Farage keeps up-trending in Britain, while Starmer sinks into lower and lower poll numbers.
A new mega-poll released yesterday (6) shows that Reform UK’s Nigel Farage is close to becoming Prime Minister and forming a majority government in Britain.
“The More In Common survey found, if a general election was held today, Reform would become the largest party in the House of Commons with 290 seats. Although this is below the number of MPs needed for an outright majority, meaning a hung parliament, it was more than twice as many as any other party.”
The poll heard more than 10,000 Britons, and predicts that Labour will win 126 seats – a loss of 285 seats from Sir a year ago – less than half the seats Reform is expected to get.
“Meanwhile, as Sir Keir marks one year in Downing Street this weekend, the poll found the Prime Minister’s personal approval rating had slumped to an all-time low of -43.”
How low can he go? The ‘Incredible Shrinking Premier’ had a net -36 popularity in October 2024, and now he has fallen another 8 points to a -43.

The consensus among America’s intelligence and defense establishments is that China represents the most comprehensive threat to U.S. economic and national security interests. The 2025 Annual Threat Assessment from the U.S. Intelligence Community identifies China as presenting “the most comprehensive and robust military threat to U.S.” forces, while the FBI has declared that “the counterintelligence and economic espionage efforts emanating from the government of China and the Chinese Communist Party are a grave threat to the economic well-being and democratic values of the United States.”
The Defense Intelligence Agency’s 2025 assessment flags China as “the long-term pacing challenge,” noting its military modernization, expanding defense budget, and assertive foreign policy as contributing to elevated risk for America.
Amid this unprecedented threat, many China analysts view President Trump’s tough stance as a necessary response to safeguard American sovereignty, economic interests, and national security. The Department of Defense’s 2024 China Military Power Report notes China’s nuclear arsenal has grown to over 600 warheads, with projections surpassing 1,000 by 2030. Meanwhile, the U.S. Trade Representative reports that China is pursuing “production and market share targets that can only be achieved through non-market means” across critical economic sectors.
An objective analysis of previous administrations’ approaches to China shows that Donald Trump has implemented the most aggressive and comprehensive economic measures of any American president.
Before President Trump launched the U.S.–China trade war in 2018, average U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports were just 3 percent, while China imposed average tariffs of around 8 percent on U.S. goods. To correct this imbalance, Trump implemented aggressive tariff increases, which by his second term had surged to an average of 51.1 percent on all Chinese exports, a more than 15-fold jump. These measures marked the most comprehensive trade action against any major U.S. trading partner in modern history and were widely seen by Trump supporters as a justified response to decades of unfair Chinese practices.
In 2025, Trump threatened tariffs as high as 145 percent on all Chinese goods. While ultimately negotiated down, the implemented rates remain at unprecedented levels. The economic impact has been swift: U.S. tariff revenue reached $24.2 billion in May 2025 alone, while direct imports from China fell 43 percent year-over-year to a 19-year low. Overall, the 2025 tariffs are projected to raise $156.2 billion in federal revenue, equal to 0.51 percent of GDP, making them the largest tax increase since 1993.
Beyond tariff’s, the president’s approach to China extended into a broad, strategic decoupling across multiple sectors. His administration imposed sweeping restrictions on Chinese investment in critical U.S. industries, technology, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, food supplies, farmland, ports, and minerals, primarily through enhanced powers of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Trump also restricted China’s access to American capital markets. Executive Order 13959, signed on November 12, 2020, barred U.S. investors from holding securities in companies identified as “Communist Chinese military companies,” forcing divestment from dozens of major Chinese firms and triggering broader financial separation.
In parallel, Trump signed the Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act, creating a pathway for delisting Chinese firms from U.S. stock exchanges if they fail to comply with American auditing standards for three consecutive years. Since its implementation, the SEC has flagged over 135 companies relying on auditors based in China or Hong Kong for potential future action, though enforcement mechanisms and audit access agreements have prevented mass delistings as of 2025. Many Chinese companies have proactively pursued alternative listings in Hong Kong and other venues in anticipation of potential future enforcement.” These measures were meant to cut Chinese firms off from the world’s largest capital markets.
The Trump administration also targeted Chinese technology with export controls and outright bans. Huawei Technologies was barred from purchasing vital U.S. components and excluded from American telecom networks on national security grounds. Trump further ordered bans on dealings with the Chinese owners of TikTok and WeChat, citing similar concerns. These actions aimed to sever Chinese tech giants from critical U.S. technology and cripple their global operations.
Trump’s decoupling strategy extended to academia. The administration imposed strict visa restrictions on Chinese students and scholars, especially those with ties to the Chinese Communist Party or enrolled in sensitive research fields. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the U.S. would begin “aggressively” revoking such visas, representing a dramatic shift from decades of academic exchange.
Together, these non-tariff actions constituted the most comprehensive economic and technological confrontation with China in modern U.S. history. Unlike previous administrations, Trump’s strategy was unified, far-reaching, and explicitly designed to achieve long-term decoupling from the Chinese Communist Party’s influence.
Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries apparently doesn’t know that aliens living in this country illegally are not law-abiding.
In an appearance on ABC’s The View on Monday, the clueless New York Congressman claimed that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are “going after law-abiding immigrant families.”
These so-called “law-abiding” families are undocumented or, in other words, illegal, and they are here in violation of U.S. federal law. They are felons.
When asked by co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin about Democrats’ calls to, once again, defund the police and target ICE, Jeffries appeared to signal support for defunding ICE, which he accused of “overly aggressive behavior,” and claimed that the American people did not vote for mass deportations.
“It’s not what the American people actually, in my view, voted for,” Jeffries said. “Donald Trump and Republicans promised to go after violent felons. But instead, they’re going after law-abiding immigrant families.”

Jeffries: Well, I definitely think that we need aggressive oversight as it relates to the overly aggressive behavior that we’ve seen, you know, from ICE, from the Department of Homeland Security. It’s not what the American people actually, in my view, voted for. Donald Trump and Republicans promised to go after violent felons. But instead, they’re going after law-abiding immigrant families, and in fact, in some cases, deporting American citizens and children–some with cancer. America is better than this, and that’s the reality.
In terms of what House Democrats stand for, we believe that in this country, you work hard and you play by the rules, you should be able to experience the American dream. You should be able to afford to live the good life. And we believe that that’s a good paying job, good healthcare, good housing, good education for your children, and a good retirement. And a good retirement, by the way, means keep your hands off of Social Security and Medicare.
The American people voted for the largest deportation operation in U.S. history, including the so-called noncriminal aliens, the farm workers, the hospitality workers, the families, and children who were smuggled or trafficked across the border. What the American people did not vote for is what Jeffries and the Democrats are trying to push Trump to pass, which is amnesty for farm and hospitality workers.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump on Thursday revealed that legislation is being drafted to apparently grant amnesty to some illegal aliens in the agriculture and hospitality industries while speaking in Des Moines, Iowa. The President actually called his supporters who would oppose this proposal “serious radical right people.”
And now, rumors are swirling that the President is being pressured to sign a bipartisan mass amnesty deal to grant amnesty for 25 million+ people who are in our country illegally.
Axios quoted several Democrats who were stunned by the rhetoric they’re now hearing from their own base in a piece that was published early Monday morning.
One of nine House Democrats who spoke to Axios off the record said, ”Some of them have suggested … what we really need to do is be willing to get shot.”
The lawmaker added, “Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough … [that] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public.”
These weren’t isolated statements.
Axios noted that multiple Democratic lawmakers and aides said they were alarmed by the number of rank-and-file party voters who had told them in recent months that violence was the answer to what they viewed as America’s political crisis.
The publication added that some of these voters said they were fed up with what they viewed as a system that is stacked against them.
Statements Democrats were willing to make without their name attached to them include, but are not limited to:
“[Civility] isn’t working…”
“[Prepare for violence] … to fight to protect our democracy.”
“It’s like … the Roman coliseum. People just want more and more of this spectacle.”
“What I have seen is a demand that we get ourselves arrested intentionally or allow ourselves to be victims of violence, and … a lot of times that’s coming from economically very secure white people.”
No one should be surprised that so-called progressive voters are experiencing bloodlust.
For nearly a decade, Democrats have pushed nonstop doomsday rhetoric about President Donald Trump and the conservative movement.
They’ve compared him to Hitler. They’ve called him a dictator. They’ve claimed without evidence that the country is experiencing a death rattle.
These people incited not one, but two assassination attempts against Trump last summer — that we know of.
Now, Democrats are realizing that their constantly crying wolf and stoking fear has led much of their base to take them seriously.
Axios reported that lawmakers who have faced the brunt of violent opponents are trying to calm tensions.
But the damage is done. This is what happens when partisan media and elected officials normalize panic and desensitize imbalanced people to violence.
It’s liberal voters, egged on by years of apocalyptic headlines, outright lies, and wild accusations.
The left is reaping what it sowed, and its elected officials are afraid of the monster they’ve created.
If there was no Epstein “client list,” then who is on the speed dial list of names in Jeffrey Epstein’s bedroom, uncovered by the O’Keefe Media Group?
The FBI released a 2-page memo on Sunday concluding Jeffrey Epstein did not have a “client list” that he used for blackmail. The FBI also determined that Epstein did commit suicide in August 2019.
In May, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino ignited a firestorm across conservative circles after publicly backing the official narrative that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide.
The FBI memo says there is no evidence that Epstein blackmailed powerful political figures.
Additionally, the memo suggests that no further Epstein records will be released.
In May, the O’Keefe Media Group released newly-obtained images from Jeffrey Epstein’s island bedroom.
The footage shows speed dial labels on an alleged sex trafficker’s landline telephones, revealing associates Epstein called frequently from his private island bedroom.
Many of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes were committed on his private island, Little St. James, in the Caribbean.
Epstein frequently called the associates and or clients on his speed dial list.

The Epstein client list was supposed to be SITTING on Pam Bondi’s desk for review.
But months later, the DOJ says no such list even exists.
Karoline Leavitt was just asked why there was such a reversal in so little time.
Her responses today are raising eyebrows.
On February 21st, Pam Bondi told the world the Epstein client list was “sitting on [her] desk right now to review,” explaining it was part of a directive ordered by President Trump.
Shortly afterward, she and Kash Patel pledged to end the Epstein cover-up, promising to fully disclose the Epstein files to the public, hold accountable any government officials who withheld key evidence, and investigate why critical documents had been hidden in the first place.
But ever since late February, it seems the cover-up wasn’t exposed but buried even deeper by those who promised transparency.
First, they handed out the so-called “Epstein files” to influencers like golden Willy Wonka tickets, only for everyone to discover that almost all of the contents inside were already public and contained no new revelations.
Fast-forward to May, and suddenly Kash Patel and Dan Bongino are declaring firmly that Epstein killed himself.
“I’ve seen the whole file. He killed himself,” Bongino stated bluntly to Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo.
Today, the Trump-appointed DOJ and FBI released a new report that’s turning heads and raising plenty of questions.
They concluded that Epstein had no clients, didn’t blackmail anyone, and definitely killed himself.
They also released surveillance footage and claimed it showed no one entered Epstein’s cell area, supporting the suicide ruling.
But people aren’t convinced. Some allege the video cuts off, with a minute of footage missing between 11:59 PM and midnight.
This afternoon, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded to questions about the Epstein client list in light of these new DOJ and FBI statements.
A reporter asked, “Karoline, the DOJ and FBI have now concluded there was no Jeffrey Epstein client list. What do you tell MAGA supporters who say they want anyone involved in Epstein’s alleged crimes held accountable?”
Leavitt replied, “This administration wants anyone who has ever committed a crime to be accountable, and I would argue this administration has done more to lock up bad guys than certainly the previous administration.”
She continued, “The Trump administration is committed to truth and transparency. That’s why the Attorney General and the FBI Director pledged, at the president’s direction, to do an exhaustive review of all the files related to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes and his death. They put out a memo in conclusion of that review.”
“There was material they did not release because frankly it was incredibly graphic and contained child pornography, which is not something that is appropriate for public consumption,” she added.
“But they committed to an exhaustive investigation. That’s what they did and they provided the results of that.”
“That’s transparency,” Leavitt said.
Leavitt was also pressed about Attorney General Pam Bondi’s comments in February when she claimed she had the Epstein list “on [her] desk.”
Peter Doocy asked, “Okay, so the FBI looks at the circumstances surrounding the death of Jeffrey Epstein. According to the report, this systematic review revealed no incriminating client list. So what happened to the Epstein client list that the Attorney General said she had on her desk?”
Leavitt responded, “I think if you go back and look at what the Attorney General said in that interview, which was on your network, on Fox News—”
Doocy pushed back, “I have the quote. John Roberts said: ‘DOJ may release the list of Jeffrey Epstein’s clients, will that really happen?’ And she said, ‘It’s sitting on my desk right now to review.’”
Leavitt explained, “Yes. She was saying the entirety of all of the paperwork, all of the paper in relation to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, that’s what the Attorney General was referring to. And I will let her speak for that.”
“But when it comes to the FBI and the Department of Justice, they are more than committed to ensuring that bad people are put behind bars.”
So, after months of patiently waiting, the American people get a nothing burger that simply repeats the same old claims we heard under Bill Barr.
Even worse, it’s purported that this is what “transparency” and “accountability” look like.
The story went from saying the Epstein client list was “on my desk” to “actually, there is no client list.”
And the newly released video footage raises questions and, in the age of AI, proves nothing.
If there’s really nothing to hide, why does it still feel like they’re hiding everything?
A federal judge on Monday temporarily blocked a provision in President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill that barred Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood sued the Trump Administration over its funding cuts written into the newly-passed reconciliation bill.
The House passed the Big Beautiful Bill last week and President Trump signed in on July 4th at the White House.
“Everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable health care. That’s what we’ve been fighting for the last century — and we’ll never stop,” President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Alexis McGill Johnson said last week. “We’ll be suing the Trump administration to stop this unlawful attack. See you in court.”
Planned Parenthood is suing the Trump administration over the “big, beautiful bill” defunding its health care services, arguing the provision will have devastating consequences across the country.
The bill, passed late last week and signed into law by President Donald Trump on July 4, will bar Medicaid users from coverage with a health care provider that also provides abortion services.
While the law does not explicitly mention Planned Parenthood, the nationwide family planning and health care provider is in its crosshairs. The law prohibits federal funding for providers “primarily engaged in family planning services, reproductive health, and related medical care” that also provide abortion.
Planned Parenthood has warned that nearly 200 clinics nationwide – which also provide birth control, STI testing and treatment, and cancer screening – could close as a result of the bill’s one-year ban on funds.
As much as the western powers have hailed Volodymyr Zelensky and his government as ‘defenders of democracy’, the reality is far removed from that, as the Kiev regime leader has arrested or banished political adversaries and heavily censored the media, and rules by force of martial law.
Also – an object of dozens of reports – Zelensky’s government is said to be controlled by his grey eminence, Andriy Yermak, the feared head of the President’s Office.
Yesterday (6), in yet another disturbing revelation, the British magazine The Economist published an article titled ‘Ukraine’s political infighting gets nasty’, detailing the escalating internal power struggles within Kiev’s regime, and the ugly role played by Yermak.
The article repeats long-held concerns about Yermak’s growing influence, as opponents warn of ‘authoritarian tendencies.’
The head of the Presidential Office is orchestrating a series of personnel changes in a naked power grab, targeting high-ranking officials and promoting loyalists.
Yermak is linked to a corruption probe targeting Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov, and also to a plot to replace Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
But the most controversial moves by the grey eminence are his repeated attempts to Oust Ukrainian top spy Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (GUR).
Kyrylo Budanov is targeted by Yermak for dismissal.
Budanov is described by Yermak’s allies as an ‘eccentric revolutionary’, while the spy’s supporters view him as ‘a truth-teller unafraid to challenge Zelensky’.
“Sources close to Yermak describe GUR chief Budanov as an eccentric revolutionary building his own political machine. ‘Ninety percent of the president’s office thinks he’s crazy, and ten percent think he’s a genius,’ the source says.
[…] By mid-June, many of them feared that Yermak’s ‘ninth try’ at ousting him [Budanov] would succeed. That turned out to be premature. With his customary mix of coercion and guile, General Budanov secured another stay of execution.
Budanov’s allies see him as one of the few people who can tell the president the hard truth.”
The White House has reportedly intervened yet again to protect Budanov.
“Perhaps repeated warnings from the White House not to fire him again helped.”

In fact, Yermak has long been hated by Trump and his administration.
He is seen as ‘abrasive, uninformed about U.S. politics, and overly demanding’, and officials go as far as labeling him an ‘existential liability for Ukraine’.
“Some also worry he has not accurately conveyed U.S. positions to the leadership back in Ukraine.”
In his June visit to Washington, that lack of appreciation became very clear.
“A meeting between Yermak and Secretary of State Marco Rubio was canceled at the last minute.
[…] Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles kept Yermak waiting in the White House before canceling, the first person familiar with the visit said, while Vice President JD Vance’s office never responded to a request for a meeting.”

But maybe the worst offense for US officials was Yermak’s Role in Trump’s first Impeachment Inquiry.
Yermak was Zelensky’s point of contact with Rudy Giuliani and Kurt Volker, and negotiated a potential public pledge to investigate Burisma.
”Yermak, 53, was a central figure in the Hunter Biden scandal which saw Trump accused of pressuring Zelensky to dig up dirt on Joe Biden’s family in exchange for military aid – allegations that led to the US president’s impeachment.
[…] Yermak received a call from Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, urging him to open an investigation into Hunter Biden’s role at Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company under scrutiny for corruption.
At the time, Hunter Biden, son of then-US Vice President Joe Biden, was receiving $50,000 per month to sit on Burisma’s board, despite having no experience in the energy sector.
Giuliani and Trump were convinced that exposing wrongdoing at Burisma would damage Joe Biden’s political standing ahead of the 2020 election.
According to a Ukrainian official who spoke to the Telegraph, Yermak was ‘anxious not to be dragged into US domestic politics’ and advised Zelensky to hold off. But his refusal to cooperate infuriated Giuliani and Trump.”
It would almost be funny, at this point, if it weren’t so serious.
In the latest scandal to rock Democratic New York City mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani’s candidacy, the socialist state assemblyman is revealed to have posted an offensive video of an Indian comedy troupe cosplaying as exaggerated Jewish stereotypes for Hanukkah last year.
The post was rediscovered by pro-Jewish group Stop Antisemitism, according to the New York Post, which has condemned Mamdani for his problematic statements regarding both Israel and Jewish people — including defending the use of the phrase “globalize the intifada.”

This probably wouldn’t be so much of a big deal if it weren’t from a number of factors, starting with the fact that tend to support Mamdani, if they are minorities, are fond of saying “my culture is not a costume.”
That guy would be offended by this post. Wonder what he’s up t– oh wait.
Let’s add to that the fact that Mamdani is — in a city that contains one of the largest concentrations of Jewish voters in the United States — desperately trying to make the case for normally Democratic voters not to go independent this fall.
Attempts to patch up the damage done by his “globalize the intifada” talk have failed, too, with a text from the Mamdani campaign referencing victims of the Oct. 7, 2023 terror attack on Israel by Hamas as a reason Jewish voters should go for him.
“I want to go a bit off script for a second because I’m Jewish, wear a kippah every day, and I support Zohran,” read the message, whose author claimed to be an Orthodox Jewish man for Mamdani.
“My friend Idan was murdered on October 7 at the Re’im music festival. The war is personal to me, as it is to many in our community. Idan believed in peace, just like Zohran does,” the message continued. “He believed everyone should have access to affordable housing, good-paying jobs, and a life free of discrimination, just like Zohran.”
The New York Post was unable to verify the authenticity of the sender of the messages, but you can see why — even if everything was legit — this didn’t quite make a difference.
And, on top of all that, this comes after the revelation that the ethnically Indian Mamdani admitted he’d labeled himself as black on college applications — a move that would increase his chances of getting in — because, he claimed, it best represented the complexity of his birth in Uganda and subsequent period in South Africa.
The bedrock New York City Democratic electorate that tends to turn out for the general election is a lot less white, progressive, overeducated, and humanistic than the primary coalition that propelled Mamdani to success, and his weakness among black and Jewish voters in particular is an impediment to an easy victory in November. At the very least, then, you’d think maybe he’d have tried to scrub the cosplay Jews from his X profile — or, much preferably, not even posted it in the first place as he was preparing to run for Gracie Mansion.
