In a fiery Fox Business interview on Tuesday, President Trump’s newly appointed Crypto and AI Czar, David Sacks, pulled no punches — directly accusing radical leftist Senator Elizabeth Warren of running the Biden White House’s infamous autopen and using it as a weapon to “terrorize” the crypto community.

Sacks, the Silicon Valley entrepreneur turned pro-Trump policymaker, didn’t mince words during the interview.

He accused “Pocahontas” Warren of waging a personal war against digital finance, calling her actions a “pathological hatred” of crypto.

Sacks: “This is the financial system of the future, Jessie, and we have to encourage it. What the Biden administration was doing—and let’s face it, it wasn’t Biden—Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen during that administration.

She, for some reason, has this pathological hatred of the crypto community. She wants to drive this community offshore; she doesn’t want it happening in the United States. That’s the wrong policy for the United States.

We want all the innovation happening here. This is a financial system of the future. It’s cheaper, it’s more efficient—we want it happening here, Jessie. And I think people are thrilled that President Trump is making that possible.”

On Tuesday, Trump wrote on Truth Social that whoever used Joe Biden’s autopen “usurped the power of the presidency.”

“Other than the Rigged Presidential Election of 2020, the Biggest Scandal in American History is the “AUTOPEN!” Whoever used it was usurping the power of the Presidency, and it should be very easy to find out who that person (or persons) is.

They did things that a Joe Biden, of sound mind, would have never done, like, Open Borders, Transgender for everyone, men in women’s sports, and far more. Fear not, however, we will bring America BACK, BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!”

It was reported last week that House Oversight Chairman James Comer identified five Biden aides who were involved in the cover-up of Joe Biden’s mental decline and autopen scandal.

Comer demanded testimony from former Dr. Kevin O’Connor and four former aides related to the Biden health scandal.

Chairman Comer had demanded testimony from: Biden White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Director of Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden, Former Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to First Lady Jill Biden Anthony Bernal, Former Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, Former Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Oval Office Operations Ashley Williams.

“The cover-up of President Biden’s obvious mental decline is a historic scandal. The American people deserve to know when this decline began, how far it progressed, and who was making critical decisions on his behalf. Key executive actions signed by autopen, such as sweeping pardons for the Biden Crime Family, must be examined considering President Biden’s diminished capacity. Today, we are calling on President Biden’s physician and former White House advisors to participate in transcribed interviews so we can begin to uncover the truth. In the last Congress, the Biden White House blocked these individuals from providing testimony to the Oversight Committee as part of the effort to cover-up Biden’s declining health. Any continued obstruction will be met with swift and decisive action. The American people demand transparency and accountability now,” said Chairman Comer.

Comer told Fox News host Jesse Watters that subpoenas are coming.

“We’re going to definitely sue him. We’re going to be a real pain in the ass. He’s going to know my name personally,” Letitia James said during her 2018 campaign for New York attorney general.

James campaigned openly on her intention to target President Donald Trump, describing him as an “illegitimate president” and an “embarrassment,” while pledging to pursue all legal avenues to scrutinize his finances and real estate transactions. After being elected, she said, “I look forward to seeing him in court when I assume my new position.”

Upon taking office in 2019, James promptly followed through, filing a lawsuit that ultimately led to a $454 million civil judgment against Trump and his organization for allegedly “overvaluing assets” on mortgage applications – despite industry-standard disclaimers advising lenders to conduct their own valuations.

But despite all of James’ efforts to harm him politically, Donald Trump won the presidency in a landslide in 2024. What happened?

The answer lies not in partisanship, but in principle. Even moderate and apolitical Americans had grown weary of Letitia James antics. They could sense a line had been crossed and that the apparatus of government under James looked more like a political campaign than a public service.

When government power is misused to punish political adversaries, most Americans instinctively see it as a betrayal of the country’s founding spirit. To them, it resembles the tactics of authoritarian regimes – not a free society.

Letitia James hunted down President Trump with junk charges while hiding her own nefarious acts.

Because America was founded as a democracy on the principles of equal justice under law, the weaponization of government agencies for political gain strikes at the very heart of public trust. Whether it’s law enforcement, the courts, the IRS, or intelligence agencies, their legitimacy rests on absolute neutrality.

The American Revolution itself was born out of resistance to arbitrary rule. Early Americans chafed under the British Crown’s abuses – searches without warrants, taxation without representation, and politically motivated crackdowns.

The Founders designed a constitutional republic with checks and balances precisely to prevent the rise of centralized power that could be wielded against dissenters. That legacy still informs modern civic expectations to this day.

That is why so many Americans welcomed the recent referral of mortgage fraud allegations against Letitia James to the Department of Justice by the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and why news of an FBI investigation into her conduct has struck a chord.

First, the referral says that James fraudulently claimed a property in Norfolk, Virginia, as her “principal residence” on legal documents related to a power of attorney she executed to purchase a home.

At the time, she was legally domiciled in Brooklyn, New York. The referral asserts that this false representation enabled James to qualify for a mortgage under false pretenses and receive more favorable loan terms. This information first came to light in The Gateway Pundit article ‘Revealed: NY Attorney General Letitia James Declares Virginia Home Her Principal Residence’ by Sam Antar.

The second allegation centers on a government-backed HAMP loan (Home Affordable Modification Program) application James made in 2011.

The complaint mirrors my article in The Gateway Pundit, ‘Big Development: Is Letitia James Guilty of Mortgage Fraud?’ from March 18, 2025 and alleges that James misrepresented the number of legal units in her Brooklyn apartment building, stating it had fewer units than it actually did to qualify for a reduced interest rate loan under the HAMP program James was not eligible for.

The application was ultimately approved, and James obtained a favorable 2.7% interest rate with the government loan on the backs of American taxpayers. The referral also cites Letitia James’ illegal scheme whereby she claimed to have married her own father in a 1983 loan application to obtain lower interest rates.

At its core, the public perception of Letitia James weaponization of government isn’t about party – it’s about principle. Most Americans, regardless of political allegiance, understand that when power is misused today against one side, it can just as easily be turned against them tomorrow.

Americans want to live in a country where justice is blind, not vengeful, and where elections decide who governs, not partisan prosecutors. Should James ultimately face criminal charges, it will send a resounding message: justice must be even-handed, and those who wield power must do so responsibly or be held accountable. That, more than any partisan calculation, is why Americans are cheering the FBI investigation into Letitia James.

The WNBA announced on Tuesday that its investigation found no evidence to support claims of “racist fan behavior” at a recent matchup between the Chicago Sky and the Indiana Fever in Indianapolis.

This update comes nine days after the league launched a probe into accusations that Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese had been subjected to “hateful fan comments” during the game.

“We have investigated the report of racist fan behavior in the vicinity of the court during the May 17, 2025 Chicago Sky at Indiana Fever game,” the WNBA said in a statement.

“Based on information gathered to date, including from relevant fans, team and arena staff, as well as audio and video review of the game, we have not substantiated it.”

The investigation began after some viewers claimed they could hear “monkey sounds” from the Indiana Fever fans.

The claims followed fierce clashes between Reese and Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark in which the latter ultimately came out on top.

The pair’s rivalry stretches back to their college days, when Reese’s LSU took the upper hand in 2023 by defeating Clark’s Iowa in the national title game.

Clark responded a year later, leading Iowa past LSU in the 2024 Elite Eight in a matchup that drew over 12 million viewers.

Their paths have since crossed again in the WNBA, where the Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky have built their own fierce rivalry.

In their most recent meeting, Clark was called for a flagrant foul after a forceful challenge on Reese, as the Fever cruised to an easy victory.

In the U.S., Republicans aligned with Donald Trump’s vision support similar approaches—policies that prioritize the interests of citizens and national security while respecting cultural diversity in measured ways.

Lessons from Europe for the U.S.

The massive Muslim prayer in Turin is more than a religious event; it is a vivid illustration of the ongoing challenges of multiculturalism in Europe. It serves as a warning and a lesson for the U.S. as it navigates its own demographic changes.

For supporters of strong border security and cultural preservation, such events reinforce the need to prioritize assimilation and national unity. The U.S. must learn from Europe’s experiences to avoid the pitfalls of unchecked immigration and social fragmentation.

Ultimately, the goal should be a society that respects religious freedom and cultural diversity while maintaining a shared commitment to the nation’s core values and social cohesion.

Military restraint—a grand strategy that favors diplomacy over war and promotes advancing core national interests with minimal violence—has seemingly fused with the America-First foreign policy ethos of the Trump administration. Diplomatic initiatives such as negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program, sanctions relief for Syria, and a ceasefire with the Yemeni Houthis exemplify the pro-restraint, America-First approach that President Donald Trump is taking in the Middle East.

However, military restraint and America First have yet to be combined to properly address the question of Palestine. For the sake of regional stability in the Middle East, the rule of law in the United States, and America’s credibility abroad, that must change. To secure these interests and promote peace, the Trump administration should recognize either an independent Palestinian state or a binational one with voting rights for Palestinians and Israelis alike. 

He might even time such an announcement on Palestinian statehood to coincide with a possible one by European nations. French President Emmanuel Macron is pushing EU nations and the UK to jointly recognize a Palestinian state next month, according to recent reports.

This would be a just initiative that places little to no burden on American taxpayers. Since 1967, the United States has given Israel over $300 billion in military aid and has provided an additional $17.9 billion since Israel began bombarding Gaza in October 2023. Unlike Israel, Palestinians are not asking for a decades-long, multi-billion-dollar military pact with the United States. All they are asking for is to live peacefully in their lands as dignified human beings without being terrorized by Israel’s brutal military occupation. For a country that has “the land of the free and the home of the brave” in their national anthem, the U.S. ought to recognize where the Palestinians are coming from.

So far, the White House has been unwilling not only to recognize a Palestinian state, but to end Israel’s horrific conduct toward the Palestinians in both Gaza and the occupied West Bank. This unwillingness is only possible because previous administrations subverted weapons export laws to shield Israel from accountability. One infamous example of this came last August, when then-Secretary of State Antony Blinken blocked the Leahy Law designation for Netzah Yehuda, the IDF unit responsible for the gruesome 2022 killing of 78-year-old Palestinian-American Omar Assad. Blinken’s move allowed the U.S. to continue giving security assistance to the unit despite its war crimes. Three years after the killing of Assad, Israeli war crimes have only intensified—and may reach new, horrifying proportions in the coming weeks. 

Both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich have each stated their intention for Israel to occupy Gaza and “concentrate” its population in small areas of the strip. Additionally, Netanyahu has admitted that he authorized a small amount of food aid to Gaza only to attenuate growing international condemnation of Israel’s atrocities there. 

Such statements add to the mounting evidence that Israel is deliberately committing war crimes against Palestinians with American weaponry and blocking the delivery of humanitarian assistance from entering Gaza—violations of the 1997 Leahy Law and Section 620I of the U.S. Foreign Assistance Act, respectively. Thus, U.S. actions to shield Israel from accountability undermine the rule of law.

Equally important, the United States’ refusal to use its existing leverage over Israel to stop what many consider a genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank has dealt a significant blow to America’s international credibility. By contrast, other Western nations are moving ahead to punish Israel for its crimes.

The European Union, for example, is revisiting its free trade agreements with Israel over its horrific treatment of Gazans. Meanwhile, the U.K. has suspended free-trade talks with Israel and slapped sanctions on Israeli West Bank settlers. 

The White House, for its part, has not only declined to punish Israel’s war crimes but even cancelled a small punitive measure imposed by the previous administration. Upon assuming office, Trump rescinded President Biden’s Executive Order 14115, which sanctioned violent settler leaders and entities in the West Bank responsible for crimes against Palestinians. It is hollow for the U.S. to condemn Russia’s aggression in Ukraine or human rights abuses in Iran while it actively enables Israel to burn and starve Palestinian children with American assistance. The haunting images circulating on X speak for themselves. Recognizing a Palestinian state to address the plight of Palestinians would go a long way in shoring up America’s dwindling credibility.

In addition to reputational damage, America’s working with Israel to deny Palestinians their legal and God-given rights has undoubtedly raised tensions in the Middle East and risked destabilizing the entire region. After Israel invaded Gaza, Hezbollah and the Houthi rebels began attacking Israel and U.S. forces. In response, the U.S. found itself bombing Iranian-backed groups in Syria and Yemen, all while providing Israel whatever it needed to carry out a military assault on Gaza. As Israel’s horrific conduct in Gaza ramped up, so did prospects for a regional conflagration. The U.S. deployed THAAD missiles to Israel to defend it from a looming retaliatory attack by Iran. In essence, the world got to see how neglecting Palestinians’ rights could destabilize the entire Middle East and possibly drag the United States into brutal war in the region.

President Trump should change tack to prevent such a war, repair American credibility, and restore the rule of law. If he wants to make good on his pledge to be a “peacemaker and unifier,” as he promised in his inaugural address, Trump should stop Israel’s assault on Gaza and recognize a Palestinian state or an equal state for all. The current status quo is unacceptable, and for decades U.S. presidents have been reluctant to take an even-handed approach to the Israel-Palestine crisis. 

However, this moment presents at least a slim chance for a pivot toward Palestinian rights, thanks to the unpredictable nature of Trump. The president and his aides have already sidestepped Israel to pursue deals with Iran, Hamas, and the Houthis. They must now go one step further for the sake of the Palestinians—and for the very soul of America.

“This is not my war,” stated President Donald Trump emphatically to a dubious—nay, hostile—White House Press Corps when asked about the potential outcome of negotiations with Russia over ending the Ukraine War. Whether those in the corporate press fully grasped what the 47th president was saying is another matter. 

Without stating it plainly, the president was essentially acknowledging that he had no real leverage over Russia to get them to end the war. So, rather than needlessly drag out this hopeless conflict (for the NATO side of the proxy war with Russia), where 5,000 young men die every week, Trump is readying to cut his, and America’s, losses. 

Every patriotic American should welcome this outcome. Because it is very likely that the Ukraine War will go beyond merely a regional proxy war if the conflict continues longer with American support, a prospect compounded by the fact that the Ukrainians are getting increasingly desperate.

Thus, any negotiation will not be a serious affair. Rather, Trump needs the appearance of an attempted negotiation so that he can walk away and unilaterally declare peace. In so doing, the United States will finally be able to divorce itself from the losing Ukrainian situation. 

There is, unfortunately, no cleaner way for Trump to leave this quagmire. His predecessor simply left Trump with no real leverage over either Ukraine or Russia. 

The Europeans, America’s supposed allies in this shambolic proxy war, lack any significant military capacity on their own but are willing to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian. Once that last Ukrainian us killed off, the Europeans will giddily fight Russia in Ukraine to the last American GI. Trump understands this. He won’t play along forever with a delusional Europe and a recalcitrant Ukraine.

And so long as the leadership in Europe (and Britain) continue operating under the theory that they are somehow equals to either the United States or Russia, they will not engage in meaningful negotiations to end the war. 

Of course, contrary to what the Europeans believe, Trump will not countenance indefinitely prolonging the conflict to appease his so-called allies (all of whom apparently believe “victory” against Russia is just around the corner if only NATO sends another round of lethal aid to Ukraine). 

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian leadership under President Volodymyr Zelensky has even less desire—or incentive—to end the war. It should be clear to any observer of the conflict that Zelensky himself would likely either be killed or arrested (and then killed) if he stopped fighting the war before Ukraine achieves “victory.” Surrounded in many cases by literal neo-nazis (or their sympathizers), Zelensky is a glorified hostage of warmongering Ukrainian cadres. Let us not forget that, for all the ranting from Europe about how Ukraine is a “threatened democracy,” the national elections in Ukraine were suspended last summer and the Zelensky regime refuses to restart those elections—so Ukraine cannot even accurately describe itself as a “democracy.”

On the other hand, Russia, which we are told by the Western corporate press is “like, totally Nazi Germany,” has since the outbreak of the war at least entertained the pretenses of a presidential election, multiple regional elections, and next year’s upcoming federal legislative elections.

Just how does Kiev define “victory” in their war against Russia, anyway? According to the Ukrainian regime, victory over Russia is not merely the survival of Eurocentric Western Ukraine. Rather, they have made the goal the total reclamation of all territories lost to Russia since 2014—including Crimea, which Russian leaders have said they’d defend with nuclear weapons before returning to Kiev’s control—and the “derussification” of Eastern Ukraine and Crimea. That sounds an awful lot like ethnic cleansing. At the strategic level, the Ukrainian objectives are completely impractical, given just how outmatched the Ukrainians are by the Russian Armed Forces. 

There’s the added issue of all the easy money that has been washing across Ukraine since the war and how many Ukrainian officials (and their families) have benefited greatly from that relationship with the West. Ending war invariably means ending the gravy train that’s been flowing into the bank accounts of powerful Ukrainians for more than a decade. 

Expecting Zelensky or anyone in his inner circle to seriously seek peace under those circumstances is living in a fantasy believable only to elites in Brussels (and to the Democratic Party in the U.S.).

Trump, a man standing at the fulcrum point of history, knows he was passed a losing hand by the Biden administration when it comes to Ukraine. He understands that if he continues engaging in the conflict, either in seeking peace or fulfilling Ukraine’s repeated requests for more and ever increasing levels of lethal aid, America will never free itself from the conflict. 

Eventually, the war will escalate and likely erupt into a wider war directly involving U.S. forces against Russian ones.

Trump will go through the motions. He’ll meet with Putin; he’ll placate the Europeans; he might even give some degree of further aid to Ukraine. But it will be just enough to maintain the appearance that Trump is holding fast and seeking a stronger hand in negotiations. Trump is a businessman, and he knows a losing position when he sees it. He understands when to cut his losses. 

Besides, Trump has maintained for years that he wants healthier, stabler relations with Moscow. Continuing the war undermines that goal. Trump abandoning Ukraine after a short period of the appearance of negotiations to end the war with Russia will inevitably allow for the American president to start getting deals done with Russia. 

On a bevy of issues, ranging from joint rare-earth mineral development deals to space exploration, a healthy and productive relationship between the U.S. and Russia is infinitely better for American national security than one of acrimony.

Not only will Trump walk away from Ukraine and let the geopolitical pieces fall as they may, he should let that happen. Trump campaigned as a non-interventionist president who favored commerce over war. It’s time we start living up to those promises rather than just talking about them. Because, as Trump rightly said of Ukraine, this is not his war. Nor should it be America’s.

The progressive outlet Politico is urging Democrats to create a ‘shadow cabinet’ to fight Trump. Perhaps they haven’t heard, but the chair of the DNC announced that they’re already doing that. He said so back in April.

Remember when Democrats and the media claimed to care about saving our precious norms? What do they call this?

The only difference between Politico’s plan and the one the DNC chair already announced is who will be featured in this unconstitutional body.

The shadow Cabinet, as envisioned by the Michigan Democrat in an interview with POLITICO, could be composed of the ranking members of congressional committees who could then take the lead in challenging the Trump administration. It’s a common feature of opposition politics abroad and could be a way for Democrats to flood the media zone and deliver a coordinated response to Trump’s most wild maneuvers. But … ranking members?

Ranking members have their uses. They’re good at reclaiming their time and making motions to recommit. But they are not the fresh faces who can give the Democratic Party a sleek new look.

Nor are the thirsty crop of presidential wannabes right for a shadow Cabinet. Everything they say would be parsed for self-serving motivation, distracting from the party’s broader task at hand.

Here are some of the names they float:

Letitia James – SHADOW ATTORNEY GENERAL

Jon Stewart – SHADOW SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS

Bill Nye – SHADOW ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR

Democrats are apparently tired of having their party controlled by people who were part of the Obama government. It’s easy to see why. Obama and people in his orbit have basically been running the Democrat party for almost twenty years.

Since 2016, they have lost to Donald Trump repeatedly. Before that, they lost control of Congress in two Tea Party wave elections.

Maybe David Hogg has a point after all.

After Kamala Harris entered the presidential race last year, she reached out to Barack Obama campaign alum Jim Messina to help lead her White House bid.

But when Messina shared news of the vice president’s offer with a friend, he received a stern warning.

“I said ‘Jim, if you get involved in this, it’ll be political suicide,’” Democratic megadonor John Morgan, a longtime Harris critic, recalled of his conversation with Messina, who had served in Obama’s White House and managed his successful 2012 re-election campaign. “You’re going to be a loser. And your whole shine is you’re undefeated.”

Messina declined the job. And after Harris’ loss to Donald Trump, it may not have been a bad move.

David Plouffe, long hailed as the brilliant architect of Obama’s 2008 victory, served in a key role in Harris’ campaign and is now among those tagged with a devastating defeat…

While many Democrats still admire Plouffe’s successes, the harsh words punctuated a growing sentiment across a party searching for a path forward: Team Obama’s bloom may be falling off the rose.

More Democrats are openly criticizing Obama strategists and consultants, who were long treated as the high priests of their party’s politics.

This is the media’s way of nicely asking these people to step aside and let someone else try to run the party. They all know that Democrats have a problem but none of them really know what to do about it. Good luck getting Obama himself to step out of the spotlight.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just sat down with human biologist and biohacker Gary Brecka to outline his bold new plan to shift the medical system from one that serves Big Pharma to one that actually serves the people.

During the interview, Kennedy shared what some might call a “conspiracy theory”—but it offers a compelling explanation for why TV news suddenly stopped criticizing the pharmaceutical industry.

Twenty years ago, it wasn’t uncommon to see news segments questioning the safety or effectiveness of vaccines. But then it all went quiet. According to Kennedy, that silence was bought with pharmaceutical ad dollars.

Big Pharma doesn’t just advertise on TV news, he said. They want to “control the content.”

Kennedy revealed that Fox News founder Roger Ailes once told him 75% of his evening news ad revenue came from pharmaceutical companies.

So, when you see Jake Tapper on CNN? His paycheck may say CNN…

But the money comes from Pfizer and the other pharmaceutical giants flooding the airwaves with ads.

“And they know that,” Kennedy said.

“They know they’ve got to toe the line. They’ve got to frighten us all about infectious disease.”

“They’re not giving us the real news. They’re not asking the questions they ought to be asking. There’s no skepticism,” he added.

“Twenty years ago, they used to say, ‘Yeah, there’s problems with vaccines or other drugs.’ They will never do that today.”

“The other thing about pharmaceutical ads is the company gets a tax deduction on them. We’re paying for the ads and we’re paying for the product,” Kennedy added.

What he means by that is that taxpayers are getting hit TWICE.

First, we’re footing the bill for the drugs themselves through Medicare, Medicaid, and other government programs.

Then, on top of that, the pharmaceutical companies write off the cost of their TV ads as a business expense, reducing their tax bill.

So, not only are taxpayers footing the bill for the products. They’re also subsidizing the ad campaigns that have hijacked the news industry, effectively silencing investigations and burying the truth about Big Pharma’s wrongdoing.

Then, RFK Jr. put every medical journal bought off by Big Pharma on notice—including The Lancet, New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, and all “those other journals because they’re all corrupt.”

He made it clear: their reign as the premier voices in medical science is coming to an end.

Kennedy pointed to the warning from Dr. Marcia Angell, former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine, who declared it is “no longer a science journal.”

Instead, she called it a “vessel for pharmaceutical propaganda.”

Now, Kennedy is shaking up the status quo, cutting ties with these captured publications and building something better.

“We’re going to stop NIH scientists from publishing there,” he said. “And we’re going to create our own journals in health in each of the institutions.”

He added that these new, government-backed journals will become the “preeminent journals” in the world because they’ll be grounded in real science, not corporate spin.

“If you get NIH funding,” Kennedy said, “it is anointing you as a good, legitimate scientist.”

That includes stem cells, chelating drugs, vitamins, peptides—“anything that is not going to make Big Pharma rich.”

Kennedy revealed he had to travel all the way to Antigua, in the Caribbean, just to receive stem cell treatment for his throat.

“They helped me enormously,” he said. “But I shouldn’t have to leave the country to get them.”

Kennedy believes Americans should have the right to try experimental drugs, and the government should respect their intelligence.

Because no American should have to leave the country to access healing. And no government should stand between the people and the treatments that could save their lives.
