Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas is not waiting until after the presidential election to launch a bid to put one of former President Donald Trump’s ideas into effect.

Cruz has introduced the No Tax on Tips Act that would keep the Internal Revenue Service from taking a slice of the income service workers gain through tips,  according to a news release on Cruz’s website.

During a recent rally in Las Vegas, Trump indicated he opposes taxes on tips, according to The Hill.

“For those hotel workers and people that get tips, you’re going to be very happy. Because when I get to office, we are going to not charge taxes on tips,” Trump said.

“We’re not going to do it, and we’re going to do that right away, first thing in office, because it’s been a point of contention for years and years and years. And you do a great job of service, you take care of people and I think it’s going to be something that really is deserved,” he said.

“American workers in dozens of industries depend on tipped wages to support themselves. Today, I am introducing pro-worker legislation, the No Tax on Tips Act, to ensure they get to keep all of those tips. This legislation is a common-sense pro-worker bill that will help families deal with the historic inflation caused by the Biden administration,” he said.

The bill is co-sponsored by Republican Sens. Steve Daines of Montana, Rick Scott of Florida and Kevin Cramer of North Dakota.

“President Trump is right: tips are earned by providing good service. It is simpler and more fair to let these workers keep the reward they earned rather than send it to D.C. bureaucrats,” Cramer said.

Daines said the bill is an antidote to the inflation created by President Joe Biden.

“Providing a much-needed tax cut for working families will help offset Biden’s high prices,” he said.

Sean Kennedy, executive vice president of public affairs for the National Restaurant Association, said Cruz’s bill “would provide immediate tax relief for more than 2.2 million restaurant employees and their families, putting more money in their pockets at a time when we’re all feeling the squeeze of higher prices.”

Myra Reddy, director of government affairs for the Professional Beauty Association, noted that 1.3 million licensed beauty professionals would also be impacted by the bill.

“Restaurant servers, bartenders, and other tip-earning employees give so much to the local businesses and communities they serve—delivering the essential service of food with hospitality that creates lasting memories,” Emily Williams Knight, president and CEO of the Texas Restaurant Association said.

“It’s wonderful to create an opportunity to give back to them by helping them keep more of their hard-earned tips that they can invest in their families and our local economy,” Knight said.

The bill would allow Americans to deduct 100 percent of their tipped wages when they file their taxes.

Bill Maher, during HBO’s “Real Time” on Friday, questioned Biden’s supposed comeback in the polls as he continues to lose support among the key voting blocs that Democrats rely on every election cycle.

“If you’re not winning these groups, and he’s lost 8% off women since 2020. And yet, I read in the polls, he’s pulled ahead this week. Explain that to me,” said Maher.

In the latest fake news poll, Fox News insists that Joe Biden is leading Trump with rural voters, who Biden vehemently loathes, and vice versa, and by two points overall.

This reporting by Fox comes, of course, came on the same day that President Trump once again trashed scumbag RINO former House Speaker Paul Ryan and called for his removal from the Company’s Board. The poll was conducted June 14-17 after Paul Ryan joined Neil Cavuto and responded to Trump’s calls for Rupert Murdoch to “fire pathetic RINO Paul Ryan from the Board of Fox” in early May. “He was the WEAKEST & MOST INCOMPETENT Speaker of the House in its History,” said Trump last month:

But Bill Maher, who isn’t totally woke all of the time, questioned how this poll could be correct when Biden is losing minority groups.

On Friday, the sham J6 Committee’s RINO Adam Kinzinger and disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo joined Real Time with Bill Maher to discuss the 2024 election.

On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher said that President Joe Biden’s deportation protection order is “kind of pandering” and that his rhetoric on racism along with his student debt plan are also pandering.

Maher said Biden is “losing the people who are supposed to be the ones in the Democratic camp. Immigration, I saw this week, okay, he’s allowing U.S. citizens now — their spouses to apply for permanent residency. They’ve been here for, sometimes, up to ten years, married, not a citizen. Okay. That’s kind of pandering to — it’s not working. 45% of Hispanic voters prefer Biden, compared to 39% for Trump. Last time, he won 59%. That was 2020. So, he’s lost 14 points there. He went to Morehouse, he said, ‘What is democracy if you have to be ten times better than anyone else to get a fair shot?’ That seems like pandering to me. Black voters under 50, he led by 80 points in 2020. Now, by 37, still a lot, but he’s lost 43 points off the key constituency. Student loans, he’s forgiven $144 billion in student loans, only 36% of student debt holders like it. If you can’t win the people you’re pandering to — I get it, politics is somewhat about pandering. The White House has released two nearly identical statements on the savage murders of Rachel Morin and Jocelyn Nungaray by illegal aliens.

The Gateway Pundit reported that an illegal alien from El Salvador was charged with brutally raping and murdering Rachel Morin, a mother-of-five, on a Maryland hiking trail last year. Victor Martinez-Hernandez, 23, was arrested for the murder in Tulsa, Oklahoma, last Friday.

Martinez-Hernandez, who has ties to El Salvadoran gangs and was implicated in at least one other murder, entered the US illegally in February 2023 on Joe Biden’s open border invitation.

Earlier this week, two Venezuelan men were arrested for 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray’s murder in Houston, Texas, after reportedly abducting her, strangling her, and dumping her body in a bayou. Houston authorities are reportedly still investigating whether Nungary was sexually assaulted before her death.

Both men were apprehended by border agents while crossing the border in El Paso earlier this year and released into the United States.

This week marks the eighth month of the U.S. Navy’s combat operations against Houthi forces in Yemen. That’s four times longer than the first Gulf War. While Navy sailors have remained vigilant, fighting their ships, and eliminating a portion of their adversary’s combat capability, the Houthis and their Iranian enablers remain entirely undeterred.

Commercial mariners have gotten the message. After more than 50 attacks on shipping in the waters off Yemen, which have killed three, the marine transportation industry has all but abandoned the Red Sea. This caused one Commanding Officer of the Navy ships in the region to call the strategic sea lane a “ghost town.” One must wonder why the U.S. has a Navy in the first place.

The exodus of civilian shipping has only caused the Houthis to concentrate their kinetic effects on allied naval forces, creating the most intense combat conditions since World War II. In a sobering expose this week by the Associated Press, commanders of the U.S. Navy vessels involved described the nearly non-stop barrage of missiles and drones. In each case, the ships had only seconds to respond.

One officer said, “We only have to get it wrong once,” implying that if the Houthis succeed in executing just a single strike successfully, any of the ships could experience what occurred in 1987 when the USS Stark was struck by two Iraqi Exocet air to surface missiles during the Iran-Iraq War, which killed 37 sailors and nearly sunk the ship.

Time is not on the Navy’s side. Consider that Israel’s much-vaunted Iron Dome system has an estimated success rate of 95%, meaning that 5% of all incoming attacks strike home. In the AP article, Bryan Clark, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, said, “We’re sort of on the verge of the Houthis being able to mount the kinds of attacks that the U.S. can’t stop every time, and then we will start to see substantial damage. … If you let it fester, the Houthis are going to get to be a much more capable, competent, experienced force.”

Such was the case when a strike by another Iran-backed militia killed three Army soldiers and injured dozens of others last year in Jordan. The forces defending the base mistook the adversary’s drone for an American one.

Why is the world’s strongest Navy being put in the position of a pincushion? The sad fact is that the service’s hands are tied by a White House too fearful to eliminate the threat in Yemen, as well as their support from Iran. Instead, the Biden team is foolishly clinging to the Administration’s “relentless diplomacy” policy which did nothing to deter Russia from invading Ukraine in 2022. While the White House has said nothing about taking the fight to the enemy in Yemen, the Houthis are boasting about what they are doing.

Contrast this to Israel’s approach in their war with Hamas. Their objective is clear: destroy Hamas. This is just what the U.S. needs to do: establish and achieve the goal to destroy the Houthi’s means of attacking both shipping and Israel. When the Trump Administration killed Iranian Quds Force leader Qasem Soleimani in 2020, it forced Iran’s leaders to recalculate their months-long escalation against U.S. forces. Standing up to the Houthi attacks and Iran’s material and financial support will have the same effect.

And you can be sure that China’s President Xi Jinping is not only noticing such dithering by Biden’s Defense Department, but he is also embracing it and factoring it into his timeline to take Taiwan as early as the end of this year.

In an interview last week, former Commander of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) General Frank McKenzie stated that President Biden disregarded his advice and selected the worst of the four options he developed for withdrawing U.S. forces from Afghanistan in 2021. He is clearly making the same ill-advised decisions regarding Iran right now.

In the previously cited AP article, author Jon Gambrell described the sentiment of Naval personnel on the scene in the Red Sea, “Officers acknowledge some grumbling among their crew, wondering why the Navy doesn’t strike harder against the Houthis.” We can only hope that current U.S. CENTCOM and Navy leadership are more effective than McKenzie in arguing against the Administration’s feckless and failing policy towards Iran and the Houthis. If they don’t succeed soon, the Houthis are going to get their lucky break, and the blood of U.S. Navy sailors will be on Biden’s hands.

Last week, a 13-year-old girl was attacked in broad daylight by an illegal from Ecuador wielding a “machete-style” knife.

The attacker grabbed the child and her male friend, who were walking home from school through Kissena Park in Flushing Meadows, and forced them into a secluded area at around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

He tied the two children by the wrists with a shoelace and then sexually assaulted the young girl.

After the attack, he allegedly stole their cell phones, told them not to do anything for 20 minutes, and then fled.

The two children then returned to their school to report the attack.

The New York Post reports that the illegal, Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, who sources believe entered the country in 2021 through Joe Biden’s broken border, was taken into police custody early Tuesday.

According to Fox News, the suspect had been previously charged with “several low-level prior offenses, including subway fare jumping and drinking in public.”

According to sources and a police report from January, Inga-Landi already had a history of violence with women.

Inga-Landi admitted to prosecutors that he recorded the attack, and his taped confession was played at his arraignment on Wednesday to the horror and shock of those in the courtroom.

Now, the child’s father is speaking out and placing the blame directly on Biden’s open border and broken policies.

The father told The New York Post, “This is what happens” when undocumented migrants are allowed to flood into the US unchecked.

“The open border policy, I have never agreed with, because that just invites a lot of things that we don’t need,” said the 70-year-old dad, whose name is being withheld by The Post to protect his daughter’s identity. “And look what came in. Look what happened to my daughter.”

“It just turned my world upside down, and the healing process has yet to begin . . . My mind is really swirling with all of the anger I have right now,” he said during a phone call from the family’s Flushing home on Thursday.

When asked about his daughter’s state, he simply replied, “You can’t even imagine. So let’s just leave it at that.”

Inga-Landi’s arrest after five days on the run was “definitely a relief,” the dad said.

“Obviously it’s very devastating for our family, but with this guy being where he is right now, that’s great, because we can proceed and concentrate on something else,” he said.

The father also expressed his gratitude for the New Yorkers who subdued the suspect and held him for police, saying, “I would have done the same thing if it was someone else’s child . . . I definitely would have. No hesitation.”

Police in Houston have arrested two migrants from Venezuela for the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was lured away from home, then strangled and dumped in a bayou.

One of the suspects crossed the border illegally less than a month before the shocking murder, and was released into the US after claiming he feared for his life if he was sent back to his home country, sources told The Post.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, were charged Thursday with capital murder.

Authorities in Houston are still investigating whether Nungaray’s killers sexually assaulted her.

Nungaray’s mother, choking back tears, discussed the murder of her 12-year-old daughter by savage thugs who were in this country illegally, saying, “They took away my firstborn. I was a teen mom. She’s who helped me grow, mature.”

“Nobody deserves to lose a child. No one deserves to bury their child. It’s hard,” she continued.

Disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo admitted on live television that the legal cases against Donald Trump were politically motivated.

Speaking to Bill Maher, Cuomo stated that the attorney general’s case against Trump in New York would have never been brought if Trump hadn’t been running for president.

During the interview, Cuomo, along with RINO crybaby Adam Kinzinger, discussed various topics ranging from the climate crisis to Russia’s alliance with North Korea. However, it was his comments on the legal challenges faced by Trump that truly caught the viewers’ attention.

“The trial in New York, the one he [Trump] got convicted for, was the greatest fundraising bonanza ever,” Maher said, adding, “He was lagging behind Biden, and now he’s pulled quite a bit ahead.”

“That trial was the greatest reason people had to send their checks for $5, $10, $25, whatever dollars to Donald Trump. So I was always with you [Andrew Cuomo] on the one in New York, the hush money trial. I don’t think they should have brought that one,” he added.

Cuomo responded, “That case, the attorney general’s case in New York, frankly, should have never been brought. If his name was not Donald Trump and if he wasn’t running for president. I’m the former AG in New York. I’m telling you, that case would have never been brought. And that’s what is offensive to people. And it should be!”

This admission from Cuomo exposes the Democrats’ relentless pursuit of Trump as nothing more than a political witch hunt. This isn’t surprising given their history of using legal mechanisms to undermine Trump’s presidency and potential reelection.

The Democrats launched two impeachment proceedings against Trump during his presidency and initiated multiple legal challenges after he left office.

The first impeachment in 2019-2020 charged Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress over allegations of pressuring Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. The Senate acquitted Trump of these charges.

The second impeachment in 2021 accused Trump of inciting an insurrection following the January 6th event. Despite seven Republicans joining the Democrats in voting to convict, the Senate once again acquitted Trump.

Post-presidency, legal challenges against Trump continue to mount.

Last month, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) also inadvertently admitted that the relentless lawfare against President Donald Trump is not about justice; they’re a strategic ploy to hamstring his 2024 presidential campaign.

“By the way, Trump’s doing it in the South Bronx not to make a point but because he’s got court. And the man practically has the legal version of an ankle bracelet around him, and he can’t leave the 5 boroughs because he always has to be in court,” she said.

This lawfare by Democrats, as pointed out by AOC’s own words, is aimed at limiting Trump’s mobility and, by extension, his ability to campaign freely across the country.

But this CBS video, well, it’s CBS just got a video that supports an allegation that was made in a lawsuit by the 9/11 families that it wasn’t just about Osama bin Laden, not just Al Qaeda. This guy is a Saudi official, and that the Saudi government was involved.

Now, is this the first time we’ve ever heard this? No, but we’ve never given a damn. That’s the part that just finally slapped me today as someone who supposedly cares about what happened that day because I lost so many people I knew and we would never forget, and all these things.

In the CBS video, Omar al-Bayoui, whom the FBI says was a Saudi operative. In the video al-Bayoui is seen casing the US Capitol in Washington DC, the likely target of the Flight 93 operation that was thwarted that day by American passengers and heroes.

The video was found by British police during a raid on Bayoumi’s UK apartment days after the 9-11 attacks.

The film is just being released now. Why is that? It’s been over 20 years since the horrific attacks!

British police found the video during a raid on Bayoumi’s U.K. apartment in the days after 9/11. They also seized Bayoumi’s hand-written address book that the lawyers for the 9/11 families say was filled with phone numbers of numerous senior Saudi officials who were in the government at the time.

When Bayoumi recorded the Washington video, he was often with two Saudi diplomats who the FBI says had “ties to al Qaeda,” a finding the Saudi government disputes.

Retired FBI agent Ken Williams led the 9/11 investigation in Phoenix, where one of the hijackers attended flight school. He believes the Bayoumi video “ranks right at the top of the pile” of evidence. Williams strongly disagrees with the Saudi government’s stance that the video was one Bayoumi took as a tourist.

The British police are believed to have turned over the video to the FBI shortly after 9/11, which raises the question: why, after more than 20 years, is it just now surfacing?

“If that was missed then shame on us for missing it,” Williams, who is also a consultant on the case filed by the 9/11 families, said. “If it wasn’t missed, then I would have to ask the question: What was done with it?”

Indiana Fever’s rookie star guard, Caitlin Clark, the savior of the WNBA, has confirmed that she suffered a ruptured eardrum during a game against the New York Liberty.

The incident took place almost three weeks ago when Clark was blindsided by an unexpectedly aggressive screen during the fourth quarter, forcing her to exit the game.

Clark was escorted off the court by trainer Todd Champlin and did not return to play. The Indiana Fever lost the game.

Clark refrained from detailing her injury in the week following the incident, simply stating, “It’s still a little hard to hear, but I’m all good.”

“With a four-day break between New York on June 2 and the Fever’s next game against Washington on June 7, she never missed time,” the Indy Star reported.

However, on Friday, Clark finally disclosed her injury while discussing her “Welcome to the W” moment, according to Bleacher Report.

“I’ve been popped on a couple screens, actually ruptured my eardrum in New York on a flex screen,” Clark said pregame. “They’re great screens, I just didn’t hear them, so it’s kind of my own fault.”

While Clark may be downplaying her injury with good humor and sportsmanship, her situation raises serious questions about her safety in the WNBA. TGP has reported multiple times about the attacks against Caitlin Clark in her WNBA games since joining the league this year.

Indiana congressman Jim Banks has had enough. He sent a letter to the WNBA requesting that the league take action.

In a letter addressed to Cathy Engelbert, Commissioner of Women’s National Basketball Association, Banks wrote:

Like many Hoosiers, I have watched in admiration as the Indiana Fever have captivated a national audience following their selection of Caitlin Clark as the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft. As a father, it has been heartening to see my three young daughters more excited about and inspired by the WNBA than ever before.

As you know, Clark has shattered on court and viewership records for women’s basketball. Unfortunately, since joining the WNBA, Clark’s exceptionalism has been met with resentment and repeated attacks from fellow players.

During the Fever’s win over the Chicago Sky on Saturday, Chennedy Carter went out of her way to knock Clark to the floor while neither player had the ball. Further, the excessive attack was visibly cheered on and supported by Carter’s teammate Angel Reese.

Indiana is a basketball state. We don’t wince at aggressive defense, but this was not an example of playing “tough”; it was a cheap shot that could have resulted in an injury and should not be tolerated.

While the foul was retroactively upgraded to a flagrant, there appears to be no further punishment for Carter or the Chicago Sky organization beyond fines related to a lack of media appearances after the game.

Every data point shows, when Caitlin Clark plays, more people watch and what they are seeing right now is a league that refuses to hold hostile players accountable and enforce their own rules of sportsmanship.

It is not only a disservice to Clark and the Indiana Fever, it’s a disservice to the millions of young girls who are watching with dreams of playing in the WNBA one day.

In a 2019 interview with The Athletic, you said that one of the “three pillars” you were focused on was the “player experience,” including “health and well-being, wellness, mental health and all that.”

I believe you meant it back then and you have a chance to prove it now.

As such, I request answers to the following questions by next Friday, June 14th, 2024:

What steps is the WNBA taking to curb excessive physical targeting of specific players?
Will individual organizations be held responsible for allowing players with histories of violence to physically target their competitors?
Do you believe that WNBA players repeatedly diminishing the talents of their fellow players is beneficial to the leagues’ overall success?
Do you believe that it is inspiring to young female athletes to see players like the Indiana’s Caitlin Clark physically targeted for her success?

O’Keefe Media Group founder James O’Keefe released a follow-up video on his latest undercover release on The Walt Disney Company’s discrimination against Whites and specifically White males in the company’s hiring process.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this week, O’Keefe Media Group on Thursday released an undercover video of the Senior Vice President at Disney detailing discriminatory hiring practices.

The senior VP told OMG’s undercover journalist that Disney is not considering any white men for the job.

“Nobody else is going to tell you this, but they’re not considering any white males for the job,” says Michael Giordano, a Vice President of Business Affairs, “there’s no way we’re hiring a white male.”

Giordano revealed Disney uses “code words and buzzwords” to avoid legal action and even mentions a candidate being rejected for not looking black enough. Giordano also admitted Disney gives bonuses to executives for practicing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), agreeing that “diversity helps with financial incentives.”

The Disney VP said there will be a lawsuit at some point over the company’s discriminatory hiring practices.

Some of the possible ‘code words’ or ‘buzz words’: “They might say something like, ‘We’re not looking for the usual suspects for the job,’ so it’s not like a legally actionable thing. But everybody knows what it means.”

“I’m looking to hire writers and actors who bring diversity. I’m not looking to bring on any more clients who are white,” Giordano said.

It can be recalled that Disney’s 2023 live-action reprisal of “The Little Mermaid” sparked controversy over Ariel, the redheaded white cartoon mermaid who once was, being cast as a Black woman. It’s clear that the actress was cast with an anti-White agenda, as a Disney VP now admits to “not looking to bring on any more clients who are white.”

In the clip below, O’Keefe speaks to several Disney employees and security guards outside of the Disney park. One of the security guards even recognized him but said he couldn’t share his “personal opinion,” likely fearing retaliation from the company. “I’m on the clock still, you know, so if you want to talk after, that’s fine,” the Disney security guard told James.

Another employee said James should investigate BlackRock, the largest asset management firm in the world, which oversees trillions of dollars worth of assets. It appears that despite the company’s best efforts to hire only liberal minorities, not every Disney employee is woke.

“Maybe we have fans inside Disney,” O’Keefe concluded.
