A Baltimore man has been convicted of brutally attacking two elderly pro-life activists outside of a Maryland Planned Parenthood clinic.

On May 26, 2023, the attacker Patrick Brice, 28, jumped then-80-year-old Dick Schaefer knocking him unconscious.

When Mark Crosby, who was 73 at the time, intervened, Brice violently attacked him, too.

When then 73-year-old Mark Crosby tried to intervene, Brice turned his violence on him — shoving him to the ground and repeatedly punching him in the face. Police released video footage showing Brice preparing to kick Crosby in the face before leaving him injured on the pavement. Shockingly, several Planned Parenthood escorts stood nearby and did nothing to stop the attack.

Crosby was rushed to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where doctors treated him for a shattered cheekbone, a broken orbital bone, temporary blindness in one eye, and severe head trauma. He remained hospitalized for three days and later required multiple surgeries. Schaefer sustained minor injuries but was left shaken by the brutality of the assault.

Brice was not arrested for over a year despite the entire attack being captured on video. He was finally caught last July after a tip about his identity was sent to Metro Crime Stoppers.

He was charged with multiple counts of assault, including first-degree assault and a charge for attacking an elderly person, according to the Live Action report.

On February 8, Brice was convicted of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He is facing a maximum sentence of 10 years on each charge.

“This case sends a resounding message: Violence against peaceful pro-life advocates will not be tolerated,” the American Center for Law and Justice said in a statement. “The right to peacefully assemble and advocate for the unborn is fundamental and must be protected – lives depend upon it.”

“After nearly two years of fighting for justice, this is a tremendous victory. The ACLJ will continue to stand vigilant in defense of life and constitutional freedoms.”

Brice is scheduled to be sentenced on March 20.

Schaefer and Crosby have continued to advocate for the unborn outside of Planned Parenthood.

Tulsi Gabbard has been confirmed as Director of National Intelligence by a 52-48 vote in a massive blow to the Deep state bureaucrats.

There was only one GOP defection while no Democrats supported her. It will not surprise TGP readers to learn that the lone no GOP vote came from Mitch McConnell (RINO-KY).

Gabbard was the perhaps the Trump nominee with the biggest question mark due to her long-held opposition to foreign wars and advocacy against intelligence agencies spying on the American people.

At various points, RINO Senators such as Susan Collins of Maine, John Curtis of Utah, and Todd Young of Indiana all expressed concerns about her views and ability to serve America.

Most of the rumors surrounded Collins. She previously told The Hill that she hd many concerns about Gabbard’s stance on Section 702 of the FISA which gives government permission to spy on ‘foreign’ targets without a warrant and was rumored to derail her nomination om The Senate Intel Committee.

There was even talk about the Senate Intel Committee hiding their votes from the American people so no one would know they voted.

This would have proved convenient if they decided to kill Gabbard’s nomination.

But as TGP’s Jordan Conradson reported, Gabbard made it through the Committee.

The full Senate on Monday night then voted 52-46 to invoke cloture and advance Gabbard’s confirmation as DNI to a final Senate vote.

And today, every Republican but McConnell fell in line. Yet another reason for him to retire for good.

Disney is the latest major company to pivot away from wokeness.

Though the entertainment conglomerate will not get rid of the initiatives entirely, the shift shows that not even the House of Mouse is immune from the collapse of the diversity, equity, and inclusion movement that we have seen in recent months.

Sonia Coleman, the chief human resources officer for Disney, wrote in a Tuesday memo to employees that various practices at the company would be reoriented to focus on talent rather than outward identity, according to a copy of the memo obtained by Deadline.

Disney plans to replace its “Diversity & Inclusion” performance factor to determine compensation for senior leaders with a new “Talent Strategy” category, as noted by Axios.

But there will be some elements of the old “Diversity & Inclusion” factor in the new “Talent Strategy” factor.

The factor deals with “how leaders uphold our company values, incorporate different perspectives to drive business success, cultivate an environment where all employees can thrive, and sustain a robust pipeline to ensure long-term organizational strength,” Coleman wrote.

Disney will also scrap the “Reimagine Tomorrow” website, which highlighted tales from minority communities.

It was replaced with a new “Inclusion” roadmap on the company website.

“While this will continue to evolve, what won’t change is our commitment to fostering a company culture where everyone belongs and everyone can excel, enabling us to deliver the globally appealing entertainment that drives our business,” Coleman wrote.

Axios also confirmed that Disney will remove some content warning labels on older productions.

In dated movies like “Peter Pan,” the viewers could expect to see a warning that said the film will handle “negative depictions and/or mistreatment of peoples or cultures.”

But now, there is a shorter advisory about the content that will appear in the details section.

“This program is presented as originally created and may contain stereotypes or negative depictions,” the update said.

These are some rather mitigated but significant shifts.

As with several other companies, the diversity programs at Disney are not going away completely, but they will be reduced and folded into existing operations.

Disney has been warring with government officials and even the culture at large over these issues for years now.

At every turn, they have shoved wokeness in our faces, from the trigger warnings at the beginning of movies to the content of the newer productions.

But the winds have shifted, and although wokeness may not yet be completely over, the point is that those days could be coming.

President Donald Trump wants $500 billion in rare earth minerals from Ukraine in exchange for continuing military aid.

Trump caused a leftist and corporate media meltdown by adding that Ukraine “may be Russian someday.”

“I want to have our money secured because we’re spending hundreds of billions of dollars,” Trump told Fox News host Bret Baier. “They may make a deal, they may not make a deal. They may be Russian someday, or they may not be Russian someday.”

As of February 12, the United States has given Ukraine $65.9 billion in military assistance.

Trump has said that Ukraine has “essentially agreed” to the deal.

“We are going to have all this money in there, and I say: ‘I want it back.’ And I told them that I want the equivalent, like $500 billion worth of rare earth,” Trump said in the interview. “And they have essentially agreed to do that, so at least we don’t feel stupid.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Reuters that he is open to a resource deal.

“If we are talking about a deal, then let’s do a deal, we are only for it,” Zelensky told Reuters. “We need to stop Putin and protect what we have — a very rich Dnipro region [in] central Ukraine.”

Andrii Yermak, chief of staff to Zelenskyy, told the Associated Press, “We are interested to work, to develop, with our partners, first of all, with the United States.”

Rare earth elements are a set of 17 elements that are essential to many kinds of consumer technology, including cellphones, hard drives and electric and hybrid vehicles.

It’s unclear if Trump is seeking specific elements in Ukraine, which also has other minerals to offer.

“It can be lithium. It can be titanium, uranium, many others,” Yermak said. “It’s a lot.”

China, Trump’s chief geopolitical adversary, is the world’s largest producer of rare earth elements. Both the U.S and Europe have sought to reduce their dependence on Beijing.

For Ukraine, such a deal would ensure that its biggest and most consequential ally doesn’t freeze military support. That would be devastating for the country, which has been at war for nearly three years after Russia’s full-scale invasion on Feb. 24, 2022.

Eight inspectors general fired by Trump are now suing to get their jobs back and the case was assigned to an Obama judge.

President Trump last month fired over a dozen inspectors general in a late night purge shortly after he was sworn into office.

Real Clear Politics reporter Susan Crabtree explained that many of these IGs, who are in a position to identify and clean up waste and abuse, have long histories of whitewashing reports and playing politics.

President Trump kept current Department of Homeland Security Inspector General Joseph V. Cuffari Jr., who is conducting multiple investigations into the Secret Service failures that led to two assassination attempts on President Trump’s life.

Trump also kept IG Michael Horowitz, who has a record of whitewashing reports and excusing criminal acts by far-left officials.

On Wednesday, 8 inspector generals sued to get their jobs back and argued Trump violated a questionable law passed by Congress in 2022.

The law requires a US president notify Congress 30 days before firing an inspector general and to explain in detail the reason for the termination.

The lawsuit was assigned to Judge Randolph Moss, an Obama appointee.

The Chinese spy balloon that Joe Biden allowed to pass across the continental US in 2023 was loaded with US technology.

This latest discovery highlights the failure of US technology to be used by the Chinese for military use.

In January 2023, the Biden administration knew about the Chinese spy balloon traversing across the continental United States, from Alaska to the Carolinas, but sought to conceal this from the American public.

A newspaper photographer first spotted the spy balloon over Montana.

The Chinese spy balloon first entered US airspace over Alaska in late January and then crossed into the continental US over Montana.

Joe Biden and Mark Milley knew the surveillance balloon was over the US, yet Biden chose to stand down, say nothing, and allow the Chinese to collect information on US military bases.

The balloon soared over nuclear silos and military installations across the US with Joe Biden’s full approval.

The balloon was shot down over the Atlantic just off the coast of the Carolinas days later after it completed its path over US military bases.

According to the Pentagon, the spy balloon carried explosives to self-detonate, was 200 feet tall, and weighed thousands of pounds.

The Biden Administration knew about the spy balloon but sought to conceal it from the American public.

The Biden regime did not even notify the Gang of Eight Congressional leaders about the security breach by the Communist Chinese.

Retired General Mark Milley knew about the Chinese balloon but followed the lead of the Biden regime and kept it from the public.

On a Friday evening last January, Gen. Glen VanHerck, the Air Force commander in charge of defending American airspace from intrusion, called President Joe Biden’s top military adviser, Gen. Mark Milley.

U.S. intelligence officials had just notified the general that for roughly 10 days they had been tracking a mysterious — and enormous — object flying over the Asia-Pacific, VanHerck told Milley. The object had crossed into U.S. airspace over Alaska and VanHerck said he planned to dispatch military jets to fly alongside it and attempt to assess what it was.

The previously unreported Jan. 27 phone call between Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and VanHerck, the head of the North American Aerospace Defense Command, set off an eight-day scramble inside the Biden administration to respond to a Chinese spy balloon the size of three school buses floating over the U.S.

Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren (D-MA) got completely owned in the Senate on Tuesday by fellow Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) after she tried to smear both President Trump and Elon Musk during a nasty tirade while calling Musk “Co-president.”

Al.com reported that during a Senate and Finance Bank Committee hearing, Warren predictably threw a fit over Trump and Musk’s bold efforts to drain the swamp, reshape the federal government, and save taxpayers billions of dollars.

She also laughably referred to Musk as the “Co-President” while whimpering about him dismantling her ‘precious’ Consumer Financial Protections Bureau (CFPB).

“We are at an unprecedented moment. Our financial systems are facing huge risks from the economic chaos of President Trump and his Co-President, Elon Musk,” Warren whined.

“Now, Co-President Musk and his (Office of Management and Budget) director have frozen all work at the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau,” she added.

Upon hearing this, Britt fired back at Warren. She noted that Trump was fulfilling the promises he made to the American people and mentioned America’s massive national debt.

“Conversations about a co-president referencing Elon Musk, referencing the work that DOGE is doing, I think it’s important to remember that President Trump ran on this. I mean, he said, ‘we’re going to look for wasteful spending across our government,’” Britt replied.

“We’re $36 trillion in debt. y’all. That’s not only fiscally irresponsible, it is actually morally irresponsible. And the difference in this administration and the last administration is that President Trump is actually the final arbiter,” the senator went on to say.

Britt then leveled Warren completely with this savage reminder about how the Biden regime operated. She noted that every time a critical decision was made, the White House occupant was asleep in his bed.

“And it’s interesting that none of you had anything to say over the last four years when it is clear that our commander-in-chief was not in command, Britt said. “And if we’re going to use the term ‘co-president,’ then let’s go back and say ‘Co-President Jake Sullivan,’ ‘Co-President Ron Klain,’ ‘Co-President Jill Biden.”

“I mean, it seems that some of the biggest decisions were made during the president’s afternoon nap time,” she continued. “I just think we need to be a little bit more honest about what has been laid out and what’s actually occurring.”

The Worcester City Council has voted to make the central Massachusetts city a “sanctuary” for “transgender and gender diverse” individuals.

A two-hour public comment portion was chaotic and wild before Tuesday’s vote. A video of the speakers has gone viral on social media.

According to the resolution, which passed with a 9-2 vote, the city “reiterates its commitment to transgender rights and equal protections for transgender community members, and declares itself a sanctuary city and a place of safety for transgender and gender diverse people.”

“As a result of anti-transgender legislation throughout our nation, many individuals and families are relocating to states such as Massachusetts that are more accepting and offer inclusive services,” the resolution states.

The Boston Globe reports, “The resolution also declares that the city should expend no municipal resources toward detaining people for ‘solely seeking or providing’ gender-affirming care, and that the city won’t cooperate with the federal government on ‘policies aimed to harm transgender and gender diverse people,’ and ensure that those communities can access healthcare, education, housing, and work without ‘fear or discrimination.’”

When asked if the resolution would result in the city losing federal funding under the Trump administration, City Solicitor Alexandra Kalkounis indicated it is possible.

Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty said he is willing to take the risk, according to a report from Mass Live.

“We’re passing a resolution,” Petty said. “It’s just saying, hey, we got your back.”

“That’s all it’s saying,” Petty added. “And that’s what people are looking for. So they can go home and sleep safe at night here in the city of Worcester.”

The council members who voted against the resolution, Morris A. Bergman and Donna M. Colorio, are now being attacked by the LGBTQ community and other leftist activists for their position. They have both maintained that they voted against it to protect the city from losing federal funding.

Activist judges across the nation have launched an all-out war against President Donald Trump’s constitutional authority, continuously blocking and interfering with his administration’s efforts to enhance national security and eliminate bureaucratic waste.

These unelected leftist judges—many appointed by Obama, Biden and other radical Democrats—have weaponized the judiciary, twisting the Constitution to fit their anti-Trump agenda.

Recently, over five federal judges issued temporary injunctions against President Trump’s executive orders, including measures to freeze government spending, dismiss ineffective civil servants, and restrict birthright citizenship.

These activist judges are imposing their personal political biases over the clear mandate given to the President by the electorate.

According to a detailed breakdown of the U.S. government’s structure under the Constitution, the executive branch, led by the President, is designed to enforce laws and manage the operations of federal agencies, including those within the Executive Office of the President, like the Office of Management and Budget, and the 15 executive departments, like the Department of Treasury and the Department of Education.

Vance responded to the ongoing travesties on Sunday with a perfect analogy. Drawing on both his military experience and legal background, he noted what would happen if a judge tried to sabotage a general or an attorney general from performing their legal duties.

“If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal,” Vance wrote. “If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal.”

President of Brownstone Institute, Jeffrey Tucker, shared an organizational chart outlining the functions of each branch of government.

“Here is the federal government org chart. Observe what the president controls vs. what the judiciary controls. These are executive agencies the actions of which only the president is held responsible,” he wrote.

He added, “I fear that POTUS needs to print this out and show it to the media so that they understand what’s going on. The president is held responsible for what these agencies do so therefore he needs control of them. Otherwise this chart and this system makes zero sense.”

The interference from the judiciary, particularly from these radical judges, undermines the clear separation of powers intended by the framers of the Constitution.

The President, elected by the people, should be allowed to fulfill his constitutional duties without the judiciary stepping beyond its bounds. It’s time for the American public to demand accountability from these activist judges who threaten the very fabric of our republic governance.
