New York City Soros-funded District Attorney Alvin Bragg Spoke to reporters on Thursday after the guilty verdicts against President Donald Trump in his lawfare case against the Republican  candidate for President.

Alvin Bragg told reporters, “I did my job.” He cheered the verdicts and GLOATED following the convictions.

Joe Biden’s #3 at the Department of Justice Matthew Colangelo stood next to Bragg while he cheered the verdicts.

The attorneys at one point started laughing in pride of their work in taking out Donald Trump on bogus lawfare charges.

The political temperature in America has reached a boiling point following the controversial guilty verdict in the sham trial of President Donald Trump.

President Trump has been found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection to a hush-money payment made to adult porn star Stormy Daniels.

This verdict makes Trump the first former U.S. president to be convicted of a crime. The jury reached their decision after a five-week trial and two days of deliberation.

Donald Trump denounced the trial as a “disgrace” and “rigged,” claiming that a “conflicted” and “corrupt” judge presided over the proceedings. He has consistently maintained his innocence, declaring himself a “very innocent man,” and has announced plans to appeal the verdict.

In a united front, some Republican figures released statements to express their outrage and support for Trump.

“This verdict is an absolute miscarriage of justice. While the outcome of this trial will no doubt be subject to appeal, it’s a disgrace to our judicial system that such measures will be necessary. The partisan slant of this jury pool shows why we ought to litigate politics at the ballot box and not in the courtroom. Ultimately, I have faith that the 2024 election will be decided by the American people, not corrupt judges and prosecutors,” Sen. JD Vance wrote.

On Thursday afternoon, jurors reached a guilty verdict of 34 counts of falsification of business records in the former President Donald Trump’s hush-money trial in New York.

Jurors deliberated over the course of two days before reaching their verdict on Thursday afternoon. On Thursday morning, the jury asked for the court for a rereading of testimony from witnesses such as David Pecker and Michael Cohen, as well as a review of the rules provided by presiding New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan. At 4:45pm Eastern, Jurors asked the judge for half an hour to fill out the forms, and at 5:09pm it was announced that Trump was found guilty on all counts, which Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg upgraded from misdemeanors to felonies.

Trump will return to the New York courthouse on July 11 at 10 a.m. for a sentencing hearing. Trump is expected to appeal the ruling. Whether Trump will be behind bars before the election rests on Merchan.

“This was a disgrace,” Trump said at an impromptu press conference at the courthouse, calling the trial “rigged” and Merchan “corrupt.”

“The real verdict is going to be November 5 by the people,” the former president added.

The trial hinged on the testimony of Michael Cohen, a convicted perjurer who has admitted to stealing $60,000 from the Trump organization. The Soros-backed Bragg had brought charges based on a novel theory raising misdemeanor charges to felonies via the vague charge of “election interference.” Many of the prosecutors in the case, such as Matthew Colangelo, had previously worked in Democratic politics, including in the the Biden administration’s Department of Justice.

The former president is not alone in his critiques of the handling of the trial. Many legal scholars have criticized Bragg’s legal theory, which never fully fleshed out the underlying crime that spurred Trump to falsify business records. The way in which Merchan has conducted the trial also drew criticism. Andrew McCarthy of National Review has argued that the jury instructions given by Judge Merchan represent an “one of many insidious ways he is putting his thumb on the scale to get Trump convicted.” Merchan instructed the jury that, to convict Trump, they do not need to agree on what the underlying crime actually was.

Another potential conflict of interest in the case as Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is the President of Authentic Campaigns, a firm that represents Democratic politicians and their campaigns. Loren Merchan famously has represented both Representative Adam Schiff, who has fundraised on prosecuting the former President, and New York’s Representative Dan Goldman, who prepped Michael Cohen ahead of latter’s testimony against Donald Trump. When Trump attempted to speak out about this clear conflict of interest on the part of Judge Merchan, the judge fined him for violating a gag order that Merchan had created earlier in the trial. Judge Merchan has also donated to Democratic candidates in the past, which has caused many, including Representative Elise Stefanik of New York, to question whether his selection as the judge for such a politically-fraught case was truly random.

Even without the Merchan angle, the cards appeared stacked in the prosecution’s favor. The Manhattan jury was subject to a lengthy process to try and parse out whether or not they could be fair and impartial to the former president. When the jury was selected in late April, 96 prospective jurors filled out a 42-question form that solicited a wide range of information from the potential jurors. One of the questions inquired into the jury’s chosen media outlets. The results were shared with the New York Times.

Seven men and five women were ultimately appointed to the jury. A majority of jurors and alternates got their news was the New York Times. Just one of the jurors claimed to consume Fox News’ products. Only one other claimed to read the New York Post. And another juror claimed to get news from X (formerly Twitter) and Truth Social. 

While Trump still meets the qualifications to run for President, if the conviction is not successfully appealed by Trump’s legal team and he is sentenced on July 11th, the legal questions concerning a presidential self-pardon will come to the fore.

The jury returned a verdict in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare ‘hush money’ trial on Thursday: Guilty on all 34 counts!

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.

After deliberating for several hours on Thursday, the jury returned a guilty verdict after the judge rigged the trial by allowing jurors to choose which crime they believed Trump committed.

Trump is facing four years in prison for every count.

The sentencing was set for July 11.

Judge Merchan was informed there is no bail.

President Trump said the trial was rigged after the guilty verdict was announced.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday, a massive explosion blew out the ground floor of Realty Tower in Youngstown, Ohio, injuring seven people and killing a bank employee.

Initially, the cause of the explosion was said to be triggered by a natural gas leak.

However, Youngstown Fire Chief Barry Finley told the Associated Press that the explosion is still under investigation, and a cause has yet to be determined.

The man who died in the explosion has been identified as 27-year-old Chase Bank employee Akil Drake.

Drake’s body was discovered by first responders in the basement of the building.

21 WFMJ News was able to obtain bodycam footage from the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office showing first responders rescuing victims from the blast.

One woman can be heard screaming in pain as firefighters and deputies rescue her from the rubble and escort her to safety.

As firefighters searched for more occupants, deputies were told there was a gas leak, which is believed to have caused the explosion.

The jury reached a verdict after day two of deliberations in the NY lawfare case against Trump.

UPDATE: Guilty on all 34 counts

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.

There’s something odd about the fact that Ukrainians mean to host a diplomatic meeting in Switzerland that supposedly is a ‘peace summit’ but that does NOT count with the presence of one of the warring parties.

Not only that, but the losing side appears determined to establish the conditions for peace – have they not heard that ‘history is written by the victor‘?

Whatever the rationale behind it, it is now becoming increasingly clear that the oncoming Ukraine ‘peace summit’ is developing into a big flop.

The fact that US President Joe Biden will probably not be present at the event led embattled Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to ‘issue a warning’ over his non-attendance.

Newsweek reported:

“Biden’s absence from the talks on June 15 and 16—which will be aimed at developing a common understanding of a path toward a just and lasting peace in Ukraine—would be like giving Russian President Vladimir Putin a standing ovation, Zelensky told reporters during a press briefing in Brussels, Belgium.

Washington has said that the U.S. will participate in the summit but hasn’t said whether Biden will be attending. Bloomberg reported on May 23, citing people familiar with the matter, that the U.S. president will likely miss the event because it clashes with a campaign fundraiser in California.”

Russia hasn’t been invited to participate in the summit, China will only send a low-level civilian official, and Biden will apparently prefer the company of Hollywood celebrities to the optics of a failed war.

“‘If [Biden] is not present, it will be just like applauding Putin: personally applauding and doing so standing’, Zelensky said, as he urged as many countries as possible to participate in his peace summit.

‘I believe that the Peace Summit needs President Biden, and other leaders who are looking at the U.S. response also need him. If you want peace, you will be there and you will speak, even if you don’t agree with something. And if you want war, you will go to the mob that Russia wants to organize’.”

Out of the more than 160 delegations from around the world invited to join the peace summit, there have been 70 confirmations.

Euronews reported:

“Meanwhile, China and Brazil, two countries that the West has accused of failing to denounce Russia’s invasion, published last week a joint statement insisting on the need to include both Ukraine and Russia in any peace conference. Following Beijing’s policy, the statement did not mention the occupied territories in Eastern Ukraine.

‘All parties should create conditions for the resumption of direct dialogue and push for the de-escalation of the situation until the realisation of a comprehensive ceasefire’, the two countries wrote.

‘China and Brazil support an international peace conference held at a proper time that is recognised by both Russia and Ukraine, with equal participation of all parties as well as fair discussion of all peace plans’.”
