ICE has arrested a criminal illegal alien from Mexico after the alien rammed into an ICE vehicle this morning in St. Paul, Minnesota. 

Tranquilino Sixto-Anorve had a criminal record of multiple charges for driving under the influence.

Sixto-Anorve was taken into ICE detention at the Whipple federal building in Minneapolis, where anti-ICE demonstrators were seen earlier on Saturday parading in the streets in animal costumes, singing, “Kristi Noem is a bird-legged hoe.”

This did not have to happen. This is what Director Todd Lyons and Border Czar Tom Homan have been talking about — Criminal illegal aliens must be turned over to ICE. When they’re not, they go on to threaten our communities.

He’s currently in ICE custody at the Whipple federal building and will be dealt with appropriately for his crimes.

This comes as the Trump Administration plans to “draw down on the number of people” from ICE and CBP stationed in Minnesota, Border Czar Tom Homan announced earlier this week following discussions with Minnesota officials.

Trump sent Tom Homan to Minneapolis to deal with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who laid out demands for “swift, significant reduction” in federal agents deployed to Minnesota, and “an end to the campaign of retribution,” and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey who doubled down on his refusal to cooperate with the federal government, announcing on social media that “Minneapolis does not and will not enforce federal immigration laws.”

Homan said Governor Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison later “clarified for me that county jails may notify ICE of the release dates of criminal public safety risks so ICE can take custody of them, upon their release from the jail.”

Multiple Target stores across Minnesota and in other states were targeted by protesters with demands for Target’s corporate leadership to prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from being allowed in Target stores to arrest criminals. 

Video from a Target location in Richfield, Minnesota, shows reportedly over 100 protesters illegally marching through the store, chanting, “The people united will never be defeated,” while holding a Socialist Alternative banner that read, “National Strike Shut Down Trump & ICE.” Local police were at the scene but refused to do anything as the anti-ICE protesters berated them and called for Target to be shut down.

Other clips show the Richfield protesters singing a “No Kings” protest anthem set to the tune of The Battle Hymn of the Republic.

At a West St. Paul, Minnesota Target protest, a police officer lauded the protesters, saying, “I appreciate what you guys are doing. I understand what you guys are doing. Unfortunately, the store has the right to do what they need to do,” after threatening to arrest them for trespassing. “I have a hard job. As much as I want to come over here, and you know what I mean, and do what I need to do, I still have a job to do, unfortunately. And so, I appreciate you guys,” he continued.

Protesters in East Lake, Minneapolis, were also caught on camera complaining after they were removed from the store. “They said we have to be shopping. Well, first they told us we have to be standing, so we stood, and then they told us we have to be shopping. And so we said, hmm, doesn’t seem like ICE comes in here and shops. Do you kick them out when they’re not shopping?” one woman cried. “That’s what we’re here to do today, to call out that hypocrisy that Target actually can kick people out of their store, and they should be kicking ICE out of their store every day!

On Jan. 31, multiple activist groups, including the faith-based Isaiah, Indivisible Twin Cities, and Unidos MN, planned protests inside at least 19 Target stores in Minnesota to demand the company take action against ICE and border patrol presence in the state.

At the Richfield store, where two Target employees who are U.S. citizens were detained by ICE agents earlier this month, more than 100 protesters marched in a loop around the store.

Organizers say they planned the protest to demand that Target, which is headquartered in Minneapolis, “stand with Minnesotans and call for ICE Out of MN and justice for Alex [Pretti], Renee [Good], and all hurt by Operation Metro Surge.”

The US Coast Guard issued an update on Saturday after calling off the search for missing crew members off the coast of Massachusetts. They were on the commercial fishing boat Lily Jean.

An emergency beacon was activated on Friday morning from the fishing boat. The location was about 25 miles out from Cape Ann. Reports indicate there were seven people that were on board.

As the Coast Guard was searching the area, they located significant debris where the beacon was activated and found one crew member in the water who did not survive. They also found the inflated life raft which had no one on it.

BOSTON — The U.S. Coast Guard suspended the search Saturday morning for the missing crewmembers from the fishing vessel Lily Jean after search efforts yielded no additional results.

Coast Guard crews have searched continuously since receiving an emergency position-indicating radio beacon activation Friday morning from the 72-foot fishing vessel, approximately 25 miles off the coast of Cape Ann, Massachusetts. Seven people were reported to be aboard the vessel.

During the search, Coast Guard air and surface crews located a debris field near the beacon’s reported position, recovered one unresponsive individual from the water, and located the vessel’s life raft, which was deployed but unoccupied.

“Coast Guard crews conducted coordinated search patterns based on weather conditions, sea state and available evidence and covered approximately 1,047 square miles over 24 hours using multiple aircraft, cutters and small boats.” US Coast Guard News Reported.

There is an ongoing investigation as to what happened to the fishing boat. The Coast Guard Northeast District is in charge of the investigation.

One person is dead and six others are missing after the fishing vessel Lily Jean sank off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts on Friday morning.

The U.S. Coast Guard said the 72-foot boat activated its emergency beacon 25 miles off the coast of Cape Ann Friday at about 6:50 a.m. An extensive search has been underway since then.

A Coast Guard helicopter and boat were launched and found a “debris field” and a body near that area. The water temperature there is about 40 degrees.

A federal judge on Saturday ordered the release of 5-year-old Liam Ramos and his illegal alien father from an ICE detention center in Texas.

Five-year-old Liam was taken into ICE ‘custody’ after his illegal alien parents abandoned him in Minnesota while fleeing agents.

The fake news claimed the 5-year-old child was “detained” by ICE and taken away from his parents.

The child was taken to the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in San Antonio, Texas, after he was abandoned by his illegal alien parents.

On Saturday, Judge Fred Biery, a Clinton appointee ordered Liam Ramos and his father Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias released.

A federal judge on Saturday gave the Trump administration three days to release a 5-year-old Ecuadorian boy and his father from immigration detention in Texas following an emergency request.

Videos of Liam Conejo Ramos, 5, being taken into custody along with his father, Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Minneapolis earlier this month sparked outrage.

U.S. District Judge Fred Biery, a Clinton nominee, wrote in his ruling that “the case has its genesis in the ill-conceived and incompetently-implemented government pursuit of daily deportation quotas, apparently even if it requires traumatizing children,” according to the order obtained by Fox News Digital.

He invoked the Declaration of Independence in the ruling, saying, “Thirty-three-year-old Thomas Jefferson enumerated grievances against a would-be authoritarian king over our nascent nation. Among others were: 1. ‘He has sent hither Swarms of Officers to harass our People.’”

Republican activist Scott Presler joined Kayleigh McEnany on FOX News to push the Save Act. Presler told FOX News that there are already 48 co-sponsors with Mike Lee sponsoring the bill. But Senate Majority Leader John Thune needs to bring it up for a vote.

The Save act requires:
** Proof of US citizenship to vote,
** Mandates states to verify the citizenship of voters
** Requires states to remove non-citizens from the voter rolls

These are basic rules to help secure our elections. Democrats are against them, of course.

Scott is urging everyone to continue to call their senators and ask them to make a public statement about moving the Save Act to the Senate floor.

Scott Presler: So as it stands right now, we have 48 co-sponsors with Mike Lee sponsoring the bill. And as you just showed the clip earlier, Senate Majority Leader Thune even indicated support for the Save Act.

So here’s where we are right now. First, let’s start with the Save Act, and I’ll be brief. I need everybody to continue to call your senators and ask them to make a public statement about bringing the Save Act to the Senate floor and forcing any senator that is opposed to requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote must tell the American people publicly on the floor why they are against that bill. That’s step number one. Step number two. So what Senator Mike Lee has done is introduce the Save America Act, which is not only the proof of citizenship requirement, but photo voter ID…

… So my warning to members of Congress that are not willing to pass election reform at the federal level, which is constitutional, is either Republicans allow for proof of citizenship and photo voter ID, or it’s very likely that Republican voters will not come out on Tuesday, November third, and we very likely could lose the House of Representatives, and you could even lose Senate. The senatorships in Alaska, Maine, North Carolina. And if we lose three seats, Kaylee, it’s 50-50, and we lose the majority. Far-left anti-ICE agitator Maria Santay livestreamed her arrest as she impeded an ICE operation in Southern California on Friday.

Santay, who is associated with the far-left group “ICE Out of LA,” livestreamed the arrest from a Chevron gas station in El Monte, California.

She joined a group of far-left agitators at the gas station who were blowing whistles and ringing cowbells at federal agents.

“Don’t shoot at my window! What the f*ck!” Santay shouted as federal agents surrounded her vehicle.

“Lord protect me please!” Santy shouted as she mustered up fake tears for her social media followers.

“These guys are breaking my windows, guys!” Santay shouts to her Instagram feed. “They’re breaking my window guys, I’m a US citizen! Insane! This guy is breaking my window guys!”

“Get out of the car! Out of the car!” federal agents shouted.

“They’re going to try to arrest me!” she repeated to her social media followers. “This is insane. I can’t believe this is happening, guys! Lord, please protect me! Lord, please! Guys, I don’t trust them!”

This is not Santay’s first brush with federal law enforcement agents.

Earlier this week, federal agents pulled her over near the 10 Freeway for reportedly stalking ICE agents.

Santay laughably told ABC 7 that she feared for her life.

“I thought, ‘This is it. These are my last moments,’” she said.

“One of the officers got on the curb on the middle island to box my car in, one came on here, and one was behind me. Because of all the commotion, the police department got there,” she told ABC 7.

Local law enforcement did not intervene as federal agents took Santay into custody and drove her to Santa Ana.

Santay was charged with resisting arrest.

The Los Angeles Police Department LAPD) will not enforce a California law that prohibits federal immigration agents from wearing masks during enforcement operations.

During an appearance on Good Day LA, LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell warned that doing so could endanger officers and escalate volatile situations.

“From a practical standpoint, our role when we get to a scene is to de-escalate the situation, not to ramp it up,” McDonnell said.

“Trying to enforce a misdemeanor violation on another law enforcement agency, that’s not going to end well. And that’s not going to be good.”

“From a public safety standpoint for anybody in that environment,” he continued. “Potentially, you have a crowd that could be agitated and trying to get their point across.”

“And then you have the ICE agents who are doing their job. And for us to come in then and try and create an enforcement action for wearing a mask, it’s not a safe way to do business.”

At a press conference on Friday, McDonnell said that enforcing Newsom’s law “doesn’t make any sense.”

“The reality of one armed agency approaching another armed agency to create conflict over something that would be a misdemeanor at best or an infraction.”

The law in question was signed by Newsom in September 2025 and makes it a misdemeanor for local, state, or federal law enforcement officers to wear masks or personal disguises while performing official duties.

“We have the right to stand up and push back,” Newsom declared at the time. “This is a disgrace, this is an outrage, what we have allowed to happen in this country.”

The only exceptions to the law include agents who are operating undercover or using protective equipment during tactical operations.

The legislation followed a series of immigration raids across Los Angeles, during which federal agents were seen wearing face coverings.

While the Trump administration has acknowledged that the wearing of face coverings is undesirable, they are worn to protect agents’ families against harassment, doxxing, and threats from far-left immigration activists.

War Room’s Steve Bannon and Real America’s Voice and Host of “Law and Border” Ben Bergquam talked about the fall of US cities to communist jihadists. He explained that with these agitators taking to the streets is the “prelude to the death of Western civilization.”

“Ben Bergquam is in Minneapolis. Ben, first off, I want your observations on Los Angeles. Number one, there was some protest out by some of the theaters showing Melania’s movie and people that actually went to the film said you could barely hear yourself inside. It was almost a mini riot outside,” Bannon said.

“You are near the federal building today in Minneapolis. They actually did have a, they actually did have a, I thought, a riot,” Bannon commented.

“Around the country, particularly in a place like Los Angeles, how violent is it getting Ben Bergquam?” Bannon asked.

“Yesterday was actually a good thing. It was the prelude to the death of Western civilization for the people that aren’t awake yet,” Bergquam commented.

“If you watched across America, every single major influence, both political and cultural, had riots taken over their cities,” Bergquam explained.

“To the people that are out there in the Western suburbs in the Midwest saying hey, at least that’s not my city, that’s your city in 20 years, or sooner, in 5 years, in ten years,” Bergquam said.

“It’s coming to a neighborhood near you,” Bannon warned.

Bergquam warned that this is the demise of our Western civilization. He encouraged viewers to share these videos, so people understand how serious of a situation this is for the United States.

“It’s the death of Western civilization. It’s the prelude to what is coming to your doorstep. Watch those videos. Send them to all of your friends,” Bergquam said.

“And you think you are safe in Texas? You’re screwed. Look at Austin. That’s the capital. That’s the center. Austin is falling. Texas is falling if Austin falls,” Bergquam said.

“Every single major metropolitan center in America has fallen to communist jihadist. That’s where we are at in America today,” Bergquam warned.

“It’s the red, green alliance, and some people say the red, green, blue because you got the globalists in there. Peter Schweizer’s book lays out how the CCP, and the Mexican government are very involved in this, along with people like Soros and the new CCP member,” Bannon said.

“We have to continue with the show of force of ICE, and it has to be mass deportations,” Bannon said.

Bergquam explained that in order to stop what’s happening, the organizations that support sedition and insurrection must be prosecuted for their crimes.

“The most critical thing that we do right now is prosecute the traitors in our country, prosecute the activist organizations. This is a criminal conspiracy against our country. This is sedition. It’s insurrection,” Bergquam said.

“We could deport every illegal, but if that apparatus is not destroyed, completely destroyed, we are gonna be destroyed,” Bergquam warned.
