Joe Lonsdale hope Trump is able to appoint two more originalist justices to the US Supreme Court.

Venture capitalist Joe Lonsdale, founder of University of Austin and co-founder of Palantir, joined Squawk Box on Tuesday. During the discussion Lonsdale was asked about the prospect of President Donald Trump in his second term appointing two more originalist judges to the US Supreme Court: “I think that would protect our country for a generation to have originalist judges who believe in the Constitution.”

Andrew Ross Sorkin: You heard President Biden say last week that he thinks actually there could be as many as two judges up for grabs on the Supreme Court, whoever becomes the President for the next four years. If Trump were to win and put two new judges in place, would you be happy as an American? I’m actually very curious about this because if you… No, but to the extent that you, you’d like to think that you’d want a Supreme Court, I would imagine, that represents, that is somewhat representative of the country, somewhat representative of the country. How would you feel, Joe, if there were two more conservative judges on the Supreme Court? So you would actually get close to not just the majority, which you’re already in, but the entirety of it, obviously, for potentially a generation or more.

Joe Lonsdale: Yeah, I think that would protect our country for a generation to have originalist judges who believe in the Constitution, Andrew. They just ruled 9-0 to protect the abortion drugs. These people are not activists. They’re clearly in trying to interpret the Constitution, and I think that makes us very safe. They’re going to stop the unrealized taxes. They would destroy the innovation sector, and they’re going to stop a lot of this nonsense. I mean, Jackson, who’s the only person Biden put on, was the only one to very clearly say she wants a wealth tax. You do a wealth tax, you destroy our sector. I think in terms of protecting the United States of America, we need originalist judges, and that would be an amazing thing for our country.

Joe Kernan: A couple more originalists?

Joe Lonsdale: That would be great.

Two advisors to Donald Trump, Lieutenant General (Retired) Keith Kellogg and the former National Security Council chief of staff Fred Fleitz, have presented a plan to the former president for handling the ongoing war in the Donbass. Part of the plan includes conditioning future aid to Ukraine on Kiev’s participation in peace talks with Russia.

The plan, which was outlined in a paper by the America First Policy Institute, also criticizes earlier U.S. plans to add Ukraine to NATO. The advisors wrote that the Biden’s administration’s inclusion of Ukraine in the alliance system was a mistake as “it was in America’s best interests to maintain peace with Putin and not provoke and alienate him with aggressive globalist human rights and pro-democracy campaigns or an effort to promote Ukrainian membership in NATO.” 

The plan further adds that Ukrainian NATO membership should at least be delayed, stating that “to convince Putin to join peace talks, President Biden and other NATO leaders should offer to put off NATO membership for Ukraine for an extended period in exchange for a comprehensive and verifiable peace deal with security guarantees.” 

The plan also includes the promise of greater aid to Kiev if Russia refuses to participate. As Putin has reiterated his desire for peace talks many times, including in a joint statement with China’s leader, Xi Jinping, it seems unlikely that this would occur.

Dramatic images show Drag race legend John Force’s car suffering an engine failure and exploding, subsequently hitting the wall at 300 mph in a fiery ball.

The veteran pilot was rushed to the ICU after the grave accident.

New York Post reported:

“Force, 75, was competing in the first round of Funny Car eliminations at the PlayNHRA Virginia Nationals at Virginia Motorsports Park on Sunday when his car exploded, causing his vehicle to slam into a “concrete guard wall” at 302 mph, John Force Racing revealed in a statement on X Monday.”

The Hall of Fame team says the crash happened during the crossing of the finish line, and it would have been caused caused by a ‘catastrophic engine failure’.

Force’s blue Chevrolet Camaro SS burst in flames right after crossing the finish line of the quarter-mile drag strip.

The burning vehicle rushed across the strip’s centerline, slamming into the concrete wall, bolting back across the track and colliding with the other wall.

“’After NHRA Safety Safari personnel extricated and stabilized the 16-time champion, he was transported by medical helicopter to a trauma hospital where he still was being observed and evaluated on Monday’, his team shared.

Doctors caring for the Southern California native have been “moving slowly in assessing the extent” of his injuries due to the ‘intensity of the impact’ the crash caused. ‘Medical staff will not provide a treatment and recovery timetable until a total evaluation is completed’.”

His daughter, drag race car driver champion Britanny Force, who was also competing at the event, is by his side at the hospital.

Force’s team will provide updates on the condition of the racing star in the coming days, while Virginia Motorsports Park officials are investigating what caused the horrendous wreck.

Force is a pillar in the NHRA circuit since 1978.

He has since won 157 titles and 16 season championships, and has been seriously injured before, in 2007 in a crash in Ennis, Texas.

New information released by the House Judiciary Committee shows CIA contractors colluded with the Biden campaign to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop.

In October of 2020 – just days before the presidential election – 51 former intelligence officials signed and published a letter that baselessly decried the contents of Hunter’s ‘laptop from hell’ had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

This was a lie.  They all knew it was a lie. The fake news media ran with the story anyway.

• High ranking CIA officials, up to and including then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, were made aware of the Hunter Biden statement prior to its approval and publication. Because several former senior intelligence officials signed the statement, the PCRB sent the draft statement to the CIA’s then-Chief Operating Officer (COO) Andrew Makridis, who said he subsequently informed then-Director Haspel or thenDeputy Director Vaughn Frederick Bishop that the statement would be published soon. Senior CIA leadership had an opportunity at that time to slow down the CIA’s process for reviewing publication submissions and ensure that such an extraordinary statement was properly vetted.

• Some of the statement’s signatories, including Michael Morell, were on active contract with the CIA at the time of the Hunter Biden statement’s publication. Throughout the course of the Committees’ investigation, the signatories claimed to not have had access to any classified information when asserting that the allegations surrounding Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the hallmarks” of Russian disinformation. However, at the time of the statement’s publication, at least two signatories—Morell and former CIA Inspector General David Buckley—were on the CIA’s payroll as contractors. Due to purported operational concerns, the CIA declined to declassify the entire universe of signatories who were on active contract. In addition, some signatories to the Hunter Biden statement also had special “Green Card” access to the CIA at the time of the statement’s publication, allowing them to gain entry to secure CIA facilities.

• After publication of the Hunter Biden statement, CIA employees internally expressed concern about the statement’s politicized content, acknowledging it was not “helpful to the Agency in the long run.” At least one employee found it “[i]nteresting to see what was submitted and approved” when discussing media talking points that the statement’s co author, former Senior Intelligence Service Officer Marc Polymeropoulos, submitted related to the statement. When discussing Polymeropoulos’s talking points, another CIA official stated, “It appears [Polymeropoulos] is actively involved in a pro-Biden campaign and may be disclosing classified information in his efforts.” The CIA’s internal review board, known as the Prepublication Classification Review Board (PCRB), determined that Polymeropoulos’s talking points contained classified information that had to be removed prior to publication.

“The new information included in this report, based on new testimony and declassified documents, shows the potential dangers of a politicized intelligence community. In the waning days before the 2020 presidential election, 51 intelligence community officials rushed to draft and release a statement using their official titles, presumably to convey access to specialized information unavailable to other Americans. The statement was conceived following a conversation with a senior Biden campaign official and designed explicitly to provide talking points to the Biden campaign to discredit politically damaging allegations. Some of the signatories of the statement were on the CIA payroll at the time as contractors and others had special access to CIA facilities. Even Michael Morell—before the Committees learned of his contract with the CIA—acknowledged, “It’s inappropriate for a currently serving staff officer or contractor to be involved in the political process,” the House Judiciary Committee said.

The non-profit organization Catholics for Catholics (CforC) is calling on the Church’s laity to petition their priests to offer masses for President Trump.

The organization hopes to reach a goal of 2024 masses for Trump from the President’s recent birthday on June 14th until November 5th, 2024 – Election Day.

CforC shares, “The Church considers the Mass the greatest possible prayer of intercession because it is the perfect offering of Christ to the Father by making present the Paschal Mystery of His death and resurrection.”

In March, the organization hosted a dinner at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

President Trump has raised concerns about the persecution Catholics face under the Biden Regime many times, including during a recent keynote address at the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s “2024 Road to Majority” conference.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Chris Wray’s FBI infiltrated Catholic parishes, and FBI agents engaged in outreach to Catholic leaders to spy on Americans practicing their Christian faith.

Biden’s FBI-DOJ was also targeting traditional Catholics.

Wray’s FBI sent out a memo warning agents of the dangerous ‘radical traditionalist Catholic ideology’ that was gaining popularity in the country. The memo was posted at UncoverDC.com by former FBI special agent Kyle Seraphin.

The call to prayer comes at a time when, according to a poll by the Pew Research Center, Cafeteria Catholic Joe is losing the Catholic vote.

The poll shares that if the election were held today, 55% of Catholic voters say they would vote for Donald Trump, or lean toward voting for him.

Only 43% say they support Biden.

A similar poll conducted by Pew before the 2020 election found that Catholics were almost evenly split between the two candidates, with 50% saying they’d support Trump and 49% reporting that they would vote for Biden.

Trump Derangement Syndrome has reached a fever pitch as the debate between President Trump and Joe Biden approaches. “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg put this on full display today on daytime TV’s worst show.

As the panel discussed Thursday’s showdown, Goldberg attempted to shade Trump while praising Biden’s debating skills without mentioning Trump’s name. Breitbart notes Goldberg had deliberately avoided uttering Trump’s name on air for the last eight years.

But after Behar drops the 45th President’s name, Goldberg accidentally repeats her before catching herself. She then reacts in a way that can only be described as utterly gross.

She turned to the ground and made a spitting motion, which caused the crowd and her co-hosts to burst out laughing. Reports are split on whether she hocked a loogie, but it was a vile response nonetheless.

Breitbart reported that Goldberg went on to say that after being teased by fellow co-hosts, she was tricked into saying the 45th president’s name.

“I said his name. It was a trick, and it made me do it,” Goldberg claimed. I’m just saying that Biden knows what not to do. You can’t refute that man because he just spins and spins and spins. All you can really do is talk about what you do and how you do what you do.”

“All I want to know is what can we expect in the years coming up because, quite honestly, I can’t take any more of the BS. I don’t want to take any more of the BS. It’s too easy to prove the lies,” she added.

Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton trashed Trump ahead of Thursday night’s debate.

Clinton said expectations for Trump are low.

Of course, this is just projection. She is still bitter from being crushed by Trump in 2016.

Expectations for Joe Biden are so low that if he just shows up to the debate and doesn’t keel over, he will be applauded.

“He starts with nonsense and then digresses into blather,” Hillary Clinton wrote in the New York Times.

“Yet expectations for him are so low that if he doesn’t literally light himself on fire on Thursday evening, some will say he was downright presidential,” Hillary said.

Joe Biden is currently hiding at Camp David and doing “debate prep.”

President Trump and Joe Biden will face off in the first presidential debate on Thursday. The debate will be hosted by CNN in Atlanta.

The microphones will be muted except when it is the candidate’s ‘turn’ to speak.

According to ABC News, part of Biden’s “debate prep” includes rehearsing standing for 90 minutes (and doping).

The last time Joe Biden was seen in public (Thursday night), he was staggering and swaying across the tarmac in Maryland as he made his way to Marine One en route to Camp David.

“First of all, it takes someone five minutes to Google Jake Tapper and Donald Trump to see that Jake Tapper has consistently compared Trump to Adolf Hitler,” Karoline Leavitt said before the interview ended abruptly.

These people are insane! There is no reason to believe this debate will be any fairer than Chris Wallace’s moderation of the 2020 debate, which he rigged against Trump.

Leavitt: Well, it was a little bit shocking, I’ll be honest with you, to have my microphone cut off and dumped from the program after less than two minutes. And all I was doing was repeating statements that Jake Tapper has said on air himself about President Trump. So, Jake Tapper can go on the air, he can lie about President Trump, he could say his presidency was an American nightmare, he could push the Hunter Biden laptop scandal in an effort to help Joe Biden’s campaign, and he can compare President Trump to Hitler, which is disgusting and egregious. But, when I try to breach that subject on the network, they cut me off, they can me again. It’s because they still want Americans to believe, laughably, that they’re the most trusted name in news. They are not. They are an anti-Trump institution, just like basically every other main institution in this great country, and the American people are waking up to that Sean. And that’s why regardless of the lies that CNN and the mainstream media have been spewing about President Trump for years, he continues to win. He has the momentum in this race. Recent Emerson College poll shows him winning and every battleground state. He’s winning with independents. He’s picking up a historic margin of the black vote. He’s winning with Hispanics. He’s winning with women. He’s winning with young people because all Americans realize that the Democrat Party is corrupt. They’ve been lying about him for years, and people remember just how much better their lives were under his leadership. And Thursday is going to be a great reminder of that.

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team filed a response to President Trump’s motion to dismiss the classified documents case based on spoliation of evidence seized by agents during the 2022 raid of Mar-a-Lago.

According to the new motion filed, the FBI turned off security cameras at Mar-a-Lago out of “concern for agent safety.”

Biden’s FBI raided Mar-a-Lago in August 2022 and seized boxes of records from Trump’s Florida estate.

Machine-gun-toting agents descended on Mar-a-Lago in August 2022 and by November Biden’s DOJ appointed a special counsel to investigate the documents stored at the Florida residence.

“At approximately 9:55 am, the CCTV servers were turned off to prevent recording, at the request of the FBI, out of concern for agent safety,” Jack Smith’s prosecutors wrote. “At approximately 10:20 am, recording resumed at the request of Trump attorneys.”

Former Gorsuch clerk Mike Davis said this is a huge problem for Jack Smith’s top prosecutor Jay Bratt.

The Biden Justice Department raided their boss’s political enemy.

They turned off the security cameras.

Then they concocted evidence.

That they immediately released to turn public opinion against Trump.

And even filed with the court.

Jordan Sekulow and the team at ACLJ weighed in on the FBI’s decision to turn off Trump’s security cameras during the raid.

“During the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago, agents reportedly stopped the security cameras on the property, raising concerns about transparency and procedural conduct. The decision to disable the cameras has sparked controversy and speculation over what occurred during the search. This action is likely to become a focal point in the ongoing legal and political debates surrounding the Jack Smith Special Counsel Trump Trial,” the ACLJ said on Tuesday.

We’re not even halfway through 2024, and President Joe Biden’s campaign has already conceded a onetime battleground state to former President Donald Trump for the November election.

That state is none other than Florida, which has quickly turned from up-in-the-air purple to solidly red, thanks largely to the work of superstar Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.

The premature concession came on Monday.

During an interview with the digital media publication Puck News, Jen O’Malley Dillon, the president’s re-election campaign chairman, acknowledged the Sunshine State, and its 30 Electoral College votes, is a lost cause for Democrats.

The interviewer, John Heilemann, listed off some states, asking Dillon if the campaign considered them to be “battleground” contests.

When it came to Florida, Dillon’s answer was to the point.

“No,” she said.

“Thank you. I was afraid you were going to lie,” Heilemann responded.

The admission is a pivotal development, given Florida’s recent history of seesawing between Democrat and Republican in presidential elections, as shown on the political website 270toWin.

The state was the focus of Republican George W. Bush’s razor-thin victory in 2000. And while Forida went for Bush in 2004, it voted for Democrat Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. However, Trump won it in both 2016 and 2020.

Overall, Biden’s prospects for re-election have not looked quite so good in recent months.

In recent weeks, the president’s approval ratings have plummeted.

A national average of approval polls puts Biden’s current approval rating at a measly 39.9 percent.

In contrast, the same group’s national poll average puts Trump’s current favorability rating at 41.7 percent.

In a June 10 social media post,  based on the numbers, prominent pollster Nate Silver suggested that Biden may have hit the “threshold” where his dropping out of the race could be less of a risk for Democrats than his staying in.

The latest national polls, as revealed by FiveThirtyEight’s national average, show the two candidates are in a dead heat at roughly 40 percent.

However, that may change after Thursday when this year’s first presidential debate is set to take place in Atlanta.

According to NPR, the debate will break from tradition in many ways.

June is months earlier than presidential debates typically take place in the campaign season and there will be no live audience in attendance.

The debate will be moderated by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.
