On July 13, 2024, former President Donald Trump narrowly avoided an assassination attempt during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, resulting in one death and multiple injuries. The Senate Judiciary Committee has since held hearings scrutinizing the incident, revealing significant missteps by both local law enforcement and federal agencies.

FBI Director Christopher Wray’s testimony initially cast doubt on whether Trump was hit by a bullet, suggesting it could have been shrapnel. This statement was quickly corrected, confirming that Trump had indeed been struck by a bullet, leading to further frustration and distrust among lawmakers and the public​.

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe Jr. placed significant blame on local law enforcement, highlighting their failure to adequately communicate and respond to the threat posed by the would-be assassin, Thomas Crook. Evidence presented at the hearing indicated that authorities had identified Crook as a suspicious individual nearly 100 minutes before the shooting.

Despite this, crucial warnings were not effectively relayed to the Secret Service, allowing Crook to get dangerously close to the stage​.

Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) condemned the perceived dishonesty from the FBI, emphasizing the need for transparency and accountability. The lesbian who stared in last week’s blasphemous mockery of “The Last Supper” might have reveled in the global attention the stunt received.

But the ongoing backlash from the blatant insult to countless Christians around the globe might have been more than she bargained for.

On Monday, the attorney for activist Barbara Butch announced on Instagram that Butch (her real last name apparently) has been the subject of threats she could be raped, tortured and killed and that she has been subjected to anti-Semitic slurs (she’s from a Jewish family).

She’s also been on the receiving end of the usual “sexist” and “homophobic” slurs, as well as “grossophobic” attacks.

(Those unfamiliar with the term “grossophobic” might recall from Friday’s Olympics Opening Ceremony that Butch is what might be politely called “plus-sized.” She’s also an activist for the acceptance of obesity. The meaning of “grossophobic” is pretty clear in that context.)

“Since the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, artist, DJ and activist Barbara Butch has been the target of an extremely violent campaign of cyber-harassment and defamation,” the Instagram post said.

“She is today filing several complaints against these acts, whether committed by French nationals or foreigners, and intends to prosecute anyone who tries to intimidate her in the future.”

The irony of going before a global audience to mock the faith of billions, then complaining about the negative attention that followed is apparently beyond the grasp of French lesbian fat activists and their attorneys.

But judging by some reactions to the news on social media, Butch’s legal offensive is not having exactly the intimidating effect that was no doubt intended.

It’s unclear at this early stage what course Butch’s legal actions might take, or what their impact will be. Not every country is blessed with a First Amendment that guarantees freedom of speech.

But already it’s clear that the Olympics organizers have been hit with a response to the Opening Ceremony that has almost overshadowed the games themselves.

Obviously, the Christian religion doesn’t encourage, or even tolerate, threats of torture, rape and murder, so it’s fair to say anyone making threats of violence against Butch or anyone else is dishonoring rather than protecting the faith.

(There’s at least one other major world religion whose followers have a well-founded reputation for taking a more permissive line on raping and murdering their enemies, but it tends not to get mocked nearly as much as Christianity, for some reason.)

But it’s just as obvious that Barbara Butch and Co. got far more than they bargained for.

Beaver County officials told Fox News that the Secret Service told a local sniper team to set up on ground level looking into the Butler, Pennsylvania crowd as opposed to on top of the warehouse roof where Thomas Crooks would take 8 shots at President Trump and rallygoers.

The local Beaver County officials also told Fox News that had the Secret Service told them to post up on the roof they would have.

There was no issue with the ‘sloped roof’ – they were simply told to stay on the ground level.

The Beaver County officials also rebuffed Acting Service Director Ronald Rowe and said the two local snipers were looking out a window on the ground level. It is a different warehouse window than the one Rowe point to during his testimony to a Senate panel on Tuesday.

The Gateway Pundit’s Benjamin Wetmore exclusively reported that a witness saw a team of 3 snipers on the second floor of the building.

That position would give that sniper team access to Thomas Crooks, who would have been about 40 feet away.

The team of snipers on the second floor could have walked out on the roof and walked over to Crooks on the roof.

Snipers in the first floor of the building took photos of Thomas Crooks shortly before he climbed on the roof and took 8 shots at Trump and rallygoers.

According to the official narrative, Crooks did the following all by himself without an insider’s help:

Flew a drone over the Pennsylvania fairgrounds and got aerial footage of the rally layout on the day of the event – including 2 hours before Trump took the stage.
Got a range finder through security.
Evaded law enforcement officers from several different state, local and federal agencies.
Somehow ‘climbed’ up on a roof with his rifle 450 feet away from Trump, bear crawled to the perfect vantage point as bystanders alerted police and was still able to take 8 shots at Trump.
Parked a vehicle full of explosives near the Trump rally
Crooks was able to walk around the premises after Snipers took a photo of him looking suspicious.
A sniper located in the second story window was only 40 feet away from Crooks and didn’t neutralize him.
Trump was still able to take the stage after Crooks was pegged as suspicious by Secret Service.

President Trump traveled to Chicago on Wednesday to deliver remarks at the National Association of Black Journalists conference.

A rude reporter opened the question and answer session by accusing Trump of lying and attacking the black community.

President Trump sat quietly and patiently as the host spewed lies.

The crowd erupted as President Trump unleashed on the rude fake news reporter.

“Well, first of all, I don’t think I’ve ever been asked a question in such a horrible manner,” Trump said as the crowd erupted. “You don’t even say, ‘Hello. How are you?’ Are you with ABC? Because I think they are a fake news network. A terrible network.”

Trump continued, “I think it’s disgraceful that I came here in good spirit. I love the Black population of this country.”

Trump went on to tout his accomplishments: “I’ve done so much for the black population of this country, including employment, including opportunities….”

President Trump blasted the host again, “That was such a rude introduction. I don’t know why you would do something like that.”

President Donald Trump took the stage at the National Association of Black Journalists conference on Wednesday, where he didn’t hold back in addressing questions about Kamala Harris’s racial identity.

The confrontation began when a nasty reporter from fake news media ABC, Rachel Scott, launched an aggressive attack against Trump. She accused him of lying and attacking the black community, a tactic that has become all too common among journalists eager to discredit Trump’s accomplishments.

However, Trump maintained his composure and responded with characteristic wit and confidence.

During the contentious exchange, Trump addressed Harris’s shifting racial identity, stating, “I didn’t know she was black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn black, and now she wants to be known as black.”

This comment ignited laughter from the crowd.

ABC’s Rachel Scott: “Some of your own supporters, including Republicans on Capitol Hill, have labeled Vice President Kamala Harris, who is the first Black and Asian-American woman to serve as Vice President, as a DEI hire. Is that acceptable language to you? And will you tell those Republicans and those supporters to stop it?”

Trump: “How do you define DEI? Go ahead.”

ABC’s Rachel Scott: “Diversity, equity, inclusion.”

Trump: “Okay, go ahead. Is that your definition?”

ABC’s Rachel Scott: “That is literally the word.”

Trump: “Give me a definition then… Would you give me a definition?.. Give me a definition.”

ABC’s Rachel Scott: “Sir, I’m asking you a question, a very direct question.”

Trump: “No, you have to define it. Define it for me, if you wish.”

ABC’s Rachel Scott: “I just defined it, sir. Do you believe that Vice President Kamala Harris is only on the ticket because she is a Black woman?”

Trump: “Well, I can say no. I think it’s maybe a little bit different. I’ve known her a long time indirectly, not directly, very much. She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black.

I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black? She is always identified as Black. I respect either one, but she obviously doesn’t because she was Indian all the way, and then all of a sudden, she made a turn, and she went, she became a Black person.”

Princess Diana’s brother-in-law and former Palace Secretary Robert Fellowes has died at 82.

US Magazine reported that the UK’s The Times published an obituary for Fellowes early Wednesday morning.

In the obituary, it was revealed Fellowes died from “undisclosed causes” on July 29.

In a social media post, Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, wrote, “My absolutely exceptional brother-in-law, Robert, is no longer with us.”

Spencer added, “A total gentleman – in all the best meanings of that word – he was a man of humor, wisdom & utter integrity. I’m deeply proud to have been his brother-in-law.”

Robert is survived by his wife, Jane Fellowes, who is the late Diana’s older sister, and his three children, Laura Jane Fellowes, 44, Alexander Robert Fellowes, 41, and Eleanor Ruth Fellowes, 38.

The U.K.’s The Times published an obituary on Wednesday, July 31, revealing that Robert died from “undisclosed causes” two days prior. Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, confirmed the news with a social media tribute.

“My absolutely exceptional brother-in-law, Robert, is no longer with us,” he shared via X on Wednesday. “A total gentleman – in all the best meanings of that word – he was a man of humor, wisdom & utter integrity. I’m deeply proud to have been his brother-in-law.”

Robert is survived by his wife, Lady Jane Fellowes — the late Diana’s older sister — whom he married in April 1978. The couple shared three children: Laura Jane Fellowes, 44, Alexander Robert Fellowes, 41, and Eleanor Ruth Fellowes, 38. They have yet to speak publicly about their father’s death.

A new video has been released of Trump shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks’s father, Matthew Crooks.

In a video released by Fox News Digital, Matthew Crooks is seen walking next to a woman wearing a hood and a mask.

The Fox News reporter asked Matthew Crooks, “Is there any statement you would be willing to share with us right now, Mr Crooks?”

Crooks responded, “I gotta pee.”

The video was filmed outside a Pittsburgh office building where multiple law firms are located.

This isn’t the first time the press has approached Matthew Crooks.

Last week, a Fox News reporter asked Crooks questions outside a grocery store.

In the video, a Fox News reporter asked Matthew Crooks, “Matthew, why would your son would want to kill the president?”

A woman with a mask on accompanying Crooks said, “Back off,” while Crooks himself said, “No comment.”

Newly released footage from the Trump assassination attempt will just raise even more questions about the abject failures from that fateful day.

Fox News on Wednesday obtained video from James Copenhaver, one of the victims wounded by Democrat donor Thomas Crooks that shows the shooter moving across the roof of the American Glass Research (AGR) building minutes before the would-assassin tried to gun down Trump.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, the AGR building is where Crooks set up shop to carry out his assassination attempt. The Secret Service inexplicable left the area unguarded despite it being within 150 yards of Trump, an easy shot for a halfway decent shooter.

The Copenhaver video shows the person on the roof of the building and can be seen running from the 1:00 second mark to roughly the 3:00 second mark.

How the Secret Service snipers missed Crooks is unfathomable.

Fox News notes Copenhaver was discharged from Allegheny General Hospital on July 26 but is still recovering in a rehabilitation center, according to attorney Joseph Feldman at the Law Offices of Max C. Feldman.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Trump was nearly assassinated almost three weeks ago during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, by a 20-year-old Democrat donor named Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Even worse, we have since learned that had DEI-loving former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle afforded adequate security to Trump at the rally and allowed the agents to guard the roof Crooks shot from, the incident would have never happened.

Now it appears the corporate media and the Deep State are trying to make what happened to Trump disappear as they go all-in for Kamala Harris.
