The United States and Ukraine have signed a rare earth minerals agreement.

Earlier this year President Trump announced that he was demanding Ukraine provide the United States with access to its vast reserves of rare earth minerals in exchange for continued military and financial assistance.

“We’re telling Ukraine, they have very valuable rare Earth. We want what we put up to go in terms of a guarantee. We want a guarantee,” Trump told reporters from the Oval Office.

“We’re handing them money hand over fist. We’re giving them equipment. [The] European [Union] is not keeping up with us. They should equalize.”

“Look, we have an ocean in between. They don’t. It’s more important for them than it is for us. But they’re way below us in terms of money, and they should be paying at least equal.

“They should really be paying much more than us, but let’s say equal to us. And they’re billions and billions of dollars below. So we’re looking to do a deal with Ukraine where they’re going to secure what we’re giving them with their rare Earth and other things,” Trump said.

After months of back and forth, the US and Ukraine came to an agreement.

“The accord will grant the US first claim on profits transferred into a special reconstruction investment fund that would be controlled by Washington. According to a draft of the document seen by Bloomberg News, the US agreed that only future military assistance that it may provide Ukraine would count toward its contribution to the fund. Ukraine’s Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said that Washington dropped its insistence that the deal provide for repayment of billions of dollars in aid already delivered since the start of Russia’s invasion,” Bloomberg reported.

The US and Ukraine reached a deal over access to Ukraine’s natural resources Wednesday, according to a person familiar with the accord, a move that Kyiv sought to solidify President Donald Trump’s backing in ceasefire talks with Russia.

The deal will grant the US privileged access to new investment projects to develop Ukraine’s natural resources including aluminum, graphite, oil and natural gas.

It’s been seen as critical to nurturing Trump’s goodwill toward Kyiv as his administration pushes to end the war that began when Russia mounted its full-scale invasion of Ukraine more than three years ago.

After weeks of Ukrainian and US officials wrangling over the text, momentum toward a breakthrough was building early this week, with Ukrainian negotiators visiting Washington to iron out final details. The two sides had agreed on the main accord but were discussing technical details spelled out in separate texts.

Ukrainian officials had been hoping to sign the overarching deal and nail down the details later, but the US insisted all components be agreed on together, a person familiar with the matter said.

“We made a deal where our money is secure, where we can start digging and doing what we have to do,” Trump said at a Cabinet meeting at the White House earlier Wednesday. “It’s also good for them because you’ll have an American presence at the site, and the American presence will keep a lot of bad actors out of the country or certainly out of the area where we’re doing the digging.”

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has accused Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) of being actively complicit in one of the most disturbing scandals in American history — the trafficking of vulnerable migrant children for sex, labor, and slavery.

The explosive accusation came as President Donald Trump marked the 100th day of his second term with a high-level Cabinet meeting that addressed the crisis head-on.

“We have ended HHS as the role as the factor, the principle factor in this country for child trafficking,” Kennedy said.

“During the Biden administration, HHS became a collaborator in child trafficking — for sex and for slavery. We have ended that. We’re now very aggressively going out and trying to find these children — the 300,000 children that were lost by the Biden administration.”

According to a damning August 2024 report from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General, more than 320,000 unaccompanied minors entered the country and were subsequently lost by Biden’s government.

These children — the majority of whom were not issued court dates or placed into removal proceedings — simply vanished. Over 32,000 children who were given court dates failed to appear and are still missing.

These aren’t just bureaucratic errors. This is an organized, government-facilitated disaster.

An explosive investigation by independent outlet Muckraker peels back the curtain on this horrifying network. According to CEO Anthony Rubin, federal agencies under the Biden-Harris regime knowingly placed children into the hands of criminal gangs like MS-13 and sex trafficking rings.

“We discovered that while in federal government custody, some children asked to be sent back to their home country, but are instead taken away in the middle of the night and sent to sponsors who they do not know. It is also well documented that this program has placed children in the hands of criminal organizations such as MS-13, as well as labor and sex trafficking rings,” says Muckraker CEO Anthony Rubin.

The evidence is clear: Under Biden, America’s own federal government played the role of middleman in the trafficking of migrant children.

FBI agents take a knee

The FBI under Kash Patel’s leadership has reassigned (demoted) the agents photographed taking a knee for Black Lives Matter (BLM) during the George Floyd riots.

In 2020, after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, BLM protesters sparked riots and demonstrations around the country. In a show of support for BLM protesters, some law enforcement officers including FBI agents cowardly took a knee.

During the Biden Administration, these agents were promoted to a higher rank.

Additionally, according to whistleblowers,

In 2022, at least 14 FBI whistleblowers went to Rep. Jordan with allegations of misconduct and abuse within the bureau under then-Director Christopher Wray’s leadership.

Rep. Jordan received information about retaliation against at least one whistleblower and a ‘purge’ of conservative employees.

Jim Jordan said that the security clearances of conservative employees were being revoked as punishment.

Insiders at the FBI previously told The Washington Times that the agency became more political under Biden and Wray by putting liberal agents in charge through promotions. They also punished or fired agents who supported conservative causes.

Now, these very agents who took a knee to show solidarity with BLM have been demoted.

CNN reported:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has reassigned several agents who were photographed kneeling with demonstrators during a 2020 protest in the wake of police killing of George Floyd, people briefed on the matter told CNN.

The reassignments, viewed as demotions by many inside the FBI, come nearly five years after the episode that ignited controversy inside the bureau. FBI officials offered no explanation for changing the roles to less coveted positions for the agents, according to sources.

The FBI declined to comment to CNN, citing its policy to not discuss personnel matters. Agents affected didn’t respond to requests for comment.

60 Minutes splices Kamala Harris’s answers together to make her sound coherent and normal. She’s that bad.

President Trump went off in a Truth Social post Wednesday morning, declaring his lawsuit against 60 Minutes, CBS, and Paramount for defrauding the American people last election season “a true WINNER” and signaling that the New York Times may be punished for their involvement in the cover-up. 

“The Failing New York Times, which is Fake News both in writing and polling, claims that ‘people’ said that the case is baseless. They don’t mean that, they just have a non curable case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, possibly to the point where the Times’ interjection makes them liable for tortious interference, including in Elections, which we are intently studying,” he said.

President Trump is suing CBS for a whopping $10 billion in damages for deceptively editing a damning interivew with Kamala Harris on “60 Minutes” last year. According to the lawsuit, Trump cited “the immense harm caused to him, to his campaign, and to tens of millions of citizens in Texas and across America by CBS’s deceptive broadcasting conduct.”

“They cheated and defrauded the American People at levels never seen before in the Political Arena,” Trump said on Wednesday, noting that the fraud occurred during peak election season and early voting had already started.

He called her real answer, which CBS deceptively cut out of the interview and replaced with a completely different answer, “so bad and incompetent that it would have cost her many of the Votes that she ended up getting.”

The new answer was not good, but it didn’t show Gross Incompetence like the one that was removed by 60 Minutes. In other words, 60 Minutes perpetrated a Giant FRAUD against the American People, the Federal Elections Commission, and the Federal Communications System.

Despite all of the above, and Paramount’s/CBS’/60 Minutes’ admittance to this crime and, with other similar corrupt removals of answers to questions, the Failing New York Times, which is Fake News both in writing and polling, claims that “people” said that the case is baseless. They don’t mean that, they just have a non curable case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, possibly to the point where the Times’ interjection makes them liable for tortious interference, including in Elections, which we are intently studying.

The bottom line is that what 60 Minutes and its corporate owners have committed is one of the most egregious illegalities in Broadcast History. Nothing like this, the illegal creation of an answer for a Presidential Candidate, has ever been done before, they have to pay a price for it, and the Times should also be on the hook for their likely unlawful behavior. It is vital to hold these Liars and Fraudsters accountable!

President Trump is raising the stakes once again in his quest to deport as many illegals as possible.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, President Trump and his team held a cabinet meeting Wednesday. Team Trump spent a good portion of the meeting touting the president’s impressive record on issues ranging from immigration to the economy.

Liberal reporters present at the meeting responded by peppering the Trump Administration with several silly questions, including about MS-13 gangster Kilmar Abrego Garcia. But an actual journalist stepped up and asked a question concerning activist judges outrageously continuing to handcuff Trump’s executive powers, particularly on deporting illegals.

The reporter cited the rampant abuse of injunctions by radical-left judges to sabotage Trump’s immigration policies and inquired whether the president has considered alternative paths to outwitting these judges.

“Have you spoken to your chief about ways to mitigate this and continue to deliver for the American people?” the reporter asked.

Trump responded by floating an idea that’s been previously used by presidents Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and Franklin Delano Roosevelt: suspending the writ of habeas corpus.

“There are some very strong ways to mitigate it (the injunctions),” Trump replied. “One way that’s been used by three very highly respected Presidents, but we hope we don’t have to go that route.”

As The National Constitution Center notes, suspending habeas corpus entails temporarily suspending an individual’s legal rights to be brought before a court to challenge their detention. This right of habeas corpus, which is protected by the Constitution in Article I, Section 9, allows an individual to seek release from unlawful imprisonment.

The government is allowed to suspend habeas corpus in cases of rebellion or invasion, or if the public safety requires it. Considering there are over 11 million</> illegal aliens residing in America and so-called judges are sabotaging Trump’s efforts to deport them, one could argue the president would be justified in suspending habeas corpus.

Rogan O’Handley, aka DC Draino, proposed this exact approach during a White House press briefing last week. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded that Trump is open to all legal and constitutional remedies.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio dropped a bombshell today that should frighten every conservative nationwide.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, President Trump and his team held a cabinet meeting Wednesday. Team Trump spent a good portion of the meeting touting the president’s impressive record on issues ranging from immigration to the economy.

But amid the celebration, Rubio mentioned some disturbing information. He revealed that Biden’s Department of State had created dossiers with the full intention of spying on the content and censoring Americans’ free speech rights.

‘We had an office in the Department of State whose job it was to censor Americans,” Rubio said.

Then, he dropped another bombshell. At least one of the people affected was at the table.

“And by the way, there is at least one person at this table today who had a dossier on them in that building of social media posts to identify them as purveyors of disinformation,” Rubio revealed. “We are going to be turning over these dossiers to these individuals.”

Who could it be?

Despite the disturbing news, Vice-President JD Vance kept a sense of humor and had an idea who the Biden regime was targeting.

“Was it me or Elon Musk?” he asked.

The entire room laughed after hearing his reply before Rubio got serious again.

“But just think about it. The Department of State had set up an office to monitor the social media posts and commentary of American citizens,” he said. “We know the best way to combat misinformation is freedom of speech and transparency.”

Rubio is exactly right. The next question is which Biden regime official was primarily responsible for carrying out this sinister act, and whether they will be held accountable.

President Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks during an “Investing in America” event at the White House in celebration of the first 100 days of his administration. 

The summit with business leaders comes amid less-than-favorable economic data that caused the stock market to dip.

Per Bloomberg:

Inflation-adjusted gross domestic product decreased an annualized 0.3% in the first quarter, well below average growth of about 3%, according to initial government data published Wednesday.

“I have to start off by saying, that’s Biden. That’s not Trump,” the President said during a cabinet meeting on Wednesday morning.

He also slammed Biden in a Truth Social Post, crediting him for the first quarter GDP decrease and saying it has “NOTHING TO DO WITH TARIFFS.” He continued, he left us with bad numbers, but when the boom begins, it will be like no other,” urging investors to “BE PATIENT!!!”

This is Biden’s Stock Market, not Trump’s. I didn’t take over until January 20th. Tariffs will soon start kicking in, and companies are starting to move into the USA in record numbers. Our Country will boom, but we have to get rid of the Biden “Overhang.” This will take a while, has NOTHING TO DO WITH TARIFFS, only that he left us with bad numbers, but when the boom begins, it will be like no other. BE PATIENT!!!

During the cabinet meeting on Wednesday to discuss the administration’s historic first 100 days, the President boasted about his economic success and investments in America. He said that because of his tariffs, the United States has brought in nearly $8 trillion in investments, specifically highlighting TSMC’s massive $165 billion investment, which Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick told the President is “all driven by your tariff policies.”

A federal judge on Wednesday barred the Department of Homeland Security from transferring illegal aliens to other agencies like the Department of Defense.

US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump Administration’s DHS cannot transfer aliens to other agencies as a way to prevent them from receiving ‘due process.’

“[After] taking custody of an alien, Defendants may not cede custody or control in any manner that prevents an alien from receiving the due-process guarantees…” the judge wrote.

Last month four Venezuelan gang members were flown from US Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to El Salvador.

Reuters reported:

A federal judge ordered the Trump administration on Wednesday to ensure migrants held at Guantanamo Bay are given a chance to raise any concerns about their safety before deporting them to El Salvador or countries other than their places of origin.

U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston issued the order after immigrant rights advocates argued the administration had violated a court order he issued by flying four Venezuelans held at the U.S. naval base in Cuba to El Salvador on a flight conducted by the U.S. Department of Defense.

Murphy in late March had issued a temporary restraining order, which he later extended into an injunction, restricting the Department of Homeland Security’s ability to rapidly deport migrants to countries other than their own without allowing them to first raise concerns about their safety or potential torture.

In yet another disgraceful case of federal corruption, a former United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) official has pleaded guilty to a years-long kickback scheme that bilked taxpayers out of nearly $400,000.

Kirk Perry, 60, of Lorain, Ohio, who once held a position of trust as a USDA Program Director, admitted in court to conspiring with his nephew, Jamarea Grant, 31, to defraud the federal government by submitting fraudulent invoices for work that was never done.

The scam ran unchecked from 2015 through 2022, even as Perry enjoyed the benefits of his federal post, quietly funneling money into his own pockets and betraying the public trust.

According to Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ed Martin and Special Agent in Charge Jeldrys Lowry of the USDA’s Office of Inspector General, Perry orchestrated a scheme in which his nephew was placed in a no-show job through USDA contractors, reporting directly to Perry himself. Grant received nearly $400,000 for work he never performed — with Perry signing off on it all.

Even more brazen, Perry had direct access to his nephew’s bank account and siphoned off about $125,000 of the stolen funds into his own pocket.

Perry pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly to conspiracy to commit money, property, and honest services wire fraud. Grant had already pleaded guilty to the same charge last November. Perry now awaits sentencing on December 4, 2025, while Grant’s sentence is pending.

The Department of Justice confirmed that both men face up to 20 years in federal prison for their crimes.
