For over 200 years Americans were able to vote without the electronic machines that are easy to hack and where votes can be altered.

The left says this is about heling the handicapped. Is it really?

Wisconsin Public Radio reorted:

A complaint filed with the Wisconsin Elections Commission says a town in Rusk County is breaking the law by refusing to make voting machines available to voters with disabilities. Despite a warning from the U.S. Department of Justice, the town allegedly conducted the August primary election using only hand-counted, paper ballots.

The complaint filed by Disability Rights Wisconsin says the Town of Thornapple violated the federal Help America Vote Act by not making electronic voting machines available to people with disabilities during the April and August primaries.

“By ceasing to use electronic voting equipment and, instead, exclusively using paper ballots completed and tabulated by hand, Respondents are no longer using voting systems that are accessible for individuals with disabilities in a manner that provides the same opportunity for access and participation (including privacy and independence) as for other voters,” the complaint said.

Disability Rights Wisconsin is asking the Wisconsin Elections Commission to order Thornapple to make accessible voting machines available. DRW Director of Legal and Advocacy Services Kit Kerschensteiner told WPR the goal is to ensure all town residents are able to cast private ballots in the November presidential election. She said voting machines were used without issue in Thornapple before April…

U.S. Department of Justice threatens lawsuit if town continues refusing to use voting machines

A month before Disability Rights Wisconsin filed its complaint, the U.S. Department of Justice sent a letter to officials in the Town of Thornapple and the Town of Lawrence notifying them the DOJ has “authorized the filing of a lawsuit” over the federal violations.

The letter, obtained by Votebeat, said federal investigators determined the towns failed to make “at least one direct recording electronic voting system or other voting system equipped for individuals with disabilities available at each polling place, including during the April 2, 2024, federal primary election.” It said to avoid litigation, town officials could negotiate a “consent decree” with the federal government.

In the run-up to tomorrow’s state elections in the Eastern part of Germany, the mainstream globalist parties and the media are aligned in a panic over the population’s preference for the right wing AfD party, endlessly plotting ways to keep them out of power.

It’s been 35 years that the Berlin Wall fell, and on the east side of the old ‘iron curtain’, the AfD is surging.

“Ahead of three state elections across eastern Germany this September — including in Saxony and Thuringia this Sunday — the once-fringe party is polling first or close to first in all contests. That success is due to the party’s increasingly deep roots in small towns across the east like Großschirma, where in municipal and European Parliament elections in June, the AfD won around half the local vote, illustrating the extent to which it has become the dominant political power in the area.

The fact that so many voters in eastern Germany are increasingly embracing the far right points to the core issue underlying the divide: a stark loss of trust in the mainstream parties, institutions and the media. In the state of Saxony alone, only 41 percent of people are satisfied with the functioning of their democracy, according to a survey commissioned by the state government. Only one in ten people said they trust political parties, and only 15 percent said they trust the media.”

The AfD party has grown by embedding itself in the local level, where it has common-sense policies that normalize their existence away from the caricature of itself painted by the globalist goons.

Its strategy is to begin winning in municipalities and state parliaments. allowing it to eventually expand to the highest levels of national government.

AfD’s surge in support comes despite the persecution it suffers from state-level domestic intelligence authorities.

These agencies have classified AfD’s branches in Saxony and Thuringia as ‘extremist organizations aiming to undermine German democracy’.

But the truth is that in small German towns, AfD is ‘a banal fact of life’.

The globalist have no alternative than to try to impose a Brandmauer (firewall), around the party, refusing to include them in coalition governments.

“’If people come into direct contact with the AfD in local government, make contact and also recognize that pragmatic policies are made there, then this is of course an origin or a possible beginning for cooperation at other levels’, Torben Braga, an AfD state parliamentarian in Thuringia, considered one of the party’s main strategists in eastern Germany, told POLITICO.

Due to the AfD’s popularity in local politics across the east, the firewall has in many ways already fallen. Between 2019 and 2023, there were more than 120 cases of cooperation in local government between the AfD and mainstream parties, most often with the CDU, according to a recent study published by the progressive Rosa Luxemburg Foundation.”

As things stand now, AfD is poised to become the strongest party for the first time in at least two state elections.

“Wins for Alternative for Germany, or AfD, would be a potent signal for the party just over a year before the next national election is due. But it would most likely need a coalition partner to govern, and it’s highly unlikely anyone else will agree to put it in power. Even so, its strength could make forming new state governments extremely difficult.

[…] Scholz’s center-left Social Democrats, the environmentalist Greens and the pro-business Free Democrats were weak in these two states to start with, though the former two parties are the junior partners in both outgoing regional governments. They now risk dropping under the 5% support needed to stay in the state legislatures.

[…] The mainstream opposition Christian Democratic Union, or CDU, won the European Parliament election. It has led Saxony since German reunification in 1990 and hopes that governor Michael Kretschmer can power it past AfD again, as he did five years ago. In Thuringia, surveys show it trailing AfD, but it hopes to cobble together a governing coalition.”

AfD has been able to tap into the rapidly rising anti-immigration sentiment in the region.

“A national AfD leader, Alice Weidel, assailed both the governing parties and the CDU — which previously ran Germany under Angela Merkel — for their “policy of uncontrolled mass immigration” following last week’s knife attack in Solingen in which a suspected extremist from Syria is accused of killing three people.”

Also, Germany’s stance toward the Russia-Ukraine war is a relevant issue in the eastern states.

“AfD secured its first mayoral and county government posts last year, but the party hasn’t yet joined a state government. In June, national co-leader Tino Chrupalla said that ‘the sun of government responsibility must rise for us in the east’.”

Military personnel were reportedly deployed to guard the Wolcott Hotel in Manhattan at the request of state officials.

On Tuesday, citizen journalist Crowd the Source captured footage of military stationed outside The Wolcott Hotel.

The Wolcott Hotel, located on West 31st Street in New York City, has recently been converted into a mega-shelter for migrants.

This transformation was confirmed by a report from the New York Post, which revealed that the hotel, once a bustling hub for tourists, has indefinitely closed its doors to regular guests back in 2023 due to the ongoing migrant crisis and concerns about the COVID-19 Delta variant.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that the Wolcott Hotel will be closed to transient hotel guests indefinitely,” the Wolcott Hotel website said.

“With the current Delta variant and uncertainty when travel will return, I feel this is the best course of action for the hotel and her employees for the near future.”

Crowd the Source captured footage showing uniformed military personnel stationed outside the hotel.

In the video, he can be heard questioning the presence of the military at a civilian hotel, asking, “Is the army turning this thing into a migrant shelter? Why are you guys here? It’s a hotel. Why is the army at this hotel?”

One of the soldiers responded bluntly, stating, “We’re here at the request of the State of New York.”

This revelation set off alarm bells for Crowd the Source and many of his followers.

He continued to press the issue, asking, “State of New York has put the army into hotels? What the hell is that about? This is a public hotel, right? What is the Army doing in this hotel? Have you guys taken over this hotel? What is it. What the hell on army doing taking over civilian hotels in the middle of New York City?”

One of the hotel staff confronted the journalist, insisting that he stop recording. Undeterred, Crowd the Source voiced his concerns directly to his audience, questioning the motives behind the military’s presence.

“I can’t record. So this is what I’m talking about, people. Do you think those guys are there to help you or me? What is going on?”

Crowd the Source went back to the hotel and observed that U.S. military personnel had vacated the Wolcott Hotel shortly after the incident went viral.

“Policy? She don’t need no stinking policy!”

That was basically the response of Democratic strategist Antjuan Seawright, taking on the impossible task of defending Vice President Kamala Harris and her failure to go into detail about her plans for the American people if she wins the presidency.

Trying to turn the vacuous into a virtue might be the Democratic plan for 2024, but on Thursday, Seawright somehow managed to come off even worse than Harris normally does.

The moment came during an “America Reports” segment in the run-up to Harris’ ballyhooed first interview Thursday night with CNN’s Dana Bash.

Kaylee McGhee White, a commentary writer for the conservative Washington Examiner, pointed out that Harris has been opaque — to put it charitably — when it comes to her actual ideas.

“Voters have a right to decide which policies they prefer, and she has not given them that right,” McGhee White said.

Seawright responded with a cloud of cliches and context-free numbers no more concrete than Harris’ regular offerings of faux philosophy when “America Reports” co-anchor John Roberts cut in with a question that cornered him.

“Will you acknowledge that there’s no policy page on her website?” Roberts asked.

Seawright played dumb — pretending Harris talks policy from “the podium.”

“When did we start caring about policy pages on websites?” he asked.

“Since forever,” Roberts responded.

The funny thing is, Seawright — who’s no stranger to Democratic propaganda — apparently thought he did such a great job, he actually posted the video to his account on the social media platform X.

He’d gotten a total of seven responses as of 10:20 a.m. ET on Friday — four positives, two negative, and one spam ad for a data management program.

Many other social media users were far less charitable. In fact, they saw right through Seawright’s bluster to the core emptiness beneath.

It’s worth pointing out here that as bad as Seawright’s answer was, it was about on par with the answers Harris gave Bash during the interview Thursday night, as Harris, with deceitful running mate Tim Walz, elided meaningful answers on a range of questions, from her “Day One” plans to her blatant flip-flopping on energy policies.

And all of it is intentional.

The Democratic strategy for the 2024 race against former President Donald Trump boils down to avoiding telling Americans anything about what a Harris administration might promise for the country, while relying on a cascade of positive coverage from the establishment media to push Harris over the finish line.

In that context, promoting an actual policy would be counterproductive — since it might give even Democrats a glimpse at the leftist path their leaders are hellbent on taking.

But it didn’t work for Seawright on Thursday afternoon. It didn’t work for Harris Thursday night.

And every decent American needs to make sure it doesn’t work for the Democratic ticket in November.

In a powerful statement on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump has made his stance clear on the impending legalization of marijuana in Florida, emphasizing the importance of responsible legislation to ensure public safety while respecting voter decisions.

As Florida prepares to vote on Amendment 3, which would legalize personal amounts of marijuana for adults aged 21 and older, Trump is positioning himself as a leader who balances law and order with personal freedoms.

Trump’s message is clear: while he supports the will of the voters, he is determined to ensure that legalization does not lead to the same chaos seen in Democrat-run cities.

We will take our streets back by being tough & smart on violent, & all other types, of Crime.

In Florida, like so many other States that have already given their approval, personal amounts of marijuana will be legalized for adults with Amendment 3.

Whether people like it or not, this will happen through the approval of the Voters, so it should be done correctly.

We need the State Legislature to responsibly create laws that prohibit the use of it in public spaces, so we do not smell marijuana everywhere we go, like we do in many of the Democrat run Cities.

At the same time, someone should not be a criminal in Florida, when this is legal in so many other States.

We do not need to ruin lives & waste Taxpayer Dollars arresting adults with personal amounts of it on them, and no one should grieve a loved one because they died from fentanyl laced marijuana. We will make America SAFE again!

Trump’s comments come amid growing support for Amendment 3. Florida Amendment 3, known as the Marijuana Legalization Initiative, is on the ballot in Florida as a voter initiative. Florida voters will decide on this amendment in November of 2024.

Trump’s support aligns him with Republican State Senator Joe Gruters, who has recently broken ranks with some party members to advocate for Amendment 3. Gruters praised Trump’s endorsement.

As reported yesterday – In a new chapter on escalating authoritarianism in Brazil, Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes suspended Twitter/X in the country on Friday.

Moraes summoned Elon Musk directly on the social network, demanding he appoint a representative of the big tech company in Brazil. However, Musk did not comply. Amidst the case, Moraes ordered the blocking of Starlink accounts in Brazil—also owned by Musk—under the pretext of ensuring payment of fines levied against X.

The justice ordered Brazil’s National Telecommunications Agency to be immediately notified and take all necessary steps to halt X’s operations in the country.

Moraes also issued orders to Apple and Google, given that their mobile devices run on iOS and Android operating systems. According to the justice, these companies must remove the X app from their stores.

Additionally, Moraes initiated restrictions concerning VPN services. The Supreme Court justice’s ruling specifically mentioned Proton VPN, Express VPN, NordVPN, Surfshark, TOTALVPN, Atlas VPN, and Bitdefender VPN. De Moraes imposed fines of up to $8,874 a day for any user found using VPNs in Brazil.

Following his illegal ruling, Brazilian conservative lawmaker Marcel Van Hattem announced he will defy Moraes and continue to use X despite the illegal imposed fine by the communist justice.

Nassau County authorities have arrested an 18-year-old Long Island man under a newly enacted mask ban.

Earlier this month, Nassau County Republicans passed a landmark bill banning face masks in public spaces, citing public safety and the need to combat crime during protests.

The legislation, dubbed the Mask Transparency Act, received overwhelming support with a 12-0 vote, as seven Democrats abstained from the process.

This legislation establishes a misdemeanor offense for mask-wearing in public, punishable by hefty fines and potential jail time.

Exceptions are made for religious and health reasons, but the overarching goal is clear: to enhance public safety by ensuring that individuals cannot conceal their identities.

Presiding Officer Howard Kopel emphasized the necessity of the bill in light of rising antisemitic incidents linked to masked individuals since Hamas’ attack on Israel.

County Executive Bruce Blakeman expressed his intention to sign the bill, asserting that “people should not be allowed to cover their face in a manner that hides their identity when in public,” except for those with valid medical or religious reasons.

Penalties for wearing masks illegally include up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Omar Ramirez Castillo was taken into custody on Sunday for wearing a ski mask in public, marking the first enforcement of the law.

The arrest occurred after police responded to reports of suspicious behavior in the area.

Castillo, who was dressed in all-black clothing and a ski mask, was found carrying a 14-inch knife concealed in his waistband, Long Island Press reported.

Authorities charged him with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and violation of the newly minted Mask Transparency Act.

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman praised the arrest as a “success” for the new law.

“Our police officers were able to use the mask ban legislation as well as other factors to stop and interrogate an individual who was carrying a weapon with the intent to engage in a robbery,” Blakeman said in a press release.

“Passing this law gave police another tool to stop this dangerous criminal.”

The Heir and the airhead still aren’t getting along.

Prince William of Wales — first in line to the British throne — and Prince Harry Duke of Sussex — last in the heart of his countrymen — managed to turn up Thursday for the funeral service of an uncle in the U.K.

But they also reportedly managed to avoid each other completely.

The world’s most famous estranged brothers sat apart in the back of a church in Snettisham, in the English county of Norfolk, for the service of Lord Robert Fellowes, the brother-in-law of their late mother, Diana, according to the U.K.’s Sun.

“William and Harry were both there, but we never saw them speak to each other, and they were keeping their distance,” one resident told The Sun.

Even to Americans who don’t follow the Royals, the reasons are obvious.

Harry, the younger son of King Charles III, has made himself persona non grata with the House of Windsor since his marriage to a grasping harpy of an American actress has turned into a years-long embarrassment to a family that literally gets paid to supposedly make Britain look good.

The younger son has made millions airing the family’s dirty laundry in very public places — an Oprah Winfrey interview, a God-knows-why-bestselling book — and accusing his blood relatives of all manner of probably spurious sins.

The two have not even been in the same room since their father’s coronation last year, according to The Sun, and apparently have precious little to talk about.

However, both were on hand to see off Lord Fellowes, the husband of their aunt, Lady Jane Spencer, according to The Sun, and a man who’d likely been a major presence in their lives.

According to The Sun, Fellowes — who died in July at 82 — was private secretary to the late Queen Elizabeth II from 1990 to 1999, a period that included the divorce of Diana and then-Prince Charles in 1996, as well as Diana’s death in a Paris car accident in 1997.

At the time of their mother’s death, William was 15 and Harry was 12. Plenty of water has flowed under the bridge since then, much of it muddied by Meghan, nee Markle, Harry’s wife and a grifter of rare proportion.

Harry’s relationship with Meghan sparked problems between the brothers going back to 2016, according to the New York Post, well before Harry and Meghan married in 2018.

Since that wedding, Harry and Meghan have abandoned their posts as working royals and removed themselves to Montecito, California. Their new home is an ocean and a continent away from the Old Country, where they can pretend to be Hollywood A-listers and reinvent ways to sell spite.

In an interview with Oprah in 2021, the royal pains complained about the treatment Meghan received from Harry’s family — including allegations of racism.

In his 2023 memoir “Spare,” Harry claimed that William actually knocked him down during a confrontation over his relationship with Meghan.

Considering that Harry and Meghan have made themselves a joke on the world stage — literally — and considering the lengths Harry has gone to burn his London bridges with the rest of his family, it’s little wonder that the two brothers might find little to talk about, even while marking — and presumably mourning — the death of a family member.

One is heir to the British throne, who by all accounts takes his responsibilities seriously and has a beautiful, responsible wife who has borne him three children and is dealing courageously with a serious cancer threat to her life.

The other is a pretentious no-account, who, with his wife, has turned the British idea of “class” upside down — by turning out to have none at all.

Not even a funeral could bridge that gap.

During a recent episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, Pelosi revealed her support for a new California law that would extend government assistance to illegal immigrants, enabling them to purchase homes.

California Democrat state senators on Tuesday overwhelmingly voted to pass a bill that would give illegal aliens $150,000 interest-free home mortgage loans.

Illegal aliens will get zero down payment and interest-free home mortgage loans under this new bill.

California’s Democrat governor, Gavin Newsom, hasn’t said whether he will sign the bill.

Democrat Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula (Fresno) recently introduced Assembly Bill 1840 to extend a first-time homebuyer loan program to illegal aliens.

If the bill becomes law, illegal aliens will be eligible for a new program that offers a loan worth 20% of the purchase price of the residential property. There are no monthly payments and no interest accrues on the loan. Rather, the loan is paid back when the borrower refinances or sells the property. The borrower will have to pay back the original loan plus a 20% increase in the value of the property.

Pelosi defended the initiative, framing it as a necessary step toward making the “American dream” accessible to all.

Pelosi’s comments come at a time when millions of hardworking Americans are struggling to make ends meet.

With skyrocketing housing prices and an ongoing homelessness crisis, many citizens are rightfully outraged that their tax dollars could be used to subsidize housing for those who entered the country illegally.

This is not just an irresponsible use of taxpayer money; it’s a direct affront to the principles of citizenship and legal immigration.

Bill Maher: The California lawmakers just passed a law. It hasn’t been signed by Governor Newsom yet, but it gives government assistance to undocumented immigrants to buy houses. That’s a different stance than the Democratic Party used to have on immigration. As a non-monarch, I say that’s what the country is going to do, but that’s certainly where California is.

Nancy Pelosi: Well, let me just say, immigration had always been a bipartisan issue. I refer you to the—But not free houses. Well, that’s not free housing. It’s the American dream being available to more people. But understand this about immigration.

The best speech on immigration was by President Ronald Reagan. This is the last speech I will make as President of the United States. I want to communicate a message to the country I love.

And he talked about the Statue of Liberty and the beacon of hope it is to the world, and what America was preeminent in the world because our door was always open.

And we will cease to be preeminent when we shut the door. Now, I don’t do justice to the great communicator. Google it. It’s a fabulous speech. George Herbert Walker Bush continued in that respect for the diversity of America and the rest.

California is always in the lead. Maybe others will follow that lead, but that’s up to those states. But we are very blessed here with beautiful diversity.

Bill Maher: So you’d vote for this law?

Nancy Pelosi: Excuse me?

Bill Maher: So you’d vote for this law?

Nancy Pelosi: Well, I’m not familiar with exactly what it is, but making the American dream of homeownership available to all people is something we have to do for people who are here now.

Bill Maher: This is for the undocumented.

Nancy Pelosi: Well, what I would like to do is move them to documented. They said that I can move them to documented. One of the best things that we can do for our economy is to pass comprehensive immigration reform.

In June, a State Department official was caught on camera admitting the truth behind the ‘Great Replacement Theory.’

This theory is often dismissed by the far-left as “one of the most dangerous white supremacist conspiracy theories out there.”

They argued that the “Great Replacement conspiracy theory is a white supremacist, xenophobic, and anti-immigrant concept that posits white people are being replaced by immigrants, Muslims, and other people of color in their so-called “home” countries.”

The footage, recorded by Project Veritas, exposes a chilling reality: the Biden regime is knowingly allowing criminals into the United States to change the country’s demographics.

The video showcases Dan Fitzgerald, a Country Coordinator for the U.S. State Department, discussing the motivations behind the immigration strategies being pushed on Capitol Hill.

In another clip, an official from the U.S. State Department’s Consular office chillingly admitted, “The truth is they want to change the demographic of the United States.”

Even more alarmingly, the official alleged that the U.S. is selectively allowing criminals to cross the border.
