Kamala Harris opened her presidential campaign on RuPaul’s ‘Drag Race’ after she stole all of Joe Biden’s delegates.

Harris is now at the top of the Democrat ticket after Obama and Pelosi forced Joe Biden out of the 2024 race.

Since Joe Biden dropped out of the race via an announcement on X, the Democrat-media complex has thrown their support behind Kamala even though she is highly unpopular.

Harris appeared in a cameo next to RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Jamal Sims, *NSYNC singer Lance Bass, “Ghostbusters” actress Leslie Jones and Cheyenne Jackson.

“Each day, we are seeing our rights and freedoms under attack, including the right of everyone to be who they are, love who they love, openly and with pride,” Harris said.

“So as we fight back against these attacks, let’s all remember, no one is alone,” Harris said. “We are all in this together and your vote is your power. So please make sure your voice is heard this November and register to vote at vote.gov.”

Dave Portnoy is right. Kamala Harris would NEVER have won the primary so they Democrat machine stole all of Biden’s delegates and gave them to Kamala Harris at the 11th hour before the DNC convention.

One of the nation’s largest tech companies is selling items promoting the death of President Trump after he was nearly killed.

As the Gateway Pundit reported, Trump was nearly assassinated almost two weeks ago during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, by a 20-year-old Democrat donor named Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Even worse, we have since learned that had DEI-loving Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle afforded adequate security to Trump at the rally and allowed the agents to guard the roof Crooks shot from, the incident would have never happened.

However, none of this is stopping Amazon from letting a manufacturer sell shirts and hoodies with the message “The Only Good Trump Is a Dead One.” The products listed are on sale for over $30.00.

One could argue not only do the items promote a message celebrating Trump’s death but they could also be viewed as threatening.

Ironically, the Amazon video site Twitch four years ago suspended Trump’s channel for promoting “hateful conduct.” The suspension was undoubtedly due to far less threatening messages and was primarily based on politics.

Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and shirts promoting the death of Kamala Harris were featured. Not only would they have been removed by now, but there would also be wall-to-wall media coverage.

Left-wing boycotts would likely have already been launched by now as well.

Amazon will probably eventually remove the items and ban the seller, but the fact that they remain on the website is quite telling.

California’s Gov. Gavin Newsom issued an executive order Thursday calling for state officials to begin removing homeless encampments. 

“There are simply no more excuses,” Newsom declared in the order. “This executive order directs state agencies to move urgently to address dangerous encampments while supporting and assisting the individuals living in them—and provides guidance for cities and counties to do the same.”

Newsom cited a June Supreme Court decision that banned sleeping outside in public spaces. The ruling also overturned restrictions on local governments to regulate encampments. 

“With the threat of these types of injunctions removed, there is no longer any barrier to local governments utilizing the substantial resources,” he wrote.

Nearly 200,000 people experienced homelessness in California during the year of 2023. The state is home to nearly one-third of the nation’s homeless population and, although Newsom spent $24 billion to address the situation, critics suggest all the money spent rendered few lasting results. 

Whether local governments will act on Newsom’s order remains to be seen, but the governor is likely to threaten funding for any counties and cities who fail to administer his missives.

Vice President Kamala Harris has a list of 12 potential running mates to vet as she begins her presidential campaign, according to a Thursday CBS report. The report gave no indication of who might be selected, but stated that the Harris campaign “is casting a wide net at the start of this process and isn’t winnowing the list yet.”

The current list includes swing-state governors, such as Roy Cooper (D-NC), Josh Shapiro (D-PA), Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI), and Andy Beshear (D-KY), as well as blue-state governors, such as Tim Walz (D-MN) and J.B. Pritzker (D-IL). 

Of these, Whitmer has denied claims that she is being considered and shot down the idea of being the vice-presidential nominee. “I am not interested in doing other than this job for the next two and a half years,” Whitmer told reporters on tuesday, throwing cold water on the idea that she would want to move on from Michigan’s governorship

The shortlist also contains a single lawmaker, Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ), who is currently significantly favored on the betting markets, as well as members of Joe Biden’s cabinet, including Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigeg.

The process must be completed by August 7 to comply with Ohio election law, which requires that both candidates on a presidential ticket be nominated 90 days before the November election.

Defense Secretary Lloyd J. Austin III has ordered the Department of Defense to review the Medal of Honor awarded to 20 soldiers for their actions in the Wounded Knee Massacre that took place in 1890.

Austin wrote in a memo, “The [special review panel] may consider the context of the overall engagement as appropriate, including as necessary to understand each [Wounded Knee Creek Medal of Honor] recipient’s individual actions.”

In a separate statement, a senior defense official shared, “It’s never too late to do what’s right.”

The official added, “And that’s what is intended by the review that the secretary directed, which is to ensure that we go back and review each of these medals in a rigorous and individualized manner to understand the actions of the individual in the context of the overall engagement.”

Per The Department of Defense:

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III has directed the Defense Department to review the Medals of Honor awarded to approximately 20 soldiers for their actions during the December 1890 engagement at Wounded Knee Creek, South Dakota, to ensure no awardees were recognized for conduct inconsistent with the nation’s highest military honor.

DOD’s Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness will convene a special review panel to conduct an individualized assessment based on standards in effect during that period.

The scope of the panel’s review is limited to examining each Medal of Honor awardee’ s individual actions during the engagement at Wounded Knee Creek. However, “The [special review panel] may consider the context of the overall engagement as appropriate, including as necessary to understand each [Wounded Knee Creek Medal of Honor] recipient’s individual actions,” Austin wrote in a memorandum directing the review, which was released today.

Austin signed the memorandum last week following department consultation with the White House and Department of the Interior.

On December 29, 1890, the 7th U.S. Calvary Regiment arrested members of the Lakota tribe for violating a government ban on a Native American spiritual ritual called “Ghost Dancing.”

Once arrested, soldiers held them at a camp near Wounded Knee Creek in South Dakota.

As soldiers attempted to disarm members of the Lakota Tribe, a gun was accidentally discharged, and U.S. soldiers opened fire.

A battle quickly ensued, resulting in more than 250 Lakota tribe members being killed.

Twenty-five U.S. soldiers were also killed in the engagement.

The Gateway Pundit reported that actress Gina Carano, who was canceled from her role in the Disney+ Star Wars show, “The Mandalorian,” filed a lawsuit against The Walt Disney Co. and Lucasfilm.

The lawsuit alleges that Carano was unjustly dismissed from her role as the rebel warrior Cara Dune due to her expression of right-wing opinions on social media platforms.

Carano is seeking justice through a court mandate for either reinstatement in the series or compensation amounting to at least $75,000. The actress claims the firing has caused her emotional turmoil and resulted in the loss of millions in potential income.

A Los Angeles federal judge has now denied Disney’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit.  The judge rejected Disney’s claim that it had a “right to dissociate its own artistic message from Carano’s outspoken ‘political beliefs.’”

Carano shared the news on X.

Carano thanked Elon Musk who provided financial backing for her legal challenge through his company, X fulfilling his pledge to provide unlimited legal funding for individuals who have been unfairly treated by their employers due to their activities on social media, that challenge the prevailing narrative.

The woman, Bevelyn Beatty Williams, later woman joined Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle.

During the discussion Bevelyn Beatty did not hold back.

Since hat time, Beverlyn has preached and protested for pro-life causes and in support of Republicans across the US.

In July 2020, Bevelyn Williams and several others were arrested after they painted over the “Black Lives Matter” street protest art in New York City in front of the Trump Tower with black paint.

In November 2020, Beverlyn was stabbed by antifa thugs in Washington DC while protesting against the stolen 2020 election.

Pro-Trump activist Bevelyn Beatty and multiple Proud Boys were stabbed in DC while attempting to help another person who was being assaulted.
Proud Boys founder Enrique Tarrio told The Gateway Pundit that he was slashed in the stomach, Beatty was stabbed in the back, and multiple other members of the men’s social group were stabbed and are now hospitalized with serious wounds.

A law enforcement confirmed to TGP that the group was walking down the street, away from the protests, when they saw an older man being stabbed and intervened.

On Wednesday Bevelyn Beatty Williams was sentenced to three years in federal prison.

Bevelyn blocked the doors temporarily at an abortion clinic.

She committed the same act Democrats commit almost weekly at government offices around the country.

She committed one felony – blocking an entrance to an abortion mill – and now she will serve THREE YEARS in prison.

This is just the latest example of the two-tiered justice system in America today under the lawless Biden regime.

Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced today that BEVELYN BEATTY WILLIAMS was sentenced to 41 months in prison for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (the “FACE Act”) in June 2020 in connection with her interference, including by threats and force, with individuals seeking to obtain and provide lawful reproductive health services at a reproductive health center in Manhattan. On February 22, 2024, WILLIAMS was convicted after a nine-day jury trial of one count of violating the FACE Act before U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon, who imposed today’s sentence.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “Bevelyn Beatty Williams repeatedly intimidated and interfered with individuals seeking and providing critical reproductive health services. She did so by physically blocking access to clinics, threatening staff, and by force. This Office and our law enforcement partners are committed to ensuring that patients exercising their legal right to obtain reproductive health services, and healthcare facilities and their staff providing those services, can do so without unlawful interference or fear of threats or violence.”

This is a travesty.

The tremendous impact of SCOTUS’ historic Fischer v. USA ruling last month is being felt across the Nation as politically persecuted J6 defendants advance closer toward justice.

On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, AFLDS Creative Director John Strand was released from prison after his Second Motion for Release Pending Appeal was granted by United States District Judge Christopher Cooper. His release comes after the High Court ruled last month that the DOJ misused and inappropriately charged January 6 defendants with “obstruction of an official proceeding.”

Strand was originally sentenced to 32 months of incarceration. He endured a horrific and grueling year-long prison term for four misdemeanor charges that were wielded against him.

In total, John was charged with five counts for being present at the Capitol on January 6, a single felony and four misdemeanors. He was convicted by a Washington D.C. jury in September 2022.

Among those charges was 18 USC § 1512(c)(2), which was unquestionably weaponized by the DOJ to illegally overcharge J6 defendants with a 20-year felony for exercising their First Amendment right to protest the actions of their elected officials. AFLDS applauded SCOTUS for correcting the miscarriage of justice that was perpetrated against John and the many hundreds of ordinary Americans across the country.

This illegal overcharging led most defendants to quickly accept plea deals. In the face of a daunting prison sentence, John Strand boldly refused to bear false witness, including against himself, by confessing to a fraudulent plea.

John was at the Capitol on January 6 as security detail for his co-defendant, Dr. Simone Gold, who was a scheduled speaker at a rally with a government-approved permit.

All of his actions that day were captured on the Capitol closed-circuit video recordings. Strand honorably and reasonably fulfilled his job by protecting Dr. Gold. He did not commit any unlawful or inappropriate acts. John injured no one, threatened no one, and caused no damage.

He was respectful to the Capitol police. Despite this indisputable evidence, in June 2023, John was sentenced to 32 months in prison and 36 months supervised release.

Although Judge Cooper acknowledged that Strand’s actions were non-violent, he appeared incensed over John’s persistence in exercising his First Amendment constitutional right to free speech.

The judge singled John out for speaking publicly regarding the disparate treatment of J6 defendants in contrast to innumerable examples of recent Marxist-driven protests – openly punishing John for his political speech criticizing the government.

John Strand self-surrendered to begin his sentence at a federal prison last July, officially becoming a political prisoner in the United States of America. While in prison, Strand was thrown into solitary confinement for over four months because he took an interview while incarcerated to explain the inhumane conditions of J6 prisoners.

As laid out in the United Nations Nelson Mandela Rules adopted by the General Assembly in 2015, solitary confinement for a time period in excess of 15 consecutive days is considered prolonged and is prohibited. Not only was John in isolation, the prison refused to allow any contact whatsoever, including refusing him access to his attorneys.

The selective prosecution and imprisonment of John Strand is a true American tragedy and proof that the legalization of facism in our country is happening. However, John’s story proves that justice will prevail when good men and women take a stand for what they know is right.

John reflects on his imprisonment, “The darkness and cruelty I faced were unimaginable. I drew strength from the Bible – specifically the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego – young men who refused to bow to an idol and were thrown into a fiery furnace.

They received divine protection and came out of the fire unburned and without even the smell of smoke on their clothing. My faith in that same God, along with the support and love from so many people, sustained me. This fight is far from over, and I am more determined than ever to stand and defend our God-given freedoms.”

As a result of SCOTUS’ correction, federal prosecutors have begun dropping obstruction charges against J6 defendants. The High Court, along with the voice of countless patriots across the country demanding justice, have sent a clear message to the DOJ.

The selective persecution of the government’s “political enemies” will not be tolerated in the United States of America. AFLDS is hopeful that all remaining political prisoners will be liberated.

We are grateful that John Strand has finally been released from imprisonment. The unwavering courage and faith that John modeled throughout this trial serves as encouragement for all those who fight for freedom.

AFLDS stands in solidarity with the J6 prisoners and their families. We will continue to fight for our first amendment right to free speech and the right to peaceably assemble.

FBI Director Christopher Wray appeared before the House Judiciary Committee on the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump.

GOP Congressman Chip Roy (TX) asked Wray if any FBI agents expressed disappointment that Trump survived the assassination attempt.

“In 2015 and 2016 top FBI officials infamously texted about “their insurance policy to make sure Trump was never elected or inaugurated as president,” Chip Roy said referring to Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.

“Have any FBI agents texted, emailed or expressed disappointment that Trump survived the assassination attempt or otherwise editorialized about the assassination attempt?” Chip Roy asked Wray.

Wray said at least one FBI official had expressed disappointment that Trump wasn’t killed by the gunman.

“That individual has been referred to our inspection division,” Wray said.

The FBI official who expressed disappointment that Trump survived an assassination attempt is a woman named Jenna Howell.
