Kash Patel’s confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee was held on Thursday.

Kash is President Trump’s nominee to lead the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

During his hearing, freshman Florida Senator Ashley Moody revealed that the Biden FBI and DOJ were obstructing the investigation into the second attempted murder of President Trump.

So why would they obstruct Florida’s investigation?

Many people were surprised that that could happen in just over two months. Many people were shocked that a would-be assassin could get that close to a president after it had just happened so quickly.

So needless to say, many Americans, and certainly for Floridians, demanded a transparent and accountable investigation of that second assassination attempt.

I was tasked, along with law enforcement in Florida, to pursue that investigation. And every step of the way, federal law enforcement, the FBI, specifically, and the federal attorneys frustrated our efforts.

They told us we couldn’t go on the crime scene. They wouldn’t share evidence. They suggested that we would be violating the law if we pursued our own investigation, even in the face of us telling them and informing them that a six-year-old girl almost died as a result of state and local law enforcement having to shut down the roads to pursue that would be assassin. I’m not going to use his name.

In an unprecedented action, because of these frustrated efforts, I, as the Attorney General of Florida, had to sue the DOJ and Merrick Garland because they refused and obstructed our ability to prosecute and investigate our own laws against one of our own citizens, even in the face of such distrust.

This is just shocking information. What are the FBI and CIA hiding from the American people?

White House Press Secretary gives first briefing – January 28, 2025

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt this afternoon is set to give her second press briefing since Trump took office. 

Leavitt gave her debut press conference in the White House Briefing Room Tuesday, and she did an incredible job outlining President Trump’s America First agenda and telling off the leftist media.

At one point, Leavitt absolutely schooled two different reporters who pressed her back-to-back on the Trump Administration’s deportation of illegal aliens who had not been convicted of a crime inside of our borders despite crossing the border illegally.

“It’s a big culture shift in our nation to view someone who breaks our immigration laws as a criminal, but that’s exactly what they are,” she told a nasty leftist reporter who apparently doesn’t know what a criminal is.

Today, Leavitt will likely address the incoming tariffs on Mexico and Canada, which are expected to be implemented on Saturday.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump set Saturday as his deadline for Tariffs on the two countries.

The administration asserts that these tariffs will remain until both neighboring countries take substantial measures to curb the flow of unauthorized migrants and illicit drugs into the United States.

“I’ll be putting the tariff of 25% on Canada and separately 25% on Mexico. We will really have to do that because we have very big deficits with those countries. Those tariffs may or may not rise with time,” Trump said.

“We’ll be announcing the tariffs on Canada and Mexico for a number of reasons. Number one is the people that have poured into our country so horribly and so much. Number two are the drugs, fentanyl and everything else that have come into the country. Number three are the massive subsidies that we’re giving to Canada and to Mexico in the form of deficits.”

This announcement follows a recent agreement with Colombia, where the threat of similar tariffs led the Marxist president to fold like a cheap suit and begin accepting deported migrants.

Leavitt may also address the recent tragedy at Reagan International Airport, where a US military helicopter ran into an American Airlines flight from Wichita, Kansas on Wednesday night.  The president addressed the crash during a press conference Thursday and pointed out the disastrous record of Pete Buttigieg, the former Transportation Secretary and a DEI hire.

President Trump further outlined his agenda to ensure competency within the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, and the military with merit based hiring practices.

President Trump is  set to sign more executive orders at 3 pm ET.

My longtime friend is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army who served in the roles of both Blackhawk helicopter pilot, and Blackhawk Crew Chief as well. No one knows this helicopter better than my friend. Let’s call him Colonel Joe.

We’ve all seen the reports about the mistakes made in this tragic crash. We know the chopper was flying too high. We know the Control Tower was short of air controllers- and one controller was doing the job of two. It appears the Blackhawk was off course as well.

And we all suspect DEI could have been at fault- whether this involved the pilots, flight commanders on the ground, or the Air Controllers.

But my friend Colonel Joe is the expert. Here is Colonel Joe’s “Executive Summary.” These are his words- coming from a lifelong experienced Blackhawk pilot and Crew Chief.

In his opinion, the biggest issue is the flight was missing a fourth crew member for a night flight- a second Crew Chief.

Colonel Joe’s Executive Summary:

*The single-greatest error in this accident was the decision to fly without a second Crew Chief on the left-hand side of the Blackhawk, who could have provided an extra set of eyes to “look out-and-up” to see the approaching American Airlines Passenger plane.

*Night Vision Goggle (NVG) flights result in a sort-of “tunnel vision” for all who wear the NVGs and normal policy in many Army flight units is to force a full crew of 2 pilots and 2 crew chiefs for all NVG flights, so that you always have “eyes out” to both sides of the aircraft, when flying in those conditions. While not mandatory, it is the proper safety call, especially when flying in the vicinity of a busy, major airport such as Reagan Airport (DCA). No matter how competent the pilots and Crew Chiefs may be, this flight needed a second Crew Chief on the left side of the chopper.

*The front-left pilot, even if not wearing Night Vision Goggles, would still have limited visibility out the left door, and if that pilot is busy with radio calls, or referencing the map/GPS, that pilot could get consumed by work inside the cockpit, instead of looking out and around.

*Flight Unit Leadership failed to recognize the need for a second Crew Chief in the Mission Planning and Risk Assessment Process. This is where either incompetence, or DEI (or both), may have come into play. This was certainly poor leadership.

*Known mistakes by the Blackhawk Flight Crew point to a lack of experience and/or competence. We’ve heard in the media that both pilots were “experienced.” This is just not true. Someone is “blowing smoke” to the media, to President Trump, and to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, to “cover their ass.” The collective level of experience of the pilots was not impressive. Their level of experience is like comparing a rookie in the NFL to a second-year player. The pilot had the experience of a second-year player, while the co-pilot was a rookie. This was NOT an experienced crew to be flying at night, near a major airport, without a second crew chief.

*Radio calls were not responded to by the Blackhawk crew, and they flew at 350 Feet above ground level (AGL), whereas reports say they were supposed to fly at 200 Feet AGL. These two mistakes alone show that the crew were not as experienced or professional as reported to President Trump, Defense Secretary Hegseth, or the media.

*The Instructor Pilot may have been too inexperienced for this “Annual Evaluation” flight, as mistakes were clearly made during the course of the flight (that are assumed to have been made by the junior pilot being evaluated). Why didn’t the Instructor Pilot notice they were flying too high and off course? That points to his lack of experience. If there had been a second Crew Chief, he could have noticed these mistakes and warned the pilots.

*The Flight Unit Commanders must share the blame, and they’re still alive! There is a 12th Aviation Battalion commander of that B Company, and I don’t know who that is, but this individual was the first leader in the chain of events for the Mission Plan and Risk Assessment to get signed off and approved. This B Company commander should be asked why they did not enforce a second Crew Chief to be on that flight.

*Accident sequences for these types of accidents begin in “Mission Planning,” when first selecting the time you will fly, where you will fly for the Annual Evaluation, and what crew members will be on the flight. Any of the Leaders in that unit’s Chain of Command could have demanded that this flight have two Crew Chiefs aboard the aircraft, due to NVG flying conditions, plus the busy airspace of Reagan airport.

*An experienced, thoughtful leader knows when to “raise the standard” and force the mission to have that second Crew Chief aboard the aircraft. This was clearly one of those moments, and both the B Company Commander and the 12th Aviation Battalion Commander failed to see through this risk problem and impose their own “Risk Reduction” to include a second Crew Chief to manage the left-hand side of the Blackhawk.

*In my opinion, even with all these mistakes that were made, a Crew Chief on the left side of the Blackhawk would still have saved them in that last 20 seconds when that American Airlines flight was approaching on the left-hand side. A Crew Chief in that seat would have warned the pilots to turn and descend immediately.

This accident was completely avoidable. Thank you to my friend Colonel Joe for this thoughtful analysis.

The real-life saga of the rise and fall of rapper mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues to hit the headlines every other day as he awaits trial while imprisoned in Brooklyn MDC.

Yesterday (30), prosecutors filed a superseding indictment that covers alleged crimes over two decades: from 2004 to 2024. In the first indictment, the earliest allegations dated to 2008.

New York Post reported:

“Sean “Diddy” Combs once dangled a victim over an apartment balcony, prosecutors alleged in a new indictment that added two more victims and an earlier start date to the disgraced star’s alleged reign of sexual terror.”

While the new indictment brings new accusations against Diddy over an expanded timeline of alleged abuse, it does not include any new charges.

Two new anonymous victims featured in the filing allegedly agreed to pre-arranged sexual encounters ‘that often lasted multiple days, were sometimes recorded and regularly involved sex workers’.

“Combs ‘abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires’, the indictment read, accusing him of using such tactics to force three unnamed women ‘to engage in commercial sex acts’. Combs would keep the women ‘obedient and compliant’ by feeding them narcotics, according to the superseding indictment.”

Diddy is awayting his May trial incarcerated at the Brooklyn MDC.

The acts alleged in the filing are similar to the drug-fueled sex marathons Combs called ‘Freak Offs.’

“’Like the Freak Offs, these commercial sex acts involving Combs and a female victim were prearranged, sometimes lasted multiple days, were sometimes electronically recorded by Combs and often involved Combs distributing a variety of controlled substances to the victim, in part to keep the victim obedient and compliant’, the indictment read.

The hip-hop producer was also newly accused of ‘tracking [the victims’] whereabouts, dictating the victims’ appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, and supplying them with controlled substances’.”

Besides the federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, Diddy faces lawsuits from ‘at least 120 alleged victims’.

“’The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial’, his attorney Marc Agnifilo said in a statement.”

A convicted drug dealer who received a get-out-of-jail-free card from the Biden regime has already been arrested again.

Dequan Willard, a 30-year-old Texas man, was granted clemency by President Joe Biden on January 17 as part of a sweeping mass release that included 2,490 federal inmates.

But it didn’t take long for the so-called “nonviolent offender” to show his true colors.

Just seven days later, Willard was arrested again for allegedly violating the conditions of his supervised release, according to Law and Crime.

Federal prosecutors in the Northern District of Texas revealed that during a visit with probation officers, Willard tried to cheat a drug test using a bag of diluted coffee—a desperate attempt to cover up drug use.

Even worse, prosecutors say Willard admitted to using K2, a synthetic marijuana, while in prison, which means Biden freed a criminal who was already violating prison rules.

“I look at this in the sense that we’ve had dedicated men and women in law enforcement who are putting it all on the line,” Lubbock County Sheriff Kelly Rowe told NBC affiliate KCBD.

“We’re talking about dangerous offenders where their activities in the course of investigation are very high risk. The point of arrest, very high risk. And to see all of that work basically washed away, all of that risk washed away because of a political decision made in Washington, D.C., only serves to make me angry about it.”

“I mean, if you want to let some of the worst of the worst back out on the street, say it for what it is,” he added.

In another interview with Lubbock Lights, Rowe said, “The bottom line is this guy is no saint. We know, as a law enforcement organization, this is a bad cat. He should never have been cut loose – like most of them.”

Willard’s criminal history speaks for itself. In 2016, he was convicted in a massive cocaine distribution conspiracy that resulted in law enforcement seizing over two kilograms of cocaine and multiple firearms.

He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 14 years in federal prison. But thanks to Biden’s reckless push to release thousands of “nonviolent” drug offenders, his sentence was reduced—and ultimately commuted.

His early release was not a full pardon but rather a political handout by an administration desperate to score points with the radical left’s so-called criminal justice reform movement. Instead of serving his full time behind bars, Willard was put on five years of supervised release.

Yet, as Sheriff Kelly Rowe of Lubbock County pointed out, Biden’s decision has already proven to be an utter disaster.

According to Lubbock Lights, Willard could be imprisoned for another 3 to 9 months.

Chuck Todd, the notoriously biased former host of “Meet the Press,” has finally been shown the door, marking a significant moment in mainstream media.

Todd, who has been a figure of controversy and criticism, particularly from conservative viewers, for his overtly biased reporting, announced his departure from the network to pursue independent projects, including his podcast.

Todd’s exit comes after he was replaced by another far-left commentator, Kristen Welker, in 2023, which significantly reduced his appearances on the network since then.

“There’s never a perfect time to leave a place that’s been a professional home for so long, but I’m pretty excited about a few new projects that are on the cusp of going from ‘pie in the sky’ to ‘near reality.’ So I’m grateful for the chance to get a jump start on my next chapter during this important moment,” Todd said in the memo obtained by USA TODAY.

“The ‘ChuckToddcast’ is also coming with me (thank you, NBC). Stay tuned for an announcement about its new home soon. Needless to say, I do plan to continue to share my reporting and unique perspective of covering politics with data and history as important baselines in understanding where we were, where we are and where we’re going,” he added.

NBC News expressed gratitude toward Todd for his contributions in advancing far-left agendas to American viewers.

“We’re grateful for Chuck’s many contributions to our political coverage during his nearly two-decade career at NBC News and for his deep commitment to Meet the Press and its enduring legacy. We wish him all the best in his next endeavors,” an NBC News spokesperson told Variety.

The first two weeks for President Trump have been nothing short of epic.  On Inauguration Day, President Trump signed Executive Order after Executive Order.

President Biden had set the record for Executive Orders signed during a President’s first week at 22.  A number of the Biden orders were simply nullifying EOs from President Trump’s first term.

President Trump crushed the Biden record already by generating 35 and has now signed 44, surpassing the first 100 days of any President since Truman (and Trump is only 11 days into his 2nd term).

The energy of the Trump Team has shocked and overwhelmed the legacy media and social progressives (i.e. communists) trying to intellectually process what is happening.

The “Cascadia Advocate”, an online journal that few read, had one of the best headlines, “America’s struggling mass media is failing to meet the moment as Trump’s authoritarian forces try to demolish our democracy”.

The Cascadia Advocate missed the memo; most Americans now know what Saul Alinsky’s projection is and are choosing to reject it.

One of the actions President Trump delivered on was his promise to remove the security clearances from the 51 lying intelligence officers.

“The Atlantic,” a solidly blue-leaning magazine, was harsh on the 51 and said that although petty, pulling their clearances was one of the easiest to defend actions by President Trump.

Retired General Milley somehow avoided the first wave of clearance and security detail pulling and may have had enablers hiding and obfuscating his status.

But that did not last long, and on the second strike, Milley was defrocked and may possibly lose a star or two in the process.

Deportation of Illegal Aliens begins, Gitmo announced as an option

Despite the crystal-clear forewarning of Border Czar Tom Homan, the Federal actions, raids, and deportation flights have stupefied the traditional Social Progressives.  President Trump, on January 20, 2025, declared a National Emergency regarding the Southern Border.

The declaration was entitled, “Declaring a National Emergency at the Southern Border of the United States” and stated, “To protect the security and safety of United States citizens, to protect each of the States against invasion, and to uphold my duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, it is my responsibility as President to ensure that the illegal entry of aliens into the United States via the southern border be immediately and entirely stopped.”

The U.S. Air Force began using their C-17s to fly the initial tranches to several different countries.  Colombian President Gustavo Petro acted tough and tried to reject deportation flights and was quickly humiliated as he caved in under an hour with one social media posting by President Trump directing the cessation of U.S. Foreign Aid to Colombia.

President Trump has ordered that Guantanamo Bay, Cuba be prepared to receive up to 30,000 illegal aliens.

The best counter argument that legacy media could offer was that military air flights cost more than first class seats – but didn’t factor in the largesse given by Biden to come to the U.S. illegally.

 DEI slam dunked into the Woodchipper

 President Trump provided direction and guidance to Secretary Hegseth and the entire U.S. Government on January 20, 2025, through his Executive Order “Ending Radical And Wasteful Government DEI Programs And Preferencing.”

Social Justice Warriors are having a meltdown but don’t seem to understand that Biden’s DEI efforts were Policy, not Law.

Through Policy, President Biden had been creating massive offices and workforces focused on perpetuating and expanding an idol with no basis in U.S. Law.  President Trump has absolute authority to change policy, and that’s exactly what he did.

In an iconic post on X, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth put a stake through the heart of the religion of DEI, CRT, and Woke-ism in DOD world:

“DOD ≠ DEI*

*no exceptions, name-changes, or delays.  Those who do not comply will no longer work here”

President Trump has followed through and ordered all departments and agencies to immediately place all DEI personnel on paid leave pending a formal disposition of their organizations.

One thing that is allowable under law is a Reduction in Force Initiative by organizations, job series, or missions.  Since the DEI initiatives do not have a statute basis, it is difficult for Social Justice Warriors in Government, Congress, or media to argue for their continuation.

Organizations like the FBI have tried to be clever by pre-emptively eliminating their DEI programs, but that is thinly veiled camouflage that can easily be forensically seen through.

 Spending Frozen, Civil Servants offered immediate buy outs.

A U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Memo titled “Message and Expectation to the Workforce” was issued by Ken Jackson, Assistant to the Administrator for Management and Resources.

The memo said, “We have a responsibility to support the President in achieving his vision,” the memo went on, “The president has given us a tremendous opportunity to transform the way we approach foreign assistance for decades to come,” the memo said.  Mr. Jackson was referencing a pause on payouts by USAID.

The gravity of the memo and the consequences of not complying were clearly stated, “Failure to abide by this directive, or any of the directives sent out earlier this week and in the coming weeks, will result in disciplinary action.”

Shortly, dozens of USAID senior personnel were placed on paid leave due to their failure to follow this guidance.  Paid leave for such individuals may very possibly transition to unpaid leave and firing.

To up the game even higher, President Trump made a bold and dramatic move offering – leave now and receive eight months of pay through an email entitled, “Fork in the Road”.

From the relentless and blistering pace of President Trump’s work, it would be very wise for any Deep Stater who is displeased with President Trump to accept the generous offer.  The next offer will likely not be as gracious.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) made a disturbing statement on Friday that sounded like he was calling for an insurrection against Trump, just months after the 47th president was nearly assassinated.

As The Hill reported, Jeffries and Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) chairwoman Yvette D. Clarke (D-N.Y.) held a press conference Friday morning, a day after President Trump sounded off on the tragic plane crash at Ronald Reagan National Airport near Washington and signed an Executive Order to investigate Joe Biden’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies.

As expected, Jeffries and the CBC smeared Trump as a bigot rather than engaging in actual thought, calling his remarks a “truly disgusting and disgraceful display of racist political prognostication.”

During his own rant against Trump, Jeffries made what some would consider a threat against Trump that would likely prompt a visit from the FBI if a Republican had said it.

“We’re going to fight it (Trump’s agenda) legislatively, we’re going to fight it the courts, Jeffries stated. “And we’re going to fight it in the streets.”

What a poor choice of words.

Jeffries’s remarks should not only bring to mind the two assassins last year who tried to take out Trump but also the George Floyd riots back in 2020 during the so-called “Summer of Love.”

These individuals showed “taking to the street” included assaulting cops, burning down businesses, and defacing public monuments.

Moreover, GOP members of Congress were constantly harassed and threatened in public during Trump’s first term by deranged leftists.

One far-left terrorist nearly gunned down approximately 20 GOP congressional members on a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia that the FBI and media worked to cover up quickly.

The lives of Supreme Court members have been threatened following rulings based on the Constitution rather than legislating from the bench. Just ask Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

This attitude from the left is precisely what Jeffries wants to bring back, and God help our country if they take his words literally.

The $1.7-billion casino and resort is accused of violating civil rights laws by not allowing white men to invest in the project.

Fox News reports, “The expansive complex is projected to be Illinois’ biggest casino, boasting a 500-room hotel tower with a rooftop bar, a riverwalk, thousands of slot machines and a 3,000-seat theater. Bally’s will be the city’s first casino; its bid was selected by then-Mayor Lori Lightfoot in 2022.”

Bally’s signed a Host Community Agreement (HCA) to be permitted to open, which dictates that 25% of ownership must be by minorities or women.

The Municipal Code of Chicago considers a “minority” to be “African-Americans, American Indians, Asian-Americans, Hispanics” and any other “socially disadvantaged” group, as determined by the city.

“The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) is suing Bally’s Casino and members of the Illinois gaming commission for what they allege is racial discrimination,” the Fox News report states.

“WILL is representing two would-be investors who say they were denied the ability to take part in the project because of their race — Richard Fisher and Phillip Aronoff — who are part of the American Alliance for Equal Rights, which is also a plaintiff in the case.”

The report continues, “The lawsuit alleges that Bally’s is in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the first Ku Klux Klan Act and years of Supreme Court precedent by preventing White men from buying stock in their company.

The suit also alleges that Bally’s is preventing shareholders from transferring shares to people who do not meet ‘Class A’ criteria.”

“Making a contract is essential to the rights of citizenship. What Bally’s is doing here is absolutely illegal and has been for decades and decades,” Dan Lennington of the Wisconsin Institute of Law and Liberty told Fox News.

A Bally’s spokesperson told the network, “The Bally’s Chicago IPO complies with our obligations under the Host Community Agreement with the City of Chicago.”

As more than 100,000 British patriots are expected to demonstrate in London Feb. 1 for Tommy Robinson, the British government is now keeping  Europe’s most famous political prisoner incommunicado in solitary confinement. Visitors who want to see Tommy are required to sign an NDA promising not to talk about their visit. Visitors with a high social media reach are being turned away outright.

Roughly 100,000 supporters already came out to march for Tommy before his arrest for “Contempt of Court” July 27 and on Oct. 26, 2024 after his incarceration, a figure organizers tod the Gateway Pundit will probably be topped on Saturday:

“They now have a rule that anyone who wants to visit Tommy in prison has to sign a non-disclosure agreement that they not say anything that Tommy told them once they get out of prison”, Ezra Levant of Rebel News told Stella Escobedo on OAN. “I’ve never heard of that before, where you’re allowed to meet a prisoner, but you’re banned by law from repeating what they say. That’s really weird. And just yesrtday I heard that two of Tommy’s visitors that did sign this NDA were banned from visiting him anyway.”

Tommy is locked in his cell in HMP Woodhill for 21 hours a day, “he’s allowed out for a shower, to run and to go to a little homemade gym,” Levant said. “Other than that he’s in a tiny cell 21 hours a day. You’re gonna go crazy if you don’t have the chance to visit (with) human beings. the whole world needs to know about those rape gangs. The UK has a really bad problem, and I think America should hear about it too.”

Solitary confinement is considered torture in most civilized countries. However, no so-called “human rights” or “press freedom” NGOs have spoken out for Tommy Robinson because he does not fit their leftist political agenda.

Now US social media influencers are also being banned from visiting with Tommy, as “The Real Beef” host Don Keith reported:

“For the last few months I’ve been planning a trip to Londoin to see my friend Tommy Robinson”, Keith said., “who’s languishing in one of their Gestapo solitary confinement cells. The day I’m about to get on the plane I get an e-mail from the prison saying ‘We’re sorry you’re not gonna be allowed to see Tommy because you have a social media platform and we’re afraid you may share the details of that visit.”

“This is how they are treating American citizens now,” Keith said. “Not only are they exacting tyranny on their own people, but it’s bleeding over on to us Americans.
