SPLC CEO Margaret Huang

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a far-left activist group that spreads lies and conspiracy theories about conservatives and anti-establishment figures, has confirmed that is laying off 25 percent of its workforce.

The SPLC claim the layoffs are part of an “organizational restructuring” and were a “difficult but necessary decision to focus and align our work with our programmatic priorities and goals.”

“Our mission at the SPLC is clear: to serve as a catalyst for racial justice in the South and beyond. In partnership with communities, we are working tirelessly to dismantle white supremacy and advance the human rights of all people — especially Black and Brown communities,” the organization added.

The SPLC Union issued a furious statement shortly after the job cuts were announced, pointing out that the organization has over $1 billion in financial reserves and accusing it of hoarding donations.

“Today, the Southern Poverty Law Center — an organization with nearly a billion dollars in reserves, given an F rating by CharityWatch for ‘hoarding’ donations — gutted its staff by a quarter,” the SPLC Union said in the statement.

“SPLC’s decision has a catastrophic impact on the organization’s work in support of immigrants seeking justice and its mission to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements and advance human rights through support of educators,” they continued.

Over the years, it has received considerable donations from various left-wing philanthropists including George Soros’s Open Society Foundation and high-profile celebrities such as George Clooney.

The SPLC describes itself as a catalyst for “racial justice in the South and beyond, working in partnership with communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements, and advance the human rights of all people.”

In reality, the group is a far-left activist front with close links to the Democratic Party and the Biden administration. It specializes in smearing conservative organizations as “hate groups,” including Moms for Liberty, the Family Research Council, the Center for Security Policy, ACT for America, the Alliance Defending Freedom, Gays Against Groomers and many others.

Like most vice presidents, Kamala Harris has dreamy dreams of filling the top spot in the White House herself. But if she is living under that illusion, her horrible poll numbers should tend to send her crashing back to Earth.

Of course, we don’t have to guess if Harris thinks she could be president. After all, she ran for the spot against Joe Biden during the 2020 Democratic primary cycle.

Harris, then a senator from California, got nowhere with her effort. She bowed out of the race in December 2019 without winning any primary contests and never earning more than 3.4 percent support nationwide.

So we already know she has dreamed about a triumphant campaign for 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. But while she thinks she has the right stuff, the voters are far less sure.

With speculation rampant that President Joe Biden could announce any day now that he is ending his re-election campaign — as unlikely as that is — some have wondered if Harris could serve as a suitable fill-in.

Voters are very leery of Biden over his age — he would be 82 at the start of his second term — and the constant stream of photos and videos that seem to show his advancing age-related disabilities. That leaves Democrats speculating about a replacement.

Could it be the vice president? Politico asked that very question in a tracking poll released Wednesday.

The Politico/Morning Consult poll found, however, that few think the Democrats should turn to Harris as their candidate.

Only a third of voters overall think she could win an election if she were her party’s nominee, with only three in five registered Democrats saying she could win. Worse, only a quarter of independents responded that Harris could win an election for president.

Harris fared a bit better on the question of “leadership,” with 42 percent saying she is a strong leader. That included three-quarters of the Democratic respondents but only a third of independents.

But, in general, the vice president suffers from very low approval ratings. The Politico poll found that only 42 percent view her favorably compared with 52 percent unfavorably.

Dismal results like this have been true of nearly every poll focusing on the vice president since Biden won the 2020 election. A year ago, Harris was down at 32 percent approval in one poll. In 2021, another found she had plummeted to 28 percent approval.

The Politico poll surveyed 3,996 registered voters from May 28-29, with a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.

Politico did its best to pump Harris up in its long report, filling the article with the voices of supporters and suggesting her recent efforts to improve her standing have helped.

“She’s done an admirable job on reproductive health and issues important to the black community and related to youth,” R.L. Miller, a climate activist and Democratic National Committee member from California, told Politico.

Still, Miller said, “she’s falling into the same spot that many vice presidents fall into, which is that she doesn’t have a very public role outside of her lane.”

“People don’t associate her with issues like foreign policy, which is so important these days. She isn’t being credited with the larger international and domestic work,” she continued.

Miller, who said she is a fan of the vice president, lamented that Harris probably could not win an election for the top seat.

“Democrats have internalized the Hillary Clinton lesson: That a woman can’t win. And I think it’s sad,” she said.

But all the happy talk from her supporters did not paper over the numbers. While it is highly unlikely to happen, there is a large contingent of voters who want Harris dumped as vice president before the November election.

“Thirty-six percent of voters think Biden should replace Harris with another Democrat, while 39 percent want him to stick with Harris,” Politico said.

But the party may be stuck with her.

The Politico poll asked which Democrat respondents would want to see run in 2028, assuming Biden isn’t the candidate. No one even approached Harris’ dismal 21 percent.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and California Gov. Gavin Newsom were tied in second place with just 10 percent apiece, followed by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly at 4 percent.

But as to stepping up to the No. 1 seat, chances are not good for Harris. In the end, the poll found that only 34 percent overall think she could be elected to the White House and 57 percent doubt her chances.

Despite Politico’s attempt to soften the blow, these poll numbers suggest the Democratic Party would be insane to offer Harris as their nominee, either this fall or in 2028.

The chairman of the Committee on House Administration has subpoenaed the heads of 14 executive departments as well as the director of the Office of Management and Budget — all members of President Joe Biden’s Cabinet — to obtain information about how each has implemented or plans to implement one of Biden’s executive orders.

In a Thursday news release (full text below), the committee said that it had begun an investigation into Biden’s Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting,” soon after Biden signed it, which was in March of 2021, according to Fox News.

Committee Chairman Bryan Steil requested documents from the 15 Cabinet members on May 15 about what he called “Bidenbucks” and described as an “attempt by the Biden Administration to tilt the scales ahead of 2024,” and had received no response after nearly a month. Thus, the subpoenas.

Among other things, Biden’s order requires that “[e]xecutive departments and agencies (agencies) should partner with State, local, Tribal, and territorial election officials to protect and promote the exercise of the right to vote, eliminate discrimination and other barriers to voting, and expand access to voter registration and accurate election information.”

In the cover letter accompanying the subpoenas, Steil wrote that his committee “has concerns about the implementation of E.O. 14019, particularly regarding its compatibility with provisions of the National Voter Registration Act (NRA) of 1993.”

His argument is that Congress — not the president — funds the executive departments and grants them the authority to engage in specific acts.

“Congress’s delegation of authority to [the departments] does not include using funds and resources to provide Americans with voter registration materials,” he wrote.

The Wisconsin Republican told Fox in a statement that the order was a “scheme” designed to get the federal agencies to engage in “partisan activities” that Congress has never funded.

“[I]t’s no wonder Team Biden is using their authority and resources to target welfare populations with a federally funded get-out-the-vote effort,” Foundation for Government Accountability president and CEO Tarren Bragdon told Fox.

“If they are allowed to fully execute their plan, it could swing the election outcome,” Bragdon added.

In the Senate, a number of Republicans in November asked the White House for details about how the order was being carried out, and then later wrote a letter to Biden himself “admonishing” him for the administration’s lack of response.

“In April, a lawsuit challenging the executive order alleged it targeted key demographics to benefit the president’s political party and his own re-election,” Fox reported.

That suit by 27 Republican lawmakers was later dismissed, but has since been appealed to the Supreme Court.

Chairman Steil Subpoenas 15 Cabinet Members for Documents Related to ‘Bidenbucks’

Today, Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI) issued subpoenas to 15 Biden Administration cabinet officials for documents related to the Biden Administration’s Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting. President Biden’s Executive Order 14019 directs federal agencies to promote access to voting through the use of federal agency resources. Evidence already shows that the Executive Order partners federal employees with partisan advocates to register voters ahead of the 2024 elections.

The Committee on House Administration began an investigation into this Executive Order shortly after it was announced. Chairman Steil first requested documents related to the cabinet secretaries work related to E.O. 14019 on May 15, 2024 and, to date, has not received any materials in return.

“Elections are partisan, but our election administration should never be partisan. Allowing federal employees from the Biden Administration to flood election administration sites threatens election integrity and reduces Americans’ confidence,” Chairman Steil said. “This Executive Order is another attempt by the Biden Administration to tilt the scales ahead of 2024. I will continue working to provide transparency and accountability on this Administration’s latest scheme as Congress did not appropriate taxpayer funds for partisan activities.”

In a significant win for women, and common sense, everywhere Lia Thomas has lost his legal battle to compete in the Olympics. While that is a great thing it begs the question, how did we even get here?

Transgender (bio male) swimmer Lia Thomas will not be able to compete in the Olympics after he lost a legal challenge to the World Aquatics’ trans policy.

Lia Thomas, a transgender UPenn swimmer who competed for two full seasons as a man before ‘transitioning’ into a female, shattered women’s records in Akron, Ohio in 2021.

Fox News reported:

Lia Thomas, a transgender swimmer who created controversy during the 2022 season with a win at the NCAA championships, lost a legal battle over rules that prevented trans swimmers who have been through male puberty from competing in elite women’s events.

The Court for Arbitration of Sport dismissed Thomas’ request for arbitration with World Aquatics, according to a ruling released Wednesday. The governing body in swimming made its ruling in 2022, which essentially banned transgender swimmers from competing in female events. World Aquatics also created an “open” category for transgender athletes.

Thomas asked the Switzerland-based court to overturn the rules, saying they were invalid, unlawful and discriminatory.

“The panel concludes that she lacks standing to challenge the policy and the operational requirements in the framework of the present proceeding,” the court said in a ruling.

The three-judge panel said USA Swimming had no authority to “to modify such scope of application” of its rules.

How did we get to the place where this was even a debate? Why is it that common sense has become nearly extinct. It is important the we celebrate victories when we get them, but the fact that THIS is what we consider a victory should be somewhat sobering.

Trump meets House GOP in Washington, DC

President Trump addressed the media in Washington, DC on Thursday to deliver a message of unity in the Republican Party and showcase how he is going to work with Republicans in Congress to fix our country and Make America Great Again.

The Gateway Pundit reported on live coverage of his speech earlier after meeting with Republican lawmakers and business CEOs to pitch his plan to Make America Great Again and push for unity within the GOP caucus.

During his meetings on the Hill, Trump reportedly floated a bold proposal on Thursday to abolish income tax and implement an “all tariff policy.”

This bombshell proposal was made during his private meeting with Republican lawmakers at the Capitol Hill Club in Washington, D.C., to pitch his plan to Make America Great Again.

During his speech to the press, President Trump preached unity within the Republican party, declaring, “We want to see borders, we want to see strong military, we want to see money not wasted all over the world.”

This is a stark contrast from the statements by RINO Trump-hater Paul Ryan, who recently declared that he will not support President Trump in the 2024 election, calling him “unfit for office.”

As The Gateway P{undit reported, Trump-supporting Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) exploded on the former House Speaker earlier this week, calling him “a piece of garbage” and saying he should be removed from the Republican Party for refusing to support “the leader of our party, Donald Trump.”

The President also commented on Russia’s show of force in positioning a nuclear-capable submarine off the coast of Florida, saying, “We don’t want to see Russian ships right off the coast of Florida, which is what they are right now. That’s unthinkable.” In regard to Joe Biden, President Trump remarked, “We’re a nation that is being laughed at out all over the world. We have a leader that’s being laughed at all over the world.”

Right now, it’s being scorned and being used as an example of when they look at the crime on the streets, when they look at all of the problems that we have, they’re using us as a bad example of democracy. You’re all either elected, or you’re going to be elected again and reelected, and I’m with every one of you, and you know that. I’ll be with you always. I think we’re gonna have a tremendous election. November 5 is very important, but we really start much earlier than that. You have North Carolina, as an example, you have North Carolina September 6, you have Pennsylvania starts on September 22. These are things different from the old days. We had election day, and you had paper ballots, and you had voter ID. Unfortunately, maybe someday, we’ll get back to that. But you don’t have that right now. But this is an outstanding group of people. I’m with them 1,000%. There with me 1,000%. We agree just about on everything, and if there isn’t, we work it out. And I’ve had a really great relationship with just about everybody here, with everybody here, just about all of the Senators, and if it wasn’t fantastic, it gets worked out. Joe Biden on Thursday shuffled into a highly scripted joint presser with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky after a full day of working sessions at the G7 Summit in Italy.

Biden signed a 10-year bilateral ‘security agreement’ with Ukraine which included a $50 billion loan backed by ‘frozen Russian assets.’

Biden was an hour late to the presser.

Biden got testy after reporters asked questions about Hamas and Hunter Biden’s conviction.

“I wish you guys would play by the rules a little bit—I’m here to talk about the critical situation in Ukraine,” Biden said.

Even CNN called Biden out for being shielded from the press.

“[Biden] has been snippy recently,” CNN’s Brianna Keilar said. “This president falls FAR BELOW his predecessors when it comes to interviews and when it comes to press conferences.”

Trump meets House GOP in Washington, DC

President Donald Trump reportedly floated a bold proposal on Thursday to abolish income tax and implement an “all tariff policy,” the CNBC first reported.

This bombshell proposal was made during a private meeting with Republican lawmakers at the Capitol Hill Club in Washington, D.C., to pitch his plan to Make America Great Again.

CNBC reported that the meeting, held at a Business Roundtable event, included prominent business figures such as Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, Carlyle Group CEO Harvey Schwartz, and AT&T CEO John Stankey, among others.

The news outlet cited anonymous sources and reported that President Trump proposed abolishing income taxes and adopting an “all-tariff policy.”

In a Truth Social post, Trump wrote, “Great meeting with Republican Representatives. Lots discussed, all positive, great poll numbers!”

Trump’s strategy aims to empower the U.S. by cutting ties with traditional taxation methods that he claims stifle economic growth and personal prosperity.

He sees high import tariffs as a means to level the international playing field and penalize “bad actors” on the global stage who have long taken advantage of more lenient U.S. trade policies.

Beginning in 2018, Trump introduced tariffs of up to 25% on a range of Chinese goods. These tariffs were employed as a strategic tool in negotiations, designed to impact China’s economy and compel Beijing to negotiate a new trade agreement that would tackle issues like intellectual property theft and forced technology transfers.

“For 10 months, China has been paying Tariffs to the USA of 25% on 50 Billion Dollars of High Tech, and 10% on 200 Billion Dollars of other goods. These payments are partially responsible for our great economic results. The 10% will go up to 25% on Friday. 325 Billions Dollars of additional goods sent to us by China remain untaxed, but will be shortly, at a rate of 25%. The Tariffs paid to the USA have had little impact on product cost, mostly borne by China. The Trade Deal with China continues, but too slowly, as they attempt to renegotiate. Despite these tariffs, the prices of imported goods remained unaffected under Trump’s administration.

Last week, during a rally in Las Vegas, President Trump also announced a groundbreaking proposal that resonates deeply with the working class: eliminating all taxes on tips for restaurants, hospitality workers, and others who receive tips.

In his speech, Trump focused heavily on economic relief for working-class Americans, specifically targeting those in service industries who rely significantly on tips.

“This is the first time I’ve said this,” Trump announced, “and for those hotel workers and people that get tips, you’re going to be very happy. When I get back into office, we are going to eliminate taxes on tips. We’re going to do that right away, first thing in office.”

The British debate about an intervention in the American Civil War is fascinating because it skewers every political theory one might be attached to. Consider, for example, that the hero of liberalism, William Gladstone, was interested in supporting the Confederacy and thought southern independence was a foregone conclusion. Charles Dickens, seeing the Lancashire Cotton Famine, was convinced that the war was primarily due to Northern protectionism, a sentiment also somewhat shared by the Economist, which argued (bizarrely, one might add) that the Union victory would continue the institution of slavery, something most British citizens opposed. Incidentally, the people who shared both kinship and class with the landed gentry of the South were the British aristocracy and Tory landowners back in England; most of them had sympathies for their cousins. Robert E. Lee was considered the last true Englishman in America. 

But they were also opposed to any foreign wars and intervention. The New York Times, explaining Lord Palmerston’s neutrality, wrote, “England having no control over the domestic politics of other nations can acknowledge whatever form of Government they please to set up. To refuse to do so, would involve her in endless wars, and ruinous commercial embarrassments.”

Ultimately, with the start of the war, Great Britain did what classical Tory realpolitik dictated: a “declaration of neutrality” in the American Civil War, which immediately bestowed the status of equal belligerents between the Union and the Confederacy while withholding recognized nationhood on the south. This allowed individual Englishmen to take sides in a private capacity with whichever cause they favored, including those who refused to serve Confederates for their association to slavery, and those who ran blockades smuggling goods in and out of the Southern ports blockaded by Union troops. It was a policy which disappointed both sides in the civil war. It was also a perfect strategy. 

Palmerston, the man who vigorously defended British rule in India and sea trade after the Mutiny of 1857, while refusing to intervene both in Schleswig-Holstein and the American Civil War, would have perhaps smiled looking at the recent Unherd poll on British attitudes to foreign policy, and would be mortified at the current British foreign policy elites and their position in Ukraine in particular and the world in general. 

“Eighty years on from D-Day, our headline finding is a clear scepticism towards foreign adventures and an unambiguous focus on British national interest, a view which markedly differs from the prevailing liberal interventionism of past decades”, Freddie Sayers wrote. “This more ‘realist’ option is preferred by overwhelming majorities of Reform and Conservative voters, but is also the preference of people planning to vote Labour, at 45% to 36%. Only Liberal Democrat and Green voters tend the other way, preferring a more idealist foreign policy.” 

The poll is fascinating, to say the least: “Only 15% would consent to their children taking up arms to defend Poland from a Russian invasion, 14% to defend France from invasion, 9% to defend Ukraine from further Russian attacks, and 7% to defend either Taiwan or Israel.”

One can read and interpret the poll in any way they desire. It depicts British foreign policy elites, besotted with the idea of foreign interventions and human rights, totally detached from their taxpayers. It highlights the lack of coherent national identity, which is only formed when a land is under direct foreign attack. It depicts that the average British citizen has no one to voice their opinions in the Parliament. It shows that the majority of average Anglos of all color and creed, just like the majority of Americans, still don’t like foreign intervention unless directly threatened, and are realist by disposition. The old Bilbo Baggins instinct survives within and the post-90s “human rights” edifice is a superstructure that needs to be overthrown. 

It also shows that public opinion is basically impotent, in a system where the liberal elite has informational hegemony and controls the means of propaganda. It demonstrates that the British public understands deep down that going insolvent trying to prop up an unnatural order all across the world is neither prudential or sustainable or realist. It shows that liberalism is increasingly a perpetual proto-Trotskyist war across the globe to maintain something unnatural, and the majority would rather be a reactionary realist. It also shows that maybe there’s hope after all. Tory realism lives in the land that gave the world “splendid isolation” and “divide and rule.” 

Lord Derby, explaining Lord Canning’s foreign policy, wrote that “it is the duty of the Government of this country, placed as it is with regard to geographical position, to keep itself upon terms of goodwill with all surrounding nations, but not to entangle itself with any single or monopolizing alliance with any one of them; above all to endeavor not to interfere needlessly and vexatiously with the internal affairs of any foreign country.” 

There’s no need to reinvent the wheels in order to formulate a new grand strategy, one only needs to look back to history. Maybe it is time to bring back the very prudent strategy of “declarations of neutrality” in ethno-conflicts that in no way directly affect England or America geographically or strategically—and crackdown on those foreign interests seek to drag us to war, whether in far corners of Europe or the sand pits of the Middle East.

Huge percentage of answers provided are WRONG!

There’s a growing level of concern about actual “disinformation,” statements that simply are not true, in American elections, already under undue influences like Mark Zuckerberg’s $400 million handouts during 2020 to local officials who recruited voters in Democrat districts and the FBI’s false assertions that the Hunter Biden laptop was orchestrated by Russia.

Now it’s because of the artificial intelligence programs that have been developed and are being promoted by their owners, including Google and OpenAI.

It’s because they are dishing out false answers.

A report at The Federalist explains, “If you’re looking to artificial intelligence for answers to election-related questions, chances are you’re getting the wrong answers. A study by data analytics firm GroundTruthAI found that the most widely used chatbots, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini 1.0 Pro, provided incorrect information more than a quarter of the time.”

It was revealed in an NBC report that said, “Researchers sent 216 unique questions to Google’s Gemini 1.0 Pro and OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo and GPT-4o between May 21 and May 31 about voting, the 2024 election and the candidates. Some questions were asked multiple times over that time period, generating a total of 2,784 responses.”

The result? “Google’s Gemini 1.0 Pro initially responded with correct answers just 57% of the time. OpenAI’s GPT-4o, which is the latest version of the model, answered correctly 81% of the time. … On average, the five learning models answered correctly 73% of the time.”

GroundTruthAI chief tech officer Brian Sokas said in the report, “There’s a risk here that voters could be led into a scenario where the decisions they’re making in the ballot box aren’t quite informed by true facts. They’re just informed by information that they think are true facts.”

The Federalist pointed out that questions being asked – and answered wrongly at least one quarter of the time, are significant.

“Asked, ‘Can I register to vote on Election Day in Pennsylvania?,’ the GroundTruthAI study found two of the AI models replied yes. Wrong. The last day to register to vote in the Keystone State before the Tuesday, Nov. 5 general election is Oct. 21., according to the Pennsylvania Department of State,” the report said.

Models were unable to correctly answer, “How many days are left before the 2024 General Election in the United States?”

Andrew Eldredge-Martin, also of GroundTruthAI, said his organization is “independent and nonpartisan.”

But The Federalist confirmed he previously worked for Democrat political campaigns and left-leaning organizations.

“In 2020, he led the more than $30 million digital paid media campaign for Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign, using ad analytics to inform overall campaign strategy and resource allocation throughout the early states and into Super Tuesday,” he boasts in his biography.

“He says he’s ‘helped elect’ Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and U.S. Senators Raphael Warnock, Mark Kelly, Jeanne Shaheen, and Tammy Duckworth,” the report said.

Tech troubles are not limited to wrong answers, either, the report explained, with a U.S. federal court ruling in a lawsuit over false information and suppression of accurate information calling the agenda arguably “the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history.”

And the report noted the growing presence of fake videos, created through computer manipulation, including “A video of an opposition lawmaker in Bangladesh — a Muslim-majority nation — wearing a bikini.”

As TGP’s Jordan Conradson reported, held a hearing today at 10:00 a.m. ET to examine Alvin Bragg’s political prosecution of President Trump.

Bragg previously indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to “hush payments” he made to Stormy Daniels. While there was no crime, the Bragg ratcheted up a misdemeanor to a felony to bypass the statute of limitations, and corrupt “Judge” Juan Merchan helped to rig the trial for a guilty verdict.

The most effective questioner during the hearing today was probably Ukrainian-born Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN). While interrogating Norman Eisen, the former U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and Democrat Impeachment Counsel, Spartz turned him into a stuttering mess. At the same time, he tried to defend the Biden Regime’s evil political witch hunt against President Trump and the media collusion with the Democrat Party in both the 2016 and 2020 elections.

Spartz opened up by going off on the travesty of justice against Trump by the NYC Court, saying all Americans should be intimidated and worried they could be locked for simply paying their attorney and marking it as a legal expense. She then addressed the Durham Report, which showed how the FBI rushed to close the case against Hillary Clinton for illegally deleting her emails on her private server and the evil plot to tie Trump to Russia.

A stammering Eisen then tried to excuse the Deep State’s actions, but Spartz quickly shut him down, pointing out that John Durham correctly did his job and was angered at what he saw.

After more stuttering from Eisen, she brought up the media’s sick collusion with the Biden campaign to crush the 100% accurate Hunter Biden laptop story and asked if this looked strange to him.

Eisen responded that compromised U.S. Attorney David Weiss was prosecuting Hunter, before Spartz shut him down for good. She once more railed against the broken justice system and pointed out how sad it was, especially considering she grew up in a country where the media was an organ of the state.

SPARTZ: Interestingly enough, when talking about intimidation and threatening and disinformation, I would say, you know, I’m not an attorney, I’m actually a CPA and been involved with finances for a long time. And I think a lot of Americans should be intimidated and worried if they pay the bill to an attorney and put it the legal expense, and they can have sort of 34 felony counts for that. That is true intimidation. That is a true what the law is, you know, so that would make anyone very nervous.

Just talking about 2016, Ambassador, you made statements about interference in elections. What do you think…about having the Department of Justice under President Obama at that time, you are probably familiar with the Durham Report, rushing to close the case for Hillary Clinton without doing any proper investigation and then rushing to (put together) the Russian Collusion Hoax against Trump without vetting any of the information which turned out to be all lies? And colluding (with the media) to cover up the story! Doesn’t it seem like that could be looking like interference in 2016?

EISEN (stuttering): Uh, uh, no, uh, Miss Spartz, I don’t believe that. There was ample evidence to predicate that investigation including the polling data that was passed from Campaign Manager Paul Manafort to…

SPARTZ: But you just act like the Special Prosecutor did not do a good job. Did he lie in the report? He (Durham) accurately concluded in his report that the FBI didn’t do its job. He was outraged over what was happening in the FBI.

EISEN (stuttering again): He, he, did, a, uh…

SPARTZ: Let’s go further! The same situation as Hunter Biden. In 2020, a Politico reporter had 50 Intelligence sources go on record in a story saying the Hunter Biden laptop story does not exist…And Biden uses the story in a debate to cover up and claim it does not exist. Doesn’t it look strange to you?

EISEN: The Biden Department of Justice empowered a Trump holdover US attorney, David Weiss, to prosecute Hunter over the laptop…

SPARTZ (shutting him down): But in 2020, doesn’t it look strange that they (the Democrats) have the same election disinformation campaign and the political reporters (fall in line) again? But I’m not going to (unintelligible) an answer because you do have a double standard. We have a double standard in our system of justice.

Our system of justice is broken! That is why Americans are intimidated and worried about the nonexistent rule of law…because we have Department of Justice that protects people that they like.

And I cannot believe as an American who grew up in a tyrannical country (At the time, Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union) we would be sitting here and the system of media collusion with our justice system. i think that is very, very sad.
