(VIDEO) DHS Assistant Secretary Responds to Democrats’ Crying Victim After Storming ICE Facility – Says DHS is “Not Playing Games” as Individuals Still Walk Free and Continue to Incite Uprisings

Bodycam footage of Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver assaulting federal agents / screen image

As Democrat lawmakers continue to roam free after storming an ICE facility and assaulting Department of Homeland Security officers, the Department of Homeland Security, days later, is making strongly worded statements.

The Gateway Pundit reported on ICE bodycam footage that was released over the weekend and shows Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at the Delaney Hall Detention Center in Newark, New Jersey. Democrat New Jersey Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez were also there, fighting for the release of dangerous criminal aliens.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested for criminal trespass on Friday, and he was quickly released. He later said in an interview with CNN that he has no regrets over the incident.

The other Democrats have likewise shown no signs of regret.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin gave another warning that they “won’t stand for this” and are “not playing games,” while responding to McIver’s claims that DHS agents “created that chaos.”

WATCH:

McLaughlin: They were just simply doing their job and trying to keep the facility safe. Bodyslamming, body-ramming, striking an officer, pushing, shoving, whatever you want to call it, it sure looks like assault. People should watch that and decide for themself. There is no place for that, especially members of Congress. It is so beneath them to be treating law enforcement like this, our brave law enforcement. We thank them for keeping that facility safe and keeping Americans safe every single day.

Part of the reason that they were protesting, apparently, is because they were saying we didn’t have the right permiting, we didn’t have the right inspection, which is absolutely false. We had all the right permitting, all the right fire code inspection, electrical inspection, safety inspection. But, in a press conference afterward, just showcasing that they want their 15 minutes of fame, they actually said that the conditions in the facility were quite good and up to snuff. So, it’s pathetic, and we won’t stand for this in this administration. We’re not playing games with the safety of our law enforcement.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the initial DHS response to Democrat members of Congress and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka storming the ICE facility in Newark was a reminder of the guidelines for members of Congress to visit ICE facilities. There have been no arrests or charges as of yet for members of Congress– just a reminder that “Members of Congress cannot break the law in the name of ‘oversight’” and must comply with the guidelines.

It is unclear whether these rogue individuals will be held to account for breaking the law.

If not, they will continue breaking the law and encouraging others to do the same, as seen in New Jersey just this morning.

On Monday, The Gateway Pundit reported that leftist radicals blocked the gates at the same Newark detention facility and called for ICE to be abolished.

“Shut Down This Facility!” – Far-Left ‘Faith Leaders’ Block Gates at Newark ICE Detention Center, Say They Won’t Move Until They Are Arrested (VIDEO)

Additionally, as noted by the Department of Homeland Security, “This stunt by sanctuary politicians puts the safety of our law enforcement agents and detainees at risk.” The post continues, “ICE officers are now facing a 413% increase in assaults.”

It could be argued that these four individuals in government are committing seditious conspiracy by storming a government facility, attacking DHS agents, attempting to “prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of” immigration laws, and inciting others to do the same.

Add this to the fact that they are committing these acts in defense of invaders and designated foreign terrorists, and it could easily be considered treason.

Treason is defined by 18 US Code 2381 as,

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Sedition is defined by 18 US Code 2384 as,

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

Can we at least see charges for disorderly conduct or assault of a federal officer?

US Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba has announced an investigation into the incident, but who knows what will come of that? It can be recalled that Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer came under investigation in February for threatening conservative Supreme Court justices, but the Justice Department rebuffed then-acting DC US Attorney Ed Martin’s plan to impanel a grand jury to probe Schumer.

After the repeated warnings and threats of investigation, these people continue and act even more emboldened to violate the laws of the United States.

After four years of political persecution and targeting of conservatives, will we ever see justice for the Democrats?

U.S. Authorities are Obligated to Arrest Colombian President Petro Urrego

The title of this article is neither emotional nor an attempt to persuade the now undoubtedly effective authorities of the United States—especially its judicial bodies—to show solidarity with Colombia. Much less is it an irresponsible suggestion for them to engage in conduct that could be considered interventionist. Not at all.

This opinion column’s title is a forceful and unavoidable call for the northern power’s authorities to fulfill their constitutional duties and obligations by arresting a highly dangerous criminal against humanity who has already been criminally denounced before them for the still unpunished kidnappings of three U.S. citizens and the also unpunished murder of one of them.

It is now undeniable that this individual, Petro Urrego, has positioned himself as one of the most prominent and visible leaders of the continental criminal left-wing projects known as 21st Century Socialism and the Puebla Group. It is neither accidental nor coincidental that Petro Urrego—besides being the main ally, partner, and defender of the Cuban overlord ruling his Venezuelan colony, the also illegitimate Nicolás Maduro—was recently appointed interim president of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).

Let’s review his background. In 1985, Mr. Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego was sentenced by a criminal court judge to 18 months in prison for being a member of an antisocial armed group linked to drug trafficking and responsible for terrorist acts across Colombia.

At the time of his capture, this dangerous individual was in possession of a military-grade weapons cache. After serving 15 of the 18 months of his sentence, he was released on account of reduced sentencing for education and labor. In other words, Mr. Petro Urrego has a criminal record for terrorism.

In 1989, another submissive Colombian government signed a “peace agreement” with the defeated narco-paramilitary leftist gang M-19, a terrorist group in which Petro Urrego was an active member and leader. Through Law 77 of December 22, 1989, and Decree 206 of January 22, 1990, a procedure was established—blatantly in violation of International Humanitarian Law (IHL)—to grant legal pardons individually and by written request to the defeated narco-paramilitaries of M-19.

In March 2018, I discovered that Petro Urrego was never pardoned because he never requested the legal benefit, and therefore the legal consequences of his undeniable and irremediable criminal record for terrorism should never have been suspended.

According to Articles 122, 179, and 197 of Colombia’s still-valid Constitution, because this despicable individual has a criminal record for terrorism, he has been—and will be for the rest of his life—disqualified from holding public office, entering into contracts with the state, or running for elected office. I also discovered that, fraudulently and illegally, in March 1990, three arrest warrants issued against this man for his involvement in heinous crimes were canceled.

With Petro Urrego’s legal status fully certified by the Ministry of Justice and Law of Colombia as a non-pardoned demobilized member of M-19 (see attached certification image), in 2018 I exhausted legal avenues in Colombia before two high courts (Council of State and Supreme Court) to demand that the law and justice be applied to this man and to prevent him from even running for the presidency of Colombia, as he was permanently disqualified.

In addition to denouncing his permanent disqualification from running for elected office, I consistently emphasized his compromised criminal status as a still unpunished war criminal, a still unpunished genocidaire, a still unpunished criminal against humanity, and a still unpunished perpetrator of serious violations of International Humanitarian Law (IHL).

From May through October 2018, I filed five (5) ELECTORAL NULLITY ACTIONS with the Council of State, one of Colombia’s four high courts. All of these well-founded and legally sound filings were denied in record time and through rulings lacking legal substance.

Even though the political bias of these high courts was obvious and I had already begun investigating ways to appeal to international justice under the principle of UNIVERSAL JURISDICTION, I nonetheless pursued the next available legal remedy in Colombia’s justice system against this criminal: filing an INVESTITURE LOSS CLAIM before Colombia’s Supreme Court of Justice.

Unsurprisingly, and again in record time, the Supreme Court rejected this motion in a ruling that seemed to have been written by Petro Urrego’s defense team.

Having reached the conclusion that no well-founded legal remedy would ever succeed against this individual or his criminal comrades in Colombia, I dedicated the following years—until January 2022—to studying, researching, reading, and drafting an INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT (ICC) against Petro Urrego, due to his status as a still unpunished war criminal, genocidaire, criminal against humanity, and perpetrator of serious violations of International Humanitarian Law (IHL).

To draft and file the said INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT (ICC) in the United States of America, I invoked UNIVERSAL JURISDICTION—a concept established by international criminal law to bring justice to victims whose countries’ judicial systems are either nonfunctional or complicit.

To ensure this mechanism worked and that the justice officials in this country could not refuse such a novel and complex legal action, I decided to include U.S. citizens who had been victims of Petro Urrego and his left-wing Colombian narco-terrorist gang, M-19.

After four years of work, the result was an 800-page book submitted to judicial authorities in several countries, denouncing just forty of the still unpunished atrocities committed by Petro Urrego and his comrades in the defeated left-wing Colombian narco-paramilitary gang M-19. I say “just forty (40)” because the National Center for Historical Memory of Colombia has recorded more than 5,900 (FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED) atrocities committed by Petro Urrego—none of them punished to this day.

How does one reach such a degree of indifference and contempt for Human Rights (HR)? Under the supposed banner of peace, and with the pathological intent of legitimizing and granting impunity to their criminal comrades, leftist Colombian political operatives and bureaucrats have created and spread four myths that contradict International Humanitarian Law (IHL).

Due to space constraints, I won’t cite excerpts, only name the myths and list the IHL tools that disprove them so readers can verify on their own.

First Myth: Nothing in international law grants any person the right to violate the Human Rights of others, let alone under the guise of a “social struggle,” “revolution,” “civil disobedience,” “insurrection,” “rebellion,” or “social uprising.” Some IHL instruments that affirm this include:

Article 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
Article 5 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966)
Article 3 of Protocol II Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 on the Protection of Victims of Non-International Armed Conflicts (1977)

Second Myth: It is absolutely false that any of the atrocities committed by these infamous criminals can be classified as political crimes or offenses and thus be eligible for amnesty, pardon, or forgiveness. IHL clearly defines which criminal behaviors can never be amnestied, pardoned, or forgiven.

These acts are classified as War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, and Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law (IHL). These offenses are explicitly listed and described in the following instruments:

Section (b) of the Statute of the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg (1945) – War Crimes
Section (c) of the Statute of the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg (1945) – Crimes Against Humanity
Article 50 of the Geneva Convention I for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick in Armed Forces in the Field (1949) – Serious Violations

Third Myth: There are no privileges, immunities, blessings, safe-conducts, or any document whatsoever that can prevent the investigation, arrest, extradition, trial, sentencing, and punishment of war criminals, genocidaires, criminals against humanity, or perpetrators of serious violations of IHL. This is established in Article IV of the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948).

Fourth Myth: Individual responsibility for any and all crimes committed within a criminal organization applies to each person simply by virtue of their membership in that criminal organization. That is, it is unnecessary to prove that a person held or fired a weapon—he or she is liable for everything committed by any member of that criminal gang.

This was established in the STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL MILITARY TRIBUNAL OF NUREMBERG (1945) and in Article II of the CONVENTION ON THE NON-APPLICABILITY OF STATUTORY LIMITATIONS TO WAR CRIMES AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY (1968).

With the definitions of these atrocities clearly established, and reminding the reader that under International Humanitarian Law (IHL) the possibility of prosecuting, trying, and punishing those responsible for these crimes has no statute of limitations, I will now share what I have done before the justice system of the United States of America, more specifically by filing my INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT (ICC) with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division – Criminal Section.

On Tuesday, February 22, 2022, invoking UNIVERSAL JURISDICTION and acting as complainant, although I was in Washington, D.C., due to the COVID-19 protocols then in place at federal buildings, I had to use UPS’s certified urban delivery services to file with the US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION – CRIMINAL SECTION, my INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT (ICC) in Spanish against Mr. Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego. I have confirmation that the document was delivered.

Subsequently, on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, once again in Washington and again unable to file it in person due to COVID-19 protocols, I sent the same INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT (ICC) against Petro Urrego to the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division – Criminal Section, by certified urban mail using FedEx services. This time I sent the translated English version. I have confirmation that this document was also delivered.

The names and details of the still unpunished Crimes Against Humanity of kidnapping and murder committed against three American victims that I included in the aforementioned INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT (ICC) are as follows:

On August 4, 1975, American citizen Donald Cooper, who served as General Manager of Sears Roebuck in Colombia, was kidnapped. Mr. Cooper, a defenseless, innocent, and unarmed member of the foreign civilian population who took no part in hostilities, was held hostage for extortion purposes by the accused Petro Urrego and his comrades from the defeated narco-paramilitary Colombian leftist gang M-19 for eighty-seven days. The accused Petro Urrego and his M-19 comrades collected a ransom of more than $1 million to release Mr. Cooper alive. That money was used by these M-19 narcoterrorists to fund the political party ANAPO (National Popular Alliance), as well as to purchase weapons and strengthen their criminal infrastructure.

While he was held hostage, Mr. Cooper was subjected to all kinds of indignities, atrocities, abuse, humiliation, and mistreatment. Along with this torture, Mr. Cooper was deliberately kept in the deplorable hygienic and sanitary conditions that the accused Petro Urrego and his narco-paramilitary M-19 comrades intentionally imposed on their victims in the macabre «people’s prisons» they designed specifically to hold their hostages.

At dawn on January 19, 1981, Mr. Chester Allen Bitterman, an American Christian missionary linguist, was kidnapped and ultimately murdered after being held hostage for 48 agonizing days.

After violently storming the Summer Institute of Linguistics headquarters in Bogotá, D.C., a group of seven M-19 narco-paramilitaries, intending to kidnap the local director Álvaro Wheeler, ultimately kidnapped trainee translator Chester Allen Bitterman, a defenseless, innocent, and unarmed member of the foreign civilian population who took no part in hostilities and who, unfortunately, happened to be present at the time.

As Petro Urrego and his M-19 comrades publicly stated, the criminal, deranged, and extortionate purpose of attacking the Summer Institute of Linguistics was to take a defenseless, innocent, and unarmed member of the foreign civilian population hostage to send a message to the world and to the newly sworn-in President of the United States, Mr. Ronald Reagan: The Summer Institute of Linguistics, a pastoral NGO that taught languages and evangelized indigenous communities in various nations around the world, had to leave Colombia within thirty days, or else the American citizen would be killed.

Since neither the U.S. government nor the Colombian government acceded to the demands of the accused Petro Urrego and his defeated M-19 comrades, after forty-eight days of captivity in extremely degrading and precarious conditions, Mr. Bitterman was murdered. His lifeless body was found wrapped in an M-19 flag on a public transport bus.

Diego Ascencio, the accredited Ambassador of the United States of America to Colombia, was kidnapped along with fifty-six (56) other people (25 of whom were foreign diplomatic personnel). His captivity lasted sixty-one (61) days, beginning on Wednesday, February 27, 1980, at 12:15 p.m. and ending on April 25, 1980.

The mass and extortionate kidnapping for media purposes of this internationally protected person, as well as the takeover of an internationally protected building—namely, the Dominican Republic Embassy in Bogotá, D.C., capital of Colombia—lasted 60 days. The accused Petro Urrego and his defeated M-19 comrades demanded, in exchange for releasing all their hostages alive (including minors), not only $50 million but also the release of 300 of their narco-terrorist comrades imprisoned in Colombian jails.

It is important to note that U.S. authorities, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 1201, are obligated to investigate the kidnapping of three of their citizens and the murder of one of them, as these are federal crimes. Section 1201 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code clearly states that «whoever unlawfully seizes, confines, inveigles, decoys, kidnaps, abducts, or carries away and holds for ransom or reward (…) any person shall be guilty of kidnapping and shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of years or for life and, if the death of any person results, shall be punished by death or life imprisonment.»

Additionally, and as established by the U.S. Department of Justice, hostage-taking (kidnapping) becomes a crime under federal jurisdiction when, among other conditions, the hostage is a U.S. agent or citizen abroad or an internationally protected person (diplomat).

So then, can we agree that a sovereign, respected, powerful nation with strong institutions like the United States of America cannot accept that a kidnapper and murderer—who represents the worst kind of unpunished criminals in recent human history—continues to walk free? Or do we not agree on this basic principle of legality and humanity?

For the past three decades, the Cuban-origin globalist plague known as “21st-century socialism” has implemented a macabrely effective playbook across several nations, resulting in the economic, social, political, and moral collapse of many countries in the Americas—and now its target is Colombia. These infamous and insatiable communists have also written the script to be followed by the supposed “opposition leaders” in the affected nations—unscrupulous politicians who have been and continue to be accomplices in the success of this induced calamity.

Fortunately for the citizens and investors of Colombia, South America, and possibly the world, what these infamous criminals did not anticipate when implementing their sinister playbook in Colombia was that their prized pawn—Petro Urrego, the fratricidal figure—had a deeply compromised legal record that someone might uncover and prosecute at the international level.

Now that I have denounced him, it is precisely the impunity that Petro Urrego has enjoyed until now that condemns him to political and, ultimately, judicial death. Once he is no longer in power because he is convicted of the criminal charges against him, everything he did as president will become null and void, because “in law, everything is undone the same way it was done.”

Although Petro Urrego has proven to be a grave and dangerous regional threat to Washington and to all civilized nations on Earth, the good news is that it is now in the hands of the United States Justice System to put an end to this murderous, destructive, and still unpunished criminal career.

In the case of this delusional criminal, there is no possible justification—political, ideological, geostrategic, or otherwise “politically correct”—to interfere or prevent the rule of law, the application of justice, the prevalence of truth, and the weight of accountability from taking their course. And he knows this—which is why he is so eager to bring Colombia down to the level of those broken, foul-smelling transnational criminal leftist cesspools like Cuba, like Venezuela (now a Cuban colony), and like Nicaragua.

ANOTHER ARSON ATTACK? London Underground Operation Disrupted by Substation Fire, Just Hours After PM House Burns

What’s happening with Starmer’s UK?

What’s happening in the United Kingdom?

A mere few hours after a fire broke out in a North London house belonging to Keir Starmer – an incident that has aroused strong suspicions of arson and is being investigated by Counterterrorism police – another fire sent the transportation system into chaos.

Many London Underground services have been suspended after a fire broke at an electrical substation on Monday afternoon, causing a partial blackout that affected its operations.

The Telegraph reported:

“The Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Jubilee and Northern lines, as well as the Overground’s Suffragette line, have all been affected.”

The electrical substation fire in #MaidaVale is now under control. https://t.co/tDlYevcFwm pic.twitter.com/cwKSnXBnKs

A faulty cable reportedly caused a fire at an electrical substation in Maida Vale, a London Fire Brigade spokesman said.

“It follows a previous fire at the same substation a few weeks ago, which saw elderly and vulnerable residents moved out of their homes.

The blip, or brief loss of power, caused vital systems to shut down. This included signaling-related systems used to control the trains, a source said.”

RFK Jr. Calls Out Big Pharma’s STRANGLEHOLD on the D.C. Swamp: ‘At Least One Lobbyist for EVERY Congressman, Senator, and Supreme Court Justice’

Screenshot: White House / Youtube

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday to celebrate a game-changing executive order that could finally break the pharmaceutical cartel’s stranglehold on American drug prices.

President Trump signed the “Most Favored Nation” executive order, a bold move that would peg U.S. prescription drug prices to the lower prices paid by countries in Europe and beyond—potentially slashing costs for American patients by up to 80 percent.

The move represents a direct assault on the globalist pharmaceutical lobby and the corrupt lawmakers they bankroll in Washington.

Joining Trump was RFK Jr., who blasted the pharmaceutical cartel and the corrupt political class that enables it.

Robert Kennedy Jr.:
“Thank you, Mr. President. This is an extraordinary day. This is an issue that I grew up with in the Democratic Party, and every major Democratic leader for 20 years has been making this promise to the American people. This was the fulcrum of Bernie Sanders’ runs for the presidency—that he was going to eliminate or correct this discrepancy between Europe and the United States.

But as it turns out, none of them were doing it. It’s one of those promises that politicians make to their constituents, knowing that they’ll never have to fulfill it. The reason they’ll never have to do it is because they know that Congress is controlled, in so many ways, by the pharmaceutical industry.

There’s at least one pharmaceutical lobbyist for every Congressman, every Senator on Capitol Hill, and every member of the Supreme Court—by some estimates, even more. The pharmaceutical industry itself spends three times what the next largest lobbying sector spends on lobbying. So this was an issue that people talked about, but nobody wanted to do anything, because it was radioactive. They knew you couldn’t get it past Congress.

We now have a President who is a man of his word—who has the courage. President Trump was taking money from the pharmaceutical industry too. I think they gave you $100 million. But he can’t be bought, unlike most of the politicians in this country. And he is standing here for the American people.

I don’t know why there are writers like Elizabeth Warren or Robert Reich who are saying that President Trump is on the side of the oligarchs. There has never been a President more willing to stand up to the oligarchs than President Donald Trump.

I’m very, very proud of you, Mr. President, for your courage. I’ll say—because I don’t want to be crude—your intestinal fortitude, your stiff spine, and your willingness to stand up for the American people.

We have 4.2% of the world’s population. Our country represents 75% of the revenues for pharmaceutical companies. We spend in our country $1,126 per capita on drugs. In Britain, they spend about $240. They spend one-fifth of what we do. And this is true across Europe.

And the drug companies—even the European ones—if you ask them, it made no sense what they were saying: that America has to pay for this innovation.

It’s not going to happen. What President Trump is saying to our European partners is: you’ve got to raise the amount you’re paying for those drugs and pay your share of the innovation. The United States is no longer subsidizing that.

If the Europeans raise the price of their drugs by just 20%, that is $10 trillion that can be spent on innovation. The health of all people across the globe is going to improve because we’re going to have better products.

I’m just so grateful to be here today. I never thought this would happen in my lifetime. I have a couple of kids who are Democrats—big Bernie Sanders fans. When I told them this was going to happen, they had tears in their eyes because they thought, “This is never going to happen in our lifetime.”

We finally have a President who’s willing to stand up for the American people.”

WATCH:

BOOM! RFK Jr. just called out EVERY elected official for being beholden to the Big Pharma industry.

On Monday, far-left ‘faith leaders’ blocked the gates at the same Newark detention facility where New Jersey Democrats got into a violent confrontation with ICE agents.

ICE bodycam footage released over the weekend showed Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at a detention facility in Newark.

DHS said the Delaney Hall Detention Center “houses drug traffickers, pedophiles, gang members, and the WORST OF THE WORST.”

Episcopal Church Ends Refugee Partnership with U.S. Government — Cites Moral Opposition to Resettling Persecuted White Afrikaners from South Africa

Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde is the leader of the Episcopal Migration Ministries (EMM) (Screenshot: The View/Youtube)

The far-left leadership of the Episcopal Church announced Monday that it is severing its nearly 40-year partnership with the U.S. government to resettle refugees — all because the Trump administration dared to classify white South African Afrikaners as refugees in need of protection.

The same Episcopal Church that prided itself on aiding persecuted people from war-torn regions is now walking away from its commitments simply because the next wave of refugees are white Christian farmers — victims of violent racial targeting in post-apartheid South Africa.

The church claims resettling these families would violate their ‘moral line,’ according to Religion News.

Afrikaner families have been facing widespread violence, including land seizures, farm attacks, and race-based targeting in South Africa — crimes so severe that human rights organizations around the world have raised the alarm for years.

The Presiding Bishop, the Most Rev. Sean W. Rowe, made it clear in a sanctimonious letter that the church would rather burn the bridge with the U.S. government than help what he sees as the ‘wrong’ kind of refugee.

According to the letter:

“Since January, the previously bipartisan U.S. Refugee Admissions Program in which we participate has essentially shut down. Virtually no new refugees have arrived, hundreds of staff in resettlement agencies around the country have been laid off, and funding for resettling refugees who have already arrived has been uncertain.

Then, just over two weeks ago, the federal government informed Episcopal Migration Ministries that under the terms of our federal grant, we are expected to resettle white Afrikaners from South Africa whom the U.S. government has classified as refugees.

In light of our church’s steadfast commitment to racial justice and reconciliation and our historic ties with the Anglican Church of Southern Africa, we are not able to take this step. Accordingly, we have determined that, by the end of the federal fiscal year, we will conclude our refugee resettlement grant agreements with the U.S. federal government.

[…]

It has been painful to watch one group of refugees, selected in a highly unusual manner, receive preferential treatment over many others who have been waiting in refugee camps or dangerous conditions for years. I am saddened and ashamed that many of the refugees who are being denied entrance to the United States are brave people who worked alongside our military in Iraq and Afghanistan and now face danger at home because of their service to our country. I also grieve that victims of religious persecution, including Christians, have not been granted refuge in recent months.

As Christians, we must be guided not by political vagaries, but by the sure and certain knowledge that the kingdom of God is revealed to us in the struggles of those on the margins. Jesus tells us to care for the poor and vulnerable as we would care for him, and we must follow that command. Right now, what that means is ending our participation in the federal government’s refugee resettlement program and investing our resources in serving migrants in other ways.”

It can be recalled that Bishop Mariann Budde, who famously criticized Trump during an inaugural prayer service, has been found to have pocketed a staggering $53 million in taxpayer funds through her organization, Episcopal Migration Ministries (EMM).

Episcopal Migration Ministries (EMM) is the refugee resettlement and immigrant advocacy program of the Episcopal Church.

In 2023 alone, EMM raked in $53 million to resettle 3,600 individuals, according to the New York Post.

The news outlet added that in 2024, EMM “sponsored” 6,400 individuals from 48 countries, including Afghans under a special humanitarian program and refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

These new arrivals are immediately eligible for all forms of welfare, such as Medicaid and cash assistance, on the same basis as U.S. citizens. Further, they can sponsor friends and relatives under a recent Biden expansion of the refugee resettlement program.

According to the New York Post, “EMM brings in LGBTQ refugees and asylees in a special federal refugee program started during the Obama administration called ‘Preferred Communities.”

In the twisted moral calculus of today’s Episcopal Church, the white Afrikaner families don’t deserve compassion. They’re the wrong color.

Instead of acknowledging the growing persecution these farmers face, Rowe lectured congregants about the church’s commitment to “racial justice and reconciliation.”

Translation: Justice only applies if you check the right identity boxes.

Missouri Senator Josh Hawley Calls for a Vote on His PELOSI Act – Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments

In January, 2023, The Gateway Pundit reported that Senator Josh Hawley introduced the PELOSI Act – Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments – on the Senate Floor.

This bill, banning US Congressmen and their spouses from trading stocks, was inspired, in large part, by Nancy Pelosi, and her husband, Paul Pelosi’s, stock portfolio gains exceeding $100M since Nancy Pelosi joined Congress in 1987.

Although the previous Congress did not vote on Senator Hawley’s PELOSI Act, in April, 2025, Senator Hawley reintroduced the PELOSI Act before the 119th Congress.

Senator Hawley has recently asserted that the Pelosi family could not possibly have reaped such high stock market dividends without accessing information exclusive to Nancy Pelosi’s office. In other words, the Pelosi family could not generate such monstrous profit margins without executing insider stock trading.

As Senator Hawley told Breitbart on Thursday, May 8, regarding Congressional insider trading,

“They use information that, frankly, only they are privy to, to make millions and millions of dollars on the stock market.”

“[They] don’t do it legally. Nancy Pelosi and her husband, last year, in 2024, beat every hedge fund in the nation, practically.”

“Voters look at this, and they just want to vomit all over themselves. They want to vomit all over these representatives and vote them out.”

“Most members of the public think that stock trading is already banned. When they read stories about Pelosi and whomever else, they can’t believe that this is currently legal,” Senator Hawley said.

Beyond Pelosi and the Democrats, multiple Republican Congressmen appear compromised by insider trading, as well.

“Last year, I was able to get this [bill] passed [out of] committee, but I had to work for almost two solid years just to get the committee vote. And even then, members of Congress, including my own party, tried to kill it at the last minute. Congress loves to trade stock. That’s just the simple fact of the matter,” Senator Hawley told Breitbart.

In order to remedy this corrupt prostitution of Congressional offices for profit,

“We just ban members of Congress from owning or trading individual stocks,” Senator Hawley told Breitbart.

On Tuesday, May 6, War Room host, Steve Bannon, praised his guest, Senator Hawley, on being the lone populist in the US Senate.

“It’s a lonely fight for you up there, as the only true populist in the United States Senate. Let’s get some more populists. Thank you for backing the president’s agenda, and being full MAGA,” Steve Bannon told Senator Hawley.

The Gateway Pundit reached out to Senator Hawley’s office seeking further comment on the PELOSI Act.

This is a developing story.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Sex Trafficking Trial, Day One: Prosecution Makes Their Opening Statements, Warn Jury Some of the Evidence ‘Will Be Hard to Hear’

The Diddy trial is ongoing – and it promises to be a ‘hard to watch’ affair.

The first day of the sex trafficking trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is in many ways a preview of what can be expected from the team of prosecutors and the defense.

In the morning, Judge Arun Subramanian finished seating the jury of 12 jurors and six alternates, then it was time for the prosecution and defense to make their opening statements.

Prosecutor Emily Johnson began by describing Diddy as a ‘larger than life’ figure, and a ‘leader of a criminal enterprise’ that used violence and threats to sexually exploit women.

She told the jury that his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura was brutally beaten after Diddy learned she had a new man in her life – ‘kicking her in the back and flinging her around like a rag doll’.

He also kept her silent by threatening to release a video of her having sex with male escorts.

NBC News reported:

“’He sometimes called himself the king and expected to be treated like one’, Johnson said, ‘to cater to all his desires’. She added: ‘He used his companies to manipulate women, forcing them with male escorts to have sex while he watched. He and his inner circle made sure he got everything he wanted’.”

Combs allegedly forced Cassie to participate in his ‘freak offs’, out-of-control sex parties that included sex workers.

“’Cassie tried her first freak off because she loved him and wanted to make him happy. … If Cassie didn’t do what he wanted, the consequences were severe’, Johnson said.”

Johnson listed the many allegations of abuse that allegedly Cassie endured – including the infamous surveillance video showing Diddy beating her on a hotel lobby.

The prosecution set the tone for the trial, by warning jurors that troubling evidence of ‘freak offs’ would be shown.

“’Some of the details of what happened to them will be hard to hear’, Johnson said of victims. ‘He used lies, drugs, threats and violence to force and coerce first Cassie and later Jane to have sex with him in front of male escorts’.”

Combs and his bodyguards bought what they thought was the only copy of the hotel beating footage, with ‘a brown paper bag full of $100,000 in cash’.

Diddy and Cassie Ventura in happier times.

Other witnesses will include a single mother, who prosecutors are calling by the pseudonym ‘Jane’, and Mia, Combs’ personal assistant for years.

“’She [Mia] is just beginning to grapple with the times he forced himself on her sexually, she wanted to keep the secret to her grave’, Johnson said. ‘They worked punishing hours for the defendant without sleep … they were expected to keep quiet of what they saw and heard in the defendants homes’, Johnson added.”

The prosecution ended by asking jurors to ‘pay close attention to the evidence, follow the judge’s instructions on the law, use and trust [their] common sense’.

Macron Responds to Viral Cocaine Baggy Claims in Effort to Snuff Out Sniffing Rumors

French President Emmanuel Macron suffered an embarrassing moment during a train ride into Ukraine on Sunday.

Reporters filmed Macron during a train ride from Poland to Ukraine with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

The three leaders were on their way to Kiev to discuss the ongoing war with Russia and potential peace talks when the cocaine rumors began to catch fire on social media.

Rumors quickly began to spread that Macron possessed cocaine after he quickly grabbed a crumpled-up tissue. Others speculated that Merz tried to cover a straw or a spoon.

Following this news story, Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova was quick to respond to the news.

Apparently, Zakharova was not buying the “tissue and coffee cup” response.

On Sunday, French media pushed back on the rumors and said Macron grabbed a handkerchief off the table.

“There is nothing suspicious in the video,” French outlet Libération said, calling speculation that it was a bag of cocaine “conspiracy theories.”

Later Sunday, Macron’s Elysee office lashed out at ‘France’s enemies’ in a statement.

“When European unity is a problem, disinformation goes so far as to make a simple handkerchief look like a drug,” Macron’s office said.

“This false information is being spread by France’s enemies, both abroad and at home. Be vigilant against manipulation,” they said.
