RFK needs your help and public health needs RFK’s help.

Faith in anything related to public health is rightly at an all-time low and despite the incredible mandate that the election provided to MAHA, most Democrats and a handful of RINOs are dead set against the transparency Bobby has promised to provide. This is a man who has vaxxed his kids and promised not to ban anything. He’s not a radical. He’s promoting overall health and very sensible policies. He’s a lawyer and simply want’s people to have the evidence necessary to make good decisions. So why is a call for transparency such a threat? After all, who hides things unless there is something to hide?

The answer is honestly similar across the board – money or political realities. Big pharma largely owns Congress (both parties) but the political reality of Trump embracing MAHA forces the hands of many. Despite this, there are a number of absolute RINOs and big pharma sellouts (I’m looking at you Elizabeth Warren, Lindsey Graham, and Mitch McConnell) but I’m not wasting space on them in this article. Instead, I want to talk about a few people we hope we can help to see truth. According to insiders there are four Senators that are going to be key to his confirmation that we need to persuade to back Bobby and they are:

It is imperative that they hear from us but that we do so politely and with the intent of convincing them that supporting Bobby is right for their constituents (and political future). Please remember that even if Bobby is confirmed he will need to work with these people and it would be counterproductive to be rude or discourteous to their staff (you won’t actually get to talk to them).

As I noted above, you may be asking yourself why is this even an issue? After all Donald Trump and MAGA won with a historic mandate and MAHA was a substantial reason for that victory. Trump picked and supports Bobby and Trump has a majority in the Senate. Plus Bobby is a former Democrat from a long line of Democratic royalty so this seems like it should be a no-brainer right? Wrong.

Why? Well politics would say Bobby’s a shoe-in so let’s look at the money. One of Bobby’s harshest critics during the hearings has been Bernie Sanders… you know the guy that says he’s for the working man. Well it turns out that Bernie was the top recipient of big pharma money in 2020 receiving a whopping $1.5 million just that year. Clearly big pharma is the only man Bernie is working for. Equally clearly, big pharma has deep pockets so how much is that influencing these senators? Well, here’s how much each has made from the healthcare sector (pharma, hospitals, healthcare professionals… all who make money from big pharma):

Bill Cassidy: $2,252,042 from 2019-2024 plus an additional $450,685 from Health Services/HMOs for a whopping total of $2,702,727 (https://www.opensecrets.org/members-of-congress/bill-cassidy/industries?cid=N00030245&cycle=2024&recs=0&type=I).

So let’s look at these numbers. Murkowski is from Alaska and the cost to win an election in Alaska is relatively low compared to many other states. This means a little money can buy a lot of influence. Contrast that to Senator Whitehouse, who has received very little (comparatively) from the big pharma complex. Does that explain why he could be open to supporting health – even as a Democrat? Susan Collins is much easier to understand. Maine is not a huge state and she has taken a solid amount of money from pharma-land.

The most egregious pharma money-taker on this list appears to be Senator Cassidy but Cassidy was elected to be an actual Republican (not a RINO). This means that Cassidy is between a rock and a hard place. On one side he has millions of dollars of cash and on the other he has his political future which will be very closely tied to President Trump’s support or lack thereof. Here’s what he said in the hearing:

Senator Bill Cassidy: “I recognize, man, if you come out unequivocally, vaccines are safe, it does not cause autism, that would have an incredible impact.”

“That’s your power. So what’s it gonna be? Will it be using the credibility to support? Lots of articles. Or will it be using credibility to undermine?”

“And I gotta figure that out for my vote. You have the power to help rebuild, to help public health institutions re earn the trust of the American people. Now let’s be political. I’m a Republican. I represent the amazing state of Louisiana.”

“And as a patriotic American, I want president Trump’s policies to succeed in making America and Americans more secure, more prosperous, healthier. But if there’s someone that that is not vaccinated because of policies or attitudes you bring to the department, and there’s another 18 year old who dies of a vaccine preventable disease, helicoptered away, god forbid dies, it’ll be blown up in the press.”

“The greatest tragedy will be her death, but I can also tell you an associated tragedy, well, that will cost us that will cast a shadow over president Trump’s legacy, which I want to be the absolute best legacy it can be. So that’s my dilemma, man. And you may be hearing me hearing from me over the weekend.”

“You may be hearing from me over the weekend. I, once again, thank you for your time, and I yield to my ranking member.”

So my question for these Senators is this: RFK has openly stated that he is NOT banning any vaccines and that he simply wants transparency in the science. If vaccines are safe and effective why would you oppose that? Transparency will only help to rebuild trust in public health – something that is sorely needed. If you oppose that transparency, why? No one opposes transparency unless they have something to hide.

I’m hoping Senator Cassidy does the right thing along with the rest of these folks. For a long time I’ve fought for transparency while being called a conspiracy theorist for doing so. My response is simple – make the real data and science public, prove I’m crazy, and I’ll go away… no one has taken me up on that offer yet.

Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

During her district’s swearing-in ceremony for the 119th Congress on Tuesday, Crockett went on a bizarre rant in which she claimed that “evil” now occupies the White House and blamed “white supremacists” for violent crime.

She explained:

Y’all, it’s getting real. It’s been eight days. Eight days, y’all, eight. And we were only in for three of them. It’s been eight days.

And honestly, I don’t know how else to describe this, other than evil. It’s evil that is literally sitting in the highest seat in the world.

…

I know there’s a lot of propaganda that’s out there, but one of the things that I made clear is that it’s not immigrants that are committing all the crimes.

You can go out and find any random criminal of any race, I just want to be clear, but going out and finding one terrible situation and then taking a paintbrush and saying this applies to all of them is wrong.”

Let me make sure y’all got the facts, most extreme crimes that take place in this country are committed by white supremacists. 80 percent of extreme crimes are committed by white supremacists in this country.

Do you know who went up there on January 6? White supremacists.

This ain’t me just telling you, you can Google this if you don’t believe me, but it was the Oath Keepers. It was the Neo Nazis. It was the Proud Boys. They are all white supremacists.

Quite where she worked out that so-called white supremacists are responsible for 80 percent of America’s “extreme crimes” remains a mystery.

Last month, Crockett insulted Hispanic voters by claiming they have a “slave mentality” and are “barely able to vote” after they voted in record numbers for Donald Trump.

She has also expressed her opinion that Donald Trump and the MAGA movement represent a “domestic terror” threat, adding without evidence that his supporters were responsible for numerous “bomb threats” against public institutions.

Billionaire philanthropist Nicole Shanahan has put far-left Senator Rafael Warnock on notice following his critical stance against Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

This showdown occurred shortly after Kennedy’s compelling testimony before the Senate Finance Committee on Wednesday.

Warnock criticized Kennedy’s reluctance to commit to controlling healthcare premium spikes and his failure to distance himself from his views about the CDC.

“I’m voting NO on Mr. Kennedy’s nomination to lead [Department of Health and Human Services].

“He wouldn’t commit to working to prevent health care premium spikes & didn’t denounce his conspiracy theories about the CDC, which employs thousands of Georgians. I won’t support a nominee whose policies hurt Georgians.”

Shanahan, who has previously bankrolled Democrat campaigns, including Warnock’s own, fired back with a scathing response.

She reminded the senator of her crucial financial contributions during the 2020 Georgia Senate runoffs that arguably secured his seat.

“Man do I regret ever helping you,” said Shanahan.

“The only reason you’re in that seat is because I sent massive financial support to Shirley Sherrod’s c4 to mobilize rural Georgia during the 2020 runoff. I’ll be correcting that massive mistake asap. You’re awful.”

Having been RFK Jr.’s running mate during his brief presidential campaign before he endorsed Donald Trump, Shanahan has become a vocal advocate for his confirmation.

She has threatened to leverage her substantial financial resources against any senator who opposes Kennedy’s nomination, indicating a new, aggressive stance in political advocacy.

She said in a video statement:

“I urge everyone to call their U.S. Senators over the following days and demand they vote yes on Bobby’s nomination. He is more than qualified, he’s proven, principled, and prepared to lead. I’ll list, I’ll share a list below of key Senators. If they represent your state, they need to hear from you.

If they don’t, please call your own Senator and ask them to vote yes. We need as many votes as we can get. So this hasn’t been widely reported, but in 2020, I cut large checks to Chuck Schumer to help Democrats flip two Senate seats in Georgia from red to blue.

The two candidates I helped elect, Senator Raphael Warnock and Senator Jon Ossoff, please know I will be watching your votes very closely. I will make it my personal mission that you lose your seats in the Senate if you vote against the future health of America’s children.

And more than that, I also want to say to Senators Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Bill Cassidy, Tom Tillis, James Lankford, Cory Booker, John Fetterman, Bernie Sanders, and Catherine Cortez Masto, this is a bipartisan message and it comes directly from me.

If you visit the website and affiliated NGO sites, it is described as a non-partisan organization looking to litigate for openness and good government.

The question comes down to who funds this group.

As the video shows, using Fractal quantum-speed technology, American Oversight is tied to the Leftist NGO-sphere of over 100,000 similar organizations – funding each other to hide their ties to Leftist causes.

This week, the federal government cut all ties to Catholic Charities because they fund illegal migration.

What they missed are the thousands of other groups, who receive the benefits of government loans, grants and contracts – two and three steps removed – who do the same thing – hidden through the complex network.

The federal government must cut all funding to all NGOs, tied to any organizations like the Chinese Progressive Association, the New Venture Fund, the Sixteen Thirty Fund, Tides Foundation, Tides Advocacy.

These organizations hide money by constantly moving it around – thus the only way to identify an NGO who should not be funded is by its ties to a nefarious network.

FBI agents training video – fair use FBI

While incoming FBI Director Kash Patel sat in front of a Senate subcommittee for his hours-long confirmation hearing yesterday, the housecleaning at the FBI was well underway.  According to a CNN report, “At least six FBI leaders” have been removed or told to resign by Monday.  This adds to the purge that took place this week at the Department of Justice, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

At least a dozen employees at the DOJ were fired on Monday, mainly those involved in the political prosecutions levied against President Trump during “the Pause” between his administrations.  At the NLRB, President Trump fired both General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo and Gwynne Wilcox, the Democrat board member appointed by Joe Biden.  Commissioners Charlotte Burrows and Jocelyn Samuels at the EEOC were fired as well, the first firing by a President since the board’s creation under the 1964 Civil Rights Act.  A missing seat already leaves just two members, falling short of a quorum and rendering the commission ineffective.

FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin revealed last night that the purge went beyond the six Executive Assistant Directors; it also included 25 Special Agents in Charge.  According to Seraphin, there are three individual leadership positions at the top of the FBI:  the Director, the Deputy Director, and the Associate Deputy Director.  Below that, there are seven “branch heads” known as Executive Assistant Directors, while the Special Agents in Charge (SACs) lead each of 56 field offices across the country.

One of those SACs, according to Seraphin, was Special Agent in Charge Spencer Evans, who led the field office in Las Vegas, Nevada, and who recently spearheaded the investigation into the alleged suicide of a Green Beret who blew up a Tesla Cybertruck outside of the Trump Hotel on New Year’s Day.

He was also the SAC that denied Seraphin his religious exemption from the COVID vaccine, which in part led to his indefinite suspension.  Seraphin also mentioned the widespread terminations of a group of former agents known as “The Suspendables,” which include former agents Steve Friend and Garrett O’Boyle.

O’Boyle was suspended in September 2022 after he blew the whistle on the FBI using threat tags to target pro-life individuals after Roe v. Wade was overturned.  Friend blew the whistle over the exaggeration of statistics regarding the threat of domestic terrorism, as well as the overzealous tactics used against Jan 6 protesters by the bureau.

NBC News published a story regarding “The Suspendables” yesterday claiming that “some former officials [are] concerned about the potential injection of partisan politics at the top of an agency that has traditionally had only one political appointee:  the director himself.”

Seraphin told NBC that incoming director Kash Patel keeps up to date with “The Suspendables.”  “There’s a potential that Kash Patel could be the most loved FBI director by the actual people of the FBI;  he could be the real thing that Jim Comey pretended to be,” Seraphin told NBC.

During the podcast, Seraphin alluded to Patel already being in charge of the FBI, but acknowledged Brian Driscoll as the acting Director.  Driscoll was the Special Agent in Charge in the New Jersey Field Office and a former HRT commander during the FBI raids at Mar-a-Lago in 2022.

Joe Biden’s illegals flip the bird to reporters in the Windy City.

Illinois Democrats are trying to allow illegal aliens across the state and in the sanctuary city of Chicago to change their names to evade ICE’s deportation efforts against criminal illegals in the state. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, both Democrats, are reportedly blocking ICE agents from entering prisons and jails to deport hundreds of illegal aliens in the sanctuary city of Chicago. Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam reported that there are about 300 illegal aliens in jail with ICE detainer requests, but leftist Chicago officials will not let ICE take them to be deported.

In the same segment of Bannon’s War Room, Bergquam revealed that Pritzker is poised to sign a new legislative measure, which will remove restrictions for illegals wishing to change their names.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that the new law, HB 5164, passed both houses of Illinois Congress earlier this month and will be applicable to criminal offenders as well.

It is unclear when Pritzker will sign the bill, which was sent to his desk last week, into law.

Proponents of HB5164 claim the new law will make certain individuals, including victims of domestic violence or sexual abuse and, bizarrely, transgenders, feel safer. However, also openly admitted by supporters is how this could help illegal aliens amid ongoing enforcement and deportation efforts by ICE. Illinois legislators have also prevented Chicago Police from working with the Federal government to remove illegals involved in drug crimes, gang-related crimes, prostitution, human trafficking, or child sex crimes.

Illinois also passed HB3882 in 2023, allowing illegals to obtain a “standard identification card,” replacing the former classification of “non-compliant identification card,” the Gateway Pundit reported.

“There are residents in our state who do not feel safe when they are an adoptee; they’re transgender; they’re an immigrant; they’re a survivor of domestic violence, survivor of sexual exploitation and human trafficking,” the bill’s sponsor, Democrat State Senator Ram Villivalam reportedly said in an interview. “So they would like to change their name, and in doing so, we need to remove as many barriers as we can to ensure their health and safety.”

Republican state lawmakers, however, expressed concerns about the potential of criminal illegal aliens using this law as a “loophole.”

“Is this creating a loophole for people who are here, who are criminals and part of things involved in the trafficking, involved in all of these nefarious activities that we’ve been reading about?” GOP State Senator Sue Rezin questioned.

State Senator Andrew Chesney also said, “With the passage of this law, illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes can simply change their names, making it difficult for law enforcement or immigration officials to track them down.”

Ram Villivalam said the quiet part out loud, claiming, “Now, more than ever – given the rise in hate and discrimination across the board – people you know feel targeted. So the legislative work that we can do to reassure them on their safety and health is part of our job.”

“As people continue to feel the hate, feel the discrimination, get targeted, we need to continue to take these steps to make sure they feel healthy and safe,” said Villivalam.

Of course, he was referring to illegal aliens.

The bill “provides that filing fees for a petition for change name may not exceed $25” and allows the court to waive the filing fee fee “for good cause shown.” It further reduces requirements for the length of residency, allows the petitioner to impound the record of their name change, avoiding public disclosure, and allows petitioners to omit their home address from court records “if it would put the petitioner or petitioner’s family at risk.”

The bill also repeals a provision requiring the publication of “a notice of a petition to change a name” in a local newspaper.

The bill’s synopsis is as follows:

Amends the Clerks of the Court Act. Provides that filing fees for a petition for change name may not exceed $25, and the court may waive this fee for good cause shown. Amends the Name Change Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Deletes the requirement that a petitioner must reside in the State for 6 months before the petitioner may file a petition under the Article. Allows a petitioner to request that the court file be impounded if public disclosure may be a hardship and have a negative impact on the petitioner’s health or safety. Allows the petitioner to attach to the statement any supporting documents including relevant court orders. Allows the petitioner to request that his or her address be omitted from court documents if it would put the petitioner or petitioner’s family at risk. Repeals the requirements to publish a notice of a petition to change a name.

The law will take effect in March.

Bergquam joined Steve Bannon in the War Room Monday to discuss these developments in Chicago.

“These guys are traitors. That’s what they are. They need to be arrested as traitors to this country,” he said of the lawless Democrat officials, Governor JB Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has vowed to end all funding for National Institutes of Health research using the bodies of aborted babies.

President Donald Trump’s nominee for Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary made the promise during his confirmation hearing on Thursday.

Kennedy was asked about the funding by Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley.

Hawley began, “Under the first Trump presidency, HHS stopped new NIH research that involved human fetal tissue from elective abortions. Now you were asked about this sort of tangentially yesterday by Sen. Cantwell, and I want to get your quote right. You said to her…,‘Stem cell research today can be done on umbilical cords, and you don’t need any fetal tissue,’ which is correct.”

“My question to you is, will you reinstate President Trump’s policy that ensures that no federal research and no federal tax dollars is conducted on fetal tissue taken from elective abortions?” the senator continued.

Kennedy responded, “Yes.”

Though he leans pro-choice, Kennedy also vowed to support President Trump’s pro-life policies and positions.

The FBI is stalling again. The world’s top intelligence agency is still refusing to turn over the Seth Rich records to Attorney Ty Clevenger.

Attorney Ty Clevenger is the bulldog attorney who has been working for years to get to the bottom of the Seth Rich murder. His requests continue to be denied by the FBI. Kash Patel cannot be sworn in as FBI Director soon enough!

Clevenger previously investigated who supplied the DNC and Podesta emails to Wikileaks during the 2016 election cycle. This was always the key to the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense.  No proof was ever offered up by the fake news legacy media, Democrats, or the intelligence community involving this scandal. If Russia did not supply the DNC emails to WikiLeaks then this was more proof that the DOJ’s Russia collusion story was a complete lie used to fool the American public.

Seth Rich was a DNC operative who was mysteriously murdered in the summer of 2016 weeks before Wikileaks released their Clinton email investigation. The murder is still unsolved.

After years of denying they had anything related to Seth Rich, the FBI and DOJ were caught lying over and over again.  In September 2023, a judge finally demanded the FBI and DOJ provide all they had regarding Seth Rich to Attorney Clevenger. The FBI responded requesting another 66 years before releasing the information. They wanted it moved out like the JFK assassination reports.

Then in late November 2023, a Federal Judge ruled the FBI must hand over evidence regarding former DNC employee Seth Rich’s murder to Ty Clevenger.

No media outlet has covered the Seth Rich story as extensively as The Gateway Pundit.

But since the November 2023 court order the FBI has completely dug in in the coverup of the Seth Rich murder. Chris Wray’s FBI continues to defy the court and will not release the laptop computer.

On Thursday, Attorney Ty Clevenger released a string of tweets on the latest in the Seth Rich investigation.

Could it be that the Seth Rich computer confirms that he leaked the Hillary Clinton emails to Wikileaks as its founder Julian Assange implied?

The American people deserve to know the truth about this horrific murder and political scandal.

The US Senate MUST confirm Kash Patel as the next FBI Directer. And Kash must expose the facts of this scandal once and for all.

Could it be that the FBI blamed Russia for leaking the emails when they knew that was not the truth? There was no computer hack. The emails were leaked.

And could this explain Seth Rich’s mysterious death?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. came out swinging at Vermont senator Bernie Sanders for his deep-pocketed ties to Big Pharma during the second day of confirmation hearings for the new head of Health and Human Services (HHS).

RFK Jr. wasted no time in pointing out the blatant corruption in Washington, and he wasn’t about to let Sanders off the hook.

“By the way, Bernie, the problem of corruption is not just in the federal agencies—it’s in Congress too,” Kennedy said.

“Almost all the members of this panel, including yourself, are accepting millions of dollars from the pharmaceutical industry and protecting their interests,” Kennedy challenged the socialist senator, drawing applause from the audience.

Sanders, visibly flustered, tried to wriggle out of the accusation.

“Oh no, no, no… No, no, no,” he blurted out, attempting to cut off Kennedy. “I ran for president like you. I got millions and millions of contributions. They did not come from the executives. Not one nickel of PAC money from the pharmaceutical industry. They came from workers.”

Kennedy wasn’t buying the excuse. “In 2020, you were the single largest recipient of pharmaceutical dollars,” he shot back

The Vermont senator, caught red-handed, tried to downplay the revelation. “Workers from all over this country—workers with a skill—gave to my campaign,” he insisted. “Not a nickel from corporate money.”

But Kennedy refused to let him off the hook. “Bernie, you were the single largest acceptor of pharmaceutical dollars. $1.5 million.”

Sanders, now scrambling, weakly replied, “Yeah, out of $200 million.”

Sanders was also the second-largest recipient of pharmaceutical or health product donations in 2016, receiving over $439,000.

The socialist senator has made a career out of duping his supporters into believing he’s a principled fighter for the people, while behind the scenes, he plays the same old Washington game—raking in cash and protecting the establishment.

RFK Jr. just ripped the mask off, and Bernie’s socialist charade is crumbling faster than his credibility.
