The New York City jury reached a verdict in Alvin Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan’s lawfare case against President Donald Trump late on Thursday afternoon.

The Gateway Pundit contributor Paul Ingrassia is attending the ongoing show trial today in New York City. He will be reporting from the media room.

Ingrassia, who has been live reporting from inside the Merchan kangaroo court for several days now, has observed firsthand the blatant disregard for due process and fair trial standards.

Despite the prosecution’s failure to clearly define the alleged criminal act committed by President Trump, the court appears poised to find him guilty at all costs and send him to prison, irrespective of the evidence or lack thereof.

In a shocking twist that defies the principles of American jurisprudence, Judge Merchan instructed the jurors that they do not need to reach a unanimous decision on the specific “unlawful means” that Trump is accused of in the case. They just have to sense that he is guilty. This goes against all common law in US history.

Instead, the jury was given the liberty to select from three main options, effectively turning the process into a choose-your-own-adventure game of legal implications.

Violations of federal election law (which no one in that courtroom is familiar with, and the judge specifically prevents Brad Smith from testifying about);
The falsification of business records; and
Tax violations

The survey, which included nearly 1,000 respondents, revealed growing concerns among NRA members about the legitimacy of the 2020 election and the nation’s future stability. More than half of those polled were 50 years old or older.

Survey Highlights:

Election Legitimacy Doubts: A vast majority, around 84%, do not recognize Joe Biden as the legitimate president from the 2020 elections. This sentiment is consistent across all age groups surveyed.
Anticipation of Unrest: Approximately 75% foresee potential civil unrest related to the 2024 election outcomes, with about one-third fearing an imminent civil war in the next decade.

An overwhelming 97% of survey respondents believe the Second Amendment was, in part, enshrined in the United States Constitution as a defensive mechanism against a tyrannical government. This belief underscores the deep-rooted conviction among NRA members about the fundamental purpose of their gun rights.

When it comes to what threatens the Second Amendment, NRA membership is split. That said, the concept of a gun owner database appears the most concerning to members among the more commonly discussed threats. Red flag laws and a renewed assault weapons ban follow. Currently, federal law prohibits a universal, national gun registry or database through the Brady Act.

The survey also suggests NRA members are more politically active than the average American, with 6 out of 10 surveyed members having contacted lawmakers about gun rights issues. This proactive approach to advocacy demonstrates the commitment of NRA members to protecting their Second Amendment rights.

Additional Insights on Gun Ownership and Rights:

Gun Safety Measures: The survey revealed that a majority (55%) support mandatory safety courses for gun owners, and nearly half (45%) favor mental health screenings prior to firearm purchases.
Minority Rights: Less than a quarter (22%) believe that transgender individuals who have undergone gender reassignment surgery should be stripped of their firearm rights. 29% of respondents aged 18-30 believe that individuals who have undergone gender-reassignment surgery should have their firearms confiscated.

I’ve been warning on my national TV and radio shows for many months about waves of “Red Dawn” terror attacks coming soon to the USA. My warning was not based on any inside information from the government. It was based only on my common sense and gut instincts.

That’s all changed. I now have high-level, inside information from my sources at the CIA confirming what’s coming.

Anyone can see that this O’Biden administration (led by zombie dementia puppet Joe Biden and his boss Obama- the real president) have opened the borders and waved the entire world in. And anyone with a brain knows that among the millions waved in, have been hundreds of thousands, if not millions of terrorists.

Just recently, the National Sheriffs Association claimed there are two million terrorists inside the USA. Please understand all it took was 2,000 terrorists on October 7th to invade Israel and murder, rape, burn, and behead 1,200 innocent souls.

Can you imagine what damage and death two million terrorists could do inside the USA?

That’s an army bigger than our entire combined armed forces (we have 1.3 million active-duty military).

That’s an army bigger than our entire combined police force in the USA (we have 800,000 combined police officers).

I’ve written many commentaries warning what they might have planned for America. My biggest fear is not another massive high-tech 9-11 terror attack. Although that may be coming.

My biggest fear is simple, low-tech attacks that are easy and inexpensive to carry out. I’ve even used the name “Red Damn” to describe what I see coming. Remember the movie “Red Dawn” starring Patrick Swayze? America was invaded by a foreign country (Russia).

Well, today there is no need for an invasion by our enemies. Because the invasion has already happened. Millions of terrorists and Chinese military age males are already inside the USA.

But what are they waiting for? Are they waiting for the right moment to create chaos for our upcoming presidential election?

Are they waiting for the moment China attacks Taiwan?

Are they training inside our country for the perfect moment for a coordinated “Red Dawn” terror attack?

Simple. Inexpensive. All our enemies would need to do is the following: Coordinate 50 groups of terrorists to walk into supermarkets, department stores, train stations, airport terminals, hotel lobbies, restaurants, nightclubs, theatres and schools. 50 groups at the exact same time, in 50 cities across the country. And start killing.

Who would stop them?

It’s already proven successful in Israel on October 7th. That’s the blueprint. By the time enough police, or military get to each terror scene there will be 100 dead, or more, at each scene. What if 100 Americans were murdered in 50 cities at the exact same time?

That’s 5,000 dead Americans.

America would be paralyzed. The economy would come to a standstill. The stock market would crash. No one would leave their house for weeks. Cities would become ghost towns. Our streets would be patrolled by military. This is how you collapse a powerful country.

And this would be easy to do. Just find 100 terrorists in 50 cities. That’s 5,000 terrorists. Armed with only pistols, rifles, and knives. Throw in a few grenades. Low tech.

Is finding 5,000 terrorists hard? It’s easy considering there may be two million terrorists inside the USA. Now keep in mind, this was all from my imagination.

But what if I told you my worst fears and nightmares have now been confirmed?

Days ago, my CIA sources called me to tell me the US government knows a “Red Dawn” terrorist attack is coming any day. That’s their exact words. “Red Dawn.” The CIA is scared to death. Yet they refuse to warn the American people.

Worse, they know exactly why it’s coming. This is the direct fault of the Biden administration. And I’m not even talking about the open border.

It turns out that when Biden (and his boss Obama) ordered the U.S. military retreat from Afghanistan (the worst retreat in US military history)…and ordered them to abandon their bases, leaving behind $85 billion dollars of equipment…guess what was left behind?

First, it appears they left behind sensitive information with names and addresses of US military “special operators” (ie Navy Seals, Green Berets, special forces). Which would explain the incident days ago, in North Carolina, where two Chechen utility contractors illegally in the U.S. were spotted with telephoto lens outside the home of a US Special Forces Major. The Major saw them taking photos of his children playing, confronted them and shot one dead.

How did these alleged terrorists know the name of this Major? How did they find his address? Why were they at his home taking photos of his children? How many families of special forces are in danger right now? Thank Joe Biden- he handed them that information.

But it gets worse.

The NSA in its haste to abandon Afghanistan under orders from Joe Biden (and his boss Obama) left behind sensitive equipment that creates and issues official U.S. passports.

Let that sink in for a moment.

Terrorist enemies of the US now have the capability to issue official U.S. passports to as many terrorists as they want, to come to America and commit mass murder. They don’t even need to sneak in over the open border. Now they can walk right into our country at any airport and breeze right through customs.

My CIA sources used the exact term “Red Dawn.” They know we are facing waves of “Red Dawn” terror attacks.

It’s no longer my imagination. The nightmare is reality. It’s coming any day now. Our government knows that. It’s their fault. They’re petrified with fear. And they refuse to warn the American people.

A high school in Kentucky withheld a Christian graduate’s diploma when he reportedly went off script during his graduation speech to praise Jesus and encourage others to seek Him.

As the New York Post reported Thursday, Micah Price gave a commencement speech at Campbell County High School in Alexandria, Ky., on May 24.
He reportedly was permitted to praise Jesus Christ by school officials but ended up ticking them off after asking other Christians to find God.

WKRC notes administrators approve the speeches that students rehearse.

“Class, before another word leaves my mouth, I must give the honor, the praise, and the glory to my lord and savior Jesus Christ,” Price began.

The crowd interrupted him with rousing applause before he continued spreading his religious message.

“He is the light, he is the way, the truth, and the life,” Price continued. “Class, everyone in the audience today, I’m here to tell you if you don’t have any of those things in your life, you can’t seem to find the answer, my lord and savior is your answer he will give you the truth, the way and the life.”

Price then revealed in a TikTok video on Sunday that school officials responded by scolding him and denying him his hard-earned diploma.

“After the speech was over, one of the principals came in, tapped me on the shoulder, very politely and professionally told me that I was going to have to go in front of the board and explain what I did because I went off script,” he said.

Superintendent Shelli Wilson defended the decision to withhold Price’s diploma in an interview with WKRC on Monday.

“All speakers were told that going off their submitted speech, or any unplanned choices at graduation, may have repercussions as they would at any school function,” Wilson said.

“Off-program choices such as speech, signs, and caps in support of any cause or religion, injecting inappropriate language, or political election statements could lead to something other than this outpouring of Christian faith,” she continued.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Marco Troper, the 19-year-old son of leftist former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki, was found dead at the University of California, Berkeley back in February. Now, an autopsy report has finally revealed his cause of death.

The San Francisco Gate received the coroner’s report from the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office which said that Troper died from an “accidental” drug overdose in his dorm. The teen had a wide range of drugs in his system when he perished, including alprazolam, which is often branded as Xanax, as well as cocaine, amphetamine, and hydroxyzine.

The report shows the levels of alprazolam and cocaine found in his bloodstream were likely high enough alone to cause death. THC, which is present in marijuana, was also present in his body.

The paper notes there was speculation regarding Troper ingesting fentanyl, but the autopsy did not find the deadly opioid in his system.

No foul play is suspected.

TGP previously revealed that Troper was found unresponsive in his dorm at the Clark Kerr Campus, a student housing complex, around 4:23 p.m. local time on February 13. Despite prompt life-saving attempts by the Berkeley Fire Department, Troper was pronounced dead at the scene.

His grandmother, Esther Wojcicki, said at the time that the family feared he had started taking drugs in college and speculated to the San Francisco Gate that one caused his death.

“He ingested a drug, and we don’t know what was in it,” she said. “One thing we do know, it was a drug.”

Troper was the son of Susan Wojcicki and tech executive Dennis Troper. Mrs. Wojcicki was the Youtube CEO from 2014 to 2023 and a huge Hillary Clinton supporter.

She resigned the day after the House Republicans issued subpoenas for Big Tech CEOs at Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft. Wojcicki was not listed on the list of subpoenaed CEOs despite YouTube being a subsidiary of Alphabet.

Under Wojcicki’s reign, she demanded governments censor the free speech rights of ordinary citizens and suspended President Trump from Youtube following the J6 protests.

“Our recommendations for governments who want to have more control over online speech is to pass laws to have that very cleanly and clearly define such that we can implement it. There are times we see the laws being implemented or being suggested that they are not very clean or possible for us to cleanly interpret them. And we’ve also seen laws just passed for the internet as opposed to for all speech. And I do think that’s a dangerous area when we start to get in and say oh sure you can say something like this for a magazine or on TV but you can’t say it on the internet,” she said.

House Republicans are pushing forward with legislation aimed at curbing noncitizen voting as part of their broader strategy to address foreign interference in U.S. elections. On May 23, 2024, the House Administration Committee passed two bills along party lines, signaling the GOP’s focus on electoral integrity.

The first bill, introduced by Rep. Bryan Steil (R-Wis.), seeks to prohibit noncitizens from voting in federal elections. While noncitizen voting is already illegal in federal contests, this bill aims to tighten enforcement and ensure states cannot allow noncitizens to vote in any federal, state, or local elections held concurrently with federal elections. Steil emphasized that the legislation is necessary to protect the sanctity of U.S. elections and to prevent any form of foreign interference.

Under DC’s new law, non-citizens–including agents of foreign governments–will now be able to influence outcomes of American elections in the district.

The second bill, championed by Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.), targets foreign influence in U.S. election processes.

This legislation would require states to verify the citizenship status of voters in federal elections and mandates regular audits of voter rolls to remove noncitizens. Davis argued that these measures are crucial for maintaining public confidence in the electoral system.

Republicans see these measures as vital for preventing election fraud and ensuring that only eligible voters participate in elections. As these bills move to the House floor, they are expected to face significant opposition from Democrats and civil rights groups.

The Judge overseeing President Trump’s New York trial has broken numerous judicial standards that his behavior should lead to his disbarment. Judge Juan Merchan’s bias against President Trump is indisputable. Any “reasonable” person can spot it. We go through each of his missteps, mistakes, and deceitful decisions aimed at swaying the jury to convict.

His behavior is so outside the bounds of standard judicial conduct that he is guilty of not just ethical violations, but he clearly has violated Donald Trump’s constitutional right to due process.

A person has died after being ingested by a jet engine at Amsterdam Airport.

The incident took place on Wednesday on an aircraft run by Dutch airline KLM that was destined for Denmark.

The Daily Mail reported:

Officials investigating the death of a person who was sucked into a jet engine in Amsterdam yesterday are yet to identify whether the victim was a man or woman after their body was shredded by the spinning turbines. The unidentified victim was killed immediately when they were pulled into the KLM passenger plane’s engine at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport yesterday afternoon as it prepared for takeoff.

Passengers and crew members on board the Embraer 190 aircraft – which KLM uses for their Cityhopper service to nearby destinations – told local outlet De Telegraaf that a ‘hellish noise’ came from the engine, which quickly began trailing smoke. Emergency crews carried out a ‘massive’ response after the horror tragedy was reported around 3pm, with a picture posted by public broadcaster NOS showing the plane surrounded by fire trucks and ambulances.

Investigators from the Dutch military police have said that is was too early to say whether this was an ‘incident’, or a form of suicide, and in a press conference late last night said they were still trying to identify the sex of the victim.

In a statement from the Dutch airline KLM, the airline said it was “taking care” of passengers traumatized by the incident.

“A fatal incident took place at Schiphol today during which a person ended up in a running aircraft engine. Sadly, this person has died,” the statement read.

“The flight concerned was KL1341 bound for Billund. We are currently taking care of the passengers and employees who witnessed the incident at Schiphol. The circumstances are currently under investigation.”

Schiphol Airport also confirmed the incident on their X feed.

“Today there was a horrible incident where a person ended up in an airplane engine,” they wrote. “Our thoughts go out to the relatives and we care for the passengers and colleagues who witnessed this. The Royal Military Police is currently conducting an investigation.”

Last year, a similar incident took place at San Antonio airport in Texas when an airport worker was sucked into a plane run by Delta Airlines. Examiners eventually concluded he had taken his own life.
