The Supreme Court has granted President Trump a legal victory in his war against unfettered immigration and activist judges.

On Friday, the Court ruled that the Trump Administration could end ‘temporary’ worker protections and work authorizations for more than 500,000 migrants from these four countries: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. This decision reversed a ruling by an Obama judge just two days ago.

The 7-2 ruling will remain in place pending a court challenge.

The two worst justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, dissented. Jackson whined that the Court “botched” the analysis of when emergency relief is warranted. She added it draws attention to the “real harm to real people.”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported earlier this month, the Trump Administration previously appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, demanding the revocation of temporary legal status for these migrants.

The move aimed to untangle the migratory mess left by the Biden regime, which unleashed a flood of entries under the questionable guise of “humanitarian parole.” This program, known as CHNV, allowed roughly 532,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to stay in America.

As TGP readers know, CBP data previously found that over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the Biden regime defined as “legal” means.” The regime used both the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegal aliens entry into the US.

A federal judge named Indira Talwani of Massachusetts on Wednesday demanded that the Trump administration resume processing applications from those migrants who are seeking work permits or renewing their status.

Talwani, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, rejected the Trump administration’s claim that suspending the parole programs was within its broad discretion to direct immigration policy. She also blocked the Trump Administration from revoking these migrants’ legal status in April.

Talwani claimed that the DHS failed to interpret the law properly and asserted that the migrants have a right to be in the US.

Trump earlier this year announced he would strip the status of 532,000 migrants living in the United States who were flown in on Biden’s parole program.

Opening the second day of CPAC Budapest, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjárto highlighted PM Viktor Orbán’s peace efforts in Ukraine: “For 3 years we have been arguing for a cease-fire. Now those who were attacking us are also  calling for a cease-fire.“

“We had to oppose illegal migration for years. We built a fence to stop all illegal migrants. We have to pay a fine of €1 million a day to the EU because of this. We consider this an investment in the security of Hungary,” Szijjárto said.

“And we had to protect our children from the aggressive transgender agenda,” Szijjárto said. The previous US government had actively tried to overthrow the Hungarian government. “Now Brussels has taken over the role of Washington, DC, trying to install a puppet government that is willing to give up the sovereignty of Hungary, ready to send arms to Ukraine, dismantle the border fence and let transgender back into our schools.”

Szijjárto predicted that Orbán “will be victorious in Elections 2026, so when you come back here next year, we can celebrate another great victory for Hungary.”

Speaking at CPAC Budapest for the first time, Alternative for Germany (AfD) chair Alice Weidel sent “greetings from freedom-loving patriots of Germany.“ She called the AfD the “second-strongest political party in Germany and next ruling party.“

“Legacy media and established parties fear us with good reason,” Weidel said. “Quality of life is deteriorating in Germany. People suffer from exploding crime, high taxes and destruction of wealth. The voted-out Green government only attempt to silence critical voices under the guise of combating hate speech.”

“Instead of preventing terror,” the German Verfassungsschutz secret police “spies on the AfD with the purpose of criminalizing and banning the strongest opposition party. It is grotesque and authoritarian, but they will not prevail,”  Weidel said.

“They refer to it as a Firewall, but it is really a Panic Room of a woke antidemocratic establishment that is running scared. In their panic, they are dismantling democracy itself.”

Speaking to Orbán spokesman Zoltán Kovács, US journalist Jack Posobiec said that “if you have a civil society organization in your country you must shut it down,” and take away their abililty to forster a radical left-wing agenda. Posobiec hoped the right-wing populist parties “like Nigel Farage in UK and AfD in Germany” will be able to restore sovereignty to European countries.

Former Ambassador Morse Tan, Colonel Ret John Mills, Colonel Ret Grant Newsham, and Host Paul Kim on South Korea’s most popular Podcast, “Ground C”

 

South Korea is teetering on the abyss.  One of America’s closest allies has been subject to a long term Chinese Communist Party Operation to conduct Elite Capture.  According to former National Assembly member Mr. Min Kyungwook, who also spent over 23 years as one of South Korea’s leading broadcast news personalities, “This election is so important and could be the last free and fair election in South Korea”.  Min shared with that there has been a significantly growing presence of Chinese citizens in South Korean society who have been buying real estate, opening businesses and even exchanges of training and inter-action with Chinese police forces under an agreement signed by former President Moon Jae-in.  Secret Chinese Police Stations have become a phenom in South Korea, just like America.  Mr. Min also said if you polled 100 South Korean’s in Seoul, 70 would select America as South Korea’s best friend, but unfortunately, some institutions and the elite have succumbed to Chinese Influence Operations.

What is needed according to Mr. Min and many others is a statement of support from President Trump on the need for free and fair elections in South Korea.  In addition, the U.S. Congress should take a look, with a subpoena, at the Democrat Party Candidate Lee Jae-myung who is firmly interested in removing U.S. Troops and aligning South Korea with China.  If Lee Jae-myung wins, South Korea will have a President who will be forbidden from traveling  outside Korea because he violated United Nations and U.S. sanctions by sending $8 million to North Korea.  Two of his subordinates have already been found guilty in the case, with Lee’s trial postponed until after the June 3 Election Day.

Another thing that is needed is a U.S. Ambassador needs to be named immediately.  With a right minded Ambassador, who is action oriented, even if Mr. Lee is elected, he can be held directly accountable and have a constant voice in his ear on the benefits of remaining aligned with the U.S. and the cost of moving South Korea to the Red Chinese camp.  General Flynn said, “If no one of substance in the USG pays attention to what the CCP is doing, will it even matter?  The upcoming ROK elections are already seeing signs of fraud. A fraudulent outcome will benefit the CCP. “  Early voting began on May 29, and by early evening the National Election Commission, the centralized body that runs the entire election process in South Korea issued an apology for chaos on the first day.  

Ambassador Morse Tan from the first Trump Administration, is leading an International Election Monitoring Team in South Korea.  He released a statement that said,

“The National Election Integrity Association (NEIA) and its International Election Monitoring Team (IEMT) conducted an on-site visit to an early voting center in Seoul on the first day of early voting ahead of the Republic of Korea’s presidential election scheduled for June 3, 2025.

This statement is based on an analysis of verified facts, including reports from major domestic news outlets, documented submissions from civil election watchdog groups, and direct observations and interviews conducted by the monitoring team on site.

1. Severe Violation of Procedural Integrity

Under the South Korean Public Official Election Act, early voting ballots are required to bear a physical seal from the presiding election official. However, at the site visited, this procedure had been replaced with machine-printed seals. This substitution undermines the ability to verify ballot authenticity and constitutes a clear departure from the legal standard, amounting to a serious procedural violation.

2. Significant Discrepancies in Voter Count

In multiple regions, independent citizen monitors using manual tally counters reported significant discrepancies between the number of voters they personally counted and the official voter turnout figures released by the National Election Commission (NEC). The magnitude of these discrepancies goes far beyond plausible human error, raising serious doubts about the objectivity and reliability of early voting turnout data.

3. Verified Cases of Ballot Leakage Prior to Marking

Video evidence and media reports confirm that in at least one location, unmarked ballots were seen being carried outside the polling station by voters.  This incident reveals a critical breakdown in ballot custody and oversight, representing a serious failure of election management and control protocols.

4. Physically Improbable Voter Throughput

At certain early voting locations, the total number of voters recorded exceeds what is physically possible given the operating hours and realistic voter processing capacity. Such anomalies suggest that digital tally systems may not accurately reflect the number of actual voters. This warrants a fundamental and independent forensic investigation.  The early voting process has revealed severe deficiencies in procedural consistency, numerical reliability, and transparency of on-site election administration.  These are not mere administrative oversights—they point to structural issues that may fundamentally compromise the legitimacy and public acceptance of the election results.

Of particular concern is the growing lack of confidence in the integrity of published early voting turnout figures, which now appears to be substantiated by both quantitative discrepancies and operational irregularities.  These issues fail to meet the standards expected by international election monitoring protocols.  Accordingly, we believe a full-scale re-evaluation of the current early voting system, along with an independent audit, is urgently needed.  The IEMT will prepare a comprehensive election monitoring report covering these and other key findings throughout the election period.

This report will be formally submitted to the Government of the Republic of Korea, the Government of the United States, the United Nations, and relevant international organizations. We strongly urge the National Election Commission of Korea to acknowledge the gravity of the problems identified during early voting and to implement immediate, meaningful corrective measures.

This is not a demand on behalf of any political party or candidate, but rather a principled call to restore public trust in South Korean democracy and uphold its international reputation.”

The European geopolitical chessboard keeps pitting the establishment Liberal-Globalists against the populist-rightwing patriots who refuse to surrender their national sovereignty.

Now, as we head into Sunday’s Polish Presidential Election runoff, voters face these exact options: the pro-European mayor allied with Prime Minister Donald Tusk against a conservative ally of current President Andrzej Duda.

US President Donald J. Trump, the reference for real Conservatives around the world, has endorsed the PiS candidate Karol Nawrocki, a support that included the prospect of closer military ties.

The polls predict a very close race between Nawrocki and liberal Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski.

“Trump met with Nawrocki earlier this month at the White House and sent his Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to a meeting of the conservative pressure group CPAC in Poland, where she offered a strong endorsement.

Noem even dangled the prospect of closer U.S.-Polish military ties in the event of a Nawrocki win — with the implied warning that a Trzaskowski victory could jeopardize Poland’s security.”

In fact, Nawrocki got the endorsements of many in the conservative world: Trump, Musk, Vance, Russia’s Medvedev, Romania’s Simion, France’s Le Pen, Germany’s Weidel, Hungary’s Orbán.

Needless to say, AP stands for Trzaskowski and the continuation of PM Tusk’s ‘rule of law’ government (i.e. acceptance Globalist policies).

“Nawrocki’s backers believe only conservative rule can safeguard national sovereignty and traditional Christian values, and they say Trump’s support would greatly enhance Poland’s security.”

Meanwhile, outgoing conservative Polish President Andrzej Duda is outraged that Ukraine denies and hides the WW2 Genocide of Poles During ‘Volyn Massacre’ by Ukrainian Nazis, and decries the cult of war criminal Stephan Bandera.

Democrats and liberals, many of whom don’t even believe in God, are outraged that Christians in Congress could vote in favor of budget cuts. They’re accusing Mike Johnson and others of being fake Christians simply because they supported the Big Beautiful Bill. It’s a bizarre argument, and yet another example of liberals finding outrage in any action they disagree with while misinterpreting or misusing Scripture to criticize Christians.

Liberals and non-believers often accuse Christians of hypocrisy for opposing government welfare programs or voting in favor of tax cuts. According to this view, Christians are morally obligated to support state-run redistribution in the name of compassion. But this accusation has no foundation in Scripture or Christian theology. There is nothing in the Bible that commands the state to impose taxes on working people in order to fund government handouts to those who do not work.

Yes, Jesus taught us to care for the poor, and He commanded charity. But biblical charity must be voluntary to be a blessing. As Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 9:7, “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart—not reluctantly or under compulsion—for God loves a cheerful giver.” Giving under government coercion is not biblical charity, it’s taxation. And while Jesus said, “Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s” (Matthew 22:21), obligating Christians to pay their lawful taxes, it does not mean they are spiritually obligated to support every form or volume of government spending.

It’s also important to remember that tax money does not belong to Congress. It is taken from working individuals under the threat of penalty or imprisonment. Taking what belongs to one person and giving it to another is not charity in any biblical sense. The Bible does not command governments to run welfare programs, nor does it teach that Christians sin by opposing them. In fact, Scripture often warns against rulers who abuse power and impose unjust taxes. In 1 Samuel 8, God warned the Israelites that a king would “take the best of your fields and vineyards,” “a tenth of your grain,” and “make you his slaves.” However, God calls Christians to give voluntarily, and they do, contributing billions of dollars each year.

Catholic and Protestant organizations operate the largest and most active charitable networks in the world. As Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16), and James wrote, “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17). These verses affirm that genuine faith results in good deeds, including charity. In the United States, practicing Christians are among the most generous donors: they are 40% more likely to give to charity than non-Christians, and churchgoers are 75% more likely to give than non-attendees.

The Catholic Church is widely recognized as the largest charitable organization globally. With a presence in nearly every country, it operates thousands of hospitals, schools, orphanages, and relief agencies. Caritas Internationalis, the Church’s global aid network, coordinates humanitarian efforts worldwide.

In the United States, Catholic Charities is one of the nation’s largest charitable organizations, providing services such as food assistance, housing, and disaster relief. Additionally, the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization, donated $190 million and volunteered 47 million hours in charitable activities in 2024 alone.

Other Christian denominations also contribute significantly. The Salvation Army, rooted in Protestant Christianity, is the sixth-largest charity in the U.S., with a total revenue of $4.78 billion. Samaritan’s Purse, led by Franklin Graham, provides disaster relief and runs Operation Christmas Child, delivering aid and gospel materials to children worldwide. World Vision, one of the largest evangelical humanitarian groups, focuses on child sponsorship, education, clean water, and disaster relief. Compassion International works through local churches to help children escape poverty.

Food for the Hungry combats hunger and poverty through development and emergency aid. Lutheran World Relief provides sustainable development and disaster response in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Christian Aid Ministries, associated with conservative Anabaptists, delivers aid in crisis zones. MAP International supplies medicine and medical equipment to clinics in poor countries. Tearfund, a UK-based evangelical agency, addresses poverty and climate resilience through local churches. Finally, Free Burma Rangers, founded by a missionary and former U.S. Special Forces officer, named David Eubank, delivers frontline aid in war zones like Burma, Syria, and Iraq.

Christians are called by God, not by the government and not by liberals, to give. And in answering that call, faith-based groups provide an overwhelming share of food assistance in the United States: 63% of food pantries are run by Christian organizations, and nearly half of all congregations operate or support food distribution programs or soup kitchens. But it is not a sin to vote against a tax cut. And the people making these accusations, trying to shame Christians, should ask themselves what organization they belong to and how much aid they are personally giving.

On May 21, New York Attorney General Letitia James attempted to deflect growing controversy over a criminal referral to the Department of Justice regarding her real estate dealings. Speaking before the Association for a Better New York, James claimed her motives were purely familial.

“In reality, the power of attorney was never used to determine my eligibility for a mortgage for my niece for a home in the state of Virginia,” James said. “My niece has children, and because I’m a good aunt, I wanted her to have a home.”

This statement was in reference to allegations raised by forensic fraud investigator Sam Antar and widely circulated by The Gateway Pundit. At issue is a 2023 mortgage James co-signed for a property at 604 Sterling Street in Norfolk, Virginia. She filed a notarized power of attorney on August 17, 2023, declaring under oath that she “intended to occupy this property as her principal residence.” Yet at the time, James was legally domiciled in Brooklyn, New York, serving as state Attorney General.

William Pulte, Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, cited this declaration in an April 14, 2025 letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, alleging that James may have falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government-backed assistance and loans with more favorable terms.

Pulte noted that mortgages for primary residences typically offer better rates and conditions than those for second homes or investment properties. James’s HAMP loan and her claim of marriage to her father were also cited by Pulte for investigation.

James’s explanation, that she is a “good aunt” merely helping her niece and her children – is now facing deeper scrutiny. While her words evoked images of needy young children, the facts paint a more troubling picture.

Letitia James’s niece, Shamice Thompson-Hairston, was 53 years old at the time of the home purchase. Two of her children – whom James’s statement implied were minors – are both adults, and both have significant criminal histories.

Shamice Hairston’s adult daughter, Cayla Hairston was born on August 20, 2004. She was 20 years old when Letitia James purchased 604 Sterling Street in Norfolk, Virginia and claimed it would be her primary residence.

Cayla Hairston has multiple arrests on her record, including a felony charge for violating Virginia’s law prohibiting firearm possession by convicted felons (Virginia Code §18.2-308.2) and felon in possession. This indicates that Cayla must have had a prior felony conviction, likely when she was under 18 because no records are available online.

Cayla was also charged with making a false statement on criminal history consent form when purchasing a firearm, and this is a serious offense. This form is required by Virginia law for individuals purchasing firearms from dealers. If a person willfully and intentionally makes a materially false statement on this form, they are guilty of a Class 5 felony, which can result in up to 10 years of imprisonment

Cayla was arrested again in June 2024 for grand larceny, a charge later reduced to petit larceny. She received a suspended jail sentence and was fined $539.

Even more concerning is Shamice’s 36 year old daughter, Nakia Monique Thompson, born in February 1989. Her crimes span 20 years in the states of Virginia and North Carolina, and include multiple prison sentences and convictions for: contributing to delinquency of a minor, abuse of child, possession of burglary tools, third degree larceny, grand larceny, assault and battery, petty larceny, trespassing, shoplifting, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Nakia Thompson was even convicted of crimes while serving prison time, including malicious conduct by prisoner.

The “good aunt” story was meant to humanize Letitia James. It was an attempt to frame herself as generous and family-oriented, but it collapses under the weight of facts. Her carefully worded public statement, designed to elicit sympathy, strategically obscured key details – namely, that the so-called “children” she referenced are adult felons with extensive criminal histories. One was rearrested just months after the mortgage deal, the other has a 20-year rap sheet.

At best, James’s statement was misleading. At worst, it may be part of a broader pattern of deception involving public filings, bank documents, and government-backed mortgages.

And the questions keep coming: Why would a sitting state official claim to live in another state? Why describe adult convicts as “children”? And, if crimes continue to be committed from the Norfolk address, could James face legal liability?

Now under investigation and lawyering up with Abbie Lowell, one of the Democratic Party’s top defense attorneys, James faces the possibility of disbarment, financial penalties, and even criminal prosecution if charges are filed and she is convicted of mortgage fraud.

Germany’s bid to marginalize its largest opposition party, the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD), through intelligence agency tactics has been derailed, thanks to intense pressure from U.S. political figures.

As German establishment parties and authorities orchestrated a campaign to discredit the AfD, Republican leaders in the U.S. intervened, condemning the move as a threat to democracy.

On May 2, Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) labeled the AfD a “proven right-wing extremist” group, triggering a media onslaught aimed at delegitimizing the party and potentially laying the groundwork for a ban. This aggressive move against parliamentary democracy quickly drew international backlash.

«Disguised Tyranny«.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio was among the first to respond, posting on X: “Germany has empowered its intelligence service to surveil the opposition. That’s not democracy—it’s disguised tyranny.”

Vice President J.D. Vance, serving under President Donald Trump, amplified the criticism, stating, “The West dismantled the Berlin Wall together. Now, the German establishment is rebuilding it—not with Soviet or Russian hands, but their own.”

The message from the Trump administration was unmistakable: the U.S. would not tolerate efforts to criminalize Germany’s opposition.

Cotton’s Ultimatum and Germany’s Retreat.

The turning point came on May 7 at 6:51 PM German time, when Republican Senator Tom Cotton publicly urged U.S. intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard to halt cooperation with Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service (BND).

“These police-state tactics are unworthy of a Western democracy,” Cotton declared. “Such methods belong in places like China or Russia, not Germany.”

Within 20 hours, on May 8, the BfV quietly removed the “right-wing extremist” designation from its website, marking a swift retreat.

This intervention, supported by prominent Republicans like Rubio and Vance, signals a historic shift in U.S.-Germany relations. For the first time, the U.S. government, a long-standing ally, has openly challenged German authorities for targeting a democratically elected opposition party.

The AfD, a significant force in the Bundestag and European Parliament, had been subjected to surveillance by the BfV, which operates under the Interior Ministry. Many in Germany and abroad view this as a deliberate attempt to suppress a legitimate political movement.

This episode has drawn comparisons to authoritarian regimes, where governments weaponize security agencies to silence political rivals.

Media and Experts Dismantle the Report.

In the aftermath, German mainstream media turned on the BfV’s report. The Berliner Zeitung enlisted plagiarism expert Stefan Weber, who exposed the document as largely “copy-pasted” from unrelated court rulings, undermining its legitimacy.

Legal scholar Dietrich Murswiek, writing in Focus, argued that the report provided no evidence of the AfD’s hostility toward the constitution, noting that its ethnic-cultural concept of identity is not unconstitutional. Constitutional law expert Volker Boehme-Neßler went further, branding the intelligence agency’s tactics “democratically unacceptable.”

The U.S. intervention has not only spared the AfD but also exposed cracks in Germany’s democratic framework. As tensions simmer, the world watches to see whether Germany’s establishment will recalibrate or persist in its efforts to curb dissent.
