Katie Hobbs dodges questions from the press

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs violated the law by circumventing the Arizona Senate’s Committee on Director Nominations to vet state agency directors, a judge has ruled.

“The Governor has improperly, unilateraly appointed de facto directors for these 13 agencies, despite the actual job tile she has assigned 10 each of them,” reads Judge Scott Blaney’s June 5 ruling.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Hobbs is also facing an investigation, stemming from significant donations made to a dark money group, which were used for Hobbs’ inaugural events, potentially influencing state contract decisions.

Hobbs’ ethical conduct was called into question by GOP State Legislators after she solicited donations of up to $250,000 using a 501(c)(4) nonprofit group for inaugural events and received $400,000 from a company, which later made millions in return.

Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes, who, like Hobbs, stole the 2022 election by 280 votes from Trump-endorsed Abe Hamadeh, will launch a criminal investigation into Governor Katie Hobbs over a pay-to-play scheme.

Arizona Family reports,

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge says Gov. Katie Hobbs violated Arizona law when she appointed “de facto directors” to lead state agencies without Senate consent. However, the court will not be issuing an injunction at this time.

At issue is the governor’s battle with the Republican-controlled legislature over her nominees to run various state departments.

In February 2023, one month after Gov. Hobbs was sworn in, the state Senate broke tradition by creating a new committee to vet and confirm her nominees. A number of Democrats criticized the move, calling the Senate Committee on Director Nominations (DINO) a blatant attempt to stall or completely block the nominations.

In the days and months that followed, the governor submitted 22 nominations for director positions. According to court documents, only 11 nominees received a hearing before the new panel.

The Judge ordered that Hobbs’ appointments were made “in violation of Arizona law” and that a seperate evidentary hearing or oral arguments will occur in July or early August for the parties to “meet and confer in an attempt to reach a mutually agreeable resolution of this dispute.”

Per the report, Katie Hobbs delivered the following statement in response to the ruling:

“Arizonans want sanity, not the chaos of indicted fake elector Jake Hoffman’s sham committee that he abuses to force his radical political agenda on Arizonans. Governor Hobbs stands ready to work with anybody in the Senate who is serious about putting the political games aside and delivering for everyday Arizonans, and as she’s said from day one, she remains open to a fair and timely process for confirmation of nominees.

“We believe the ruling is wrong on the law and will be appealing it. While the case remains pending, we will continue to ensure state agencies can perform their vital functions and serve Arizonans.”

Arizona Senate Republicans and Senate President Warren Petersen responded to the ruling highlighting the “disturbing trend of our Governor breaking our laws” and slamming the Democrats for “weaponizing Arizona’s government for their own political gain and to implement their radical left agenda.” 

According to Petersen, the decisions made by Hobbs’ “fake directors” could possibly lead to a “myriad of lawsuits.”

A Texas man has been hospitalized with anthrax after eating contaminated lamb meat.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reported a rancher in Texas was hospitalized with Anthrax after eating a lamb that was infected with the bacteria.

After eating the infected lamb, the rancher started having a fever, leukocytosis, a black wound on his hand, blisters, and extreme edema.

The rancher was taken to a hospital where doctors ran tests and confirmed the man was infected with Bacillus anthracis, the bacteria that causes anthrax.

Anthrax is caused by Bacillus anthracis, a spore-forming bacterium that can live in the ground for decades.

Natural outbreaks of anthrax among livestock don’t pose a severe risk to humans unless they eat or handle infected animals.

The weaponized version of anthrax that was used in the 2001 Anthrax attacks, however, is highly deadly.

Per The Daily Mail:

A man in Texas has been hospitalized with anthrax in an ‘unusual case’ after butchering a dead lamb and cooking its meat.

The individual, in his 50s, said the animal had been healthy on his ranch but died suddenly, prompting him to prepare the meat and eat it with two other people.

A week later, however, he was admitted to the hospital suffering from blistering, swelling, and rotting black skin on his right arm.

Tests confirmed he was infected with anthrax, a rare bacterial infection that kills up to one in two people it infects.

In recent years, several states have been conducting simulations of a weaponized anthrax attack.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported public safety, health, and emergency management agencies across the state of Ohio came together last year to conduct a three-day anthrax attack simulation.

The far-left censors at Google have censored the PragerU app from the Play Store over claims that it promotes “hate speech.”

Posting on the X platform, PragerU shared a screenshot of a message sent to them from Google’s censorship team warning that its content was “asserting that a protected group is inhuman, inferior or worthy of being hated.” 

“We don’t allow apps that promote violence, or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization,” the message read.

According to PragerU’s website, the video in question is entitled Dear Infidels: A Warning to America and exposes the threat posed by radical Islam.

Radical Islam poses a significant threat to our freedom. The rise of anti-American rhetoric and violence in cities and universities is a direct result of the indoctrination led by those perpetrating a religious war against the West. PragerU’s short documentary features first-hand accounts from those who escaped Islamic rule and have come to warn America.

PragerU has responded by accusing Google of emulating the communist Soviet Union.

“Google is using Soviet-style tactics and attempting to silence us. According to Google, sharing the stories of a former Palestinian refugee, an Arab Muslim born in Israel, and brave U.S. Navy SEALs who witnessed the horrors of Muslim extremism constitutes ‘hate speech,’” the organization said in a statement. “This is a blatant attempt to silence truth and censor speech. We urgently need your help to fight back against this suppression.”

Founded in 2009 by Dennis Prager, PragerU produces short, educational videos on topics like economics, history, politics, and culture. It is specifically aimed at younger audiences, with its videos featuring conservative thinkers making the arguments for conservativism free speech, countering progressive narratives. Its videos have garnered billions of views across various platforms, despite constant efforts by Big Tech companies to censor and stifle their growth.

Google and its CEO Sundar Pichai have a well documented history of censoring and attacking conservative companies.  In 2021, the company demonetized The Gateway Pundit in an attempt to starve the company of revenue.

Infowars founder Alex Jones agreed to liquidate his assets to pay the Sandy Hook families for something he said over a decade ago.

Alex Jones will reportedly sell Infowars and liquidate most of his assets to make a dent in the $1.5 billion settlement he was ordered to pay Sandy Hook families.

“Liquidation could mean that Austin, Texas-based Jones would have to sell most of his assets, including his company, but could keep his home and other belongings that are exempt from bankruptcy liquidation. Proceeds would go to his creditors, including the Sandy Hook families.” – CBS News reported.

In December 2022 Alex Jones filed for personal bankruptcy protection in a Texas court after the Sandy Hook verdict.

A Connecticut judge previously ordered Alex Jones to pay an additional $473 million to Sandy Hook families, Reuters reported.

This is in addition to the $1 billion Alex Jones was ordered to pay for questioning the Sandy Hook shooting and calling it a false flag.

Sandy Hook families previously sought $2.75 trillion in damages – in addition to the $1 billion.

Alex Jones called the defamation suit an attack on his First Amendment rights.

Jones also said he apologized to the Sandy Hook families, but it wasn’t enough.

“I admitted I was wrong. I admitted it was a mistake. I admitted that I followed disinformation but not on purpose. I apologized to the families. And the jury understood that. What I did to those families was wrong. But I didn’t do it on purpose,” Alex Jones said in December 2022.

Attorney Mike Cernovich calls this the most rigged case he has ever read about in his life.

Cash often distributed through outside aide organizations

A federal watchdog report reveals that after America had been at war with the Taliban for two decades, the Joe Biden administration now has delivered at least $11 million in U.S. taxpayer funds to the terrorists. Probably much more.

A Center Square report posted at Just the News explains much of the cash has been delivered through various aide groups that get federal tax dollars.

And, the report warns, “experts” suggest the actual total Biden has delivered to the Taliban could be much higher.

The Taliban, previously in control in Afghanistan, took control again within days of Biden’s abrupt decision to yank American troops out, a scheme that cost American lives and left behind tens of billions of dollars in American war machinery for the Taliban to use or sell.

Further, Biden left behind hundreds of Americans and thousands of Afghanis who had worked with the American presence there for years – all in danger of death at the hands of the Taliban.

The report cited the conclusion of SIGAR, a federal watchdog, which found, “The U.S. government has continued to be the largest international donor supporting the Afghan people since the former Afghan government collapsed and the Taliban returned to power in August 2021.”

The report continued, “Since then, the U.S. government has provided more than $2.8 billion in humanitarian and development assistance to help the people of Afghanistan.”

The report also found “the $10.9 million paid by 38 U.S. Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development, and U.S. Agency for Global Media implementing partners is likely only a fraction of the total amount of U.S. assistance funds provided to the Taliban in taxes, fees, duties, and utilities because UN agencies receiving U.S. funds did not collect data or provide relevant information about their subawardees’ payments.”

SIGAR, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, explained, “To carry out their programs, U.S. agencies rely heavily on nongovernmental organizations and public international organizations, such as the UN, to implement humanitarian and development assistance. Both the former Ghani administration and the current Taliban-controlled government benefited from U.S. aid by imposing taxes, fees, duties and utilities on implementing partners as a condition of operating in Afghanistan.”

The report noted that an independent government watchdog, Judicial Watch, previously documented how the Taliban created fake nongovernmental organizations to “siphon away” tax dollars.

That group reported, “Since the terrorist group returned to power in August 2021, Uncle Sam has continued to fund Afghanistan’s education sector through six programs that cost $185.2 million even though the Taliban has issued decrees drastically limiting access to education for girls and women as well as restricting women’s ability to work and other basic freedoms.”

“SIGAR has reported on the importance of U.S. funds being spent on U.S. priorities and not in ways that benefit the Taliban, which represses women and girls, denies the human rights of the Afghan people and remains unrecognized as a legitimate government by the U.S. government and the international community,” the watchdog said.

A school crossing guard in Pennsylvania was arrested for giving school children narcotics.

26-year-old Kiara Lee is accused of giving vapes and marijuana edibles to students at Penn Wood Middle School.

According to reports, Lee also allegedly smoked weed with the middle schoolers.

“School crossing guards epitomize the role of public servant. They are – quite literally – entrusted with the lives of our children and hold a position of sacred trust in communities across the Commonwealth and the country. For an individual to abuse that trust is deeply disturbing, and corrosive to the well-being of the entire community,” Delaware County District Attorney Stollsteimer said.

Fox 29 reported:

Kiara Lee, a 26-year-old crossing guard, is accused of distributing electronic cigarettes and substances containing marijuana to students at Penn Wood Middle School.

Officials say a student reported that Lee provided students with vapes several times, and frequently smoked marijuana with another student.

That student’s guardian confirmed that Lee had been giving her child vapes and marijuana edibles.

Text messages between Lee and the student also revealed their experiences after eating the edibles, according to authorities.

Lee is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and corruption of minors.

“Just making it to top 10 was my goal, ya know, I could leave the weekend saying I was better than I was the year before, and it’s all about bettering yourself for me,” Milliken told WKRG.

But Milliken would have been laughed right out of the room in an actual beauty competition. WKRG-TV Digital Reporter Summer Poole posed for a picture with Milliken following her asinine victory in the pageant.

But woke warriors were not finished destroying feminine beauty. Despite an array of gorgeous and intelligent women to choose from in the Miss Maryland USA pageant on June 1, the judges of the contest instead awarded the crown to a biological male who goes by Bailey Anne Kennedy. The 31-year-old is a military husband, an NCAA D1 Dance Team Captain, and a former NFL Cheerleader Trainee from Montgomery County.

The European Elections are on: voters from across the continent will chose their MEPs to represent them in the EU legislative body in Strasbourg and Brussels.

The elections started with the Dutch voters kick-starting the four days of voting across the Union

Exit polls in the Netherlands suggest a tight race between a left-green alliance and the conservative party of populist Geert Wilders.

BBC reported:

“Right-wing and far-right parties are widely expected to make big gains in many of the EU’s 27 member states, and that appears to have been borne out in the Netherlands, to an extent.

Although the Green-Labour alliance is set to take more seats in the European Parliament according to the exit poll, Mr Wilders’ Freedom Party is on course for big gains. But he has not repeated the runaway victory of last November’s general election.”

“The next European Parliament will have 720 seats, with each country having seats proportionate to their population. Germany will have 96, France 81 and Italy 76, while the Netherlands has 31.”

Ireland and the Czech Republic voted today (7), and the rest of the EU votes over the weekend.

“A shift to the right has been widely expected in this election, with far-right parties eyeing victory in France, Belgium, Austria and Italy.

Their opponents are likely to take some satisfaction from Thursday night’s exit poll, because of the Green/Labour alliance’s performance. Geert Wilders’ party came first in Dutch national elections last November, and has secured a cabinet deal with three other parties, even though he will not be prime minister.”

A shift to the right in the European Parliament would upset the cart of the Globalist policies of green alarmism, crippling regulation in agriculture, unchecked mass migration and the impetus for war against Russia.

Meanwhile, the campaign in Denmark isn’t going so well, with the Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen getting assaulted today (7) by a man in central Copenhagen.

Reuters reported:

“Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen was beaten on Friday evening at Kultorvet [square] in Copenhagen by a man who was subsequently arrested. The Prime Minister is shocked by the incident’, her office said in a statement without giving further detail.

Police said on social media platform X they had arrested a man and were investigating the incident but declined to give further detail.

‘She seemed a little stressed’, Soren Kjergaard, who works as a barista on the square, told Reuters after seeing the prime minister being escorted away by security following the assault.”

Liberal pro-Hamas protestors and supporters worldwide are flooding social media with disinformation to public and diplomatic opinion against Israel, cutting off international aid and ensuring Hamas’s survival.

The conflict between Israel and Hamas has transcended the Gaza combat zone, evolving into an information war. Key battles are now fought in digital and media landscapes, where the victor shapes public perception, influences international opinion, and gains political leverage. Both Israel and Hamas have heavily invested in disseminating their narratives through social media, traditional media, and diplomatic communications.

Hamas leverages imagery and storytelling to portray itself as a defender of Palestinian rights and a victim of Israeli aggression. By highlighting civilian suffering in Gaza, Hamas seeks international sympathy and support. This approach often uses dramatic visuals, such as images of destroyed homes and wounded children, which quickly spread across social media. Hamas has been accused of using “crisis actors” who pretend to be injured and of circulating old videos of people injured months or years before the conflict began.

Social media have become powerful weapons, with platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram flooded with posts, videos, and hashtags from both sides. The speed and reach of social media allow for rapid dissemination of information but also facilitate the spread of misinformation and propaganda. Both Israel and Hamas have been accused of spreading false or misleading information to bolster their narratives. However, the accusations against Israel are themselves disinformation spread by pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas actors. Hamas’s disinformation includes false claims that Israel killed Palestinian civilians to harvest their organs.

Major points of Hamas disinformation include accusations that Israel uses hunger as a strategy of war, deliberately targets civilians in Gaza as part of a “genocide,” and the ironic claim that Zionism is a White Supremacist ideology.

A myth circulating claims that Israel uses hunger as a strategy of war. In reality, Israel enforces blockades and restrictions to prevent weapons smuggling into Gaza. Humanitarian aid, food, and medical supplies are allowed into Gaza with international coordination to ensure civilian needs are met. From January to April this year, food imports to Gaza increased by 53%, meeting international standards for food security. Israel’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) facilitated nearly 15,000 trucks carrying over 227,000 tons of food, ensuring daily nutritional requirements were met.

Another myth is that Israel deliberately targets civilians in Gaza and is committing “genocide.” These claims originate from Hamas’ “Ministry of Health” and are therefore suspect. Despite being cited by the UN and other international organizations, these numbers are highly questionable. They have been repeatedly debunked as inconsistent, focusing on “women and children” without providing data on killed militants. According to the IDF, over 13,000 terrorists have been killed in Gaza, including 18 of 24 battalion structures.

Civilian casualties are a certainty in the fighting, but reliable data is lacking. Israel traditionally strives to avoid civilian casualties for both moral and strategic reasons. The IDF distributed pamphlets, sent SMS messages, and made phone calls advising civilians to leave targeted areas. Over 1.5 million Palestinian civilians successfully evacuated from areas of conflict. However, Hamas and Iran use these allegations to delegitimize Israel’s right to self-defense by manipulating the numbers.

It’s important to note that while Hamas led the October 7 attack, many civilians also participated in the atrocities, invading Israel and committing acts of murder, rape, torture, and looting. Numerous videos and substantial evidence confirm this. Additionally, opinion polls show that 70% of Palestinians support the October 7 massacre. This claim contradicts the IDF’s focus on Hamas-controlled urban warfare – if Israel intended to commit “genocide” against Palestinians, its military superiority would have allowed it to target large civilian concentrations in evacuation zones, but no such action occurred.

Finally, there is a myth that Zionism is a White Supremacist ideology, initially propagated by TRT and other Arab media outlets, later adopted by pro-Palestine and anti-Israel protestors in the West. Historically, Jews have not been considered white in Europe and the US. In Israel, Jews come from diverse backgrounds, having been dispersed globally. While many Jews have Ashkenazi backgrounds associated with European origins, the majority in Israel are actually Mizrahi and Sephardic, originating from Arabic and Islamic countries and often having darker skin tones.

The information war has significant implications for international opinion and diplomatic relations. Public sentiment can influence government policies, aid decisions, and diplomatic stances. Widespread sympathy for the Palestinian cause can increase pressure on Israel and lead to sanctions, complicating U.S. weapon provisions. The Israel-Hamas conflict, along with the Ukraine War, may be the first modern information war, highlighting the need for the U.S. defense and intelligence communities to counter disinformation. The West must also question how its young people fell under the spell of disinformation and are supporting Hamas, an organization that would kill Christians, Jews, non-Muslims, gays, and liberals while stripping rights from women.

The View’s Sunny Hostin

The View’s Sunny Hostin had her very own ‘You ain’t Black?’ Joe Biden moment on Friday’s show when she insulted conservative Black voters and mocked the idea that Black Republican voters even exist.

Her remarks came as the bitter, sullen ladies of The View discussed recent comments from Florida Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL), who said that Black families were “together” and voted more conservatively during the Jim Crowe era.

Donalds made the comments during an address to a group of Black conservatives.

Hostin then leveled her insults saying, “These Black men that he was speaking with, I’d love to see them. It would be like looking at unicorns.”

Hostin also accused Donalds, who is considered to be in the running for the number two spot on the Republican ticket, of “pandering to Donald Trump.”

“I thought it was interesting that the framing was a room of Black Republicans,” Hostin said.

She then held her hands to her eyes as she strained to scan the audience and said, “Where are they? Where are they? Because if you look at the stats, 77% – 81%, I’m sorry, of Black men are part of the Democratic Party.”

“Black voters consistently align with the Democratic Party,” Hostin added. “Over 95% of [Black] women are part of the Democratic Party.”

Recent polling suggests Hostin’s narrow and perhaps wishful views are unfounded.

The Gateway Pundit reported that David Hilliard, one of the founding members of the Black Panther Party, went live on TikTok recently to share his support for President Donald Trump.

A Rasmussen Reports poll from last week revealed initial results of a recent poll (yet to be published) showing President Trump leading Joe Biden among Black voters.

Pollster Frank Luntz recently warned CNN about the movement of minority voters to President Trump.

CNN data analyst Harry Enten seemed stunned by the news, “My goodness gracious,” he said as he reacted to the polling average, which showed Trump’s support among Black voters more than doubled to 22% compared to 2020.
