Attempted Murder Charges for Left-Wing Extremists Involved in Planned Ambush on ICE Officers in Texas with “Intent to Kill”

On Monday, acting U.S. Attorney Nancy Larson announced that attempted murder charges are being brought against ten individuals involved in a coordinated attack on ICE officers in Alvarado, Texas.

The individuals are alleged to be part of an Antifa cell from North Texas.

According to the criminal complaint, the defendants, dressed in black military-style clothing, began shooting fireworks at the facility as part of an organized attack.

A statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Texas shares:

After approximately 10 minutes of convening, one or two individuals broke off from the main group and began to spray graffiti on vehicles and a guard structure in the parking lot at the facility. An Alvarado police officer responded to the scene after correctional officers called 911 to report suspicious activity. When the Alvarado police officer arrived, one alleged defendant positioned in nearby woods shot the officer in the neck area. Another alleged assailant across the street fired 20 to 30 rounds at unarmed correctional officers who had stepped outside the facility.

As alleged in the complaint, AR-style rifles were found at the scene. The assailants fled from the detention center but were stopped by additional law enforcement officers. Some defendants were wearing body armor, some were armed, and some had two-way radios. A total of twelve sets of body armor were found during searches of vehicles associated with the defendants, on their persons, and in the area around the Prairieland Detention Center.

Additionally, officers found spray paint, flyers stating, “FIGHT ICE TERROR WITH CLASS WAR!” and “FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS,” and a flag stating, “RESIST FACISM – FIGHT OLIGARCHY.” One of the alleged attackers had cell phones inside a “Faraday bag,” used to block phone signals and commonly used by criminal actors to try to prevent law enforcement from tracking their location.

Ten individuals were charged in one complaint with three counts of attempted murder of federal agents and three counts of discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

The statement identifies ,Cameron Arnold, Savannah Batten, Nathan Baumann, Zachary Evetts, Joy Gibson, Bradford Morris, Maricela Rueda Seth Sikes, Elizabeth Soto, and Ines Soto.

Acting U.S. Attorney Nancy E. Larson noted, “Make no mistake, this was not a peaceful protest.”

“This was an ambush on federal and local law enforcement officers. This increasing trend of violence against law enforcement will not be tolerated in the Northern District of Texas. Those who use violence against law enforcement officers will be found and prosecuted using the toughest criminal statutes and penalties available.”

FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge R. Joseph Rothrock continued, “The incident at the Prairieland Detention Center underscores the dangers that officers face daily. We want to thank all the law enforcement agencies that promptly responded and assisted in apprehending the suspects.”

“The FBI stands with our partners and pledges that violence against law enforcement will not be tolerated. We are committed to thoroughly investigating this weekend’s incident and will hold those responsible accountable for threatening the safety of law enforcement.”

Josh Johnson, Acting ERO Dallas Field Office Director added, “Violence, threats of violence, and attempts of vandalism at our ICE Facilities will not deter our officers at ICE from fulfilling their duties.”

“This type of vigilante lawlessness is emblematic of the dangers federal, state, and local law enforcement officials face every day.”

As outlined in the complaint, officers photographed the graffiti, flyers, flag, body armor, and magazines containing ammunition.

If convicted, the defendants face a minimum penalty of ten years in federal prison and a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.

BREAKING: U.S. Supreme Court Greenlights Trump’s Federal Government Purge — Mass Layoffs and Overhaul Back On Track in 20 Federal Agencies

The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned a radical Clinton-appointed judge’s ruling, allowing mass layoffs and sweeping restructuring efforts across 20 federal agencies to move forward immediately.

The 8-1 ruling — with only Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson dissenting — obliterates Clinton-appointed District Judge Susan Illston’s May 22 Temporary Restraining Order, which had halted thousands of Reduction-in-Force (RIF) notices and stalled Trump’s sweeping Executive Order to downsize federal agencies.

The judge’s TRO comes in response to a lawsuit filed by the anti-American AFL-CIO and American Federation of Government Employees.

Back in February, Trump signed an executive order directing the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to conduct a top-to-bottom “critical transformation” of 20 executive-branch agencies.

The goal: eliminate redundant offices, shutter legacy programs, and slash payrolls at agencies long captured by entrenched left-wing unions.

Judge Illston outrageously claimed that President Trump required congressional permission to overhaul his own Executive Branch.

“It is the prerogative of presidents to pursue new policy priorities and to imprint their stamp on the federal government. But to make large-scale overhauls of federal agencies, any president must enlist the help of his co-equal branch and partner, the Congress,” the judge wrote in her order.

“As a group of conservative former government officials and advisors have written to the Court, “Unchecked presidential power is not what the Framers had in mind,” the radical Clinton judge said, scolding Trump’s decision to overhaul agencies in the Executive Branch.

With the Supreme Court’s green light, the Trump administration is set to resume its plan to slash unnecessary programs and eliminate up to hundreds of thousands of taxpayer-funded federal jobs.

Targets of the layoffs include:

  • Department of Agriculture
  • Department of Commerce
  • Health and Human Services
  • Department of State
  • Treasury
  • Veterans Affairs
  • And more than a dozen additional federal bureaucracies

The U.S. Supreme Court cleared the way on Tuesday for President Donald Trump’s administration to resume carrying out mass job cuts and the restructuring of agencies, elements of his campaign to downsize and reshape the federal government.

The justices lifted San Francisco-based U.S. District Judge Susan Illston’s May 22 order that had blocked large-scale federal layoffs called “reductions in force” affecting potentially hundreds of thousands of jobs, while litigation in the case proceeds.

The Supreme Court in recent months has sided with Trump in some major cases that were acted upon on an emergency basis since he returned to office in January.

It cleared the way for Trump’s administration to resume deporting migrants to countries other than their own without offering them a chance to show the harms they could face. In two cases, it let the administration end temporary legal status previously granted on humanitarian grounds to hundreds of thousands of migrants.

It also allowed Trump to implement his ban on transgender people in the U.S. military, blocked a judge’s order for the administration to rehire thousands of fired employees and twice sided with his Department of Government Efficiency.

Speaker Mike Johnson has announced that 28 of President Donald J. Trump’s executive orders have been officially codified into federal law under the newly passed “One Big Beautiful Bill.”

“Last week, when House GOP passed the One Big Beautiful Bill, we codified into law 28 executive actions taken by President Trump.   More to come!,” Johnson wrote in X.

The legislation enshrines a robust America First agenda — ranging from national security to economic revival — making it nearly impossible for future administrations to undo without going through Congress. Among the codified executive actions:

  3. Protecting the American people against invasion

Eleven Republican Members of Congress Demand NIH End Fauci’s ‘Barbaric’ Animal Tests as Agency Clings to Cruel Legacy

Eleven members of Congress have signed a letter requesting that the National Institutes of Health end its funding for barbaric dog and cat experiments approved under Dr. Anthony Fauci.

The letter cited Gateway Pundit’s reporting and the relentless investigations of taxpayer watchdog White Coat Waste Project (WCW).

Writing to NIH Director Dr. Jay Ashcroft, the House lawmakers, led by Republican Rep. Paul Gosar, demanded the immediate cancellation of all Fauci-funded dog and cat experiments. Citing WCW’s evidence, they blasted the NIH for “disturbing” tests, including a $10 million UNC-Chapel Hill project that breeds hemophiliac puppies only to slaughter them post-experiment. “We are sending this request with considerable urgency,” the lawmakers wrote, signaling a zero-tolerance stance on the NIH’s animal cruelty.

The letter cited Gateway Pundit’s exclusive report about how the NIH, under Director Jay Bhattacharya, has renewed millions in funding for controversial experiments, including THC tests on monkeys at Harvard, tick bites on beagle puppies, and Anthony Fauci’s notorious “Monkey Island.”

“Ongoing investigations by the non-profit group White Coat Waste have documented how the NIH continues to renew and fund dozens of Dr. Fauci’s disturbing experiments on dogs and cats in labs around the world, in which animals are infested with insects, infected with viruses, force-fed experimental drugs, and killed,” the letter states.

Gosar laid out three ironclad demands to dismantle Dr. Anthony Fauci’s legacy of cruel animal testing. First, they requested that the NIH immediately cancel all active funding for dog and cat experiments approved under his tenure. Second, they insisted on a blanket prohibition of all new NIH grants for harmful dog and cat testing, aiming to choke off future atrocities. Finally, they demanded full transparency, asking the NIH to disclose all current taxpayer funding for these experiments, exposing the scope of the agency’s gruesome practices to public scrutiny.

The letter was co-signed by Republican Representatives Harriet Hageman, Daniel Webster, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Nancy Mace, Eli Crane, Scott Perry, Pete Stauber, Michael Cloud, Chris Smith, and Pat Fallon.

Trump’s Navy, Department of Veterans Affairs, and EPA have already eliminated such testing in direct response to WCW’s investigations. Holdovers from the Obama and Biden Administrations appear to be preventing this kind of progress at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

WCW Senior Vice President Justin Goodman said in a statement provided to Gateway Pundit:

“White Coat Waste was the first—and remains the only—group to uncover and expose Dr. Fauci’s taxpayer-funded kitten and beagle experiments in the U.S. and Tunisia. That’s why we’re proud to support Rep. Gosar and his colleagues for holding NIH accountable for renewing Fauci’s taxpayer-funded dog and cat experiments. President Trump and Secretary Kennedy have made it clear: slash NIH’s bloated budget by 40 percent. But instead of following that directive, Director Jay Bhattacharya is plunging into his own BeagleGate scandal—extending Fauci’s torture labs and NIH declaring: “We have no intention of just phasing out animal studies overnight.”

While Trump’s Pentagon, Department of Veterans Affairs and EPA  have banned or cut animal testing in direct response to WCW’s investigations, and the FDA has issued its first-ever phase-out plan, Bhattacharya’s NIH is doubling down—approving Biden-Fauci era grants and new payouts to labs where beagles are blinded, injected with cocaine, eaten alive by ticks, kittens’ eyes are sewn shut, cats are killed in COVID infection tests—and worse. And yet, the legacy organizations—some so-called ‘animal rights groups’—are still applauding NIH. This isn’t reform. It’s regression. And the solution isn’t more bureaucracy. It’s less spending: Stop the money. Stop the madness!”

NIH Deputy Director Nicole Kleinstreuer, a noted Fauci fangirl and Obama-era staffer, recently told NPR, “We have no intention of just phasing out animal studies overnight. We know that animal studies are still very important and often scientifically justified.”

Despite Kleinstreuer’s defense of cruel and wasteful animal testing, PETA, which claims to be a leading animal rights organization, has repeatedly praised and covered for her.

Just yesterday, Kleinstreuer bombastically announced a minor technical change to the NIH grant proposal process, claiming it will “transform the scientific landscape and reduce and replace animal testing.” In reality, the new policy won’t save a single animal or cut a single lab.

Still, PETA is lying to their donors and falsely stating on their website and in emails that “NIH Cuts Funding for Big Swath of Animal Experiments.”

White Coat Waste responded to the announcement by telling Gateway Pundit, “Don’t believe the hype from legacy animal rights groups.”

“Yesterday’s NIH announcement doesn’t cut a single animal lab, save a single animal, or restrict funding for animal labs. Bhattacharya’s NIH is the black sheep and a big disappointment, and animal rights groups that have been captured by the NIH are giving them a pass while they dole out millions for animal torture in labs around the world.”

WCW remains the only animal advocacy organization to shut down any government primate lab in nearly a decade, any government dog testing labs in almost 20 years, and any government cat lab in the last 40 years.

President Trump convened a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday to discuss Texas flooding response, trade, tariffs, foreign policy and other topics.

A reporter asked US Attorney General Pam Bondi about the missing minute in the newly released footage released by the DOJ on Sunday.

On Sunday night AXIOS reported on a new FBI, DOJ memo obtained by Axios concludes Jeffrey Epstein did not have a client list that he used for blackmail.

The FBI earlier determined that Epstein did commit suicide in August 2019.

“After a thorough investigation, FBI investigators concluded that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City on August 10, 2019. This conclusion is consistent with previous findings, including the August 19, 2019 autopsy findings of the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the November 2019 position of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in connection with the investigation of federal correctional officers responsible for guarding Epstein, and the June 2023 conclusions of DOJ’s Office of the Inspector General,” the memo stated.

the DOJ-FBI also released a 10-hour video on Sunday from outside Jeffrey Epstein’s jail cell.

During the White House Cabinet meeting on Tuesday AG Pam Bondi was asked about the missing clip in the Epstein video.

“Could you say why there was a minute missing from the jailhouse tape on the night of his death?” a reporter asked Pam Bondi.

“The minute missing from the video, we released the video showing definitively… the video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suic*de,” Bondi said.

Bondi said every night at midnight the video has a minute missing.

This was news to everyone in the room except for Pam. She had 24 hours to prepare her answer.

Pam Bondi and President Trump gave a bizarre response to a reporter on Tuesday during a cabinet meeting when he asked about the Epstein files and Jeffrey Epstein’s ties to intelligence agencies.

Bondi was asked about the “lingering mysteries,” including Epstein’s ties to American or foreign intelligence agencies like Israel’s Mossad.

This comes after a new memo, leaked to Axios, claimed there is no incriminating client list, no credible blackmail evidence, and no grounds to investigate uncharged individuals connected to Epstein’s massive sex trafficking operation.

Previously, the FBI unbelievably determined that Epstein did commit suicide in August 2019, and Director Kash Patel has repeatedly defended these findings.

When Bondi was asked the question, Trump interrupted with a strange response, berating the reporter for asking about one of the biggest scandals in recent history and the potential of U.S. or foreign government involvement in Epstein’s pedophile ring. “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy’s been talked about for years,” Trump said before calling the question a “desecration” of the situation in Texas and the success of his administration.

Bondi then responded angrily, claiming to have “no knowledge” of Epstein being an agent. She further tried to clarify her comments in February that the Epstein client list that we still haven’t seen was “sitting on my desk.”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, in February, Bondi told Fox’s John Roberts that the Epstein client list was “sitting on my desk right now to review.” So, where is the list?

Additionally, she said that there was “tens of thousands of video” containing child porn. Ostensibly, at least one of these videos would show Epstein’s affiliates committing crimes against children.

Who are they protecting?

Reporter: Your memo and release yesterday on Jerrfey Epstein it left some lingering mysteries. One of the biggest ones is whether he ever worked for an American or foreign intelligence agency. The former Labor Secretary, who was Miami U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta, he allegedly said that he did work for an intelligence agency. So, can you resolve whether or not he did, and also can you say why there was a minute missing from the jailhouse tape?

Trump: Can I just interrupt for a minute? Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy’s been talked about for years. You’re asking– we have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things, and are people still talking about this guy, this creep? That is unbelievable. Do you want to waste the time on– do you feel like answering? I mean, I can’t believe you’re asking a question on Epstein at a time like this where we’re having some of the greatest success and also tragedy with what happened in Texas. It just seems like a desecration, but you go ahead.

Bondi: First to back up on that, in February, I did an interview on Fox, and it’s been getting a lot of attention because I said— I was asked the question about the client list, and my response was, “it’s sitting on my desk to be reviewed,” meaning the file, along with the JFK, MLK files as well. That’s what I meant by that. Also to the tens of thousands of video, they turned out to be child porn downloaded by that disgusting Jeffrey Epstein. Child porn is what they were, never going to be released, never going to see the light of day. To him being an agent, I have no knowledge about that. We can get back to you on that and the minute missing from the video, we released the video showing definitively— the video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide. And what was on that— there was a minute that was off the counter. And what we learned from Bureau of Prisons was every year, every night, they redo that video— it’s old from like 1999, so every night the video is reset, and every night should have the same minute missing. So, we’re looking for that video to release that as well, showing that a minute is missing every night, and that’s it on Epstein.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Karoline Leavitt was grilled on the Epstein release on Monday, and her responses were, likewise, not reassuring.

Brigitte Macron appears to snub her husband Emmanuel’s offer of help as she descends the plane’s stairs.

Macron’s state visit to the UK begins mired in controversy.

It’s been 17 years since the last European head of state visited the UK, when former French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his movie star wife Carla Bruni were hosted by the Queen Elisabeth at Windsor Castle in 2008.

Now, in 2025, it’s a different British Monarch (King Charles) receiving a different French President with a very different wife.

Highly unpopular Emmanuel Macron relies on his endless travels to try to generate good ‘photo-ops’ and edifying moments, since back at home the social situation is very bad, and worsening.

In this sense, his present three-day state visit to the United Kingdom was a chance to spend some time in a positive atmosphere, and feel like a consequential world leader.

Too bad his controversial wife had to start things off on a bad footing – again.

The New York Post reported:

“French President Emmanuel Macron’s wife ignored his offer of a helping hand as they got off a plane in front of UK royals Tuesday — just weeks after she shoved him in the face disembarking from another flight. The French president was forced to awkwardly drop his hand as his wife continued on without it.”

White-clad Brigitte ignored her hubby, holding on to the handrail instead, after which the Macrons were greeted by no less than heir to the throne Prince William with his wife Princess Kate.

“After Macron gave Kate’s hand an air kiss, the French president and first lady got into a waiting car, with Brigitte looking at her phone and saying nothing.”

“The incident comes just weeks after Brigitte was filmed shoving her husband with both hands as the pair touched down for a visit to Vietnam.

Macron was forced to come out and dismiss the spat as ‘horseplay’, but the story created a stir in France, with daily newspaper Le Parisien asking, ‘Slap or squabble?’”

The strangeness of the moment did not stop there, as King Charles welcomed the visitors with a scary bloodshot eye.

The CEO of a weather modification technology company has confirmed that cloud seeding operations took place in Texas just two days before the deadly central Texas flood occurred.

NBC News reported that Augustus Doricko, the CEO of Rainmaker, a weather modification company, said that planes had released silver iodide in the atmosphere in Texas two days prior to the fatal floods that have claimed over 100 lives.

Doricko claims the cloud seeding operations did not cause the flooding in Texas.

According to Doricko, Rainmaker flew a brief 20-minute cloud seeding mission in south-central Texas last Tuesday, but suspended all operations that same day due to abnormally high moisture content in the air. The two clouds seeded during the Tuesday flight would have dissipated after a few hours and would have had no effect on the floods several days later, he added.

Cloud seeding involves using chemicals, often particles of silver iodide, to trigger the formation of ice crystals or droplets from water that’s already present in a cloud but not being efficiently turned into rain. Though the technique has been studied for decades, it remains difficult to predict the additional rainfall that cloud seeding operations can generate, with estimates ranging widely from 0% to 20%.

What’s clear is that the technique would not have been able to generate the record-breaking rainfall seen in Texas. So much rain fell that the Guadalupe River at Kerrville, one of the epicenters of the floods, rose some 26 feet (8 meters) in less than an hour overnight on Friday.

“Based on the meteorological evidence, the Texas floods were caused by a powerful natural weather system, with thunderstorms fed by very moist air from the warm Gulf of Mexico,” said Andrew Charlton-Perez, professor of meteorology at the University of Reading in the UK.

In a post on X, Doricko shared, “The last seeding mission prior to the July 4th event was during the early afternoon of July 2nd, when a brief cloud seeding mission was flown over the eastern portions of south-central Texas, and two clouds were seeded.”

He added, “The clouds that were seeded on July 2nd dissipated over 24 hours prior to the developing storm complex that would produce the flooding rainfall.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on the vile comments of a far-left activist in Houston, Sadé Perkins, following the tragic loss of life after a flood in Texas that left at least 82 dead, including young girls attending a Christian summer camp.

Now, Perkins’ partner, Colin Bossen, a senior minister at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Houston, has publicly disavowed her comments.

In the rant, Perkins proclaimed, “I know I’m going to get canceled for this, but Camp Mystic is a white-only girls’ Christian camp. They don’t even have a token Asian. They don’t have a token Black person. It’s an all-white, white-only conservative Christian camp.”

“If you ain’t white, you ain’t right, you ain’t gettin’ in, you ain’t goin’. Period,” Perkins added, saying that no one would care if the victims were minorities.

When confronted with her remarks, Perkins doubled down and tried to play victim, whining that she was being “canceled,” claiming the real outrage should be the campers’ alleged “privilege.”

When one social media user reminded Perkins she “brought this upon yourself” and there are consequences to such heinous comments, Perkins replied, “Consequences for what? Maybe it was God’s will to wash those little c***s away.”

In a statement to the Daily Mail, Bossen said:

‘My partner Sadé Perkins has made comments on social media regarding the horrific flooding that devastated Camp Mystic,’ he wrote.

‘I want to be clear that I disavow her comments.’

Reverend Bossen accepted that even though ‘she was not speaking on my behalf or on behalf of my congregation… her comments have caused harm to many who are experiencing terrible loss and anxiety.

Additionally, he shared that he was ‘deeply sorry for the harm’ Perkins has ’caused to the Camp Mystic families and the members of the community of Central Texas and along the Guadalupe River who are grieving or anxiously awaiting word about their loved ones.

Following the rant, Perkins was booted from the city’s Food Insecurity Board after outrage erupted following her disgusting, racially charged TikTok rant.
