Elon Musk has called for the scrapping of electronic voting machines, warning they are at high risk of being hacked and manipulated by bad actors.

Posting on the X platform, Musk responded to a post from independent presidential candidate, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who himself was weighing on the recent irregularities that took place during Puerto Rico’s primary elections.

Kennedy wrote:

Puerto Rico’s primary elections just experienced hundreds of voting irregularities related to electronic voting machines, according to the Associated Press. Luckily, there was a paper trail so the problem was identified and vote tallies corrected. What happens in jurisdictions where there is no paper trail? US citizens need to know that every one of their votes were counted, and that their elections cannot be hacked. We need to return to paper ballots to avoid electronic interference with elections. My administration will require paper ballots and we will guarantee honest and fair elections.

Musk said he agreed with this sentiment.

As long reported by The Gateway Pundit, electronic voting machines are one of the many methods that Democrats and their electoral allies have used to steal elections. The most notable example of this was in 2020, when machines played an important part in swinging the election to Joe Biden.

This is not the first time that Musk, who has a following of nearly 188 million people, has warned about the risks to America’s electoral system. Last month, he reposted a video urging whistleblowers to come forward to report irregularities ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

In January, Musk also called for greater election security by calling for the mandatory use of photo identification. He described opposition to this proposal as “insane.”

An illegal alien from El Salvador has been charged with brutally raping and murdering Rachel Morin, a mother-of-five, on a Maryland hiking trail last year.

Victor Martinez-Hernandez, 23, was arrested for the murder in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Friday.

Harford County Sherriff Jeffrey Gahler told reporters during a press conference on Saturday, “Rachel’s murderer is no longer a free man and, hopefully, he will never have the opportunity to walk free again.”

The violent migrant has ties to El Salvadorian gangs and is implicated in at least one other murder.

“Victor Hernandez did not come to this country to make a better life for him or his family, he came here to escape the crimes he committed in El Salvador. He came here to murder Rachel and God-willing, no one else,” Gahler continued.

“But that should have never been allowed to happen.”

The New York Post reports:

The accused killer illegally crossed into the US in February 2023 after he vicously murdered another young woman.

Martinez-Hernandez was in the US for six months before he allegedly targeted Morin while she was walking alone on the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in Bel Air.

Her naked body suffered such severe trauma that family said it looked as though “her head had been smashed in with a rock.”

About a month after the killing, police matched Martinez-Hernandez’s DNA to a sample recovered at the scene of a home invasion and assault of a young girl in Los Angeles.

Martinez-Hernandez has been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape.

President Trump spoke with conviction and called out crooked Joe Biden and his corrupt regime.

President Trump humorously and accurately told the crowd that the American people had a far better life during his administration.

“Under Biden, illegal aliens are better off, terrorists are better off, China is better off, Russia is better off, the cartels are better off. But the American people were far better off under a gentleman named President Donald J. Trump. Have you heard of him?” Trump continued.

But Supreme Court charges eminent domain case was pretextual

A fight has erupted over a decision by the Long Island town of Southold to take private property that the owners of a chain of hardware stores bought for a new location.

The problem is that the town took the land against the wishes of the owners using eminent domain, but it had no legitimate reason for doing that.

According to officials at the Institute for Justice, that’s known because the city insisted it needed the land for a “park,” but that turned out to be a “passive park” with no cleanup, no improvements, and the remnants of an old home and greenhouse left there.

The IJ explained, ‘When every legal effort to stop someone from using their property has failed, can the government simply take the land using eminent domain? That is the question at the heart of a new U.S. Supreme Court petition filed by a family-owned hardware store business whose property was taken by a small Long Island town.”

It is the Brinkmann family whose members already have five Long Island stores and obtained the Southold property for another.

“The town did everything it could to stop construction. After failing to drive the Brinkmanns away by attempting to interfere with the Brinkmanns’ land purchase, then imposing an exorbitant fee for a market impact study that the town never performed after being paid, and even deploying a selectively enforced moratorium on building permits to stifle the Brinkmanns’ permit application; the town voted to take the land by eminent domain for a park,” the IJ said.

At the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the judges said, “the government can take your property for almost any reason at all—including because it just doesn’t like you—so long as the government lies about why it is using eminent domain,” explained IJ lawyer Jeff Redfern.

“This is a dangerous precedent, and the Supreme Court should take this opportunity to clarify that it is unconstitutional to use eminent domain in bad faith, simply to stop someone from making a lawful use of their property.”

The commercial venture was started by Tony and Pat Brinkmann with a single store in Sayville, New York, in 1976. Today, the company is still family-owned and operated by their children—Mary, Ben and Hank.

“If the maneuver that Southold used to take our property is allowed to stand, no one can purchase property with the confidence that they will be able to use it,” said Ben Brinkmann. “We played by the rules, but the ground kept shifting under our feet until our property was simply taken by force. Courts should not turn their eyes from eminent domain abuse.”

A dissent from the recent 2nd Circuit ruling pointed out that “courts across the country have long invalidated bad-faith takings to stop otherwise legitimate uses of property.”

An illegal immigrant who was released into the country by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) skipped his immigration hearing just weeks before stabbing a man to death in California.

The alleged murderer, Pablo Jose Gutierrez-Morales, a 31-year-old citizen of Nicaragua, reportedly entered the United States illegally in 2022.

The murder took place in Contra Costa County, a “sanctuary” county.

Gutierrez-Morales was one of three people arrested in May for the murder of a man who was said to be dating a woman that he had a crush on.

The Daily Caller News Foundation reports:

On Feb. 10, police in Pleasant Hill, California, found 37-year-old Santiago Jacobo dead from multiple stab wounds at a local park where he worked as a janitor, according to local media reports at the time. His wife, worried when he hadn’t come after his shift ended, first discovered his body and called 9-1-1.

Following an investigation that spanned more than three months, local investigators announced the arrest of three individuals allegedly involved in the murder: 31-year-old Pablo Jose Gutierrez-Morales, 24-year-old Vanessa Vera-Aguilar, and 25-year-old Jazmin Ruiz. All three were taken into custody under the charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder, in what the Antioch Herald, a local media outlet, framed as a “love triangle” stabbing death.

Detectives collected evidence indicating that the three suspects personally knew Jocobo — having previously worked with him at a local assisted living facility — and together they coordinated and executed the attack on him after he finished his shift as a custodian at the Pleasant Hill Park, according to the Antioch Herald. Investigators additionally determined that Jocobo had previously been in a relationship with Vera-Aguilar, one of the suspected murderers, while Gutierrez-Morales was pursuing a new relationship with her.

“Pablo Jose Gutierrez-Morales, an unlawfully present 31-year-old Nicaraguan national, was encountered by U.S. Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas Sector on July 11, 2022,” an ICE spokesperson told the DCNF. “He was paroled into the U.S. and monitored by ICE’s Alternatives to Detention (ATD) with instructions to report to Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), Los Angeles for reporting.”

“On Aug. 22, 2022, he reported to ERO Los Angeles and was terminated from the ATD program with future reporting requirements,” the statement continued, meaning he was removed from ATD and was put on an order of supervision that required reporting as determined by an ICE officer.

Gutierrez-Morales is currently being held without bail and ICE has put in an immigration detainer for him if he is released.

Former President Donald Trump’s speech at Turning Point USA’s Detroit conference was interrupted on Saturday, not by hecklers, but by an adoring crowd singing “Happy Birthday.”

Trump smiled and looked at the crowd fondly as they bellowed out the lyrics.

On Friday, Trump celebrated his 78th birthday with a giant MAGA-themed cake at Club 47 in West Palm Beach.

The following night, while speaking at the event, Trump paused for just a moment and the crowd seized on the opportunity to sing.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene told the crowd at Turning Point USA’s People Convention that she would be doing everything in her power to imprison Dr. Anthony Fauci for “crimes against humanity.”

The crowd chanted, “Lock him up,” and Greene responded by saying, “If I have anything to do with it, we will lock him up.”

“I was in Washington, D.C., and I’ll never forget when the Biden administration and Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House, brought in nearly 30,000 National Guardsmen and turned our Capitol complex into a military base,” Greene told the audience at the conservative conference.

A day after Russian stealth Nuclear submarine Kazan docked in the Havana port – for a ‘routine deployment’ – the United States responded by deploying a fast-attack nuclear submarine to Guantanamo Bay.

The USS Helena is tasked with this mission.

In its statement, the U.S. Southern Command said that the submarine is in Guantanamo Bay also as part of a ‘routine port visit’ while transiting the Southern Command’s maritime area of responsibility.

From ‘routine’ to ‘routine,’ the situation escalates evermore.

US Southern Command on : “The fast-attack submarine USS Helena is in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as part of a routine port visit as it transits the U.S. Southern Command geographic area of responsibility while conducting its global maritime security and national defense mission. The vessel’s location and transit were previously planned.”

This comes after footage of the Russian Northern Fleet ship group arriving off the coast of Cuba was published by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Unpopular French president Emmanuel Macron is on the ropes.

The Globalist poster boy, who likes to be pictured boxing against a punch bag, has been pummeled by his political opponents, and has now sent the MSM into a raging fit.

The outrage is in response to his dissolving of Parliament and calls for early snap elections after the anti-immigration National Rally (RN) of Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella won a resounding victory in European elections last Sunday.

According to the furious media, Macron has “bit more than he can chew,” and his gamble is “looking like a disaster.” He is guilty of “gambling with people’s lives” and is called a “destroyer of worlds,” as his “approval has fallen to its lowest since 2018.”

On Monday, the right-wing National Rally was forecast to win the snap election in France by TRIPLETING its seat numbers. As of now, the projections fall slightly short of an absolute majority.

The snap elections for the lower house of parliament are scheduled for June 30 and July 7.

Reuters reported:

“Marine Le Pen’s anti-immigration, Eurosceptic National Rally party, known as RN, would win 235 to 265 seats in the National Assembly, a huge jump from its current 88 but short of the 289 needed for an absolute majority, according to the survey by Toluna Harris Interactive for Challenges, M6 and RTL.

Macron’s centrist alliance would see its number of lawmakers possibly halve, from 250 to 125-155, the poll showed on Monday. Leftwing parties could together control 115 to 145 seats, though each party could run on its own.”

While trying to spin the opinion polls, the media hopes that RN will not run the government due to a ‘wide-ranging coalition of mainstream parties’ or even a completely hung parliament. This sounds like panic—and it is.

Even with an RN majority in the French parliament, Macron will remain president for three more years and in charge of defense and foreign policy.

But the right-wing would control the domestic agenda: economic policy, security, immigration, and finances.

Any aid to Ukraine would need parliament’s backing to finance it on France’s budget. And he won’t have the votes.

“‘We’re still in shock’, Emmanuel Pellerin, a lawmaker from Macron’s Renaissance party, told Reuters. ‘Everything points to the RN winning a relative or absolute majority. But that forces the French to think about what is at stake’.”

As Macron sees the ‘mother-of-all political risks’ of calling an early election blowing up on his face, the second political force at the moment, the far-left, is gearing for war, with the usual support from the liberal media.

“France’s left-wing political parties say they have united to form a ‘New Popular Front’ to go head to head with the far right in snap parliamentary elections at the end of this month.

[…] France’s fragmented political landscape and two-round system encourage alliances, which is why the Socialists have agreed to join forces with the Greens, Communists and France Unbowed, the far-left party of Jean-Luc Mélenchon.”

Socialist leader Raphaël Glucksmann:

“‘The only thing that matters to me is that the National Rally doesn’t win the elections and won’t govern the country. […] We can’t leave France to the Le Pen family’, he said.”

President Trump told the crowd that Black Americans under his administration experienced low unemployment and low poverty rates. He also told the crowd that Joe Biden has not helped anyone and was “all talk.”

“Joe Biden has done nothing for you except talk, it’s only talk, it’s all talk,” Trump said.

“But we achieved the lowest African American unemployment rate and the lowest African American poverty rate ever recorded, ever, ever recorded during my four years. We lifted 6.6 million people out of poverty,” Trump continued.

President Trump also discussed how the open border is affecting everyday Americans, including the Black and Latino communities.

“Millions of Illegal aliens are pouring in and they’re taking your jobs. The Black community is being hurt more by the illegal aliens 16, 17 million. They are taking your jobs, you are down 6, 7 percent from where you were 3 years ago with me,” Trump said.

“They are affecting the African Americans and then after that, the Hispanic Americans more than any other group. And they are also affecting unions because unions are starting to lose their grip because of it, they’ve never seen it. We are being inundated,” Trump continued.
