War Room co-host Natalie Winters discusses censorship with FTC commissioner Andrew Ferguson on 11/30/24

War Room co-host Natalie Winters discussed how President Trump and his incoming administration can end government censorship on speech with FTC Commissioner Andrew Ferguson on Saturday.

“We’ve got one where we have like purely private censorship, where I think there is two kinds. You could have decisions being made by sort of the platforms themselves or potentially in tandem with each other where the goal is to suppress you know, disfavored speech,” Ferguson responding to Winters question about censorship.

Ferguson also talked about advertising cartels and how it violates anti-trust laws if they agree to not advertise on a particular platform. He explained that this is a potential way advertisers would target a platform or show that promoted free speech.

“The risk of potential advertising cartels, so generally under our anti-trust laws private companies can sort of decide what they would like to do with their own resources but one of the most important things the anti-trust laws forbid is people getting in a room and agreeing we are not going to compete,” Ferguson said.

“The anti-trust laws are designed to make sure that all of us get to participate in markets freely and fairly and that there isn’t a bunch of back door dealing among competitors to suppress people or ideas,” Ferguson said.

Ferguson also said that President Trump’s victory was very important to prevent platforms from colluding with agencies like the CDC, FBI, etc.

“We saw this during Covid especially, where the platforms would collaborate, collude however you want to call it with government officials at the CDC, the Surgeon General’s office, the State Department, the FBI and CISA, where the government would call over the platforms and say hey we don’t like this thing being said about the vaccines, we don’t like this thing being said about Covid origins, you know labs and the like, we don’t like this sort of discussion about what happened in the 2020 Presidential election,” Ferguson said.

“Some states sued the government back in 2021 and said hey, or 2022 and said hey, the government is coercing the platforms to take down speech that they don’t like,” Ferguson explained.

Winters had asked about how the left will pivot to continue in censorship in response to the upcoming changes with a Trump Presidency.

“We have this problem where we have like two different types of governments. We have the government that we elect at the ballot box, which is the President who selects his cabinet, but then we have this massive bureaucratic apparatus underneath them that have been here before the election and they think they are gonna be here after the election,” Ferguson said.

“I think that President Trump’s election gives a real opportunity to the government and to us as Americans to address that problem which is how do we get control of sort of the administrative state or the deep state which is another name for it that sort of operates independently of the political part of the government that you and I had voted for,” Ferguson continued.

The Ohio State Buckeyes found themselves embroiled in a post-game brawl with the Michigan Wolverines, moments after suffering a heartbreaking 13-10 defeat at the hands of their rivals.

The Wolverines’ attempt to plant their flag at midfield was met with swift and unyielding resistance from the Buckeyes, leading to a chaotic and disgraceful scene on the field.

The heated moment unfolded as Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham was giving a post-game interview on live broadcast, according to CBS Sports.

Behind him, Michigan players made their way to midfield with their school’s flag, intent on staking their claim after the monumental win.

Ohio State players, visibly angered by the gesture, stormed the area in an effort to prevent the flag from being planted, igniting the first round of on-field clashes.

As tensions appeared to de-escalate briefly, Ohio State defensive end Jack Sawyer reignited the conflict by charging at a Michigan player and tearing the flag from its pole.

This act triggered a second round of clashes, with players from both sides engaging in physical confrontations that required intervention from coaching staff, security personnel, and police officers.

According to reports from 247Sports’ Brandon Marcello, police officers resorted to using pepper spray to diffuse the melee. At least two Michigan players and a photographer were seen wiping their faces afterward.

“For such a great game, you hate to see stuff like that after the game,” said Michigan running back Kalel Mullings, who called out Ohio State’s reaction as “classless.”

“Just bad for the sport, bad for college football. But at the end of the day, some people got to learn how to lose, man. Can’t be fighting and stuff just because you lost a game. All that fighting, we have 60 minutes, we have four quarters to do all that fighting and now you want to talk and fight. That’s wrong. It’s just bad for the game. Classless, in my opinion. People got to be better.”

The New York Times has fully embraced the left’s efforts to erase women from society.

On Thursday, The Times published an article chronicling the turmoil caused by Blair Flemming, a biological male on the San Jose State University Spartans women’s college volleyball team.

Multiple teams in the Mountain West Conference have forfeited games rather than place their players in harm’s way.

Flemming’s inclusion has also resulted in a lawsuit against the Mountain West, alleging that allowing Fleming to play at San Jose State violates Title IX and the players’ First and 14th Amendment rights.

The New York Times used a story about Fleming and the controversy to erase womanhood entirely and characterize actual biological women as “non-transgender women.”

Per The Times:

USA Volleyball’s website says androgenic hormones, which include testosterone, may possibly give trans athletes an “unfair competitive advantage,” so the organization requires documentation that athletes assigned male at birth undergo hormone therapy to compete in the women’s category. On its website, the N.C.A.A. says trans volleyball players are eligible to play if their testosterone level is less than 10 nanomoles per liter — that’s at least four times more than what many experts say is the top of the range for non-transgender women, and in the typical range for adult men.

The Times faced harsh criticism on social media.

During this week’s podcast episode, Joe Rogan said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wanted to appear on his show, but he turned him down.

The episode, which was only posted to Spotify, featured a discussion with comedians Shane Gillis, Mark Normand, and Ari Shaffir.

“They tried to get Zelensky on. I was like, what are you talking about?” Rogan told his guests.

Rogan did not elaborate on what happened but explained that he originally wanted to stay out of the presidential election.

Last week, Rogan expressed deep concern that Joe Biden and Zelensky will start World War III before President-elect Donald Trump can take office.

During a discussion about the recent strike from Ukraine into Russia, which was done with Biden’s blessing, Rogan told his guest, music producer Scott Storch, that there should be laws preventing outgoing administrations from making such drastic foreign policy moves.

“How are you allowed to do that when you’re on your way out? People don’t want you to be there anymore. There should be some sort of pause for significant actions that could potentially start World War III,” Rogan asserted. “Maybe that would be a good thing that we would like to avoid from a dying former president. The whole thing is nuts.”

Rogan added, “Zelensky says Putin is terrified. F-ck you, man. F-ck you people. You people are about to start World War III.”

“You people are out of your f-cking minds,” he said.

“The world has been at peace before and then all of a sudden chaos. And to think that can never happen again, you’re wrong. It’s happening right now, it’s just not happening here,” Rogan said. “We don’t feel it here so it doesn’t affect our thinking process and we support things that could lead to it happening here and we don’t even realize we’re doing it as we’re doing it.”

In the aftermath of Election Day, Democrat strategist James Carville is looking for answers as to what went wrong with Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.

The Daily Caller reports the Harris campaign spent nearly $1.5 billion since it began on July 21.

On Wednesday, Carville gave his thoughts on the “Politics War Room” podcast where he told co-host Al Hunt that there’s a spending problem in the party that needs to be addressed.

“The resistance is going to have trouble raising money,” Carville admitted, “These fundraisers are burnt.”

“The damage that the 2024 campaign has done, the damage this decade has done to the Democratic brand is almost unfathomable,” he said.

Carville followed up with what needs to happen next now that so much money has been spent. “One word: audit.”

Although Carville shot down the idea of running for chair of the Democrat National Committee, he was vehement Democrats need to figure out where all of Harris’ funding went in just a few months’ time.

“Do you have any idea where that money went? Does anybody have any idea where that money went?” he asked Hunt.

To give Carville credit, Harris most definitely did have a spending problem based on the available information.

The campaign found itself $20 million in debt after the fact with purchases like $5,000 on nails from nail artist Tahvya Krok.

If Carville seems angry and disappointed now, an audit probably won’t help as more idiotic purchases would surely come to light.

Although there’s plenty of merit to Carville’s criticisms, he’s still missing the point about the Democrats’ main problem: the message.

When you spend the election cycle – and arguably the past eight years – telling half the country they are evil racists, Nazis, and a threat to democracy through their support of a man who is supposedly America’s Adolf Hitler, they probably won’t vote for you.

Granted, money is always an issue in campaigns – having enough of it, the origin of it, who it is going to – but Carville is mistaken if he thinks better spending habits are going to win Democrats the White House in 2028.

Unfathomable damage was not exclusively caused by spending problems.

It’s a problem with the message.

According to Newsweek, Harris underperformed with black voters, Hispanic voters, and young voters compared to President Joe Biden in 2020.

Democrats don’t need to lean further into identity politics in focusing on what a voter cares about because of skin color or sex, but they do need to focus on what these voters actually want. That is, what their principles are.

Democrats need to shift their principles to more closely align with that of the voters.

If Carville really wants his party to change, they need a new message.

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) has a history of confronting FBI Chief Chris Wray on the agency’s participation in and organizing efforts on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol.

Representative Higgins is famous for confronting FBI Director Chris Wray back in November 2022 on the confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters INSIDE the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

In November 2023 Rep. Higgins confronted Chris Wray again about the FBI’s confidential human sources that were brought to the January 6, 2021 protests. But this time Clay Higgins brought a photo of the government assets boarding buses before the rally on January 6 at Union Station.

On Thursday, Rep. Clay Higgins told Lara Logan that the FBI and DOJ are still placing innocent Trump supporters on the terrorist watch list making it difficult for them to travel. This practice still takes place today.

This practice has been going on since January 2021.

Rep. Higgins then makes this promise — that he will go after the perpetrators at the DOJ and FBI,  “They’re going down. These men and their high perch and their position of power and authority that are walking upon our entire history, our deepest core principles. They’re not going to get away with it.”

Rep. Higgins:  These two busses in the middle here, they were the first to arrive at Union Station on January 6, at 5:00 AM.  I have all this evidence. I’m showing you the tip of the iceberg.

Lara Logan:  Your point really was that there were unmarked vehicles full of individuals that have not been explained. Is that right?

Rep. Higgins: A ghost vehicle in law enforcement is not an uncommon reference. It’s a vehicle that’s been purposefully concealed, whereby it’s not easy to identify. So no license plate has been painted over from its original color. In this case, these two busses were totally painted white, like a cheap, fast overspray over all of the markings.

So when you have two charter busses show up, the very first busses to show up in Union Station on January 6 around 05:00 a.m. – Initial witness, another charter bus owner arrived at 5:20. He thought he would be the first to arrive because he knew the schedule of all the other charter busses, and he knew that most of the busses would begin arriving around 6. So this charter bus operator was a very experienced man, very squared away, when he arrived with his couple of busses. These two white busses were, to his surprise, already there. And he immediately noticed that these busses were odd because they were totally painted over. It was a bad paint job. There was no markings, no phone numbers, no company name, totally outside the parameters of the way charter busses are required to operate and by law.

So he said, these busses are weird and no one was getting out. So something else that happens within that charter bus driver community is the drivers know each other, and the passengers may stay on a bus if they’re, especially in a parking lot, they’re not ready to disembark yet. Sure, the passengers might stay on a bus, but the bus drivers get off and they talk to each other. They talk to the other bus drivers.

So there are things that happen normally that the absence of that happening was odd So he was suspicious enough of these busses as a professional, that he collected some digital evidence of those busses and then estimated with him and other eyewitnesses between 40 and 50 guys that they described as Trump supporters, they all disembarked from the bus, and they gathered in front of the two busses, and they had some kind of discussion, a briefing, like the way a military leader would address his troops.

Lara Logan: Yeah, they call it a huddle.

Clay Higgins: And then they together went to the escalators and up in the Union Station and were gone.

Lara Logan:  And they were all men?

Clay Higgins:  They were all men, in all the Trump regalia. These were men were in really good shape. They made comments like, wow, that’s a real serious Trump supporters, these guys. And they said they all had elbow pads and knee pads, and they appeared like they had common equipment, but they were not in uniform, but they behaved in a uniform manner.

And we intend to get all of that video evidence from Union Station, from the escalators, from the parking lot. We have other eyewitnesses, much to the chagrin of everybody that was in those busses and everyone who commanded them to be there. We’ve identified one of those buses. And you know what that means? That means that’s their asses! Because a bus is a serial-numbered vehicle. And in America, the change of ownership of a serial-numbered vehicle is recorded, documented.

So that means we can begin to trace from the original owner of that bus where it was sold and who bought it, and then who it was leased to and where it disappeared. And then eventually, those busses were removed from the union Station. And we’re going to document all of that.

Lara Logan:  So you believe that those busses held undercover officers, not informants? Correct.

Rep. Clay Higgins: I feel very confident that everybody that was on those two buses were FBI assets. And I have a high degree of belief that they were actual FBI agents. And I’m sorry to say, ma’am, my objective conclusion is that senior officials at the FBI were deeply involved there.

You had a combination of FBI confidential informants, either registered, unregistered or a volunteer informant or actual FBI agents, depending upon the group and how significant the group was. Like, the agents inserted and say that proud boys, groups that were going to come to DC, those are most probably actual FBI agents, whereas some random Facebook group of patriots from Arizona or something was most likely an informant. So it would still fall under the umbrella of an FBI asset if they were communicating with the FBI data that they were harvesting and information that they were recording and delivering to the FBI, screenshots of text chats or actual recordings of phone calls, things like that, that they were delivering to the FBI, all part of the web of surveillance of the american people.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a commitment to work with the United States to end the flow of Fentanyl.

The fentanyl crisis has gotten worse under Joe Biden thanks to his open borders policies and weak position with China.

More than 70,000 Americans die of fentanyl overdoses per year, thanks to Joe Biden.

Trudeau visited Mar-a-Lago on Friday to meet with President Trump after Trump threatened to impose tariffs on Canada.

President Trump on Monday evening announced a 25% tariff on all products from Mexico and Canada until the illegal alien invasion is stopped.

“On January 20th, as one of my many first Executive Orders, I will sign all necessary documents to charge Mexico and Canada a 25% Tariff on ALL products coming into the United States, and its ridiculous Open Borders. This Tariff will remain in effect until such time as Drugs, in particular Fentanyl, and all Illegal Aliens stop this Invasion of our Country! Both Mexico and Canada have the absolute right and power to easily solve this long simmering problem. We hereby demand that they use this power, and until such time that they do, it is time for them to pay a very big price!” Trump said on Truth Social on Monday evening,” Trump said on Truth Social on Monday.

A few days later, Justice Trudeau hopped on a plane and landed in Florida to visit Trump at his Mar-a-Lago residence.

President Trump said the meeting with Trudeau was fruitful.

The Canadian Prime Minister agreed to work with President Trump on trade, energy, and the Fentanyl crisis.

“I just had a very productive meeting with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada, where we discussed many important topics that will require both Countries to work together to address, like the Fentanyl and Drug Crisis that has decimated so many lives as a result of Illegal Immigration, Fair Trade Deals that do not jeopardize American Workers, and the massive Trade Deficit the U.S. has with Canada. I made it very clear that the United States will no longer sit idly by as our Citizens become victims to the scourge of this Drug Epidemic, caused mainly by the Drug Cartels, and Fentanyl pouring in from China. While some liberal mayors and governors are continuing to put illegals ahead of their own citizens, New York Governor Kathy Hochul has signaled that, at least in some cases, she will work with the Trump administration to deport illegals with criminal records.

Although she continues with liberal talking points, the move to address removing any illegal in contrast to most in her party.

During remarks to reporters, Hochul stated, “Our immigration system is woefully broken. It’s been broken for decades. There was an opportunity to make meaningful change that the Republicans in the House of Representatives killed, and they should be held accountable for that. But we need to fix the border, fix the system.”

“But I’ll tell you this, those who come here legally, we want to get them jobs. I have 460,000 open jobs in the state of New York. I want them to get the proper work permits. I want them to keep their temporary protective status, if that’s what they have. I want to make sure that they’re part of contributing to society while they’re here.”

“That’s separate from people who are criminals. Someone breaks the law, I’ll be the first one to call up ICE and say, ‘Get them out of here.’”

“There is a difference in categories of individuals. I just had a meeting this morning with my team that’s been studying all the scenarios that could play out over the next few months and what we need to do to prepare. We’ll be announcing more about that. And also making sure that our final requests to the Biden administration are secure. And so that’s something else.”

“Again, I’ll do a report on what we’ve achieved in the next couple of weeks.”

A reporter asked for clarification, “Just to be clear, are you supportive or not supportive of deporting undocumented immigrants whose only crime is either crossing the border or overstaying?”

“If they’re here with legal papers, like they came and they were seeking asylum, like this 224,000 people came to New York, they’re here legally in search of asylum, and that process will play out.”

“But there are other people who commit crimes or are known to be criminals before they arrived here. When those are identified, I’ll be the first one to help get rid of them. I don’t want them here. I don’t want anybody terrorizing my citizens. So that’s the difference.”

The ‘multipolarity’ initiative, while almost a decade old, took great impulse during Joe Biden’s Administration from hell, in which the absolute lack of leadership and national project opened the doors for other solutions in the world’s arena.

In today’s post, Trump demanded that BRICS member countries commit to not creating a new currency or supporting another currency that would replace the United States dollar.

If they do that, they face 100% tariffs and potentially lose access to the American market.

Here’s what Trump wrote:

“The idea that the BRICS Countries are trying to move away from the Dollar while we stand by and watch is OVER.

We require a commitment from these Countries that they will neither create a new BRICS Currency, nor back any other Currency to replace the mighty U.S. Dollar or, they will face 100% Tariffs, and should expect to say goodbye to selling into the wonderful U.S. Economy.

They can go find another “sucker!” There is no chance that the BRICS will replace the U.S. Dollar in International Trade, and any Country that tries should wave goodbye to America.”

We can note that the President-Elect did not say that BRICS Countries moving away from the Dollar is over. What is done with is the US inertia and lack of response – the ‘stand by and watch’ is OVER.

So, Trump wants ‘a commitment’ from these countries, or else they will face monster tariffs.

“They can go find another ‘sucker!’”, he wrote, taking back a theme from the first term, that the US trade partners take advantage of dumb American policies by Democrats.

The ultimate threat is the total loss in a trade war, in which the BRICS countries lose access to American consumers.

One of the catches will be guaranteeing that the US Dollar remains ‘mighty’, since it’s been printed like mad, and lost a great amount of its former value.

Texas DPS find illegal aliens in the brush in Hidalgo County on 11/29/24

With less than two months to go until President Trump is sworn into office, the Biden/Harris regime is doing everything they can to make the southern border worse than it currently is.

Texas DPS this past week tracked three illegal aliens from Mexico in the brush in Hidalgo County. Two of them were wearing cartel wristbands. The smuggler, who was with the other illegals, was arrested by the DPS.

A group of 289 illegal aliens in Maverick County were apprehended this week, including seven “special interest aliens” from Iran which, were handled by the Border Patrol.

As troubling as these statistics are, the most disturbing are the unaccompanied children who cross the border. TGP reported this week of a 10-year-old boy from El Salvador, who was abandoned by his smuggler and found by the DPS wandering alone in distress.

Over the last four years under Biden-Harris, the US Constitution has been intentionally ignored as they have let in millions of illegal aliens in an attempt to fundamentally transform the demographics of the US. Article IV, Section 4 gives the US Government the responsibility to protect the border from invasion.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution.
