According to local reporters, hostage negotiators took over as Trump Tower was cleared out.

This isn’t the first time a man has tried to access the roof at Trump Tower New York.

In August 2016 a 19-year-old man climbed Trump Tower using suction cups.

In 2017, the climber, Stephen Rogata, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

A 41-year-old Long Island attorney is taking the U.S. Navy to federal court after claiming recruiters deliberately dragged their feet on her application to become the first female Navy SEAL — until it was too late.

Amanda S. Reynolds, a self-described “Viking-like” warrior, has filed an age discrimination lawsuit against the Navy, accusing officials of stalling her application process long enough for her to miss the service’s age cutoff, according to The New York Post.

“I could have gone to officer candidate school in February,” Reynolds told The Post. “But they delayed my application without reason or cause and then they told me I was too old.”

Reynolds claims she was misled at every turn, with recruiters assuring her that age waivers were “always obtainable.” Yet despite what she describes as years of diligent preparation and physical training — including long-distance running, swimming, and scuba certification — her file was never submitted in time.

“The opportunity … was kind of taken away from me. I would like that to be reinstated,” Reynolds said. “I would just like the outcome to be determined by the merits instead of by some sort of technicality.

According to Navyseals.com, “Applicants must be from 17 to 28 years old. Waivers for men ages 29 and 30 are available for highly qualified candidates. Men with prior enlisted service as SEALs who are seeking to become SEAL Officers can request waivers to age 33.”

The Woodbury, NY resident had previously worked for over a decade in litigation law before deciding to pivot to military service in 2018. After being sworn into the Navy in Brooklyn, Reynolds claims she was never assigned to a unit, never deployed, and never processed into active duty status.

The Navy, meanwhile, disputes the timeline, stating it has “no record of service” for Reynolds and that her enlistment paperwork was first filed in 2019.

After a brief move to Utah, Reynolds says she revived her efforts in 2020, only to be sidelined by a DUI arrest — a misdemeanor charge that was later dismissed in 2023. Still, she pressed on, eventually entering the Navy SEAL Warrior Challenge Program in 2023 with the hope of breaking the gender barrier in the elite special forces unit.

But instead of advancing her candidacy, recruiters allegedly pushed her toward the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, citing her legal background.

“I wound up bringing a lawsuit in federal court in New York in order to pursue an age discrimination claim against the Navy in order to have my opportunity reinstated. So that’s where I’m at now, in the stage of the process. And hopefully, with the help of the courts and judicial intervention, I’ll be able to pursue that route as a career, notwithstanding my age,” she said.

Four House Democrats traveled to El Salvador to meet with wife-beater and MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Inspired by Dem Senator Van Hollen, Reps. Robert Garcia (CA), Maxwell Frost (FL), Yassamin Ansari (AZ), and Maxine Dexter (OR) traveled to El Salvador on Monday to try to facilitate the release of Abrego Garcia.

However, unlike these four Democrats, Chris Van Hollen’s trip was funded by taxpayer money.

Van Hollen confirmed on Sunday that hardworking American taxpayers funded his trip to El Salvador so he could meet with an alleged MS-13 gang member currently held at the CECOT prison.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an El Salvadorian national who was illegally residing in Maryland. In 2019, an immigration judge ordered Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the dangerous MS-13 gang, removed from the US. Additionally, an immigration appellate court also upheld the immigration judge’s decision. Abrego Garcia was given ‘due process.’

Democrat lawmakers are trying to kidnap Abrego Garcia and smuggle him across the US border.

On Monday, the four Dems were denied a visit with Abrego Garcia because their trip was not in an official capacity. James Comer’s decision to deny Democrat Rep. Frost’s request for a CODEL threw their political stunt into chaos.

Rep. Frost whined about being denied access to Abrego Garcia.

“We got word at the embassy that our request has been denied by the government here locally because they say we are not here on official capacity,” Frost said before attacking Comer.

Oversight Chairman James Comer previously informed the Democrat lawmakers that they can pay their own way if they want to meet with foreign illegal alien gang member Abrego Garcia.

“It is absurd that you both displayed active hostility for over two years toward the Committee’s oversight of the Biden Border Crisis and the consequences of millions of illegal aliens entering the country, yet now, you are seeking travel at Committee expense to meet with foreign gang members,” Comer wrote in the letter. “You may be pleased to know that a Democrat Senator, Chris Van Hollen, was photographed just yesterday in El Salvador enjoying margaritas garnished with cherry slices with the foreign gang member your letter references.”

“If you also wish to meet with him, you can spend your own money. But I will not approve a single dime of taxpayer funds for use on the excursion you have requested,” Comer said.

Education Secretary Linda McMahon said the Biden Administration “misled borrowers” when it canceled student loans.

Biden reportedly ‘canceled’ $136.6 billion in student loans – and forced average wage earners to pay for other people’s student loans.

“American taxpayers will no longer be forced to serve as collateral for irresponsible student loan policies,” Secretary of Education Linda McMahon wrote in an op-ed for The Wall Street Journal on Monday.

The Department of Education will begin collecting payments on defaulted student loans on May 5.

The new policy will impact an estimated 5 million borrowers who have not made any monthly payments since March 2020.

Federal student loan payments were halted in March 2020 because of the Covid pandemic. Payments were set to resume in October 2023, but millions of borrowers are still in default.

“The Biden Administration misled borrowers: the executive branch does not have the constitutional authority to wipe debt away, nor do the loan balances simply disappear. Hundreds of billions have already been transferred to taxpayers. Going forward, the Department of Education, in conjunction with the Department of Treasury, will shepherd the student loan program responsibly and according to the law, which means helping borrowers return to repayment—both for the sake of their own financial health and our nation’s economic outlook,” McMahon said.

Biden used a series of workarounds to circumvent the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his student loan bailout program.

Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans in August 2022 to buy the Gen Z-Millennial vote in the 2022 midterms.

Biden canceled over $400 billion in student loans which turned out to be up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against Joe Biden’s student loan relief program so the Department of Education rolled out a workaround forbearance program to cancel $39 billion in student loans by counting non-payments as payments for a period of time.

Only it wasn’t your typical forbearance program. Borrowers didn’t have to pay back ‘missed’ payments or make up the difference of ‘reduced’ payments. No interest was accrued on any of the missed payments.

In his last year in office, Biden announced a flurry of student loan cancellation programs.

In January 2024, Biden unilaterally canceled another $5 billion in student loan debt for 74,000 borrowers and announced he would cancel student loans for borrowers who took out less than $12,000 and have been in repayment for 10 years.

A newly unsealed FBI affidavit reveals that 17-year-old Wisconsin native Nikita Casap — who murdered his parents, stole $14,000 in cash, and plotted to assassinate President Trump using a militarized drone — was communicating via Telegram with an overseas phone number registered to Vodafone Ukraine, one of the country’s largest mobile carriers.

The Telegram account linked to the overseas phone number +380 50 259 5318 — registered under Vodafone Ukraine — was found to be communicating in Cyrillic script, specifically written in the Ukrainian language.

The Telegram username “PoМаН ВіКТОВИЧ” — written in Ukrainian Cyrillic — translates to Roman Viktorovich, the shadowy figure linked to a foreign cell guiding a would-be Trump assassin.

How We Confirmed It Was Ukrainian, Not Russian:
1. Country Code +380
The +380 prefix is the internationally recognized country code for Ukraine, confirming the phone number is Ukrainian in origin.

The mobile prefix 050 specifically identifies the number as belonging to Vodafone Ukraine, one of the country’s leading mobile operators.

2. Telegram Display Name: РОМаН ВіКТОВИЧ
This is the Cyrillic version of the name Roman Viktorovich.

The presence of the letter “і” in “ВіКТОВИЧ” is key:

The letter “і” is used in Ukrainian, but not in modern Russian (Russian uses “и” instead).

Ukrainian also includes unique letters like “ї”, “є”, and “ґ” which do not appear in the Russian alphabet.

3. Script Usage in Context
The Telegram user under this number also communicated with Nikita Casap in Cyrillic script, as confirmed by the FBI affidavit.

The linguistic patterns in the messages observed align with Ukrainian Cyrillic orthography, not Russian.

4. Affidavit Clues
The FBI affidavit references that at least two individuals Casap communicated with “wrote in Cyrillic.”

Cross-analysis of names and phonetics — especially “ВіКТОВИЧ” — confirms Ukrainian spelling.

These are just some of the chilling communications uncovered between 17-year-old would-be assassin Nikita Casap and multiple Telegram accounts — including at least two that communicated in Ukrainian Cyrillic. As part of his diabolical plot, Casap brutally murdered his mother and stepfather to steal $14,000 in cash — money he intended to use to acquire a customized militarized drone capable of dropping and detonating an explosive device in an attempt to assassinate President Donald Trump. He actively coordinated an escape plan to Ukraine, even asking one handler if he could still live a “normal life” there — even if the world found out what he had done. One of the Telegram accounts instructed Casap on how to hide the bodies of his parents, advising him to drag them into the basement to avoid detection. According to the FBI affidavit, he was also given specific instructions on how to swap out the license plate on his stepfather’s vehicle to evade law enforcement, along with a carefully mapped escape route that took him from southeastern Wyoming, through Kansas, to a waypoint near Pumpkin Center, Oklahoma — a remote location likely chosen to avoid detection — before continuing to California, where he planned to await extraction to Ukraine.

“200 wheels” is almost certainly terrorist code for explosive materials or fragmentation elements intended to maximize casualties when detonated by the drone.

In the first Trump assassination attempt, Thomas Matthew Crooks — the 20-year-old from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania who opened fire on President Donald Trump at a rally in Butler County — was found to have been communicating via encrypted platforms with accounts tied to servers overseas. While the FBI has confirmed the existence of these encrypted communications and their foreign server locations, it has, for some reason, not disclosed the names of the specific platforms Crooks used or the individuals he communicated with.

And who can forget Ryan Wesley Routh, the second would-be Trump assassin who showed up at Trump National Golf Club in West Palm Beach armed with an SKS-style semi-automatic rifle, lying in wait to ambush the former president — only to later be identified in a video produced and published by X account @save_mrpl, a narrative-spinning propaganda arm of Ukraine’s Azov Battalion.

By the way, the FBI affidavit confirms that Nikita Casap was actively consuming and distributing propaganda tied to two international neo-Nazi groups — the Order of Nine Angles (O9A) and the Misanthropic Division (MD) — both known for promoting violent accelerationist ideology. The Misanthropic Division, in particular, has maintained an active presence in Ukraine and has been reported to have fought alongside the Azov Battalion during the Donbas conflict.

Hope Walz, the 24-year-old daughter of failed presidential candidate Governor Tim Walz (D), ignited a firestorm of backlash over the weekend after posting a jaw-dropping TikTok in which she compared violent MS-13 gang members to Jesus Christ — and accused President Donald Trump of being so heartless he would have deported Jesus himself.

In the now-viral clip, Walz unloaded on what she called the Trump administration’s “lack of due process” for illegal immigrants, even suggesting Trump would have falsely labeled Jesus a member of the notorious MS-13 gang.

“If Jesus were alive today and in the United States, this administration would already have taken him and removed him from this country without due process,” Walz said in the video.

She went on to assert that Trump’s team would have “claimed he was a member of the MS-13 gang as a way to try to justify not giving him due process — as if there is any justifiable reason to not give somebody due process.”

“But yeah, some people don’t want to talk about that. It truly is baffling how clear and laid out everything is, and there is still people standing by it. I believe in the good of people and humanity, humans, deep down at our core, we care about each other,” she added.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) asserts that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is affiliated with the MS-13 gang, citing a 2019 arrest where he was allegedly found with cash, drugs, and clothing bearing gang symbols.

Abrego Garcia’s wife, per court documents, filed for an order of protection against him for domestic violence in 2021, showing that the individual is apparently not the upstanding Maryland Father of the Year Democrats make him out to be.

President Donald J. Trump released a damning photograph on Friday, showcasing the MS-13 gang tattoos etched across the knuckles of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) on Monday sent a resubmitted criminal referral to Attorney General Pam Bondi, demanding the Department of Justice pursue charges against disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo for lying under oath during pandemic-era investigations.

The letter, addressed directly to Bondi, accuses Cuomo of violating 18 U.S.C. §1001, a federal statute prohibiting false statements to Congress.

According to the letter:

On October 30, 2024, the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic (Select Subcommittee) referred former Governor of the State of New York, Andrew M. Cuomo, for making criminally false statements in violation 18 U.S.C. §1001.1

To our knowledge, the Biden Administration ignored this referral despite clear facts and evidence. Accordingly, we request you review this referral and take appropriate action. For your reference, the referral is attached to this letter.

The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is the principal oversight committee of the U.S. House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.

The criminal referral centers on Cuomo’s claim that he played no role in drafting a now-infamous New York State Department of Health report that cleared his administration of wrongdoing over its deadly nursing home policy.

TGP reported multiple times in 2020 how Governor Cuomo in New York implemented programs that ordered sick COVID patients back into elderly homes in the state.  As a result, thousands of elderly people needlessly died in the state.

Then when the official counts of deaths in state nursing homes were requested from the DOJ, the numbers were fudged. The numbers reported were about 50% less than the real counts.

An investigation into Cuomo’s actions was put in place and Cuomo resigned as governor of the state. However, the investigation into illegal actions by Cuomo related to the huge number of nursing home deaths was dropped by both the Biden DOJ and the Manhattan DA.

“Andrew Cuomo is a man with a history of corruption and deceit, now caught red-handed lying to Congress during the Select Subcommittee’s investigation into the COVID-19 nursing home tragedy in New York,” said Chairman Comer.

“This wasn’t a slip-up—it was a calculated cover-up by a man seeking to shield himself from responsibility for the devastating loss of life in New York’s nursing homes. Let’s be clear: lying to Congress is a federal crime. Mr. Cuomo must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The House Oversight Committee is prepared to fully cooperate with the Justice Department’s investigation into Andrew Cuomo’s actions and ensure he’s held to account.”

Relevant Nursing Home Investigation Timeline via Oversight Committee:

March 25, 2020: The Cuomo Administration recklessly directed New York nursing homes and long-term care facilities to admit COVID-positive and potentially COVID-positive patients. As a result, New York’s most vulnerable population was recklessly exposed to COVID-19.

July 6, 2020: The NYSDOH released a Report alleging nursing home staff — not the March 25 Directive — caused excess COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. According to witness testimony and new documents revealed in the Select Subcommittee’s referral, Mr. Cuomo personally drafted and edited portions of this purportedly independent and peer-reviewed report.

January 28, 2021: New York State Attorney General Letitia James released an investigative report claiming, in part, that Mr. Cuomo and his team undercounted the total number of nursing home deaths by as much as 50 percent.

May 19, 2023: The Select Subcommittee began its investigation into New York’s pandemic response and the disastrous March 25 Directive.

As a part of this investigation, the Select Subcommittee conducted transcribed interviews with notable former New York State officials, such as Dr. Howard Zucker, Dr. Eleanor Adams, Dr. James Malatras, Mr. Gareth Rhodes, Ms. Linda Lacewell, Ms. Elizabeth Garvey, and Ms. Melissa DeRosa.

December 1, 2023: The Select Subcommittee requested Mr. Cuomo appear for a transcribed interview.

December 22, 2023 – March 5, 2024: The Select Subcommittee engaged in the negotiation and accommodation process with Mr. Cuomo and his legal team in an effort to secure his testimony.

March 5, 2024: After months of unjustified and unreasonable delays, the Select Subcommittee was forced to announce a subpoena for Mr. Cuomo’s testimony.

June 11, 2024: Mr. Cuomo appeared for a transcribed interview. During this interview, he testified that he was not involved in drafting the NYSDOH’s July 6 Report and that he did not review the Report prior to its public release. New evidence demonstrates these statements to be false.

September 9, 2024: The Select Subcommittee released a nearly 50-page memo presenting evidence that Mr. Cuomo and his team were involved in the decision to issue New York’s disastrous March 25 Directive, and then, acted repeatedly to downplay the tragic aftermath of their decision.

September 9, 2024: Mr. Cuomo’s attorney expressed her objections regarding the above-mentioned memo. In an effort to address those objections, the Select Subcommittee sent a series of additional questions to a former witness concerning his recent communication with Mr. Cuomo. September 10, 2024: Mr. Cuomo appeared for a hearing, at which he was held publicly accountable for his role in New York’s pandemic-era failures.

September 10, 2024: The Select Subcommittee announced a subpoena for current New York Governor Kathy Hochul. Her administration has continued to withhold documents related to the Cuomo Administration’s nursing home disaster.

September 25, 2024: The Select Subcommittee released evidence suggesting Mr. Cuomo attempted to inappropriately influence a witness.

October 30, 2024: Mr. Cuomo was referred to the Justice Department for making false statements to Congress.

Incoming German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, for one, was voted in to reform the state, but rather than doing that he proceeded to keep all the Globalist suicidal policies in place, with the added nefarious bonus that he is even more hawkish when it comes to supporting Kiev’s regime.

Now, it arises that Britain ‘would support’ Merz’s plan to send long-range Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.

“Mr. Merz signaled this week that he was ready to send the long-range missile system to Kyiv, but only in agreement with allies France and Britain.

On Wednesday, a British official involved in foreign policy told The Telegraph that the UK had long been in favor of Germany giving Taurus missiles to Ukraine, and would back the move if it were taken now by the new chancellor.

The UK source said: ‘We continue to work with our partners, including Germany, to equip Ukraine as best we can to defend its sovereign territory’.”

Not content to supply British Storm Shadows to Ukraine, Starmer is reportedly supporting Merz’s plan to send the longer-range Taurus.

The powerful Taurus has a range to strike targets deep inside Russian territory.

Outgoing Chancellor, the unpopular Olaf Scholz, refuses to hand the Taurus to Kiev, fearing the inevitable escalation and a direct war with Moscow.

Merz, to become chancellor in early May, appears ready to hand the missiles over.

“’Our European partners are already supplying cruise missiles. The British are doing it, the French are doing it, and the Americans are doing it anyway… this must be jointly agreed. And if it’s agreed, then Germany should take part’, Mr. Merz said earlier this week.”

Proxy war: the Taurus would be operated by German ‘technicians’ with Western satellite support for targeting.

Many in Scholz’s SPD say there are ‘many good arguments’ against sending Taurus to Ukraine.

“The SPD’s Boris Pistorius, who is expected to remain defense minister in the new CDU-SPD coalition, has said the argument against sending Taurus missiles is also based on confidential national security reasons.”

What these confidential reasons my be, it’s anybody’s guess – but we do know that the Russians have warned Merz repeatedly against such a move – Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said last Thursday that Russia would treat Taurus missile strikes on its ‘critical transport infrastructure’ – a.k.a. the Kerch bridge, in Crimea – as ‘direct’ German involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.

Providing us with a window on the mind of Russian maximalists, retired Russian Colonel Mikhail Mikhailovich Khodarenok wrote on Gazeta: “As soon as the first Taurus KEPD 350 missile takes off from the territory of Ukraine, the Aerospace Forces and the Navy of the Russian Federation must begin with the strike at the residence of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.”

President Trump had the perfect response to a reporter asking if he still has confidence in Pete Hegseth after the latest Signal chat leak.

Fake News NPR ran a hit piece on Hegseth and said the White House is looking to replace him as Defense Secretary.

“It’s just fake news,” President Trump said to reporter at the Easter Egg Roll. “You know, he was put there to get rid of a lot of bad people, and that’s what he’s doing. You don’t always have friends when you do that.”

“He is doing a great job … Ask the Houthis how he’s doing,” Trump said referring the US strikes on Houthi terrorists in Yemen.

As previously reported, three Hegseth aides placed on leave amid a probe into leaks have been officially fired.

On Friday it was reported that Pete Hegseth’s Chief of Staff, Joe Kasper, was leaving his role amid a shakeup at the Pentagon after a probe into leaks.

Last week an advisor to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was put on leave for leaking.

Dan Caldwell, who was also a part of the Mike Waltz Houthi Signal chat group, was escorted out of the Pentagon on Tuesday for “an unauthorized disclosure,” according to Reuters.

Deputy Chief of Staff Darin Selnick and Colin Carroll, chief of staff to Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Feinberg, were also placed on leave and escorted out of the Pentagon last week.

According to Politico, Caldwell, Selnick and Carroll were officially terminated on Friday. Two of the fired aides – Carroll and Selnick – plan to sue for wrongful termination, the magazine reported.

Following the terminations, contents of another Signal group chat with Pete Hegseth were leaked to The Wall Street Journal.

“Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth created a Signal chat with his wife, his personal lawyer and others, and posted sensitive military information into it, people familiar with the matter said Sunday, a revelation that has added to the increasing scrutiny of the novice leader,” The Wall Street Journal reported.

“Hegseth was already facing questions for writing flight plans and other details about a military operation ahead of U.S. strikes on Houthi rebels in Yemen into a Signal chat with senior Trump administration officials. Hegseth posted nearly the same information into another chat featuring his wife and other aides that don’t require real-time knowledge of the mission, a person familiar with the chat said,” The Wall Street Journal reported.

Pete Hegseth went off on the fake news media after the latest leak.

“What a big surprise that a few leakers get fired and suddenly a bunch of hit pieces come out from the same media that peddled the Russia hoax, won’t give back their Pulitzers, they got Pulitzers for a bunch of lies,” Pete Hegseth said from the White House on Monday.

“This is what the media does,” Hegseth said. “They take anonymous sources from disgruntled former employees and then they try to slash and burn people and ruin their reputations.” Hegseth added that he and Trump were “on the same page all the way.”
