DC Appeals Court Decides to Take Over Executive Branch Hiring/Firing – Reinstates Removed Members of National Labor Relations Board and Merit Systems Protection Board

Gwynne Wilcox: screen image YouTube

On January 27, 2025, just six days into his second term as US President, Donald Trump fired far-left National Labor Relations Board member Gwynne Wilcox. Trump fired Cathy Harris, a member of the Merit Systems Protection Board, on February 10, 2025. Harris is a far-left member of the board that oversees government hirings and firings. She needed to go.

Trump fired Biden-appointed Gwynne Wilcox who was the Democrat chair of the National Labor Relations Board.

Gwynne Wilcox later challenged Trump’s decision to fire her. In a statement to Reuters, Wilcox said she will pursue “all legal avenues” to challenge Trump’s firing.

On Monday a DC Appeals Court blocked President Donald Trump from removing radical Democratic members from two federal labor boards.

In a 7-4 vote, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit vacated a March 28 ruling by a three-judge panel of the same court, according to Reuters.

The latest rulings again reinstates Cathy Harris from the Merit Systems Protection Board and Gwynne Wilcox from the National Labor Relations Board.

WATCH LIVE: World Series Champion LA Dodgers to Visit President Trump in the White House at 11 AM ET

The World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers are set to visit President Trump in the White House Monday morning.

The Dodgers notched their fourth win against the New York Yankees in five games to take the pennant last November.

Previously the Dodgers planned to snub President Trump after their 2020 world championship win.

Per New York Times, “In Mr. Trump’s first term, the customary visit was boycotted by some Black and Latino players. And before the Dodgers won the World Series in 2020, their manager, Dave Roberts, had suggested he would skip any visits to the Trump White House. But Joseph R. Biden Jr. defeated Mr. Trump that fall and hosted the team the following year.”

The organization sparked controversy more recently for prioritizing a radical left satanist group and transvestites over Catholics in 2023. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the anti-Catholic ‘Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence’ trans nuns were invited to participate and be honored with an award during a pride night event at Dodger Stadium.

JUST IN: European Union Makes a Major Trade Offer to America After President Trump Reveals His One Condition for Making a Deal With the Bloc on Tariffs (VIDEO)

The globalist European Union has made a bold move in response to President Trump’s efforts to reshape the global trade order, though the commander-in-chief may not be entirely satisfied.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump has escalated his trade policy by announcing that he will not negotiate with the EU to lift recently imposed tariffs and make a deal with the bloc unless they pay “a large amount of money annually, both for the present and the past.”

BREAKING:

Trump says he won’t enter into talks with Europe on lifting tariffs ”unless they pay us a lot of money on a yearly basis, number one for present but also for past”

— Visegrád 24 (@visegrad24) April 7, 2025

Trump went on to note that the EU has taken advantage of America for years and that it is time to finally level the playing field.

A short time ago, European Union Commission President Ursula von der Leyen responded to Trump’s comments in a surprising fashion. Instead of whining over Trump’s tariffs and vowing vengeance like the Canadians and Chinese have, she revealed that the EU has made a major trade offer, which the bloc believes will help address some of Trump’s concerns.

“We (the EU) stand ready to negotiate with the United States,” Von der Leyen announced. “Indeed, we have offered zero-for-zero tariffs for industrial goods as we have successfully done with many other trading partners because Europe is always ready for a good deal.”

Von der Leyen did warn that the EU would respond fiercely if Trump’s tariffs remained in place.

“But we are also prepared to respond through countermeasures and defend our interests,” she stated.

While a zero-for-zero trade-off on industrial goods is a big deal, it’s not likely to satisfy Trump. Moreover, von der Leyen did not mention accepting American agricultural products, which the snobby EU views as poisonous and inferior to theirs.

Thus, the tariffs will likely continue for weeks, if not months.

Islamist Found Guilty of Hate Crime in Bomb Scare Plot Targeting Christian Churches Across the U.S.

Credit: U.S. Department of Justice

A federal jury has found 45-year-old Zimnako Salah of Phoenix, Arizona, guilty on multiple counts after he targeted Christian churches across three states with hoax bomb threats, motivated purely by anti-Christian hatred.

Following an 11-day trial, the jury returned its verdict Thursday, concluding Salah planted a backpack at a Christian church in Roseville, California, in an attempt to simulate a bomb threat.

The device, strapped to a church toilet, was intended to terrorize innocent congregants and obstruct their right to worship.

The jury found that Salah specifically targeted the church because of the Christian faith of its members—legally designating this act as a hate crime.

From September to November 2023, Salah visited four churches across Arizona, California, and Colorado. At two of those houses of worship, he successfully planted suspicious backpacks that caused widespread panic among congregants.

At the other two locations, security thankfully intervened before he could finish his sinister plans.

More disturbingly, this wasn’t just a hoax — it was preparation for something far worse. According to testimony at trial, Salah was also assembling the real thing: a bomb capable of fitting inside one of those backpacks.

An FBI bomb technician seized components for an improvised explosive device (IED) in Salah’s rented storage unit. It wasn’t just intimidation — it was groundwork for domestic terrorism.

Credit: U.S. Department of Justice

Adding to the alarming picture, Salah had consumed a steady diet of radical Islamist propaganda. His social media history included searches for “infidels dying” and videos depicting ISIS terrorists brutally murdering innocent people.

“This Department of Justice has no tolerance for anyone who targets religious Americans for their faith,” Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in a statement. “The perpetrator of this abhorrent hate crime against Christians will face severe punishment.”

“Planting a hoax bomb at the Roseville church was not an isolated incident or a prank for this defendant,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Michele Beckwith for the Eastern District of California.

“His actions were designed to threaten and intimidate the congregation because he disagreed with their religious beliefs. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of federal and local law enforcement and the attorneys from my office and our DOJ partners in Washington D.C., our communities are safer with yesterday’s verdict. People of all religions should be able to worship freely and exercise their First Amendment rights in this country without fear of violence,” Beckwith concluded.

“The Sacramento Division of the FBI is proud of our collaboration with local partners in bringing Mr. Salah to justice. His deliberate targeting of multiple places of worship and calculated efforts to spread panic were intended to terrorize people of faith and disrupt the peace of our communities,” said Special Agent in Charge Sid Patel of the FBI Sacramento Field Office.

“The FBI remains committed to protecting the American people and will continue to work within the confines of the law to hold individuals accountable for acts of terrorism whether those acts are true threats or intended as hoaxes.”

Salah now faces up to six years behind bars and a $250,000 fine. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 18 by U.S. District Judge Dena Coggins.

Michelle Obama’s New Podcast is a Total Flop – Here’s Where It Ranks on the Streaming Charts

Michelle Obama and her brother Craig Robinson / TikTok

Michelle Obama’s new podcast with her brother, Craig Robinson, and is a total flop.

The new venture, the “IMO” podcast, was launched by Higher Ground, the Obamas’ media company.

The latest episode titled, “Pursue What You Love Before You Pursue Love” has only garnered 11,000 views in 11 hours.

The IMO podcast is not climbing the charts like Michelle Obama thought it would.

In one of the episodes, Michelle Obama complained that her biggest pet peeve about Barack Obama is that just before they would have to leave the house to go to an event, Obama would have to use the bathroom and make them late.

No wonder why the podcast is tanking.

The Daily Mail reported:

Michelle Obama’s new podcast with her brother Craig Robinson has failed to meet expectations after it launched with great fanfare in early March.

The new media venture, titled, IMO [In My Opinion] with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson, follows the sibling duo as they give advice, discuss current events, and interview a variety of special guests.

The podcast is underperforming on the charts, with recent statistics placing it as the 34th most listened to show on Spotify, according to the streamer’s charts.

Her embarrassing podcast ratings come as divorce rumors plague the Obamas – especially after the former president attended the late President Jimmy Carter’s funeral solo and then went to President Donald Trump’s inauguration alone.

As well as the podcast falling off the charts, other shows like The Ezra Klein Show with the New York Times and The Determined Society with Shawn French have been rising.

Meanwhile, the podcast is only ranked 19 on Apple Podcasts, with shows like The Mel Robbins Podcast, Good Hang with Amy Poehler, Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, and The Joe Rogan Experience outperforming the sibling duo.

Michelle Obama’s new podcast is just pretty much her whining about life at the White House and taking jabs at Barack Obama.

How USAID and NED Funded the Bloody Biden Color Revolution in Bangladesh with $1.73 Billion

pic.twitter.com/SsBqdgl0xE

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) February 5, 2025

Ever since the elected Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina was overthrown on 5 August 2024, radical Muslims close to Clinton-related  “interim” dictator Muhammad Yunus have been conducting violent pogroms against Hundus, Sikhs and Christians, as The Gateway Pundit reported. A new report details how the violent overthrow of the democratically elected government was funded by USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy.

The report “American Aid and Regime Change in Bangladesh: A Primer” by Jaibal Naduvath was published by the Indian Observer Research Foundation.

Sheikh Hasina ran afoul of the US Deep State “Blob” regime change apparatus over her refusal to take sides in the US-Russia conflict over Ukriane. “Hasina has accused Washington (read: USAID and NED) —of undermining her government through an extensive web of influence operations, allegedly in retaliation for her refusal to cede control of Saint Martin’s Island in the Bay of Bengal to the US which was planning to set up an airbase there to counter China,” the ORF report states.

This is Why They Hate Us: Biden Color Revolution in Bangladesh Becomes Bloody Riot – Brought to You by Nuland, Blinken and Donald Lu

Bangladesh was delaying signing two military agreements pushed by former Under-Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, which would bind Bangladesh to closer military-to-military cooperation with Washington, as Jeffrey Sachs wrote on Common Dreams.

Speaking to Newsmax in February, cyber security expert Mike Benz stated that NED and the International Republican Institute (IRI) in tandem with USAID “funded Bagladeshi rap groups and transgender dance festivals and the local universities to push radicalization messages and overthrow the democratically elected government.””

Between US fiscal years 2020 and 2024, Bangladesh received a total of US$2.29 billion in aid, of which US$1.73 billion came from USAID alone”, the ORF report states. Within days of the new “interim” government in Bangladesh assuming office, USAID signed a US$200-million development agreement with it for what it described as support “in advancing development, strengthening governance, expanding trade and creating greater opportunities for the Bangladeshi people to build a brighter and more prosperous future.”

The new “Chief Adviser” for the new government is Muhammad Yunus, a close associate of Bill and Hillary Clinton who is a donor to the Clinton Foundation. Yunus attended the Clinton Global Initiative in September 2024 and boasted that the seemingly spontaneous “revolution” that toppled Hasina had actually been “meticulously-designed,” The Grayzone reported.

“Yunus is not the only new Bangladeshi leader with clear ties to Washington. In 2021, his new foreign minister, Touhid Hossain, served as a “featured guest presenter” at a USAID workshop which trained Bangladeshi reporters on “countering misinformation.””

According to The Grayzone, the International Republican Institute IRI “spent millions in the lead-up to Hasina’s overthrow covertly coaching opposition parties and establishing an opposition network concentrated among the country’s urban youth.”

According to the report, rapper Towfique Ahmed was awarded “advocacy grants” for the production of two music videos,  Tui Parish (You Can!) and E Daay Kaar (Demand It!).

“Released on Facebook and YouTube, the former is a rallying cry for urban youth disillusioned with the government, including calls to street protests, while the latter shines a spotlight on social problems, such as poverty and denial of labour rights, all intended, according to the report, to “build up disappointment and…dissent to government”. (During the 2024 student protests against Hasina, Ahmed offered to provide legal assistance to protestors.) Further, as part of  efforts to engage the LGBTQI+ community in effecting political change, transgender dance troupes were also given grants to stage performances in urban centres, symbolising defiance. The report also mentions groups being brought together for a performance on national TV featuring what the report terms messages of “tolerance, civic right and reform procedures”.

As per the report, the IRI awarded “a total of 11 advocacy grants to artists, musicians, performers, and organisations, leading to 225 art pieces being created which highlighted political and social issues. It provides precise figures of the efforts to woo the LGBTI+, Bihari, and other ‘ethnic communities’ too: 77 activists were trained, 326 citizens were engaged with to formulate 43 policy recommendations, which were then presented to 65 government officials. The activists were given advocacy training, as well as support in cohesively organising themselves, which were framed as efforts to broaden citizen participation. The programme could arguably be said to have provided the marginalised groups with both ideological and practical tools to challenge the government’s authority.”

While NED was implementing USAID grants and telling the US State Dept its programming was designed to “destabilize Bangladesh’s politics” USAID sponsored “Countering Misinformation” workshops there and brought in the head of PolitiFact https://t.co/Mgshd2dEVD pic.twitter.com/9Y8HYSuCOp

— Mike Benz (@MikeBenzCyber) February 8, 2025

Another IRI project between February 2021 and September 2022, received US$900,000 from the NED, to “enhance marginalized voices, especially (of) youth and women, within political debate and decision making” and to “build the capacity of women political leaders, elected representatives, and political candidates to contest elections and assume leadership positions at the sub-national level.”

“Franchise building” by these agencies after Sheikh Hasinas 2018 election also involved the training of student political participants to “infuse resilience” into Bangladeshi student politics, holding of “capacity-building programmes” for a variety of civil society organisations as well as training tens of thousands of mainstream politicians to overcome what a USAID report described as the “absence of a healthy opposition (which) weakens the checks-and-balances needed for representative parliamentary democracy”.

In support of such interventions, the IRI cited various ‘public opinion’ surveys which “confirmed” that there had been democratic backsliding in the country and public disaffection towards Hasina’s government was high. The NED thus “meticulously laid the groundwork for regime change,” the ORF report states.

In July 2024, student protests led to the downfall of Sheikh Hasina’s government, with the Prime Minister’s residence Assembly and government buildings in Dhaka being stormed in a manner reminiscent of Jan. 6 or Jan. 8 in Brazil. Remarkably, no one ever charged the protestors who brought down the Bangladesh government with “insurrection” or “election denial”.

“The architecture of the resistance in Bangladesh which led to Hasina’s downfall and hasty departure to India—the well-organised protests, the imagery and storytelling that shaped compelling anti-government social media narratives, and the sudden rise of a network of social media influencers opposed to her—points to careful planning and was arguably far too sophisticated to have been purely organic”, the ORF report states.

Sheikh Hasina was also targeted by USAID-funded Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project OCCRP, which also funded the hit pieces against Rudy Giuliani which led to the first impeachment attempt against Donald Trump.

Liberal Texas Judge Awards $6.6 Million to Disgruntled Ex-Paxton Aides Who Reported Him to FBI Without Evidence

A liberal Travis County judge on Friday handed down a $6.6 million judgment against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office, rewarding four disgruntled ex-aides who ran to the FBI without a single piece of evidence — all in a blatant attempt to take down the most pro-Trump Attorney General in the country.

Judge Catherine Mauzy sided with the so-called “whistleblowers” — Blake Brickman, Mark Penley, David Maxwell, and Ryan Vassar — who claimed they were wrongfully terminated after accusing Paxton of misconduct.

The plaintiffs claimed they were wrongfully terminated in 2020. Rather than litigate the case, the OAG was essentially boxed out of defending itself thanks to legal maneuvering and judicial “estoppel,” which prevented them from contesting liability or damages after earlier legal steps.

Now, the taxpayers of Texas are footing the bill — to the tune of $6.6 million, including massive attorney’s fees, emotional damages, and even future “front pay” for years these whistleblowers won’t work.

Here’s a breakdown of what makes up the $6.6 million payout, as detailed in the court judgment:

1. James Blake Brickman

Back pay (lost wages): $65,770.82

Emotional damages: $250,000

Prejudgment interest: $102,906.69

Attorney’s fees: $842,269

Court costs: $2,420.66

Post-judgment interest: TBD

Subtotal: ≈ $1.26 million+

2. David Maxwell

Back pay (lost wages): $871,249.83

Emotional damages: $250,000

Prejudgment interest: $365,404.57

Front pay (future lost wages): $392,916.59

Attorney’s fees: $336,708

Subtotal: ≈ $2.22 million+

3. J. Mark Penley

Back pay: $484,324

Emotional damages: $250,000

Prejudgment interest: $239,309.15

Front pay: $223,197

Lost retirement benefits: $374,394

Attorney’s fees: $432,292

Subtotal: ≈ $2.00 million+

4. Ryan M. Vassar

Back pay: $135,465.33

COBRA insurance damages: $6,500

Emotional damages: $250,000

Prejudgment interest: $12,734.81

Lost retirement/front pay: $155,114

Attorney’s fees: $518,320

Subtotal: ≈ $1.08 million+

GRAND TOTAL (Approximate):

$6.6 million, not including post-judgment interest, which accrues at 7.5% annually on each award.

The lawsuit’s claims center on Paxton allegedly retaliating against the aides for reporting him to the FBI in 2020 involving real estate investor Nate Paul — but even Ryan Vassar, one of the plaintiffs, admitted under oath during the 2023 Senate impeachment trial that they had zero evidence when they made the report.

Let that sink in: they went to the FBI with nothing — and now they’re walking away millionaires, courtesy of an activist judge.

Attorney Mitch Little, who defended Paxton during the impeachment proceedings, obliterated Vassar’s credibility on the stand. Yet none of that mattered to the Travis County court.

Mitch Little:
You had a good faith belief in certain information, but you didn’t know that Ken Paxton had disclosed anything to anyone when you made this report to the FBI, did you?

Ryan Vassar:
No.

Mitch Little:
You were hoping the FBI would sort it out for you and not think that you were co-conspirators with him, correct?

Ryan Vassar:
No. The purpose of the complaint to the FBI was because we had formed a belief in good faith that the Attorney General was involved in criminal activity.

Mitch Little:
This is something that I keep hearing over and over again. “We formed a good…” Let me make sure I get it right: “Formed a good faith belief that the Attorney General of this state was engaged in illegal activity.” Did I say that right?

Ryan Vassar:
That’s accurate.

Mitch Little:
But you didn’t know. Well, you didn’t know, right?

Ryan Vassar:
That’s the point of the good faith belief — we had no evidence that we could point to, but we had reasonable conclusions that we could draw.

[…]

Mitch Little:
I want to get this straight. You went to the FBI on September 30th with your compatriots and reported the elected Attorney General of the state for a crime — without any evidence. Yes?

Ryan Vassar:
That’s right. We took no evidence.

Mitch Little:
Did you gain any after that? Did you gain any after that?

Ryan Vassar:
Well, we weren’t collecting evidence.

Mitch Little:
Did you gain any after that?

Ryan Vassar:
Evidence of what, sir?

Mitch Little:
Evidence of a crime committed by the elected Attorney General of this state — elected by over 4 million voters. That guy.

Ryan Vassar:
I don’t recall if we had collected any evidence.

WATCH:

Despite the Texas Senate overwhelmingly acquitting Paxton on all charges in a highly publicized impeachment trial last year, Judge Mauzy decided to pad the wallets of the whistleblowers-turned-pawns with taxpayer dollars.

The ruling rewards four insiders who not only betrayed the AG’s office but helped ignite a political witch hunt that nearly removed one of the most effective conservative leaders in the country.

And what did the judge cite in her ruling? A “preponderance of evidence.”

“Independent of judicial estoppel, the Court finds that Plaintiffs have proved liability, damages, and reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees by a preponderance of the evidence. Because the Office of the Attorney General violated the Texas Whistleblower Act by firing and otherwise retaliating against the Plaintiffs for in good faith reporting violations of law by Ken Paxton and OAG, the Court hereby renders judgment for Plaintiffs,” according to the court ruling.

In response to the ruling, Paxton issued a fiery statement:

“The sham impeachment orchestrated by the disgraced former Speaker of the Texas House Dade Phelan, in collusion with Joe Biden’s corrupt DOJ, has already cost taxpayers over five million dollars. The Texas Senate rejected their witch hunt after the allegations were proven to be false with no evidence to support them.

Now a liberal Austin judge wants the people of Texas to pay even more for the Phelan/ Biden corrupt impeachment scheme with a ridiculous judgment that is not based on the facts or the law.

We will appeal this bogus ruling as we continue to clean up Dade Phelan’s mess.”

Trump’s Tariff Order Is Clear, Strategic, and Necessary—Critics Just Aren’t Reading It

President Trump signing the executive order on tariffs. Image courtesy of Antonio Graceffo, AI-generated.

Critics of President Trump’s April 2, 2025, executive order on tariffs argue that the policy lacks clarity or direction. Yet the order is anything but vague. In fact, it offers one of the most detailed diagnoses of America’s structural trade imbalances in decades—backed by specific data, a national security framework, and a roadmap for restoring fairness in global trade.

The problem isn’t the order’s content—it’s that few critics have bothered to read it.

At the heart of the executive order is the assertion that large and persistent U.S. goods trade deficits—totaling $1.2 trillion in 2024 and up over 40% in just five years—represent an “unusual and extraordinary threat” to America’s economy and national security.

These deficits, it explains, are not merely the result of market forces but the product of “disparate tariff rates and non-tariff barriers” erected by America’s trading partners.

The order doesn’t just assert this—it proves it. According to the World Trade Organization, the U.S. has one of the world’s lowest simple average Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) tariff rates at 3.3%.

In comparison: Brazil charges 11.2%, China 7.5%, the European Union 5.0%, India 17%, and Vietnam 9.4%.

The imbalance becomes even more striking in specific sectors. The U.S. imposes just a 2.5% tariff on passenger vehicle imports with internal combustion engines, while the EU charges 10%, China 15%, and India a staggering 70%. On network switches and routers, the U.S. imposes no tariff at all, but India levies 10%.

For apples, the U.S. allows duty-free imports; meanwhile, India charges 50% and Turkey over 60%. These are not rhetorical flourishes—they are hard data used effectively to show just how unreciprocated U.S. market access has become.

More importantly, the order does not treat trade policy as a narrow economic matter—it places it squarely within the realm of national security.

“The cumulative effect of these imbalances has been the transfer of resources from domestic producers to foreign firms… leading to lost manufacturing jobs, diminished manufacturing capacity, and an atrophied industrial base, including in the defense-industrial sector,” the order states.

The numbers support this warning. U.S. manufacturing output as a share of global production has dropped from 28.4% in 2001 to just 17.4% in 2023. Since 1997, the United States has lost roughly 5 million manufacturing jobs—many in regions where the economic void has fueled social decay, including family breakdown and opioid abuse.

Manufacturing now represents only 11% of the U.S. economy, yet it accounts for 35% of productivity growth, 60% of exports, 55% of patents, and 70% of all R&D spending. Every manufacturing job spurs an estimated 7 to 12 additional jobs in related industries.

The order stresses that this isn’t just about jobs—it’s about America’s long-term ability to defend itself. Recent events, including supply disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic and attacks on global shipping routes by Houthi rebels, have highlighted the dangers of relying on foreign suppliers for critical goods.

What Trump’s critics often miss is that this is not a protectionist policy in the traditional sense. Rather, it is rooted in the long-standing principle of reciprocity—an idea dating back to the 1934 Reciprocal Trade Agreements Act. The order establishes a 10% across-the-board ad valorem tariff on most imports, effective April 5, 2025.

For 57 countries named in Annex I of the order, elevated country-specific tariffs will follow on April 9. These measures are designed to remain in place only “until such time as… the underlying conditions are resolved.” The policy is also adaptive: countries that show good faith by improving market access for U.S. goods could see their tariffs lowered, while those that retaliate could face further penalties.

The order goes beyond tariffs and directly addresses non-tariff barriers—many of which quietly restrict American exports. These include complex customs rules, arbitrary licensing, and discriminatory product standards. The order also highlights structural manipulation by foreign governments, including wage suppression and the strategic limitation of domestic consumption. These practices allow countries to overproduce and dump cheap goods into open markets like the United States.

The imbalance is further reflected in national consumption rates. While American consumption accounts for about 68% of GDP, it is just 39% in China, 31% in Singapore, 27% in Ireland, and 50% in Germany. In other words, the United States has become the consumer of last resort, propping up global demand while receiving little in return.

The post–World War II trade system was based on three assumptions: that American liberalization would lead others to follow; that this would raise consumption abroad; and that reciprocal trade would prevent persistent deficits.

As the executive order bluntly puts it: “Those assumptions were wrong.” Today, the system has become entrenched in asymmetry. Even in cases where the U.S. runs bilateral surpluses, hidden tariffs, subsidies, and currency manipulation distort the playing field. America’s once-strong industrial base has been hollowed out. “A nation’s ability to produce domestically,” the order warns, “is the bedrock of its national and economic security.”

This executive order doesn’t conceal its intentions. It clearly identifies the structural problems in global trade, supports its claims with hard numbers, and proposes a strategic solution. That critics claim the order is unclear says more about their political posturing than it does about the document itself.

Whether one supports tariffs or not, this executive order deserves recognition for what it is: a well-reasoned defense of American economic sovereignty, national security, and fairness in global trade. It also marks the most serious and comprehensive attempt by any president—past or present—to rebalance the United States’ trade relationships with both allies and competitors.

While Democrats have been quick to criticize, none have offered a better plan—and they still haven’t.

Michael G. Seidel — The Face of FBI Corruption

Democrat analyst Seth Rich

Let’s talk about the man who buries the truth for a living — not in some dark alley, but in broad daylight behind a badge, a clearance, and a stack of sealed affidavits.

Michael G. Seidel, Section Chief of RIDS (Records Management Division, FBI), is not a bureaucrat. He is the regime’s professional liar, the FBI’s high priest of concealment, and the living proof that corruption doesn’t hide — it gets promoted.

He doesn’t serve the law. He smothers it. One FOIA denial, one redacted page, one perjured affidavit at a time.

I. The Architect of Institutional Obfuscation

Michael G. Seidel is not an anomaly. He is the rot at the core of the DOJ and FBI — a man who turned federal authority into a shield for the corrupt and a weapon against the truth. Legalese is his camouflage. Misleading courts is his sport. Burying evidence is his career.
Seth Rich’s case? Seidel didn’t just mishandle it — he buried it under 20,000+ unreleased pages. This isn’t red tape. This is regime protection.

II. The Seth Rich Lie: Perjury in a Suit and Tie

In Ty Clevenger’s FOIA suit, the FBI — through Seidel — claimed they had “no records” on Seth Rich. No laptop. No emails. Nothing. Reality? They were sitting on a motherlode.

When exposed, Seidel didn’t admit to the lie. He pivoted. Suddenly, Rich’s laptop wasn’t a “record.” It was “just evidence” — somehow exempt from FOIA.

This wasn’t a legal interpretation. This was coordinated federal gaslighting.

III. The Redaction Game: How the Truth Dies in Black Ink

Even when forced to release documents, Seidel didn’t comply — he slow-walked, stonewalled, and blacked out critical information. Judges raised their eyebrows. Still, no sanctions. No accountability.

This is not incompetence. It’s policy. A deliberate playbook to protect the Bureau at the cost of justice.

IV. Weaponized Paperwork: FOIA as a Blunt Instrument

Every affidavit Seidel signs is a bureaucratic smoke grenade — engineered not to inform but to obscure. FOIA, under his watch, is no longer a transparency tool. It’s a regime-controlled narrative management system.

His filings aren’t honest attempts to comply with the law. They’re sabotage operations, paper bullets fired at the truth.

V. Cultural Rot: The FBI’s Mask Has Slipped

We’re told “there are good people” at the Bureau. But what if the culture itself is broken beyond repair?

The old FBI spied on Trump and smeared whistleblowers. The new FBI hides laptops and lies to judges.

Same agency. Same tactics. New targets.

VI. Untouchable: Shielded by the System He Protects

Why is Michael G. Seidel still employed? Why hasn’t he been prosecuted for misleading federal courts? Why is a known liar allowed to redact history with impunity?

We want answers — not tomorrow, not next year — but now. Director Patel. Bondi. Are you watching this?

VII. Conclusion: From FOIA to Stasi

Michael G. Seidel isn’t a bureaucrat — he’s a federal saboteur with a badge and a mission: to bury the truth and destroy accountability. He burns evidence, lies under oath, and calls it national security.

He doesn’t manage records. He erases them. He doesn’t protect the people. He continues to protect the rot and the Biden regime. His job isn’t to serve justice. It’s to protect corrupt power.

Michael G. Seidel is more than a bureaucratic signature — he’s proof of systemic abuse. A confirmation that the DOJ/FBI corruption isn’t random. It’s by design.
