Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) got completely humiliated on two occasions during a hearing because he decided to champion the most infamous MS-13 gangbanger in the world.

This morning, the House Homeland Security Committee held a hearing to address the fiscal 2026 budget for the department. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem addressed the committee.

The hearing came a day after the first federal judge allowed the Trump administration to continue deportation flights to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act.

Naturally, the ruling triggered Goldman, who got even angrier after Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) tried to include a fundamental truth about Garcia in the committee record.

“An appellate board agreed that ICE officers…” MTG began before Goldman interrupted.

“Mr. Goldman, the floor is not yours right now!” Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) shouted. “She has the floor!”

MTG tried again to enter the post into the record before a livid Goldman screamed, “She’s not answering the question, sir!”

After more shouting between Green and Goldman, MTG was allowed to continue.

“A Maryland county gang unit agreed he’s MS-13, a reliable confidential informant agreed he’s MS-13…An appellate board agreed that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, your Maryland man, is MS-13,” MTG said.

“She is misstating the record and the facts; that is not accurate,” Goldman whined. “Therefore, I object to that being introduced…”

“Can I explain?!” Goldman shouted after Green tried to rein him in. “There is no final court order that is a member…You (pointing to MTG) should put all that evidence before a judge…But you’re misstating what that evidence is.

After Green sided with MTG, a panicked Goldman interjected again.

“Can I review?” he asked, to which Green replied with a loud “no.”

After Green announced they would vote on submitting MTG’s document, Goldman again went berserk.

“Do not interrupt me again!” Green yelled at Goldman.

Things got worse for Goldman a short time later in the hearing when he continued to champion the Salvadorian gangster and credibly accused wife-beater. Noem finally had enough of his nonsense and dropped this savage yet truthful comment:

“It’s got to be extremely discouraging to be one of your constituents. To see you fight for a terrorist like this and not fight for them is extremely alarming to me.”

The best thing going for Republicans at the moment is the opposing party’s complete idiocy. The GOP may just win the midterms by default if Democrats continue to defend MS-13 gangsters and launch racial attacks against white refugees.

Disturbing footage has emerged showing two members of Congress making a complete mockery of the institution and U.S. taxpayers.

On Wednesday, journalist and former congressional candidate Matthew Foldi captured some alarming footage during a House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing. While moving his camera, he noticed that 71-year-old Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) had fallen sound asleep during the hearing and zoomed in.

It’s unclear whether Dingell was snoring or what caused her to fall asleep.

Then, Foldi captured yet another Democrat Congresswoman dozing off at THE SAME HEARING. As Rep. Diana DeGette (D-CO) starts whining about Planned Parenthood potentially losing federal funding, her fellow traveler Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), age 80, is seen taking a nap.

Such images bring to mind Joe Biden falling sound asleep countless times while occupying the Oval Office. The Gateway Pundit extensively covered these humiliating episodes of the now 82-year-old man.

Today’s stunning images should provide another incentive for congressional term limits or at least some age limit for congressional members. It is perhaps only a matter of time before one of these congress critters never wakes up from a ‘nap.’

SOKOTO, NIGERIA – Monday, May 12 marks three years since radical jihadists in Nigeria murdered a 22-year-old Christian woman, and new first hand testimony is shedding light on her final moments.

However, the Nigerian Department of State Services detained the three journalists today for about four hours after publishing the new report.

Deborah Emmanuel’s story first made international headlines when a violent Muslim mob beat her to death in 2022. Journalists identified her as a victim of a so-called “blasphemy” murder in the capital of Nigeria’s Sokoto state.

Judd Saul, the founder of Equipping the Persecuted and executive director of TruthNigeria, emphasized the importance of telling Deborah’s story.

“The silencing of journalists and the detention of our reporters by the Nigerian DSS is not just an attack on press freedom,” said Saul.

“It is an attack on the truth itself. While Christian communities are being slaughtered across Nigeria, those who dare to report the facts are  being  treated  like  criminals.  We demand that the international community hold the Nigerian government accountable for this blatant use of power.”

Deborah did not die alone, according to a newly-published piece from Truth Nigeria.

For context, on May 11, 2022, Deborah was a young home economics student in Nigeria. Once she finished up school, she was planning to join the police force. In a group  chat  with  classmates,  she expressed gratitude to Jesus Christ for helping her succeed in her studies. Her Muslim  classmates  in the group chat pushed back, accusing her of insulting the

Prophet Mohammed, but she stood by her Christian beliefs. The next day, a mob came to her campus dormitory to retaliate.

Asabe Sabitu Kdada was Deborah’s classmate and cousin at Shegu Shegari College in Sokoto on the day of the murder. The mob also attacked her. The two students were trapped in a utility building at the entrance of the college for hours while police stood nearby, refusing to stop the mob of Muslim students who repeatedly stormed the building. Asabe was eventually able to escape.

Eyewitnesses say what they saw that day contradicts the claim from authorities that they attempted to rescue Deborah, but were “overwhelmed.” An eyewitness told a reporter that the police “could have stopped the murder if they had really tried.”

Deborah’s cousin Asabe said her last words were, “what time is it?”

“I don’t know if I will ever feel safe again, but I want to live a life that tells the truth about her,” said Asabe. “She didn’t die because she insulted anyone. She died because she was a Christian girl in a place where that is a crime.”

“Deborah Emmanuel was not just a victim—she was a young woman with a future, a dream to serve her country as a police officer, and a fearless witness for Christ,” said Saul. “The world must not turn away. The persecution of Christians in Nigeria is real, it is intensifying, and it demands action.”

Nigerian police have yet to identify nor arrest any suspects in the deadly attack.

“The Nigerian government refuses to apologize for a flagrant human rights atrocity,” said Douglas Burton, an award-winning journalist covering Deborah’s story. “No Nigerian court has tried the murderers of Deborah.

There were hundreds of witnesses, and 17 federal police stood 80 yards away without intervening. Despite obvious malfeasance of authorities, no officials have apologized to the parents of Deborah Emmanuel or offered reparations.”

Unfortunately, this is part of a larger trend in Nigeria, where Islamic extremists brutally kidnap, torture, and murder Christians with little to no legal consequences.

A top Kamala Harris campaign aide has come out with a tell-all on what he thinks went wrong and caused Kamala Harris’ humiliating defeat in the 2024 election.

And it wasn’t her utter incompetence, apparent sobriety issues, cringeworthy behavior, or the destruction caused by the Biden-Harris administration over four years. Instead, it was all Biden’s fault.

We’re not defending Biden, but Kamala Harris was just a terrible candidate. The blame falls on the entire Democratic party for propping up a low-IQ, unelected DEI presidential nominee. Following a honeymoon period where the fake news media and Democrats propped her up, she flamed out when the American people realized just how bad she is.

David Plouffe, the former Harris aide, made the comments in an interview for CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’ Alex Thompson’s upcoming book release, “Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again.” The book is set to be released on May 20. 

“It’s all Biden,” Plouffe said. Plouffe further claims that Biden’s decision not to drop out earlier “totally f*cked us.”

Tapper, one of the biggest shills for Biden and his “sharp as a tack” mental state, is now seeking to profit with a sham exposé of the Democrats’ cover-up.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday on another excerpt from the book, which  details “Biden’s physical deterioration” and how Biden’s handlers considered putting him in a wheelchair. Biden’s physician, Kevin O’Connor, even worried that the continued stress on Biden or one more bad fall might kill him.

Gov. Tim Walz, the Minnesota National Guard, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, and Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt have reportedly all been briefed on preparations for potential riots if former police officer Derek Chauvin is granted a presidential pardon.

Chauvin, of course, was the officer filmed kneeling on drug addict George Floyd during his fatal interaction with police. His death caused nationwide deadly Black Lives Matter riots throughout the summer of 2020.

According to a report from local station KSTP, “Multiple sources told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that Gov. Tim Walz, the Minnesota National Guard, Mayor Jacob Frey and Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt have all been briefed on preparations for possible civil unrest if President Donald Trump pardons former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin for his federal conviction of killing George Floyd.”

“Sources also told KSTP the Minnesota Department of Corrections is ready to pick up Chauvin at a federal penitentiary in Arizona, and bring him back to Oak Park Heights Prison in Minnesota to serve the remainder of his 22-and-a-half-year sentence,” the report added.

However, antifa-supporting Attorney General Keith Ellison told MSNBC over the weekend that Chauvin will not be released.

“He still owes Minnesota 22-and-a-half years. And, he’s going to do it either in Minnesota or somewhere, but he’s not getting out,” Ellison asserted.

On Monday, Gov. Walz told the media, “No indication whether they’re going to do it, but I think it behooves us to be prepared for it. With this presidency, it seems like something they would do.”

The former officer is currently serving two state and federal 21-year sentences for violating Floyd’s civil rights and second-degree murder.

Chauvin was stabbed 22 times by fellow inmate John Turscak at the medium-security Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Tucson, Arizona, in 2023.

President Donald Trump has not publicly indicated if he is considering pardoning Chauvin.

Democrat Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed a Republican bill on Tuesday that would require public high schools to adhere to President Trump’s “Restoring Names That Honor American Greatness” executive order by including geography and instruction on the Gulf of America.

HB 2700 would add geography education in the State Board of Education’s high school social studies academic standards and require academic standards for geography to include instruction on the Gulf of America.

The far-left Democrat Governor doesn’t want students to have a comprehensive education on geography and current events, though.

Hobbs provided no reason for her veto in a letter to Arizona House Speaker Steve Montenegro, but did take a personal jab at Republicans in the state legislature for what she perceives as a refusal to “work together.”

Hobbs sent the following letter to Montenegro on Tuesday:

Speaker Montenegro,

Today, I vetoed House Bill 2700. Arizonans want us to work together to lower costs, secure the border, create jobs, and protect publie education. Instead of joining with me to do that, this Legislature has chosen to attempt to dictate how teachers refer to geographic features. I encourage you to refocus your time and energy on solving real problems for Arizonans.

In total, Hobbs reportedly vetoed 48 bills on Monday and Tuesday, and she is now five vetoes short of setting a new record.

It can be recalled that Hobbs broke the record for the most bills vetoed in a single session of the state legislature during her first year in office in 2023. Leftwing outlets dubbed her the “Veto Queen,” celebrating her stand against Republicans who represent a majority of Arizona. This is her only accomplishment as governor.

In 2023, some of her greatest hits were vetos for the elimination of the food tax, increased penalties for fentanyl distributors who harm children, medical care for infants who survive abortion, protections for school children from convicted sex offenders, and a mail-in ballot signature verification law to addd the minimum standards that she previously wrote herself as Secretary of State.

More recently, she’s taken a hardline stance in favor of illegal immigrants amid a crackdown from the federal government.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hobbs recently vetoed bills to require Arizona officials to enforce and cooperate with all immigration orders, actions, and programs from the federal government and to have local authorities assist Immigration and Customs Enforcement with identification, detainment, and deportation of illegal aliens.

Meanwhile, one of her Arizona Department of Agriculture (AZDA) has been arrested at the southern border for alleged human smuggling of illegal aliens.

The 2026 election can’t come soon enough for Arizona, a red state plagued by election fraud.

The trial of actor Gerard Depardieu was seen by many as a pivotal moment in France’s reckoning of widespread rape and sexual assault in its film industry – a #MeToo of sorts.

To make Depardieu pay for his alleged crimes seemed at first a difficult proposition, when even the country’s president was cheering him on, as we reported back in December 2023 in Macron in Hot Water for Defending Gérard Depardieu: ‘He Makes France Proud’ – French Film Star Is Facing an Array of Rape and Sexual Assault Allegations.

But in the end, the film star was tried and convicted yesterday (13) by a Paris court of sexually assaulting two women on a film set.

But he was only handed a 18-month suspended sentence, as the presiding judge blasted him for not understanding the ‘traumatic’ impact of his behavior.

“In the highest-profile #MeToo case to come before judges in France, Depardieu repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. His lawyer said he would appeal the court’s decision.”

His trial marked a moment of reckoning for the #MeToo protest movement over sexual violence, which has failed to gain the same traction in France as in the United States, although there are signs that social attitudes are changing.”

This verdict came on the first day of the famous Cannes film festival, as the Franch struggle to address their ‘laissez-faire’ attitude towards sexual harassment and sexual assault.

A set decorator told the court the actor groped her as she stood trapped between his legs, while making explicit sexual comments. She testified that she was terrified, while he laughed.

Depardieu testified that he did not consider placing a hand on a person’s buttocks sexual assault, and that ‘some women were too easily shocked’, but judge Thierry Donard said that “He does not seem to have grasped either the concept of consent or the deleterious and traumatic consequences of his behavior towards the women he assaulted.”

Depardieu will now be put on a list of sex offenders, and is expected to face another trial in a separate rape investigation.

Syrian leader Ahmed al-Sharaa desperately sought a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump while he was traveling this week in the Middle East to ease sanctions and improve relations.

Abu Mohammad al-Jolani, now refers to himself by his birth name as Ahmed al-Sharaa (Muhammad al-Jawlani). He was the leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), a Syrian militant group that evolved from the al-Qaeda affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra.

Following the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime, Jolani and HTS took control Syria, including the capital city, Damascus.

Al-Jolani has been working to persuade the international media and foreign powers that he has transitioned from a terrorist commander to a statesman, but skepticism remains about whether such a transformation is genuine.

On Wednesday President Trump met with al-Jolani in Saudi Arabia.

In a ruling that’s shaken the corrupt foundations of the European Union, the EU’s top court has declared that Commission President Ursula von der Leyen broke transparency rules by hiding secret text messages she exchanged with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla—just as the EU was locking itself into the biggest vaccine deal in its history.

The judgment, handed down by the European Court of Justice (ECJ), exposes a damning breach of public trust and fuels the growing outcry over what critics have dubbed “Pfizergate”—a scandal that underscores everything wrong with the unaccountable EU bureaucracy, Big Pharma’s grip on policy, and von der Leyen’s corrupt, authoritarian style of rule.

While globalists still cling to the tired narrative of “saving lives,” the reality now laid bare is that the EU chief struck backroom deals worth billions of euros without oversight or record—deals that forced member states into buying up to 1.8 billion doses of the experimental Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot, a product mired in concerns about side effects, rushed testing, and data suppression.

The Commission tried to sweep the messages under the rug, initially claiming they didn’t exist—until a 2021 New York Times interview revealed they did. In that piece, Bourla gushed about how his cozy chats with von der Leyen built “deep trust,” right before the vaccine contract—the largest the EU ever signed—was sealed.

The court wasn’t buying the cover-up. In its scathing decision, the ECJ ruled the Commission “failed to explain in a plausible manner” why it didn’t keep the texts or treat them as official documents. In other words, the EU’s own watchdog admitted what skeptics knew all along: the deal was hatched in the shadows, with no paper trail, no accountability, and no regard for the public’s right to know.

Even the usually tame European Ombudsman called it “maladministration.” That’s bureaucrat-speak for corruption.

Von der Leyen, once the golden girl of Brussels, now finds herself at the heart of the EU’s largest transparency scandal in decades. Critics on the right—and even a few from the liberal left—are hammering her for dodging responsibility while preaching democracy, transparency, accountability, and the ‘rule of law.’

Dutch MEP Raquel García Hermida-van der Walle called the ruling a “slam dunk for transparency”, pointing out the obvious: “People are allowed to know how decisions are made—even if it’s done over a text message.”

Independent Irish MEP Michael McNamara didn’t mince words either, saying von der Leyen’s actions showed she wasn’t remotely committed to openness.

And let’s not forget—this is the same woman who went to great lengths to secure another five-year term running the EU like her personal fiefdom. Meanwhile, her administration hides documents, muzzles dissent, handles political adversaries with marked partiality and a disregard for principles of fairness, and pushes experimental jabs on an unsuspecting public.

Von der Leyen’s excuse? The messages didn’t contain “important” information. That’s rich. These weren’t birthday wishes—they were direct negotiations with the CEO of the pharmaceutical company that stood to make billions from a vaccine that was, and remains, highly controversial. In fact, the deal let the EU resell or donate unused vaccines, making the bloc a middleman for Big Pharma. Not “important.” Uh, right…

Even now, Pfizer’s contract terms remain heavily redacted. Member states signed away their rights, shouldered the liability, and paid through the nose for shots that many now question—not just for efficacy but for safety. And when the public wanted answers? Silence. Deleted messages. A legal dodge.
