The second criminal alien deported to El Salvador and ordered to be returned to the US by a federal judge has been unmasked.

Last month a federal judge in Maryland ordered the Trump Administration to return a 20-year-old Venezuelan man from El Salvador.

US District Court Judge Stephanie Gallagher, a Trump appointee, said the Trump Administration’s decision to deport the man violated a previous court settlement.

The man currently held at El Salvador’s CECOT prison was originally identified as ‘Cristian’ in court documents.

However, Politico has identified the deported Venezuelan as 20-year-old Daniel Lozano-Camargo.

And surprise, surprise Daniel Lozano-Camargo has a criminal history!

“[POLITICO] has identified him as Daniel Lozano-Camargo, a 20-year-old citizen of Venezuela who was living in Houston and running a car detailing business until March 15, when the Trump administration declared him an “alien enemy” and swiftly deported him to an El Salvador prison along with hundreds of other men,”

“Lozano-Camargo has had at least two brushes with the law for low-level drug crimes, but his family insists he has no ties to Tren de Aragua, the Venezuelan gang that Trump says is invading the United States. The Trump administration has not made public evidence to back up its claims about Lozano-Camargo’s gang affiliation, although some passages in court filings are under seal,” Politico reported.

“My son isn’t one of Tren de Aragua,” Daniela Camargo insisted in a since-deleted Facebook video, according to Politico. “Anyone who knows my son knows he’s innocent.” Lozano-Camargo’s lawyers did not answer questions about their client. His mother and girlfriend did not immediately respond to inquiries.

On Tuesday, Judge Gallagher refused to lift her order requiring the return of Daniel Lozano-Camargo.

Pakistan’s army has confirmed the attack. Missiles were confirmed to have been fired at Kotli, Muzaffarabad, and Bahawalpur in Pakistan.

The Indian Defense Ministry also released a statement confirming the attack, saying it came in response to a previous terror attack launched by Pakistani forces:

These steps come in the wake of the barbaric Pahalgam terrorist attack in which 25 Indians and one Nepali citizen were murdered. Our actions have been focused, measured and non-escalatory in nature. No Pakistani military facilities have been targeted.

India has demonstrated considerable restraint in selection of targets and method of execution.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported last week that Pakistan’s defense minister said that a military incursion by neighboring India is “imminent” following a deadly militant attack on tourists in Kashmir the previous week, as tensions rise between the two nuclear-armed nations.

The attack killed 26 people and triggered outrage in Hindu-majority India, along with calls for action against Muslim-majority Pakistan.

India accuses Pakistan of backing militancy in Kashmir, a disputed region over which both countries have fought two wars.

A federal judge ordered North Carolina to certify Democrat Allison Riggs as the winner of the hotly contested Supreme Court race.

Last month the North Carolina Supreme Court ruled that most of the 65,000 questionable ballots must count in the hotly contested judicial race.

The North Carolina Supreme Court race previously headed for a recount due to a close final tally as the Democrat pulled ahead two weeks after Election Day.

Democrat incumbent Sarah Riggs closed the race with 2,770,818 votes to GOP challenger Jefferson Griffin’s 2,770,193 votes.

The race went to a recount since the vote difference is fewer than 10,000 votes.

Republican Griffin was leading the race until all of a sudden Democrat Riggs overcame her opponent weeks after the election.

After several parties submitted briefs to the court late last month, US Chief District Judge Richard Myers, a Trump appointee, ordered the North Carolina elections board to certify Allison Riggs as the winner.

“The State Board SHALL certify the results of the election for Seat 6 based on the tally at the completion of the canvassing period on December 10, 2024,” Judge Myers wrote, according to Fox News.

Judge Myers delayed his order for one week to give Griffin time to appeal his ruling.

A federal judge on Monday ordered the North Carolina elections board to certify results showing Democrat Allison Riggs as the winner of the state Supreme Court race against Republican Jefferson Griffin, ruling that thousands of contested ballots in the November contest must remain in the final count.

U.S. District Judge Richard Myers – who was appointed by President Donald Trump in 2019 – agreed with Riggs and others who argued it would violate the U.S. Constitution to carry out recent decisions by state appeals courts that could remove potentially thousands of ballots for overseas military and their family members who were not required to attach a copy of their photo IDs, as well as ballots for a category of “Never Residents,” or U.S. citizens with family ties to North Carolina who have never lived in the United States. Myers wrote that votes could not be removed six months after Election Day without damaging due process or equal protection rights of the affected residents.

Myers ordered the State Board of Elections to certify results that, after two recounts, had Riggs as the winner — by just 734 votes — over Griffin.

The biggest international lobbying effort in the planet is taking place right now, as religious and political forces converge into the Vatican to try to influence the Cardinals into choosing a Pope that they favor.

In one of the few instances that were reported upon, French President Emmanuel Macron was lobbying against Conservative African Cardinal Robert Sarah.

Tomorrow, the college of cardinals will enter the Sistine Chapel and be sealed off from the world, with the Vatican even deactivating cell phone signals.

The Conclave will assemble 133 prelates to choose a successor to the late Pope Francis.

Since electors are not forbidden to take in written materials, some Conservatives have edited a meaningful book to offer the Cardinals.

CNN reported:

“Titled ‘The College of Cardinals Report’, it offers profiles on around 40 papal candidates, including a breakdown on where they stand on topics such as same-sex blessings, ordaining female deacons and the church’s teaching on contraception. The subtext: Choose a pope who will take the church in a different direction to Pope Francis – whose progressive reforms angered some conservatives.”

The report is available online and printed as a large format book. Two Conservative Catholic journalists, British Edward Pentin and American Diane Montagna, have put the work together, and now the book is being handed to cardinals entering and leaving the pre-conclave meetings.

“The creators of the report say they produced the resource to help cardinals get to ‘know one another better’ and that it was compiled by an ‘international and independent team of Catholic journalists and researchers’. It comes ahead of a conclave where the cardinals – a diverse group drawn from 71 countries, many of them appointed by Francis over the last decade – don’t know each other well and have been wearing name badges during their meetings.”

What follows is CNN complaining that a Conservative report has a bias that is… conservative.

“But two church lawyers have told CNN that the report is far from impartial and is an attempt to influence the conclave in an anti-Francis direction. For example, it describes Cardinal Mario Grech, the Maltese prelate who has been tasked with overseeing a major reform process in the Roman Catholic Church, as ‘controversial’, while it heaps praise on US Cardinal Raymond Burke, a prominent critic of Francis.”

US Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Tuesday that federal authorities have seized roughly three million fentanyl pills, totaling 11.5 kilograms, in “the largest seizure in our nation’s history.”

The deadly synthetic opioid, which is up to 50 times more potent than heroin, is mainly manufactured in China and smuggled into the US by drug cartels. It is often mixed into counterfeit pills, causing unsuspecting individuals to overdose.

Under Biden, fentanyl became the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18-45.

This comes after Bondi announced last week that over 22 million fentanyl-laced pills had been seized in Trump’s first 100 days in office.

This is enough deadly fentanyl to kill 119 million people, said Bondi.

Bondi announced the latest seizure during a press conference on Tuesday.

She further announced the arrest of six Sinaloa Cartel members, led by Alberto Salazar Amaya, who was living in Salem, Oregon. “With him, they got millions of dollars, cash, cars, but the drugs were in Albuquerque, Phoenix and Utah,” Bondi said.

All of the cartel members were in the country illegally.

General Michael Flynn has declared his readiness to return to the White House as President Donald Trump’s National Security Advisor.

On Monday, the decorated combat veteran and former National Security Advisor under President Trump took to X with a powerful statement:

“For over four decades, I’ve dedicated my life to serving this great nation, from the battlefields of Afghanistan and Iraq to the halls of Washington.

Whether in uniform, in government, or as a private citizen, my commitment to America and its people has never wavered.

I’ve faced challenges, taken hits, and become stronger, always driven by a deep love for this country and its values.

This love for our nation, for its people, and for its values is what fuels my commitment. If called upon, I’ll protect our nation’s security and ensure our enemies know we mean business.

But no matter where I stand, inside or outside government, I’ll keep fighting for the America we all cherish. That’s my promise, and I’m not done yet.”

Flynn’s announcement comes as the National Security Advisor position once again becomes vacant following President Trump’s decision to remove Mike Waltz.

Flynn made his intentions crystal clear during a sit-down with Benny Johnson. In a no-holds-barred interview, Flynn didn’t just say he’s ready—he issued a warning to the enemies of America’s constitutional republic:

Johnson pointedly asked Flynn if President Trump had reached out to ask him to return as National Security Advisor, a role from which he was railroaded by the Obama holdovers and their media lackeys back in 2017. Flynn’s response was firm.

Benny Johnson:
I want to put up this post from you yesterday that excited our production team very much. You said, “I am ready to serve.” Now, the National Security Advisor role is open as of last week. You were in that role, and you served in that role—if you don’t mind me framing it this way—until the deep state took you out as enemy number one. Now you’re saying that you’re prepared to reenter that role. That’s the first question. Question number two: Have you been contacted by President Trump to reenter the White House as the National Security Advisor?

Flynn:
I answer the first question—yes. The second question—no. I’ve been watching everything, listening, and observing intensely because I do believe, as I just went through my diatribe with you, that we are in a place where we cannot afford to have, as Trump likes to say, unforced errors. We cannot afford to drop a glass ball right now.

I’m a guy—I’m serving now, Benny. I’m serving now. I serve in just a different way. I have been engaging people in government. I’m still out doing stuff, so I’m serving. I think that’s my message to every American: How are you serving this country? Because every American needs to serve this country, whether you’re inside the government or outside the government.

But I’m a guy with a lot of background, a lot of skills, and I didn’t go off into the sunset and go, “Woe is me.” I’m paying close attention to what’s happening around the world and certainly in our country. I know we have great leaders out there. We have a lot of leaders who want to serve inside the government. I’ve let it be known. At this point, sometimes the President—he’s got a decision to make. And whatever he does, I’m going to continue to fight for this country. Frankly, I don’t know—maybe I’m designed that way, maybe I’m designed differently.

That’s the way I was. I was born on an army base. I served in the military all my adult life. I’ve been to combat. I know the world. I’ve lived on or visited six continents. I’ve served in different critical jobs.

Yeah, is there a group of people in the deep state that fear me? You damn right they do. They fear me for a good reason. The media? You think the media—oh my God, the mainstream media—they would blow a gasket. I would love to just see that. I mean, whatever. But I do know exactly what I’m talking about, and I know what I would do. That I can guarantee.

Benny Johnson:
…Do you have any news to break on this program, General?

Flynn:
Well, I would say to you, Benny, that I am ready. I am ready to come out of that glass, that is for sure.

There’s no doubt about it. I actually think that the nation—and Trump is doing wonderful things—but what Chairman Comer just talked about, among other things, we are still in a massive, massive ideological war going on in this country.

There aren’t going to be any friendlies if we get to another election and we lose the majority in the House of Representatives—never mind the next presidential election.

In March, Trump took to Truth Social to announce a powerhouse new Board of Visitors for West Point, the United States Military Academy.

His choices sent the mainstream media into a tailspin, as they included true America-First warriors like General Michael Flynn, Maureen Bannon, and others.

“I am pleased to announce a new Board of Visitors for our Nation’s oldest Military Academy, West Point. Major General David Bellavia, Lieutenant General Dan Walrath, General Michael Flynn, Congressman Wesley Hunt, Maureen Bannon, and Meghan Mobbs are hereby appointed to the Board. They will make our Country proud. Congratulations to all!” – President Donald J. Trump

Additionally, back in February, Trump addressed the crowd on the Mar-a-Lago patio, where he praised General Flynn and revealed that he had offered him “about 10 different jobs.”

“Let me tell you, this guy—he’s the real deal. He’s a real general. I told him I offered him about 10 jobs. I think he’s doing so well he doesn’t need them. But I offered. I said, “Anytime you want to come in, you know that, Mike, okay?”

The US Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed the Trump Administration’s transgender military ban to take effect.

The Supreme Court stayed the lower court’s preliminary injunction on the transgender military ban pending appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The high court made the decision 6-3. Liberal Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson would have denied the application.

There was no explanation included in the Supreme Court’s decision.

Last month President Trump asked the Supreme Court to intervene after a lower court temporarily blocked his ban on transgender troops.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, stacked with leftist judges, previously denied the Trump Administration’s stay of injunction on the transgender troop ban a couple of weeks ago.

The three judges: Wallace Tashima (Clinton), John Owens (Obama), and Roopali Desai (Biden) denied the request for a stay.

In January President Trump signed the “Restoring America’s Fighting Force” executive order and the “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” executive orders, which direct every element of the U.S. military to “operate free from any preference based on race or sex” and root out gender insanity and made up pronoun usage, respectively.

In March US District Judge Benjamin Hale Settle in Washington State issued a nationwide preliminary injunction.

Judge Settle, a George W. Bush appointee, said the Trump DOJ’s arguments have not been persuasive.

President Trump’s DOJ filed an appeal, and the DC Circuit Court denied the administration’s motion to stay Judge Settle’s preliminary injunction.

“Appellants have not demonstrated that they will suffer irreparable harm absent a stay,” the appeals court said in a previous order.

The Supreme Court stayed the lower court’s injunction while the case proceeds.

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that the U.S. would no longer be bombing Houthi militants in Yemen. The end of the American air campaign, known as Operation Rolling Thunder, reportedly comes after the Houthis approached the U.S. Monday night and requested an end to the fight. 

“They said, ‘Please don’t bomb us anymore and we’re not going to attack your ships,’” the president told reporters at a press conference with Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney. 

The U.S. has engaged in over 800 airstrikes against Houthi targets in the country since the end of the ceasefire in Gaza in March, when the Yemeni Islamist group resumed attacking shipping passing through the Red Sea with missiles and drones.

The end of American freedom-of-navigation operations in the Red Sea would not signal an end to conflict in the region. Israel carried out a large airstrike on the Houthis on Monday night, retaliating after a Houthi missile penetrated Israeli air defenses and struck close to Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv.

Houthi officials denied the president’s statement. “There will be no cancellation of aid operations until the aggression on Gaza stops and the siege on the Palestinians is lifted,” said Deif Allah al-Shami, a member of the Houthi’s political bureau.

Ed Martin earlier moved crooked Biden prosecutors to misdemeanor court.

In the 1979 horror classic “When a Stranger Calls” a babysitter keeps getting crank phone calls from a stranger asking her to “check the children.” At first, the babysitter blows off the calls as just a practical joke, but as the calls increase in frequency and the intensity of their threats, she finally calls the police, who ask her to keep the caller on the line long enough to trace the call. The babysitter does just that, and in one of the most famous scenes in horror movie history, the police tell the babysitter, “THE CALL IS COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE!”

As two women who have been the victims of the Department of Justice’s political persecutions for our involvement in organizing the completely peaceful and lawful speech that President Donald J. Trump delivered on the Ellipse on January 6, 2021, we know firsthand that the call is coming from inside the house at the Department of Justice.

We unequivocally support President Trump’s nomination of Ed Martin as United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. We know Ed Martin and are honored to call him a friend and fellow foot soldier in the fight to Make America Great Again.

Under the administration of President Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland has been allowed – and indeed encouraged – to politicize the Department of Justice. To turn a once well-respected and independent arm of the Executive into little more than a tool for the regime to prosecute their political opponents.

Under the Biden administration, Attorney General Garland used the power of federal government to attempt to sideline the Republican nominee for President – not only bringing sham cases against President Trump in DC and in southern Florida – but also coordinating with prosecutors in New York and Georgia to bring equally baseless and politically motivated prosecutions.

Not content with using lawfare to attempt to short circuit the Democratic process, Biden’s DOJ went after average Americans – Americans like us. Americans who were guilty of absolutely nothing more than supporting a candidate the regime didn’t like.

Merrick Garland’s DOJ turned a blind eye to the thousands and thousands of violent protestors from the summer of 2020 – protestors who caused more than $2 billion in damages – while at the same time using the full extent of federal power to punish grandmothers who walked into the Capitol building peacefully on January 6th.

Merrick Garland and the Biden administration tried to ruin us, they tried to bankrupt us, they tried to destroy our family, so it would be understandable if we wanted revenge.

The nomination of Ed Martin is not, however, about revenge. The nomination of Ed Martin is about balancing the scales of justice. It is about rooting out the partisan political career bureaucrats at the Department of Justice and putting the blindfold back on Lady Justice.

It is time to bring justice back to the Department of Justice, it is time to restore trust and faith in one of the most important parts of the federal government, and – most importantly – it is time to be able to look the American people in the eye and tell them that what has happened on Merrick Garland’s watch will never, ever happen again.

Ed is the perfect man for this job. He will be fearless, he knows what it’s like to be in the crosshairs of the regressive left, and he has never backed down.

Not only does Ed have a spine of steel, but he is also the ultimate outsider.

Ed is not a part of the broken and corrupt system that has politicized the Department of Justice and left tens of millions of Americans with little to no faith in the fair adjudication of law in our system.

The Department of Justice will never reform itself – it’s like expecting career politicians to suddenly vote for term limits. It will take an outsider, a fearless outsider, and that outsider is Ed Martin.

If we want to continue to be a constitutional republic, then the scales of Justice MUST be balanced once again.

Americans voted for Donald J Trump to take a wrecking ball to the broken Washington DC establishment, and President Trump has entrusted Ed Martin with the responsibility of reforming a critical part of the DOJ and ensuring that the blindfold is returned to Lady Justice. Senators of both parties should respect the will of the American people and vote to confirm Ed Martin as United States Attorney for the District of Columbia
