President Trump signs Reinstating Commonsense, Non-discriminatory School Discipline Policies Executive Order

President Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday, revoking an anti-white racist Obama-Biden era school discipline guidance that was issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Education (DOE) in January 2014.

The President signed a total of seven new education executive orders relating to college universities, AI in education, and DEI practices in schools.

“The Federal Government will no longer tolerate known risks to children’s safety and well-being in the classroom that result from the application of school discipline based on discriminatory and unlawful ‘equity’ ideology,” the order titled “Reinstating Common Sense School Discipline Policies” reads.

In 2014, a letter from the DOJ and DOE threatened schools that if they discipline certain racial groups at a higher rate than others, they could be found in violation of civil rights law and jeopardize their federal funding.

The guidance was rescinded in 2018 after the Federal Commission on School Safety released findings that “schools ignored or covered up — rather than disciplined — student misconduct in order to avoid any purported racial disparity in discipline numbers that might catch the eye of the federal government.” However, it was reimposed in 2023 by the Biden Administration, as explained in Section One of the order.

If Black students were breaking the rules or violating the law more than White students, schools were forced to look the other way. “The letter effectively required schools to discriminate on the basis of race by imposing discipline based on racial characteristics, rather than on objective behavior alone,” the order states.

Under the order, the Secretary of Education is directed to work with the Attorney General to issue new guidance to local and state educational agencies “regarding school discipline and their obligations not to engage in racial discrimination under Title VI in all contexts, including school discipline” within 30 days. The Secretary of Education is also directed to “take appropriate action with respect to LEAs and SEAs that fail to comply with Title VI protections against racial discrimination in the application of school discipline.”

Staff Secretary Will Sharf presented the order to President Trump, saying that under the Obama Administration, “The Department of Justice issued guidance that made it almost impossible for schools to enforce adequate disciplinary policies.” He continued, “Basically, they focused on CRT and sort of diversity ideology instead of actually just enforcing the rules in classrooms to ensure a safe learning environment.”

“It gives teachers the ability now to have discipline in their classroom and discipline the person who is being disruptive. We took that away,” said Education Secretary Linda McMahon as the President signed the new law.

The President was also joined by a North Carolina educator who highlighted the importance of the new law in keeping students safe in public schools.

“We have three students that should be here with us today. We have Austin Metcalf… Serenity Baker, and Nahzir Taylor from Charlotte, North Carolina,” she said, crediting lax disciplinary policies for violence in public schools.

Prodded by the Euro-Globalists like UK’s Keir Starmer and France’s Emmanuel Macron, and cheered by the world’s USAID-media, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky keeps undercutting the peace process with his grandstanding, making all kinds of demands that he will never get.

Besides torpedoing today’s negotiations, the Kiev leader may have provoked the US Donald J. Trump’s administration one too many times, risking an American withdrawal from negotiations that would guarantee a much faster collapse of his combat capabilities on his losing war.

Trump took to Truth Social to blast Zelensky’s behavior after another rug-pull from him.

“Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is boasting on the front page of The Wall Street Journal that, ‘Ukraine will not legally recognize the occupation of Crimea. There’s nothing to talk about here’.

This statement is very harmful to the Peace Negotiations with Russia in that Crimea was lost years ago under the auspices of President Barack Hussein Obama, and is not even a point of discussion. Nobody is asking Zelenskyy to recognize Crimea as Russian Territory but, if he wants Crimea, why didn’t they fight for it eleven years ago when it was handed over to Russia without a shot being fired? The area also houses, for many years before ‘the Obama handover,’ major Russian submarine bases.

It’s inflammatory statements like Zelenskyy’s that makes it so difficult to settle this War. He has nothing to boast about! The situation for Ukraine is dire — He can have Peace or, he can fight for another three years before losing the whole Country. I have nothing to do with Russia, but have much to do with wanting to save, on average, five thousand Russian and Ukrainian soldiers a week, who are dying for no reason whatsoever.

The statement made by Zelenskyy today will do nothing but prolong the “killing field,” and nobody wants that! We are very close to a Deal, but the man with ‘no cards to play’ should now, finally, GET IT DONE. I look forward to being able to help Ukraine, and Russia, get out of this Complete and Total MESS, that would have never started if I were President!”

“To make a good deal. Both sides have to walk away a little bit unhappy. And unfortunately, President Zelensky has been trying to litigate this peace negotiation in the press, and that’s unacceptable to the president.

These should be closed door negotiations. The president’s national security team, his advisors, have exuded significant time, energy, and effort to try to bring this war to an end. The American taxpayer has funded billions of dollars in this effort, and enough is enough.

The president’s frustrated. His patience is running very thin. He wants to do what’s right for the world.

He wants to see peace. He wants to see the killing stop. But you need both sides of the war willing to do that.

And unfortunately, President Zelensky seems to be moving in the wrong direction. Does the president think that Europeans are doing enough, and some countries are spending more in defense, reaching the 2% threshold? So what does the president think about European support for Ukraine? Look, the president has always maintained that Europe always needs to do more, whether it’s in the effort to end this war in Russia and Ukraine, whether it is in terms of their spending when it comes to NATO and their own defense spending, as well. He’s made that clear to them in private and also in public.”

Former Zelensky top aide, Arestovych: ‘in six months or a year Ukraine will give Russia 6 or 8 regions’.

Former Zelensky top aide, Oleksiy Arestovych, explained why giving up the 4 regions now is the lesser evil.

“Why should we give 4 regions? For one simple reason, because in six months or a year you will give 6. If you are not smart enough, you will give 8. Is that reason enough? It is a very simple situation. Today, to give 4 is to pay for the passage, which actually looked like one toilet flush for three or four years, for all the mistakes. To recognize those mistakes, to recognize, to actually say, ‘yes, we’re giving it all away, we’re cutting it off’.

How do we give it back? De facto. It’s clear that de jure no one will give it back. That’s all, and get a chance to reset the project. This is both a pass for three or four years and an entrance ticket to a new reality. And Ukraine can be another, much better – to change the way of economic management. ‘We will fight to the last patriot, we will not give up the Russian-speaking regions.’ And why were you suppressing them, these Russian-speaking regions?”

MP Gorchenko also opened fire on Zelensky.

Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Goncharenko also harshly criticized the Kiev leader, said ‘the situation is fucked’.

“’According to all my contacts, there is only one question: why is Zelensky coming out and commenting on something? Couldn’t he just keep quiet for a bit?’ the Ukrainian MP writes.

He considers the US terms of the deal with Russia to be ‘normal’ and called for ‘looking into the eyes of reality’, admitting that without US help the situation will only get worse.

‘Unfortunately, we cannot recapture our territories with the help of the US right now, so why should we recapture them without their help? How? We need peace. Freeze. Stop’.”

O’Keefe Media Group Defense Department Branch Chief calls President Trump “illegitimate”

The O’Keefe Media Group on Wednesday released undercover video of a Defense Department Branch Chief attacking President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Nicolas Turza, a Department of Defense Branch Chief, called President Trump “illegitimate” and vowed to “resist him, everything he does.”

Turza also attacked Hegseth and said the 44-year-old is “insanely young” and unfit to lead.

“The same guy who tried to overthrow an election is just, like, truly setting us down a path of dictatorship. He’s illegitimate. He’s terribly immoral, breaking every norm. We’re going to resist him. Everything he does,” Turza said about Trump.

“I’m a very patriotic person, and I’ve never been less patriotic,” he said to the OMG journalist.

Turza then attacked Pete Hegseth.

“Ultimately [Hegseth] is my boss. But this is insane. I actually know Pete Hegseth. And this is so crazy. Like, that’s not a good reflection on me. That’s a bad reflection on Trump. Like, nobody I know should be the Secretary of Defense,” Turza said.

He continued, “Like, he’s insanely young to be the part, like, and he wasn’t that high up in the military. He used to be in the DC National Guard.”

When asked about his opinion about Trump, Turza said, “The worst thing about him is his utter lack of moral principle… The second worst thing about him is how stupid he could be.”

James O’Keefe said Hegseth has never even heard of Nicolas Turza.

In her latest podcast episode, Michelle Obama whined about being a black woman.

This is the same woman who lives a billionaire jet-set lifestyle and was recently spotted carrying a $4,000 Bottega Veneta handbag.

“We don’t articulate, as black women, our pain, because it’s almost like nobody gave us permission to do that,” Michelle Obama said before her brother chimed in.

“Or, and we have to ask ourselves, the men in our lives is you know, why wait to be asked? You know? It seems like what we go through is obvious. Maybe we’re not actually complaining but we are actually living life out loud,” Michelle Obama said.

Former Vice-President Al Gore has compared the Trump administration to Nazi Germany.

Addressing an audience at San Francisco’s Climate Week, Gore accused the Trump White House of “trying to create their own preferred version of reality” to push through their agenda in a fashion reminiscent of Hitler’s Nazi regime in the 1930s and ’40s.

“I understand very well why it is wrong to compare Adolf Hitler’s Third Reich to any other movement,” Gore said.

“But there are important lessons from the history of that emergent evil.”

Still clinging to relevance decades after losing the 2000 election to George W. Bush, Gore continued his sermon on the supposed climate apocalypse by invoking German philosophers’ “moral autopsy on the Third Reich” as he reflected on World War II.

“It was [Jürgen] Habermas’ mentor, Theodore Adorno, who wrote that the first step in that nation’s descent into hell was, and I quote, ‘the conversion of all questions of truth into questions of power,”’ he continued.

”He described how the Nazis, and I quote again, ‘attacked the very heart of the distinction between true and false.’ End quote.”

”The Trump administration is insisting on trying to create their own preferred version of reality.”

“They say the climate crisis is a hoax invented by the Chinese to destroy American manufacturing.”

“They say coal is clean. They say wind turbines cause cancer. They say sea-level rise just creates more beachfront property.”

The 77-year-old also referenced Martin Luther King, Jr. and the late Pope Francis during his speech, which was supposed to be about the issue of so-called climate change.

“We’ve already seen, by the way, how populist authoritarian leaders have used migrants as scapegoats and have fanned the fires of xenophobia to fuel their own rise of power.”

“And power-seeking is what this is all about,” he continued. “Our constitution, written by our founders, is intended to protect us against a threat identical to Donald Trump.”

The Trump administration is exploring ways to address America’s demographic crisis.

According to a report from The New York Times, Trump aides are considering a range of proposals designed to encourage families to have more children.

One idea involves reserving 30 percent of Fulbright scholarships — a prestigious, government-funded international fellowship — for applicants who are married or have children.

Another proposal would give American mothers a $5,000 payment following childbirth.

A third proposal would fund programs to educate women on reproductive health and fertility awareness, including how to better understand ovulation and conception timing.

The Times notes that figures like Vice President J.D. Vance and Trump advisor Elon Musk support these initiatives.

America’s demographic crisis is defined by falling birth rates, an aging population, and increasing dependence on mass immigration to sustain the workforce and fill low-wage jobs.

With the fertility rate at around 1.6 — well below the replacement level — the native population is shrinking at an unprecedented scale.

The push comes amid growing interest in pro-natalist policies across the Western world, with countries like Hungary and Poland already experimenting with financial incentives to boost birthrates.

At the same time, American states are beginning to explore their own family-centered initiatives, suggesting a potential shift toward a more fertility-conscious national policy landscape.

The British government is reportedly just weeks away from approving bizarre experiments aimed at dimming sunlight in a bid to combat so-called climate change.

Proposed outdoor trials may involve spraying aerosols into the upper atmosphere or artificially brightening clouds to bounce sunlight back into space in order to help cool the earth.

Another key focus of current research is on Sunlight Reflection Methods (SRM), which involve techniques like Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI)—the process of dispersing fine particles high into the stratosphere to bounce a portion of sunlight back into space.

A third approach under consideration is Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB), where vessels would release sea salt particles into the atmosphere to make low-altitude clouds more reflective.

Aria, the state’s high-risk research agency, has earmarked £50 million for these speculative projects, with announcements expected shortly.

Professor Mark Symes, who oversees the program, says the British public can look forward to a series of “small controlled outdoor experiments,” as the agency tests whether meddling with the planet’s natural sunlight will solve the environmental disaster they so fear.

“We will be announcing who we have given funding to in a few weeks, and when we do so, we will be making clear when any outdoor experiments might be taking place,” Symes said, according to The Telegraph.

“One of the missing pieces in this debate was physical data from the real world,” he continued. “Models can only tell us so much.”

“Everything we do is going to be safe by design. We’re absolutely committed to responsible research, including responsible outdoor research.”

“We have strong requirements around the length of time experiments can run for and their reversibility, and we won’t be funding the release of any toxic substances to the environment.”

The experiments are being pushed under the premise that humanity isn’t cutting emissions quickly enough to avoid an environmental apocalypse, at least, according to scientists still clinging to worst-case climate scenarios.

Scientists backing the proposals believe that, if the tests yield promising results, the techniques could be expanded and rolled out on a wider scale within a decade.

A twice-deported illegal alien with several prior felony convictions is set to be released by the sanctuary state of California after serving less than half of his prison sentence for killing a 19-year-old couple while driving under the influence. 

Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano (43) was reportedly drunk and high while driving over 100 miles per hour when he crashed on California’s 405 freeway, killing Anya Varfolomeev & Nikolay Osokin in November 2021.

He was then sentenced in early 2022 to ten years in prison on two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter. However, California now plans to release him more than six years early.

According to ICE, Ortega-Anguiano entered the country illegally three times and was last deported on June 1, 2018, before reentering and killing the two teenagers. Since 2005, he has had several criminal convictions, including burglary, vehicle theft, and battery on spouse with kidnapping.

ICE confirmed to Fox that they have put out a detainer request to take the alien into federal custody before he is released.

ICE provided the following statement to Fox News:

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a detainer with North Kern State Prison, Delano, California, June 9, 2022, on Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano, 43, of Mexico. He is serving time after being convicted of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. His previous criminal convictions include burglary in 2005; vehicle theft in 2007; and battery on spouse with kidnapping in 2014.

An immigration judge ordered Ortega removed Nov. 3, 2014; he filed several unsuccessful appeals and was taken into ICE custody Dec. 2, 2016, and removed to Mexico the same day. Ortega attempted to reenter the United States Feb. 2, 2018, near Otay Mesa, California by presenting a counterfeit document; he was paroled into the U.S. pending criminal prosecution for illegal reentry after removal. An immigration official issued Ortega an expedited removal order and removed him June 1, 2018, to Mexico; after his latest removal, he again illegally reentered the U.S. on an unknown date and location. ICE issued a detainer with the Orange County Jail, California, Nov. 27, 2021, where he was being held on vehicular manslaughter charges at the time.

EXCLUSIVE: The families of two teens killed by an illegal alien who crashed into them while drunk, high, & speeding at 100 mph in OC in 2021 have been told by the state of CA that their killer will be released from prison early in July, just 3.5 years into a 10-year sentence for killing the teens, who both burned alive.

Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano, a twice deported Mexican illegal alien, had a lengthy rap sheet prior to killing 19-year-olds Anya Varfolomeev & Nikolay Osokin in the DUI crash on the 405 freeway in Seal Beach in November 2021. Both were US citizens, and they were dating. Ortega-Anguiano had several felony convictions, had gone to state prison, and had multiple convictions for driving without a license, but was still on the streets when he crashed into the teens’ vehicle.

In spring of 2022, Ortega-Anguiano was convicted in OC of two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated for killing the teens, and a judge sentenced him to serve 10 years in prison for each count, but concurrently, meaning he would serve both 10-year-sentences at the same time.

The victims’ families felt that was already a weak sentence, but they tell me they were notified by the CA Department of Corrections on Easter Sunday that Ortega-Anguiano is scheduled for an early release on July 19th, 2025, only a little more than 3 years into his sentence, leaving the victims’ families shocked, and outraged given the seriousness of the crime and his prior criminal history. They provided us the CDCR document showing the July 19th release date.

The CA Department of Corrections wouldn’t confirm the release date when I reached out, saying they “cannot provide information on an incarcerated person’s release date or location in advance of their release.” They added that “incarcerated persons may earn credits for participating in rehabilitative programming, which may move parole eligible dates to an earlier date.

ICE confirms to @FoxNews that they have placed a detainer on Ortega-Anguiano with the CA Dept of Corrections and intend to take him into custody upon his release. They hope the CA Dept. of Corrections will honor the detainer request and transfer him to their custody upon his release, which they often do. But the families fear, even if he is deported, he will just re-enter the US as a gotaway, as he’s done twice before.

Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, Bill Essayli, responded to the report, announcing that his office has filed felony immigration charges against Ortega-Anguiano, and he faces up to 20 years in prison. “If the State of California will not seek the full measure of justice against this individual, the @TheJusticeDept will,” he said in an X post.

The Gateway Pundit has also learned that Essayli has a warrant for Ortega-Anguiano’s arrest, leaving California no choice but to hand the individual over if he is released from prison.

Essayli has previously spoken to The Gateway Pundit about his plans to “aggressively enforce immigration law,” including potential charges filed against state officials who attempt to harbor illegal aliens and shield them from ICE.

President Trump on Wednesday spoke to reporters in the Oval Office during an executive order signing and signaled hope that Russia is ready to end the war in Ukraine. 

“I thought it might be easier to deal with Zelensky. So far, it’s been harder, but that’s okay, it’s all right,” he said.

It can be recalled that Zelensky sabotaged peace negotiations with President Trump in February by disrespecting him in the Oval Office and reneging on a pre-agreed-upon peace deal. Ukraine had previously approved Trump’s requested mineral rights deal with the US to compensate Americans for the hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer money Joe Biden gave them over the last four years, but the agreement was not formalized during Zelensky’s visit to the White House nearly two months ago.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump slammed Zelensky in a call for peace just hours earlier in response to Zelensky’s demands for the territory of Crimea on Tuesday.

Zelensky declared on Tuesday that Ukraine will not recognize Russia’s occupation of Crimea, a statement that President Trump slammed as “very harmful to the Peace Negotiations with Russia in that Crimea was lost years ago under the auspices of President Barack Hussein Obama” on Wednesday morning.

A reporter asked the president Wednesday evening if he would meet with Zelensky at the Vatican this weekend while attending the Pope’s funeral.

He did not say whether he would be meeting with Zelensky but stated, “I think we have a deal with Russia. We have to get a deal with Zelensky.”

The President then said, “I think we have a deal with both,” making it unclear whether or not Zelensky decided to come to the negotiating table.

Trump: I don’t know that he’s going to the funeral or not, but I just hope he gets this thing solved because we’re losing about—think of this 5,000. I was saying 2,500, and everyone was telling me that’s low. 5,000 soldiers are being killed every week, approximately. Think of that, every week, 5000 soldiers. But let’s say from 3,000 to 5,000 are being killed. They’re Russian and Ukrainian. They’re not Americans, but they’re Russian— but they’re people. And they’re humans. They’re human beings. They have families. They wave goodbye to their son, and then they get a call that the son’s no longer there.

It’s a vicious war, and if I can help solve it, you know we’re not losing our soldiers, but we’re losing soldiers, a lot of people. And if I can solve it because of a certain ability, that would be great. And if it doesn’t happen, I will say that I think Russia is ready. And a lot of people said Russia wanted to go for the whole thing. And I think we have a deal with Russia. We have to get a deal with Zelensky— and I hope that Zelensky— I thought it might be easier to deal with Zelensky. So far, it’s been harder, but that’s okay, it’s all right.

But I think we have a deal with both. I hope they do it, because I’m looking to save— and you know, we spent a lot of money, but this is about a lot of humanity. This is the worst— I get the pictures, the satellite pictures, I’ve never seen anything like it, of the fields after some of these battles, it’s horrible that it’s going for nothing. We would have never had this problem. You would have never had that war if I were president, I guarantee you that. And for four years you did have it.
