Obama Judge Xinis Erupts on Trump DOJ Lawyers, Denies Motion to Dismiss Abrego Garcia Civil Case, Makes OUTRAGEOUS Demands

A federal judge on Monday denied the Trump DOJ’s motion to dismiss MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s civil case.

US District Judge Paula Xinis, an Obama appointee, held a hearing on motions filed in Abrego Garcia’s case as he faces deportation to a third country.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is currently being held in pre-trial detention in Tennessee after a federal grand jury indicted him on child trafficking charges.

Obama appointed judge Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr., is presiding over the criminal case in Tennessee.

However, there is a separate Abrego Garcia case in Judge Paula Xinis’ Maryland court.

Xinis erupted on DOJ lawyers during the hearing on Monday.

The judge grilled DOJ lawyers over their federal case against Abrego Garcia that is in an entirely different court.

An angry Xinis denied the motion to dismiss the civil case and argued that she has jurisdiction.

The DOJ said Abrego Garcia will be deported as soon as he is released from prison (a federal judge recently refused to release Abrego Garcia to shield him from deportation).

Xinis demanded the Trump Administration produces witnesses to appear this Thursday to discuss

“It’s like trying to nail Jell-O to wall,” a frustrated Judge Xinis said after the DOJ refused to dictate their exact plans for Abrego Garcia.

And the DOJ-FBI also released a 10-hour video on Sunday from outside Jeffrey Epstein’s jail cell.

Pediatrician Sparks Uproar After Posting an Absolutely Wicked Comment About the Texas Flooding that Killed 82 People, Including 28 Kids – Is Later Canned by Her Employer

A medical professional whom people trusted to care for them sparked a national uproar after showing off her evil soul following one of the worst U.S. natural disasters in recent memory, and now she no longer has a job.

As Mediaite reported, Christina B. Propst, a Houston, Texas pediatrician, gloated about the 82 victims of the Texas flooding in Kerr County, saying they voted to gut FEMA and got what they deserved as a result.

These victims included 28 innocent little children.

“May all visitors, children, non-MAGA voters and pets be safe and dry,” she wrote. “Kerr County MAGA voted to gut FEMA. They deny climate change. May they get what they voted for. Bless their hearts.”

Social media users, including conservative talk show host Megyn Kelly, erupted in anger over the outrageous remark from Propst.

On top of this evil remark, it turns out Propst was a massive proponent of forcing little children to wear masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, even though this only ended up harming them.

Following the national outrage, Propst’s employer, Blue Fish Pediatrics, condemned her comment and said she had been placed on leave.

Axios reported a crazy story Monday morning about what House Democrats are saying their supporters are urging them to do to resist President Donald Trump: Get shot, get violent, get arrested, even storm the White House.

With Republicans holding the White House, both houses of Congress and a 6-3 (sometimes) conservative majority on the Supreme Court, Democrats are powerless to stop much of the Trump agenda.

With Trump and his administration racking up win after win in Congress, the Supreme Court, the economy, foreign policy and especially the culture, Democrats dropping the F-bomb and other swear words in everyday messaging, giving marathon speeches and holding “No Kings” protests aren’t working to satisfy the masses of Democrat voters consumed by Trump Derangement Syndrome. They want blood.

In the first four years of the Trump administration, Republicans were shot, Trump supporters attacked, Trump was investigated and impeached (twice!) on phony charges drummed up by the Deep State and rioters tried to storm the White House.

In the four years after his first term, Democrats jailed Trump supporters, tried over and over to jail Trump, tried to bankrupt him and keep him off the ballot.

In 2024, two would be assassins were inexplicably able to get close to Trump, with one assassination attempt wounding him and two supporters while killing supporter Corey Comperatore.

All those efforts to stop Trump have failed, so now Democrat voters are demanding elected Democrats sacrifice themselves.

What we’re hearing: The grassroots wants more. “Some of them have suggested … what we really need to do is be willing to get shot” when visiting ICE facilities or federal agencies, a third House Democrat told Axios.

“Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough … [that] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public,” the lawmaker said.

A fourth House Democrat said constituents have told them “civility isn’t working” and to prepare for “violence … to fight to protect our democracy.”

A fifth House Democrat told Axios that “people online have sent me crazy s*** … told me to storm the White House and stuff like that,” though they added that “there’s always people on the internet saying crazy stuff.”

Many lawmakers said these voters tend to be white, well-educated and live in upscale suburban or urban neighborhoods.

“What I have seen is a demand that we get ourselves arrested intentionally or allow ourselves to be victims of violence, and … a lot of times that’s coming from economically very secure white people,” said an eighth House Democrat.

“Not only would that be a gift to Donald Trump, not only would it make the job of Republicans in Congress easier if we were all mired in legal troubles … [we are] a group that is disproportionately people of color, women, LGBTQ people — people who do not fare very well in prison.”

During an interview with Steve Bannon on War Room, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton unloaded on the Trump Administration for what he described as an outrageous attempt to sweep Jeffrey Epstein’s client list scandal under the rug, suggesting it may be worse than what we’ve seen from the Biden regime.

Fitton, known for his relentless pursuit of government transparency, expressed shock over a recently leaked memo from the DOJ and FBI — one that originated under Trump’s own watch.

The memo, conveniently leaked to Axios, claims there is no incriminating client list, no credible blackmail evidence, and no grounds to investigate uncharged individuals connected to Epstein’s massive sex trafficking operation.

“I read the memo three or four times again this morning. I don’t think even the Biden administration would have written anything like this. I just don’t think they could have thought they could get away with it. And I’ve got to wonder: what is going on at the leadership of the Justice Department and the FBI to allow them to think that statements like the following are acceptable?” Fitton said.

Fitton continued:

“This is a classic. Of course, we’re suing for this stuff, right? And so they say: “The systematic review revealed no incriminating client list.” So there’s a client list, but it’s not incriminating—so therefore, you can’t see it?

There is also no credible evidence that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions.” Well, give us the incredible evidence.

We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.” They uncovered evidence, but it wasn’t enough to predicate an investigation?

You can go line by line and go through this analysis that I’m going through. It may be unfair or overly critical, but in my view, unless you have the records to back up the conclusions you’ve drawn in a case such as this, this isn’t worth much.

According to Fitton, this isn’t just another bureaucratic failure—it’s part of a coordinated campaign to protect the powerful, the perverted, and the politically connected.

Fitton also slammed the fact that the memo was leaked to Axios—the same outlet that was previously handed Biden’s videotaped interview about classified documents, even while Judicial Watch was actively suing in federal court for its release.

“It’s disturbing it was leaked to Axios. Second time there’s been a leak to Axios, by the way, by this Justice Department and FBI. Remember, we sued for the Biden videotapes of his interview with her. We were in court—literally in federal court. They’re stonewalling us. And what do they do? They give it to Axios.

Here, they give it to Axios. And this memo, by the way, dripped with contempt for people like you, Bannon, for Judicial Watch, for anyone asking questions. Give us the document.”

‘Stop, Stop, Stop, Stop’: Watch Beyonce’s Alarmed Response After Concert Stunt Goes Awry

A Beyoncé concert in her hometown of Houston took a tense turn over the weekend when a stage stunt during her “Cowboy Carter” tour malfunctioned, leaving her suspended in midair inside a tilted prop car.

The incident happened during her performance of the song “16 Carriages,” according to People magazine.

A fan-captured video of the malfunction quickly circulated on social media.

The clip shows Beyoncé being lifted inside a red convertible hanging above the stage before the car jerks and tilts awkwardly.

Beyoncé can be heard yelling, “Stop, stop, stop, stop,” as the vehicle veers sideways.

The pop star was left dangling in the car while holding onto a rope.

“Everybody say a prayer for Beyoncé,” one fan wrote in response to the footage.

CBS News reported that Beyoncé remained stuck inside the tilted vehicle for just a few moments.

Eventually, the vehicle was slowly lowered back down to the stage with Beyoncé still inside.

The singer then calmly exited the car and resumed her performance.

The malfunction happened during the first of two Houston shows at NRG Stadium.

A publicist for Beyoncé told CBS News that a “technical mishap” caused the car to tilt.

“She was quickly lowered and no one was injured,” the publicist said. “The show continued without incident.”

The “Cowboy Carter” tour, which supports Beyoncé’s country-themed album of the same name, has featured elaborate staging and visuals.

The tour has drawn massive crowds and critical acclaim since it launched.

According to CBS News, there were no injuries reported from the incident.

Saturday marked Beyoncé’s first return to her hometown since the start of the tour.

Despite the mishap, Beyoncé continued the performance without further incident.

Video of the moment has racked up millions of views online, sparking renewed discussions about safety in large-scale concert productions.

A man was shot and killed this morning after he ambushed Border Patrol agents, armed with a rifle and tactical gear, outside of a Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas.

This comes after a Texas police officer was shot and wounded in the neck late Friday night in an apparent ambush attack by an armed group outside the ICE Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, located just south of Dallas-Fort Worth.

The latest incident reportedly may have left one police officer who responded injured.

Local and federal police returned fire on the man at the McAllen, Texas, facility on Monday, killing him.

UNHINGED: Rosie O’Donnell Blames President Trump for Texas Flood Deaths in Deranged Rant

Rosie O’Donnell is back — and more unhinged than ever.

The failed comedian and longtime Trump-hater reemerged from self-imposed exile in Ireland to post a bizarre and emotionally erratic TikTok video Sunday, in which she blamed President Donald Trump for the recent catastrophic flash floods in Texas that left at least 70 dead and dozens missing.

O’Donnell then spiraled into a tirade attacking Trump’s latest legislative win — the “One Big Beautiful Bill” — calling it “ridiculously immoral” and claiming “people will die as a result, and they’ve started already.”

O’Donnell also accused Trump of secretly implementing every aspect of Project 2025, a Heritage Foundation policy roadmap designed to restore constitutional governance, even though the President has said he’s not following the plan.

Despite renouncing American life, she insisted she still has a voice in U.S. politics — because “four of my five children” are still stateside.

O’Donnell: What a horror story in Texas. The flash floods in Texas—the Guadalupe River. Fifty-one missing, fifty-one dead, more missing. Children. At a camp.

And when the President gets all of the early warning systems and the weather forecasting abilities of the government, these are the results that we’re going to start to see on a daily basis—because he’s put this country in so much danger by his horrible decisions and this ridiculously immoral bill that he just signed into law.

As Republicans cheered—as Republicans cheered—people will die as a result, and they’ve started already. Shame on him. Shame on every GOP sycophant who’s listening and following the disastrous decisions of this mentally incapacitated POTUS. Hard to believe.

All that you needed to propel your movement was reading Project 2025. Sadly, not many Americans did that. If they did, they didn’t believe it. Why?
