Ian Smith, co-owner of Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, New Jersey, has achieved a monumental victory. A New Jersey court has dismissed all 80 charges against him, charges that stemmed from his bold decision to reopen his gym in direct defiance of Democrat Governor Phil Murphy’s tyrannical COVID-19 lockdown orders.

The saga began in May 2020, when Smith reopened Atilis Gym, challenging the Murphy administration’s mandates, which he and his supporters argue are unconstitutional and detrimental to small businesses.

The confrontation escalated in July 2020 when police officers forcefully arrested Smith after he continually violated the state’s shutdown orders.

A swarm of police officers burst through the door of Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, New Jersey arrested the owners for violating Governor Murphy’s authoritarian shutdown order.

“Well, this was a first,” Dowlen said in a Facebook post. “I stayed the night in the gym writing, my book clients Ian & Frank were just waking up, I’m gathering my computer & notebooks, just waiting for the guys to come out for a few final questions, and then a SWARM of Camden County Sheriffs & local Bellmawr police (with K-9 units waiting in a vehicle) come bursting thru the door….to me, sitting there, writing, by myself. First & foremost, the law enforcement officers were polite & respectful. Look for my video footage on national channels. And tonight/this morning, I am writing this new book chapter right now!!!”

The state’s aggressive response did not end with the arrest. In a controversial move, Governor Murphy and his administration seized $165,000 from the gym’s accounts—funds that Smith claims were amassed through donations and apparel sales to support the gym’s legal battles. This act was a punitive strike meant to cripple the gym financially and serve as a stern warning to others who might consider similar defiance.

“Governor Phil Murphy seized 100% of our assets today – $165k, all of which came from donations and apparel sales. This is done in the middle of ongoing litigation defending ourselves against these fines, our 80 charges, the revocation of our business license, and the unconstitutional health department shutdown.⁣ This was never about protection, it was always about control,” said Smith in a video statement in January 2021.

On Saturday, Smith announced that the court dropped all charges with prejudice. This means the state is utterly barred from refiling these charges against Smith and Atilis Gym, signaling a definitive victory for the small business owner and a stinging rebuke of Gov. Murphy’s authoritarian tactics.

Smith did not mince words, directly challenging Governor Murphy with a phrase that has since gone viral: “Suck my d—k Phil Murphy.”

Smith released the following statement on X:

The support we received locally, nationally, and internationally for our stand is something I will be forever grateful for.

With that being said, I am thrilled to announce that we have achieved a major victory in the long, hard fight against the State.

ALL OF THE 80+ municipal citations of violations of a governor’s order, public nuisance, disturbing the peace, and operating without a license against us have been dropped by the courts WITH prejudice. This means the State has NO ability to revist or refile these charges.

This victory opens the battlefield again and gives us options to continue to push back and bring justice to the treasonous actions of Phil Murphy and his lackies.

Again, thank you to all who supported us. We could not have done it without you.

Lily Greenberg Call and Joe Biden

A Biden regime staffer who recently stepped down, citing opposition to U.S. backing of Israel’s military actions in Gaza, is revealed to be the daughter of a top executive at a defense firm that supplies arms to the Israel government.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Lily Greenberg Call, a Jewish special assistant to the chief of staff in the Department of Interior, resigned in protest and blasted Joe Biden in a phone call with the AP.

In a phone interview with The Associated Press, Call blasted Joe Biden’s comments on Israel and Jews.

“In an interview with The Associated Press, Call pointed to comments by Biden, including at a White House Hanukkah event where he said “Were there no Israel, there wouldn’t be a Jew in the world who was safe” and at an event at Washington’s Holocaust Memorial last week in which he said the Oct. 7 Hamas-led attacks that triggered the war were driven by an “ancient desire to wipe out the Jewish people.”” The AP reported.

“He is making Jews the face of the American war machine. And that is so deeply wrong,” Call told the AP, noting that ancestors of hers were killed by “state-sponsored violence.”

In her resignation letter, Call said she was initially excited to join the Biden Administration: “However, I can no longer in good conscience continue to represent this administration,” she wrote in a letter.

According to the New York Post, Lily’s “views began to shift after going to college at Berkeley, meeting “Palestinian-Americans at school” and entering Democratic politics, according to an essay she wrote in May 2022 for Teen Vogue.”

Lily, now a critic of the Biden regime’s complicity in “state-sponsored violence” against Palestinians, is none other than the daughter of Thomas Call, a high-ranking executive at RTX Corp.

According to his LinkedIn account, Call, who lives in Oakland, California, is a chief engineer at Raytheon Applied Signal Technology.

This company is one of America’s leading suppliers of advanced weaponry to Israel, including critical components for the famed Iron Dome missile defense system.

Last week, Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas had a little go ’round with Georgia Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene as the two exchanged words during a House committee hearing. Now, Crockett is raising campaign funds off the feud with a t-shirt sale, only she missed one (major) problem with her shirt design.

Crockett claims that Greene is a “racist” for a snide comment tossed off referring to the Texan’s false eyelashes during Thursday’s House Oversight Committee hearing on a contempt of Congress resolution against Attorney General Merrick Garland.

It all started when Rep. Crockett interjected during Greene’s time at the mic when she asked Greene why she brought up liberal New York Judge and Democrat donor Juan Merchan and his daughter during her comments about Garland. Merchan is the judge currently overseeing the Donald Trump business records trial in New York City.

Greene shot back at Crockett, saying, “I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading.”

That retort sparked several minutes of back and forth between the Georgia Republican and Democrat Reps Crockett and New York “squad” member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez during which the three traded barbs.

Greene eventually agreed to have her comments stricken from the record, but even with that, Crockett interjected a personal attack, and said, “I’m just curious. To better understand your ruling, if someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody’s bleached blonde, bad-built, butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?”

Now, Crockett is trying to raise campaign funds off that last personal attack on Greene.

Crockett is peddling a new t-shirt design reading “bleached blonde, bad built, butch body” and ending with a pseudo signature from the Rep.

Only there is one tiny little problem with that t-shirt design she is advertising in the wake of the heated exchange on the Hill.

Her own name is misspelled. Somehow an extra “r” was inserted instead of an “e” in her last name.

Another X user pointed out hypocrisy of Crockett using a homophobic slur (butch) to attack someone, given that most far-leftists call that a sin.

In the end, many X users are accusing Crockett of doing the same thing she is accusing Rep. Greene of doing — identity politics-based discrimination.

Ultimately, regardless of whether you think Greene or Crockett was “more” in the wrong for the exchange, you can’t argue that misspelling your own name is a rather egregious error for the Texas representative.

An illegal immigrant from Mexico has been ensnared by the long arm of justice after being caught red-handed in what authorities have described as a mobile ‘rape dungeon.’

Eduardo Sarabia, an illegal migrant from Mexico, has been arrested and accused of operating a mobile ‘rape dungeon’ within a modified 2015 Ford Transit van. This horrifying case unfolded near the Angeles National Forest in California, where Sarabia was apprehended by police during an alleged sexual assault on a 26-year-old woman.

Authorities charged Sarabia with sexual assault following the incidents, which occurred between May 12 and 13. Currently, he is being held without bail. The chilling details emerged when police caught him in the act off Highway 39, leading to his immediate arrest.

Inside the van, law enforcement officers found a harrowing scene: condoms, ropes, bungees, children’s toys, multiple cell phones, hard drives, and a worn, stained mattress, painting a stark picture of premeditation and malice. A metal partition, locked from the outside, transformed the back of the vehicle into a cage, FOX 13 reported.

The accused appeared to lure his victims under the pretense of offering rides while purportedly camping in the San Gabriel Mountains. He then transported them to secluded areas devoid of cellular reception to carry out his criminal acts.

“As District Attorney, it is my solemn duty to pursue justice for victims of violent crimes, especially those involving sexual assault,” said Soros-backed District Attorney Gascón.

“The horrific and violent sexual assault that these two survivors endured by the alleged suspect is deeply troubling and incomprehensible. Our thoughts are with the victims during this tremendously difficult time. Thank you to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for their swift investigation to present this case to our office. I want to emphasize that this is an ongoing investigation, and there may be additional victims who have yet to come forward. I urge anyone who has been affected by similar incidents to contact law enforcement and seek available resources.”

Nearby residents told FOX 11 they hope the suspect stays off the streets.

“I think it’s terrible that we can’t even be safe on the streets. It’s hard to believe the way things are today and the way they used to be. You can’t even be on public transportation with two people being stabbed. It’s scary,” Azusa resident Rita Miller said.

“It’s scary. It’s not safe, you know I have kids and it worries me. It’s really scary and I’m glad he’s been caught. I’m glad that it’s over with him,” added Anna Dueñas, a Duarte resident.

Sarabia was charged and arraigned Wednesday, and is being held without bail. He will return to court in June.

Judge Aileen Cannon called out Special Counsel Jack Smith for his dirty tricks in Trump’s classified documents case in a rare Sunday filing.

Jack Smith has repeatedly warned of a ‘significant, immediate’ threat to the government witnesses if their names were unredacted.

The Special Counsel has been fighting to keep the names of government witnesses a secret. He also opposed the unsealing of discovery material because one document confirms the existence of another FBI investigation.

In a five-page order, Judge Cannon, a Trump appointee, said that she is “disappointed” that Jack Smith has demanded redactions for “witness safety” when it benefits him, but ignored those concerns at other times.

“[The] Court deems it necessary to express concern over Special Counsel’s treatment of certain sealed materials in this case. In two separate filings related to sealing, the Special Counsel stated, without qualification, that he had no objection to full unsealing of previously sealed docket entries related to allegations of prosecutorial misconduct,” Cannon wrote.

Judge Cannon said that “nowhere in that explanation is there any basis to conclude that the Special Counsel could not have defended the integrity of his Office while simultaneously preserving the witness-safety and concerns he has repeatedly told the Court, and maintains to this day, are of serious consequence, and which the Court has endeavored with diligence to accommodate in its multiple Orders on sealing/redaction. The Court is disappointed in these developments.”

Cannon “granted in part and denied in part” Jack Smith’s motions requesting redactions in Trump’s defense filings.

“Finally, to the extent the Special Counsel asserts a need for continued secrecy over the subject material under Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the Court accepts that rationale despite concerns about the Special Counsel’s use of Rule 6(e) as a basis for continued secrecy, and authorizes the requested sealing/redactions subject to potential further review,” the Judge wrote.

Earlier this month Judge Aileen Cannon indefinitely postponed Jack Smith’s classified documents trial against Trump.

The Judge vacated the May 20, 2024 trial date after Jack Smith admitted the FBI messed with the boxes containing “classified” documents they seized from Trump.

The DOJ previously assured the Court that the placement of classified documents as originally found had been maintained – THEY LIED!

It may be several months until Judge Cannon sets a new trial date.

Senator JD Vance was on CBS’s “Face the Nation” with host Margaret Brennan on Sunday to discuss the success of the pro-America tariffs under President Trump.

“If you apply tariffs, really what it is you’re saying that we are going to penalize you for using slave labor in China and importing that stuff in the United States. What you end up doing is you end up making more stuff in America, in Pennsylvania, in Ohio, and Michigan,” Senator Vance said.

“That did not happen in the Trump administration,” Brennan said.

“Well, it actually did happen in the Trump administration Margaret,” Senator Vance continued.

“Manufacturing jobs came back?” Brennan continued.

“Had significant onshoring, you had significant increases in people investing in factory construction, but it takes time Margaret, and that is one of the things, one of the reasons why I think that we need a second term of President Trump is this stuff isn’t gonna happen overnight,” Senator Vance continued.

Senator Vance also distinguished why he does not support Biden’s tariffs.

“You’ve been very broadly supportive of tariffs, um, why are you opposed to President Biden then putting tariffs on batteries and electric vehicles and other technologies from China? It seems inconsistent,” Brennan asked Senator Vance.

“There are 2 things here. First of all, many of the tariffs that Joe Biden has endorsed in the last couple of weeks are tariffs that he ran against in 2020, but now that he sees that Donald Trump is leading in the polls, he’s adopting the Donald Trump agenda. That’s not actually being a good policy President, that’s shifting on politics because you know you are about to lose,” Senator Vance continued.

“Biden’s entire agenda such that it exists has been about protecting green energy jobs at the expense of the industrial heartland. If you were in Wisconsin, Michigan or Pennsylvania, you are not being empowered or enriched by Joe Biden’s green energy agenda,” Senator Vance said.

Senator Vance also said that he wants tax payers to have a say in how their money is spent regarding education. He said some of Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s ideas in Hungary made sense on education.

“He seized control of state universities and put them in foundations that were then run by his allies. Is that what you are advocating be done in the United States?” Brennan asked.

“Well Margaret, what you are seeing in the United States actually is that universities are controlled by left wing foundations, they are not controlled by the American taxpayer and yet the American taxpayer is sending hundreds of billions of dollars to these universities every single year,” Senator Vance continued.

Now, one of the ringleaders of the chaos, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), is further humiliating herself in front of America.

The Democrats lost their minds when Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) put Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) in her place and informed her she “did not have the intelligence” to debate her. A pouty AOC was displeased and demanded Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) hold a vote on MTG’s harsh words about AOC’s low IQ.

Crockett then asked for a clarification, but Comer could not understand her. That’s when Crockett started screaming like a banshee at MTG.

Now, Crockett is further humiliating herself in front of America. The Texas Congresswoman went on MSNBC Sunday to speak with host Ali Velshi regarding the incident, particularly Greene’s actions. During her appearance, she took the opportunity to taunt Trump supporters who righteously attacked her for her juvenile behavior.

Crockett, who is not exactly a Rhodes Scholar, dared to claim she will ALWAYS be more intelligent than MAGA supporters and implied Greene was stupid as well.

She went to pat herself on the back for refusing “to be someone’s doormat.”

The Washington Post reporter and notorious narcissist Taylor Lorenz has accused X owner Elon Musk of deliberately trying to interfere with her life.

There is just one problem.  Elon Musk has never heard of her. 

In a TikTok posted this weekend, Lorenz discusses how some unnamed individual claimed that she had an affair with Musk and that she has an “ongoing relationship” with him.

“I’ve never even f**king met Elon Musk,” she remarked. “I have reported this man for years, very critically. He f**king hates me. He goes out of his way to f**k with me and like interfere with my life. So no, I’m definitely not, nor have I ever had an affair with Elon Musk.”

Musk took note of the tweet, admitting that he had never even heard of her. The video was originally posted by the Libs of TikTok account, whom Lorenz previously harassed, stalked and eventually doxxed.

How embarassing.

While most left-wing journalists are not household names, Lorenz has made a name for herself by launching a crusade against conservatives and platforms she believes are harming her leftist ideology.

As well as doxxing Chaya Raichik (the woman behind Libs of TikTok), Lorenz has worked with far-left groups such as the Center For Countering Digital Hate, which seeks to harass companies into pulling ads from conservative websites such as The Gateway Pundit in a bid to put them out of business.

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon extended his condolences to Mark Cameron on behalf of the National Party, which forms part of the coalition government with the ACT Party.

“On behalf of the National Party, I offer our deepest condolences to you, Mark. I know the thoughts and prayers of the whole Parliament are with your family right now too,” Luxon said.

Other politicians, including ACT Party colleague and government minister Karen Chhour, also expressed their heartfelt condolences.

In an emotional address during his son’s service held at the Dargaville Rugby Club, Mark Cameron, fighting back tears, said, “Brody Cameron, you are all of my successes and none of my failures… As a father and as a human being, I love you.”

“When patience fell to anger [and] frustration for some of us, you found temperance, pause and thought. When apathy beset the many, you found sympathy, empathy and kindness that only a few of us could actually ever parallel. When some looked for shortcomings and weakness and errors of the vulnerable, my boy you found decency, dignity and their blessings.

“Son these are the lessons you gave this world; you gave all of us. The many qualities that I do not have, some here do not have, you brought to all of us.

“From a father to a son, I say to you tackle the bastards, run straight, leave your shoes and your hat at the door and remember to smile when you’re greeted, for we will say hi, you will say hi and we are together.

“I love you, my boy,” Cameron concluded, per NZ Herald.

Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett ran to CNN on Sunday to whine about GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Crockett doubled down on her claims that MTG is a racist after the Georgia Republican commented on her fake eyelashes during a House hearing last week.

The GOP-led House Oversight Committee Thursday evening held a meeting to hold US Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for refusing to hand over audio of Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

The meeting devolved into chaos after Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Marjorie Taylor Greene exchanged barbs.

The catfight started after Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized Jasmine Crockett’s fake eyelashes during Thursday’s hearing.

CNN “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper asked Crockett if Greene’s comment about her eyelashes was racist.

“Do you think her going after your eyelashes, that that, in itself, is racist? Tapper asked Crockett.

“I think her specifically doing it to me, yes, that was the intent,” Crockett said.

“MAGA has historically been on social media, doing the things where they’re saying, ‘Oh, she’s black with lashes and nails and hair and so she’s ghetto,’” Crockett told CNN’s Jake Tapper on Sunday.

“So to me, this was her buying into that rhetoric and trying to amplify this for the MAGA crowd. And so yeah, I absolutely think that she only did it to be racist towards me,” she said.

Crockett forgot to tell Jake Tapper about her racist response to MTG as she called for House Speaker Johnson to rein in the Georgia Republican.
