President Donald Trump has once again been declared in “excellent health” following his annual physical examination conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, according to an official memorandum released by White House Physician Captain Sean P. Barabbella, D.O., MC, USN.

The comprehensive examination included diagnostic testing, lab work, and consultations with specialty medical experts in accordance with U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) guidelines.

In a memorandum addressed to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Capt. Sean P. Barabarella, the Physician to the President, confirmed that President Trump, at 78 years and 10 months old, remains in “excellent health” and is “fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.”

The examination, which took place on April 11, included a thorough assessment of his cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical and mental condition. Dr. Barabarella noted President Trump’s continued ability to maintain a demanding schedule filled with public engagements, media appearances, and travel—hallmarks of his energetic leadership style.

Among the standout results:

Blood pressure: a healthy 128/74 mmHg
Resting heart rate: 62 bpm
Bloodwork: Total cholesterol at 140 mg/dL, fasting glucose at 89.7 mg/dL, and all markers within normal or optimal ranges
Cognitive and mental health: Screenings revealed no signs of depression, cognitive decline, or anxiety

Once again, the media and Twitter pundits are misrepresenting President Trump.

They claim he wants a military parade in his honor, but the truth is, the event is meant to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army—it just happens to fall on his birthday.

Critics keep pointing out that Trump never served in the military. Ironically, neither did Biden, Obama, or Clinton, yet Democrats never questioned their right to serve as commander-in-chief.

Trump’s veteran status is irrelevant; he is the president, and as commander-in-chief, it is both logical and appropriate for him to preside over a major military anniversary parade.

Liberals have compared the proposed parade to military displays in Russia or North Korea—completely missing the point that allies like Britain, France, and others also hold large military parades or include the armed forces in major national celebrations.

They’re also complaining about the parade’s proposed budget, calling it wasteful—despite consistently opposing efforts to cut actual government waste. It’s telling that they only seem to care about spending when it involves honoring the military.

Where veterans should truly be outraged is in how the media, in their effort to attack Trump, are downplaying the significance of the Army’s 250th anniversary—as if this isn’t a major milestone, or as if the Army hasn’t done enough for this country to deserve recognition. That’s the real insult.

The idea for a parade first emerged in 2017 after President Trump attended France’s Bastille Day celebration and expressed admiration for their display of military strength.

In 2018, the Pentagon explored the possibility of organizing a similar U.S. parade to honor veterans and the armed forces—not Trump personally. The plan was ultimately scrapped during his first term.

Now, discussions have resurfaced about a possible parade in Washington, D.C., on June 14, 2025—which happens to be President Trump’s birthday.

Critics have dismissed it as a “Trump birthday parade,” but the date also marks the anniversary of the Continental Congress’s creation of the U.S. Army in 1775—an act that laid the foundation for American independence and led to the appointment of George Washington as commander-in-chief. It’s also Flag Day, a patriotic holiday that many Americans have overlooked in recent decades.

Another common criticism from media outlets and Democratic politicians is that President Trump should not be allowed to hold a military parade, especially after initiating major shakeups at the Department of Defense and laying off thousands of civilian employees as part of his broader effort to reduce government waste.

But this criticism ignores key facts—most notably, that Trump is the only living U.S. president to have inaugurated an entirely new branch of the armed forces. The creation of the U.S. Space Force in 2019 marked a historic milestone in American military development, representing the most significant structural addition to national defense since the Air Force was established in 1947.

Far from undermining the military, Trump has expanded its capabilities and future readiness in an era of growing technological and space-based threats.

In his second term, Trump has doubled down on his commitment to strengthening the military. He signed executive orders eliminating all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within the Department of Defense, arguing that such programs dilute merit-based standards and erode unity among service members.

This move was welcomed by many within the ranks who felt DEI initiatives were ideologically driven and detrimental to discipline and cohesion.

Additionally, Trump reinstated service members who were discharged for refusing COVID-19 vaccinations during the previous administration.

These troops have had their records cleared and are receiving back pay—a move widely seen as correcting a political wrong and restoring trust between the government and its uniformed personnel.

The Trump administration has also proposed a $1 trillion defense budget, one of the largest in U.S. history, aimed at increasing military readiness, expanding training programs, and upgrading outdated equipment.

Alongside this, Trump signed a sweeping executive order to reform the foreign military sales process, with the goal of reducing delays and bureaucracy, improving transparency, and better supporting key allies—especially in light of rising global instability.

Critics who say Trump doesn’t respect the military overlook these substantial achievements.

A parade on June 14, 2025—Flag Day and the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army—would be a celebration not of Trump personally, but of the institution he has worked to strengthen.

His record speaks not to vanity, but to a consistent, strategic effort to modernize and refocus America’s military strength.

An arsonist allegedly set fire to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence while Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were asleep inside.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m., prompting a swift response from the Pennsylvania State Police, who safely evacuated the family from the residence. ​

According to the Democrat governor:

“Last night at about 2AM, my family and I woke up to bangs on the door from the Pennsylvania State Police after an arsonist set fire to the Governor’s Residence in Harrisburg.

The Harrisburg Bureau of Fire was on the scene and while they worked to put out the fire, we were evacuated from the Residence safely by Pennsylvania State Police and assisted by Capitol Police. Thank God no one was injured and the fire was extinguished.

Every day, we stand with the law enforcement and first responders who run towards danger to protect our communities. Last night, they did so for our family – and Lori and I are eternally grateful to them for keeping us safe.

State police confirmed that the fire was deliberately set, marking a rare and alarming breach of security at the official home of the state’s highest executive.

The Pennsylvania State Police are leading a multi-agency investigation into the incident and have offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

According to the press release:

On April 13, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., members of the Harrisburg Bureau of Fire responded to the Governor’s Residence, located on North Front Street, Harrisburg City, Dauphin County, for the report of a fire. While the investigation is ongoing, the State Police is prepared to say at this time that this was an act of arson.

While the fire was successfully extinguished, it caused a significant amount of damage to a portion of the residence.

The Governor and his family were present in a different part of the residence. They were evacuated safely and were not injured.

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop H is currently on scene and spearheading a multi-agency investigation.

There is a reward of up to $10,000 offered through PSP Tips for the arrest and conviction for the individual(s) responsible. Anyone with information should call 1-800-4PA TIPS (1-800-472-8477).

The embattled singer was accused of weight shaming and coercing dancers to eat bananas from sex workers’ vaginas in a bombshell lawsuit.

Three former employees of Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. have filed a lawsuit against the company, its owner Melissa Jefferson (professionally known as “Lizzo”), and former tour manager Shirlene Quigley.

Crystal Williams, Arianna Davis, and Noelle Rodriguez allege that they were subjected to a hostile work environment that included sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation during their employment with the company.

The plaintiffs’ dance cast captain, defendant Ms. Quigley, is accused of frequently discussing her sexual fantasies and masturbation habits in lurid detail with the cast. The lawsuit goes further to claim that she would publicly practice her oral sex skills on bananas during breaks.

According to the lawsuit, Lizzo has consistently pressured her employees to partake in sexually explicit activities. This includes an incident at Bananenbar in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where Lizzo is accused of coercing her employees to engage with nude performers.

Lizzo also encouraged her employees to catch sex toys ejected from the performers’ vaginas and bananas protruding from the performers’ vaginas. The complaint mentions that Ms. Davis repeatedly expressed her discomfort, but her objections were allegedly ignored.

ICE Boston, alongside DEA and ATF agents, arrested Gilberto Avila-Jara, a 64-year-old illegal Ecuadorian national, on April 1 in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Avila-Jara faces over twenty heinous charges of sex crimes against a minor, including indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, forcible rape of a child, and aggravated statutory rape.

This monster has been preying on America’s children, and yet, thanks to Democrat sanctuary city policies, he was allowed to slip through the cracks for far too long.

According to ICE, Avila-Jara first sneaked into the U.S. near San Ysidro, California, in 1996, only to be deported after an immigration judge ordered his removal.

But like so many emboldened by the left’s refusal to secure our borders, he slithered back into the country undetected, free to wreak havoc. By 2020, Lawrence District Court had charged him with this laundry list of depraved crimes, yet—unbelievably—they refused ICE’s detainer and released him on bail in March 2021.

Why? Because Democrat-run sanctuary cities like Boston prioritize protecting illegal criminals over safeguarding our kids!

“On April 22, 2021, the Essex County Superior Court arraigned Avila for six counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, eight counts of rape of a child with force and eight counts of aggravated statutory rape of a child,” ICE said.

“There are no appropriate words to describe the amount of damage Gilberto Avila-Jara has allegedly done to our Massachusetts community,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde.

“Children are the most precious and most vulnerable members of our communities, and we will do everything in our power to protect them from illegal sex offenders. ICE Boston remains committed to prioritizing public safety by arresting and removing alien sexual predators from New England.”

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem didn’t mince words, torching Boston’s far-left Mayor Michelle Wu, stating, “ICE Boston has arrested an illegal Ecuadoran national charged with more than 20 sex crimes against a MINOR.”

She continued, “Does Boston’s Mayor Michelle Wu think these pedophiles are above the law? Imagine what our ICE officers could do without Sanctuary City policies that protect illegal alien criminals including child predators, murders, and rapists.”

On Thursday, April 10, Steve Bannon outlined the evils of the Chinese Communist Party, just one day after President Trump drove an historic stock market rally by imposing a 125% tariff on Chinese goods while issuing a 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs for all other countries.

In an informative, off-the-cuff monologue on his War Room podcast, Bannon said,

“The situation with China – this is not about reciprocity; this isn’t even about tariffs – that’s all part of it.

“This is about the world’s two great powers: one power that was totally created by the elites in the United States; that’s China.

“Our financial elites, our political elites, and our business elites, all worked in conjunction with the Chinese Communist Party, to take it from a backwards agricultural power, to a manufacturing superpower – on your tax dollars, and your pension funds, that shipped those jobs over there.”

“President Trump has now said, ‘We’ve got a problem. We have to re-industrialize. We have to become an industrial power to retain our greatness. We have to have manufacturing jobs that families can build real lives around; not just these service jobs that have no stability or true competitive advantage over time.’

“And in his efforts to re-industrialize this country, eventually you have to get to the hard nut of the problem: it’s the Chinese Communist Party,” Bannon said.

Evidently, Bannon has long championed the rights of Chinese people, mobilizing his resources to try and free the Chinese people from the literal shackles of the CCP.

“The Chinese people are fantastic. I’m very honored to be one of the co-founders of the New Federal State of China, that looks to work with [the Chinese people] to free themselves.

“I work with many others as, proudly, one of the leaders of the anti-CCP organizations throughout the world, because [the CCP] are a murderous dictatorship, every bit as bad as the Bolsheviks under Stalin, and the Nazis under Hitler. They’re just a brutal dictatorship,” Bannon said.

Bannon concluded that the CCP’s tentacles extend too deep for the United States to solve this existential dilemma through trade talks, corroborating his own assessment with the reporting of War Room co-host, Natalie Winters, and a statement issued by former FBI Director Christopher Wray.

“I think when people talk about, ‘We want a meeting with them’ – there’s no one meeting that’s going to solve the problem. First off, as Natalie [Winters] has shown you over years of her investigative reporting, [the CCP] are so embedded into our cultural life; into the universities – there’s 350,000 Chinese students right here paying full freight. Biden allowed tens of thousands of military-aged Chinese men into the country.

“[Former FBI director] Chris Wray said the number one problem we have is the CCP; they are embedded into all of our infrastructure – the electrical grid, the communications systems, the highway systems, the transportation and logistics systems – they are embedded, either through software, or other means,” Bannon said.

In the wake of this extremely alarming assessment, Americans have finally begun to galvanize around winning sovereignty from the CCP – thanks to increasing public knowledge about the CCP’s crimes against humanity.

“We’ve been asleep for a long time. But folks in this country have said, ‘I don’t like what’s happening. I see too many businessmen rubbing up on the Chinese,’” Bannon said.

“This is global, it’s multi-dimensional – and one side is going to win, and one side is going to lose. We’ve got tremendous leverage and tremendous power in this. We have to smartly use that power, and bring this to a head,” Bannon said.

Finally, Bannon expressed his bottom line: President Trump’s increased tariffs on the CCP are not only justified, but they should represent the first stage in the United States completely “decoupling” economically from the CCP.

“I’ve argued for years: decoupling. We can’t be a part of an economic system they’re part of, because their system is based upon slave labor. They’re always going to drive and crush wages – always, because [the Chinese people] are slaves, unfortunately, to a murderous dictatorship,” Bannon said.

The “tolerant” left strikes again.

On Thursday, conservative nonprofit Turning Point USA posted a video to social media platform X from the organization’s “Prove Me Wrong” event with rap artist Topher at Indiana’s Purdue University.

“Prove Me Wrong” events visit college campuses and pose provocative questions designed to generate thoughtful conversations — often about subjects that will upset leftists.

Sometimes, the topic has been more general, such as “Prove Me Wrong: College is a Scam.”

Other times, they broach what the University of Florida’s Independent Florida Alligator termed “hot-button issues like immigration, white privilege and LGBTQ+ rights.”

In Thursday’s clip, as Topher talked to one of many leftist protesters trying to shut down the event, the woman — or man, or something — threw water in his face.

The unnamed assailant — complete with the appropriate attire for a leftist foot solider, a surgical mask and cat ears — could be seen tossing water right at Topher’s face,.

Topher was mid-sentence, saying, “You have your opinions, just because –” when he was cut off.

One woman, presumably another protester remarked, “Don’t do that. You should not have done that,” to Topher’s attacker.

The clip was just 12 seconds long, but Topher deserves all the praise in the world for his reaction.

He was clearly surprised and disgusted by this behavior, but practiced a level of restraint that most of us would not.

Of course, the racial aspect of the act cannot be overlooked.

If a white conservative had thrown water in the face of a black liberal who was only trying to engage in conversation, it would spark a three-hour special on CNN and riots from Black Lives Matter.

But leftist radicals enjoy a privileged status as ideologues whose ends justify the means — those ends, of course, being an end to the First Amendment.

The left of bygone decades was one of tolerance — or so they claimed.

What we’re seeing now is the afterbirth of that movement. Without a filter to flush out bad ideas, we’re seeing violence and suppression in their repertoire of tactics.

College campuses must step up.

At the University of California, Davis last week, the TPUSA “Prove Me Wrong” team had their entire event trashed and and their supplies and equipment snatched and dragged away by antifa thugs.

At that event, police stood idly by as the masked, black-clad cowards rushed the table. Instead of confronting them and protecting the TPUSA team, the uniformed officers meekly strolled after them from a distance.

If colleges won’t protect students exercising their First Amendment rights, President Donald Trump needs to exercise his executive authority.

Why would the taxpayers fund institutions that have devolved into indoctrination centers that look less like schools and more like microcosms of authoritarian regimes?

Trump needs to stop this now.

Conservative military veterans are sounding the alarm over a new Department of Defense reinstatement form that they say whitewashes the truth about their forced separations during the COVID-19 vaccine mandate era.

Veterans who once wore the uniform with honor are now being told that if they want back in, they must lie on paper and pretend they left the military of their own free will.

The Department of Defense has released updated guidance officially inviting back thousands of service members who were involuntarily separated for refusing to comply with the now-defunct COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

The move comes under Executive Order 14184, signed by President Donald Trump on January 27, 2025, and implemented by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

The order compels the Pentagon to offer reinstatement to any military personnel—active or reserve—who were forced out solely for refusing the COVID shot.

The new policy outlines a comprehensive process for both involuntary and voluntary separations.

For those involuntarily discharged, the Military Departments are tasked with identifying and contacting eligible former service members, offering them reinstatement through the Boards for Correction of Military/Naval Records (BCM/NRs).

The process includes medical pre-screening, expedited record reviews, and potential financial benefits like back pay, restored rank, and credit for lost service time, subject to offsets such as wages earned post-separation.

Reinstatement requires a four-year service commitment, with a two-year option for those nearing retirement eligibility.

Service members who voluntarily left or allowed their service to lapse to avoid vaccination can also apply to return.

They must submit a sworn statement attesting to their decision and meet retention standards.

While re-accession restores rank and pay, it does not include back pay or other retroactive benefits unless pursued separately through standard BCM/NR processes.

The rollout follows a groundswell of complaints from veterans like USMC veteran Daniel Pendergast, who publicly criticized the Pentagon’s new “reinstatement form” for requiring a signed statement declaring their separation was “voluntary and made freely without coercion.”

Pendergast, echoing many of his peers, called the document “a textbook case of duress.”

“I’ve just received this form from recruiting and I cannot sign my name to it,” Pendergast wrote.

He continued, “I did NOT leave freely without any coercion. The DoD was making it abundantly clear that they were not going to honor sincerely held religious accommodations and I, barring policy change, would be dishonorably or other than honorable removed from the military. That is a textbook case of duress.”

Buried in the paperwork is a landmine, it reads:

Former USAF intelligence officer Jordan Karr, who sued the Pentagon over the vaccine mandates, echoed Pendergast’s outrage.

“I cannot in good faith encourage anyone to sign their name to this form. I’m on your side, but this feels like a new administration applying the same ‘gun to your head’ tactics from the last one,” she wrote. “If you want to return, all you have to do is admit there was no coercion? That’s malicious compliance.”

She added, I’m actually stunned at the audacity. My BCMR shows WITH PROOF that not only was there coercion, but that policy/laws were broken! WHO is responsible for advising that this be put in USA airforce?!

Karr pulled no punches in questioning the top brass, calling out both the Secretary of Defense and the Pentagon’s personnel office:

Military attorney R. Davis Younts, who has represented numerous clients discharged under the Biden-era mandates, called the policy deceptive and manipulative in a statement to Just the News.

R. Davis Younts, a lawyer who represents multiple former and current service members negatively impacted by the COVID vaccine mandate, told Just the News on Thursday that the “path for those involuntarily discharged is reasonable,” unlike the guidance for those who left without being involuntarily discharged.

The guidance sent by the Air National Guard says that former members “have to sign a waiver saying they left voluntarily, were not coerced to leave,” will get their rank back, but won’t receive back pay, and will thus “not claim through the Board of Corrections or a court that they suffered any harm for getting forced out,” Younts said.

He added that while he has had “very productive meetings and conversations” with senior Pentagon officials “about a reasonable path to reinstatement,” the ideas discussed “are not yet part of the guidance being put out” in the short time the new administration has been in office.

Younts believes that “there are some senior leaders at the Pentagon that don’t understand the full scope of the problem or its impact,” and ”that there’s a lot of bureaucratic resistance to any sort of action to provide a meaningful path to reinstatement for the majority of people who left over the COVID vaccine mandate.”

While there were 8,000-plus military members who were involuntarily discharged over the COVID vaccine mandate, there is “a huge number that were not allowed to reenlist, forced to retire early, passed over for promotions, and not allowed to complete training programs solely because of the COVID vaccine mandate,” Younts said.

“I’m optimistic that senior leadership and officials that I talked to at the Pentagon understand and are sympathetic to these concerns and want to address them, but I’m seeing a level of malicious compliance in an attempt to stop, slow roll, or make an effort to make reinstatement meaningless for most people impacted by COVID,” he added.

Meanwhile, the DoD’s response team issued a limp statement, claiming they’re “reviewing” the matter.

He’s actually running on banning speech in his country in the final weeks of the election. The 2025 Canadian federal election is scheduled for April 28.

Mark Carney is taking over where Marxist Justin Trudeau left off.
