As previously reported, Biden’s corrupt Justice Department indicted a Texas surgeon who blew the whistle on a sex-change program at the Texas Children’s Hospital.

In May 2023, Dr. Eithan Haim leaked the sex change documents to investigative reporter Christopher Rufo. Dr. Haim was careful not to disclose any patient information but the Biden DOJ indicted him on four felony counts related to HIPAA violations.

One day after Dr. Haim exposed the Texas Children’s Hospital, the Texas state legislature voted to ban transgender medical treatment and procedures on minors.

Dr. Haim was informed last year that he was under federal investigation for leaking documents to Christopher Rufo.

On Tuesday, heavily armed agents showed up at Dr. Haim’s door and told him that he had been indicted with four felony charges.

The Biden Regime unsealed the indictment against Dr. Haim on Monday.

Dr. Haim was indicted on four felony counts. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 maximum fine.

Per the DOJ:

A Houston doctor has been indicted for obtaining protected individual health information for patients that were not under his care and without authorization, announced Alamdar S. Hamdani.

The case against Ethan Haim, 34, Dallas, has now been unsealed, and he is set to make his initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Yvonne Y. Ho in Houston at 2 p.m.

The four-count indictment alleges Haim obtained personal information including patient names, treatment codes and the attending physician from Texas Children’s Hospital’s (TCH) electronic system without authorization. He allegedly obtained this information under false pretenses and with intent to cause malicious harm to TCH.

According to the indictment, Haim was a resident at Baylor College of Medicine and had previous rotations at TCH as part of his residency.

In April 2023, Haim allegedly requested to re-activate his login access at TCH to access pediatric patients not under his care. The indictment alleges he obtained unauthorized access to personal information of pediatric patients under false pretenses and later disclosed it to a media contact.

If convicted, Haim faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 maximum possible fine.

Before leaving, however, I was given a target letter signed by a federal prosecutor that stated I was being criminally investigated for a case regarding “medical records.”” – he said.

“Since no laws had been violated (no personally identifiable patient health information was disclosed), this was nothing more than a blatant attempt at political intimidation. We believe this case is being driven by a highly ideological division within the Department of Health and Human Services that aims to silence whistleblowers who expose institutionalized medical corruption and the dangers of these hormone-based interventions for confused, adolescent children,” Dr. Haim added.

The man is completely out to lunch. Even G7 leaders said Biden was, “The worst he’s ever been.”

It didn’t help that Joe Biden’s dementia made the rest of the G7 leaders look weak and dishonest for not addressing publicly Biden’s diminished mental state.

Then when he returned to the US, Barack Obama had to escort Joe Biden off stage in Los Angeles at a fundraiser after he forgot what he was doing.

Joe Biden is a global embarrassment. No amount of fake news gaslighting can persuade the masses otherwise. Old Joe is too far gone.

Actor Kevin Costner ribbed “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg for going to a commercial break during his appearance on the ABC show on Monday.

After about a seven-minute segment discussing his family life and his new film, “Horizon: An American Saga,” Costner spotted Goldberg preparing to intervene in the discussion to go to commercial break.

The actor was in the middle of making a point about Native Americans and the clash of cultures and competing interests as the United States expanded from sea to sea. “Horizon” takes place before and after the Civil War.

“Oh, OK. I just — yeah, OK,” Whoopi said as the show’s producers were signaling her about needing to take the break.

“Take control of this Whoopi, honestly,” Costner said. “Tell those sponsors to stand down, we’re talking!”

His comment drew laughter from the audience and the panelists.

“Well — yeah,” Goldberg responded while pointing at the camera, but the program went to commercial anyway.

During the interview, Costner, a father of seven, said how moving it was to receive an 11-minute standing ovation for “Horizon” following its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival last month in France with his kids standing by his side.

After the commercial break, “The View” showed a scene from the 1989 film “Field of Dreams,” about baseball and the strained relationship the main character, Ray Kinsella, played by Costner, had with his father before his death.

“There was a lot of magic about that little movie,” Costner said.

He noted that Robin Williams had been up to play the lead role, but director Phil Alden Robinson went with him instead.

Costner recounted to “The View” hosts that he had asked Robinson why he had not gone with Williams, who he felt was a bigger actor at the time.

Robinson shared his reasoning, telling the actor, “When I think of Robin, I think of somebody who does hear voices in the corn, and I thought I needed somebody like you.”

In other words, the director wanted someone who came off as a regular guy having to deal with this bizarre, otherworldly experience.

In addition to “Horizon,” Coster has starred in several movies set in the Old West, including “Silverado” (1985), “Dances with Wolves” (1990) and “Wyatt Earp” (1994).

More recently, he portrayed John Dutton in the hit Paramount series “Yellowstone,” set in present-day Montana.

Deadline reported that the first chapter of “Horizon” will arrive on June 28, while the second chapter will hit theaters on Aug. 16.

There are slated to be four chapters. Production on the third chapter is underway.

Michael Patrick Leahy, CEO of The Tennessee Star, provided an update after a Nashville court hearing where the judge threatened him with contempt and prison for publishing contents of trans shooter Audrey Hale’s manifesto.

The manifesto of Covenant School shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a biological female who identified as a transgender male at the time of her horrific attack on March 27, 2023, was leaked again last Friday.

Star News Digital Media, Inc., which owns and operates The Star, and the publication’s editor-in-chief, Michael Patrick Leahy, are currently plaintiffs in lawsuits seeking to compel the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) and the FBI to release Hale’s writings, including those referred to as a manifesto.

The Tennessee Star confirmed last Wednesday that it had obtained nearly four dozen pages of Hale’s writings from a source familiar with the investigation. The March 11, 2023 entry revealed her intense desire to possess a “penis.”

Hale’s diary entry begins with the title “My Imaginary Penis” and includes a crude drawing. “My penis exists in my head. I swear to god I’m a male,” wrote Hale in the diary. She then expressed her desire to have a penis for heterosexual intercourse, according to The Tennessee Star.

Tennessee Chancery Court Judge l’Ashea Myles ordered Michael Patrick Leahy to appear before the court on Monday to determine whether Leahy and The Tennessee Star violated any court orders related to publishing news stories on the shooter’s writings.

The judge appeared to back off…for now.

What makes this notable, apart from the usual pseudo-esoteric thrash content, is that there is indeed a heightened danger that the endless military escalations around the globe may lead to World War 3.

But tomorrow? Kumar says it’s the planetary alignments.

“Speaking to The Daily Star, Kumar said, ‘Now, Tuesday, 18 June 2024 has the strongest planetary stimulus to trigger WW3 although 10 and 29 June may have a say as well’.”

Kumar alerted that various international conflicts may be signs of the impending global conflict.

“Expressing concern, Kumar warned: ‘It may be observed here that predictive alert for better care and appropriate strategy involves careful and serious interpretation of planetary impacts while unintended human error or slip cannot be ruled out entirely’.”

Lucky for us, Kumar originally predicted June 10 as the war’s start date, so he is doubling down despite forecasting the wrong date previously.

Many are casting doubt on the accuracy of his predictions – not to mention, of course, those of us that do not believe at all at this kind of hocus-pocus.

“Despite the false prediction, Kumar now is confident that he sees June 18 as having the greatest potential for conflict initiation, while also mentioning June 29 as another possible date.”

Kumar professes to use the ‘Vedic astrology chart’ to make his ‘predictions’, a system rooted in Hindu culture utilizing alignments of planets and stars.

Kumar cites many geopolitical developments that suggest an imminent conflict: a recent terror attack in the Himalayas, incidents at the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea, tensions between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon, Russian warships to Havana, China’s military exercises near Taiwan…

All genuine sources of global concern, but many local tension hotspots do not a World War make.

A former communications director to Vice President Kamala Harris revealed which one of Trump’s potential running mates poses the “biggest threat” to Harris.

Ashley Etienne, who was a communications director for Harris in 2021 told CNN that Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) poses the biggest threat to Harris’s vice presidency.

She backed up her claim by sharing how Vance has great debating skills.

Etienne stated, “I think JD Vance would pose the greatest threat to Kamala Harris, in some respects. I mean, he’s an incredible debater.”

“I think he has this quality that makes him seem palpable to that one to two percent that actually might vote or that is undecided, that will pay attention to the debates because most people don’t pay attention to the debates,” added Etienne.

Vice President Harris’ former communications director recently said there is one Republican who would be the “greatest threat” to her vice presidency if chosen as former President Trump’s2024 running mate.

Ashley Etienne, who served as Harris’ communications director in 2021, told CNN on Friday that she believes Ohio Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, is an “incredible debater” and could present a challenge to Harris in the upcoming election.

“I think JD Vance would pose the greatest threat [to] Kamala Harris, in some respects. I mean he’s an incredible debater,” Etienne told CNN. “I think he has this quality that makes him seem palpable to that one to two percent that actually might vote or that is undecided, that will actually pay attention to the debates because most people don’t pay attention to the debates.”

Etienne, who also served as deputy assistant to President Biden after his 2020 victory, said Vance is “super smart,” “quick-witted” and could pose a threat to Harris on the debate stage.

The reporters were shouting questions at Biden as he smirked.

Yet this is the reporter with whom U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken chose to do an interview with on June 12.

In July 2014, Chahda posted, “I used to believe that armed resistance in occupied Palestine was one of the means of liberation, but today I have come to believe that armed resistance is the only means.”

After it arose that Athletes at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics will be sleeping on cardboard anti-sex beds, now it appears the mania is spreading far and wide in the European continent, and extending to the fans, too!

“Apparently, you don’t have to be an Olympian to be cursed with an anti-sex bed: A Scottish soccer fan who had reserved a hotel on Booking.com was horrified after discovering that the mattresses were made of cardboard, as detailed in a thread on X.

‘Wait till you see the absolute shambles of a situation @bookingcom put us in last night,” user RoryB96 said while describing the digs, which they’d booked over the weekend while watching Scotland play at the UEFA European Championship in Germany’.”

Of course, in many ways this story is just about the alleged lack of quality in accommodation booking sites, but it underscores the trend.

“’One of the beds was made out of cardboard and also held together by duct tape’, Rory described. ‘The 2nd bed was a sofa bed that was broken and disgusting’.”

A real cardboard city.

But the soccer fanatics had more in storage for them: they ended up relocated to a ‘dungeon’ with ‘hospital beds and industrial equipment lying around the entrance’.

In the end, they were able to find somewhere minimally acceptable – and, unlike the Olympians, they didn’t settle for the cardboard anti-sex beds.
