Joe Biden on Tuesday traveled to Nashua, New Hampshire to deliver remarks on veteran healthcare under the PACT Act.

“President Biden signed the landmark bipartisan Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act into law in August 2022, enacting the most significant expansion of benefits and services for toxic exposed veterans in more than 30 years.” The White House said.

“Named in honor of Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson, a decorated combat medic who died from a rare form of lung cancer, this historic legislation is delivering timely benefits and services to veterans—across all generations—who have been impacted by toxic exposures while serving our country.” The White House said.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has inadvertently exposed what many conservatives have long suspected: the relentless lawfare against President Donald Trump is not about justice; they’re a strategic ploy to hamstring his 2024 presidential campaign.

Last week, President Trump announced plans for a rally in the South Bronx to address the “horrendous effects” of Joe Biden’s presidency on the U.S. economy.

In December, The Gateway Pundit contributor and Newsmax reporter Cara Castronuova went down to the Bronx to take the temperature on Joe Biden.

Cara, who routinely breaks major investigations at The Gateway Pundit, was shocked by what she heard. There is huge support for President Donald Trump in the Bronx!

The rally is scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM EDT at Crotona Park in The Bronx. It is expected to draw significant attention to the economic distress communities like the South Bronx have experienced under the current regime.

The Gateway Pundit contributors Jordan Conradson and Cara Castronuova will be at the venue speaking to Bronx Trump supporters.

During a recent public appearance, AOC mocked Trump’s upcoming rally in the South Bronx, claiming that his choice of location was not a political strategy but a necessity due to legal constraints that keep him tethered to New York City.

“By the way, Trump’s doing it in the South Bronx not to make a point but because he’s got court. And the man practically has the legal version of an ankle bracelet around him, and he can’t leave the 5 boroughs because he always has to be in court,” she said.

“So it is truly an embarrassment to him. And I am looking forward to the response of everyday Bronxites talking about how they feel about him coming to their backyard,” AOC added.

AOC’s comments suggest a more sinister motive behind the persistent legal challenges facing Trump, who is currently entangled in multiple witch hunts by the lawless Democrats. These proceedings include:

Georgia Election Interference Case: Trump faces 13 counts relating to efforts to influence Georgia’s 2020 election results, including charges of election fraud conspiracy and solicitation.
January 6th Capitol Event Case: This federal case charges Trump with four counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States and obstruction of an official proceeding, related to the January 6 events.
Classified Documents Case: Trump is accused in 40 counts of unlawfully managing national defense information at his Mar-a-Lago estate.
New York Business Fraud Case: He faces 34 counts for allegedly falsifying business records linked to payments to Stormy Daniels.

This lawfare by Democrats, as pointed out by AOC’s own words, is aimed at limiting Trump’s mobility and, by extension, his ability to campaign freely across the country.

Her assertion that these legal challenges are akin to an “ankle monitor” shed light on leftists’ tactics of using legal proceedings as political tools against Trump, branding these actions as nothing short of election interference.

Since the 1960s, the Knights of Columbus have held a Memorial Day event at the Poplar Grove National Cemetery in Petersburg, VA.

For the last two years, however, The National Park Service (NPS) has refused permission for the event due to a new policy prohibiting “religious services”  and calling the ceremony to honor this nation’s fallen heroes a “demonstration.”

The park service has instead said the event must take place in a nearby “free speech zone.”

The Knights and their attorneys say the decision by park officials violates the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

On May 13, 2024, First Liberty Institute and the law team at McGuireWoods sent a letter to the Chief Park Ranger asking to reconsider the decision, arguing that a 2022 policy on special events is being misapplied.

“Our hope is that the National Park Service will immediately correct this error and grant the permit,” said John Moran, Partner at McGuireWoods.  “This policy and the decision to block the Knights of Columbus from continuing their long-standing religious tradition is a blatant violation of the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.”

Roger Byron, Senior Counsel at First Liberty, added, “Due to the religious nature of the Knights’ annual service to honor and pray for the nation’s fallen soldiers, they have been assigned a second class status and relegated to the proverbial back of the bus.  That is precisely the kind of unlawful discrimination and censorship the First Amendment was enacted to prevent.  Surely this decision was an oversight.”

The letter to the Park’s chief ranger states, “There is no reason under NPS regulations or Policy Memorandum 22-01 to deny the Knights a permit to hold the service within the cemetery. Indeed, even since the adoption of Policy Memorandum 22-01, the Park Service has authorized Memorial Day masses in other National Cemeteries.”  As the letter further explains, “it violates the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to discriminate against and censor the Knights’ activities solely because of their religious character.”  Further, the “prohibition of the Knights’ Memorial Day service due to its religious nature is not merely unlawful content-based discrimination on speech—it is textbook viewpoint discrimination, which is per se unconstitutional.”

Now, First Liberty Institute and the law team at McGuireWoods have filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against the NPS in Petersburg, Virginia, to allow the event to move forward.

The motion for a temporary restraining order states:  “The case for preliminary relief is simple: The Knights are likely to succeed on their claims that Defendants’ application of their policies to bar the Knights from conducting a ‘religious service’ in the National Cemetery—as they had previously done for generations—violates their right to religious free exercise under the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).  The Court should therefore grant the motion and enter an immediate temporary restraining order or issue a preliminary injunction allowing the Knights to continue their decades-long tradition of hosting a Memorial Day mass inside the Poplar Grove National Cemetery.”

The FBI and Homeland Security have issued an alert warning that Gay Pride events scheduled for cities throughout the U.S. during June “Pride Month” may be targeted by ISIS and other Islamic terrorist organizations.

Of course, our woke federal law-enforcement agencies never utter the word Islamic, Islamic State, or Muslim.

Here’s what they said in a release issued this week:

“Foreign terrorist organizations or supporters may seek to exploit increased gatherings associated with the upcoming June 2024 Pride Month.”

The warning explained that so-called foreign terrorist organizations, or FTOs, will make efforts to “commit or inspire violence against holiday celebrations, including Pride celebrations or LGBTQIA+-related venues, are compounded by the current heightened threat environment in the United States and other Western countries.”

The statement goes on to read:

“FTOs and their supporters have previously promoted anti-LGBTQIA+ rhetoric and targeted LGBTQIA+ related events or venues for attacks.”

English-language ISIS messaging reportedly featured an article in February 2023 calling for “followers to conduct attacks on unidentified soft targets, although the attacks and targets were not specific to LGBTQIA+ venues.”

It’s also significant that June 12, 2024, is the eighth anniversary of the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. After the shooting that killed 49 and wounded 53, the FBI alert says “pro-ISIS messaging praised this attack as one of the high-profile attacks in Western countries, and FTO supporters celebrated it.”

The alert also noted a June 2023 attempted attack on a Pride parade in Vienna, Austria, by three alleged ISIS sympathizers using knives and a vehicle.

The number of people on the terror watch list attempting to enter the country illegally has skyrocketed under Biden’s term, along with the number of unvetted refugees being admitted from Islamic countries.

So, the current U.S. government policy appears to be one of encouraging Islamic terrorists to enter the country on the one hand, while labeling Americans who oppose them as xenophobic and Islamophobic, then on the other hand warning of impending attacks by these same Islamic terrorists they have allowed in and protected from being called out as dangerous. The fact that these “foreign terrorists” are also Islamic terrorists is never mentioned in the FBI alerts.

Classic Hegelian dialectic. Create the problem, then offer the solution, which always furthers the interests of the national-security digital surveillance states.

Following her victory, Willis hosted a victory party on Tuesday, and to the shock of many guests at the party, former special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who was forced to resign from the Trump RICO case due to his romantic relationship with Willis, was in attendance.

Atlanta Journal-Constitution reporter Tamar Hallerman was the first to report on Wade’s attendance and took to X and wrote, “Well consider me shook.”

Hallerman further wrote Wade was “all smiles.”

Nathan Wade “shook” revelers at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ primary election victory party Tuesday when he strolled into the event “all smiles.”

Wade, the former special prosecutor whose love affair with Willis resulted in him being forced to resign from the historic criminal case against former President Donald Trump, was among those gathered at an event space in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood to celebrate the district attorney’s landslide win.

“Well consider me shook,” Atlanta Journal-Constitution reporter Tamar Hallerman wrote on X, after spotting Wade dressed to the nines.

Wade walked in “all smiles,” she added.

British media is in an uproar with the increasingly real possibility that Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will ‘trigger’ the General Election for as early as the 4th of July.

The announcement is expected to happen AT ANY MOMENT.

UK rules specify that an election has to be held until December 17. So far, Sunak had repeatedly stated that the vote will happen in the ‘second half of the year’.

But now, ‘Election fever is gripping Westminster today’.

This comes across as rather surprising since the opposition Labour has a big lead in the polls, and has just handed Sunak an astounding defeat in the local council elections.

Daily Mail reported:

“Lord Cameron is cutting short a trip to Albania to be back in time for a Cabinet meeting at 4.15pm, while Jeremy Hunt has cancelled an appearance on ITV tonight. 

[…] The drama is threatening to set the Tory tinderbox ablaze, with MPs telling MailOnline that Mr Sunak has a ‘death wish’ and the Parliamentary party will go ‘nuts’ if he tries to call an election.”

Sir Keir Stammer’s Labour is still well ahead in the polls.

Rumors say letters of no confidence are being drafted and delivered to the Conservative Party’s ‘1922 Committee’ tasked with this function.

Others want to prevent the writ being moved to ‘dissolve Parliament’ and call the next elections.

“The rumors gathered pace after Mr Sunak hailed a ‘major milestone’ with inflation tumbling to the lowest level in nearly three years.

Sunak recently stated in the Commons:

“There is, Mr Speaker, spoiler alert, there is going to be a general election in the second half of this year. At that moment, the British people will in fact see the truth about the honorable gentleman opposite me, because that will be the choice at the next election Mr. Speaker, a party that is not able to say to the country what they would do, a party that would put at risk our hard-earned economic stability, or the Conservatives that are delivering a secure future for our United Kingdom.”

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate fell from 3.2 per cent in March to 2.3 per cent in April – which is near the Bank of England’s 2 per cent target.

Rep. Jasmine Crocket, D-Tx., is awaiting ownership of the insulting phrase she leveled against Rep. Marjorie Tayler Greene, R-Ga., in the notorious showdown during a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing last week.

The Democrat lawmaker’s campaign filed a trademark application for the phrase “bleach blonde bad built butch body” on Sunday with the US Patent and Trademark Office.

The move will accompany the launch of the “Crockett Clapback Collection,” featuring accessories and clothing items with the alliterative jab she hurled at Greene in the heated exchange on the House floor.

USA Today broke the news of Crockett’s trademark application on Tuesday.

The House Oversight Committee hearing on Attorney General Merrick Garland’s contempt of Congress became raucous last Thursday night after Greene asked Democrat members of the House Oversight Committee whether any of them are employing the daughter of the judge overseeing former President Trump’s hush money case.

“Please tell me what that has to do with Merrick Garland,” Crocket responded. “Do you know what we’re here for?”

Green shot back, blasting Crockett on her fake eyelashes.

“I don’t think you know what you’re here for,” Greene responded. “I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading.”

The hearing then devolved into insults being slung across the chamber with Chairman James Comer unable to contain proceedings for nearly an hour.

Rep. Alexandria Cortez, D-NY, slammed Greene over the “disgusting” and “unacceptable” remarks about Crocket.

“How dare you attack the physical appearance of another person?” Cortez admonished.

Greene replied taunting Cortez, asking, “Are your feelings hurt?”

“Oh girl, oh baby girl, don’t even play,” Cortez retorted.

Comer ruled Greene’s insult did not breach congressional protocol, prompting Crockett to “clap back.”

“If someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody’s bleach blond, bad-built butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?” she asked the chairman.

Following the heated exchange, the 43-year-old Texas congresswoman did what we would expect of a Democrat and branded Greene’s “fake eyelashes” comment as racist.

“MAGA has historically been on social media doing the things where they’re saying, ‘Oh she’s black with lashes and nails and hair, and so she’s ghetto.’ And so, to me, this was [Greene] buying into that rhetoric and trying to amplify this for the MAGA crowd,” Crocket told CNN’s Jake Tapper Monday.

Crockett then announced the launch of her “Clapback Collection.”

Both Republicans and Democrats told Politico that some members had been drinking that evening but the publication did not disclose their names.

Greene responded to Crockett’s trademark application by posting a video of X working out.

“Yes my body is built and strong NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle,” the Georgia lawmaker wrote in the post. “Soon turning 50 years old, God willing, I will continue to lift, run, swim, play sports, surf, ski, climb and LIVE this life to the fullest and enjoy every single moment!”

The Biden administration agreed this week to remove the remaining US troops from Niger by September. The approximately 1,000 troops will leave the two US military bases in the country to the new regime. Russian forces are already in country and actually share the same base now as US troops.

This is one of Joe Biden’s greatest foreign policy failures among many and is of course being ignored by the US fake news conglomerate.

The BBC reported on the latest deal in Niger. It appears the Biden regime paid off the regime to save face as they were forced out of the country. You can bet that money was exchanged for this communication.

The US and Niger have agreed that American troops will leave the country “no later” than 15 September, they announced in a joint statement on Sunday.

They said the two countries had “reached a disengagement agreement to effect the withdrawal of U.S. forces, which has already begun”.

The military junta which seized power last year has already ordered French troops to leave, while moving closer to Russia.

The statement commended the “joint sacrifices of Nigerien and U.S. forces in the fight against terrorism”, adding that the withdrawal would not affect the continuation of US-Niger relations.

“The United States and Niger are committed to ongoing diplomatic dialogue to define the future of their bilateral relations,” it read.

That is complete lie. The US was forced out. Russians are already on the US base.

Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine recently spoke to reporters and blamed US State Department official Molly Phee of threatening the current leaders while negotiating US military presence in the country.

The Nigerian leader blamed Phee for the complete breakdown in relations. Zeine described his reaction to Molly Phee when she came to lecture the Nigerien leaders in March, “You have come here to threaten us in our country. That is unacceptable. And you have come here to tell us with whom we can have relationships, which is also unacceptable. And you have done it all with a condescending tone and a lack of respect.

In April we learned about Joe Biden’s most recent foreign policy disaster in Niger, Africa. US troops are trapped in the country allegedly without water and medicine at the time. The Army was likely hiding this to protect itself from the embarrassment. Deployed Americans were in limbo and unable to do their jobs and the Biden State Department was completely outmaneuvered once again.

Thanks to brilliant negotiating skills by Biden appointed diplomats US military will leave Niger and leave behind a $100 million airbase to the current anti-American rulers.

On top of that news broke last week that Russian troops have now entered the US airbase in the nation’s capital, Niamey.

The Russians will cohabitate with the remaining Americans at the US Airbase 101.

This is another humiliation of US troops by Joe Biden.

A crucial military relationship between the United States and its closest West African ally, the country of Niger, ruptured this spring after a visiting U.S. official made threats during last-ditch negotiations over whether American troops based there would be allowed to remain, according to the country’s prime minister.

In an exclusive interview, Prime Minister Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine put the blame for the breakdown squarely on the United States, accusing American officials of trying to dictate which countries Niger could partner with and failing to justify the U.S. troop presence, now scheduled to end in the coming months. Niger has been central to efforts to contain a growing Islamist insurgency in West Africa.

The rift between the former allies has created an opportunity for Russia, which has moved quickly to deepen its relationship with Niger, dispatching troops to the capital, Niamey, last month to train the Nigerien military and supplying a new air defense system. Russian and U.S. troops now occupy opposite ends of an air base.

After a military coup d’état ousted Niger’s democratically elected president last year, the United States froze security support as required by U.S. law and paused counterterrorism activities, which had involved intelligence gathering on regional militant activities from a massive drone base in the country’s north. The United States has kept more than 1,000 military personnel in place while negotiating with Niger over their status and urging the junta to begin restoring democracy…

He said the Nigerien leaders took particular umbrage at remarks by Molly Phee, the State Department’s top official for African affairs, who he said had urged the government during a March visit to Niamey to refrain from engaging with Iran and Russia in ways objectionable to Washington if Niger wanted to continue its security relationship with the United States. He also said Phee had further threatened sanctions if Niger pursued a deal to sell uranium to Iran.

“When she finished, I said, ‘Madame, I am going to summarize in two points what you have said,’” recounted Zeine, who has led negotiations with the United States. “First, you have come here to threaten us in our country. That is unacceptable. And you have come here to tell us with whom we can have relationships, which is also unacceptable. And you have done it all with a condescending tone and a lack of respect.”
