Fani Willis completely bombs out on witness stand. Worst testimony ever.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis refused to answer a public records lawsuit seeking records of her communications with Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch asked the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia to declare a default judgment against Fani Willis after she refused to respond to its lawsuit related to communications she had with Jack Smith and the sham January 6 Committee.

Last year House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan launched an investigation into whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis coordinated with federal officials during her years-long probe into Trump and his associates.

Chairman Jordan in his letter to Fani Willis requested all documents and communications between or among the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and DOJ and its components, including but not limited to the Office of Special Counsel Jack Smith, referring or relating to your office’s investigation of President Donald Trump or any of the other eighteen individuals against whom charges were brought in the indictment.

In referring to Jim Jordan’s letter to Fani Willis, Judicial Watch filed a Georgia Open Records Act request seeking records of her communications with Jack Smith.

Fani Willis failed to respond to Judicial Watch’s lawsuit.

Judicial Watch reported:

Judicial Watch announced today that it asked the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, to declare a default judgment against District Attorney Fani Willis in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit seeking records of communications Willis had with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the House January 6 Committee.

The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County, GA, after Willis and the county denied having any records responsive to an August 2023 Georgia Open Records Act request for communications with the Special Counsel’s office and/or the January 6 Committee (Judicial Watch Inc. v. Fani Willis et al. (No. 24-CV-002805)). (Judicial Watch dismissed Fulton County from the lawsuit.)

In its motion Judicial Watch noted that Willis was served with the lawsuit on March 11, 2024, but that she has not yet answered it:

Defendant has not filed an answer and no answer has been served upon [Judicial Watch].… Defendant’s answer was due 30 days after service, or on April 10, 2024. Pursuant to [Georgia law] the case automatically became in default when an answer was not filed by the due date. Further pursuant to that Code section, Defendant was permitted as a matter of right to open the default within 15 days of the day of default, or by April 25, 2024.

Judicial Watch asserts it is now entitled to a verdict and judgment by default.

“I think this is the first time in Judicial Watch’s thirty years that a government official failed to answer an open records lawsuit in court,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “This further shows Ms. Willis has something to hide about her collusion with the Biden administration and Nancy Pelosi’s Congress on her unprecedented and compromised ‘get-Trump’ prosecution.”

Fani Willis told reporters on Monday that she will not testify before the Georgia Senate investigative committee.

Recently, Succession star Brian Cox, 77,  labeled Christians “stupid” and called the Bible one of the “worst books ever.”

In an interview with The Starting Line Podcast, the actor said that religion holds humanity back “considerably” and argued that “It’s belief systems which are outside ourselves.”

“I mean, the propaganda goes right the way back… the Bible is one of the worst books ever. For me, from my point of view,” the Succession star declared, as he proceeded to elaborate, “Because it starts with the idea that Adam’s rib, you know, that out of Adam’s rib this woman was created — and they’ll believe it because they’re stupid enough.”

New York’s Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul said black kids in the Bronx don’t know what the word “computer” is during remarks in Los Angeles this week.

Hochul made the racist remarks at the Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles.

“Now what we have is the money to build a phenomenal super computer that is gonna be accessible to the researchers in New York, college students, will attract more federal grants, and this is how we lay down the mark,” Kathy Hochul said. “No state has done this. In fact, I talk to a lot of other people who say, ‘I wish my governor had thought of that first.’ I say, ‘No no, this is New York. We like to be first,’ with all due respect to you from other states.”

“It’s sort of our attitude. We will be the best, we will be the first, and I want others to follow, because right now we have young Black kids growing up in the Bronx who don’t even know what the word ‘computer’ is. They don’t know. They don’t know these things,” Hochul added.

Hochul told the New York Post she “misspoke.”

“I misspoke and I regret it,” Hochul later told the New York Post in a statement. “Of course Black children in the Bronx know what computers are — the problem is that they too often lack access to the technology needed to get on track to high-paying jobs in emerging industries like AI. That’s why I’ve been focused on increasing economic opportunity since Day One of my Administration.”

Hochul sure sounds a lot like racist Joe Biden who previously suggested blacks and Hispanics are too stupid to figure out how to “get online.”

More than 200,000 people in North Carolina are on the state’s voter rolls despite missing the full details of their social security number.

According to a report from The Federalist, the records of approximately 224,000 people are simply “missing” the last four digits of their Social Security number (SSN) and their driver’s license identification number.

The report states:

The 2002 Help America Vote Act (HAVA) required states to verify certain “information of newly registered voters for Federal elections,” according to the Social Security Administration. “Each State must establish a computerized State-wide voter registration list and verify new voter information with the State’s Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA).” These requirements went into effect on Jan. 1, 2004.

States must verify the would-be voter’s driver’s license number against the MVA database, but if an individual lacks a driver’s license then states must use the last four digits of his SSN, name, and date of birth. Notably, verifying a registrant’s SSN or driver’s license does not necessarily confirm his citizenship, since foreign nationals can obtain either.

The system is meant to ensure prospective voters are eligible. Yet in North Carolina, hundreds of thousands of registrations made it into the system without this verifying information, according to allegations from election integrity activists.

“We now have hundreds of thousands of ineligible, duplicate, deceased and non-citizen registrants bloating our voter lists — the breeding ground for election fraud,” North Carolina Election Integrity Team President Jim Womack said in a statement to The Federalist.

Such reports raise further concerns about the integrity of America’s elections, which have been tainted by widespread fraud over the past two election cycles.

Just last month, The Gateway Pundit reported evidence by Fractal quantum technology that many of the illegal aliens who have invaded the country since Joe Biden seized power back in 2021 are being registered to vote in crucial swing states such as Wisconsin and Michigan.

However, this is not just a problem in swing states. Voter rolls across the country are known to have millions of discrepencies. Unless properly challenged and investigated, such irregularities could pave the way for fraudulently held elections for decades to come.

Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday afternoon indefinitely postponed Jack Smith’s classified documents trial against Trump.

As previously reported, Judge Cannon on Monday night postponed a key deadline in the classified documents case after Special Counsel Jack Smith admitted to tampering with evidence.

Cannon on Monday evening temporarily stayed a May 9 deadline for President Trump and his co-defendants Walt Nauta and Carlos de Oliveira related to CIPA.

On Tuesday afternoon, Judge Cannon set a second set of pre-trial deadlines to manage pending discovery and disclosure matters.

The Judge vacated the May 20, 2024 trial date.

“The Court also determines that finalization of a trial date at this juncture—before resolution of the myriad and interconnected pre-trial and CIPA issues remaining and forthcoming—would be imprudent and inconsistent with the Court’s duty to fully and fairly consider the various pending pre-trial motions before the Court, critical CIPA issues, and additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury. The Court therefore vacates the current May 20, 2024, trial date (and associated calendar call), to be reset by separate order following resolution of the matters before the Court, consistent with Defendants’ right to due process and the public’s interest in the fair and efficient administration of justice,” Cannon wrote in an order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

Police in the Netherlands arrested about 169 activists as they broke up a pro-Palestinian demonstration camp at the University of Amsterdam.

The protests that have disrupted campuses in the United States are spreading into Europe.

Police in the Dutch capital said on the social media platform X that their action was ‘necessary to restore order’ after protests turned violent.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.

This comes after yesterday Anti-Israel students & activists armed with sticks attacked Jewish students at the University of Amsterdam. The Jewish students have dared to express their disapproval against the occupation of campus Security watched on during the attack

Student are protesting the war in Gaza and academic ties with Israel.

The protests have spread across Europe but so far have remained much smaller in scale than those seen in the United States.

Dutch police said they had to act to stop the event on Monday and dismantle tents due to safety risks.

“‘The police’s input was necessary to restore order. We see the footage on social media. We understand that those images may appear as intense’, police said.”

President Trump on Tuesday walked out of the New York City courtroom to talk to the press after Stormy Daniels testified in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ trial.

Stormy testified to irrelevant yet very salacious details about her sexual encounter with Trump that allegedly happened many years ago.

She was also reportedly making scripted jokes in the courtroom to win over the jury but nobody was laughing.

Trump walked out of the court and spoke to the media. He used a clever trick to avoid violating Judge Merchan’s illegal gag order.

Crooked Judge Merchan on Monday held Trump in contempt, fined him thousands of dollars, and threatened to jail him if he continued to defend himself.

Merchan has trampled all over Trump’s First Amendment rights with the illegal gag order. Trump isn’t allowed to defend himself against attacks from witnesses. Meanwhile Michael Cohen is on TikTok trashing Trump.

Trump pulled out a piece of paper and read quotes from CNN and other news outlets on what they are reporting about the ‘hush money’ case.

“Some of these statements made about this witch hunt,” Trump said as pulled out a piece of paper.

“On CNN – fake news CNN – Michael Moore said the proof of falsified records has not been accomplished,” Trump said. “On ‘Good Morning America’ they said, expense payments to lawyers are not illegal expenses…”

Trump continued, “There’s no case…it’s an unfair trial”

A fearless patriot brutally trolled an anti-America, pro-Hamas encampment late Monday night at Harvard University.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, Harvard is just one of the many universities up north that have struggled to contain the violent pro-Hamas protests across their campuses.

In contrast, students at Southern colleges have humiliated the loony agitators. These actions include hijacking protests to sing patriotic songs and voice support for President Trump.

Fortunately, Harvard has started to get a little fed up. Outkick.com notes that Harvard interim president Alan Garber released a statement vowing to hold those who refuse to vacate the encampment accountable.

I write today with this simple message: The continuation of the encampment presents a significant risk to the educational environment of the University. Those who participate in or perpetuate its continuation will be referred for involuntary leave from their Schools.

Among other implications, students placed on involuntary leave may not be able to sit for exams, may not continue to reside in Harvard housing, and must cease to be present on campus until reinstated.

Gruber got some much-needed assistance from a student who decided to give the foul-smelling, lazy agitators a rude wake-up call. The Daily Wire’s Kassy Akiva posted a video shortly after midnight eastern of the national anthem loudly blasting outside of the encampment as the protesters tried to sleep.

The anthem plays for a full two minutes as some of the disheveled agitators walk around the encampment.
