial funds to compete effectively.

The discussions between Trump and Musk also highlight the broader issue of how financial power and technological influence intersect with political ambitions. Musk’s support could bring not only financial resources but also access to a vast network of followers and technological advantages.

While it remains uncertain whether Musk will fully commit to backing Trump’s campaign, the very possibility of this alliance highlights the intricate dynamics of modern political campaigns and the pivotal role of financial and technological power in shaping election outcomes. The unfolding developments will be closely watched as the 2024 election approaches.

The Battle for Chasov Yar – From Mercenaries to Conscripts, the Ukrainian Defense Is Under Pressure (VIDEOS)

Against the background of the continuing rapid advances of Russian Federation troops all along the frontline, we’ve come to understand that the battles for cities, while relevant, are just a means to an end.

The endgame is the Russian war of attrition against Ukrainian troops and equipment – which would have concluded pretty fast if it was not for the massive Western aid consisting of funds, equipment, and training.

The way the Russians have begun to go about it lately is a strategy of ‘death by a thousand cuts’, in which they nibble about seeking weaknesses, exploit many of those these weak spots, making Ukraine scramble reinforcements to and fro, effectively outmaneuvering the exhausted defenders, trying to get them to the breaking point.

Having said that, every city siege has its own symbolic importance, and in the case of the Donetsk region key stronghold of Chasov Yar, it is expected that its conquest will allow Russian troops to immediately roll back defenders across significant amount of territory, as it was the case right after they took Avdeevka.

This battle is happening in the larger context of the ‘Yug Group of Forces’ clashing against de Ukrainian 79th Air Assault, 28th and 41st mechanized brigades in the Donestsk areas of Elizavetovka, Konstantinovka, and Chasov Yar.

Five days ago the Russian paratroopers managed a breakthrough up to the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal, a body of water that defenders are fortifying behind.

Ukrainians reportedly deployed significant mechanized forces – to the tune of several dozen armored vehicles and tanks – along the canal.

So the besiegers have started to systematically target those defenders with air strikes, drones and artillery.

Russian troops also advanced along the forest belt and occupied the northern part of the Stupki-Golubovskie-2 nature reserve.

Russian Battleground Source:

“Everything suggests that the AFU command is very hopeful that we don’t have enough reserves and is essentially playing all-in. It’s either do or die. Either they hold the main contour of the city defense, knocking us back behind the line of the canal and out of the Canal microdistrict, or we, having broken through to the Novy microdistrict, occupy this very contour and enter the city center with great chances for its rapid further liberation.”

The New York Times writes about how the Ukrainian Armed Forces have no equipment to hold Chasov Yar but drones.

Ukrainian soldiers are increasingly resorting to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

“Lack of troops and artillery, Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers are increasingly relying on drones to drop explosives and supplies to hold Chasov Yar.”

The effectiveness of this tactic may be somewhat thwarted by superior Russian Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities.

Participating in the Chasov Yar defense is reportedly the Omega special unit, a part of the Foreign Legion within the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.

The unit’s symbol is the Greek letter Omega.

Russian sources say it is just a front for the work of mercenaries, including from the French and Spanish legions.

British paper ‘The Times’ reports on a Ukrainian Armed Forces brigade that is fighting near Chasov Yar and has lost 40% of its fighters in two years.

The unit was decimated by losses, as well as illnesses and desertion. 90% of the brigade is made up by forcibly mobilized citizens of Ukraine.

“The Whole World Is Watching. This Is Very Sad Day for New York” – President Trump Speaks to Reporters before Jury Deliberations Continue in Junk NYC Lawfare Case on Thursday (VIDEO)

Deliberations continue in Judge Merchan’s lawfare case against President Trump on Thursday.

President Trump is back in court on Thursday in the Marxist Democrat Party’s attempt to influence the 2024 election.

Democrats have thrown 91 charges against President Trump in their hopes to flip the election to Old Joe Biden.

The ongoing New York City case has kept President Trump from the campaign trail for weeks now.

Communist Judge Juan Merchan, an America-hating immigrant whose family is raising money off of the case, has ripped apart the US justice system in his efforts to Get Trump – much like communist Judge Alexandre de Moraes has done to the Brazilian legal system.

President Trump made comments on Thursday before entering Merchan’s kangaroo court.

President Trump: Thank you very much. Here we go again. Five weeks. I’ve been here, I’m gagged. I’d like to answer all of your questions. They’re very easy questions to answer, but I’m gagged, so I can’t talk as much as I would like to about this ridiculous case that’s hurting our country so badly.

Some of the reviews from yesterday are the… And by the way, everyone’s against this case. I haven’t seen one legal scholar or expert in the law saying that this case should have been filed. It should not have been filed, or at a minimum, it should have been filed seven years ago. At seven years old, everybody turned it down, including federal elections turned it down. Southern district turned it down. Bragg turned it down. Then he rejuvenated it when I was running for office. It’s a terrible thing. At the request of Biden.

The editors of the National Review saying, “Quit Trump. Bragg has failed to prove his charges.” Totally failed. Greg Jarrett. “Who exactly was defrauded? Voters who had already voted. Well, they already voted because all of the stuff came in after the elections. How were they defrauding?”

Then you say, What about Hillary with the dossier? What about all these other things that go? And this is nothing. This is nothing. But what about all of the corruption, the voter fraud that you’ve seen over the last year on behalf of the Democrats and Nobody talks about it. This is ridiculous what they’re talking about. This is called Running for Office.

Greg Jarrett, “The government which received full payment on all taxable income.” The government, by the way, received full payment. The taxes were paid in full. In fact, they make comment on that. Even if the taxes were paid in full, the Federal Elections Commission that concluded the money paid did not constitute a campaign contribution under the law.

And remember, this judge wouldn’t allow us. He’s a very conflicted judge. Everybody knows that you don’t want to talk about what the conflict was. I’m not allowed to talk about it because of the gang order that he put on me. It’s the one subject he really doesn’t want to talk about. There was no fraud. There was no conspiracy. It’s that simple. Moreover, without a primary crime, there can be no secondary crime. It’s a classic law fair weaponizing statutes because the law has been…

Elie Honig, legal analyst for CNN. “The crime here is not easy to explain or to understand. It’s just not understandable.” In other words, there is no crime. This is CNN. Katherine Christian from MSNBC, I call it MSDNC, Legal Analyst. “It’s difficult because it’s a very nuanced argument. It’s never been prosecuted before.” This is an argument that has never been prosecuted before, and hopefully, it’ll never be prosecuted again.

Andy McCarthy, “This is anything but standard. It’s the antithesis of standard, actually. The idea that they do not have to agree on what the other crime is. We spent six weeks wondering, What is the other crime? What is the other crime? At the end, the thud we all get is this. There’s three or four of them, and you could pick one from the other, and they don’t have to agree on anything.” What he’s saying is it’s so corrupt. Nobody’s ever heard of a thing like this. It’s called pick ’em. It’s like the ladder. Pick ’em. You pick You don’t have to be, even though in a criminal case, you have to be unanimous. You don’t have to be. Just give a couple of votes because the judge, unfortunately, is corrupt.

Judge Jeanine Pirro, “No one has heard of this. It’s like as a man, you call him A, B, or C. You don’t have to agree on it. This is a kangaroo court. This is unheard of. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve done this for 32 years. I’m not a federal prosecutor or a state prosecutor, so I know what I’m talking about. I’m not a federal judge. I’m a county judge, just like Bercia. This is New York law, and this is my wheelhouse. He is 100% wrong. He’s wrong. That’s what Jeanine Pirro, very good woman, very smart woman.

Jonathan Turley. “This is becoming a three-card Monty game on where is the crime?” Smart guy, where is the crime?

Mike Davis, “The US would sanction a country for doing this. I think that’s good. I think that’s good. Steve Hilton, it seems that every single Every single day, these proceedings go on. The judge and the prosecutor just go out of their way to prove Trump’s point.” I guess they are proving my point when you think. That’s why I write some of these things that are very sad.

Mark Levin, “This Stalinist-like case, it’s a Stalinist-like case. It has prevented President Trump for running for office. It has prevented him from campaigning. He’s unable to campaign because Because he’s been in a courthouse for five weeks.”

And yet we just had a poll came out, NPR. Trump’s 54, Biden’s 42. And that’s with independents. That’s the best we’ve ever had. They said this is the single best poll that Trump has ever had with independents. Trump’s largest lead among independent voters, NPR Marist College, 44, 28. And Junior is way, way, way down. But it’s He’s 44. Junior is extremely liberal. By the way, he’s extremely radical left. I think you know that. But he seems to be hurting Biden, probably a little bit.

So that’s it. It’s a disgrace. The millions and millions of dollars that are I spend daily on this case. Outside, it looks like it’s Fort Knox, like they’re guarding this. I’ve never seen so many police them. Now, with Columbia University, you can plant a tent right in front of the main door, no problem. Nyu, just put your tent up. Don’t worry about it. Over here.

I just want to say that this is a very sad day for America. The whole world is watching, and it’s a very sad day for New York. I’ve gone through two of these trials already with the same a judge. It’s all worked. It’s all rigged. The whole system is rigged. Judge Engoron was overturned five times in my case, and he’s going to be overturned again. We were treated very, very badly. The outside world is watching, and the outside world is just not going to bring their business to New York. That’s going to cost the city trillions and the state trillions and trillions of dollars businesses are leaving, and people are fleeing.

LIVE UPDATES FROM NYC TRUMP TRIAL: The Gateway Pundit Contributor Paul Ingrassia Reports from Judge Merchan’s Kangaroo Courthouse – Jury Deliberations Continue

President Donald Trump is back in court today on Thursday in Juan Merchan’s kangaroo court in New York City.

The prosecution has yet to define the alleged criminal act that President Trump committed. But it doesn’t matter. The court is ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.

Judge Merchan told jurors they did not have to agree on a crime. They just had to agree something bad happened. This, of course, is completely unconstitutional.

It is indeed unconstitutional, @catturd2. In 1999, SCOTUS ruled in Richardson v United States that a jury must find a defendant unanimously guilty on a “specific violation” or charge.

Paul Ingrassia 9:31 AM: RECAP: Bragg combined two misdemeanor crimes to create a felony because both of their statutes of limitations expired.

The question of how, by combining these two crimes, it revives the falsification misdemeanor and elevates it to a felony, remains unanswered. A pivotal point that has gone overlooked — the statute in question is unclear, and does not expressly state, that two misdemeanors make a felony.

But even if that were somehow true, myriad other legal issues abound. First, the “smorgasbord of options” issue that Merchan described yesterday, in which the jurors were effectively licensed to “mix and match” different predicate crimes in order to help reach a guilty verdict.

The three “predicate crimes” were an FEC violation, and two tax-related violations. The problem with the FECA law is that this should not be an issue in a state court. State courts do not have jurisdiction to rule on Federal Election-related matters, which are highly complex and have their own separate set of rules. This is why President Trump’s counsel wanted to bring in an FEC expert witness. Even though the issue should not have been brought into state court in the first place, at the bare minimum, have an authority on election law to explain what these highly intricate laws mean and how they should be interpreted. Merchan is far from an expert in anything, especially federal election law. He’s an “acting” state court judge from a low-ranking law school. But of course he prevented that witness from testifying, because he is a tyrant and he alone has the ability, in his words, to say what the law is.

The other two “predicate crimes” — the tax filing violation and books and records violation — are so open-ended and ambiguous as to be impossible to rule on. However, even so, the underlying point stands: no jury is permitted to select a buffet of different crimes to more easily satisfy the burden of proof to fast-track a guilty verdict.

This is a violation of due process, which the Supreme Court has been crystal clear. It is also likely jury tampering, which Merchan has done shamelessly. He would not provide the jurors with written instructions in order to have exclusive control over the law, its application, and interpretation.

Every single aspect of this case has been tainted by impropriety, prejudice, flagrant ethical breaches, and rule violations of the most egregious and highest order. President Trump’s fundamental constitutional rights, including due process and the right to speak freely, have been denied by this so-called Judge with impunity. Whatever the verdict, any right-minded appeals court will toss this case out without a second thought — because the violations are so blatant from top to bottom.

Paul Ingrassia 9:47 AM: BREAKING: Merchan is doubling down on his commitment to not provide the jury with written instructions, which is not customary for most courts.

In a case as convoluted as this one, in particular, where most lawyers and veteran legal analysts have difficulties wrapping their heads around the law, it is unfathomable why Merchan would only want to further complicate things by not providing written jury instructions.

His motive is clear: like any tyrant, he alone wants complete control over the law, and how it should be applied. This is a subtle form of jury tampering. He is intimidating the jurors, 10 of 12 of whom are not lawyers, into pressuring them to seek advisement from Merchan, who can then guide the verdict in the way he thinks is best by telling them how the law must be interpreted.

Now mumbles and rushes through the definition of a burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Merchan effectively lowered the burden of proof in this case by giving the jurors “options” of crimes to choose from, in order to elevate the underlying falsification crime from a misdemeanor to a felony.

This is a flagrant violation of due process because it violates the principle of jury unanimity. As @JeffClarkUS rightly pointed out on here a few days ago: “Merchan needs to acquaint himself with Ramos v. Louisiana from the U.S. Supreme Court,” which spells out these principles clearly and concisely — two words that were evidently lost in translation on Merchan when he migrated to the United States from Colombia.

HAITI HELL: Unelected Transition Council Chooses THIRD Prime Minister in a Month, a UN Official Linked to the Clintons

The two Haitis seem to remain in a collision course.

In the first Haiti, the elegant political class in their salons keep making unelected political decisions about the future of the country, but these decisions don’t necessarily apply to the second Haiti, the real life one, in which the heavily armed rebel gangs have territorial domain over 80% of the capital Port-au-prince.

A clear image of just how dysfunctional the political situation in the Caribbean country has become can be gleaned by the fact that now, the unelected Transition Council has nominated the THIRD Prime Minister in just a month.

Yes, you read it right.

The latest choice, Prime Minister Garry Conille, has vowed ‘to seek unity’ in his first statement since selected to head the government.

Conille let us know who is pulling the strings: he thanked the ‘civil society groups’ (Globalist NGOs), political parties (Establishment) and members of the Haitian diaspora (Foreign Influences).

In fact, as a former UN official, he is as Globalist as one can be.

Associated Press reported:

“’Together, we will work for a better tomorrow for all the children of our nation’, he wrote on X, the social media platform, in Haitian Creole.

Conille submitted his resignation Tuesday as UNICEF’s regional director for Latin America and the Caribbean, a post he has held since January 2023. He previously served as prime minister of Haiti from October 2011 to May 2012 under then-President Michel Martelly and was former chief of staff to Bill Clinton in the ex-president’s role as U.N. special envoy to Haiti.”

To hear about the UN and the Clintons in the same paragraph dealing with Haiti is disturbing to say the least.

Conille helped coordinate reconstruction efforts after the 2010 earthquake, and served as a U.N. development specialist before becoming a regional director with UNICEF.

Haiti awaits the U.N. mission with a Kenyan police force to try to stabilize the security situation.

There hasn’t been an elected leader in Haiti since the July 2021 assassination of President Jovenel Moïse.

“In addition to choosing the prime minister, the transitional council is tasked with arranging presidential elections before early 2026.

On Wednesday, [the council] issued a statement noting that Conille was one of five prequalified candidates that they interviewed for one hour each on Tuesday, and that they are now working with him to choose a new Cabinet.

‘The transitional presidential council renews its firm determination to do everything possible to stem the phenomenon of insecurity and lead the country on the path to free, fair, democratic and inclusive elections’, it said.”

One hopes that Conille does not take the same path as former Prime Minister Ariel Henry – equally unelected – who was supposed to promote the transition, but remained in power until the rebel gangs exiled him, preventing him from returning to Haiti.

Vermont’s Republican Governor Phil Scott has allowed a ban on “ghost guns” to become law without his signature.

The bill, S.209, prohibits Vermont residents from possessing “unserialized firearms,” such as those created with 3D printers or kits purchased online.

According to a report from VT Digger, “The legislation does not prohibit home-built guns, but it does require that a Vermonter with an unserialized gun take it to a licensed firearms dealer, who can then conduct a proper background check and inscribe a serial number onto the weapon. It also establishes higher penalties for anyone who commits a crime while in possession of an unserialized firearm.”

While allowing the bill to become law on Tuesday, Governor Scott wrote a letter to legislatures saying he was allowing it to become law because, “As a public safety measure, I agree firearms should be serialized.”

Gov. Scott’s letter concluded, “Again, while my concerns on the practical impacts and enforceability keep me from signing this bill, I’m allowing it to go into law because I understand the fears behind access to untraceable firearms and respect the effort to tailor the scope and exceptions to limit impact for law abiding citizens.”

“To allow a bill to go into law without a signature is a middle-ground approach available to the governor — in between striking it down with a veto and endorsing it with a signature” VT Digger noted. “Scott holds the record for issuing the most gubernatorial vetoes in state history: 46.”

The bill was strongly opposed by Second Amendment defending organizations, including the Vermont Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs.

Vermont Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs President Chris Bradley told VT Digger that the group would let its current lawsuits challenging Vermont’s ban on high-capacity magazines and the state’s waiting period laws play out in court before challenging other “unconstitutional laws.”

“It is shameful that Vermonters have to sue to obtain rights which should have never been infringed upon in the first place,” Bradley wrote, “and it is sad that Vermonters are paying the (attorney general) to defend these unconstitutional infringements, and then have to repay our legal fees when, not if, we win.”

Vermont is now the 14th state to impose regulations on “ghost guns.”

Biden’s Open Borders Crisis: Two Men Slip Into US Carrying Dozens of Guns, Abandon Weapons and Escape Back to Canada

Border Patrol agents seized two backpacks filled with 65 handguns, 65 pistol magazines, two rifles, a silencer and two rifle magazines near the US-Canadian border. The suspects fled back into Canada.

Nothing to see here.

US Border Patrol agents seized two backpacks filled with guns earlier this month near the US Canadian border.

The suspects fled back into Canada before they were captured.

How many others were able to pass freely into the US under Joe Biden?

The Star Tribune reported:

Two people slipped into eastern North Dakota from Canada, abandoned three backpacks jammed with dozens of guns and fled back over the border without capture, federal officials said Wednesday.

A report of suspicious activity led U.S. Border Patrol agents and their dog assigned to the Grand Forks, N.D., sector’s Pembina station made the discovery in the early hours of May 15 near Neche, just south of Canada and about 16 miles west of North Dakota’s border with Minnesota.

The agents arrived to the location and saw two people fleeing, said Steven Bansbach, spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. With the help of their dog, Odin, the agents found the backpacks, which held 65 handguns, 65 pistol magazines, two rifles, a silencer and two rifle magazines.

“The two people absconded back to Canada before we were able to get a description,” Bansbach said.
