Three people were arrested after a so-called “pride” crosswalk was damaged in Spokane, Washington, on Wednesday.

The LGBT symbol had been repainted recently after liquid was poured upon it and it was set on fire in mid-May, according to KREM-TV.

But on Wednesday, four people riding Lime scooters were seen riding over the mural repeatedly. Lime is a company that rents electric bikes and scooters.

When confronted by witnesses, the scooter riders refused to stop and cursed at the witnesses, according to court documents.

One witness said the teens were intentionally making marks on the mural with the scooters they were riding.

“Officers observed widespread damage as black scuff marks consistent with scooter wheels were observed across the entirety of the mural,” Spokane police said in a statement on the department’s website.

“The area is clearly marked to keep traffic away as it was just re-painted to repair previous damage,” the statement said.

At least 14 black skid marks had marked the mural, according to WTGS-TV.

Police used witness accounts and video surveillance to arrest three suspects about 34 minutes after they were summoned, KREM reported.

Ruslan V.V. Turko, 19, and two minors were charged with first-degree malicious mischief.

Turko was freed on his own recognizance after a Thursday hearing in which prosecutors called for a $15,000 bond.

One condition of his release was that he not go near the mural or those arrested with him.

On Friday, Lime released a statement condemning the incident and said it will make the mural area a no-ride zone.

Lime said on its website that what that means is that when a rider enters a no-go Zone, the vehicle comes to a forced, automatic stop.

A new crime wave has reportedly hit the streets of New York City as illegal migrants are deliberately jumping in front of moving cars to extort money from terrified drivers.

The New York Post has reported on this disturbing trend, where migrants brazenly risk their lives in an attempt to financially exploit unsuspecting drivers. The illegal aliens have escalated their dangerous scam, particularly in Brooklyn’s bustling streets.

Dashcam footage obtained by The Post vividly captures one such incident on Flatbush Avenue South. The video shows a migrant deliberately leaping into the path of a car, forcing the driver to make a hazardous swerve to avoid a collision.

Christina, a 37-year-old driver and one of the victims of this harrowing scheme, recounted her terrifying experience.

“All of a sudden, a man with eyes wide open and screaming jumped in front of my car. He was trying to get me to run him over,” she said.

“If I had been distracted even for a second, my life could have been over. It’s just sickening,” she shared with The Post.

Residents of Rockaway Beach, where several near-misses have been reported, are particularly on edge. Community members have taken to Facebook to share their encounters and warn others, indicating a growing concern about this disturbing trend.

At least three other Rockaway Beach residents have almost become victims to the twisted trick, according to posts in an area Facebook group.

“It happened to me . . . in the dark early morning,” another resident wrote in response to Christina’s post.

“Someone did this to me outside the 7/11 on Flatbush about three weeks ago,” another responded.

In a separate post on May 6, another woman wrote that “a man jumped in front of my daughter’s car this morning” on Flatbush Avenue.

“She was able to brake in time and didn’t hit him.”

In January, John B., a retired NYPD cop from Bergen Beach, told The Post that details of the apparent extortion scheme were discussed by concerned residents and 63rd Precinct cops.

“They’re scaring people saying, ‘You just hit me, and I’m going to report it if you don’t give me the money,’” he explained.

According to a recent poll by Newsweek, more than 70% of New York City residents blamed the city’s current crime rates on illegal immigrants. Of these, 41% perceive immigration as having a “significant” impact on crime, while another 31% believe it has a “fair amount” of influence.

Washington Times reported:

Authorities blame the surge in violence on “asylum seekers” with connections to Latin American street gangs known for drug smuggling, human trafficking and killings.

“What goes on in Third World countries is happening on the streets of New York — every day, any borough, with no consequences,” Vickie Paladino, a member of the New York City Council from Queens, told The Washington Times.

Some view the uptick in migrant crime as the predictable result of President Biden’s border policies.

“Biden will come up with these just completely chaotic asylum and parole policies, and the next thing you know, we’ve got people flooding across the border,” said Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform. “Obviously, within that flood are people who are members of gangs, and apparently those gangs are in communication with people back in Venezuela. This is international organized gang violence and crime.”

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has been caught charging U.S. taxpayers for the healthcare bills of the state’s illegal alien population.

According to local media, Newsom filed nearly $53 million worth of reimbursements that the state now must return to the federal government:

California owes the federal government $52.7 million after it “improperly” requested reimbursements for services provided to noncitizens, according to a recent inspector general report.

The Golden State claimed Medicaid reimbursements for services it provided to “noncitizens with unsatisfactory immigration status,” the report reads. The category does not include those seeking asylum or refugees. States are prohibited from claiming such federal reimbursements except in medical emergency situations, which did not apply here, according to the report.

A review conducted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services inspector general’s office revealed that California employed an “outdated calculation” method for claiming federal reimbursements between October 2018 and June 2019. This method failed to exclude services provided to noncitizens, which must be paid for by the state.

“We recommend that California: (1) refund to the Federal Government the improperly claimed Federal reimbursement of $52.7 million for capitation payments made on behalf of noncitizens with UIS and (2) work with CMS to determine the amount of any improperly claimed Federal reimbursement for capitation payments made on behalf of noncitizens with UIS for an agreed-upon period not covered by our audit,” auditors wrote.

California is one of many Democratic states that not only protect illegal aliens from deportation but provide a variety of freebies including healthcare bills.

Last December, the Golden State became the first in the nation to give illegal aliens taxpayer-funded health insurance. Since its implementation, around 700,000 people have become eligible for Medi-Cal, the state version of the low-income federal Medicaid program.

“In California, we believe everyone deserves access to quality, affordable health care coverage – regardless of income or immigration status,” Newsom said at the time.

The failing Democrat told reporters he has known Vladimir Putin for 40 years. Putin was a KGB agent 40 years ago in 1984 and did not have a public presence.

Putin is 71-years-old. He would have been 31 when Joe says they met each other.

It didn’t happen.

President Biden claimed Thursday that he has “known” Vladimir Putin “for over 40 years” — despite Russia’s president having served as an undercover KGB intelligence officer through the entire 1980s.

“I’ve known him for over 40 years. He’s concerned me for 40 years. He’s not a decent man,” Biden, 81, told ABC News anchor David Muir during an interview in France at the Normandy American Cemetery to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

Putin worked as an intelligence officer in the Soviet Union’s spy network from 1975 to 1991, with postings in his hometown of St. Petersburg and the former East Germany before he retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel — making it highly unlikely Biden was aware of the future US adversary’s existence as early as he claimed.

It was just more BS from Joe Biden.

The German government has declined an offer from the Taliban to repatriate Afghan migrants convicted of crimes on the grounds that it would indicate recognition of the Islamist regime.

The offer from the Taliban government follows the murder of a police officer by an Afghan national in a senseless knife attack in the southwest city of Manheim.

Following the attack last week, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz initially indicated that he wanted to deport violent criminals, even to dangerous countries such as Syria and Afghanistan. “Such criminals should be deported – even if they come from Syria and Afghanistan,” Scholz told the Bundestag or lower house of parliament.

There is currently a ban on deporting migrants back to Afghanistan since the Taliban took back control of the country back in 2021.

The Taliban’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Abdul Kahar Balchi expressed openness to the idea, posting on the X platform: “The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls upon the German authorities to address through normal consular engagement and an appropriate mechanism based on bilateral agreement.”

However, the Germany Foreign Ministry has since played down the idea, stating that it refuses to work with a government it does not recognize.

“The Taliban will want to have any repatriations paid for at least through international recognition,” a spokesman for Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said in Berlin. “And it is a fact that the German government does not recognize the de facto Taliban government in Afghanistan, just like any other country in the world, and does not cooperate with it.”

According to InfoMigrants, there are around 400,000 Afghans currently living in Germany. Around 33,000 of those have entered the country since the Taliban’s takeover in 2021.

The greatest collegiate player in history, who broke nearly every men’s and women’s basketball scoring and assist records while at the University of Iowa, will not be on the team.

Brittney Griner, who has only played in one game and scored 11 points this year, will be on the team!

OUTRAGEOUS: Caitlin Clark Makes More 3s in WNBA in 24′ than Anyone on Olympic Team, Yet Brittney Griner with 11 Points Total YTD Makes Team

No player on the Olympic team has scored more 3-pointers this year in the WNBA than Caitlin Clark.

And only one woman on the Olympic team has more assists than Clark this WNBA Season.

Well, we now know who made the decision to keep Clark off of the Olympic team and it comes as no surprise who made the decision.

The selection committee for the women’s USA basketball team for the 2024 Paris Olympics included several notable figures in the women’s basketball world.

The five committee members include:

USC Coach Dawn Staley

** Dawn Staley, University of South Carolina coach and former U.S. coach and player.

Staley is the South Carolina coach in the SEC. Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes beat undefeated South Carolina in the 2023 NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four. This prevented South Carolina from having a perfect season. Staley’s Gamecocks won this year’s matchup in the Championship game giving Staley a perfect season.

Seimone Augustus, former player and LSU Assistant Coach

** Seimone Augustus, LSU assistant.

Augustus is currently assistant coach at LSU in the SEC. She was the first pick in the 2006 WNBA draft. She never had the offers to make the kind of money Caitlin Clark is making today.

Old Dominion Coach and former player, Delisha Milton Jones

** Delisha Milton-Jones, Old Dominion coach.

Milton-Jones is a black woman who played for Florida in the SEC. She played in the WNBA and is now coaching at Old Dominion.

Former UConn player Jennifer Rizzotti

** Jennifer Rizzotti, Connecticut Sun president.

Rizzotti is a former UConn player and longtime college coach. Clark and Iowa knocked UConn out of the NCAA Tourney this year in the Final Four.

Bethany Donaphin, former WNBA player and head of league operations

Donaphin is Head of WNBA League Operations.

If these women had any courage they would have come out and held a presser to defend their choice.

But they are not only jealous and petty but weak. They know there is NO EXCUSE for barring Caitlin Clark from the team.

Clark broke all records on the court and off the court this year.  These women are bitter and petty.

And Clark is the only player in the world who can continually fill stadiums.

Maybe they don’t like that she signs autographs for little girls at the end of each game?

These five women who barred Caitlin Clark from being on the 2024 Olympic team should be ashamed. They did a disservice to their country. How much did pettiness, jealousy, and racism play in their decision?

Dr. Francis Boyle, a Harvard-trained professor and the architect of the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act, which was unanimously approved by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush, has issued an affidavit declaring COVID-19 mRNA vaccines as biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction, Dr. Joseph Sansone first reported.

Dr. Boyle’s affidavit, which was submitted as part of an emergency petition for a writ of mandamus in Florida, argues that the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines violates several statutes, including the U.S. Code on Biological Weapons and Florida’s statutes on weapons and firearms.

This petition, aimed squarely at Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General Ashley Moody, calls for an immediate halt to the distribution of these injections in Florida and demands the confiscation of existing vaccine supplies.

According to Dr. Joseph Sansone, the original Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus was filed on March 3rd, 2024, in the Florida Supreme Court. It was later transferred to the Circuit Court in Leon County on March 20th, 2024. After the Circuit Court dismissed the case on April 9th, 2024, it moved to the appellate court. The Appellate Brief was filed on Memorial Day, May 27th, 2024.

Dr. Boyle, one of the world’s leading legal experts on biological weapons, has added considerable weight to the case with his affidavit. The case already boasts a substantial body of evidence provided in the writ of mandamus, including affidavits from med-legal advisor and biotech analyst Karen Kingston and Ana Mihalcea, M.D., PhD.

According to Dr. Sansone, the pleadings claim that the distribution of these injections violates several laws, including:

Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023);
Federal Crime of Treason 18 USC § 2381;
Treason § 876.32 Fla. Stat. (2023);
Domestic Terrorism, 18 USC § 2331;

and Genocide 18 USC §1091;
Florida Drugs and Cosmetic Act § 499.005 (2) Fla. Stat. (2023);

Accessory After the Fact § 777.03 Fla. Stat. (2023);
and Florida Medical Consent Law § 766.103 Fla Stat. (2023).

Dr. Boyle’s signed affidavit reads:

Pursuant to 28 USC 1746, I, Francis A. Boyle declare under penalty of perjury that the statements contained herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

I am Francis A. Boyle, a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. I received an AB (1971) in Political Science from the University of Chicago, then a JD degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and AM and PhD degrees in Political Science from Harvard University.

I have advised numerous international bodies in the areas of human rights, war crimes and genocide, nuclear policy, and bio-warfare. In 1985 | publicly called for and then drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush with the approval of the United States Department of Justice. See my book Biowarfare and Terrorism (Clarity Press: 2005).

It is my expert opinion that, ‘COVID-19 nanoparticle injections’ or ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ or ‘COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla.Stat. (2023).

In 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Florida Supreme Court approved Governor Ron DeSantis’ request to impanel a grand jury to investigate Covid vaccine manufacturers.

The order read:

“1. A statewide grand jury shall be promptly impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein.

2. The statewide grand jury shall be drawn from the certified jury lists submitted by the chief judges of the Fifth, Sixth, Tenth, Twelfth, and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits.” the order read.

3. The Honorable Ronald Ficarrotta, Chief Judge in and for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, is designated as presiding judge over the statewide grand jury. In his capacity as the presiding judge, the Honorable Ronald Ficarrotta shall maintain judicial supervision of the statewide grand jury, and all indictments, presentments, and formal returns of any kind made by such grand jury shall be returned to the presiding judge. The presiding judge may designate an alternate presiding judge in the event of calendar conflicts or otherwise and to assist in the administrative process of the statewide grand jury.

4. John A. Tomasino, Clerk of the Supreme Court of Florida, is hereby designated clerk of this statewide grand jury and is empowered to deputize any clerk of a circuit court or any deputy clerk of a circuit court to issue necessary process and to carry out the administrative functions of the statewide grand jury.”

“Today I’m announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to COVID vaccines,” DeSantis said during a COVID vaccine accountability roundtable.

Governor Ron DeSantis’ move to launch a statewide grand jury investigation into injuries associated with the Covid vaccine follows an announcement from Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo. The Surgeon General declared that his office is beginning a study into instances of myocarditis in individuals who have received the shot.

“We are initiating a program here in Florida where we will be studying the incidence in surveillance of myocarditis within a few weeks of Covid-19 vaccination for people who died,” Dr. Joseph Ladapo said.

“This is going to be a surveillance study using, working with some of our medical examiners in Florida. We’re also going to be working with the University of Florida so there will be a component that has more of a research or research forum to it, but we will answer this question,” he said.

“It is a question that I’m sure keeps the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna up late at night hoping no one ever looks, but we’re going to look here in Florida.”

A new dance trend has emerged that not only mocks but also painfully underscores the ineptitude and lack of leadership of Joe Biden.

Joe Biden once again reminded the world how mentally and physically unfit he is for office by randomly crouching down during war celebrations in France.

Appearing at the D-Day 80th anniversary celebrations with French President Emmanuel Macron, Biden began hunching over awkwardly. Jill Biden and Brigitte Macron looked on in confusion as the 81-year-old continued embarrassing himself on the world stage.

The dance mimics Biden’s hunched posture during the incident by slightly bending the knees and tensing the body, as if on the verge of a bathroom emergency, all while looking confused.

President of Coalition Texas, Sarah Fields, wrote, “On one hand, it is funny. But on another, it is also incredibly sad that this is where we are. Our president is the victim of disabled elderly abuse.”

Los Angeles police have arrested Ryan Garcia for felony vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills.

TMZ reports the boxer was arrested on Saturday afternoon after apparently damaging hotel property, including his room.

The Daily Mail reports,

TMZ claims that Garcia was ‘seemingly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs’ but cooperated with authorities during his arrest.

The 25-year-old beat Devin Haney earlier this year but his erratic conduct in the buildup led many to question if he was mentally stable enough to fight. He failed a doping test after his surprise victory.

TMZ reported earlier this week that Garcia was checked out by police at same hotel after a call from a family member that was concerned for his wellbeing. Offers apparently determined that he was fine and it was the end of the matter.

But his arrest on Saturday in California is the latest concerning instalment for Garcia.

Garcia has previously come forward with distressing claims regarding elite child trafficking networks and troubling personal encounters.

In December 2023, his divorce was finalized from Andrea Celina shortly after the arrival of their second child.

As the fighter prepared for his April fight with Haney, he raised serious questions about his mental well-being by posting a series of alarming and erratic messages online, one of which claimed he had suffered a slashed throat.

Garcia also claimed to have been raped at an early age by a family member, while alleging that he was tied up in the woods by ‘the elites’ and forced to watch child rape.

Amid concerns over his state of mind, he came in almost four pounds overweight for his grudge match against WBC super-lightweight champion Haney, meaning he did not collect that title despite his victory on the night.

Despite appearing to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, the 25-1 fighter complied with authorities peacefully.

Criminals have slowly gotten bolder and bolder about their crimes, moving away from the silent heists of the past and opting for grab-and-runs.

Unfortunately, despite their lack of stealth, many times these individuals never get challenged.

Some stores enforce policies where employees are ordered not to stop thieves for their own safety.

But that doesn’t mean every store is going to be an easy target. During a recent instance at a Tennessee outlet mall, shoppers rallied together in an attempt to hold a group of alleged thieves captive until police could arrive.

On June 1 at the Tanger Outlets in Antioch, Tennessee, four suspects entered a Perfumania wearing hoodies and face masks, intending to shoplift, according to The Tennessean.

While inside ransacking the store, bystanders began to stand in front of the door in an attempt to barricade the suspects inside of the establishment while they awaited a police response.

Much of the incident was captured by a TikToker who uses the handle “ptodropout,” who said she had been inside the store shopping with her son when the four arrived.

The captured video shows the four young people looking for a way out of the store while continuing to grab merchandise from the shelves.

At one point, one of the suspects rushed at the door in an attempt to force it open, but the defenders held firm.

In the end, police took 30 minutes to arrive at the scene, allowing the four hooligans to escape after forcing open the back door, bashing a hole in the wall in the process.

Smash-and-grabs are nothing new, but the boldness of some criminals is undoubtedly beginning to irk more people.

Americans can’t even go on shopping trips without seeing brazen criminals ruining the peace.

It won’t be surprising if more onlookers begin to take action like the good citizens in Tennessee, especially when peaceful means of resistance such as holding a door closed are available.

Of course, no person should put themselves in harm’s way to stop petty theft, but that doesn’t mean that we should permit such outrageous acts of lawlessness.

Sometimes, Americans need to take matters into their own hands when law enforcement isn’t able to fulfill their duties.
