President Trump went off on Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver on Tuesday after meeting with House Republicans in the Capitol.

Trump delivered remarks at the House GOP Conference Meeting over his “Big Beautiful Bill” when a reporter asked him about the federal charges against Rep. McIver.

The President did not hold back.

“That woman was out of control. She was shoving federal agents — she was out of control. The days of that crap are over in this country. We’re going to have law and order,” Trump told reporters.

US Attorney Alina Habba announced federal charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver for assaulting ICE agents.

“Today my office has charged Congresswoman McIver with violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 111(a)(1) for assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement,” Alina Habba said on Monday evening.

ICE bodycam footage showed Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at a detention facility in Newark.

Democrat members of Congress and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka went to ‘inspect’ the Delaney Hall detention facility in New Jersey when a violent altercation broke out amid a breach.

Rep. Monica McIver was seen laying hands on agents during the altercation and chaos.

Rep. McIver released a statement on Monday evening and the charges against her are “purely political.”

The New Jersey Democrat also blamed ICE agents for the violent altercation at the Delaney Hall facility.

“Earlier this month, I joined my colleagues to inspect the treatment of ICE detainees at Delaney Hall in my district. We were fulfilling our lawful oversight responsibilities, as members of Congress have done many times before, and our visit should have been peaceful and short. Instead, ICE agents created an unnecessary and unsafe confrontation when they chose to arrest Mayor Baraka. The charges against me are purely political — they mischaracterize and distort my actions, and are meant to criminalize and deter legislative oversight. This administration will never stop me from working for the people in our district and standing up for what is right. I am thankful for the outpouring of support I have received and I look forward to the truth being laid out clearly in court,” McIver said.

It’s safe to say there is no lost love between Bill Gates and Elon Musk after Musk annihilated Microsoft’s co-founder with a brutal quip during a forum in Qatar.

Gates previouslyslammed Musk for his role in DOGE with particular ire over the cuts to the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in an interview with the Financial Times earlier his month. During the interview, Gates baselessly accused Musk of “killing the world’s poorest children” with the government spending cuts.

Gates then doubled down on his vile criticism of Musk during an interview with CNN.

If it was a modest cut (to USAID) and a challenge to be more efficient… I’m fine with that, he told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria on May 9. “But 80%, that’s going to be millions of deaths, and it’s a mistake.”

While speaking remotely at the Qatar Economic Forum on Tuesday, Musk was asked about these heinous comments.

“I do want to ask you about USAID and the comments Bill Gates made the other day, which I know that you called him…” the reporter began before Musk interjected.

What Musk went on to say should make Gates regret ever running his mouth.

“Who does Bill Gates think he is to make comments about the welfare of children, given he was very close to Jeffrey Epstein?” Musk retorted. “I wouldn’t want that guy to babysit my kid.”

As TGP readers know, Epstein, who allegedly died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, had multiple meetings with Gates to discuss philanthropic collaborations.

The Wall Street Journal also reported in 2023 that Epstein attempted to leverage his connection with Gates by threatening to expose an alleged affair between Gates and Russian bridge player Mila Antonova.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Epstein approached Gates with the proposal to contribute to a multibillion-dollar charitable fund in 2017. The convicted p*dophile allegedly threatened to reveal Gates’ relationship with Antonova unless Gates agreed to the proposal.

The affair and Gates’ association with Epstein were significant factors in his divorce from Melinda Gates, according to reports. Melinda Gates slammed her ex-husband for continuing his longtime friendship with Epstein despite her warnings to him about having “nightmares” about him.

One of the most remarkable things about President Trump is that he always manages to keep his trademark wit even when the political pressure heats up. Just ask a liberal ‘reporter’ working at an organization almost no one in the country has ever heard of.

Trump went to Capitol Hill earlier this morning to pressure GOP holdouts on the “big, beautiful” reconciliation bill, which encompasses the biggest part of his agenda. The bill, strongly backed by Trump, is aimed at delivering historic cuts to American families, workers, and small businesses.

The 389-page piece of legislation includes a long list of pro-growth, America-First provisions that echo many of the successful features of the 2017 Trump Tax Cuts—this time with added firepower. This includes no taxes on tips and overtime.

As The Hill reported, Trump made clear in the meeting that he was getting angry at those still opposing the legislation. He even dropped the “f bomb” at one point.

Unfortunately, some remained unmoved. These included moderate GOPers in far-left New York and California who are throwing a huge fit because they are not getting enough state and local tax relief (SALT) for their districts.

A reporter asked Trump, who was standing alongside House Speaker Mike Johnson, a gotcha question to push the narrative that the president’s visit was a failure.

“Rep. Andy Harris said you didn’t adequately convince enough people to vote for the bill in the House,” the reporter began before Trump cut him off.

“After this speech? Why don’t we see how the vote is? I thought it was a great speech…Talk,” Trump replied. “Who do you work for?”

“NOTUS,” the reporter answered.

“Who?” Trump asked. The man repeated his answer.

Then, Trump dropped this funny yet savage zinger:

“I don’t even know what the hell that is. Get yourself a real job.”

There are only a few possible explanations for the announcement we heard days ago about Joe Biden having aggressive Stage 4 prostate cancer.

All of them are bad.

First, let me say how sad, tragic and devastating it is to hear anyone has cancer. No one understands that better than me- my wonderful parents David and Stella Root died 28 days apart of cancer in 1992. They died on different floors of the same hospital. You have no idea of the pain of seeing both your parents dying a terrible, painful death at the same time.

So, to this day, I feel great pain whenever I hear the word “cancer.” I don’t wish this tragic disease upon anyone.

But Joe Biden is a special case.

Let’s now examine the raw truth about this whole sordid story…

First, when did Joe and Jill Biden, and everyone around them, know Joe had cancer? And why wasn’t it disclosed to the American people?

Second, virtually every medical expert agrees prostate cancer moves very slowly. They report this didn’t change from normal prostate cancer to aggressive, spread-to-the-bones, Stage 4 cancer overnight.

What this means is Joe Biden has had it for a while- probably a long while. How long? During the entire four years of his presidency? Did he have cancer while campaigning for president in 2020?

Was this an elaborate scam to hide both dementia AND cancer from the voters from day one?

Biden as Vice President, and then President, had the best doctors that money and power can buy.

So, are you telling us these brilliant doctors didn’t notice his cancer? Or they knew about the cancer, but it was hidden from the American people?

When did Biden’s cancer become aggressive Stage 4 and spread to his bones?

If they didn’t know it was “aggressive” and had spread to his bones, then the best doctors in the world are incompetent idiots.

If they knew, why wasn’t he treated with aggressive cancer treatments- such as surgery, chemo, radiation? If he was, none of this was ever disclosed.

Is it possible Biden was never treated, because he was never told?

Was this a cold, cynical, calculating decision to forgo treatment for Biden, so he could stay propped up in power? In other words, was Biden told how sick he was? Or did Jill and his closest aides keep Biden in the dark?

Was the objective to keep Biden in office long enough, while he had dementia, AND was dying of aggressive cancer, to finish his first term, or to win again for a second term, and then after being sworn in, announce the cancer, and hand the presidency to Kamala- without her ever having to run?

Because if that’s the case, you could make the argument Jill Biden and Biden’s closest aides committed abuse of power, elder abuse, and quite possibly, attempted murder.

Next, we come to the question of, “Why now?” Was the announcement made now to serve as a distraction, to coverup the many scandals of the Biden presidency now spilling out of the closet at 100 MPH?

Was this news released now to coverup “the autopen scandal”- at the exact moment everyone is asking who signed trillions of dollars of bills, Executive Actions and pardons for a dementia-addled president?

Was it released to coverup the “Kamala paying for celebrity endorsements scandal” that is heating up right now?

Was it released to cover up the scandal of former FBI Director James Comey urging the assassination of President Trump?

Was it released at this moment because insiders know the Trump DOJ and FBI are close to announcing indictments for Russiagate, and/or the stolen 2020 election?

But wait- there’s more!

What no one is mentioning is, in addition to all of those scandals above…

Was the Covid vaccine responsible for Biden’s aggressive Stage 4 cancer?

Biden’s own closest aides have disclosed he had a severe reaction to the first Covid vaccine in late December 2020. They say he went downhill dramatically from that day forward. He was never the same.

We all know…and I have hundreds of studies from around the world to prove it…the covid jab causes not only neurological issues like dementia and Alzheimer’s, but also the dramatic increase in cancer going on right now around the world, and most importantly, a new category of cancer called “turbo cancer.” Meaning cancer that grows and spreads faster than doctors have ever seen before.

So, maybe Biden was covering up prostate cancer, but it may not have been Stage 4 aggressive cancer, until he took a series of Covid jabs and boosters. And then a normal slow growing cancer exploded into “turbo cancer.”

Which brings up a series of additional questions. When was Biden vaccinated? How many times? Did he receive the booster? On what dates? When did his cancer become aggressive Stage 4?

Lastly, I will state my opinion about Joe Biden. It’s not pretty.

This man was a disaster for America. This man was evil. His socialist policies badly damaged the economy and almost destroyed middle class America.

His policies killed jobs and created the worst inflation of our lifetimes. Then his administration gaslighted us with lies about millions of jobs that never existed. That was Soviet-level propaganda.

Biden opened the borders and welcomed in millions, perhaps tens of millions. Among them were criminals, rapists, murderers, terrorists and gangbangers like MS-13 and Tren de Aragua. Americans were robbed, raped and murdered. Biden didn’t care.

Biden ordered a mandate to force millions of Americans to take an experimental, emergency-use-only-vaccine, or lose their jobs. Many thousands of innocent Americans died as a result. Millions of others were injured, crippled and disabled.

Then Biden ordered massive censorship and silencing of conservatives, and anyone who asked questions about the Covid vaccine catastrophe.

And of course, we all know Biden stole the 2020 election- the worst theft and fraud in world history.

I always feel sad for anyone dying of stage 4 cancer. BUT…

This man should be dying of cancer in a prison hospital.

Jack Smith’s days outside of jail may be numbered.

In December 2023 it was reported that Jack Smith had a terrible record not only in the US but more recently overseas in Europe.

Larry Johnson wrote in mid-December 2023 that a whistleblower complaint was filed with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 alleging that Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor pursuing Donald Trump, was engaged in an extortion scheme while he was working at the International Court of Justice.

These serious accusations were reported at The Gateway Pundit but ignored by Big Media outlets.

Patrick Byrnes reported on this complaint as well. Byrnes shared:

The superb 151-page whistleblower complaint (attached) speaks for itself. Three allegations to take from it:

Jack Smith is the current Special Counsel prosecuting Donald Trump on two grounds, one related to J6 (for which I take full responsibility) and the other related to the “crime” of being an ex-President with an active Department of Energy clearance possessing classified materials. Before pursuing such novel legal theories as are expressed in those indictments, Jack Smith was the US prosecutor in the International Criminal Court in The Hague, where Jack Smith was a blackmailer.

Jack was sending henchmen to Eastern European to convey the following message to various parties (both innocent and perhaps not-so-innocent): We know that during the Yugoslavian Civil War you murdered some people, Jack Smith is going to indict you unless you put $X in a suitcase for me to carry back to Jack so your problems go away.
$X = from $400,000 to $9 million (bribes of $7 million and $9 million were paid through Bitcoin, not suitcases).
Jack sought a $100 million bribe from a head of state who refused payment and is now in prison.
We learned of these allegations because of a passel of European whistleblowers who ultimately wrote superbly detailed affidavits, provided texts and financial records, etc. Read the 151 pages with exhibits yourselves. I am no lower, but from where I sit, Jack Smith looks royally shtuped.

In April 2022 (18 months ago) this information with supporting documentation was provided by these whistleblowers to the DOJ in lengthy phone calls.

One of the key whistleblowers contacted the DOJ in Washington DC to report it directly. Nothing happened. Then he called the US Embassy in Spain, who also did nothing. But then he received a phone call from the DOJ’s Alan Tieger. That main whistleblower then had a phone call with Alan Tieger, thinking it was someone to whom he could safely bring this information. Initially he thought Tieger was with the DOJ -SDNY (Southern District of New York).

Alan Tieger spent the first few minutes of the call trying to get the whistleblowers to recant, and when they refused, reluctantly walked through their allegations and evidence. We know this because the 90-minute Zoom call was recorded (and is dynamite to hear, and which, of course, we have).

Alan Tieger then buried the matter. This is likely explained by the fact that Alan Tieger turns out not to have been from DOJ Internal Affairs, nor was he in the SDNY: he actually was in the Hague with Jack Sith. In fact, Alan Tieger is a man who spent his career carrying Jack Smith’s luggage around the DOJ, and he has since replaced Jack as the American prosecutor at the ICC. So while the whistleblowers thought they were blowing the whistle on Jack Smith, they were tricked into doing so to Jack Smith’s own DOJ-butt-boy.

I infer:

Attorney General Merick Garland learned about this material 18 months ago, and he (or Lisa Monaco, the Littlefinger of Garland’s DOJ) summoned Jack back to Washington, DC to tell him something along the following lines: Listen you SOB, we know that you have been blackmailing people over in Europe and we are going to put you away for 30 years…. or you are going to come home and prosecute Donald Trump. We don’t care how far-fetched the legal theories, you are going to indict him and hound him to thwart his return to office.

This explains why Jack Smith has indicted for possessing classified materials a man with an active DoE clearance, and for whatever that man did on J6 that no one can really explain.

This case was never addressed while the Biden regime was in office. Rumors are that this case has not been forgotten and that Jack Smith’s days may be numbered.

The taxation word game: Because the bottom 20% of earners pay negative income tax, it can always be claimed that any across-the-board income tax reduction benefits the rich more than the poor. Of course, the average working person, who represents the vast majority of the population, would be best served by having their own taxes reduced by 5% or 10%, regardless of whether wealthy individuals see a larger dollar savings from the same percentage cut.

Additionally, tax reduction bills often include cuts to free money and other government transfers given to the bottom 20%. So, any tax cut proposal from Republicans can be attacked by Democrats as allegedly hurting “the little guy.”

In fact, they’re not exactly lying when they say “a billionaire saved millions, while a poor person had their benefits cut.” But the argument is misleading, because the majority of Americans will end up saving thousands, which most people appreciate.

It appears that most of the proposed spending cuts in President Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” would primarily affect the non-working or underemployed bottom 20% of earners, rather than working- or middle-class Americans. For example, the bill imposes Medicaid work requirements on childless adults aged 19 to 64, a change expected to save tax money by reducing enrollment by up to 10 million people by 2034, according to congressional estimates.

Similarly, reforms to SNAP would shift some costs to states and tighten eligibility, mainly impacting those without stable employment. By contrast, working families stand to benefit from new tax relief provisions, such as the elimination of taxes on tips, car loan interest, and overtime pay, all of which reduce the tax burden on hourly and service workers.

The only proposed cut that might impact middle-class families is the reform to federal student aid, specifically, the tightening of federal loan borrowing limits and restrictions on certain Pell Grant uses. However, this reform could help curb rising tuition costs. Many economists argue that the cycle of expanding government grants and loans has fueled tuition inflation.

Meanwhile, the need for federal student loans is shrinking: as of 2025, 35 U.S. states offer tuition-free community college, and a growing number of public universities now provide free tuition to students from families earning under $100,000 annually.

For example, the University of Texas System waives tuition and mandatory fees for in-state undergraduates from families earning up to $100,000. Princeton University provides full tuition for students below that same income threshold. These initiatives make college significantly more affordable for most working- and middle-class families without needing to rely on excessive federal borrowing.

The bottom 20% of income earners pay negative income tax, receiving more in benefits than they pay in. Through programs like refundable tax credits, such as the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Child Tax Credit (CTC), the average federal tax rate for the lowest quintile is -11%. Significantly raising their taxes wouldn’t even bring their net tax contribution to zero.

By contrast, according to the latest IRS data, the top 5% of earners, those with incomes of $252,840 and above, paid over $1.4 trillion in income taxes in 2021, accounting for approximately 66% of total federal income tax revenue. All the liberals demanding that we “tax billionaires” or insisting that billionaires should “pay their fair share” are a bit late, because billionaires are already supporting the bulk of government spending.

Given this distribution, the notion that the Trump administration is stealing from the poor to make the rich richer is illogical.

Democrats keep claiming that the new tax plan is a “tax hike on the poor,” but it does not increase tax rates for low-income Americans. Rather, it disqualifies some individuals from certain benefits and requires a larger percentage of them to return to work. Ultimately, this will result in greater tax savings for working people.

This also fits well with the deportation of illegal aliens, which will begin freeing up jobs at the lower end of the labor market. An added bonus is that, as illegal workers are removed from the labor pool, wages for those jobs will rise, possibly enough to make them appealing even to people who were previously collecting government benefits.

Another aspect of Trump’s tax plan and business policy that Democrats frame as “welfare for billionaires” is the reduction of taxes and regulations on businesses. The idea is to lower costs for businesses to encourage expansion and job creation. Right now, with tariffs in place, companies are already incentivized to relocate to the U.S. Reducing regulations and taxes would provide an additional incentive to accelerate that shift.

After spending about $260 million helping elect President Trump and Republicans last year, Elon Musk said Tuesday he does not plan on spending large amounts of money on elections, saying, “I think I’ve done enough,” but did not entirely rule out future spending.

Musk and his America super PAC successfully focused on key swing states, most notably Pennsylvania, to help get Trump and a Republican House and Senate elected in 2024, but fell short in a hard fought judicial election in Wisconsin this year.

Musk recently stepped back from his Trump administration Special Government Employee role of leadership of DOGE to focus on his businesses, especially Tesla which was the target of violent attacks over his efforts to reform the federal government and rein in deficit spending.

Musk made his remarks in response to a question by Bloomberg during a remote video interview for the Qatar Economic Forum in Doha.

But when asked at the Qatar Economic Forum if he will continue spending at that level in upcoming elections, Musk said he would not.

“I think, in terms of political spending, I’m going to do a lot less in the future,” Musk said.

When asked why, he said, “I think I’ve done enough.”

But Musk, the world’s richest man, said he may change his mind at some point.

“Well, if I see a reason to do political spending in the future, I will do it,” he said.

“I do not currently see a reason,” he added.

Musk also spoke about his commitment to remain head of Tesla for the next five years and the controversies surrounding his pay and work with DOGE:

Musk is still shocked by the virulent response to his work with DOGE, saying, “I’ve not harmed anyone.”

Musk said that the people who perpetrated–as well as those who funded and organized–the violent attacks on Tesla and death threats against him will be prosecuted and go to prison, saying, “Don’t worry, we’re coming for you!”

A female California high school athlete who had her glory stolen from her by a boy dressing up as a girl made sure to let the world know who deserved the glory.

As Fox News reported, 16-year-old Reese Hogan, a star track athlete from Crean Lutheran High School in Irvine, was competing in Division 3 of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section Finals. During the event, she set a personal record and shattered her school’s record in the triple jump at 37 feet, 2 inches during Saturday’s meet.

In an honest competition, this would have been enough to place first. Unfortunately, Hogan’s loss to a boy named AB Hernandez from Jurupa Valley High School by a whopping four feet.

Here is Hogan standing on the second-place podium with a medal around her neck beside a smirking Hernandez with the third-place finisher on the right.

But after the two other podium finishers left, Hogan took a bold and incredible stand against this travesty of justice. As one will see in the video below, former NCAA swimming star and current women’s rights activist Riley Gaines posted a short video of a smiling Hogan stepping over from the second-place podium to the top spot.

The crowd erupted in cheers after seeing Hogan assume her rightful place on the throne.

As TGP readers know, President Donald Trump signed a landmark executive order back in February, which was supposed to ensure that biological men could not compete in women’s sports. But California and other blue states have decided to defy Trump’s order and continue to allow men to compete against women.

The CIF is now under a Title IX investigation for its flagrant mockery.

Angered by California’s decision to defy federal law, Hogan revealed to Fox News last week that she and other girls’ athletes wore”Protect Girls’ Sports” T-shirts before their meet at the CIF Southern Section Prelims. Worse, Reese and the other girls likely would have been disqualified had they not obeyed the Orwellian order.

“It wasn’t said, but it was implied that if I didn’t take my shirt off then and there, then something could potentially happen to my spot, it wasn’t said, but it was implied,” Hogan explained to Fox News. “Throughout the day it was kind of getting a little bit more stricter… getting a little bit more hostile with their voices.

“They never said anything about getting disqualified, but it was kind of implied by the tone of their voice and the way that they said things.”

The Department of Justice today announced the conviction of 62 year-old retired Navy Admiral Robert Burke.  Burke was found guilty of bribery after it was found that he had awarded a government contract in exchange for future employment with the same company.

The verdict today was announced by the newly-appointed U.S. Attorney for Washington D.C., Jeanine Pirro along with other members of the Justice Department, the Naval Criminal Investigative Services, and the newly-appointed Assistant Director of the Washington Field Office, Steven Jensen.

Burke oversaw naval operations as the 40th Vice Chief of Naval Operations from June 2019 to June 2020 and as commander of U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa and Allied Joint Force Command Naples from 2020-2022 according to his Navy bio and the press release.  According to his bio:

His staff assignments include tours as an instructor and director for the Electrical Engineering Division at Naval Nuclear Power School, junior board member on the Pacific Fleet Nuclear Propulsion Examining Board, submarine officer community manager/nuclear officer program manager; senior Tactical Readiness Evaluation Team member at Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet; deputy director for Operations, Strategy and Policy Directorate (J5) at United States Joint Forces Command; division director, Submarine/Nuclear Power Distribution (PERS-42); and director, Joint and Fleet Operations, N3/N5, U.S. Fleet Forces Command.

In 2018, an unnamed company, Company A, which was identified as Next Jump by the Washington Post, provided a workforce training pilot program from August 2018 thru July 2019 before the contract was cancelled by the Navy.

However, in July 2021, the company’s executives, named as co-defendants, met with the admiral to “reestablish Company A’s business relationship with the Navy.”

At the meeting, the charged defendants agreed that Burke would use his position as a Navy Admiral to steer a contract to Company A in exchange for future employment at the company. They further agreed that Burke would use his official position to influence other Navy officers to award another contract to Company A to train a large portion of the Navy with a value one of the co-defendants allegedly estimated to be “triple digit millions.” 

In December 2021, Burke ordered his staff to award a $355,000 contract to Company A to train personnel under Burke’s command in Italy and Spain. Company A performed the training in January 2022. Thereafter, Burke promoted Company A in a failed effort to convince another senior Navy Admiral to award another contract to Company A. To conceal the scheme, Burke made several false and misleading statements to the Navy, including by falsely implying that Company A’s employment discussions with Burke only began months after the contract was awarded and omitting the truth on his required government ethics disclosure forms.

In October 2022, Burke began working at Company A at a yearly starting salary of $500,000 and a grant of 100,000 stock options.

This case was investigated by the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and the FBI’s Washington Field Office. It is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Rebecca G. Ross for the District of Columbia and Trial Attorneys Trevor Wilmot and Kathryn E. Fifield of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section. It was investigated and indicted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua Rothstein.”

US Attorney Jeanine Pirro stated:

“When you abuse your position and betray the public trust to line your own pockets, it undermines the confidence in the government you represent.  Our office, with our law enforcement partners, will root out corruption – be it bribes or illegal contracts – and hold accountable the perpetrators, no matter what title or rank they hold.”

President Trump had mentioned as early as 2016, as President-Elect, that he was considering a lifetime ban on military procurement officials going to work for defense contractors, according to Reuters.  “I think anybody that gives out these big contracts should never ever, during their lifetime, be allowed to work for a defense company, for a company that makes that product.”

In August 2024 during an interview with podcaster Theo Von, President Trump called out this exact situation and reiterated his 2016 remarks:

“If you work for government, especially if you’re giving out contracts, in other words, you’re a powerful person within some industry…the Navy…the Army…you know, anything…it could be military procurement, etc.  There’s a whole question as to you give out a contract and then all of the sudden you’re working for the person or the company you gave the contract to…and it’s obviously a problem.  And it’s a big problem.  And we were doing things about it.”
