Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has threatened federal law enforcement with “hell to pay” if they arrest members of Congress for violating the law. 

The Democrats are once again inciting chaos and violence amid the arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka for criminal trespass for storming an ICE facility in New Jersey with three Democratic New Jersey Congressmembers.

The Gateway Pundit reported on ICE bodycam footage that was released over the weekend and shows Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at the Delaney Hall Detention Center in Newark, New Jersey. Democrat New Jersey Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez were also there, fighting for the release of dangerous criminal aliens.

Baraka was arrested on Friday for his involvement in the lawlessness.

There have been no arrests or charges as of yet for members of Congress– just a reminder that “Members of Congress cannot break the law in the name of ‘oversight’” and must comply with the guidelines.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday, a violent clash with police led to arrests at the same detention facility that Congress members invaded. Far-left ‘faith leaders’ created a human chain and blocked emergency vehicles from entering the ICE facility.

Police arrested several far-left protestors for refusing to leave the property numerous times.

In an unhinged Instagram rant over the weekend, Ocasio-Cortez threatened that “we’re going to have a problem” if law enforcement arrests the members of Congress who unlawfully stormed the facility and attacked officers.

She claims that the members of Congress were “inhibited from accessing” the ICE facilities to conduct oversight, ignoring the fact that they were granted access when they followed the protocols instead of storming the facility. The members later reported that none of the issues they had previously claimed were present.

She further attacked ICE agents, who protect the American public from terrorist gang members, for wearing masks to protect their safety and the operations they execute and falsely smeared ICE agents as “not in any way accountable to the Constitution of the United States.”

What a genius…

And now what DHS is trying to say, again, they’re using public intimidation because they know that they cannot come for us all. They know that they are not— that they cannot come for us all.

And recently, what they said is that DHS is allegedly looking into arresting members of Congress who were showing up for their legal and constitutional obligation to conduct oversight. If anyone’s breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress, it’s the Department of Homeland Security.

It’s people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristi Noem. You lay a finger on someone, on representative, Bonnie Watson Coleman, or any of the representatives that were there, you lay a finger on them, we’re going to have a problem, because the people who are breaking the law are the people who are not abiding by it.

And it is enshrined in the law that members of Congress who show up to ICE and CBP facilities are required to be granted access, legally required to be granted access, and they legally cannot be inhibited from accessing these facilities to conduct their constitutional obligation to investigate and conduct oversight.

So, if Kristi Noem wants to break the law, that’s on her, but it sure as hell is not someone like representative Robert Menendez that needs to be arrested, okay?

We need to be talking about ICE agent— the the the ICE agents and the cowardly policy of covering their faces, covering their faces. And a lot of them are also covering their identification.

These are public employees that are accountable to the public and accountable to Congress, and this idea that we are going to allow some kind of paramilitary force to bloom that is not in any way, that is not in any way accountable to the Constitution of the United States, we got another thing coming.

That right there, that kind of attitude is what is actually anti-American. That kind of attitude is what is actually treasonous, is to attack our Constitution and to attack the obligations that we have in our Constitution, to attack free speech.

To attack the powers of Congress, to erode our ability to investigate and conduct oversight, that is what is un-American. And this administration and Kristi Noem spits on the American flag every time she does that nonsense.

Karmelo Anthony will be allowed to graduate from high school while out on bail for the murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf in Texas on April 2.

Anthony fatally stabbed 17-year-old Metcalf in the heart at a track meet in Frisco. He died in the arms of his twin brother.

The Daily Mail reports that the Frisco Independent School District has decided that Anthony, also 17, can graduate from Centennial High School, according to the killer’s spokesman, Dominque Alexander.

The district had originally expelled Anthony over his murder charges.

“They were literally trying to expel him— period,” Alexander said. Being expelled would have meant the killer would not graduate.

Though he will be allowed to graduate, Anthony will not be able to attend the real graduation or walk across the stage with his class.

“We are in arrangements of doing an early gradation,” Alexander confirmed. “They have agreed to allow him to graduate.”

The track meet confrontation began when Metcalf asked Anthony to move from under the Memorial High School team’s tent since he did not attend the school. The incident culminated in Anthony pulling a knife from his backpack and stabbing the honor roll student in the chest.

The Anthony family has since raised over $525,000 on GiveSendGo, purchased a new Cadillac, and moved into a $900,000 home.

Anthony has admitted to the stabbing and is charged with first-degree murder. He was released from custody and placed on house arrest after his bond was lowered to $250,000.

Frisco ISD has declined to comment on the graduation decision.

Hungary is standing its ground as the European Union’s globalist ‘leaders’ push forward with plans to fast-track Ukraine’s membership.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, perhaps President Trump’s closest allies in Europe, and key figures in the Hungarian government have issued their clearest and most urgent warning yet: admitting a war-torn Ukraine into the EU isn’t just reckless—it’s a one-way ticket to economic ruin, societal upheaval, and potentially full-blown war on European soil.

Hungary’s position isn’t new, but the stakes have never been higher. Prime Minister Orbán told public radio last Friday that Ukraine’s accession would amount to “economic suicide” for Europe. Speaking bluntly, he said the EU’s liberal leadership—led by corrupt, unelected Brussels bureaucrats like Ursula von der Leyen—is hurtling toward a catastrophe without consulting the people of Europe.

“As a neighboring country, we believe that if Ukraine is admitted to the European Union, it will mean war,” Orbán declared earlier this week at a conference of EU parliamentary speakers in Budapest. He reminded attendees that the EU has never accepted a country at war—and for good reason.

Hungary rejects Brussels’ obsession with endless military aid, calling instead for peace and realism. “The longer the war lasts, the more lives will be lost,” Orbán emphasized.

The prime minister’s sentiment was echoed by Máté Kocsis, leader of the Fidesz faction in Hungary’s National Assembly. “This will be an irreversible decision,” he said, adding: “One that will shape the fate of Hungarians for the next 100 to 150 years.”

Kocsis made it clear that Ukraine, as a country without a functioning democratic process, cannot be a legitimate candidate. “The minimum condition for accession talks is a democratic election,” he said. That requires peace—not more war.

Kocsis also warned that Ukraine could send 70 to 80 pro-Brussels MEPs to the European Parliament, tilting power permanently toward the left-liberal globalism.

It’s a message that resonates with many in Central Europe, especially those in nations like Slovakia, where leaders have also voiced skepticism. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has echoed Orbán’s concerns, calling Ukraine’s membership bid “economic suicide.”

Fidesz politicians contend that Ukraine’s accession to the EU would result in Hungary losing access to vital cohesion funds from Brussels, jeopardizing pensions, healthcare, and economic development.

They further warn that a complete ban on Russian energy by the EU would cause Hungarian households to face a dramatic rise in utility costs, potentially doubling their current expenses.

“If Brussels bans Russian energy completely,” he warned, “Hungarian families will soon be paying twice as much for gas and electricity.” Hungary currently offers some of the lowest energy prices in Europe, the result of strategic energy deals with Russia that globalist sanctions now threaten to destroy.

What’s really at play here, Orbán contended, is a war between two visions of Europe: one rooted in national sovereignty, tradition, and Christian values, and another driven by globalist ideology, mass migration, gender radicalism, and endless foreign wars.

“The political debate in Hungary today,” Orbán stated, “is about whether the government in 2026 will be Ukraine-friendly or Hungary-friendly.”

French nationalist leader Marine Le Pen—recently sidelined from France’s upcoming presidential race by what many view as globalist lawfare—has now thrown her full support behind Romanian presidential candidate George Simion, sparking a political storm ahead of Romania’s May 18 runoff election.

Le Pen, leader of France’s National Rally and a staunch advocate for European sovereignty, didn’t mince words, especially when condemning the illegitimate, globalist-backed annulment of Romania’s first-round presidential election, in which the anti-globalist candidate, Călin Georgescu, had emerged victorious.

For Le Pen, the Commission’s silence was complicity. Now, she’s backing Simion, hoping he’ll deliver a significant blow to the regime in Brussels.

“I want to express my full and complete support for George Simion, who triumphed in the first round with more than 40% of the vote,” she stated. “Romania has just handed Ursula von der Leyen a very nice boomerang.”

Simion, leader of the AUR party and self-proclaimed champion of Romanian sovereignty, has welcomed Le Pen’s endorsement with open arms. “Romania first. No more foreign dictates. No more betrayal of our people,” he declared. “Together, for a Europe of sovereign nations—for real freedom and true democracy.”

Simion’s surging popularity has, understandably, rattled the Brussels elite. Macron ally Valérie Hayer, head of the left-liberal globalist Renew group in the European Parliament, announced an emergency campaign to mobilize Romanian expats in France to vote against Simion.

“We’re facing a major democratic test,” she warned, claiming Simion’s agenda would lead Romania down a path “like Hungary,” while openly trying to link him to “pro-Russian” sentiment—standard fare from the globalist script.

But the scare tactics just don’t seem to work like they once did. Many Romanians, weary of foreign dictates and broken promises, seem more inspired by Simion’s unapologetic nationalism than by the EU’s empty moralizing.

On May 18, Romanians will have a clear choice: continue down the EU’s dead-end road of managed decline, or follow leaders like Simion who promise to put their nation—and their people—first. Simion currently leads the polls, with support reaching 52% of the projected vote.

On Tuesday, as Zero Hedge reported, we discovered why the US government borrowing need was shockingly lower than previously expected.

The latest Treasury Monthly Statement revealed that in April, the US Treasury generated a $258.4 billion surplus after last month’s $160.5 billion deficit; this the second biggest surplus on record, with just the $308 billion bumper surplus in 2021 bigger.

And this is all thanks to President Trump’s tariff policy that the Democrats, their far-left media, and pundits said would never happen.

Federal agents have arrested Utah oil magnate James Lael Jensen, his wife Kelly Anne Jensen, and two of their sons, Maxwell Sterling Jensen (aka “Max”) and Zachary Golden Jensen, in connection with a sprawling $300 MILLION smuggling and money laundering conspiracy tied to Mexican criminal organizations.

Court records reveal that all four members of the Jensen family were arrested on Wednesday, April 23 — with sons Max and Zachary taken into custody in the Rio Grande Valley, while James and Kelly Jensen were apprehended at their 26,893-square-foot mansion in Sandy, Utah, reportedly worth over $9.1 million.

The arrest was carried out by the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Apprehension Team, equipped with a battering ram and tactical gear, according to KSLTV.

“James Jensen conspired with his wife, Kelly Jensen, and two of his sons, Maxwell and Zachary Jensen, to launder proceeds from sales of illegally imported crude oil,” a warrant filed for James Jensen’s arrest states.

“The payments for this crude oil were directed to businesses in Mexico that operate only through the permission of Mexican criminal organization. James Jensen was aware that the payments he made were going to these Mexican criminal organizations.”

According to KRGV, ” Federal court records say that they have been ordered to report to the Brownsville federal courthouse by Thursday, May 8, where their sons have already made their initial court appearance.”

According to an unsealed federal indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit dated April 17, the Jensens ran a complex scheme to fraudulently import and disguise crude oil shipments—nearly 3,000 in total—falsely declaring them as waste oils or petroleum distillates to evade customs regulations under the U.S. Tariff Act.

Prosecutors allege that the Jensens’ operation involved elaborate financial transactions designed to “conceal and disguise the nature, location, source, ownership, and control of the proceeds,” including high-dollar purchases of vehicles and properties using illicit funds.

The Jensens are now facing a five-count federal indictment:

Count One: All four family members are charged with conspiracy to launder money derived from smuggling operations.
Counts Two and Three: James and Max Jensen are accused of aiding and abetting the smuggling of merchandise and using false documentation to deceive customs authorities.
Counts Four and Five: Both James and Kelly Jensen allegedly spent proceeds of the illegal activity on major purchases—such as cashier’s checks for high-end car dealerships.

Court records show the family entered not guilty pleas to the charges in federal court.

In one of the largest criminal forfeiture efforts of 2025 to date, prosecutors are moving to seize a jaw-dropping array of assets tied to the scheme, including:

Four massive tank barges used for transporting the oil.
Three luxury Peterbilt trucks.
A 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, a 2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and a 2024 GMC Sierra.
A 12.69-acre estate in Rio Hondo, Texas, and the family’s $9.2 million mansion in Draper, Utah, previously featured in luxury real estate magazines.
Bank accounts tied to Arroyo Terminals, LLC and Big Hog Energy, LLC, believed to be shell entities used to launder proceeds.

Magistrate Judge Karen Betancourt signed an order on May 6, 2025, allowing James and Kelly Jensen to post reduced appearance bonds—$200,000 for James and $100,000 for Kelly, each with a 10% cash deposit.

The couple, previously restricted in their movements, can now travel freely across the Southern and Western Districts of Texas to prepare their defense.

Their son, Maxwell Jensen, was also granted a $750,000 bond with a $75,000 deposit, paid on May 9, 2025.

If convicted, they each face up to 20 years in federal prison.

On Sunday, May 18, Pope Leo XIV will formally begin his papal reign following his Inaugural Mass in Saint Peter’s Square.

Although Pope Leo XIV has already performed various ceremonial roles in his capacity as the newly elected Pope, he will not be empowered to take actions affecting the Vatican’s official policy until after Sunday’s Inaugural Mass.

Pope Leo XIV has markedly been venerated by overflow crowds in Saint Peter’s Square during both of the Pope’s public appearances this week.

On the contrary, War Room’s Ben Harnwell reported that large masses of mourners did not convene in Saint Peter’s Square during the days immediately following Pope Francis’s death.

Frankly, Pope Leo XIV can now seize this opportunity to rekindle the faith in millions of Catholics who did not align with Pope Francis’s policies embracing non-traditional Christianity.

However, before Pope Leo XIV can begin to realize his own papal mandate, he must first take part in certain longstanding Vatican traditions, such as the presentation of the Fisherman’s Ring, and the Pallium, to the Pope.

Symbolizing Saint Peter’s vocation as a humble fisherman, and Christ’s sobriquet as the Good Shepherd, respectively, Pope Leo XIV must don these articles so fundamental to the papal regalia, in order to embody his high Catholic office.

In the meantime, certain elements unique to Pope Leo XIV’s transition are underway.

Earlier today, the Vatican began its preparation of Pope Leo XIV’s living quarters in the Apostolic Palace, where Pope Francis decided to forgo residing.

Earlier today, Pope Leo XIV called for the end of the wars in Israel and Ukraine, while advocating the release of imprisoned journalists abroad.

As to Pope Leo XIV’s expected policies, The Gateway Pundit reported that Pope Leo XIV is generally regarded as a centrist within the Catholic Church, blending progressive social outreach with doctrinal conservatism, according to College of Cardinals Report.

Historically, high offices may shape the officeholder to a near-equal extent that the officeholder affects his own office.

Winston Churchill made one of his most famous speeches identifying the Bi-Polar world as he sojourned between Executive Leadership tenures (just like President Trump) as Prime Minister of the dissolving British Empire.

On “March 5, 1946, at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, Churchill’s famous words “From Stettin in the Baltic, to Trieste in the Adriatic, an iron curtain has descended across the continent,” ushered in the Cold War and framed the geo-political landscape for the next 50 years”.

They were heady, nuclear-tinged days until suddenly, the Berlin Wall went away, and Soviet Communism collapsed.

Then the world entered a period from the 1990s until the early 2020s when it was unclear if it was a Uni-polar world or a Globalist world.

Francis Fukuyama famously/infamously announced “The End of History” in his 1989 Mr. X like posit.

Unfortunately, this proved to be an off-ramp toward more sinister, not better things.  NeoCon-ism, Globalism, and the rise of Communist China was enabled.

Endless wars and a surrender of national sovereignty ensued, led by Republican and Democrat Elites in America who developed a Uni-Party focused on merging the United States with the World Economic Forum.  That was until the arrival of Donald J. Trump.

From that point on, Modern Populism developed and began to grow.

The next seminal world event was the February 2022, “No Limits Partnership” where Russia aligned with China to take on the West.  From this point onward, a Tri-Polar World exists.

The three centers of power in the world are now China, the Globalists, and the Populists.  There are no longer “neutral” states.

Countries and Citizens must decide, which camp do they align with.

 President Xi of China is racking up the alliance members, relevant or not.  Russia was the original sidekick for China, but now North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Pakistan, and South Africa have joined the league of State-ists who seek to displace the United States by any method necessary.

Are these countries totalitarian, fascist, or communist?  The answer is yes.

Regime security is paramount in this club. These nations are government-facing, with an iron fist. Individual rights do not exist, and these countries are de facto colonies of China.

China and their minions in this rogue’s gallery despise the United States World Order starting with the almighty U.S. Dollar controlling the world’s economies as the global Reserve Currency.

China has made it a priority to dominate all international organizations including the United Nations, the International Maritime Organization, standards bodies, or any other confab that has global influence.

The Chinese centric countries giddily conspired with Globalists to remove Donald J. Trump from office.  They threw down every possible abatis to block Trump’s return.

Trump represented a new unstoppable force, Populists.  Despite every form of nefarious Lawfare and Political Warfare, they failed.

Xi is facing massive food shortages at home, his exports have come to a screaming halt, and he is terrified of his Generals and Admirals and disappears them faster than the leadership of the IRGC (the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps), whoever that is this week.

Russia, who plays the junior partner to China is mired in Ukraine, yes with some momentum, but would not exist if it was not for the succor of China.

The Globalist Utopia

The remnants of the Western countries that stared down the Soviet Union have become confused.  America has become Populist and questions or rejects legacy institutions such as the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Globalist nations cling to these forums despite their patently corrupt nature.  The European Union is the dominant force in Globalism along with the non-Governmental Organization, the World Economic Forum (WEF).

The WEF turned on Klaus Schwab and threw him under the bus faster than Xi and his latest General upon the triumphant return of Trump.  The WEF needed a sacrifice as they bowed down to DJT and pleaded for mercy.

The Globalists are the weakest of the Tri-Polar World.  Their wealth, power, and influence is waning and they have chosen national suicide through open borders.

They pretend to stand up to China but are resentful that China did not become one of them.  In their view, they created modern China.

Globalists admire the societal control of China.  Before Klaus was inserted under the bus, he proclaimed China a “Role Model” for the world. It is much easier to force citizens to eat bugs in 15-minute cities when one has the high-tech authoritarianism of China.

Populism based upon the MAGA-Model

 China and Globalists are outraged over Trump.  If it wasn’t for him, they would have control of the world and one of them would control the other.  Trump represents something not really seen before on this scale in human history.

A citizen-centric nation state that is boldly nationalistic and focused on placing its population first.

Globalists don’t get it, this doesn’t mean a war-like nation bent on conquest, this means a leader and governance system that will work passionately, but peacefully to assert their nation state’s interests.

The world works best when sovereign nations place their citizens and national interests first and work out differences in a peaceful manner.

DJT has firmly established this model in America, but other countries are coming along, some faster like President Milei in Argentina and President Bukele of El Salvador, some slower like the United Kingdom which is now moving toward Nigel Farage as a modern-day Churchill.

Other countries like Taiwan, Italy, India, the Netherlands, Japan, Singapore, Israel, and even Panama, are on this continuum as well as South Korea as it fights for its survival against a Communist Coup in plain sight.

These countries believe in Borders, strong Defenses, Economic Growth, ruthless elimination of wasteful Government bureaucracies, and citizen’s rights.

Populism is ascendent, China is collapsing, and Globalism has failed.

President Trump said, as he pummeled the WEF into oblivion in his first foreign engagement, “What the world has witnessed in the past 72 hours is nothing less than a revolution of common sense.”

Populism is winning because it is simply based on common sense, of which China nor Globalism can compete with.

President Trump held a bilateral meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Tuesday during his first leg of his Middle East tour, where he signed a signed a strategic economic partnership that he said could bring 2 million jobs to the United States.

By President Trump’s hundredth day in office, he had already secured $5.2 trillion in private and foreign investments in American business, set to create an estimated 451,000 American Jobs.

But it appears this trend isn’t slowing down any time soon.

According to the White House travel pool report, the president “recalled traveling to Saudi in 2017 and said Saudi investment would help create jobs in the U.S. Trump joked that $600 billion could be a trillion.”

While discussing the new investments by Saudi Arabia, President Trump stated, “It’s probably two million jobs that we’re talking about.”

Trump: As you know, we have the biggest business leaders in the world here today. They’re going to walk away with a lot of checks, a lot of things that you will provide.

In the United States, it’s probably two million jobs that we’re talking about — this visit. So, number one, I like visiting with you, and we’ve known eachother very well, and I really believe we like eachother a lot. And number two, the United States, we’ve brought tremendous investments in and tremendous jobs, and we continue to service your great country very well.

Trump is joined on the trip by several cabinet members, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and Energy Secretary Chris Wright.

Other members of the administration, Elon Musk, and CEOs of several companies are part of the delegation are also in attendance.

The president signed a strategic economic partnership with the Crown Prince following their meeting.

According to the White House, “Today in Saudi Arabia, President Donald J. Trump announced Saudi Arabia’s $600-billion commitment to invest in the United States, building economic ties that will endure for generations to come. The first deals under the announcement strengthen our energy security, defense industry, technology leadership, and access to global infrastructure and critical minerals.”

The deal also included the “largest defense sales agreement in history” for Saudi Arabia to purchase nearly $142 billion in equipment from US firms.
