Emerald Robinson at The Absolute Truth on Frank Speech reported late in early April that the long-awaited report from an investigation (SEB2023-025) into errors found in both the hand count and a machine count from the 2020 presidential election in Fulton County is officially on the agenda for a May 7th State Election Board meeting.

The investigation found violations in both the hand audit and machine count, according to citizen investigator Joe Rossi.

Earlier today Joseph Rossi testified in front of the State Election Board meeting.

Rossi detailed how both the hand count audit and the certified machine recount in Fulton County have been found to be in violation of Georgia election law.

Joseph Rossi: Now, I’d like to speak directly to those who have fought factually, respectfully, and relentlessly for the truth over the last three years. As a 410.24, I got another one of these certified letters from the state election board. Every time I get one of those letters, my wife sets it on my desk, and she says, You got another one of those certified letters? I hope you’re not being indicted this time. But anyways, as of that letter, it has now been factually proven that both the hand audit—this is really, really important— and the certified machine count—yes, the certified count—have both been found to be in violation of Georgia election law. Based on these findings, to those that have fought factually, respectfully, and relentlessly, I’ll close with one word, vindicated.

ANOTHER ONE: American Tourist Arrested in Russia for Alleged Drunken ‘Hooliganism’

It appears like a trend is ongoing with American citizens getting arrested for alleged criminal offenses in Russia.

It just became publicly known that a US serviceman stationed in South Korea was arrested in the Russian far-east city of Vladivostok for allegedly having stolen from his Russian girlfriend.

So, now it arises that an American tourist is behind bars for a drunken criminal offense.

New York Post reported:

“An American visiting Russia has been arrested for allegedly breaking a window at a children’s library after a wild night of drinking — then climbing in, partially stripping off and falling asleep, according to a local report.

William Russel Nycum was visiting friends when he was placed under administrative arrest for 10 days on “petty hooliganism” charges after being found in the Moscow library early Friday, REN TV reported.”

The bilateral relations between the US and Russia have hit the lowest point of previous years, with Washington invested in its ‘proxy war’ against Russia while waging economic war via sanctions.

This creates a fertile ground for situations like WNBA player Brittney Griner’s arrest for pot, or – even more seriously – the Wall Street Journal journalist Evan Gershkovich’s prosecution for espionage.

‘He broke the window at a children’s library, climbed inside and fell asleep’.

Maybe none of this is related, and William Russel Nycum just had bad luck to get drunk and wild in a country with very strict law enforcement and laws.

He was arrested in Moscow last week after breaking into a children’s library and falling asleep. For that, Nycum was slapped with ‘petty hooliganism’ charges.

“’He got drunk, had a fight with his friends in a bar’, a source told the station.

‘He said that he had been kidnapped, but he just left in a taxi. Then he broke the window at a children’s library, climbed inside and fell asleep’, the source said.”

Unverified security camera footage would suggest he was half naked.

Nycum will now have to spend 10 days in custody on the petty hooliganism charge, Russian media has reported.

The disease can quickly progress to multi-organ system failure leading to shock followed by death. The case-fatality rate ranges from 25% to 90%; the average case fatality rate is about 50%.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

The payments made to Stormy Daniels did NOT come from Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

The payments were made through internal business records – there was no tax deduction taken and there was no obligation to file it with the FEC, according to Trump attorney Joe Tacopina.

Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.”

Stormy testified to irrelevant yet very salacious details about her sexual encounter with Trump that allegedly happened many years ago.

She was also reportedly making scripted jokes in the courtroom to win over the jury but nobody was laughing.

European Right Wingers Eye the Political Prize in the Wake of Predicted Big Electoral Gains in June EU Elections

One month ahead of the very consequential European Elections that will take place from June 6-9, the Mainstream Media is in a bit of a panic, because it is widely projected that the nationalist and conservative forces in the old continent will make big electoral gains.

French lawmaker Jean-Paul Garraud, chair of France’s Rassemblement National (RN) lawmakers, told news agency Reuters that he fully expects Euroskeptic parties to surge in the EU assembly election.

That would give them influence in Brussels and Strasbourg, but only if other right and centre-right parties work with them – and therein lies the last hope of the Globalist and Liberal current leaders – that establishment forces will shut them out.

Reuters reported:

“Polls predict radical right parties will gain across the EU, including France, Germany and Italy where many seats are at stake, as voters frustrated by a cost of living and energy crisis, illegal migration, and rattled by a changing geo-political landscape seek alternatives beyond mainstream parties.”

Even if they don’t make top positions, Conservatives can still influence issues crucial to them.

‘Far-right’ parties could effectively oppose failed green policies and of course, curb unchecked mass immigration.

“Polls forecast the two radical right groups Identity and Democracy (ID) and the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) will add 30-50 seats, to rise to 22-25% from 18% now.

Support is not limited to a traditional base of disgruntled older men. A recent German poll showed 22% of under-30s would vote for the country’s far-right AfD. RN’s president is 28-year-old Jordan Bardella, a telegenic poster on TikTok, the short video platform little used by the mainstream.”

Many commentators in the right see the Italian government of Giorgia Meloni as a template to new European power structure, with various right wing factions cooperating to put the left in the opposition.

Meanwhile the German AfD is suffering the greatest onslaught of lawfare and PR tainting campaign of this electoral season, ridiculously accused of Russian and Chinese ties.

AfD support has since only slightly dipped.

Showing Its True Colors, Diversity of Thought is Clearly Not Included in the DOD’s Inclusivity Agenda

On May 2-3, the Defense Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion (DACODAI) hosted one of its bi-annual meetings in Arlington, Virginia.

Charted by the Congressional Black Caucus in the fiscal year 2009 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), DACODAI’s forefather, the Military Leadership Diversity Commission (MLDC) issued its final report in 2011. Subsequently, DEI ideology and training was set into motion to spread like cancer throughout the military.

Former president Donald Trump issued an executive order in September 2020, directing the cessation of all critical race theory and DEI training in the military. In January 2021, President Joe Biden rescinded the order. With that, DACODAI was accepted as the successor to the MLDC just months later.

Interestingly, earlier this year, DACODAI invited members of Stand Together Against Racism and Radicalism in the Services (STARRS) and other organizations to put together an in-person panel of experts to have a dialogue on DEI in the military. Although there was a great response from like-minded leaders and organizations, the proposed panel was almost immediately cancelled as “too hard to do.”

Lt. Gen. Rod Bishop (ret.), STARRS chairman of the board, requested an informal video panel with DACODAI be held so concerns about the negative impact of DEI on the military could be shared, but a response was never received from Gen. (ret.) Lester Lyles—the DACODAI Chairman—or his office.

In an effort to be heard, Bishop and others—including nine former senior DOD and civilian leaders—recorded five-minute statements about the harm DEI was causing and forwarded them to DACODAI. These statements also went unanswered.

In response, 17 members of the public, including presidents of 10 veteran-led or military-concerned organizations planned to attend the semi-annual DACODAI in person. On April 29, just days before the meeting was to occur, all public attendees were notified by DACODAI that the Department of Defense “for unforeseen reasons” was cancelling any in person attendance.

Next came guidance—as people were required to register beforehand—from DACODAI’s Federal Officer that “no public statements would be allowed.”

One can rightly question whether these decisions could be attributed to the realization that the many people outside the network of DACODAI would have boldly spoken against DEI ideology in the military? DACODAI did not reply to requests for comment by The Gateway Pundit to defend their reason for the abrupt cancellation or change of plans.

While Bishop was “greatly disappointed,” he was not entirely surprised, considering DACODAI’s unwavering support of all things Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). In a recent a clip shared on Fox & Friends, Bishop explained, “[DEI is] unadulterated, undeniable, easily proven Marxist-based ideology that’s being forced down the throats of our servicemen.”

“The leaders of today, unfortunately, just don’t seem to have the morale courage to stand up against this,” Bishop continued.

Fox News Channel’s Pete Hegseth said, “They closed the actual meeting because they were afraid of the pushback.” Speaking about the video, Bishop told The Gateway Pundit, “Pete and the cohosts really got passionate about this. America has to get this passionate about what’s happening to our military, too.” For him, “people can’t keep their heads buried in the sand.”

To that end, Bishop said was shocked to learn that DACODAI has been “flying underneath the radar” on Capitol Hill. According to him, with all that is on their plate, politicians and others are largely unaware that DACODAI is advising the Secretary of Defense on matters of diversity and inclusion.

He told the Gateway Pundit that “although the shoddy treatment of members of the public may be a harbinger of societal failure and the ‘cancel culture’ being alive and well in our country, the focus should be—and always remain—on the divisiveness, the discrimination, the lowering of standards that is part and parcel of the Marxist-based DEI movement in our military.”

“By setting up barriers where skin color, ethnic background, and racial diversity becomes all the focus,” Bishop warned, “they’ve created something which is poisonous to the military.” He explained, “Diversity is not the military’s greatest strength; rather, it is unity and cohesiveness.”

“We all bleed red, and the only other colors that matter besides red are white and blue,” Bishop shared. He desires for Congress to fully understand that the “injection of a Marxist ideology into the military” could end in the destruction of the military as the country knows it.

“Why are we lowering standards? Why are we promoting the less qualified? Why are we allowing DEI to divide, demoralize, and demean our military?” he asked.

With host Frank Gaffney, founder of the Center for Security Policy, testimonies of some of the members of the members of the Military Readiness and Merit Coalition who had planned to attend the DACODAI event met virtually on May 2. This panel focused on the importance of merit-based readiness, rather than divisive and demoralizing “woke” identity politics.

Panelists included former Lt. Col. Matt Lohmeier, Col. Brandi King, former Army officer Kendall Qualls, former Army officer Scott McQuarrie, Brig. Gen. (ret.) Christopher Walker, and Lt. Gen. (ret.) Rod Bishop.

The “woke virus” continues to spread in America.

The Boy Scouts of America has announced a major rebranding as it transitions to “Scouting America,” marking the first name change in its 114-year legacy.

The move is part of the organization’s bid to distance itself from its troubled past marred by a torrent of sexual abuse claims and subsequent bankruptcy while simultaneously embracing “inclusivity.”

The Gateway Pundit reported that the organization was nearly bankrupt after a series of woke decisions, including changing its policies to allow gay leaders and allowing girls to join. Those decisions had a major impact on the organization’s bottom line.

This change is yet another surrender to the ongoing “woke” agenda permeating longstanding American institutions. This is another surrender to political correctness, prioritizing superficial inclusivity over the core values that once made the Boy Scouts an iconic organization.

“The Boy Scouts of America will rebrand to Scouting America, reflecting the organization’s ongoing commitment to welcome every youth and family in America to experience the benefits of Scouting,” the organization said.

President and CEO Roger A. Krone claimed, “Though our name will be new, our mission remains unchanged: we are committed to teaching young people to be Prepared. For Life. This will be a simple but very important evolution as we seek to ensure that everyone feels welcome in Scouting.”

The name change is meant to reflect the organization’s supposed commitment to inclusivity following decisions in recent years to allow openly gay members and leaders and welcome girls into the ranks.

The organization steeped in tradition has made seismic changes after decades of turmoil, from finally allowing gay youth to welcoming girls throughout its ranks. With an eye on increasing flagging membership numbers, the Irving, Texas-based organization announced the name change Tuesday at its annual meeting in Florida.

“In the next 100 years we want any youth in America to feel very, very welcome to come into our programs,” Roger Krone, who took over last fall as president and chief executive officer, said in an interview before the announcement.

The organization began allowing gay youth in 2013 and ended a blanket ban on gay adult leaders in 2015. In 2017, it made the historic announcement that girls would be accepted as Cub Scouts as of 2018 and into the flagship Boy Scout program — renamed Scouts BSA — in 2019.

There were nearly 1,000 young women in the inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts in 2021, including Selby Chipman. The all-girls troop she was a founding member of in her hometown of Oak Ridge, North Carolina, has grown from five girls to nearly 50, and she thinks the name change will encourage even more girls to realize they can join.

“Girls were like: ‘You can join Boy Scouts of America?’” said Chipman, now a 20-year-old college student and assistant scoutmaster of her troop.

Within days of the announcement that girls would be allowed, Bob Brady went to work. A father of two girls and a proud Eagle Scout himself, the New Jersey attorney eagerly formed an all-girls troop. At their first weekend gathering with other troops, the boys were happy to have the girls involved but some adult leaders seemed concerned, he recalled. Their worries seemed to melt away as soon as the girls led a traditional cheer around the campfire.

The very name “Boy Scouts of America” carried a timeless and specific message, one that emphasized the unique journey of boys learning to become responsible men. The removal of the word “Boy” in favor of a more neutral moniker is unnecessary and eroding concession to modern pressures.

50-year-old Michelle Kosinski, who served as CNN’s White House Correspondent until 2020, took to X/Twitter on Sunday detailing a dinner she had with some American couples a few weeks back. She wrote they were highly educated and friendly until they revealed their “true MAGA natures.”
