President Donald Trump is calling on GOP lawmakers to prioritize the SAVE Act in upcoming budget negotiations. Speaking on Monica Crowley’s podcast, Trump emphasized that he would rather see the government shut down than allow Congress to pass a Continuing Resolution (CR) without this critical legislation.

In July, the House successfully passed the SAVE act bill with a vote of 221-198, with nearly every Democrat opposing the measure.

The SAVE Act aims to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to enforce stricter voter registration requirements. Under the proposed legislation, voters would need to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections—a shift from the current law, which permits states to demand citizenship proof only for local and state elections.

However, the legislation faced opposition when brought to the Senate floor. Despite Lee’s efforts to push for immediate passage, Senate Democrats objected to the bill.

“I just called up the SAVE Act on the Senate floor, seeking its immediate passage to ensure that only U.S. citizens will be able to vote in November. Dems objected. There’s only one “downside” to passing it: It’ll stop noncitizens from voting,” he wrote.

Now, Trump is calling on Congress to include the SAVE Act in the next spending bill. This measure, according to Trump, is essential for ensuring electoral integrity and accountability.

The President’s determination to include this measure is so strong that he’s willing to endorse a government shutdown if it’s not incorporated into the spending bill.

Trump also urged Congress to fight for additional measures, such as reverting to paper ballots and strengthening border security.

Trump criticized Republican leadership for their lack of assertiveness, pointing out that Democrats play a “much different game” by leveraging their power effectively.

Monica Crowley: Mr. President—election integrity and the Harris no-borders policy. It’s not open borders, it’s no borders, which, of course, now she’s trying to run away from. You support the SAVE Act, which would block non-citizens from voting in this election and in the future. Do you support adding the SAVE Act to the spending bill that Congress is going to take up next month in September to try to get it into law before this election?

Trump: Absolutely. And I think you should also change your elections to paper ballots. I think you should get a lot of things for that. That’s a big deal. When they extend that bill, they’ll extend it again and again. The Republicans ought to try and get some things for a change—the House and the Senate—they ought to go for getting things. They don’t get anything. They extend everything. Then it comes due.

Let’s say I win the election, then you know where it comes due, Monique? It comes due for me. The Democrats don’t extend. They don’t extend. They play a different game. They play a much different game. That’s what they ought to do. We’ll see what they do.

But if they don’t get the SAVE Act, if they don’t get much tougher than the SAVE Act—the SAVE Act is just one element—they ought to go into a whole thing where you want to have borders. They ought to focus on borders. The House bill that was passed—that’s the real bill that should be passed, but the original one, not this horrible one that was foisted upon us by some people that had a bad day.

But they ought to focus on borders and elections. If you can’t get the borders right, and if you can’t get the elections right, they ought to close it up. Just close it up and let it sit.

Monica Crowley: On the SAVE Act, Mr. President, it was reported a couple of days ago that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell opposes including it in the spending bill. So if that is true, I guess he wants illegals voting in huge numbers, which would likely mean your defeat.

So what would you like to say to Senator McConnell and other Republicans who might oppose this? And if they don’t get it into the bill, would you support shutting down the government over it?

Trump: I would shut down the government in a heartbeat if they don’t get it in the bill. And part of the problem is they gave away trillions and trillions of dollars to these people on the Green New Deal, on the Inflation Reduction Act, which wasn’t even meant to be for inflation reduction.

They named it that so it sounded good. Now, if they don’t get these bills, they should close it down and Republicans should not approve it. Now, I would disagree with them on that. You can get a lot. I mean, look at the debt ceiling. Look what happened with the debt ceiling. They extended it into the term of the next president.

Monica Crowley: Are you calling on Senator McConnell then and all Senate Republicans, and the House Republicans too, to make sure the SAVE Act is in this spending bill?

Trump: Well, it should be in the bill. For some reason, they don’t do it. They don’t do things that can really help our nation. It should be in the bill.

If it’s not in the bill, you ought to close it up. But you need more than the SAVE Act. You need borders. It should be in the bill—real borders. We had, like, the Congressional bill of a year ago. That was the real deal. It’s unbelievable to me how they don’t use leverage.

They have such leverage, and they don’t use it. I’m not there, but I have influence. But it seems to me they only need a fairly small number of Republican votes. That’s how they got all this trillions and trillions of dollars.

That should have never been granted, by the way. Should have never. If I was there, well, I wouldn’t have been asking for it, so you wouldn’t have had that problem. I wouldn’t have been asking for it. They loaded up the country with debt. They loaded up the country with money, and they spent it unwisely. They haven’t even spent it yet, for the most part. They haven’t spent 70% of it.

For Trump, the stakes couldn’t be higher. This isn’t just about one piece of legislation; it’s about securing America’s future and restoring confidence in the electoral process.

Several GOP congressmen have already pushed for this to be included in the spending bill.

While Americans struggle to make ends meet, the Biden-Harris administration is spending your tax dollars on illegal immigrants that they let into this country and want to allow to vote. This isn’t just mismanagement; it’s a betrayal of the American people.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has been undermining conservative demands to include the SAVE Act in the upcoming short-term spending bill.

McConnell’s team has recently indicated that GOP conservatives should abandon the SAVE Act to avert a government shutdown just before the elections. They argue that the bill would likely backfire on Republicans, allowing Democrats to push through their own voter legislation.

Dictatorship of the Robe: In Brazil, the judiciary is accused of repressing opponents. Freedom of speech has become so limited that even X, formerly Twitter, has left the largest country in South America. One of the most evident examples of censorship is being experienced by the Bolsonaro family, as Eduardo Bolsonaro denounced in Mexico.

During his speech at CPAC Mexico, Brazilian Congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro condemned the restrictions on freedom of speech in his home country by the judiciary. He criticized how both he and his father, former President Jair Bolsonaro, have been targets of judicial censorship.

Electoral Court Censorship Affected Bolsonaro’s Campaign

The persecution is so intense that Brazil’s highest electoral body, the Superior Electoral Court, banned the use of images from the September 7th Independence Day demonstrations in Jair Bolsonaro’s electoral campaign. Millions of Brazilians took to the streets in the largest demonstrations in Brazil’s history, yet the «justice» system prohibits showcasing them. Isn’t democracy supposed to be the will of the people? In Brazil, that will is being silenced. Eduardo Bolsonaro claims this directly harmed his father’s electoral narrative. «My father couldn’t use it in his TV campaign,» he lamented.

«In Brazil, especially, all censorship comes from the judiciary,» he added.

He also mentioned that censorship has reached the audiovisual sector. Brazil’s «justice» system has silenced documentaries about the judicial proceedings against former President Bolsonaro. As a contrast to how the country’s reality has changed, it’s important to note that the production company Brasil Paralelo (whose name suggests there is an alternative nation to what the judiciary tries to impose) made a documentary about the 2018 election acts and the judicial controversies surrounding Jair Bolsonaro, and no judge said anything.

Brazil Suffers a Dictatorship of the Robe

But now, the control of the STF, Supreme Federal Court, is such that it even censors social networks. Eduardo Bolsonaro claims that this dictatorship of the robe not only represses freedom of expression but also has a clear political bias and even serves electoral purposes. On one hand, it harms the Bolsonaros (right-wing), while on the other, it benefits Lula Da Silva (left-wing).

It is not insignificant that most of the justices of the Supreme Federal Court were appointed by presidents from Lula’s party, the Workers’ Party, indicating their leftist leaning.

Even a Progressive Journalist Denounces Persecution Against the Bolsonaros

It’s worth noting that these accusations go beyond just Eduardo Bolsonaro. Even journalist Glenn Greenwald has exposed the censorship against the Bolsonaros. Greenwald, who resides in Brazil, married a man there, and they adopted two children, is an LGBT activist who now supports the conservative leaders. Additionally, Greenwald is openly anti-Zionist, while the Bolsonaros have shown support for Israel.

Despite being on opposite ends of the political spectrum, Greenwald has stood out as a defender of freedom of expression and denounces its censorship, regardless of its source. Since his late partner was Brazilian, Greenwald has lived in Brazil for years and is familiar with the local reality.

In fluent Portuguese, Greenwald denounced on X that someone was arrested based on a false accusation that even the media retracted, all without a trial. He then laments that these individuals were left to rot for months, hoping they would betray someone. He further claims that any journalist who tries to interview them about their unjust imprisonment is censored. This is Xandão, he declared.

Greenwald also noted in the same thread that he was one of the journalists censored for interviewing Lula in 2018. «After Folha obtained authorization, I also went. It was outrageous, but… at least Lula was convicted and arrested (affirmed by Xandão/STF). Filipe Martins wasn’t, but he was jailed for 6 months for lying, without a prior trial.»

For those unaware, Filipe Martins was one of Jair Bolsonaro’s closest advisors, serving as his consultant on international matters. He went from a high-ranking position to jail, all without due process. It’s worth recalling that Che Guevara said that due process was a «bourgeois fetish.» When the extreme left is in power, it often disregards the right to a defense.

Eduardo Bolsonaro himself has echoed Greenwald’s accusations on social media. He pointed out that what Greenwald says is true: «Filipe wasn’t even convicted; his preventive detention was so strange that they fear what he might say in an interview. The only option left was to censor him. But don’t worry, the truth comes from all sides. Resorting to censorship is a sign of the desperation that precedes the fall.»

Elon Musk Shut Down Operations in Brazil Due to Censorship and Persecution

During his recent visit to Mexico, Eduardo Bolsonaro revealed that the persecution extends even to social media employees like those at Twitter in Brazil. He accused them of being threatened with imprisonment if they did not comply with court orders to censor content related to the Bolsonaro family and their political allies. As a result, Elon Musk announced that he would close operations in Brazil.

Justice in Brazil Has an Ideological and Partisan Bias

Perhaps the gravest issue is how this censorship serves political purposes. During the 2022 campaign, the judiciary even prohibited linking then-presidential candidate Lula Da Silva with drug trafficking (and even fined Bolsonaro for saying it), abortion, and tyrants like Daniel Ortega and Nicolás Maduro, Lula’s allies.

It sounds like something out of a dystopian novel, but it’s the reality in Brazil. The Superior Electoral Court has the power to ban speeches to benefit the left and harm the right. They don’t want it revealed that Brazil is the cradle of the largest organized crime network in South America: the PCC (First Capital Command). And during his time in prison as a guerrilla, Lula Da Silva was cellmates with the founder of the PCC, meaning their connection goes back a long way.

International analyst and columnist Lucas Ribeiro explained to Gateway Hispano that Brazil today is like a mix of Orwell’s «1984» with «Chaves del 8» and Woody Allen’s movie «Bananas»: an authoritarian and censorious system, while at the same time being like a «fourth-division 1984.» It’s «1984» mixed with a «Banana Republic,» authoritarianism with something very ridiculous.

According to a Gateway Pundit June report, new CBP data, over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the regime defines as “legal” means. The Biden-Kamala admin has used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegals entry into the US. These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals that have entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

According to the statistics, over 636,000 illegals used the CBP One App to get into the US at ports of entry.

Over 462,000 illegals were flown directly into the US under the CHNV Parole program.

These are simply other tactics the Biden regime uses to bring future Democrat voters into the United States, paid for by your tax dollars.

This week the Biden-Harris regime announced it was restarting the controversial tax-payer funded policy after a brief hiatus.

According to Rebecca Santana the regime-friendly AP:

The Department of Homeland Security had suspended the program earlier this month to investigate the concerns but indicated that an internal review found no widespread fraud among sponsors.

“Together with our existing rigorous vetting of potential beneficiaries seeking to travel to the United States, these new procedures for supporters have strengthened the integrity of these processes and will help protect against exploitation of beneficiaries,” the agency said.

The program launched in January 2023 and is a major piece of the Biden administration’s immigration policies that create or expand pathways for legal entry while restricting asylum for those who cross the border illegally.

Of course, this is a disgusing fluff piece by the AP. We all know there are no policies in place that restrict asylum for illegal aliens who walk into the US. They are all welcomed by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. There are NO deportations.

This is a purposeful program by Democrats to flood red states with illegal aliens – paid for by you the US taxpayer.

Joe Biden flew most of the illegal aliens in his secret migrant flight program to Florida and Texas – to punish the red states with a crushing amount of new illegal aliens.

Biden sent 90% of the illegals in the secret flight program to Florida and Texas.

At least 326,000 illegals in the program were flown into Florida.
At least 21,964 illegals were flown into Houston, Texas.

Biden is importing a crushing amount of illegal aliens into the red states to crash their social welfare system.

Republican lawmakers are once again too weak to do anything about this purposeful destruction of America.

The Biden administration’s program of secretly flying illegal immigrants directly from Latin America to U.S. cities dumps over 90% in hubs of two Southern states governed by the president’s harshest border critics, according to government data.

Some 347,959 migrants allowed into the secretive system fly directly to airports in Florida and Texas, with Florida receiving the vast majority at 325,995, according to an analysis of U.S. Customs and Border Protection numbers by the Center for Immigration Studies.

It is unclear how many of the immigrants fly on to other U.S. cities, though the government has said there are over 40 final destinations.

“This early evidence suggests that a great many of these inadmissible alien passengers, probably a majority, initially land at international airports in Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’s Florida,” said CIS, which reported that the program has let in 386,000 people since October 2022. “In fact, Florida turns out to be the top landing and U.S. customs processing zone for this direct-flights parole-and-release program, tallying at nearly 326,000 of the initial arrivals from inception through February.”

Open borders, woke ideology, hate speech regulations, and other liberal constructs are weakening U.S. national security. Illegal immigrants are no longer called illegal, and even a violent gang, recognized by the U.S. government as a national security threat, is being handled with kid gloves to avoid offending law-abiding illegal immigrants from Venezuela and their supporters.

Back in June, I reported on Tren de Aragua, a violent transnational Venezuelan gang that entered the USA through the southern border and is now operating in states across the country. The existence and threat of this group, as well as its growth in America, are well-documented in government reports. The National Security Council has issued a statement on this new threat to national security, the Treasury Department has recognized them as a transnational crime organization, and the U.S. Department of State is offering a $12 million bounty for information leading to the arrest of several of its leaders.

Clearly, the group exists and poses a major threat to the nation. However, in recent days, a series of stories have appeared in second-tier, regional, and right-leaning media outlets, claiming that Tren de Aragua is taking over several towns in Colorado, specifically Aurora and Denver. These reports state that the mayors have asked the governor for help, but the governor said the gang takeover was simply a figment of their “imagination.” Simultaneously, other media outlets are claiming that the story of a gang takeover is false. For the most part, the largest mainstream, national media are not covering the story.

According to the New York Post, the gang has taken over numerous apartment buildings, and viral videos circulating on social media apparently support these claims. These videos are also being aired by local affiliates of larger news organizations, such as KDVR in Denver, NBC Montana, and CBN News. The Denver Post, however, claims that landlords are inventing this story to distract from their own shoddy maintenance of the buildings, which seems extremely unlikely. This landlord narrative would be a first in the documented history of gang violence. The story reported by Fox seems more plausible—that the landlords were unable to perform maintenance because the gang had taken over the properties.

CBS reported that after the videos went viral, local police confirmed the presence of Tren de Aragua and acknowledged that the gang has committed violent acts in the area. However, they seem hesitant to link the videos or claims of building takeovers to the gang. Axios and Newsweek are two of the biggest mainstream media outlets covering the story, and both were careful to emphasize that most illegal immigrants from Venezuela have no connection to crime. Axios noted that the presence of Tren de Aragua, “known for human smuggling and money laundering, raises concerns about the safety of residents and newly arrived migrants from Venezuela, most of whom have no connection to criminal activity.”

The coverage in Newsweek seems to both corroborate that the violence is happening while attributing the claims about the apartments being taken over to Trump, implying that he lied. At a recent rally in Pennsylvania, Trump told supporters, “These stupid people that we have leading our country are allowing these people, these criminals, to come into our country, and we’ve got to get them the hell out of here.”

Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman also blames federal policies at the southern border for the mess his police force now faces in combating Tren de Aragua. Senator Marco Rubio agrees, stating that the blame lies with the Biden administration: “Our local communities continue to face the consequences of President Biden’s open border policy, which has enabled Tren de Aragua mercenaries to wreak havoc across the U.S. On repeated occasions, I demanded the Biden administration designate this criminal organization for what it truly is.”

It’s well known that Tren de Aragua members enter the country illegally and are involved in human trafficking. Some trafficked individuals even agree to work for the gang in exchange for passage to the United States. We are living in dangerous times where the fear of offending people outweighs the fear of being killed. Our elected officials are failing to protect us, which is a primary function of government. The media is complicit, either too afraid to report the story or unwilling to acknowledge that it exists. How can a gang’s takeover of part of a town be considered imaginary? Where are the interviews with the victims on the streets? Where are the CNN helicopters? And while we’re at it, where are the crime stats that show the dangers of letting these gangs into the country?

The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court has issued a 4-1 ruling that blocks the enforcement of a crucial law requiring election officials to reject mail-in ballots with missing or incorrect handwritten dates on their outer return envelopes.

The case, brought forward by a coalition of organizations including the Black Political Empowerment Project, the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, and Common Cause Pennsylvania, challenged the legality of rejecting mail-in ballots solely based on the absence or inaccuracy of the handwritten date on the return envelope.

Judge Ellen Ceisler, writing for the court, said that the right to vote is a fundamental constitutional guarantee, and any restrictions placed upon this right must withstand strict scrutiny.

“The date on the outer mail-in ballot envelopes is not used to determine the timeliness of a ballot, a voter’s qualifications/eligibility to vote, or fraud. Therefore, the dating provisions serve no compelling government interest,” the court stated in its opinion.

“The refusal to count undated or incorrectly dated but timely mail ballots submitted by otherwise eligible voters because of meaningless and inconsequential paperwork errors violates the fundamental right to vote recognized in the free and equal elections clause.”

The ruling effectively nullifies the practice of disqualifying ballots due to these dating errors.

“Based on our reasoning set forth above, we declare that strict enforcement of the dating provisions to reject timely submitted but undated or incorrectly dated absentee and mail-in ballots is unconstitutional under the free and equal elections clause and enjoin their strict enforcement to prevent against further disenfranchisement.”

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has rightly condemned this decision as an example of “the worst kind of judicial activism.”

Claire Zunk, RNC Election Integrity Communications Director, emphasized that courts should not undermine election confidence and integrity by striking down laws designed to protect voters.

“Mail ballot safeguards help make sure votes are cast and counted properly for all legal voters,” Zunk said in a statement.

“The Pennsylvania Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit have both upheld Pennsylvania’s dated ballot requirement. But Democrats have nevertheless continued their effort to strike down this law by filing yet another lawsuit.

“Today’s decision striking down the dated ballot requirement was an example of the worst kind of judicial activism. Courts should not undermine election confidence and integrity by striking down commonsense election laws enacted by the people’s representatives. We will continue to defend the law and Pennsylvania voters, and intend to appeal this decision immediately.”

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s recent announcement to expedite appeals for 2024 election cases leaves the RNC with just three days to file a notice of appeal.

In the last two weeks, Kamala has lied about:

Supporting fracking since 2020.
Supporting freedom and individual rights (the Biden regime has jailed their political oppositions and crushed free speech rights).
Pretending she does not support an electric vehicle mandate.
Supporting a border wall.
Working at a McDonalds in her youth.
Alina Habba went after the chosen Democrat candidate and “puppet” of the left.

Alina Habba: God, what a good crowd. Patriots. Patriots. Kamala Harris had a chance to be a role model for young girls and women across America to show us what real leadership looks like. Instead, she has shown me and the rest of America what a puppet has looked like for a failing administration. She is not the best that we can do, America. She has been there for three and a half years, and we, as America, deserve better than this.

Let’s talk about our border, or for what I would call, lack of a border, because while Kamala sits comfortably in her ivory tower, our borders remain a serious American danger zone. Women and children are trafficked, abused, and left vulnerable because of her administration’s with reckless open border policies.

Now all of a sudden, she’s a MAGA Republican, and she wants to build a border wall – Well, where the hell has my wall been for three and a half years? If that is what empowerment looks like to Kamala, I want nothing to do with it because to me, it looks a whole hell of a lot like betrayal.

Kamala preaches about lifting women up, breaking glass ceilings. But let’s look at the facts. Under her and Biden’s administration, inflation is skyrocketing. Who feels it the most? We do. We do.

Real Americans, moms, single mothers struggling to put food on the table. Women entrepreneurs who can’t afford, like me, to keep their businesses open, forcing working moms like me to make tough choices because they don’t care.

Kamala may talk a big game, but her policies are crushing us. Let me be clear, when you say Biden, it’s the same damn thing. I’m not buying her headline-grabbing stunts. I’m over it. She’s not on the ground. She can’t answer questions. She is in the Washington Elite Club with Nancy Pelosi, and they turn on their own.

A new development that merits attention. A complaint was filed on Friday before the U.S. District Court in Maryland presenting evidence that the USPS acted illegally in shipping at least one million mail-in ballots from a facility in Bethpage, New York to Pennsylvania on October 21, 2020. The suit was brought by attorney Brian Della Rocca, but the critical evidence was collected by two friends of mine — John Moynihan and Larry Doyle. Full disclosure, I have known John since 1998 and we were partners in BERG Associates, LLC. John, in my opinion, is one of the best financial and forensic investigators in the world. Hands down.

Here is the bottom-line — the truck driver, Jesse Morgan, picked up a container filled with 20 Gaylord boxes. There were mail-in ballots in each of the Gaylords. A Gaylord can hold from 50,000 up to 100,000 ballots. Do the math — Mr. Morgan was transporting at least one million mail-in ballots (already filled in with signatures on the envelopes). So, what you say? The mail-in ballots are First Class mail. Every piece of First Class mail is supposed to be imaged per USPS regulations. The facility where Morgan picked up the load of ballots is ONLY certified for handling packages and Express Mail. There is no legal justification to account for those ballots to have passed through that warehouse.

As a result, allegations of problems with the delivery of mail-in ballots by the USPS
were rampant and continue, to this day, to be challenged. As time passes, the allegations are not
being disproven but, in fact, many of the allegations have turned out to be true.
These allegations include, but are not limited to, lost mail-in ballots (which were
subsequently found after the elections), late delivery of mail-in ballots, improperly post-markedmail-in ballots that were still allowed to proceed to their destination despite post-marks beingprovided on valid mail-in ballots, and fraudulent mail-in ballots being sent via USPS.

John’s affidavit gets to the heart of the matter:

On November 21, 2020, Doyle and I participated in a phone call with a contact
(“NC”) who notified us of allegations that the United States Postal Service (“USPS”)
experienced certain “failures” involving mail-in ballots during the 2020 Presidential Election and
wondered if we would assist with the investigation.
On November 24, 2020, Doyle and I met with NC and others in Arlington, VA to
discuss the investigation and learn about the whistleblower, Jesse Richard Morgan, a truck driver
employed by a contractor for the USPS who alleged he carried mail-in ballots among USPS
facilities in Bethpage, NY, Harrisburg, PA, and Lancaster, PA (“Affiant Morgan”).
On November 25, 2020, Doyle and I began our investigation in earnest and
identified a few companies of interest and, within those companies, employees who may have
information.
As a result of Affiant Morgan, Doyle and I focused our investigation on the USPS
facility on Grumman Road in Bethpage, NY (“Grumman Road Facility”).
On November 27, 2020, I enlisted the assistance of former colleagues from the
DEA who are retired and live near the Grumman Road Facility.
On November 30, 2020, after learning the identities of several USPS employees
within the Grumman Road Facility with whom Affiant Morgan had contact, Doyle and I
conducted an interview with one such USPS employee (“CI-1”).
CI-1 stated the following facts:
a. CI-1 is involved with loading trucks at the Grumman Road Facility –
known as an expeditor.
b. CI-1 told us that the Grumman Road Facility has never processed firstclass
mail and still does not process mail because the facility does not have the proper
equipment to do so (allegedly known as an “Oregon Machine”).
c. CI-1 stated that mail-in ballots were in the gaylords with signatures on the
outside envelope at the facility on numerous occasions and asked a supervisor about what
to do with them.
d. CI-1 was told to just get them loaded onto the trailers for delivery and to
get them to their destination.
e. CI-1 told us that the Grumman Road Facility is only equipped to process
packages and express mail, not first-class mail.
f. Doyle and I asked a few more times if CI-1 was sure that ballots were seen
at the Grumman Road Facility and CI-1 confirmed each time.
On December 2, 2020, after having spoken with a Postal Inspector with
knowledge of the Grumman Road Facility (“CI-2”), I asked if the Grumman Road Facility would
receive and process first-class mail. CI-2 told me the following:
a. The Grumman Road Facility only handles parcel post.
b. Mail-in ballots should not have been delivered to the Grumman Road
Facility because the facility does not have the processing machines (the Oregon Machine)
required to handle the processing of first-class mail or bulk mail.

The goal of this lawsuit is to prevent the USPS from interfering in the upcoming election. It is important to note that the shipment picked up by Mr. Morgan was not the only one. It is the only one where John Moynihan and Larry Doyle obtained corroborating evidence.

The lawsuit seeks the following remedies:

Declaring that Maryland’s reliance on the United States Postal Service to deliver
the ballots of its citizens is unconstitutional in violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments
of the United States Constitution and a violation of the Maryland Constitution;
Enjoining Defendants Lee and Summers and their respective agents, officers,
employees, and successors, and all persons acting in concert with them, from allowing no-excuse
mail-in voting until it can be shown that the United States Postal Service can adequately delivers
all mail-in ballots to the boards of elections around the state;
Enjoining Defendant USPS from participating in the collection and delivery of
mail-in ballots;

It has taken four years for this to come to light. There was fraud in the 2020 Presidential election and the USPS played a critical role in making that happen. We will see where this goes.

Lansing is Michigan’s capital city, with a population of about 113,000. Michigan has been a battleground state for several election cycles and this part of the nation is seen as a must-win for the next President. President Trump visited Potterville, a small town 15 miles southwest of Lansing, yesterday to win over the residents of the area.

Lansing itself votes reliably Democrat, yet its residents are highly discontent with the Biden-Harris economy and also the far-left green radicalism of many of its policies. Specifically, Lansing residents are up in arms about news this week of their sixth utility hike since 2018, a victim of both the never-ending Biden-Harris inflation affecting Americans nationwide but also far-left renewable mandates.

The local utility’s Director of Finance Scott Taylor blames ‘increases in operating costs’ to the City Council but residents digging through the budget notice major spending on various renewable energy scams in order to comply with a new Democrat law that requires irrational and unrealistic renewable energy goals.

State Democrats have required that utilities get 50% of their power from renewables by 2030, a decision that has already cost just the Lansing-area municipal utility $260 million to get their number to 21%, not even halfway. The renewable requirement was part of Public Act 235 passed in 2023, a law passed entirely with Democrat votes.

The bill requires 100% renewable energy production by 2040, 16 years from now.

Far-left Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed this mandate on December 29, 2023, the Democrat-controlled Senate passed it on a party-line vote 20-18, and the Democrat-controlled House passed it on a party-line vote 56-51 on November 3, 2023.

Compliance with the law is causing the state’s already high utility rates to soar even higher. 

Within eight months its far-left irrational and unscientific mandates are already bankrupting the municipal utilities of the capital city generating major rate hikes and causing residents to consider moving away.

Yet Democrats somehow find a way to blame ‘greedy corporations‘ and Trump for the rate hikes.

One of the legislators who voted against the bill and tried to sound the alarm on the topic, Rep. Steve Carra (R), spoke to the Gateway Pundit: “The issue is corporate greed, but in this case it’s the greed of renewable energy green elitists who want to be constantly funded with more taxpayer dollars. Their only way to compete is to outlaw their competitors. These are the closest friends and allies of Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer and other globalist Democrats.”

“The people of Michigan should be furious about what Gretchen Whitmer and her green allies have done to our state’s economy,” continued Rep. Carra. “When these bills passed, it was no secret in Lansing that the utilities were in favor of it, and supporting the globalists. Only the poor will pay the real price of these policies.” 

Many local residents were angry, attending the public hearings, calling local media outlets, and expressing themselves online. “Thats what we get with the Democratic’s For the past 3.5 years everything has went up. Can we really afford 4 more years with this party in office. Gas, food,rent, and utilities the list goes on and on,” said Marshall Gurd, in an online comment.

Democrats want half of all the state’s power to come from wind and solar by 2030, for a state that is in the nation’s higher latitudes, is the 7th cloudiest in the country according to the Farmer’s Almanac, and is middle-ranked among U.S. states at 23rd for wind energy.

Lansing’s residents are served by the municipal utility company the Lansing Board of Water and Light, more commonly known as “BWL.” BWL serves more than 135,000 people in the Lansing area with water, power, gas, and steam. The entity is overseen by a board of eight who are appointed by the Democrat Mayor Andy Schor and confirmed by the eight-member City Council. 

The utility currently charges $0.1445 per kWh during on-peak hours year-round. Given that the average Michigan household uses 652 kWh of electricity, that means the monthly electrical bill should be $94.22.

Yet other averages online indicate the average BWL power bill is nearly twice that amount, at The average water bill is around $150 for a typical household per month. While the official statistics claim that the average resident’s total monthly utility bill is around $300, anecdotally many residents say it’s often double that amount.

Now the utility wants to increase the electrical 6.95% this year and 6% next year, and raise water rates by 9.23% this year, and another 9.15% next year, and residents are up in arms. Steam is going up 9.75% and chilled water is going up 2%, this year and roughly the same next year.

Many of the commenters and residents easily point the finger at inflation. And Biden-Harris inflation is causing the value of the dollar to decline. The government claims the inflation rate is only 2.9%, while nationwide many note that home prices have inexplicably gone up nearly double that rate, and food prices have gone up 25% since COVID. 

Many online were blaming “corporate greed” and “price gouging” even though this municipal utility is not operated to run for a profit. Some attempted to blame Donald Trump for the rate increase.  

Michigan’s two largest utility companies, DTE Energy and Consumers Energy, are both busy shutting down coal generating power plants and financing renewable generation. One such plant being shuttered is the Campbell power plant in west Michigan which currently serves a million residents and is due to go offline next May. It is being shut down 15 years early in order to comply with state and federal green mandates. Its cheap energy has served the state for 60 years.

A group of residents is petitioning to “Save the Campbell” but the odds of their success seem limited. The ability to save a coal-fired power plant is limited in a state intent on outlawing them entirely. The input and opinions of the general public as it relates to energy prices and energy production, seems irrelevant.

Despite the protests, comments, and general public anger expressed this week about the Lansing rate hikes, BWL’s 6-member commission Wednesday approved the proposed two years of rate hikes on a vote of 5-1.

Obama-appointed Judge Timothy L. Brooks has opened the doors to potential voter fraud in Arkansas.

On Thursday, Judge Brooks ruled that election officials in Arkansas cannot reject online voter registration applications signed with digital or electronic signatures for the upcoming election, effectively overturning a common-sense measure that required a handwritten signature to ensure voter authenticity.

This ruling comes as a slap in the face of Arkansas’s legislative efforts, where state lawmakers approved an emergency rule mandating a “wet signature” for voter registration, Arkansas Times reported.

Arkansas Senate wrote in June:

The deadline to register to vote in the November 5 general election falls on Monday, October 7.

Keep in mind that county clerks may not accept voter registration forms signed digitally, unless they are submitted by certain state agencies.

The state Board of Election Commissioners has approved an emergency rule concerning digital signatures and it has been approved by the Executive Subcommittee of the Legislative Council.

Previously, some county clerks were accepting electronic signatures and some clerks were not. The emergency rule is meant to clarify that all 75 county clerks in Arkansas should only accept a “wet signature” on voter registration applications. That means it was signed with an ink pen.

In response to the emergency rule, advocacy groups have sued the Secretary of State and the Board of Election Commissioners in federal court. They contend that the rule amounts to voter suppression, and they argue that people can use electronic signatures to finalize financial statements, loan applications, mortgages, legal papers and various documents required by banks and corporations.

The attorney general issued an opinion in April that said “while an electronic signature or mark is generally valid under Arkansas law, the registration form must be created and distributed by the Secretary of State. A third-party organization cannot create and use a different form of its own to register voters.”

However, Judge Brooks, siding with far-left advocacy groups like Get Loud Arkansas (GLA) and Vote.org, decided to impose his will on the people of Arkansas by blocking this rule. In his decision, Brooks claimed that the “wet signature” requirement likely violates the Materiality Provision of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“The Court then ORDERED from the Bench that Defendants, (and their respective agents, officers, employees, and successors, and all persons acting in concert with each or any of them) were PRELIMINARILY ENJOINED from enforcing the wet signature rule AND from rejecting or refusing to accept any voter registration application on the ground that it was signed with a digital or electronic signature,” Brooks said in its ruling.

Texas DPS has been very active in pursuing illegal aliens in many counties throughout Texas including Starr County.

Drone footage released on Thursday shows a group of illegal aliens last week near the Rio Grande with a smuggler guiding them. DPS arrested Juan Macias-Mayorga, who himself is also an illegal alien, for smuggling of persons.

Texas has been very successful under Operation Lone Star in deterring illegal immigration as well as slowing the flood of drugs like fentanyl from pouring into our country. Republican Governor Greg Abbott launched the operation in 2021 which involves the Texas DPS and the Texas National Guard in protecting the state which the Federal Government has grossly neglected under Biden and Kamala.

Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution gives the Federal Government the power to stop an invasion.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence,” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.

An estimated 15 million illegal aliens have entered the US in the last three and a half years under Biden and “Border Czar” Kamala Harris. The mainstream press rarely reports or under reports these statistics.
