Will level-headed, patriotic right-wingers curb EU’s ‘climate fanaticism’?

As much as they tried in 2024, the liberal-Globalist Brussels establishment was not able to thwart the surging European rightwing parties, who have become a formidable force that is fighting for power all over Europe.

One of the expressions of this success if the Patriots for Europe group in the European Parliament, headed by people like Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella from France’s National Rally; Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary (Fidesz); Dutch PVV’s Geert Wilders; Italian Lega’s Mateo Salvini, Herbert Kickl, leader of Austria’s Freedom Party; Santiago Abascal (Vox, Spain) and Andre Ventura (Chega, Portugal).

In February, in a meeting in Madrid, Orbán told Europe and the world how things would proceed from now on.

France24 reported:

“’Yesterday we were the heretics. Today we are the mainstream… We are the future’, proclaimed Orban, sharing the stage with other leading extreme-right nationalists including Dutch anti-Islam firebrand Geert Wilders, Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini and former Czech premier Andrej Babis.

Both Orban and Le Pen hailed Trump’s ‘tornado’ as showing the way forward for the EU, which the parties had condemned in a joint statement as riven with ‘climate fanaticism’, ‘illegal immigration’ and ‘excessive regulation’.

‘We’re facing a truly global tipping point. Hurricane Trump is sweeping across the United States’, Le Pen said. ‘For its part, the European Union seems to be in a state of shock’.”

The aforementioned ‘state of shock’ has only worsened now that it arises that Patriots for Europe group will lead negotiations on the EU’s new climate target: panic in Brussels.

Every one on the left is already freaking out because the level-headed right-wingers will abandon could the bloc’s former deranged objective to ‘reduce greenhouse emissions by 90% by 2040’.

“’The Patriots got the climate legislation file’, Iratxe Garcia, the leader of the socialist group told reporters during a press conference on the margins of the plenary in Strasbourg. ‘They’ve got the rapporteurship… I mean it is the patriots who are going to be the lead negotiators’.”

The European Commission proposed to amend its radical Climate Law by setting a new target to reduce the EU’s net greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 90% by 2040.

So, the EU parliament and the council will discuss and adopt a text for a new legislation.

“Officials say giving the 2040 climate target file to the far-right Patriots for Europe in the Parliament’s Environment, Public Health and Food Safety committee is the result of a complex system of attribution, which gives the large groups control over important files.”

Third largest group in the European Parliament, Patriots for Europe has 11 members in the Environment committee.

“The group has systematically opposed the EU’s climate policies, with National Rally leader Jordan Bardella calling for the immediate suspension of the EU’s Green deal a few months ago.”

A violent migrant residing in what has fast become America’s most famous prison spoke out this week about the harrowing conditions the prisoners face there.

As TGP readers know, the state of Florida built an incredible new Alcatraz-like concept that the State of Florida is using to house criminal illegal aliens as they are deported. The facility, located in Ochopee, Florida, is surrounded by alligators and pythons, anxious for an easy meal should any illegal somehow escape custody.

NBC 6 South Florida interviewed Leamsy “La Figura” Izquierdo, a 34-year-old migrant and self-described “urban artist” from Cuba, about the conditions on Alligator Alcatraz. He was arrested in Miami-Dade County following a violent altercation.

According to a police report, he faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and simple assault.

In what will come as music to Americans’ ears, Izquierdo had nothing but complaints about the prison.

When readers listen to his whining, they will understand why. The conditions are completely brutal and disgusting.

Izquierdo starts by saying there is no water for him and the approximately 400 other detainees to bathe with, noting that it has been FOUR DAYS since he last took a shower. But that is probably the “best” part of living at Alligator Alcatraz.

He then says he only gets fed once a day, and the food sometimes has worms in it. Meanwhile, the detention lights are on 24/7, making it harder for the prisoners to sleep.

Given that Alligator Alcatraz is situated on a swamp, one would expect the insect situation to be abominable. Indeed, Izquierdo describes seeing mosquitoes “the size of elephants.

Imagine how many blood meals those insects eat in a day!

Izquierdo closes by whining about being unable to go outside and that the tents are freezing. Considering how hot and humid Florida is in the summer, the prison wardens must have turned the air conditioners sky high.

While one can debate how brutal living conditions should be for prisoners in America, we should all be able to agree that it should not entail things like free TV, books, and gyms. If Izquierdo is so miserable at Alligator Alcatraz, he can always ask to be self-deported back to Cuba.

Former CIA Director John Brennan and disgraced former FBI Director James Comey are now under criminal investigation by the FBI for potential wrongdoing related to the now-debunked Trump–Russia collusion narrative — including allegedly lying under oath to Congress, according to bombshell revelations from DOJ sources obtained by Fox News.

According to DOJ sources, CIA Director John Ratcliffe formally referred evidence of Brennan’s misconduct to FBI Director Kash Patel for criminal review.

Meanwhile, a separate FBI probe into James Comey is also active, though details remain under wraps.

Sources told Fox News that the feds are exploring a potential “conspiracy” between Brennan and Comey to politicize the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA).

The Gateway Pundit reported last week that a new CIA report reveals former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 before Trump entered office.

The three corrupt Obama officials even included the Steele Dossier in their quest to “screw Trump” knowing at the time that the Steele Dossier was complete rubbish.

For the next three years, Democrats and deep state operatives used these documents in their attempt to impeach Trump and run a coup on the White House.

According to Fox News, the probe is said to focus on Brennan’s false statements regarding the infamous Steele Dossier, which was secretly funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC, and weaponized by intelligence agencies in an effort to sabotage Donald Trump’s presidency before it even began.

Brennan testified under oath before Congress in 2023 that he opposed including the unverified Steele Dossier in the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on Russian election interference. But recently declassified emails and an internal CIA review prove the opposite.

According to internal CIA memos, Brennan insisted on including the salacious dossier — even after senior analysts warned it would “jeopardize the credibility” of the entire intelligence report.

“Despite these objections,” the new CIA review states, “Brennan showed a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness.”

This narrative, of course, was the basis for the Crossfire Hurricane witch hunt and the Mueller investigation — both of which turned up zero evidence of Trump-Russia collusion.

The sources said that the referral was received and told Fox News Digital that a criminal investigation into Brennan was opened and is underway. DOJ sources declined to provide further details. It is unclear, at this point, if the investigation spans beyond his alleged false statements to Congress.

As for Comey, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital that an investigation into the former director is underway, but could not share details of what specifically is being probed.

The full scope of the criminal investigations into Brennan and Comey is unclear, but two sources described the FBI’s view of the duo’s interactions as a “conspiracy,” which could open up a wide range of potential prosecutorial options.

Ratcliffe was not surprised by the review’s findings, a source familiar told Fox News Digital, given the director’s long history of criticizing Brennan’s politicization of intelligence. But Ratcliffe was compelled to refer aspects of Brennan’s involvement to the FBI for review of possible criminality, the source said.

The source was unable to share the sensitive details of Ratcliffe’s criminal referral to the FBI with Fox News Digital, but said that Brennan “violated the public’s trust and should be held accountable for it.”

The false statements portion of the probe stems from a newly declassified email sent to Brennan by the former deputy CIA director in December 2016. That message said that including the dossier in the ICA in any capacity jeopardized “the credibility of the entire paper.”

To the disappointment of many liberals, Democratic New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani was outed by The New York Times last week for claiming to be black on an application to Columbia University.

According to a report published Thursday in the Times, Mamdani checked the boxes for both “Asian” and “Black or African American.”

The bombshell information was discovered within a trove of stolen data released last month. An anonymous hacker was checking to see if the Ivy League school was still using affirmative action in its decision making, despite a Supreme Court ruling that labeled it discriminatory.

The question is: ” With such an elite background, why did Mamdani feel the need to falsely portray himself as black?” It appears a report from Christopher Rufo has some answers. The radical socialist didn’t have high enough SAT scores to make the cut.

“I have obtained Mamdani’s full Columbia application, which might help unravel this mystery,” Rufo wrote on his website Monday. “According to the materials, Mamdani scored a 2140 out of 2400 on the SAT. At the time, this was below the median SAT score for admitted students at Columbia.”

He added, “Given the prevailing distribution by race, well below the median SAT score for Asian students, but likely above the median SAT score for black students — hence, the advantage of marking ‘black.’”

Rufo also pointed out that Mamdani’s father has been a professor at Columbia for years and that it would be absurd to think the mayoral candidate didn’t know exactly what he was doing when he filled out the application.

Another interesting part of the saga is that despite his father working there — and his mother being a known filmmaker — Columbia rejected him anyway. Was the school upset about him stepping over the line, when he checked the box for “black”?

Mamdani’s hypocrisy also begs the question about “cultural appropriation.” He’s trying to help lead a movement that is constantly angered when people use elements of a minority race in their clothing, diet, and everyday activities.

Why is the left not angered that Mamdani tried to appropriate black culture to get himself into college? Because he is one of theirs. They want him to win.

This isn’t the first time far-left lawmakers have lied about something serious, only to be let off the hook. It’s also not the first instance when the Times was forced to call it out.

Think of Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts claiming to be Native American or Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut saying he fought in Vietnam, when he did not.

With Mamdani, however, the Times’ coverage drew considerable backlash. Not just from readers living in their own eco-chamber, but from the newspaper’s own staff.

Law professor and legal commentator Jonathan Turley wrote about the incident on his website Sunday, detailing the drama that unfolded at the “paper of record.”

“The paper was denounced by its own staff and liberal pundits called for the entire editorial staff to be canned,” Turley wrote. “Why? Because The New York Times actually reported news that was deemed harmful to the Democrats, specifically Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani.”

The Times’ assistant managing editor for Standards and Trust, Patrick Healy, wrote a long thread on the social media site X that stated: “When we hear anything of news value, we try to confirm it through direct sources. Mr. Mamdani confirmed this information in an interview with The Times.”

What a mess.

Mamdani has committed a cardinal sin, a famous newspaper held him to account, then the outrage got directed at the NYT. Whatever the outcome of the election, in the end, they all deserve each other.

War Room’s Steve Bannon spoke with RAV’s Ben Bergquam from Kerrville, Texas.

They discussed a no-compromise for amnesty for illegal aliens. The two also discussed the tragic loss of life in Kerrville due to the massive flood.

Bergquam explained to Bannon that the media was attempting to exploit the tragedy by trying to find a way to blame President Trump. He also said the media was attacking the local authorities who have been pouring in so much time to rescue and recovery.

“I think you might have an observation or two about what I just said about mass amnesty and mass deportations since you went in harm’s way for the last four years,” Bannon said.

“There’s a half a dozen people associated with this channel that put their lives on the line in some of the most dangerous cartel ridden and places down in the Darien Gap,” Bannon continued.

“What do you think when you hear Charlie Kirk saying they are making a move now not just to stop mass deportations but to have mass amnesty?” Bannon continued.

“I was at that rally and you can hear a pin drop when he threw that out there,” Bergquam said.

“Everybody in MAGA wants more deportations, not less,” Bergquam continued.

Bergquam also explained that when he was doing his undergrad and graduate programs in California, there were illegal aliens getting full scholarships.

“I had to sit in classes at Fresno State in California through my undergrad and graduate programs with illegal aliens that were getting full ride scholarships. That was where I realized, what the hell is going on.” Bergquam explained.

“Illegal aliens have infiltrated everything and the only people that want them to stay here are the people that use them and abuse them and use them as cheap labor because they don’t want to hire you American citizens,” Bergquam said.

“Absolutely no amnesty. All deportation!” Bergquam continued.

Bannon and Bergquam also discussed what was going on in Kerrville, Texas.

“I think we are heading into that all recovery phase, and I think honestly that’s their focus is recovery. They have been fed up with the media and the line of questions they have been getting,” Bergquam said.

“These guys are overwhelmed, they are overburdened, and they are being attacked by the media that’s not really doing anything to help, other than creating more hysteria and fear and blaming President Trump,” Bergquam continued.

The Trump Administration’s favorite punching bag, Kaitlin Collins of CNN, got shut down again during the President’s sixth cabinet meeting on Tuesday.

Collins attempted to ask a question, but this time, instead of letting her ask and then slapping her around with his response, the President just said “no.”

“Not for CNN,” he added before pivoting to the other reporter with a question.

President Trump has frequently sparred with Collins in the White House and slammed her disrespectful behavior and biased questions.

The President has also shown no favor for other CNN correspondents at the White House. Recently, the President took aim at a different reporter when she tried to ask him a question.

“Fortunately, nobody watches. Is anybody watching CNN nowadays? I haven’t seen it in a long time,” the President said.

During the cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Collins could be heard repeatedly shouting questions, but she was ignored each time.

While denying that illegal farm and hospitality workers will receive amnesty, President Trump, Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, and Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer said on Tuesday that the Trump Administration is working on “streamlining” legal status for illegal aliens on farms. 

“There’s no amnesty,” Trump said. “What we’re doing is we’re getting rid of criminals, but we are doing a work program.”

He added, “we’ve got to give the farmers the people they need, but we’re not talking amnesty.”

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, deportations of illegal aliens, even the so-called “noncriminals,” are working for American workers. After a major ICE raid at Glenn Valley Foods in Omaha, Nebraska, every seat in the plant’s waiting area was filled with prospective new hires, just 48 hours after federal agents cleared out the illegals, none of whom were “violent offenders.”

Americans want to work, and allowing criminals, felony immigration law-breakers, to work in America is not “getting rid of criminals.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump on Thursday revealed that legislation is being drafted to protect illegal aliens in the agriculture and hospitality industries while speaking in Des Moines, Iowa. According to Trump, the idea came from Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins.

The President actually called his supporters who would oppose this proposal “serious radical right people.”

And now, rumors are swirling that the President is being pressured to sign a bipartisan mass amnesty deal to grant amnesty for 25 million+ people who are in our country illegally.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Brooke Rollins, this morning, attempted to walk back the idea of amnesty and tell Americans the administration was still committed to fully enforcing immigration law. But the caveat is that they will do mass deportations “in a strategic way,” she said.

Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer clarified during the cabinet meeting, “what the Department of Labor is doing is focusing on what the law entails now, being more modernized, more streamlining to work through the H programs. We’re going to have a concierge approach to that, where we have developed a new office to answer the needs of our farmers, ranchers, and producers, and not to displace the American worker.”

So, instead of deporting illegal aliens, the Trump Administration is going to give them what sounds like personalized care with a “concierge approach” for “streamlining” law-breakers through the H visa programs, which are used to temporarily employ foreign workers.

Despite how it’s worded, they are planning to give visas to illegal aliens, who are here in violation of U.S. federal law and are felons. It kind of sounds like amnesty.

Reporter: The Secretary did say this morning that undocumented workers would not be covered by an amnesty from working the farms. You had said maybe that the ICE folks won’t go after those folks on farms. So, which is it?

Trump: There’s no amnesty. What we’re doing is we’re getting rid of criminals, but we are doing a work program. Do you want to explain that please?

Rollins: This morning, we talked about, of course, this was a top-of-mind question. This morning we talked about protecting the farmers and the farmland. But obviously this President’s vision of no amnesty, mass deportation continues, but in a strategic way, and in ensuring that our farmers have the labor that they need. Secretary Chavez-Deremer has been a leader on this. Obviously, this comes out of the Labor Department, but moving toward automation, ensuring that our farmers have that workforce, and moving toward an American workforce. So all of the above—

Trump: We’ve got to give the farmers the people they need, but we’re not talking amnesty. Lori, you want to say something?

Chavez-DeRemer: Yeah, thank you, Mr. President on this and thank you, Secretary Rollins, how important this is, never to displace the American worker. What the Department of Labor is doing is focusing on what the law entails now, being more modernized, more streamlining to work through the H programs. We’re going to have a concierge approach to that, where we have developed a new office to answer the needs of our farmers, ranchers and producers, and not to displace the American worker and follow within the law now, and that does not include an amnesty program at all, and we’ve seen that working, and we’ll continue to have that roll out.

In a stunning 8-1 decision Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court obliterated Clinton-appointed Judge Susan Illston’s May 22 injunction that had blocked President Trump’s sweeping plan to slash federal bloat and reorganize 20 agencies.

Only Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented—and even her fellow liberal, Justice Sonia Sotomayor, had to coach her on the basics of the case.

Judge Illston’s order froze thousands of Reduction-in-Force (RIF) notices and slammed the brakes on Trump’s Executive Order 14210, which directs agency heads to “promptly undertake preparations to initiate large-scale reductions in force.”

The order is the cornerstone of Trump’s pledge to de-weaponize the bureaucracy and return power to the people.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who appeared to be arguing a case entirely different from the one before the Court, was the only dissent.

In her fiery 15-page dissent, Jackson launched into a long-winded history lesson about executive overreach, Congress’s role in creating federal agencies, and past presidents’ requests for reorganization authority.

She insisted that Trump’s Executive Order 14210 amounted to an illegal “critical transformation” of the federal bureaucracy that could not move forward without congressional approval.

But her alarmist dissent was so far off base that even Justice Sotomayor had to step in and gently remind Jackson that the Court wasn’t even ruling on the merits of the reorganization plans themselves.

Justice Sotomayor made it abundantly clear in her concurrence: the executive order merely instructed agencies to plan reorganizations “consistent with applicable law.” The actual restructuring plans haven’t even been challenged in this phase. The case isn’t about their legality—yet.

Sotomayor wrote in her opinion:

I agree with JUSTICE JACKSON that the President cannot restructure federal agencies in a manner inconsistent with congressional mandates. See post,at 13. Here, however, the relevant Executive Order directs agencies to plan reorganizations and reductions in force “consistent with applicable law,” App. to Application for Stay 2a, and the resulting joint memorandum from the Office of Management and Budget and Office of Personnel Management reiterates as much.

The plans themselves are not before this Court, at this stage, and we thus have no occasion to consider whether they can and will be carried out consistent with the constraints of law. I join the Court’s stay because it leaves the District Court free to consider those questions in the first instance.

Defense and Prosecution agree on expediting sentencing, the judge will respond in writing.

After the split verdict in the high-profile Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial had him acquitted of the main charges of sex-trafficking and racketeering, but convicted of ‘transporting to engage in prostitution’, expectations are running high regarding his sentencing.

The verdict in Diddy’s trial was a major win for the defense, but the initial euphoria that overtook the rapper’s camp has greatly subsided.

Judge Arun Subramanian denied Diddy bail, like he had already done four times before the trial, and his reasoning for the refusal of the $1 million bail package – the rapper’s history of violence – was understood by analysts to be a sign of trouble come sentencing time.

Each of the two ‘transporting to prostitution’ charges carry a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison.

Diddy’s lawyers reportedly want less than the 21 to 27 months in prison that they believe the sentencing guidelines recommend, and many think they will ask for ‘time served’ meaning that he would go free after sentencing.

But prosecutors argue that the guidelines, taking into account his crimes and violent history, call for at least four to five years in prison.

Initially, the Judge set the sentencing for October, but is open to expediting it, to be discussed at a conference today (8).

In the morning, a filing showed that Defense and Prosecution have reached an agreement on earlier dates for the sentencing process.

Today’s court hearing lasted just a few minutes, with the Judge saying that he will deliver his decision on the sentencing dates in writing – presumably over the next few days.

The defense’s urgency in the sentencing – arguing that he is a single parent to two young daughters – further indicate that not only will they ask for ‘time served’, but that they firmly believe that they will get it.

But most legal experts are not so sure.

“Robert Shapiro, the lead defense attorney in Simpson’s infamous murder trial, said Diddy would likely face two to three-and-a-half years in prison after being acquitted of sex-trafficking and racketeering but convicted for lesser prostitution offenses.

‘Having seen that this judge did not release him on bail, I think a message may be coming that you’re going to be spending a lot more time, so no reason to let you come out and come back in,’ Shapiro told Fox News Digital.

Shapiro noted that in denying Diddy bail, Judge Arun Subramanian mentioned the mogul’s ‘propensity for violence,’ citing the 2016 footage of the rapper assaulting Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway in Los Angeles.

‘If the judge looks at that tape in his mind and is reminded about it again… I think there is a real chance that a substantial sentence will be forthcoming,’ the attorney said.”

UPDATE: Diddy defense suddenly backs down from expediting the process, proposes back the date October 3rd that was the Judges first choice.

CNN reported:

“Ahead of a remote hearing on Tuesday, attorneys for Combs first proposed a date of September 22 for the sentencing hearing, but they later revised their proposal to October 3 in a subsequent letter to the judge shortly after.

The first letter said the defense proposal was subject to consent from the probation office. The second letter, which essentially backed off their push to expedite his sentencing, shifted the sentencing hearing back to its original date and said the probation office did not object to that schedule.”
