Another prediction made by CNBC’s Jim Cramer on Trump’s tariffs has gone up in smoke.

Over the weekend Jim Cramer, who is virtually wrong about everything, predicted a “Black Monday” style crash on Wall Street – much like the Wall Street crash of 1987 dubbed “Black Monday.”

“If the president doesn’t try to reach out and reward these countries and companies that play by the rules, then the 1987 scenario — the one where we went down three days and then down 22% on Monday, has the most cogency. We will not have to wait out too long will, will we. We’ll know it by Monday,” Cramer said, boasting about his experience dealing with uncertainty, “I was in crash for the cash. I know what this feels like.”

Cramer’s “Black Monday” never happened.

“The S&P 500 sank 0.2%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 349 points, or 0.9%, and the Nasdaq composite rose 0.1%,” AP reported.

Last week Cramer went on an insane tirade and absurdly claimed people are worried about inflation for the first time since Jimmy Carter because of President Trump’s tariffs.

Where was Cramer the last four years? Bidenflation was (and still is) absolutely brutalizing Americans.

Recall that Jim Cramer urged investors to buy Silicon Valley Bank stock $SIVB in early 2023, saying it was “cheap” and had “room to run” – a month later, SVB was shut down by regulators in the biggest bank failure since the 2008 liquidity crisis.

California regulators shut down the bank, and the FDIC took over right after Jim Cramer urged investors to purchase SVB stock.

One month ago, Jim Cramer urged investors to buy Silicon Valley Bank stock $SIVB, saying it was “still cheap” and has “room to run.”

This isn’t the first time Cramer led investors off a cliff.

Jim Cramer enthusiastically encouraged investors to keep their money in Bear Stearns shortly before two of its highly leveraged hedge funds collapsed and it needed to be bailed out during the 2008 liquidity crisis.

“Bear Stearns is fine! Do not take your money out!” Cramer shouted on his “Mad Money” show on March 11, 2008. “Bear Stearns is not in trouble!”

Less than a week later Bear was bailed out for $2 per share.

After the very consequential rallies in support of Marine Le Pen after her four-year conviction and 5-year ban for running for elected office, her party, the Right-Wing Rassemblement Nationale (National Rally), while weakened by the establishment’s political dirty tricks, is also emboldened and on the offensive.

‘We are winning’, Marine Le Pen told supporters yesterday (6) in Paris, saying she was the victim of a ‘witch hunt’.

Two of National Rally’s top players, President Jordan Bardella and party Vice President Sébastien Chenu, went out of their way in interviews to make it clear that they are planning on ousting Macron-backed Prime Minister François Bayrou.

This would come a mere four months after the NR and the French left took down Bayrou’s predecessor, Michel Barnier.

Jordan Bardella told RTL (translated from the French) that he believes that ‘millions of French people were outraged that a court decision’.

“’The meaning of this call for mobilization’, he continues, ‘was a fierce desire to defend democracy, to defend the rule of law and also to defend an independent, honest justice system in the face of those who wish to politicize or render, I would say, a partisan component to judicial decisions’.

‘The legal fight is part of the political fight, everything will be done to prevent us from coming to power’, he said, denouncing ‘a court decision contested by our opponents as well as by legal specialists’.

‘We dispute the reproaches of the European Parliament, there was no fictitious employment or personal enrichment’, said the RN president. ‘We dispute the facts and we will prove our judgment on appeal. We will accept the court decisions whatever they are, but that does not mean acknowledging that we are guilty’.”

Former Prime Minister, Macron-backed Gabriel Attal tried to bash Le Pen.

Huffington Post reported (translated from the French):

“’You steal, you pay’, said the [Attal] Macronist leader. […] Jordan Bardella did not appreciate the exit of Gabriel Attal. […] ‘Obviously, Mr. Attal is ready to do anything to exist, including to say anything’.”

RN’s vice-president Sébastien Chenu rebutted the ‘very limited’ remarks by the ousted former PM, who would have ‘no lessons to give’. ‘You ruin, you get out’, he said on BFMTV, mocking Attal’s formula.

Marine Le Pen is appealing her conviction, so she must be presumed innocent pending her appeal trial, he insisted.

Another huge win!

In an unsigned order, the US Supreme Court on Monday vacated Judge Boasberg’s orders barring the Trump Administration’s removals of Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

Last month, Judge Boasberg granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) to stop the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals under the Alien Enemies Act.

Far-left America-hating leftist groups, such as the ACLU and Democracy Forward, rushed to a DC court in a desperate bid to shield dangerous illegal aliens from deportation.

The high court said Boasberg did not have jurisdiction.

The Supreme Court however, said the Administration must give reasonable notice for gang members to challenge their deportations in court.

Five Supreme court Justices, Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Thomas and Alito were in favor of vacating Boasberg’s orders.

The three liberal justices Kagan, Jackson and Sotomayor dissented – ‘conservative’ justice Amy Coney Barret dissented in part.

“Importantly, as the Court stresses, the Court’s disagreement with the dissenters is not over whether the detainees receive judicial review of their transfers—all nine Members of the Court agree that judicial review is available. The only question is where that judicial review should occur. That venue question turns on whether these transfer claims belong in habeas corpus proceedings or instead may be brought under the Administrative Procedure Act. I agree with the Court’s analysis that the claims must be brought in habeas,” Justice Kavanaugh wrote in a concurring opinion.

Florida authorities have obliterated a monstrous international child pornography network, seizing over one million videos and images depicting the sexual abuse of children—including helpless infants.

Eight degenerates, including seven Florida residents and a Turkish kingpin, now face the wrath of the law for their roles in this stomach-churning operation.

The bust, spearheaded by Florida’s Statewide Prosecution and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), uncovered a sophisticated dark web operation with ties to Turkey, where the alleged ringleader, Emre Bozuyuk, laundered money through hacked financial accounts.

But the most damning revelation? Many of the buyers found this filth through TikTok.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, a father of three, didn’t mince words at Monday’s press conference, calling the perpetrators “truly evil” and vowing to lock them away where they’ll “never see the sun again.”

Busting an international child pornography ring. We will be bringing charges against eight individuals this morning, seven of whom are Florida residents. As a dad of three little ones, it’s tough to talk about some of this stuff, but what these guys were doing was truly heinous. There’s not a word in the English dictionary that can describe the gross content that was on the videos.

Our investigators have been able to get their hands on over a million videos showing sexual abuse of minors. Many of these individuals were babies that are being sold around the world. The 2023 National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reports over 36 million instances of suspected child sexual exploitation and over 100 million files related to child sex abuse material. That’s only what’s getting reported.

This continues to be a problem in our country, in our state. Protecting our kids is not an easy task to begin with. Today, with access to the Internet and social media, it allows these sick predators to more easily get access to our kids. As I’ve said, in my first five or six weeks on the job here, that’s going to be a major priority for my office.

The individuals that are being busted today, that purchased this harmful content—many of them found it through TikTok. It was available online. They found access to a portal where they could purchase this dangerous material.

TikTok has shown they can very quickly get stuff off their website. If there’s unlicensed music or something going around, they’ve proven—with the flip of a switch—they can get it off.

And it’s taken too long for them to get some of this pornographic material and avenues to purchase harder, more gross content. We’ve got to get them to be more accountable. We will be working on that.

We are going to hold social media companies accountable that want to put our families and our kids in jeopardy. Today, these eight defendants are being charged with multiple felony counts, including RICO, money laundering, and purchase of child pornography.

Again, I can’t tell you in words how gross this content is, but it shows the dangers—the evil—that’s out there. It is truly evil. You’ve got my word that in this state, we are going to do everything we can to hold these people accountable. If you are a child predator, if you are one of these sick people, then I hope you never see the sun again, and I hope you certainly never have access to kids again.

The eight defendants face charges including RICO, money laundering, and purchasing child pornography. Among them:

Krunal Kumar Nareshbhai Modi of New Jersey is charged with one count each of racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations (RICO), conspiracy to commit RICO, and money laundering;
Frankie Piniero, Jr. of Groveland, Florida is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony;
Brett Ryan Moore of Orange City is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony;
Israel Cole Thompson of Lakeland is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony;
Brett Allen Snodderly of Clearwater is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony;
Jacob Ross Conly of Fern Park is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony;
Kody Vance Jordan Muti of Palm Bay is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony; and
Michael Andrew Warren of Kissimmee is charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit RICO, purchase of child pornography, use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.

According to the attorney general’s office, “law enforcement issued additional arrest warrants for Bozuyuk and Xiomara Del Real Maqueda in Oregon. Bozuyuk is charged with RICO, conspiracy to commit RICO, money laundering, 13 counts of promotion of sexual performance by a child 10 images or more, 11 counts of selling child pornography, 13 counts of out-of-state transmission of child pornography by electronic device, 13 counts of distribution of obscene material, and nine counts of use of two-way communication device. Maqueda is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.”

The Gateway Pundit has covered how Desiree has stood almost 3 long years fighting relentlessly for her J6er, Barry Ramey, through harassment from the FBI to him and her. The FBI monitored her social media and came to her house while she was out of town to visit Barry in prison. Other instances are where the prisons that were torturing Barry, and the halfway house that was holding him hostage.

Ten years ago, she was diagnosed with Takayasu’s Arteritis (an inflammation of the arteries), which went into remission back then. Unfortunately, it can be triggered back into activity by severe stress. It’s easy to imagine what may have occurred when we’ve heard the egregious lengths the DOJ went to torment the J6ers. Especially if you think about the stress that continually pierced the hearts of their family, advocates and ones who stood for them the most. What toll has this taken on them? At what point does even the strongest of us collapse?

Last Friday, Desiree, was ushered to the Emergency Room as her ophthalmologist observed her optic nerve was swollen, and her blood pressure was dangerously high at hypertensive crisis and needed to rule out brain aneurism or tumor.

It was just a few days before Desiree was discussing her dire need to “take a break” and how overwhelmed she had been since the half-way house was holding Barry hostage in November last year. Despite the pardon, the heaviness of the entire journey had already taken more than its toll and she kept going, because that’s what she’s had to do for almost three years of Barry’s incarceration.

She confided, “I couldn’t look back, otherwise I would break down, I just had to let God shine the light and tell me where to go or what to do next. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed and need a reprieve.”

Barry and Desiree lost their access to health insurance when Barry was arrested in 2022 for January 6th and she has not been able to afford it since then. The hospital has released her with a large bill, temporary hold over treatment and instructions to see many doctors and have many tests to determine the correct treatment before 30 days expires.

The next few weeks are critical. These scans, treatments, and doctors require out-of-pocket ahead of time which is adding up to thousands. Her Rheumatologist says they have about a 30-day window to solve the issue or she may lose her vision. Acting fast is not a choice. It is a requirement.

They have gone so deep into debt with fighting Barry’s case in the swamp of DC courts, making sure he could be fed when it was an option, and they just started the long journey of rebuilding their life with that debt hanging over their head as they incur a medical one that could change the course of how their life is experienced depending on the outcome.

“We will keep fighting.”, says Barry. “She never gave up on me and I will never give up on her.”

These two have been through the dark soul of the night many times in the last 3 years and have not taken a breath. They are, by force, embarking on another one and haven’t been able to recover from the last one. Let’s pray for them and help them in this medical and financial crisis.

Brussels police arrested a top security supervisor for Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s detail last week.

According to the Washington Examiner, a Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) shift supervisor was arrested at Hotel Amigo in Brussels last week after getting into a fight over the hotel bar hours.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio also stayed at Hotel Amigo last week.

The DSS reportedly got into a physical altercation with several police officers and was taken into custody. The DSS was released from custody later after the US Embassy intervened.

The Washington Examiner reported:

A Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) shift supervisor assigned to Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s protective detail was arrested by Belgian police at a Brussels hotel last Monday after arguing with hotel staff and fighting with responding police officers. Rubio stayed in that same hotel, Hotel Amigo, later that week while he attended NATO’s foreign ministers summit.

The DSS veteran, whose name the Washington Examiner is withholding, was a senior agent on the DSS advance party to Belgium. That protective advance party was responsible for securing the hotel and conducting final security preparations at the various sites in Brussels for Rubio’s visit.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, two sources with direct knowledge of the situation told the Washington Examiner that the agent in question was behaving erratically and became irate when hotel staff refused to re-open the bar beyond its normal opening hours. When staff, including the night manager, attempted to persuade the agent to return to his room, the agent became physically aggressive. Police were then called. The agent then engaged in an altercation with numerous police officers, leading to his arrest. The agent was released from police custody later that day after intervention by the U.S. Embassy.

Four sources told the Washington Examiner that the Secretary’s protective detail is under very severe strain and has been stretched to near breaking point by senior leadership. One source provided explicit examples as to how resources stretches have led to vulnerabilities in the Secretary’s protection. One State Department employee observed that “shift supervisors [on the Secretary of State’s detail] have an incomprehensible workload. They are responsible for all the agents under them, scheduling, evaluations and a preposterous amount of admin work as well performing the actual shift work. They work 6 to 7 days a week. I truly believe this [incident] was the result of incomprehensible strain [the agent] was placed under and, at the very least, [Diplomatic Security Service] owes [the agent] a very fair evaluation of these circumstances in their totality – looking deep into [DSS’] own role [in what happened].”

During a visit Monday by Israel’s President Benjamin Netanyahu, President Donald Trump told reporters that the U.S. and Iran would begin direct negotiations. 

“We’re having direct talks with Iran, and they’ve started. It’ll go on Saturday. We have a very big meeting, and we’ll see what can happen,” Trump said.

The announcement comes as a surprise, as Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khameini, publicly rejected the prospect of a new Iran deal with the Trump administration, and the Islamic Republic’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi called direct talks “meaningless” as recently as Sunday.

Trump began the diplomatic process two months ago, when he sent a letter to the Iranian government requesting negotiations over the country’s nuclear program. Since then, the president has added more sanctions against the Iranian economy and instituted a policy of “maximum pressure” on the country. He has also warned Iran that if it does not reach a deal with the U.S., there “will be bombing the likes of which they have never seen before.”

“I think everyone agrees that doing a deal would be preferable to doing the obvious. And the obvious is not something that I want to be involved with,” said Trump on Monday. “It’s getting to be very dangerous territory, and hopefully those talks will be successful. And I think it would be in Iran’s best interest if they are successful.”
