Illegal aliens living in a Georgia apartment complex told an undercover journalist that they are registered voters.

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project posted video from Muckraker.com of numerous illegal aliens admitting to being registered to vote and actually voting in elections.

The undercover journalists visited the apartment complex Elliot Norcross in Norcross, Georgia and asked the occupants two questions: Are you a citizen? And are you registered to vote.

Approximately 14% of the illegals said they are registered to vote.

According to the Oversight Project, there are an estimated 339,000 non-citizens living in Georgia.

If the 14% proportion holds true state wide, this means there are 47,000 illegals/non-citizens registered to vote in Georgia.

The Oversight Project said they attempted to locate the illegals on Georgia voter rolls and were unable to find them.

However, illegals often used fraudulent documents and names.

Affluent liberals will do nearly anything to parade their own perceived moral virtue, including fleecing their neighbors at gunpoint.

In the end, however, the only thing on parade is tragicomic liberalism.

On July 25, Megan Davey Limarzi, Inspector General of Montgomery County, Maryland, issued a blistering memorandum regarding her office’s (OIG) investigation into Montgomery County Public Schools’ catastrophic management of an electric bus contract, which has cost taxpayers millions and forced MCPS to rely on diesel buses.

The sad story began with the usual virtue signaling.

“On February 23, 2021, as part of its commitment to sustainability, MCPS announced it was replacing 326 diesel school buses with electric school buses,” Limarzi wrote.

That ambitious purchase came at a cost of $168,684,990.

According to 24/7 Wall St., Montgomery County ranks as the 3rd-wealthiest county in Maryland with a median household income of $125,583.

In the 2020 election, President Joe Biden won Montgomery County by a staggering 60 percentage points, per Politico.

In other words, these are exactly the sort of affluent liberals who worship the god of climate change and would adopt even the most authoritarian remedy if it meant that they could feel good about saving the planet.

Alas, Limarzi found that the electric bus contractor “did not deliver any of the buses expected in FY2022 through FY2024 by August 1st as required by the agreement’s delivery schedule.”

Nor will the contractor meet said delivery goal for the 2024-25 school year.

With that in mind, MCPS should have assessed fees, as it would have done under a diesel bus contract. But it did not do so, which cost an additional $1.8 million.

This led Limarzi to conclude that MCPS had utterly fleeced taxpayers.

“MCPS’s failure to hold the contractor accountable to the terms of the contract and their decision not to include provisions to offset incurred expenses has led to millions of dollars in wasteful spending,” the local inspector general wrote.

Furthermore, MCPS ignored the electric buses’ chronic mechanical failures.

“Mechanical and/or charging infrastructure issues resulted in buses not being able to run routes on more than 280 instances from February 10, 2022, through March 31, 2024,” Limarzi wrote.

And yet, despite the contractor’s repeated failures to service the buses, MCPS inexplicably assessed no fees. That decision cost taxpayers another $372,100.

Incredibly, lost fees alone cost taxpayers more than $2.1 million.

Meanwhile, MCPS has spent another $14,749,919 on 90 diesel buses to cover the shortfall. Thus, in light of the original purchase, the total cost to taxpayers has approached $200 million.

In sum, the OIG investigation “substantiated that MCPS’ reluctance to enforce the terms of the agreement and failure to include penalties to offset incurred expenses has led to millions of dollars in wasteful spending and drastically hindered MCPS’s ability to meet its environmental goals.”

Though drafted in no-nonsense language, Limarzi’s memorandum highlighted the pseudo-religious hysteria at the core of the climate change narrative.

First, to showcase their “commitment to sustainability,” MCPS authorized an outrageous original outlay of $168,684,990.

Then, when they failed to receive the electric buses on time, they did not assess a fee. Better to leave one’s neighbors holding the bag than to undermine one’s beliefs by rebuking an EV contractor.

Furthermore, the buses that did arrive suffered nearly 300 operational issues over a two-year period. Again, though, better to make taxpayers foot the bill than to entertain questions about electric buses’ reliability.

Meanwhile, taxpayers must pay their taxes — at the point of a gun if necessary. That is tragicomic liberalism on parade.

Three September 11 masterminds reached plea deals with the US government, the Department of Defense said.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and his co-conspirators Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawhi will avoid the death penalty in a pre-trial plea deal reached.

Details of the plea deal were not disclosed.

3,000 Americans were killed on September 11, 2001 and the masterminds will avoid the death penalty.

Fox News reported:

Prosecutors have agreed to plea agreements with three of the masterminds of the Sept. 11 terror attacks who were awaiting trial in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The Convening Authority for Military Commissions, Susan Escallier, entered into pretrial agreements with Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, the DOD said.

The terms and conditions of the plea deals were not disclosed.

The three men, along with Ali Abdul Aziz Ali and Ramzi Bin al Shibh, were initially charged jointly and arraigned on June 5, 2008, and then were again charged jointly and arraigned a second time on May 5, 2012, in connection with their alleged roles in the attacks.

A school district cannot be sued for administering a COVID-19 vaccine to a young child despite the parents’ explicit instructions against it.

The Vermont Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Windham Southeast School District and the Vermont Department of Health on Friday, saying the organizations are not legitimate targets of the family’s lawsuit and bringing an apparent end to a legal saga that has been in play since 2021.

The issue began in November of that year as a 6-year-old, named L.P. in court records, was given one dose of a Pfizer vaccine at a clinic hosted by the district and health department.

According to WPMI-TV, prior to the clinic the 6-year-old’s parents informed the school that their child was not to be vaccinated.

An official at the school allegedly understood and acknowledged the parents’ orders.

After the discussion, L.P. was given a nametag with another student’s name on it. The student whose name was on the tag had already received a dose earlier in the day.

L.P. protested and told the adults in charge that “Dad said no.”

Despite this, clinic workers administered the dose.

Soon realizing the gravity of this error, the district contacted the parents and apologized to no avail — L.P. was pulled from the school.

“We are deeply sorry that this mistake happened, and have worked internally to improve our screening procedures,” WSSD Superintendent Mark Speno said in a public apology shortly after the incident, the Bennington Banner reported.

“Thankfully, we are not aware of any harm to the student because of this mistake,” he continued. “We take our responsibilities to students and families very seriously, and we respect parents’ rights to make health care decisions for their children.”

The parents of L.P. were not convinced by this apology, and filed suit in September 2022.

Friday, the state’s highest court cited a federal law in its dismissal of the family’s lawsuit.

“Plaintiffs sued various named and unnamed state and school defendants,” the court’s ruling reads. “We conclude that defendants are immune from suit under the Federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act).”

Justices decided that all defendants in this case are protected from litigation under this law.

“We conclude that the PREP Act immunizes every defendant in this case and this fact alone is enough to dismiss the case,” the court’s ruling continues. “Plaintiffs’ arguments about preemption are misplaced, and therefore we need not decide today the extent of the PREP Act’s preemptive effect.

“We conclude that when the federal PREP Act immunizes a defendant, the PREP Act bars all state-law claims against that defendant as a matter of law.”

The parents’ case, the court finally affirmed, cannot proceed on a matter of law.

In an act of repression and human rights violation, Leydenth Casanova, director of Fundación Colibrí, along with 53 others, was arbitrarily detained while exercising their right to peaceful protest.

Dr. Casanova reported this on her WhatsApp status moments before her final detention.

Leydenth Casanova, a veterinarian and Venezuela’s representative in Miss Falls International, has been a prominent figure in social work in Venezuela. Through Fundación Colibrí, she has helped thousands obtain medicine in a country where even aspirin is hard to find due to the crisis.

Freddy Superlano, a leader of Voluntad Popular (the party that truly won the elections), has also been kidnapped. Amidst these unjust detentions, it is crucial to urgently call on the authorities for the immediate release of Leydenth Casanova and all those detained with her.

These actions not only represent a direct attack on the fundamental rights of citizens but also serve as intimidation to those who work tirelessly for the well-being of the Venezuelan people.

Since international organizations have not intervened despite the clear violation of Venezuelan citizens’ human rights, the least that can be demanded is respect for the right to peaceful protest and the guarantee of freedom for those fighting for a better nation.

This development comes after Maduro issued an arrest warrant for María Corina Machado and Edmundo González.

Ayatollah Khamenei issued a threat against Israel on Eid al-Fitr holiday.

As a dementia patient occupies the White House, World War III may be about to break out in the Middle East.

Jim Hoft previously reported that Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was killed after their residence was hit in Tehran on Tuesday evening. Moreover, Israel DID NOT inform the Biden regime before they reportedly took out Haniyeh in Tehran.

The strike by Israel came less than after the Jewish State took out the military commander of Hezbollah in Lebanon. This was in retaliation for Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorists slaughtering 12 innocent children after one of their rockets hit a soccer field on Saturday.

Now The New York Times reveals that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has given the order to strike Israel DIRECTLY in retaliation for Haniyeh’s death. He gave the order Wednesday morning, just hours after the terror leader’s demise.

Israel, The Times notes, has neither confirmed nor denied killing Hanyeh.

The New York Times reported:

Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has issued an order for Iran to strike Israel directly, in retaliation for the killing in Tehran of Hamas’s leader, Ismail Haniyeh, according to three Iranian officials briefed on the order.

Mr. Khamenei gave the order at an emergency meeting of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council on Wednesday morning, shortly after Iran announced that Mr. Haniyeh had been killed, said the three Iranian officials, including two members of the Revolutionary Guards. They asked that their names not be published because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

Iran and Hamas have accused Israel of the assassination; Israel, which is at war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip, has neither acknowledged nor denied killing Mr. Haniyeh, who was in Tehran for the inauguration of Iran’s new president. Israel has a long history of killing enemies abroad, including Iranian nuclear scientists and military commanders.

Khamenei is signaling that the response from Iran will prove harsh. He vowed to avenge Haniyeh’s blood “our duty” because it happened on Iran’s turf. He also stated that Israel had set the stage for receiving “a severe punishment” as The Times notes.

The Times notes in their report that the exact nature of the retaliation remains unknown. Back in April, Iran launched hundreds of missiles and drones at Israel to avenge an Israeli strike on its embassy compound Damascus, Syria. During the attack, several Iranian military commanders were wiped out.

But the retaliation turned out to be a complete debacle after being telegraphed by Iran in advance. Almost every Iranian weapon was shot down by the Jewish State and its allies with minor damage done.

The Standard Club in Chicago is about as old an institution as can be found in the City of Broad shoulders. Founded in 1869, the club was formed for Jewish people to congregate, dine, and socialize. The Standard Club is a fixture in the heart of the Chicago neighborhood known as “The Loop,” or the central business district neighborhood. Falling on hard times over the years, The Standard Club was finally forced to sell its property at 320 S. Plymouth Court in February of 2022. It has come a long way from hosting fundraisers with the Obamas and Pritzkers to housing illegal immigrants, where the Chicago Police Department (CPD) responded to 706 incidents between June 2023 and May 2024.

Through a FOIA request by Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines podcast, numerous criminal incidents were uncovered at The Standard Club. In March of this year Gateway Pundit reported on a similar FOIA finding at the Inn of Chicago that included assault, robbery, domestic battery, and child abuse. Coincidentally, according to the Chicago Sun Times, both facilities were recently purchased by the same hotel investor out of California. Similar findings were uncovered at The Standard Club, including many vehicle-related crimes such as those listed in the image below. While many violent crimes were present in the 706 incidents, there was an apparent ease with which these illegal immigrants found a way to obtain motor vehicle usage. Surely their comfort facilitated through government and taxpayer funding is unrelated.

Another alarming observation within the report was the 7  examples of the possession of a fraudulent ID card as shown in the image below. This offense brings to mind the trepidation that has arisen regarding the coming election. The perception of many citizens across the country is that  a lack of election safeguards will engender widespread cheating and ballot harvesting afforded by a mass illegal immigration policy.

In states such as Illinois there is particular concern as the state has passed HB3882  allowing anyone who has been approved for asylum or has entered the country under refugee status to obtain the same driver’s license or ID card as an Illinois citizen. This should bring the utmost scrutiny from citizens as Illinois’ WTTW – a PBS affiliate – points out, there was an automatic voter registration bill signed into law in 2017. If that does not raise enough suspicion, one might also consider the fact that Illinois is a same day voter registration state.

Most egregious however, is the offense highlighted below. This arrest was for child pornography. These are the types of distinctions that are brought to light in the battle between liberals and conservatives as it relates to the illegal immigration crisis.

While it may be true that most illegal immigrants are merely looking for a better life, the harrowing reality is that we are importing crime unnecessarily. People like Laken Riley in Georgia do not have to die, and children do not have to be exploited. The border policy can be ameliorated.

Further investigation into the above offense is warranted. It’s relevant to reference reporting from May of this year by Gateway Pundit. In that article, evidence of human trafficking was found on a government-funded Vortex phone on the person of an illegal immigrant at the Chicago area Pilsen migrant facility. In April 2022 Fox News reported on the federal government issuing government phones to illegals crossing the border. As Jen Psaki confirmed,  “…we can track…” and “…check in with them.” This is likely an extension of the Obama phone program, itself an extension of the Lifeline program, which sought to provide poverty level Americans with free cell phones and service. Clearly the program has been extended once again, only this time, to cover illegal immigrants.

A final observation regards the arrest data provided for the geographical demographics of the incoming illegal immigration population. Given the current situation in Venezuela with dictator Nicolas Maduro seemingly stealing the recent election, it’s no surprise that the bulk of illegal immigrant arrests comes from Venezuela with an uptick in 2024. As Gateway Pundit reported in February of 2024, there was evidence of the presence of illegal Venezuelans in the Chicago suburbs. In a video of an encounter, Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines engaged the illegal immigrants as they displayed multiple cellular devices and flashed gang signs closely resembling those of the transnational criminal gang Tren de Aragua.

Seemingly, mass immigration driven by the left serves as an attempt to bribe foreigners to come to the country in order to win future elections. This desperate attempt to purchase voters is an indication that the Democrat party’s policies are too extreme and the progressivism is too accelerated. All indications point to a new class of citizen being forcibly migrated into the country. As documented, left leaning policy is making it easier to become a citizen as well as easier to commit fraud in elections. The real effort appears to be the expansion of the welfare state as well as the government through dependency and weakening of the dollar. The acceleration aspect is alarming as the quickened pace is happening during a time of pique distrust in the government. The question becomes: How far are Americans willing to be pushed?

Biden administration officials have fought tooth and nail for every measure that would destroy the United States of America. So it is worth celebrating when they fail.

On Tuesday, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit sided with Republican Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas in a case involving Abbott’s July 2023 decision to install a floating barrier in the Rio Grande River near Eagle Pass, Texas, as part of an effort to stem the influx of immigrants crossing illegally into the United States.

The Biden administration, desperate to keep the border open, immediately sued Abbott. Citing the Rivers and Harbors Appropriation Act of 1899, federal officials demanded removal of the floating barrier.

A district court then granted a preliminary injunction against Texas, which the full appeals court stayed pending appeal.

In other words, the question of whether Texas violated the RHA by illegally obstructing navigable waters has remained in the courts for the past year.

The entire case, in fact, involves a degree of obvious diabolical deception.

After all, the Biden administration does not give two hoots about the RHA, and everyone knows it. Federal officials sued Abbott not to protect river navigation, but to keep the border open.

Still, the appeals court had to proceed as if RHA and not open borders constituted the real issue.

“We ask: Can the United States likely prove during trial that Texas violated the RHA? That question turns on another: Can the United States likely prove that the barrier is located within a navigable stretch of the Rio Grande? Because the RHA extends only to navigable waters, our answer to this question may — and in our view does — dispose of the first,” the appeals court wrote.

In other words, the Biden administration could not even prove the river’s navigability in that relevant stretch.

It appears, therefore, that the federal government intended primarily to keep Texas tied up in court over something palpably absurd.

“Accordingly, we now DISSOLVE the stay pending appeal, REVERSE the district court’s order granting a preliminary injunction, and REMAND with instructions to vacate the preliminary injunction and for further proceedings consistent with this opinion,” the appeals court wrote.

Thus, the barrier remains.

On the social media platform X, Abbott celebrated.

“The Federal Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit just ruled that Texas can KEEP these buoys in the water securing our border. Biden tried to remove them. I fought to keep them in the water. That is exactly where they will stay. JUSTICE!!!!” the governor posted.

In short, by resorting to a 19th-century river navigation law, Biden administration officials exposed both their brazenness and their desperation to keep the border open.

But, as it sometimes does, the American judiciary acted to protect the interests of the sovereign people.
