In early May the Republican Party of Florida held a back-door vote for key positions in the party selected by GOP party elites.

Grassroot Republicans who support President Trump were shunned. The implications of this vote could derail the 2024 Presidential Election.

The following comes from Kat’s Meow Substack account. It’s a discussion of recent events in the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF).

This particular move has the distinct odor of sneaky, back-room stuff. We were made aware of it by their latest victim.

As the RPOF chose their national delegates this past week, they managed to cut out a long-time party regular, RPOF National Committeeman, Peter Feaman, from meaningful committee assignments. His crime? He supports grassroots conservatives and Donald Trump.

Here is Mr. Feaman’s message about what went down, released Thurs., May 16.

“As an RPOF leader I thought you should be aware of what happened last week.

Now that we have chosen our Florida convention delegates, Republican National Committee (RNC) Rule 41 requires that all of the delegates meet in order to elect individuals to serve on the convention committees, including the Rules Committee and the all-important PLATFORM COMMITTEE.

Last week, your RPOF had its so called “election”. Except that there was no real election. There was a rubber-stamp of committee members pre-selected by an unknown cabal.

-HERE IS HOW IT WENT DOWN-

Last Tuesday, May 7, I had a phone conversation with Evan Power. In that conversation he made no mention of any upcoming Delegate phone call. I told him I was in Hawaii visiting family which is why I missed this past quarterly meeting. That is why I was very surprised to receive later on that same day an email announcing a telephone call for all delegates set for the following day at 6:00 pm. (Wednesday, May 8), less than 24 hours away. There was no mention in that email that there would be an “election” of committee members to be held during the call. I sent an email to Evan asking for an agenda for the telephone meeting, especially since we had just spoken and he knew I was in Hawaii, and he said nothing about a call the next day. I received no reply from Evan or anyone else.

The next day we received a reminder email about the call from Bill Helmich. The email mentioned only that the call was necessary for “some quick bookkeeping and information.” In hindsight, that description was purposefully misleading.

I then sent an email to Helmich asking him for an agenda. Again, I received no reply.

Then, less than 15 minutes before the phone conference the bombshell email arrived. The email said the phone conference would include “selection” of convention committee members “who have agreed to serve.” To my surprise, the list of pre-selected committee members was included.

This was not to be an election, as specifically required by RNC Rule 41. This call was meant to be a rubber-stamp of members already SECRETLY CHOSEN by the elites.

Imagine my surprise when I saw Kevin Cabrera as the male platform committee designee, (each convention committee must consist of one male and one female from each state). This was the same person who, only 3 months before, had failed in his bid to be RPOF Vice-Chairman. The Platform Committee will write the RNC Platform for the next 4 years.

Imagine my surprise when I saw Evan Power as the male representative on the Rules Committee. After having served for 12 years on the RNC Rules Committee and having served on the 2016 Convention Rules Committee, when we successfully fought off the Never-Trumpers, I naively thought I would be informed at some point about this.

RNC Rule 41 specifically requires an election by the convention delegation so that the convention committee members represent the majority consensus of each state’s convention delegation. Our delegation had no say other than to rubber-stamp those pre-selected.

After 20 years of leadership on the RPOF Executive Committee, one would think I should not have been so naïve as to think the Republican Party of Florida leadership would actually follow the RNC rules. Silly me.

The message is very clear. NO ONE, even party regulars, WHO SUPPORTS GRASS ROOTS CONSERVATIVES – WHO HAPPEN TO SUPPORT DONALD TRUMP – IS WELCOME IN THE RPOF. I am guessing that Mr. Feaman had a clue about this when he tried to become the Party Chair.

Initial concerns from members of another Republican group in Florida – The Florida Republican Assembly (FRA) – were that the RPOF wanted to shut them down. After stepping back for a moment, it’s now feared that the actions of the RPOF in placing anti-Trumpers on National Convention committees is to derail President Trump’s RNC nomination.

In yet another alarming display of lawlessness in the heart of New York City, a man was brutally attacked with a machete in broad daylight in Times Square on Thursday.

The violent incident occurred outside a McDonald’s restaurant, according to New York Post.

The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, suffered severe stab wounds to both legs and was transported to a local hospital. He is reportedly in stable condition and expected to survive this horrific assault.

According to a recent report, the NYPD has successfully apprehended all three suspects believed to be responsible for this brutal attack.

Eyewitness accounts describe one of the suspects wearing blue jeans and a black shirt, accessorized with a backpack. Another was clad in a black hoodie emblazoned with the “Wu Tang Clan” logo, and the third suspect wore a gray hoodie paired with blue jeans.

Despite these descriptions, police have yet to make any arrests, adding to the growing frustration among New Yorkers over the apparent impunity with which criminals operate.

This latest episode is part of a troubling trend of violent crimes that are becoming all too common across New York City.

Residents and business owners are increasingly alarmed by the rise in assaults, robberies, and other criminal activities that are eroding the quality of life and stifling economic recovery in areas like Times Square that are crucial for the city’s tourism and entertainment industries.

This is a developing story.

A Massachusetts man has been arrested for tricking his ex-girlfriend into taking abortion pills and killing their baby by claiming that they were iron supplements and vitamins.

Robert Kawada, 43, of Brookline, has been charged with poisoning, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a pregnant person, and assault and battery on a household or family member.

According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Law&Crime, Kawada and the victim, who has not been publicly identified, had met on a dating app in January and began dating.

Law&Crime reports:

In March, Kawada ended the relationship. But shortly thereafter, she learned she was pregnant. She told him she was pregnant with his baby, and the two began meeting to discuss plans. Kawada claimed to have knowledge about pregnancies because his ex-wife had a child, and his father was an OB-GYN. Once, Kawada gave her homemade raspberry leaf cookies, which are believed to induce labor and considered dangerous to eat during the first trimester because it could cause a miscarriage, police wrote.

The suspect would say she looked pale and inquire about her iron levels. Several times, Kawada gave her pills that he said were iron pills, the affidavit said. He allegedly would hold the pill between her cheeks and instruct her to let it dissolve as opposed to swallowing it. He also reportedly told her how often to take the pills. The woman told detectives with the Watertown Police Department that Kawada would pull on her cheeks to ensure she was ingesting the pills.

Once, she went to the bathroom, spit the pill out and saved others in a plastic bag. Kawada reportedly became angry when she told him she swallowed the pill. As she took the pills over several weeks, she had several painful cramps and bleeding. Kawada allegedly assured her everything was normal. She went to an OB-GYN appointment, and the doctor said the baby’s heartbeat was strong, and everything appeared normal.

Just before their last time seeing each other, the woman received a call from someone claiming to be a nurse, informing her that her iron levels were low. Shortly after, Kawada showed up with pills.

The “nurse” called again later that day, telling her to take more, which she did.

Kawada had repeatedly urged her to get an abortion, but she refused and informed him that she wanted to keep the baby. She even offered to raise it on her own.

“That night, she woke up with extreme cramps and felt a discharge,” Law&Crime reports. “She told detectives she felt as though she was having a miscarriage. After discovering the nurse who called her wasn’t a nurse and came from an internet number, she contacted her family about the situation. They had her call Watertown police on May 2. Medical personnel took her to a hospital where doctors confirmed she had a miscarriage, the affidavit said.”

The victim gave police one of the pills that Kawada had given her, which they were able to confirm was the abortion drug Misoprostol.

On Kawada’s phone, police found that he had been searching phrases such as “9 week aborted fetus pics” and “telephone voice changer.”

Kawada is currently being held on $100,000 bond.

The Biden regime has finally decided to get super serious about cracking down on border crossings — provided the culprit is a canine.

The Vancouver Sun reported Thursday that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on August 1st will introduce onerous new rules for crossing an international border with dogs. The most significant change is the need to submit papers to the CDC days before a trip that proves their dog is healthy, has a valid microchip, and is vaccinated against rabies.

The papers must be submitted to the CDC at least ten days in advance of a trip.

More on the new rules from the Vancouver Sun:

Starting on Aug. 1, your dog must be at least six months old to travel to the U.S.

Since the tougher measures are primarily aimed at keeping the U.S. free of rabies, there is also a requirement that your dog not have been in one of over 100 countries in the previous six months where rabies is not under control.

There are several other variables, so the CDC has an app called DogBot to help navigate the upcoming rules that includes a list of those countries.

Illegal alien rapists and murderers can stream across the border with the Regime’s tacit approval, but Spot is the real security threat in their eyes.

As The Vancouver Sun notes, people were previously able to cross the border with their pet after answering a question from a border official, and possibly a request to see the dog’s vaccination record. Now, one must book an appointment with a veterinarian to have them fill out the new form.

Mark Belanger, a senior lawyer and principal of Border Solutions Law in Vancouver, told the paper the new law will be a vast “headache” for travelers who take their dogs across the border with them.

“A lot of people are going to be affected by this,” said Belanger.

The CDC says they are trying to keep the U.S. free of rabies, which is almost 100% fatal. The agency cited rabies outbreaks abroad and fraudulent documentation to back up its claims.

There are over 100 countries considered a significant threat for rabies. The paperwork will now be far longer, and there is a considerable chance your dog may not be allowed in the States after July from those countries.

Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers found 27 illegal migrants crammed inside a horse trailer Friday during a routine traffic stop in Hidalgo County.

When asked what was in the trailer, the driver, Jose Guadalupe Salinas, claimed that there were two horses — but warned the officers that they were “aggressive.”

After warning them, Salinas voluntarily opened the trailer and revealed the smuggled migrants who were “distressed and sweating profusely.”

Lieutenant Chris Olivarez posted a video of the traffic stop on X and wrote, “Troopers discovered 27 illegal immigrants crammed inside a storage area, distressed and sweating profusely. Three females were severely dehydrated and required medical attention due to extreme heat and no ventilation.”

The 27 migrants, all Mexican nationals, were handed over to U.S. Border Patrol.

Border Patrol also took custody of Salinas, a Texas resident, and said they would be filing federal charges for the smuggling of persons.

In a landmark decision, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously sided with the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Thursday, ruling that the New York State Department of Financial Services violated the NRA’s First Amendment rights by effectively blacklisting the group.

The decision, surprisingly authored by far-left Justice Sonia Sotomayor, affirmed that the NRA “plausibly alleged” that its free speech rights were stifled by the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) under directives perceived to be politically motivated.

The case, rooted in actions taken by former DFS Superintendent Maria T. Vullo, has ignited fierce debates over the intersection of regulation and free speech.

Vullo, acting on what many conservatives see as a directive from former Governor Andrew Cuomo, issued “guidance letters” to financial institutions in 2018 which effectively coerced them into severing ties with the NRA.

These actions followed closely on the heels of the Parkland shooting and were justified by Vullo as measures to mitigate “reputational risks” associated with gun advocacy groups.

According to Fox News, “The NRA agreed to pay $2.5 million and to refrain from offering insurance in New York for five years.”

Justice Sotomayor’s opinion firmly states, “The judgment of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is vacated, and the case remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.”

This significant rebuke overturns the Second Circuit’s dismissal of the NRA’s suit, enabling the organization to continue its legal battle against New York regulators who pressured insurers and bankers to cease business with the gun advocacy group.

“Today, the Court reaffirms what it said then: Government officials cannot attempt to coerce private parties in order to punish or suppress views that the government disfavors. Petitioner National Rifle Association (NRA) plausibly alleges that respondent Maria Vullo did just that,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in the decision.

“The NRA’s allegations, if true, highlight the constitutional concerns with the kind of intermediary strategy that Vullo purportedly adopted to target the NRA’s advocacy. Such a strategy allows government officials to “expand their regulatory jurisdiction to suppress the speech of organizations that they have no direct control over… Vullo allegedly used the power of her office to target gun promotion by going after the NRA’s business partners. Insurers in turn followed Vullo’s lead, fearing regulatory hostility.”

“Ultimately, the critical takeaway is that the First Amendment prohibits government officials from wielding their power selectively to punish or suppress speech, directly or, as alleged here, through private intermediaries,” Sotomayor added.

The Department of Labor is facing backlash on social media after it referred to women as “menstruators” in a blog post about employers making “workplaces more menstruation-friendly.”

The post, which the department also shared on social media, celebrated “Menstrual Hygiene Day.”

In the blog post, the department urged employers to “Provide a sufficient supply of varied period products in bathrooms and ensure menstruators can access products privately” and “Allow flexibility in uniforms, with options in dark colors to ensure menstruators do not need to worry that an unexpected period or heavier flow will lead to noticeable stains.”

Federalist writer Brianna Lyman wrote, “Insulting that I’m reduced to being a ‘menstruator’ rather than simply a WOMAN because a handful of mentally ill women want to be called men — but still get their periods.”

Senior aides within the Biden administration are moving towards supporting the use of American missiles to strike targets inside Russia.

According to a report from POLITICO, two senior administration officials have “opened the door” to reversing the current policy, which prohibits the Ukrainian military from firing missiles directly at targets within the Russian mainland.

The report states:

The move, if made, would come as European allies, lawmakers and Ukrainian officials exert pressure on the White House to lift the restrictions, and as Russia has made major advances on the battlefield. It also suggests that President Joe Biden and his team are increasingly worried about Kyiv’s ability to fend off Russia’s attacks, especially its latest advance in Ukraine’s second-largest city of Kharkiv.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken signaled the possible change during a visit to Moldova when pressed by reporters. A “hallmark” of the Biden administration’s approach toward Ukraine since Russia launched its full-scale invasion two years ago “has been to adapt as the conditions have changed, as the battlefield has changed, as what Russia does has changed.”

“We’ve adapted and adjusted, too, and we’ll continue to do that,” he continued.

Shortly afterward, National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby, while stating that there’s “no change” in the current policy that says Ukraine can’t use U.S.-supplied weapons to strike inside Russian territory, also noted that America’s “support to Ukraine has evolved appropriately.”

The apparent shift comes just days after Secretary-General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, indicated his support for lifting the ban despite the obvious risks of escalation that propels the world into a Third World War.

“I think the time has come for allies to consider whether they should lift some of the restrictions they are put on the use of weapons they have donated to Ukraine because, especially now when a lot the fighting is going on in Kharkiv, close to the border,” Stoltenberg said.

“To deny Ukraine the possibility of using these weapons against legitimate military targets on Russian territory makes it very hard for them to defend themselves.”

Earlier this month, the Ukrainian government sent a delegation to Washington with a view to persuading the Biden regime to reverse the ban. David Arahamiya, a Ukrainian MP who led the delegation, said that the current U.S. policy was a form of insanity.

“It’s like if somebody were to attack Washington, D.C., from the Virginia state, and you say we’re not going to hit Virginia for some reason,” he said. “It’s crazy. Military people, like generals, they don’t understand. So they are pushing us as politicians, like stop [the policy] this is insane.”

According to a recent report from Reuters, Russian President Vladimir Putin is willing to agree on a ceasefire in Ukraine along current battle lines. However, the U.S. and other NATO is currently no signs of taking him up on that offer.

Iowa Republican Governor Kim Reynolds signed a disaster proclamation on Tuesday for one of her state’s counties as public health officials prepare to euthanize more than 4 million chickens exposed to a highly contagious bird flu.

The order comes after a case of avian influenza was confirmed among a large flock of egg-laying chickens in Sioux County on Tuesday by state and local agriculture officials, according to a report from CBS News.

As a result, the animals will be destroyed and their remains will be isolated in an attempt to prevent the further spread of the contagion.

In total, some 4.2 million chickens will be put down.

Iowa is the nation’s largest exporter of chicken eggs and the economic effects of the culling are expected to be felt far and wide.

Reynolds signed a disaster proclamation for Sioux County that will last until June 27, her office announced in a Tuesday statement.

“Today Gov. Kim Reynolds announced the signing of a disaster proclamation for Sioux County, Iowa effective immediately,” the governor’s office said. “This proclamation allows state resources from Iowa Homeland Security, the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, and other agencies to assist with tracking and monitoring, rapid detection, containment, disposal, and disinfection.”

“The proclamation also waives regulatory provisions related to commercial vehicles responding to affected sites,” the statement continued. “The recent HPAI detections in birds do not present an immediate public health concern, and it remains safe to eat poultry products. If producers suspect signs of HPAI in their flocks, they should contact their veterinarian immediately.”

When responding to the news on her X account, Iowa Republican Sen. Joni Ernst said she has full confidence in her state’s farmers.

“This is serious, but our Iowa farmers know how to mitigate the spread!” she wrote.

The Iowa Capital Dispatch reported that the discovery of illness among the flock of chickens in Sioux County was the first reported in the state this year.

Other infections have been detected in neighboring Minnesota.

It is believed that avian influenza cases are spread between farms by migrating birds.

According to the Dispatch, 23 million birds have been culled and their carcasses have been isolated in Iowa over the past two years.

Sioux County has been one of the most severely affected counties during that time horizon.

Laura Loomer broke into the The War Room broadcast on Thursday to discuss her latest breaking news regarding Judge Merchan and his activist daughter who is raising money off of the ongoing Donald Trump trial.

Laura Loomer revealed on Thursday that Marxist Judge Juan Merchan is allowing his daughter’s clients access inside his lawfare trial against President Donald Trump.

It appears we found the criminal in this case. He’s the one in the robe.

Paul Ingrassia reported on Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, back in April.

There is the scandal involving Merchan’s daughter.  As brilliantly exposed by Laura Loomer, Merchan’s impartiality has been irreparably muddied by reports that his daughter, Loren, serves as President of an organization called “Authentic,” which describes itself as a “digital agency” that “partner[s] with clients to build award-winning programs for progressive causes and campaigns.”

The organization proudly boasts Kamala Harris and Adam Schiff, who pushed the debunked Steele dossier claiming Russian meddling in the 2016 election, as two of its most valued clients.

Other clients featured on the organization’s website are the Biden Harris Campaign, Governor Gavin Newsom, Governor Kathy Hochul, and Rep. Ilhan Omar, among countless other far-left progressive Democrats.

To occupy such a high leadership role in a group whose client is, incredulously, the “Biden Harris campaign” is the paradigmatic example of a conflict of interest.  And not that further evidence to support a conflict would be needed, but Loomer’s research also uncovered that, per FEC public filings, Loren donated thousands of dollars directly to Democratic politicians.

On Thursday, Laura Loomer reported that Judge Merchan is allowing his daughter’s clients to have unrestricted access inside the Trump trial.

According to the Authentic Campaigns Website, which Loren Merchan is the President of, the anti-Trump Brennan Center for Justice is a client of Loren Merchan.

Joyce Vance @JoyceWhiteVance is a Senior Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice @BrennanCenter , and she has been inside the Trump trial where she’s been writing articles for the Brennan Center for Justice, which target and harass the members of the jury in the Trump Trial. One day ago, Joyce Vance wrote and published this article titled, “Can We Trust The Jury In Trump’s Manhattan Trial?”

The Brennan Center for Justice hired Loren Merchan to manage their newsletter (See receipts below), which features articles from the Brennan Center for Justice website. Loren Merchan’s clients are now making money off of Loren’s father, and Loren is profiting off of her clients having seats inside the Trump Trial, because per her own website, Loren Merchan has increased the size of the Brennan Center’s newsletter by 204%!

Political email lists are worth MILLIONS of dollars.

Joyce Vance served as the US Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama from 2009 to 2017. She was appointed by Barrack Hussein Obama.

ALSO EXCLUSIVE: Additionally, Susan Sachs Goldman, the mother of Democrat New York Congressman Dan Goldman @RepDanGoldman is on the Board of Directors for the Brennan Center for Justice. As I previously *exclusively* reported, Rep. Goldman is also a client of Loren Merchan, he prepared @MichaelCohen212 for his testimony in the Trump trial per his admission on MSDNC, and Dan Goldman has sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to the personal home residence of Loren Merchan.

This is arguably jury intimidation in the way that Judge Merchan is having his daughter’s clients, who worked for Obama-Biden’s DOJ, come into the court room to write disparaging articles about the jury, which suggest they can’t make a decision on their own.
