Victor Reacts: Hate Speech Laws are Criminalizing the Truth (VIDEO)

The United States is supposed to be unique in that we are the only country in the world that has true freedom of speech. Radical liberals have made it their mission however to impose hate speech laws that would criminalize unpopular opinions, and even the truth.

This has already been done around the world.

The Gateway Pundit reports,

A 27-year-old German politician has been convicted of incitement to hatred for discussing rape statistics in Germany.

Marie-Thérèse Kaiser, a local leader in the Alternative for Germany (AFD) party, was fined and given a criminal record for asking questions about the disproportionate number of migrants from Afghanistan convicted of sexual assault.

The European Conservative reports:

“The Verden regional court in Lower Saxony has upheld a verdict against Rotenburg AfD leader Marie-Thérèse Kaiser for incitement to hatred. The 27-year-old was also found guilty in the appeal hearing on Monday of inciting hatred against Afghan local workers.

For this, the politician now has to pay 100 day fines (a type of fine related to daily income of the convicted) plus a fine of €60, a total of €6,000. In Germany, you are considered to have a criminal record if you are sentenced to pay more than 90 day fines.

The charge was based on a post that Kaiser had spread on her social media accounts in August 2021. In it, she wrote: “Afghanistan refugees; Hamburg SPD mayor for ‘unbureaucratic’ acceptance; Welcoming culture for gang rape?”

Among other things, the politician linked to an article showing that Afghans in Germany are particularly heavily involved in gang rape.”

Our first amendment freedom of speech is under siege and has been whittled away to the point that it arguably no longer exists. If hate speech laws are passed here it will be the final nail in the coffin and the death of free speech around the world.

Wisconsin Woman Recoils as Joe Biden Invades Her Personal Space at Campaign Stop (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Wednesday traveled to Wisconsin to brag about his dumpster fire economy and a $3 billion investment from Microsoft in a new AI data center.

After trashing Trump during his disastrous speech at Gateway Technical College in Sturtevant, Biden made a brief campaign stop to speak with ‘supporters’ in Racine.

81 million vote recipient Joe Biden spoke to a few dozen ‘supporters’ in Racine before taking off to Chicago for a private, closed-door fundraiser.

Biden trashed Trump as he mumbled through remarks in a small venue full of hostages ‘supporters’ (the room was full of mainly media, staffers and Secret Service).

Joe Biden told the handful of supporters that Trump won’t accept the results of the [stolen] election. “He won’t, he won’t,” Biden said.

At one point Joe Biden creeped on a woman. He just can’t help himself.

The Wisconsin woman recoiled as Joe Biden invaded her personal space and shouted in her face.

“Guess what? Now Delaware is blue, blue, blue, blue, blue. Oh, you think I’m kidding — I’m not!” Biden said.

This is why Biden’s handlers don’t want him on the campaign trail. He can’t draw a crowd and he always creeps on women and children.

MTG Triggers the Motion to Vacate

MTG Triggers the Motion to Vacate

State of the Union: The House has two days to vote on Speaker Johnson’s future.

The clock has started for the House to hold a vote to vacate House Speaker Mike Johnson.

Wednesday evening, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) asked for privilege on her previously filed motion to vacate the speaker. Johnson and House GOP leadership has two days to hold a vote on it.

Greene, backed by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and potentially other hardline members of the GOP caucus, will have an uphill battle in ousting the speaker; Democrats have already claimed they will save the speaker to avoid a repetition of last October’s chaos. Whether or not Democrats actually make good on the promise, however, remains to be seen. The possibility of the House GOP entering crisis mode for the second time in less than eight months in an election year might be too good for Democrats to pass up.

In the last few days, Greene and Johnson have kept meeting to try to come to an agreement in which Greene would back off her motion in exchange for some political concessions. Greene reportedly asked for no further funding for Ukraine, no further funding foir special counsels investigating former President Donald Trump, the reinstatement of the Hastert rule (not scheduling votes that do not have majority support of the majority party), and the enforcement of the Massie rule (across-the-board spending cuts as a default position) in further appropriations negotiations. Johnson apparently refused to grant these concessions, leading Greene to trigger the motion.

It’s a risky play from Greene. If the motion fails, Greene will have no leverage to get her concessions—concessions this magazine would like to see the speaker provide. And chances are it will fail in the coming hours or days.

Uniparty Wins: Speaker Johnson Survives Replacement Threat by Marjorie Taylor Greene

GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA) on Wednesday moved to oust Speaker Mike Johnson.

MTG last month filed her motion to vacate against Speaker Johnson. She brought the resolution to the House floor on Wednesday.

The House speedily squashed MTG’s motion. Lawmakers voted to table the resolution: 359 “yeas” to 43 “nays” and 7 “presents”

The Hill reported:

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) moved to force a vote on ousting Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on Wednesday, a momentous move that is all but certain to fail amid opposition from Democrats and conservative Republicans.

Greene — who filed her motion to vacate against Johnson more than a month ago — called her resolution to the floor as privileged on Wednesday, forcing GOP leadership to move on the measure within two legislative days.

Last month Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) became the third Republican on board to oust Speaker Johnson.

Gosar previously joined Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie in their effort to remove House Speaker Mike Johnson.

The House of Representatives previously advanced a foreign aid bill that allocates billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel.

“Nearly 11 million illegal aliens have crossed our southern border in the past three years. My congressional district in Arizona, ground zero for the invasion, is getting pummeled by the surge of lawbreakers. These illegal aliens have brought violent crime, deadly drugs, human trafficking and are depleting resources and services meant for U.S. citizens. In fact, every state has become a border state. Communities across the country are being ravaged, families are being destroyed and Americans in need are being ignored,” Gosar said.

He added, “Congress cannot continue to turn a blind eye to the consequence of Biden’s disastrous open border policies, nor can it idly wait for Biden to halt this invasion through executive fiat. Congress has the responsibility to solve this crisis.”

Trump Leads Biden in State that Republicans Haven’t Won at Presidential Level Since 1972

Former President Donald Trump could break a 52-year GOP losing streak by winning the blue state of Minnesota, campaign officials said at a Republican National Committee retreat, citing internal polls.

Pollster Tony Fabrizio and senior advisers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita told attendees at the private donor event Saturday that they’re optimistic the 45th president could flip both Minnesota and Virginia, NBC News reported.

President Joe Biden won Minnesota by 7 percentage points in 2020, according to the outlet. The state has not voted for a Republican presidential candidate since Richard Nixon’s re-election campaign in 1972.

According to internal polls, Trump leads Biden by three points — 49 percent to 46 percent — in a head-to-head matchup in the North Star State.

In a six-way Minnesota contest with four independent candidates, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump and Biden are tied at 40 percent each.

When Kennedy  is taken out of the equation, Trump leads Biden by five points, at 46 percent to 41 percent.

Overall, Trump campaign polls show the former president outperforming Biden in swing states.

“Fabrizio’s numbers, posted on a slide shared with NBC News, showed Trump ahead of President Joe Biden by small margins in the key swing states from 2020 — including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Georgia,” the outlet reported.

LaCivita said the Biden campaign’s suggestion that he could flip Florida and North Carolina — states Trump won in 2020 — is empty bluster, while the 45th president has a realistic shot at flipping some blue states.

“I think that the Biden campaign is deliberately playing a faux game by talking about [how] they’re going to expand the map in Florida and North Carolina,” LaCivita told NBC News. “But we have a real, real opportunity in expanding the map in Virginia and Minnesota.”

Biden campaign spokeswoman Lauren Hitt scoffed at the very notion.

“While we have 150 offices open with hundreds of staff across the key battlegrounds, the RNC is closing offices and hemorrhaging money on legal fees,” Hitt said.

“Joe Biden has hit every battleground at least once, while Trump’s in the courtroom or on the golf course. We’ll see how that translates in November.”

While polls are temporary snapshots in time that can and do change, they paint an encouraging picture for Trump, who has been campaigning hard despite fighting sham lawsuits.

In contrast, his doddering Democratic rival is hardly campaigning, in a repeat of his lethargic 2020 efforts.

No matter what the polls say, it’s clear the United States is buckling under the weight of Biden’s disastrous presidency.

Americans are struggling with punishing inflation, terrifying crime and daily border invasions that are destabilizing the nation. Things cannot continue as they are.

Hoosier Daddy?

Hoosier Daddy?

State of the Union: Making sense of the Indiana primary results.

The Indiana primary came and went Tuesday night without much fanfare. Nor were there that many surprises, and that’s rather fitting for the Hoosier state. Think of Mike Pence: He’s probably the least surprising national Republican politician. As for fanfare, the brevity of the former vice president’s run this election cycle speaks for itself.

It wasn’t all boring, however. When Trump picked Pence as his running mate in 2016, Trump in a certain way tethered the Hoosier state to his political brand—though Trump’s movement would find fuller manifestations in other states like Ohio and Florida. Eight years on, suffice it to say that Trump and Pence are not on speaking terms; but how is MAGA, America First, Trumpism, or whatever you want to call it doing with Indianans?

There was no protest vote worth noting against President Joe Biden in Tuesday night’s primary, but it seems there was one against Trump. Nikki Haley, for the first time since dropping out of the race two months ago, received more than 20 percent of the vote in a GOP primary contest with strong performances in the Indianapolis suburbs for a non-existent campaign.

What happens to these Haley voters when the general comes around? Most probably coalesce behind Trump to finally send Biden into retirement. Others likely will stay home. Maybe a conviction against the former president would cause even more to do the same. Regardless, it likely won’t be enough to bring Indiana into play for the general election—in 2020, Trump carried the Hoosier state by more than 15 points.

But what does it say about the midwest more broadly? As Mike Pence is the avatar for a certain kind of Hoosier, Indiana itself is a kind of representation for the midwest writ large. If Indiana, arguably the most conservative of the midwestern states, has this many voters holding their nose on Trump, how many are there in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota—states that Trump either needs to win or hopes to be competitive in? My money is still on most of these voters coming back to Trump—the American people are smart and understand that when they enter the voting booth in November, they’ll face a binary choice.

Outlined above is a bearish interpretation of Tuesday night’s results, however; there was plenty of good for the former president, too. His gubernatorial endorsement, Sen. Mike Braun, sailed through the GOP primary. His pick to replace Braun in the senate, Rep. Jim Banks, ran unopposed. His two House-race endorsements, Reps. Jim Baird and Erin Houchin, in the 4th and 9th district, respectively, won their primary races.

Even in races where Trump did not make an endorsement, such as the Indiana 3rd and 5th districts, Trump-aligned candidates won. Rep. Victoria Spartz, the first Ukrainian-born member of the House and opponent of U.S. funding for the war, staved off a primary challenge. Former Rep. Marlin Stutzman also won his primary in the 3rd district, despite the fact that outside groups, such as the America Leads Action super PAC backed by Jay Faison and Rob Walton, spent $1.8 million against him. Stutzman didn’t go it alone, however. He had the backing of Club for Growth Action—potentially a result of the peace Trump and the club has brokered in the lead up to the general election.

All this makes for a curious case: Indiana is a deep red state, and its elected officials are increasingly representing the Trump wing of the party; but are Indianans pleased with this outcome? Honestly, it’s hard to tell.

This is a lie.

In 2017, President Trump signed his “Buy American, Hire American” executive order.

Per the GOP rapid response team:

The Trump administration cracked down on fraud and abuse in H-1B work visas, which are intended for highly-skilled foreign workers.
President Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods reduced the trade deficit between the U.S. and China.
Nearly 500,000 manufacturing jobs were added in President Trump’s first 30 months — more than double what was added during the same period under Obama.

Biden read the teleprompter word for word. He’s completely shot.

“My theology professor at the Catholic school I went to was a guy named Riley *LAST NAME* and he had been drafted by the Green Bay Packers,” Biden said.

‘Hundreds of Millions of Americans’ Have Strong Message for Woke Disney

Recent reports indicate that a Disney World cast member playing the Evil Queen is actually a man. (@wdwpro1 / X Screen Shot)

High levels of dissatisfaction with company’s LGBT ‘engineering’ of children

Disney, which has plunged neck-deep in the pro-LGBT ideation in recent years, turning away both once-faithful fans as well as economic stability, should return to the days when parents could safely consider its products a go-to option for their children, a poll shows.

Rasmussen Reports revealed that 71% of American adults say the entertainment company that openly has tried to indoctrinate children with the leftist beliefs, “should return to wholesome programming and allow parents to decide when their children are taught about sexuality.”

A report in the Washington Stand revealed that Rasmussen exposed Disney’s agenda with quotes from Karey Burke, who heads the company’s General Entertainment Content.

That individual, during a conference call in 2022, boasted of being “a mother of two queer children … one transgender child and one pansexual child …”

Further, she bragged that Disney had introduced “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories.”

But Rasmussen’s report said 54% of American adults say such programming and content is “inappropriate” for children.

In fact, most of Disney’s recent major projects have been both critical and financial flops.

Joseph Backholm, of the Family Research Council, told the Stand, “Teaching values in media isn’t a new idea. … The innovation Disney has made in recent years is to teach a new morality. Disney sincerely believes teaching children to love sensuality and embrace self-created identities rooted in our self-perceptions is a moral good that leads to happiness and human flourishing. The moral problem is that they are wrong. The business problem is that hundreds of millions of Americans disagree with them.”

Disney in the last year dealt with a $5.5 billion budget cut, resulting in 4,000 jobs being eliminated, because of the collapse of public interest in its productions.

“The company’s market capitalization dropped to a nine-year low and streaming service Disney+ fell nearly one million subscribers short of projected goals,” the Stand reported.

“More recently, Disney’s stock has fallen by nearly 10%,” the report said.

Backholm noted, “What Disney sees as foundational moral truths, many Americans see as deception and perversion. The pushback this survey reveals is not to the idea of moral lessons in movies, but to the specific moral lessons Disney has prioritized.”

The company also lost a fight with the state of Florida, which removed the special treatment the company had had for decades at its properties there, it has faced accusations of discrimination, criticized for its insurance plan – which pays for mutilating bodies for transgender ideation but not repair them – and it has been accused of breaching its fiduciary duties.

The Stand noted the poll showed only 46% of Americans hold a favorable view of the company, and 45% do not.

“Perhaps unsurprisingly, the majority of Disney’s support comes from Democrats. Almost two thirds (63%) of Democrats hold a favorable view of the media giant, compared to only 33% of Republicans and 36% of independent voters,” the Stand said.

Half of Democrats like the “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters” displayed to children under 12, while only 12% of Republicans and 24% of independents agree.

The fight Disney picked with the state of Florida was over its Parental Rights in Education Act, which would stop teachers from promoting “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to children through third grade.

The report noted that in video conference recordings, leaked to the public, executives talked about how to promote their LGBT agenda with Executive Producer Latoya Raveneau boasting the company “has been so welcoming to like, my like, not-at-all secret gay agenda.”

The Catholic League and Meath Television Media also released a documentary with Catholic League president Bill Donohue describing the company’s “sexual engineering” of children.

AstraZeneca Announces Worldwide Withdrawal of COVID-19 Vaccine

Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca has announced a global withdrawal of its Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, known as Vaxzevria, after acknowledging in court that the vaccine could cause rare but serious side effects.

The decision comes months after the company admitted for the first time in court documents that the vaccine could lead to Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS), a condition involving blood clots and low blood platelet counts.

AstraZeneca voluntarily withdrew its marketing authorization for Vaxzevria in the European Union, with the withdrawal taking effect on Tuesday following an application made on March 5, the Telegraph reported.

Despite the timing, AstraZeneca insists that the decision to pull the vaccine from the market was based on commercial reasons, specifically citing declining demand due to the availability of newer vaccines designed to combat emerging variants.

The company has faced intense scrutiny and legal challenges due to the side effects associated with Vaxzevria. In a landmark case currently before the High Court, AstraZeneca is being sued by over 50 individuals and families of victims who allege that the vaccine caused deaths and serious injuries.

The Gateway Pundit has covered numerous reports related to the side effects linked to AstraZeneca.

In a statement, AstraZeneca expressed pride in the role Vaxzevria played during the pandemic, noting that independent estimates suggest the vaccine saved over 6.5 million lives in its first year of use and that over three billion doses were supplied globally. The company highlighted the shift towards vaccines targeting new variants as a primary reason for the discontinuation of Vaxzevria production and distribution.

“We are incredibly proud of the role Vaxzevria played in ending the global pandemic,” the company stated. “As multiple, variant COVID-19 vaccines have since been developed, there is a surplus of available updated vaccines. This has led to a decline in demand for Vaxzevria, which is no longer being manufactured or supplied.”

Americans concerned about being able to feed their family today, tomorrow, or anytime before 2049 can take advantage of 25% off all products at Prepper All-Naturals with promo code “veterans25” for a limited time. The Liberty Daily also benefits from purchases made with our sponsors.

On top of that, 10% of net revenue will be donated to a veterans charity chosen by co-founder Jason “Storm” Nelson, a combat disable veteran. The reason for this sale is actually quite funny.

“Right after we ordered a huge batch of mylar bags, we decided to rebrand with a new bag design,” Nelson said. “So we have all of these bags with the older design that we need to use up.”

The thick, resealable mylar bags are used in combination with oxygen absorbers to keep the freeze dried beef inside shelf-stable for decades. They cannot and should not be discarded, so Prepper All-Naturals is offering the 25% discount until the old mylar is all gone.

The company uses the highest quality mylar because their products have one ingredient: Beef. There are not preservatives or anything else. They don’t even add salt so the beef can fit in with the vast majority of American diets.

Bad timing of the rebrand means now is the best timing to stock up on long-term storage beef.
