Germany will downgrade the severity of punishment for individuals found guilty of possessing child pornography.

In a press release on Wednesday, the German Bundestag confirmed that it had passed legislation lowering the minimum sentences for distribution, acquisition, and possession of child pornographic content. The law will also downgrade it from a crime to a misdemeanor.

Germany’s Parliament (Bundestag) has received the votes necessary to remove a section of the Criminal Code which made the possession of child sexual abuse materials a felony crime. Once the bill, passed last Thursday, comes into effect, minimum sentences for the possession of child pornography will be reduced, and the offense will be downgraded to a misdemeanor.

According to the Bundestag, the bill stipulates that “possession and acquisition should be punishable with a minimum penalty of three months’ imprisonment, and distribution with a minimum penalty of six months’ imprisonment, and distribution with a minimum penalty of six months’ imprisonment. The offenses regulated in Section 184b of the Criminal Code are therefore classified as misdemeanors and not as crimes.”

According to lawmakers, the change is require to provide “flexibility” for juvenile offenders found guilty of such offenses. The legislation states:

A downgrade to a misdemeanor is also urgently required in order to be able to respond appropriately and with the necessary flexibility to the large proportion of juvenile offenders. Here, too, the perpetrators generally do not act in order to be sexually aroused by the child pornography content, but rather out of a drive typical of the adolescent stage of development, such as naivety, curiosity, thirst for adventure or the desire to impress.

While the law passed with the votes of the country’s left-wing coalition, it was opposed by the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Germany’s largest opposition party.

“The distribution, possession and acquisition of child pornography must … remain classified as crimes. Even if the increase in the penalty range … has led to practical problems in certain cases, a blanket reduction in the penalty range is the wrong solution,” the party said in a statement.

“A change should be limited to the problem cases and solve them effectively. Scientific findings show that if the penalty framework shifts downwards, the penalties imposed in practice also tend to be lower.”

Unfortunately, such legislation is a mere stepping stone towards the long-term aim of many progressives around the world to legalize pedophilia altogether. Such efforts must be resisted by all of us at every turn.

According to the New York Post, it’s not clear exactly what caused the security alert, but one source told the paper the “vials of blood” were sent in a package.

There have not been reports of any injuries at this point.

In addition to the RNC being locked down, journalist Laura Loomer spotted Fire and EMS vehicles parked outside the Rayburn and Cannon House office buildings.

The world is getting more and more dangerous by the day.

With NATO, the EU and Russia entangled in an European conflict that keeps escalating, it is very bad news that nuclear weapons are now the talk of the day.

The Russian Federation forces have begun the ‘first stage’ of exercises to simulate preparation for the launch of tactical nuclear weapons.

Ordered by recently reelected President Vladimir Putin, the exercises are reportedly linked to what Moscow calls ‘militant statements’ by Western officials that ‘create security threats for Russia’.

Reuters reported:

“Nuclear analysts say the exercises are designed as a warning signal by Putin to deter the West from wading more deeply into the war in Ukraine. Western countries have provided weapons and intelligence to Kyiv but have refrained from sending troops.”

The Russian Defense Ministry said this first stage of the drill involves Iskander and Kinzhal missiles.

“It is aimed at ensuring that units and equipment are ready for ‘the combat use of non-strategic nuclear weapons to respond and unconditionally ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Russian state in response to provocative statements and threats of individual Western officials against the Russian Federation’, the ministry said.”

The exercises are led by the Southern Military District, which lies adjacent to Ukraine and newly annexed territories.

The situation has escalated so much that Reuters feels it has to try and guess the results of such an attack – which unfortunately is not unthinkable anymore.

“In theory the use of such a weapon could deliver a stunning shock to the West without necessarily triggering a full-blown nuclear war, though the risk of triggering a cycle of escalation would be huge.”

Russia is reported to have about 1,558 non-strategic nuclear warheads.

“When Putin ordered the drills this month, Russia’s Foreign Ministry linked them to comments by France’s Macron, who floated the possibility of sending European troops to fight Moscow in Ukraine, and British Foreign Secretary David Cameron, who said Kyiv had the right to use weapons provided by London to strike targets inside Russia. It also cited the provision of long-range British, French and U.S. ATACMS missiles to Kyiv.”

Asked about the timing of the different phases of the drill, the Kremlin said that the military exercises for practicing the use of tactical (or non-strategic) nuclear weapons will be conducted ‘at the appropriate time’.

Sputnik reported:

“These drills will focus on the preparation and use of non-strategic nuclear weapons, aimed at ensuring Russia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty in response to provocative statements and threats from certain Western officials.

President Vladimir Putin referred to the exercises involving the use of non-strategic nuclear weapons as routine work, with nothing unusual. He also mentioned that the drills would be conducted in three stages, with Belarus joining Russia in the second stage, as Belarus hosts non-strategic nuclear weapons.”

In this first stage of the exercise, the Russian missile formations are practicing such tasks as: obtaining special ammunition for the Iskander complex, equipping missiles with it and moving covertly to a position area to prepare for launch; equipping special warheads for air defense systems, including Kinzhal missiles, as well as flights to designated patrol areas.

The Chinese publication Sohu (reported by Slavyangrad), wrote about this. According to the Chinese journalists authors, ‘the Kremlin gave Britain an ultimatum, deciding to forever determine how the provocations would turn out’.

 “’This is not a joke, Putin has given Great Britain an ultimatum’, write the authors of the Chinese publication. They note that the president’s actions, including ordering exercises using non-strategic nuclear forces, have led Britain to soften its rhetoric.

[…] Earlier, British Foreign Minister David Cameron said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could attack Russian territories with British weapons. After this, the British Ambassador to Moscow, Nigel Casey, was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry.”

Trump Campaign Attorney Christina Bobb was horrified after newly unsealed court documents revealed that the FBI was authorized to use deadly force against former President Donald Trump and his associates during the politically motivated raid at Mar-a-Lago in August 2022.

The documents unsealed by Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday, stemming from special counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump, detail the FBI’s controversial raid.

One particularly disturbing aspect of these filings is the ‘Operations Order.’ The disclosed “Operations Order” from the FBI outlined the protocol for engaging with Trump and his security team during the raid, which was authorized by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland in August 2022.

The document includes a policy statement on the use of deadly force, specifying it could be employed when necessary if there was an imminent threat.

The court document read, “According to an “Operations Order” produced in discovery, the FBI believed its objective for the Mar-a-Lago raid was to seize “classified information, NDI, and US Government records as described in [the] search warrant.” The Order contained a “Policy Statement” regarding “Use Of Deadly Force,” which stated, for example, “Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary…” The agents planned to bring “Standard Issue Weapon[s],” “Ammo,” “Handcuffs,” and “medium and large sized bolt cutters,” but they were instructed to wear “unmarked polo or collared shirts” and to keep “law enforcement equipment concealed.”

The document further details plans for confrontation, noting that should Trump have appeared at Mar-a-Lago during the raid, the FBI and Secret Service security teams were prepared to engage directly. This included potential resistance from the Secret Service, with contingency plans for the FBI to coordinate closely with undisclosed contacts.

Christina Bobb, a key figure present during the raid and legal advisor to Trump, expressed her dismay and fear upon learning about these authorized measures.

Last year, Bobb discussed the raid with The Gateway Pundit, criticizing the FBI’s refusal to allow Trump’s attorneys to witness the search.

Bobb: “I was very surprised. It was actually another attorney who was running this case that was running point and communicating with the Department of Justice. But I was certainly there. I was there for the raid for sure. But my understanding from what I’ve seen is that the legal team that was running this case was very cooperative with DOJ, to my knowledge anyway.”

Jim Hoft: “The FBI refused, when they raided Trump’s home back in last fall, to wait for a Trump attorney to be there before they started their search.”

Bobb: “Yeah. So they got there before I did, and they had started before I got there. And then they wouldn’t let me participate. Rick Becker, a plastic surgeon who ran as an independent for U.S. Senate in 2022 after losing his bid for the Republican nomination at the state GOP’s convention, paid transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney $350 to film a campaign ad attacking his conservative opponent, Julie Fedorchak.

Fedorchak is endorsed by Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Governor Doug Burgum (R-ND), two strong allies of President Trump. Becker touts the endorsements of Rep. Bob Good (R-VA), Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), and Chip Roy (R-TX), who all supported Governor Ron DeSantis in his failed bid to stop Trump from becoming president again.

Mulvaney, a biological man who pretends to be a woman, gained a higher public profile when he interviewed President Joe Biden in 2022. The pair attacked Republican states for restricting surgical procedures for minors who want to be transgender, with Biden saying, “in some states, it’s just outrageous, and I think it’s immoral. The trans part’s not immoral, what they are trying to do to trans persons is immoral.”

Mulvaney has said that he had surgery to make his facial structure more feminine. While it’s unclear whether Rick Becker has ever performed this type of transgender-friendly procedures at his practice, he does specialize in breast and vagina surgery, according to his website.

As a member of the North Dakota legislature in 2019, Becker voted against a resolution urging Congress and President Biden to fund construction of a border wall, and ensure compliance with federal immigration laws.

Becker was also only one of a few members to vote against increased penalties for child abuse and bills strengthening the law against indecent exposure towards a child and sexual abuse of a child.

In March 2023, Mulvaney made headlines by posting a sexually-charged video in which he pretended to be a six-year-old girl.

But there is even more shocking information included in the released report.

The Biden regime not only approved deadly force at President Trump’s home where Secret Service members are stationed every day but they also made plans for casualties.

The Biden DOJ and Chris Wray’s FBI also set up a triage unit and notified a local trauma unit to prepare for casualties.

The FBI also authorized agents to raid the guest rooms at Mar-a-Lago and terrorize the guests there.

It now looks like our government is now the American people’s number one enemy.

Investigative reporter Julie Kelly joined Steve Bannon on The War Room on Tuesday afternoon to discuss this shocking development.

Julie Kelly: Part of this disclosure today, as I’m reading through this, Steve, and I really had to read it a few times to believe it, is that in the FBI operations plan, they give guidance on the use of W-4 at Mar-a-Lago. This is part of this 20-page whatever plan that the FBI and enforcement put together. In addition to that, they discussed how these agents, they had about 30 agents, 25 from Miami, four from Washington Field Office, who were armed. They had weapons, they had ammo, They had handcuffs, and they talked about what would happen if Donald Trump showed up at Mar-a-Lago during this raid.

Steve Bannon: I want to go back for a second to number one, the use of deadly force. Didn’t I also see in your Twitter stream that they also had a plan for triaging people if they had casualties and they actually had notified or they had a place to take people if they had casualties? Did I read that incorrectly?

Julie Kelly: No, you read it correctly. With the FBI team, Embedded was a medic, and they talked about in another form how to treat anyone who is injured during the raid. They identified a trauma center about 18 miles from Mar-a-Lago, and they inserted a map of how to get from Mar-a-Lago to this trauma center if anyone was injured or hurt during the raid.

Steve Bannon: Okay, don’t bury the lead. There’s one lead, and this is it. They actually got authority for use of deadly force, and they had plans for casualties. They brought a medic. They had plans for casualties. They had a trauma center set up, and they had a map to the trauma center. That’s all part of a component of one thing, I take it, Julie Kelly?

Julie Kelly: Correct. This is part of the plan to conduct the nine-hour raid, armed raid of Mar-a-Lago. I know some other people are extrapolating that this was a plan to harm the former president or someone at Mar-a-Lago. Staff, the God forbid, his family. I’m not so sure that that is where this leads, but it’s not hard to come…

And there’s actually, and I’m going to be posting this in Mike Davis, your ears are going to be burning as soon as I say this, there are probably 15 citations of pictures of binders in Melania Trump’s suite. ‘Binder,’ that’s the word that they use. Now, I know what Mike Davis is going to say, which is what he’s been saying from the beginning, that this whole thing was based on trying to retrieve Trump’s copy of the Crossfire Hurricane’s document. So what were they doing in Melania’s suite? And why were they taking pictures of binders that she had in her bedroom? So that again.

But whoever said that the FBI was spoiling for a fight, that is Absolutely what this looks like. And we are lucky that no one was hurt during that raid because they were prepared for a fight.

This is exactly what The Gateway Pundit has been reporting since the week of the Mar-a-Lago raid in August 2022.

In February, sources close to the high-profile investigation revealed that the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was specifically aimed at recovering a “missing top-secret binder.”

This document is rumored to contain damning evidence of former President Barack Obama’s CIA’s involvement in initiating the Russia collusion narrative against President Trump.

Fox News host Jesse Watters discussed these details on his show, citing reporting by investigative journalists Michael Schellenberger and Matt Taibbi.

President Trump declassified a binder on January 19th, 2021 that contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved with our government. Two different DOJ Attorney General’s have defied President Trump’s direct lawful order to publish the binder in the Federal Register. It’s been 19 months as the DOJ defies the order, and every FOIA request to make it public.

The DOJ had already made redactions to protect sources and methods and returned the binder back to the White House. But the corrupt FBI also wanted to hide names. So at the last minute, the DOJ demanded the binder comply with the 1974 Privacy Act. The Act requires any “agency” that releases records to also hide personal or identifiable name information. The DOJ knew this Act doesn’t apply to the White House, it was a stall tactic. The courts decided this 22 years ago that the Privacy Act was based around FOIA requests, and the White House is not an agency.

Hours before Trump left office on January 20th, Chief of Staff Mark Meadows gave the binder back to the DOJ, along with this memo. He asked the DOJ to make any Privacy Act redactions “out of an abundance of caution.” In the memo, he asks them to expeditiously release the binder when finished. Meadows foolishly expected this would take 3-4 days. It’s over three years now and it’s still not released. Just the News recently obtained the Meadows memo from the National Archives, who also denied having a copy of the declassified binder.

Meadows admitted in interviews that various agencies often stalled or defied Trump’s orders. Meadows knew better than to rely on the DOJ to release this damaging binder after they left the White House. He should have released the binder to the public himself. But in doing so, there was a chance he would become a target of the DOJ and FBI. The memorandum below is what Mr. Meadows sent to the DOJ Attorney General on January 20th, 2021.

Details from the Mar-a-Lago raid offered an explanation on what the FBI was looking for and why the FBI has not released the Spygate documents as they were ordered to when President Trump left office.

According to Paul Sperry, the FBI agents spent 9 hours looking for details President Trump took with him on the Crossfire Hurricane FBI spying scandal.

The FBI and DOJ cannot let the American public know the truth of their criminal acts and attempted coup against President Trump. So they raided his home, looking for the documents that may indict the organization.

Sperry also tweeted a list of “conflicted” DOJ officials who were “briefed on the Mar-a-Lago raid”, and noted that “CNN is admonishing reporters not to call the FBI raid of Trump’s home a “raid,” but instead to term it as a “judge-approved search.”

He also tweeted: “Funny, don’t remember the FBI raiding Chappaqua or Whitehaven to find the 33,000 potentially classified documents Hillary Clinton deleted,” adding “And she was just a former secretary of state, not a former president.”

In a subsequent with Trump insider Kash Patel we heard more about the mysterious binder being the target of the Obama-Biden raid.

The regime was after the binder and they were ready to kill for it.

James Comey knew this all along and yet pushed an intelligence investigation against candidate and president-elect Trump and President Trump, knowing the entire investigation was based on lies concocted by the Hillary Campaign.

Trump fired the lawless FBI Director in 2017.  Unfortunately, the dirtbag who followed him is even worse than his predecessor.

On Tuesday night, disgraced FBI Director James Comey joined MSNBC with Alex Wagner and had the gall to accuse President Trump of being a threat to America. This man is devoid of a conscience.

Comey: “For the Justice Department and the FBI, Trump is coming for those institutions. He knows their power, and I think he has regrets that he didn’t work hard enough to corrupt them last time. So, he’s coming for them, and that’s a danger for all Americans. He’s going to put people in positions in those organizations. He didn’t have All-Stars the last time; he’ll have the bottom of the barrel this time. But people who will want to do his will, and that should worry every American. This election matters because of a reason like that. People have to participate. You cannot sit on the sidelines. I don’t care how you feel about Joe Biden. You must vote for him because the consequences on the other side are too severe.”
