In 2010, 14% of total revenue from these ten companies was from cancer drugs; in 2019, cancer drugs made up one quarter of revenue.

Even worse, there is little correlation between the amount of money charged for these drugs and treatments and health outcomes:

If we were getting vastly improved clinical outcomes for these expensive drugs, they might be worth the price. But in the US, the cost of cancer drugs is not correlated with clinical benefit, according to a study in The Lancet Oncology. And once the price of a drug goes above $100,000, it doesn’t matter how good the drug is — when people can’t afford it, they won’t take it.

The White House released a new video on Friday, warning illegal aliens of the consequences for being in the country illegally and also trolling them with no mercy for breaking our laws. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Trump Administration repurposed the CPB One app, which was previously used as the primary vehicle for smuggling illegals into our country by the Biden Regime, and announced it would become the CBP Home app to facilitate self-deportation last month. Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security revoked the illegal parole status of nearly a million aliens who entered the country after securing appointments through CBP One.

Upon launching the new program, President Trump in March released the following video message, warning illegals that they can “self-deport the easy way or they can get deported the hard way.”

Several messages have been released to notify illegals of the opportunity to leave or face American justice. In the clip from the White House below, a purported illegal alien is seen ignoring warnings and skipping through the TV channels in his camper trailer as ICE agents come to the door. The video then pans to the open CBP Home App on his phone to the tune of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Road.”

One glaring issue, however, is that the video unrealistically features a White male lying on a camouflage-patterned couch in his trailer as border patrol agents pound on his door. When you see the violent illegals and foreign terrorist gang members arrested by ICE, how many of them are White?

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Iowa has filed a lawsuit against Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, alleging that her office refused to provide documents related to the cancellation of a Satanic Temple of Iowa ritual that was planned to take place at the State Capitol.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Iowa Atheists and Freethinkers (IAF), accuses Gov. Reynolds’ office of violating the state’s open records law and seeks to force them to release the requested records.

In December 2024, the Satanic Temple of Iowa planned to hold a winter event in the rotunda of the Iowa State Capitol, which is traditionally used for religious displays during the holiday season, including a nativity scene. According to a report from the Des Moines Register at the time, “Members of the Satanic Temple of Iowa planned to sing Satanic carols, and hold a Krampus costume contest and a Satanic ritual.”

The state cancelled the event because part of the display would be harmful to minors.

“After careful consideration of administrative rule and DAS policy, I determined the totality of the event request to include elements that are harmful to minors and therefore denied the request,” Adam Steen, the director of the Iowa DAS, said in a statement provided to the Register.

Reynolds said in her own statement, “The Iowa State Capitol Complex is a place that is open to the public, where children and families routinely visit,” she said. “Because of this, the state’s event policy takes into consideration conduct that would be harmful to minors. This satanic event, which specifically targets children, is harmful to minors and so it was denied.”

The Satanic Temple responded to the cancellation with a Facebook post that claimed, “Our goal was to promote tolerance and acceptance of diverse religious beliefs, with a theme of finding a light in the darkness and welcoming the darkest nights of the year with joy and camaraderie.”

According to a press release from the ACLU, the IAF had filed a Freedom of Information Request under the Iowa Open Records Act to request “communications and documents in the possession of the Governor’s Office relating to the State of Iowa’s decision to cancel” the event and display.

“The Governor’s Office refused to produce the requested documents, citing ‘executive privilege,’ even though what was requested was clearly non-privileged: an executive agency report and documents relating to media preparation,” the press release continued. “Some relevant materials were turned over, but much was redacted. Also, the Governor’s Office provided hundreds of pages of news clippings that mentioned the controversy but which did not actually address the request.”

Thomas Story, ACLU of Iowa staff attorney, said, “This lawsuit challenges the Governor’s claim of an unprecedented ‘executive privilege’ to defy Iowa law. For more than half a century, the Iowa Open Records Act has ensured that the work of the state happens in the open. Now, the Governor’s Office has decided it alone gets to decide what the public sees. The Iowa Constitution does not give it this authority.

“The specific documents withheld from the public eye in this case are an executive agency report from the Department of Administrative Services and multiple ‘media prep’ documents. These are not the kind of sensitive matters of national security and foreign diplomacy that courts have protected from disclosure under executive privilege in the past. It may be embarrassing to the Governor’s Office to reveal its role in denying a religious group equal access to the state capitol building, but that does not give it the right to hide what it did and why it did it.”

The ACLU’s lawsuit was filed hours after Gov. Reynolds’ office sued the Des Moines Register over the newspaper’s public records requests.

The governor’s office had not publicly responded to the ACLU lawsuit at the time of publication.

Two judges—one in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and another in New Mexico—have been arrested for aiding dangerous illegal aliens, including a suspected member of the violent Venezuelan Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, in a fiery statement, made it clear that the Trump administration will not tolerate such flagrant disregard for the rule of law, no matter who the offender may be.

“No one is above the law,” Bondi declared in a blistering video statement released on Friday, as she outlined the shocking details of these two cases.

“The Trump administration will fight for victims. The rule of law is very simple. It doesn’t matter what line of work you’re in. If you break the law, we will follow the facts and we will prosecute you,” Bondi concluded.

Judge Hannah Dugan: Aiding a Violent Illegal Alien in Milwaukee

Judge Hannah Dugan faces federal charges of “obstructing or impeding a proceeding before a department or agency of the United States, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1505; and concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1071” for her role in helping a violent illegal alien from Mexico evade arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to an affidavit from FBI Special Agent Lindsay Schloemer, ICE agents, along with FBI and DEA task force officers, had arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on April 18, 2025, armed with an arrest warrant for Flores-Ruiz. Flores-Ruiz, a previously deported criminal alien, had illegally reentered the United States and was wanted for removal.

According to Pam Bondi, the criminal, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, was in court facing charges of domestic violence after brutally assaulting two victims.

Flores-Ruiz punched a man in the face 30 times, strangled him, and then turned his rage on a woman by punching her in the face with his closed fist.

Federal agents coordinated with courthouse deputies and sat patiently outside Courtroom 615, prepared to execute the arrest after Flores-Ruiz’s hearing, following standard safety protocols for public spaces.

When Dugan learned ICE agents were stationed outside to apprehend Flores-Ruiz, in a shocking abuse of power, she stormed off the bench, angrily confronted federal agents in the hallway, and aggressively demanded they leave, falsely claiming they needed a “judicial warrant” (despite immigration arrests lawfully proceeding with administrative warrants in public spaces.

After escorting agents toward the Chief Judge’s office to stall them, Dugan returned to her courtroom and, according to multiple witnesses, escorted Flores-Ruiz and his lawyer out through a non-public “jury door”—a route never used for free individuals—deliberately bypassing the ICE agents.

Meanwhile, the brave victims of Flores-Ruiz’s violence were left abandoned, waiting in the courtroom for justice that never came.

Flores-Ruiz later bolted from the courthouse and led federal agents on a foot chase through the streets of Milwaukee before he was apprehended near West State and 10th Streets.

In his sworn affidavit, Special Agent Schloemer made clear: “Based on the above information, I have probable cause to believe that Judge Dugan violated federal law.” The criminal complaint was formally signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Dries.

Judge Joel Kano: Harboring a Gang Member and Destroying Evidence

Former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, were arrested on April 24, 2025, for allegedly harboring Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a suspected member of the notorious Venezuelan Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang.

The Gateway Pundit broke the story, revealing Cano’s shocking actions, which included destroying evidence and providing the gang member with assault rifles.

According to Bondi, federal agents raided Cano’s residence and uncovered a trove of incriminating evidence.

Ortega-Lopez’s cellphone and social media accounts contained photos of gang tattoos, insignia, and a chilling image of him posing with Cano.

Most horrifying were pictures of two decapitated victims, their hands severed and bodies mutilated—evidence of the gang’s barbaric violence.

Ortega-Lopez had also mocked a $5,000 reward offered for TdA members, flaunting his impunity.

Bondi revealed that Cano admitted, post-Miranda, to smashing Ortega-Lopez’s cellphone with a hammer and disposing of it in a city dumpster to destroy evidence.

Even more alarming, Cano and his wife allegedly provided Ortega-Lopez with assault rifles, including one equipped with a suppressor, which he used at a shooting range with other TdA members.

On Thursday, the FBI arrested former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Juan Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, for harboring an illegal alien with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua.

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan has been charged with obstructing immigration agents by allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant evade arrest through a jury door at the courthouse.

This is not an attack on judicial independence, but rather an enforcement of the law.

On April 25, 2025, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI and charged with two federal felonies: obstruction of an official proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

The charges stem from an April 18 incident at the Milwaukee County Courthouse, where Dugan allegedly helped Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a 30-year-old illegal Mexican national, evade arrest by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Flores-Ruiz was appearing for a pretrial conference on three misdemeanor battery charges with domestic abuse modifiers, stemming from a March 12 altercation.

Court records state he allegedly attacked three individuals during a dispute over loud music at his Milwaukee residence, injuring a man and a woman so severely that they required hospitalization.

Federal authorities confirmed Flores-Ruiz had been deported to Mexico in January 2013 under an Expedited Removal order and had no documented legal reentry into the United States.

According to an FBI affidavit, Dugan became “visibly angry” upon learning that ICE agents were present with an administrative arrest warrant.

She allegedly called the situation “absurd,” adjourned Flores-Ruiz’s hearing, and escorted him and his attorney through a non-public “jury door” exit to avoid the agents stationed in the public hallway.

Dugan also confronted the ICE officers, challenged the validity of their warrant, and redirected them to the chief judge’s office, a move prosecutors claim was intended to mislead and delay.

Despite these efforts, Flores-Ruiz was later apprehended outside the courthouse after a brief foot chase.

If convicted, Dugan faces up to five years in federal prison.

She was arrested at the courthouse, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Dries, and was released pending further proceedings.

Her attorney said she “regrets and protests her arrest,” denying the accuracy of some reports.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi emphasized that “no one is above the law,” highlighting the severity of the assault and criticizing Dugan for allegedly prioritizing a “criminal defendant over victims.”

Meanwhile, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers and Democratic lawmakers, including Rep. Mark Pocan, condemned the arrest as an attack on judicial independence, with Pocan comparing it to tactics used in “Third World countries.”

The Milwaukee City Council also called the arrest “shocking and upsetting.” Conversely, State Rep. Bob Donovan urged a thorough investigation, stating that if the allegations are true, Dugan’s actions were “irresponsible.”

This case is part of a growing pattern of public officials interfering with ICE deportations and harboring or abetting illegal aliens or individuals who have violated the terms of their residency, including those charged with serious crimes.

In April 2018, Massachusetts District Court Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph and court officer Wesley MacGregor were accused of allowing an undocumented immigrant to exit the courthouse through a rear door to evade ICE agents waiting in the lobby.

Both were indicted in 2019 on charges of conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

In 2022, federal prosecutors dropped the charges against Joseph in exchange for her agreement to refer herself to the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct and admit to certain facts.

The commission later filed formal misconduct charges, and Joseph now faces potential removal from the bench.

In February 2018, then-Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf publicly warned residents about impending ICE raids, claiming she had learned of the operations through unofficial channels.

Although Schaaf was not criminally charged, her actions drew sharp criticism from federal officials, including then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who argued that her warning allowed some individuals to evade arrest.

In April 2025, New York City Mayor Eric Adams proposed allowing ICE agents to operate within the Rikers Island jail complex as part of a broader effort to combat violent transnational gangs.

The plan faced immediate legal challenges, with the New York City Council filing a lawsuit claiming the move violated sanctuary city policies and constituted a quid pro quo arrangement with the Trump administration.

In response, Judge Mary Rosado issued a temporary restraining order preventing the plan from being implemented, pending further hearings.

These cases highlight the difficulty the Trump administration is facing in fighting illegal immigration and deporting illegals and those who have violated their terms of residency.

By some estimates, there are nearly 20 million illegals in the country, and Trump basically has until the midterms to deport them.

It is a sad situation that a large percentage of Americans now favor open borders and support violating immigration law, even to the point of declaring sanctuary cities and harboring wanted criminals.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange was among the mourners attending Pope Francis’s funeral in St. Peter’s Square, Vatican City, on Saturday.

Pope Francis had been a supporter of Assange and had even suggested giving him asylum in the Vatican.

“Now Julian is free, we have all come to Rome to express our family’s gratitude for the Pope’s support during Julian’s persecution. Our children and I had the honor of meeting Pope Francis in June 2023 to discuss how to free Julian from Belmarsh prison. Francis wrote to Julian in prison and even proposed to grant him asylum at the Vatican,” Assange’s wife Stella said in a statement posted to X by the official Wikileaks account.

Assange was freed from Belmarsh prison last year after reaching a plea deal with the United States Justice Department. He had been imprisoned in the UK’s Belmarsh prison for five years after spending seven years in the Ecuadorian Embassy with questionable protection of political asylum.

In March 2021, while he was still imprisoned, Pope Francis sent a personal letter to Assange in Belmarsh Prison, which the prison chaplain delivered on Palm Sunday.

Assange’s wife, Stella, expressed her gratitude to “the many Catholics and other Christians campaigning for his freedom” in a post on X about the letter.

On June 30, 2023, Pope Francis met with Stella Assange and their two sons, Gabriel and Max, in a private audience at the Vatican. Stella later told the Associated Press that the pope’s willingness to meet was evidence of his “ongoing show of support for our family’s plight” and that he was “concerned” about Julian’s suffering.

The funeral, held in the Baroque plaza outside St. Peter’s Basilica, attracted 150,000 to 170,000 attendees, including U.S. President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and Prince William.

The publisher had long faced charges under the Espionage Act for publishing the Iraq and Afghan War Logs that were given to him by whistleblower Chelsea Manning. If convicted, he would have faced a maximum sentence of 175 years in prison for publishing the leaked materials.

Under the plea deal, Assange pled guilty to “Conspiracy To Obtain and Disclose National Defense Information” and was sentenced to 62 months in prison, with credit for his time in Belmarsh, allowing him to return to his home in Australia.

Former Secretary of State and fan of ecologically unfriendly private jets, John Kerry, faced an awkward moment when MSNBC’s Chris Jansing interrupted Kerry’s lecture on Russia with a truth bomb that caused Kerry to flinch.

Jansing spoke with Kerry from Rome, where the abortion supporting Kerry is in town to attend Pope Francis’ funeral.

Jansing teased a question to Kerry by remarking that Pope Francis was a “voice for peace” and the Pontiff was an outspoken critic of the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.

Jansing then stated, “You were Secretary of State when Russia annexed Crimea, and I want to ask you…”

The comment caused Kerry to bristle and interrupt, “But when they stated they were.”

Jansing then pushed Kerry asking his opinion on President Donald Trump’s suggestion that Russia would maintain control of Crimea.

“Well, who knows?” Kerry reacted. “I personally don’t agree with putting that out there on the table.”

While Kerry may not agree with putting things “out there on the table” today, he has certainly been willing to come to the table in a time of war.

In 1971, Kerry appeared before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and, In response to a question about how he proposed to end the war, Kerry mentioned that he was ‘involved in peace talks in Paris,’ although he was not doing so with the approval of the U.S goverment.

“I have talked with both delegations at the peace talks, that is to say the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Provisional Revolutionary Government,” Kerry told the panel at the time according to a transcript.

The sudden death of Virginia Giuffre, the courageous whistleblower who exposed the depraved world of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking empire, has shocked the world, with prominent GOP lawmakers openly questioning the official narrative of her reported ‘suicide.’

The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday that Giuffre, 41, was found dead at her farm in Western Australia, where she had lived for several years.

According to a statement from her family reported by NBC News, Giuffre took her own life after a lifelong battle with the trauma of sexual abuse and trafficking.

“It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia,” her family said in a statement.

“She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

“Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking. She was the light that lifted so many survivors.

“In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight.”

Giuffre’s death comes just weeks after a reported car accident on March 24, 2025, which she claimed left her in critical condition. In an Instagram post on April 1, Giuffre described a collision with a school bus.

Giuffre wrote:

“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.

I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all.”

However, the New York Post reported that Western Australia police described the crash as “minor,” with no serious injuries noted. A mother of a child on the bus told the outlet, “I don’t know what’s true and what is not, but I do know [the injuries] are not from the bus incident.”

Many are refusing to blindly accept the official story — especially given Giuffre’s own chilling words posted years earlier.

In December 2019, Giuffre made it crystal clear in a public post:

“I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. I have made this known to my therapist and doctor. If something happens to me – for the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them. Too many evil people want to see me quieted.”

Prominent Republican figures have wasted no time voicing their distrust of the suicide narrative, drawing parallels to Epstein’s own questionable death in a New York jail cell in 2019, officially ruled a suicide.

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) wrote on X:

“Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre has died by ‘suicide.’ The truth needs to come out no matter who is responsible.”

In February 2025, the “first phase” of these documents was released, though they contained no major revelations. Some are speculating that Giuffre’s passing could be an attempt to silence a key figure before more damning information emerges.
