Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday dismissed Jack Smith’s classified documents case based on unlawful appointment and funding of the special counsel.

Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate which was protected by Secret Service agents.

Trump was charged with 31 counts under the Espionage Act of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

Last July Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago. The superseding indictment, filed in the Southern District of Florida, claims Trump was part of a scheme to delete security footage from Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Cannon dismissed the ENTIRE case: . “The clerk is directed to close this case,” Cannon wrote.

“Upon careful study of the foundational challenges raised in the Motion, the Court is convinced that Special Counsel’s Smith’s prosecution of this action breaches two structural cornerstones of our constitutional scheme—the role of Congress in the appointment of constitutional officers, and the role of Congress in authorizing expenditures by law,” Cannon wrote in her order.

President Trump reacted to Cannon’s decision.

“As we move forward in Uniting our Nation after the horrific events on Saturday, this dismissal of the Lawless Indictment in Florida should be just the first step, followed quickly by the dismissal of ALL the Witch Hunts — The January 6th Hoax in Washington, D.C., the Manhattan D.A.’s Zombie Case, the New York A.G. Scam, Fake Claims about a woman I never met (a decades old photo in a line with her then husband does not count), and the Georgia “Perfect” Phone Call charges. The Democrat Justice Department coordinated ALL of these Political Attacks, which are an Election Interference conspiracy against Joe Biden’s Political Opponent, ME. Let us come together to END all Weaponization of our Justice System, and Make America Great Again!” Trump said on Truth Social.

Earlier this month Judge Aileen Cannon granted Trump’s motion to pause some pre-trial deadlines in Jack Smith’s classified documents case following the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Trump has absolute immunity for his core Constitutional powers.

Trump’s attorneys previously asked Judge Cannon to pause the classified documents case and reconsider two motions to dismiss after the Supreme Court’s decision on presidential immunity.

Citing Justice Clarence Thomas’s concurring opinion, President Trump’s lawyers asked Cannon to reconsider the motion to dismiss based on the argument that Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed.

Justice Thomas argued that Jack Smith is not Senate-confirmed (Trump’s lawyers also used this argument before Judge Cannon) – and Cannon agreed.

Last month Judge Cannon grilled Jack Smith’s prosecutor James Pearce over funding for the special counsel, oversight of the team, and whether Jack Smith is a superior or inferior officer.

The special counsel had not released a financial report since September 2023 which is a violation of the 6-month reporting requirement.

Trump’s lawyer Emil Bove argued that Jack Smith’s operation requires “interaction between Congress” but it is “nonexistent.”

Cannon agreed with Trump’s attorneys and dismissed Jack Smith’s case based on both unconstitutional elements: The appointment by US Attorney Merrick Garland and the unlimited funding given to Jack Smith – both without the approval of Congress.

Former President Donald Trump confirmed in an interview with the New York Post that a part of his right ear was torn off during a recent assassination attempt.

During the interview with the Post, he was wrapped in a large, loose white bandage around his head. Photographs were not allowed during the interview.

Trump was en route to Milwaukee for the GOP National Convention on his private plane when he shared the harrowing details of the assassination attempt that nearly took his life.

Recall that President Trump told former White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson that a last millisecond head tilt saved his life after a gunman opened fire on him from an elevated position at his Pennsylvania rally.

“The doctor at the hospital said he never saw anything like this, he called it a miracle,” Trump said.

“I’m not supposed to be here, I’m supposed to be dead,” Trump said.

The attempt on his life took place as he was turning his head to review a chart on illegal immigration. This slight movement caused what he described as a “kill shot” to merely graze him, tearing off a small chunk of his right ear and causing blood to splatter across his forehead and cheek.

Eyewitness and amateur photographer Paul Kosko managed to capture close-up photos of Trump immediately after the incident, confirming the damage to his ear.

“If you zoom in, the top piece when the bullet struck, it took out a little piece of the president’s right upper ear,” Kosko said.

reported that while Trump’s ear wound continues to bleed occasionally, it is expected to heal properly.

[Trump] said he would be if he had not turned his head slightly to the right to read a chart on illegal immigrants. At that instant, what would have been a kill shot tore off a small piece of his ear and splattered blood on his forehead and cheek.

Trump said that as Secret Service agents led him off stage, he still wanted to continue speaking to supporters, but the agents told him it wasn’t safe and they had to get him to a hospital.

He marveled at how the agents came flying in like “linebackers” as soon as the shooting started, and he unbuttoned his long-sleeve white shirt to show a large bruise on his right forearm.

He also cleared up a mystery about his shoes. On the video of the shooting and aftermath, as the burly agents tried to rush him off the stage for safety, he can be heard saying, “Wait, I want to get my shoes.”

As he explained in the interview, “The agents hit me so hard that my shoes fell off, and my shoes are tight,” he said with a smile.

He commended the Secret Service personnel for their heroic actions and praised them for gunning down the shooter, who was perched on a roof about 130 yards from the stage where Trump was speaking.

Actor and Comedian Jack Black is facing major backlash after his bandmate said, “Don’t miss Trump next time” while on stage at a concert in Sydney, Australia.

Black’s bandmate made the sickening comment just hours after the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

In a video of the concert, Black is seen giving his Tenacious D band member Kyle Gass a birthday cake during their concert at the ICC Sydney Theatre.

Black tells Gass to “make a wish.”

Gass proceeded to wish, “Don’t miss Trump next time.”

Some members of the crowd reacted with  “ohs” while others laughed.

Comedian Jack Black’s bandmate has been accused of telling a ‘bad joke’ on stage in Sydney on Sunday night just hours after the attempted assassination of former US president Donald Trump.

Black is seen presenting his Tenacious D band member Kyle Gass with a birthday cake during their performance at the ICC Sydney Theatre in footage shared with Yahoo News.

“Make a wish,” he urges, with Gass then seen blowing out the candles and says in a hushed tone, “Don’t miss Trump next time” — causing the crowd to erupt. While some are heard laughing and clapping, others are less impressed.

“You could hear a couple of ‘oohhs’ — like too soon sort of vibes — but the vast majority was laughter,” one audience member told Yahoo News. Several fans have praised Gass’s comment, while others online have criticised the band, calling it a “bad joke”.

The comment by Black’s bandmate comes as a slew of liberals have offered similar rhetoric.

Following the horrific assassination attempt on Trump’s life, liberal streamer Steven Bonnell, AKA “Destiny”, decided to mock the tragedy with an unsympathetic and outright distasteful string of comments on the social media platform X.

Destiny then attempted to make obnoxious jokes and comments about the victim who died during yesterday’s events… 

“All I see is Biden up +1 in Pennsylvania?” He said while referring to a photo of the blood-stained bleachers where a Trump supporter was shot and killed. 

The streamer’s posts have garnered millions of impressions on the platform, prompting much-deserved blowback from many commenters who were repulsed by his views, including some of his own supporters.

One user responded “You fancy yourself as really witty which I understand your ego must depend on given how humiliating your personal life is. But this wasn’t even funny. Not because it’s about something I don’t like but because the comedic delivery truly just is not good.”

Another said, “Dude, come on, man. I watch hours of your videos and think you are the best debater out there and one of the most intelligent people I have ever listened to. Can you just have a second of respect for somebody’s loved one they just lost?”

Destiny showed his true hate for those who don’t hold his political ideologies in his response to one commenter who previously respected his views, despite not agreeing with them,  “I want to profusely apologize to any Trump supporters in my audience that I’ve mislead into thinking I view them as anything beyond the unpatriotic, treacherous, anti-American scum that they are. Doing my best to rectify that ASAP.”

He also made the detestable comment, “If I’ve offended anyone with my recent tweets, I’d like to make things right, DM me and I’ll buy you front-row seats to the next Trump rally.”

The streamer’s remarks not only show a complete lack of compassion for human life, they also highlight the growing double standard of hatred directed at Trump supporters that is able to be expressed publicly. 

Many people have raised concerns regarding these comments and the potential violence they incite and have even suggested reporting the comments to X and law enforcement.

It is a relief, however, that despite all of his “tough talk”, Destiny is about as threatening as your grandma’s Chihuahua, and this psychopathic tirade was a desperate plea for the attention his ex-wife never gave him. 

Destiny should have just healed from his trauma in private rather than letting it get the best of him on a public platform. Next time, he should think twice before using a historically tragic event that threatened our American Republic as a cheap cudgel for some social media attention.

President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign is facing significant hurdles as support from key Senate allies begins to waver and campaign donations show signs of drying up. This comes amid a backdrop of rising tensions within the Democratic Party and an increasingly competitive race against former President Donald Trump.

In recent months, Biden’s campaign has ramped up its operations, significantly increasing spending on advertising and staff. According to campaign finance reports, Biden’s campaign and affiliated fundraising committees ended 2023 with over $117 million in cash on hand, despite spending more in the final quarter of the year than in the previous nine months combined​. However, despite this financial push, polls indicate that Biden’s approval ratings remain low, and his campaign has struggled to gain momentum in crucial battleground states.

In a ruling on Monday, Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the classified documents case against the former President Donald Trump. 

Cannon argued that the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.

“In the end, it seems the Executive’s growing comfort in appointing ‘regulatory’ special counsels in the more recent era has followed an ad hoc pattern with little judicial scrutiny,” Cannon wrote.

With this ruling, Cannon, who was appointed by Trump in 2020, eliminated a major legal obstacle to the Trump campaign on the first day of the Republican National Convention, where the former president is set to formally become the party’s presidential nominee.

Smith’s team will likely appeal the ruling.

It now arises that many EU foreign affairs ministers will ‘snub’ Hungary by boycotting Budapest’s foreign affairs summit, set to take place on August 28-29, by attending another event, specially created to disrupt it.

“Enter Josep Borrell. The EU’s foreign policy chief will summon the ministers to a ‘formal’ foreign affairs council at the same time as Orbán’s summit, according to three EU diplomats with direct knowledge of the plan and who requested anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the move.

It comes after Hungary’s envoy to the EU, Bálint Ódor, was harshly criticized by his colleagues at a meeting earlier this month, with Slovakia the only country not taking the floor. By boycotting its foreign affairs summit, the ministers hope to limit Hungary’s trolling.”

Many Euro fanatics insist that Orbán’s government ‘has been backsliding on democratic norms and the rule of law’ – a.k.a. ‘refusing Globalist policies that they deem mandatory’.

Orbán’s ultimate sin – for Globalists – is to be a great Trump ally.

Besides meeting Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky, Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping, Orbán went and committed what Globalists view as the ultimate sin: he left the NATO summit in Washington on Thursday and travelled to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago compound.

It gives an analyst heard by AP the chance to repeat the ‘talking point’ and say that Budapest engages in “troll diplomacy”.

“His recent meetings with Putin, Xi and Trump, which he did not announce in advance to any of his EU partners, drew significant backlash from European capitals and led some governments to consider boycotting or limiting participation in a series of upcoming informal meetings in Budapest related to the rotating presidency.”

While Hungary’s officials downplayed these reports of boycott, there is reportedly ‘a growing unwillingness in the EU and NATO to tolerate Orbán’s conduct’ a.k.a. ‘national sovereignty’.

“Orbán has hinted that his disruptive foreign policy — something he has characterized as a ‘sliver under the fingernail, a spoke in the wheels’ — stems from Hungary’s modest political, economic and military weight on the international stage.

‘If a country with no relative advantages wants to pursue an independent foreign policy, that country must take a radical position’, he said in a speech in December.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, hours after Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire on Trump and several supporters at Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, Investigative reporter Laura Loomer uncovered a BlackRock ad from 2022 that briefly features Thomas Matthew Crooks.

In an official statement, BlackRock shared, “In 2022, we ran an ad featuring a teacher from Bethel Park High School, in which several unpaid students briefly appeared in the background, including Thomas Matthew Crooks.”

The company said Crooks was a student at Bethel Park High School and appeared in the 2022 ad with other unpaid teens.

“In 2022, we ran an ad featuring a teacher from Bethel Park High School, in which several unpaid students briefly appeared in the background, including Thomas Matthew Crooks,” the company said in a statement to Reuters Sunday, adding that the ad has been pulled.

Hunter Biden’s illegitimate love child Navy Joan is desperate to meet her grandfather, although sadly he does not feel the same way.

According to an interview with The Telegraph, five-year-old Navy Joan Roberts is “yearning” for a connection with her grandfather and even keeps a photo of him in her bedroom.

However, old Joe has no interest in doing so, as The Telegraph reports:

“She wants a connection with him so bad”, Lunden Roberts, 33, says from their home in Batesville, while Navy plays with her Barbies in her bedroom.

For years the Bidens refused to acknowledge Navy, who was conceived in the midst of her father Hunter Biden’s crack cocaine addiction.

It stings when Ms Roberts sees the other grandchildren gathered on Air Force One, or when they were embraced by Mr Biden during his inauguration.

Her mother explained her daughter’s feelings in more detail.

“Those are things that children don’t get to do in their lifetime, and she’s of the bloodline and still doesn’t get that chance,” she explained.

“You’re a president that runs on a campaign that talks about embracing people for who they are… well this little girl is Biden blood and you’ve not embraced her, but you can embrace everybody else in the country, and that’s not fair.”

During a recent trip to Washington D.C., Roberts revealed her daughter asked to stop by the White House.

“She said ‘we need to stop by and see my grandpa, can we stop by and see my grandpa?’”, she recounted. “I was like, ‘Oh, honey, he’s not here, he’s in Atlanta.’”

“Maybe next time we come he’ll be in town,” young Navy replied.

Following her birth in 2018, Hunter denied that he was the father and eventually was forced to take a DNA which confirmed that he was.

He has since refused to allow her to use the Biden family name and offered a $250,000 “hush money” payment to stay quiet about her parentage.

Joe Biden, meanwhile, only acknowledged his granddaughter’s existence last July. “Jill and I only want what is best for all of our grandchildren, including Navy,” Biden said at the time, adding that it was a “family matter.”

Polish officials reportedly blame Putin for the attacks, claiming he has waged hybrid warfare utilizing cyber attacks, disinformation, and weaponized migration to destabilize the EU. This appears to be an attempt to deflect the blame from the EU’s unchecked mass migration policies.

Similar consequences are seen across Europe and in Poland. The Gateway Pundit reported last month that two stabbings claimed the lives of two police officers in Germany and Poland. In Germany, the perpetrator was a 25-year-old Afghan illegal. In Poland, an illegal immigrant reportedly stabbed a soldier after reaching through the fence “on the country’s border with Belarus in May,” according to Deutsche Welle.

Even the liberal, ultra-globalist Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusker has condemned the EU’s new asylum and migration system and refused to comply with EU-established mass migration ‘quotas’ after Poland voted against the new rules. Tusk reportedly wants the EU’s help in building ‘impenetrable’ walls on the borders with Russia and Belarus.

The latest attack against Polish border troops occurred on the border with Belarus, where migrants chucked spears, made from sticks with blades attached, through a fence and killed one border guard who was assisting an injured colleague.
