Macron Says France Has “Given Everything” to Ukraine, Signals Fatigue as Peace Talks Loom

In a rare moment of candor during a lengthy televised interview yesterday, French President Emmanuel Macron appeared to  concede that France has exhausted its military aid capacity to Ukraine.

“We gave away everything we had,” Macron told TF1 on Tuesday. “But we can’t give away what we don’t have, and we can’t strip ourselves of what is necessary for our own security.” This admission marks a stark reversal from the French president’s earlier bombast and signals growing cracks in the NATO consensus as the Russo-Ukrainian conflict drags into its third bloody year.

Macron’s comments come as France teeters on the brink of economic turmoil, with the country’s deficit soaring to 5.8% and public debt surpassing 110% of GDP. His government, beset by domestic unrest and a resurgent right-wing, anti-globalist opposition, is struggling to maintain both internal legitimacy and external posturing.

The TF1 broadcast, which opened with a montage of public criticisms, reflected deepening disillusionment with Macron’s leadership. One citizen bluntly described him as “a president who practically wants to send us to war.” That perception certainly isn’t unfounded.

Despite his now subdued rhetoric, Macron has openly floated the idea of deploying French troops to Ukraine in the event of a “peace deal”—a move that many fear could ignite direct confrontation with a nuclear-armed Russia. He also hinted that France is prepared to enter discussions about stationing French nuclear-armed aircraft in other European countries, mimicking the US nuclear-sharing strategy in NATO.

“The Americans have the bombs on planes in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Turkey,” Macron noted. “We are ready to open this discussion.”

But this escalation comes at a time when Macron also acknowledged the stark truth of the battlefield: Ukraine cannot win back the territories it has lost since 2014. “Even Ukrainians themselves have the lucidity to acknowledge … that they will not have the capacity to reclaim everything that has been taken [by Russia] since 2014,” he said, referencing Crimea and the eastern Donbass regions.

This is not simply a military confession—it is a geopolitical admission of defeat.

While Macron speaks of ramping up production in a so-called “wartime economy,” the reality on the ground is far more sobering. “Not only did we give everything we could—we tripled our production,” he claimed. Yet the strategic and economic costs have been borne by French taxpayers, not faceless bureaucrats in Brussels and Paris.

France has already poured over €3.7 billion ($4.2 billion) into Ukraine, making it one of the top military donors in Europe. But what have the French people gained? Inflation, budget shortfalls, and a president increasingly focused on foreign entanglements over increasingly problematic domestic issues.

Meanwhile, in a moment of unintentional irony, Macron claimed he did not want to trigger a “Third World War” over Ukraine—this, from the same man who has mused casually about troop deployments, nuclear escalation, and military “reassurance forces” along the front lines.

“We must help Ukraine defend itself,” he said, “but we do not want to unleash a Third World War.” Such double-speak is emblematic of Macron’s leadership: performative on the world stage, dismissive at home, and ultimately dangerous for peace and stability in Europe.

As Macron postures, real opportunities for peace are emerging. Both Russia and Ukraine have signaled their readiness to resume direct talks in Istanbul, seeking what it calls a “sustainable settlement.” French and British proposals to send peacekeeping troops following a ceasefire have surfaced, though predictably, Moscow warned that any NATO personnel on Ukrainian soil would be treated as legitimate targets.

US President Donald Trump, in stark contrast to the globalist Western establishment, has made clear that any resolution must acknowledge the realities on the ground. “Crimea will stay with Russia,” Trump said in a recent interview with Time, calling for a freeze on the conflict and swift peace negotiations. Unlike Macron, Trump understands that endless escalation is not a strategy—it’s a dead end.

Democrat John Ewing Ousts GOP Incumbent Jean Stothert After 12 Years — Flips Omaha Mayoral Seat Blue in Stunning 2025 Upset

Democrat John Ewing has unseated Republican incumbent Jean Stothert in Omaha’s 2025 mayoral election, marking a significant political shift in Nebraska’s largest city.

Ewing secured 55.5% of the vote (45,336 votes) compared to Stothert’s 44.5% (36,307 votes), according to official results.

Source: Ballotpedia

Ewing’s victory ends Stothert’s 12-year tenure and makes him the first Black mayor in Omaha’s history.

Outgoing Mayor Jean Stothert announced that she had called John Ewing to concede the race, according to KETV.

“I called John Ewing and I congratulated him,” Stothert said. “John Ewing is inheriting tonight a great city, and we leave a strong foundation for the city that we love. We are grateful and we are hopeful.”

Governor Jim Pillen attributed Stothert’s loss to insufficient Republican voter turnout.

Speaking at Stothert’s campaign event, he remarked that her re-election should have been a “slam-dunk” and emphasized that GOP voters, particularly in West Omaha, “just didn’t get the vote out”.

WATCH:

The recent defeat of Republican incumbent Jean Stothert by Democrat John Ewing in Omaha’s mayoral race is part of a broader pattern of Republican electoral setbacks.

The 2025 election cycle has seen a notable series of Republican losses in key local and state races. These defeats were often in traditionally Republican strongholds. Stolen or not, one thing is clear: Republicans must turn out in overwhelming numbers. Make it too big to rig.

Here are the Republican losses to date:

Beaumont, Texas: Longtime Republican City Councilman Mike Getz lost his seat to newcomer Joey Hilliard.
Suburban Illinois: Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin and Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau, both Republicans, lost their re-election bids.
Norman, Oklahoma: Republican Mayor Larry Heikkila lost re-election to Democrat Stephen Tyler Holman, resulting in a Democratic gain in a traditionally conservative area.
Rock Island, Illinois: Republican Mayor Mike Thoms lost re-election to Democrat Ashley Harris.
Iowa Senate District 35: Katie Whittington (R) lost to Mike Zimmer (D) in the Iowa special election, flipping a Republican-held seat.
Pennsylvania Senate District 36: Josh Parsons (R) lost to James Andrew Malone (D) in the Pennsylvania State Senate special election, an upset in a historically Republican district.
Minnesota House District 40B: Republican Paul Wikstrom was defeated by Democrat David Gottfried in a special election, with Gottfried securing over 70% of the vote. This result reversed a temporary Republican majority in the Minnesota House.
North Carolina Supreme Court: Republican Jefferson Griffin conceded to Democrat Allison Riggs after a prolonged legal battle over ballot eligibility. Riggs secured victory by 734 votes.
Wisconsin Supreme Court: Conservative candidate Brad Schimel lost by 10 points in the 2025 state Supreme Court race. The state GOP is conducting a review ahead of the 2026 election.

Pope Leo’s MAGA-Supporting Brother Insists He Isn’t Woke — Pope Will Likely ‘Govern ‘Down the Middle’ (VIDEO)

Louis Prevost

Pope Leo XIV’s MAGA-supporting brother Louis Prevost has defended his clerical record and said he is likely to govern the church as a centrist.

During an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncesnored, Prevost was asked about his brother’s liberal advocacy and asked whether he intends to govern the church in the style of Pope Francis.

Here ia transcript of the exchange:

MORGAN: Do you think he’s going to be a very liberal pope?”

PREVOST: No I do not. I don’t think he’s going to roll back the changes that Francis made. I think he’s going to. Here we are. Let’s continue down this path now. I don’t see. I don’t see my brother. When we were growing up, he wasn’t, like, super political.

He’s not left. He’s not right. He looks at the whole scene, takes information from both sides, and somehow finds a way to go down the middle and not ruffle too many feathers.”

As far as church law goes, he’s very well versed in canon law, church law theory, religious theories, theology. He’s he’s a big believer in canon law, which is basically that’s the church, right? How the church behaves. So I don’t see him coming pulling in tighter than what Francis has done, but he’ll maintain that.”

I don’t think he’s going to go pull the church hard left. I think he’ll just be down the middle.”

MORGAN: Can you confirm or deny that the your little brother is woke?”

PREVOST: I don’t know that I’d even go that far to say he’s woke. He’s probably much more liberal than I am but that’s us. And again, that’s his position as a priest in the church, as part of the clergy.

Watch the clip below:

Over the weekend, it emerged that Prevost is a strong supporter of President Trump political agenda.

“Obama and the Democrats. They suck,” he wrote on Facebook just last month.

“They’re one very small step from being full blown communists, longing for the total destruction of our way of life and turning this country into a dictatorship, and a racist one on top of it,” he continued.

Let’s hope that moving forward, Pope Leo can take inspiration from his young brother.

Smartmatic Suffers Setback in FOX News Case After NY Judge Orders Company to Prove Evidence of Damages

FOX News moved to dismiss the $2.7 billion “meritless” nuisance case by Smartmatic in a press release in February 2021.

FOX News argued at the time, “If the First Amendment means anything, it means that Fox cannot be held liable for fairly reporting and commenting on competing allegations in a hotly contested and actively litigated election.”

Smartmatic suffered a setback in a New York court after a NY judge orders the company to prove it suffered actual damages following the FOX News reporting.

Smartmatic, the controversial election machine company, filed charges against FOX News in February 2021 following a segment on the conservative channel.

We are defending our company by filing a defamation & disparagement complaint in the NY State Court against @FoxNews for false claims about us related to the Nov US 2020 #election. We must hold them accountable for knowingly broadcasting baseless claims https://t.co/yxs3QV05U3 pic.twitter.com/GX24DFbarm

— Smartmatic (@smartmatic) February 4, 2021

Four years later – this week a New York judge ordered Smartmatic to produce real evidence it suffered actual harm from the FOX News segment.

This comes weeks after FOX News again called on the suit to be tossed out.

The Examiner reported:

Smartmatic’s dreams of a big settlement payday from Fox News suffered a big blow Tuesday when a New York judge ordered the company to produce real evidence it suffered any actual economic harm from the allegedly disparaging remarks made by on-air Fox News talent after the 2020 elections.

The judge’s order comes just weeks after Fox News filed a motion to end the lawsuit on the grounds that Smartmatic did not have a good reputation worth anything before Fox News talked about it. Under New York law, in order to win a defamation case, a plaintiff must first show that it suffered economic harm from the defendant’s allegedly false statements. The judge’s order seems to be agreeing with Fox’s motion and would require Smartmatic to prove damages before further discovery can continue.

Earlier this year, DNI Tulsi Gabbard announced that evidence proves voting machines can be tampered with to steal elections.

Dem Senator Chris Murphy Already Casting Doubt on Legitimacy of 2026 Midterms – Says Trump is ‘Destroying Democracy’ (VIDEO)

Democrats must be really worried about their chances in the 2026 midterm elections. How else could anyone explain the insane ranting of Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut on MSNBC this week?

Murphy was speaking to Nicolle Wallace and he was clearly casting doubt about the outcome of the midterms, suggesting that Trump is somehow destroying our democracy. It’s not even clear what he’s talking about, he just sounds unhinged.

He even says Trump is trying to ‘rig’ our democracy. Projection much, senator?

Transcript via Real Clear Politics:

WALLACE: And I guess at some point, if the Democrats take over the majorities in the House and the Senate, it won’t matter. But I wonder if you feel like we have enough time. You look at the grift, you look at the corruption, you look at the pay to play going on.

It’s staggering and it’s all out in the open. It’s almost as if to say, you know, when you’re president, you can do it.

MURPHY: Yeah, I mean, this is the conversation we’re having right now inside the Democratic Party. How urgent is the moment? You know what I believe, Nicole.

I believe that there’s no guarantee that we are going to have a free and fair election in 2026. I think he’s trying to rig our democracy, to destroy dissent, to cripple the political opposition so that even if his approval ratings are in the 30s in the fall of next year, there isn’t the ability for his opposition to muster a real campaign. So I think we’ve got to act with tremendous urgency and we have to make the corruption and the destruction of democracy the number one issue.

So we’ve got this crypto regulation bill pending before Congress. The only way we should pass that bill, the only way that we should move that bill forward is if it unwinds Trump’s crypto corruption.

Here’s the video:

Sen. Chris Murphy: “I believe that there’s no guarantee that we are going to have a free and fair election in 2026.”

Murphy doesn’t exactly exude confidence about his party’s chances next year. Also, when did it become acceptable to cast doubt on elections again?

Red Flags in Letitia James Handling of Her Father’s Estate Demand Another Investigation

Letitia James, the New York State Attorney General, has presented herself as a champion of legal integrity.

Yet documents filed under oath in her late father’s estate proceedings in 1999 appear to present legal problems for James involving property law, mortgage representations, and taxation requirements.

Letitia James’ father, Robert James, died on January 15, 1986. Thirteen years later, in 1999, Letitia filed a petition in Queens Surrogate’s Court seeking to administer his estate.

The only asset was a small townhome at 114-04 Inwood Street in Jamaica, Queens, a property Letitia had purchased with her father as “husband and wife” in 1983.

In sworn estate documents, Letitia claimed that the property was held as “tenants in common,” a legal classification that would require the probate court to transfer her father’s share of the house to Letitia.

“The property would not pass to the heirs of the decedent by operation of law,” James wrote in her affirmation, “because the decedent held the property with the undersigned as tenants in common with no right of survivorship.”

That distinction was crucial: unlike “joint tenancy,” which passes ownership directly to a surviving party such as a spouse, “tenancy in common” requires probate court to transfer the deceased’s share.

However, James’s account is contradicted by the mortgage Letitia and her father obtained as “husband and wife” in May 1983.

This designation implies joint tenancy with right of survivorship, meaning that ownership would have automatically passed to Letitia upon her father’s death in 1986, without the need for probate.

Then in 2000, despite her “tenants in common” probate filing in 1999, Letitia James sold the Inwood home with the original ownership listed as Robert James and Letitia James “husband and wife” anyway.

This raises the question as to whether James benefited from tax or other financial advantages by selling the property as “husband and wife,” even though she inherited her father’s interest.

Further complicating the picture is James’ 13-year delay in filing for probate. NY probate law expects reasonably prompt administration.

Though New York imposes no statute of limitations on filing probate or administration proceedings, courts expect petitions to be filed within a reasonable time, usually within a few years of death.

Letitia James’ 13-year delay is extraordinary and unexplained. A long delay implies possible concealment or misuse of the asset.

If Letitia James collected rent or claimed homeowner benefits during this period, this may amount to a breach of fiduciary duty, or at minimum, unauthorized possession of estate assets.

The publicly filed court estate documents reveal that no estate taxes – federal or state – appear to have been paid or filed in the 13 years between Letitia James’s father Robert James’ death in 1986 and her eventual filing for estate administration in 1999.

At the time of Robert James’ death in 1986, the federal estate tax exemption was $500,000. The New York State estate tax exemption was $108,333 Letitia James’s stated valuation – $105,000 in gross value, minus the mortgage – would have placed the estate below both thresholds.

However, tax attorneys caution that even non-taxable estates may be required to file estate tax returns – especially when real property is involved.

Yet, Letitia James explicitly affirmed in her 1999 petition that “There are no Federal or State Income or Estate Taxes payable by the estate.”

James also failed to indicate that a Form 706 (federal estate tax return) or a New York ET-706 (state estate tax return) had ever been filed, or that any taxes were paid in the 13-year gap between death and filing.

If estate taxes were in fact owed, this omission could constitute a violation of federal or state tax law.

Filing zero documentation over a 13-year period is highly irregular and may amount to administrative noncompliance at best – and willful evasion at worst.

By declaring no tax obligations with no supporting documentation, Letitia James effectively concealed the estate from federal and state tax authorities for over a decade.

The Robert James Estate file, which included his death certificate that appears on page 36, stands as more than a simple probate proceeding.

It serves as a documentary bridge between Letitia James’ early financial dealings and the integrity questions now surfacing amid broader mortgage fraud and campaign finance allegations.

In an era when ordinary citizens face penalties for missing tax deadlines or improperly valuing assets, the idea that the state’s top prosecutor may have dodged scrutiny for over a decade demands serious attention.

With federal investigators reportedly reviewing past mortgage filings and estate records, the 1999 estate case may prove pivotal in evaluating whether Letitia James has lived up to her own oft-quoted standard: “No one is above the law.”

Watch: Sunny Hostin ‘Concerned’ About the New Pope, Flips Days Later After Learning He Has ‘Black Roots’

Thank you, Sunny Hostin.

(No, not for that, or that other thing, and definitely not for this.)

Conservatives and people with more than two brain cells everywhere should celebrate what Hostin has done over the span of a few scant days.

That’s because Hostin may have just perfectly illustrated the idiocy rotting away at the core of identity politics wielded by race hustlers everywhere. You literally couldn’t come up with a more textbook example.

Naturally, “The View” co-host did this unwittingly, but hey, Humpty Dumpty learned a brutal life lesson unintentionally, too.

On Friday, Hostin took to her interminably screechy show to discuss the new election of Pope Leo XIV.

“I’m a little concerned about this choice [of Leo] for the [LGBT] community,” Hostin said in an eye-rollingly predictable moment. “In 2012, he gave an address to bishops, and he lamented, ‘The popular culture fostered sympathy for beliefs and practices that are at odds with the gospel.’ And that’s a quote.

“And then he cited the homosexual lifestyle and alternative families comprised of same-sex partners and their adopted children.”

(Leo’s right about all that, by the way.)

Without even delving into the absurdity of the pontiff being criticized for following the Word of God, the above statement is just dripping with sanctimonious self-righteousness.

But it’s not exactly a surprise on “The View.”

No, the reason the above criticism needs to be brought up is that, apparently, Hostin had an epiphany over the weekend.

She showed up on Monday’s episode of her show to celebrate Leo’s election, and the reason why is laughably shallow and asinine.

Hostin began by first bringing up President Donald Trump’s previous sharp criticisms of Haiti.

(Trump’s right about all that, by the way.)

“As it turns out, our new American pope has Haitian and black roots,” she said, as the clapping seals in the audience applauded. And make no mistake, Hostin was thrilled about this revelation, as you could practically count all her teeth as she was making this grand reveal.

“We actually have a black pope,” she continued. “It’s like chef’s kiss for me. So apparently, both of his maternal grandparents are described as black, Haitian, or [mixed race].”

Really?

The apparently tiny chasm between “concern” and “chef’s kiss” is possibly being a quarter black? That’s it?

I’m not sure what’s funnier: That being it, or the fact that Hostin doesn’t even seem remotely motion sick from her rapidly changing opinion of Pope Leo.

Even if Pope Leo were black, does that somehow change those accurate 2012 remarks about homsexuality? Of course, it doesn’t, but therein lies Hostin’s great favor.

Identity politics are a scourge, a farce, and a fool’s errand, and this example from Hostin is the perfect illustration why.

When your moral compass is a weathervane changing with the most superficial winds imaginable, you get mental gymnastics like this from Hostin. There’s nothing rooted in anything of substance here. I can promise you that if Pope Leo were to get swept up in some damning scandal, Hostin will conveniently note that he was probably only a quarter black, anyway — if not outright forget. It’s a laughably predictable joke.

Leo’s work as pontiff is unwritten, so it’s impossible to pass any sort of meaningful judgment on him, yet Hostin has done it twice in the span of a few days.

First, she took 13-year-old remarks and used them as a damning critique. Then, she took a possible quarter-black heritage as the overriding win.

If you can read those last two sentences, surely you can see the absurdity of them.

Hostin, a former federal prosecutor (really), apparently can’t see that absurdity.

And that might be the funniest thing of it all.

“RESIGN NOW” Healthcare CEO EXPOSES Calley Means – RFK Jr. Advisor in BOMBSHELL Exclusive Interview | Elijah Schaffer’s Top 5 (VIDEO)

A dramatic and bitter feud is unraveling within the ranks of the “Make America Healthy Again” movement, a populist health crusade reshaping federal healthcare policy under President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

At the center of this political and medical storm are Calley Means — a key RFK Jr. advisor and entrepreneur — and Peter Gillooly, CEO of The Wellness Company, a supplement brand with deep ties to conservative influencers and medical professionals who oppose COVID shots.

In a formal complaint filed Saturday with multiple federal oversight bodies — including the Office of the Special Counsel and the Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General — Gillooly accuses Means of leveraging his government role to threaten him and unlawfully coerce private business dealings.

The conflict centers on market share, ideological purity, and access to influential conservative health circles.

Means, a special government employee who advises RFK Jr. at HHS, is also the co-founder of Truemed, a company that enables customers to use pre-tax health spending accounts for wellness products — a business model that has gained traction among health-conscious conservatives.

In a recorded phone call obtained by RiftTV, Means confronted Gillooly, accusing The Wellness Company of leaking damaging and false information about TrueMed to rightwing activist Laura Loomer.

“Your company has deep research on Truemed and is actively sharing that with people to f**k with us,” Means alleged.

He then issued a warning: “If one more thing happens, I’m going to go to Jay Bhattacharya and Bobby [RFK Jr.] and tell him that you and your cadre of Peter McCullough and Kelly Victory, are spreading lies and trying to f*** with him and hurt his administration.”

Means escalated further, threatening legal action. “I am going to sue the s*** out of you and escalate this if it continues.”

Peter Gillooly, CEO of The Wellness Company, “categorically” denied sharing any information, responding, “I’m a little confused about why you’re calling.”

Means then shifted the blame toward The Wellness Company’s founder, Foster Coulson, accusing him of orchestrating the alleged attacks.

“If this is Foster [Coulson] doing it without you, you should have a strong conversation with him because he’s not only putting you at legal risk, he’s also f***ing with a lot of other dynamics.”

Throughout the conversation, Means also repeatedly attacked Dr. Kelly Victory — a Wellness Company medical board member and speculative Surgeon General nominee — calling her “delusional” multiple times.

“Kelly Victory delusionally claiming that she was supposed to be Surgeon General,” Means said. “Also, you can tell your f***ing friends, okay? Like, they can do whatever the hell they want. Kelly is delusional.”

He went on to repeat his attack at another point in the conversation, “If Kelly thinks she could get confirmed for Surgeon General, she’s on a f***ing other planet.”

In a bizarre continuation of his unhinged tirade, Calley Means makes an obscure reference to “show biz” when referring to the public dispute between his sister, Casey Means, and the ‘runner-up’ for Surgeon General, Kelly Victory.

It was not clear what he meant by this reference or what he meant by implying his sister Casey didn’t care about becoming Surgeon General, however, it seemed odd to make the uncanny comparison between the Hollywood entertainment business and official government positions with such a high pedigree as Surgeon General.

In his complaint, Gillooly frames the call as both an abuse of power and a blatant conflict of interest, arguing that Means used his federal post as leverage to benefit his private business.

“Means threatens to blackmail my private corporation with HHS executive leadership if we do not comply with his demands,” Gillooly stated, accusing the RFK Jr. advisor of trying to extort The Wellness Company into transacting with TrueMed.

“I do not know whether that’s because you guys or somebody at your company is trying to get into the practice of medicine, which you guys have a platform for in order to do what we do, which is make a recommendation on a medical assessment for whether the supplements are valid, which would then drive your customers 30, 40% savings, which might be a good idea. Now, that should be something that you guys partner with us on.”

Calley Means, who previously described himself as a Never-Trumper, emerged as an outspoken health reform advocate and tech entrepreneur during the Biden administration.

Before entering public service, he co-founded Truemed and worked as a political strategist for Republican candidates and conservative causes.

Means gained popularity in wellness circles for criticizing Big Pharma, food industry lobbying, and what he calls “corrupt incentives” in U.S. healthcare.

Trump’s Surgeon General Pick Sparks Outrage Among Frontline COVID Doctors and MAGA Influencers

Trump replaces Janette Nesheiwat with Dr. Casey Means at the last minute—triggering infighting within MAHA and backlash from key Trump allies.

Here’s a deep dive: pic.twitter.com/kdLholRh93

— RiftTV (@TheRiftTV) May 8, 2025

His commentary has appeared in leftwing publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and on podcasts like The Joe Rogan Experience.

However, his dual role in government and private enterprise has raised red flags, especially now that he’s accused of threatening to bring in National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Jay Bhattacharya and RFK Jr. himself to pressure a competing company.

The internal rupture burst into the open after Loomer, an investigative journalist famously “vetting” members of the Trump administration and publishing her findings regularly on X, accused TrueMed of tax fraud.

Loomer alleges TrueMed provides auto-generated doctors’ letters without legitimate medical review, allowing customers to inappropriately use health savings accounts for wellness purchases.

Loomer said these letters are “auto-signed” and “not actually reviewed by a doctor.”

Although Loomer told Politico she had “looked up stuff on [her] own” and denied receiving a leak, Means insists the source of the information was The Wellness Company — specifically Foster Coulson, the firm’s founder.

Coulson denies any link, stating, “I have never spoken to Laura Loomer in my entire life.”

Means sent cease-and-desist letters to Gillooly and Coulson in response.

“I received information that the Wellness Company was actively spreading provably false information about TrueMed,” Means told Politico. “I noted I would prefer they stop spreading provably untrue information before I was forced to take legal action.”

In an exclusive interview with The Gateway Pundit, Peter Gillooly publicly responded to the allegations against him.

Speaking with Elijah Schaffer, Gillooly denied claims that he leaked information about TrueMed to Laura Loomer.

“No — nor have I ever spoken to Laura Loomer in my life,” he said.

Gillooly also condemned Calley Means’ conduct, suggesting Means was acting as a “rogue actor.”

“I don’t think there’s any way Bobby [RFK Jr.] or Trump would condone or support this behavior,” Gillooly said. “I expect they are going to take swift action to remedy the situation.”

He continued: “To be clear, I’m not looking for an apology — I’m looking for a resignation.”

Gillooly is CEO of The Wellness Company, which offers consumers supplements, telemedicine, and COVID-19 alternative therapies. The company gained national attention for its medical board, which includes physicians who gained notoriety warning against the effects of government-mandated, mainstream COVID protocols during the pandemic, including Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Kelly Victory.

Gillooly’s company has become a fixture in conservative health spaces, regularly promoted by influencers aligned with RFK Jr.’s anti-establishment ethos.

But now, Gillooly warns that RFK Jr.’s inner circle is threatening to “weaponize” the federal government against competitors.

“Using the government to essentially weaponize them against a private company is extremely concerning and is a tremendous threat,” Coulson told Politico in support of Gillooly’s complaint.

Complicating the situation is Casey Means, Calley’s sister and co-founder of the metabolic health data company Levels.

She was recently nominated by President Trump to become the next Surgeon General — a move that has stirred controversy on the right. Critics have questioned her ideological views amid revelations that she celebrated receiving COVID shots while her father authored a book promoting transgenderism to children.

RFK Jr.’s former running mate Nicole Shanahan warned, after Trump announced Casey Means’ Surgeon General nomination, that someone is “controlling” Kennedy’s decisions.

“It’s very strange — doesn’t make any sense,” Shanahan wrote on X, responding to a post that expressed concern that Casey Means has “just about no clinical experience.”

“I was promised that if I supported RFK Jr. in his Senate confirmation that neither of these siblings would be working under HHS or in an appointment (and that much more qualified people would be),” Shanahan said. “I don’t know if RFK very clearly lied to me or what is going on.”

Conservative commentators, including Loomer, have accused both Calley and Casey of being insufficiently loyal to Trump despite their current roles in his administration.

Since taking over HHS in Trump’s second term, Kennedy has purged over 25% of the agency’s staff and installed figures aligned with alternative health, creating a volatile environment within the agency.

Now, two of its key figures — one entrenched in government, the other in the private wellness sector — are embroiled in a conflict that may bring regulatory scrutiny and damage the credibility of a movement already under intense media and legal focus.

“I think there needs to be a thorough investigation because this sort of behavior has no place in the federal government,” Gillooly told Politico.

With federal watchdogs now involved and public accusations escalating, the MAHA movement’s internal “civil war” may soon force RFK Jr. and Trump’s team to decide where their loyalties — and political futures — lie.

Trump’s Clean Break With the Interventionists

Trump’s Clean Break With the Interventionists

President Donald Trump sounded ready to make a clean break with his party’s most reflexive hawks in the first big speech he has delivered overseas during his second term.

“The so-called nation builders wrecked far more nations than they built, and the interventionists were intervening in complex societies that they did not even understand themselves,” he said in Riyadh on Tuesday.

Trump’s actions may be lining up with his words. He has recently announced a halt to the bombing of the Houthis in Yemen, the end of sanctions on Syria, the removal of a national security advisor seen as less than fully on board with his talks with Iran, and is otherwise trying to prevent another regional war in the Middle East.

“The gleaming marvels of Riyadh and Abu Dhabi were not created by the so-called ‘nation builders,’ neocons, or liberal nonprofits like those who spent trillions and trillions of dollars failing to develop Baghdad, so many other cities,” Trump continued.

“Peace, prosperity, and progress ultimately came not from a radical rejection of your heritage, but rather from embracing your national traditions and embracing that same heritage that you love so dearly,” he said. “You achieved a modern miracle the Arabian way.”

It has been clear for a decade that, unlike much of the conservative foreign-policy establishment that once ran the Republican Party, Trump believes that what have come to be called the forever wars have destroyed far more than they have conserved. He has made more progress in his second term than in the first displacing that establishment.

But it hasn’t been perfect. This White House does not speak with one voice on foreign policy. And Trump has verbally aligned with the peacemakers before only to bow to the hawks on substantive policy positions. Like Barack Obama before him, Trump also faces an electorate that is weary of war but not sure it is ready to take the risks of retrenchment.

For its part, the Beltway foreign-policy establishment will more readily condemn perceived errors of omissions than ill-conceived interventions.

Even now, the wars in Gaza and Ukraine have proven more difficult to wind down, for reasons hardly limited to domestic political considerations.

But it is possible that Trump now sees that he cannot achieve his desired goals while playing policeman of the world in faraway neighborhoods we don’t really know.

“The birth of a modern Middle East has been brought by the people of the region themselves, the people that are right here, the people that have lived here all their lives, developing your own sovereign countries, pursuing your own unique visions and charting your own destinies in your own way,” Trump said of the region in which the nation-builders’ dreams have most often gone to die in recent years.

Trump is banking on extremely flawed governments to make possible his vision for peace in the Middle East, a bet that has frustrated many of his predecessors.

Yet Trump also understands the limits of moral suasion in dealing with or motivating these rulers, castigating the Western experts “giving you lectures on how to live or how to govern your own affairs.”

“In recent years, far too many American presidents have been afflicted with the notion that it’s our job to look into the souls of foreign leaders and use U.S. policy to dispense justice for their sins,” Trump said. “I believe it is God’s job to sit in judgement — my job [is] to defend America and to promote the fundamental interests of stability, prosperity, and peace.”

He included Iran in this, though he remained adamant that Tehran will not acquire nuclear weapons. “I am here today not merely to condemn the past chaos of Iran’s leaders, but to offer them a new path and a much better path toward a far better and more hopeful future,” Trump said.

This will be a tall order. Trump may be ready to chart a different course, but peacemaking comes with its own set of challenges.

Last month Trump made a revealing comparison between his first and second terms.

“The first time, I had two things to do ‒ run the country and survive; I had all these crooked guys,” Trump told the Atlantic magazine in an interview published on April 28. “And the second time, I run the country and the world.”

Running the world is a difficult, perhaps impossible, task, even for its most powerful man.
