Bank of America wants to move away from the Epstein story.

A third major bank has agreed to settle a lawsuit from Jeffrey Epstein victims, as the fallout from the disclosures of his financial dealings seems far from dying down.

After JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, now it’s the Bank of America’s turn.

The financial institution agreed ‌to pay $72.5 million to settle a civil lawsuit by women who accused the bank of facilitating their sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein, court documents show.

Reuters reported:

“Lawyers for the bank and the women had told Manhattan-based U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff this month they had reached a ‘settlement in principle’, but terms of the deal were not disclosed at the time.

‘While we stand by our prior statements made in the filings in this case, including that Bank of America did not facilitate sex trafficking crimes, this resolution allows us to put this matter behind us and provides further closure for the plaintiffs’, a spokesperson for Bank of America said in a statement.”

The value to be paid by the Bank of America is in line with JPMorgan and Deutsche, which paid 75 million each.

“In a joint court filing, David Boies and Bradley Edwards, attorneys for the plaintiffs, said the settlement represented the best option for their clients ‘given that many Class Members suffered harm many years ago and are in need of financial relief now’.”

The settlement still requires Judge Rakoff’s approval.

The class action accused the bank of ‘ignoring suspicious financial transactions’ related to ‌Epstein despite a ‘plethora’ of information about his crimes ‘because it valued profit over protecting victims’.

In the meantime, in possibly unrelated news, French police stopped a terrorist attack outside a Bank of America building.

Police cordon surrounds a suspicious package in front of the Bank of America in Paris after a minor's apprehension related to a foiled attack.

Democrat House Minority Whip Kathleen Clark skipped the TSA lines as she denies agents pay.

Rep. Clark was spotted being escorted through the TSA security lines along with her coffee handler as she left DC.

WATCH:

Rep. Clark isn’t the only Democrat lawmaker skipping TSA lines and living large while denying Americans pay.

Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders was spotted in a first class seat as he fled DC for a two-week Easter recess.

TMZ obtained a photo of Bernie Sanders living large in First Class while he forces Americans to go without pay.

Bernie Sanders enjoyed a plush seat in First Class as he left for vacation.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune also left town with a private escort.

He was able to skip the long TSA security lines while Americans miss flights.

President Trump on Friday signed an executive order authorizing pay for TSA agents amid the Schumer shutdown.

However, full funding for the Department of Homeland Security is still stalled in the Senate.

The House of Representatives late Friday night passed a short-term DHS funding bill.

The House voted 213-203 to fully fund the Department of Homeland Security for 8 weeks.

Three Democrats joined the Republicans and voted to fund the DHS.

The short-term bill is likely dead on arrival in the Senate.

WATCH: ICE Agents Go Viral for Their Handling of Leftist Activist’s Airport Tantrum, ‘Why is Your Voice So Stressed Out?’

Agents in tactical gear interact at an airport, highlighting law enforcement activities and public safety measures in a busy terminal environment.

A pair of ICE agents walking through an airport has gone viral for their handling of a leftist activist’s whiny tantrum.

The activist, clearly agitated, repeatedly demanded answers about why they chose their jobs while claiming “the majority of Americans hate your guts” and accusing the agents of “terrorizing” people and wasting taxpayer money.

One agent, wearing a black “POLICE ICE” vest, remained composed and addressed the harasser’s tone directly.

“Why is your voice so stressed out?” the agent calmly asked.

The activist shot back, “Why won’t you answer the question?”

The agent replied, “I don’t have to.”

A second agent, in a tan tactical vest clearly marked “POLICE ICE,” stood beside his colleague without engaging the provocateur.

As the activist continued his rant, claiming taxpayers pay their salaries and calling the agents immoral, the officers simply kept walking, occasionally pointing out how nonsensical the questions were.

WATCH:

The activist followed the agents even as they moved through the terminal and outside, hurling more accusations about bonuses and “slaughtering innocent Americans” in reference to unrelated past events.

The agents never raised their voices, never touched the man, and never stopped doing their jobs.

On Friday, other ICE agents went viral for laughing at an activist who was harassing them at LaGuardia Airport.

“You guys are the foot soldiers of a fascist regime, right? Is that not what it is?” the man shouts at them, repeating the insult while the agents grin and eventually burst into laughter.

“Is that funny? Is that funny?” he presses as the agents continue walking and trying to hold back their giggles.

WATCH:

The activist originally posted the video to Instagram, writing that he was “speaking truth to power,” and complaining that they laughed at him.

US Central Command released footage of strikes on Iranian Naval vessels that have been threatening shipping boats in the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, as Trump threatens to obliterate Iran’s infrastructure if they do not stop targeting ships in the waterway.

CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper said in a statement on Thursday that “92% of the large ships in the Iranian Navy have been eliminated,” and US strikes will continue. He further called members of the Iranian Armed Forces to “immediately abandon their post and return home to avoid further risk of unnecessary injury or death.”

On Saturday morning, CENTCOM posted the following clip on X, writing, “For decades, Iranian naval vessels have threatened and harassed global shipping in regional waters, but those days are over.”

Fulton County Election Investigation Update: Evidentiary Hearing Yesterday on Motion to Claw Back FBI-Seized Evidence

Fulton County Elections Hub and Operation Center sign at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, featuring a stop sign and surrounding traffic.

In January, the FBI executed a search warrant on the Fulton County Elections Hub and Operations Center and seized over 650 boxes of election materials from the 2020 election.  The warrant was approved by a federal magistrate judge and based primarily on evidence from two Georgia State Election Board complaints.  The Gateway Pundit has extensively covered those two complaints over the past four years.

Part 4: Nothing Adds Up in Fulton County… 17k Missing Ballot Images, 10 “Phantom” Tabulators That Account for 20k Votes, and More

The three petitioners, Fulton County, the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections, and the Board of Commissioners, in their official capacities, have petitioned the court to claw back those documents from the FBI and Department of Justice, claiming they were seized unlawfully and that this seizure violated the First and Fourth Amendment rights of the petitioners.

Initially, the probable cause affidavit was challenged under Rule 41g, a motion to return property obtained through an unlawful search and seizure.  A federal judge ordered mediation between the two parties, which failed last week.  An evidentiary hearing was then ordered.

Yesterday, U.S. District Court Judge J.P. Boulee of the Northern District of Georgia heard from two witnesses offered by the petitioners:  Fulton County Clerk of the Superior Court Che Alexander and the Elections Group’s Ryan Macias.

In order for Fulton County to retain the records from the Department of Justice, they are required to meet a four-part substantive test.  According to VoterGA’s Garland Favorito on X, those questions are:

  1.  Did the government display a “callous disregard”  for the plaintiff’s constitutional rights?
  2. Did the plaintiff have an individual interest in and need for the material?
  3. Will the plaintiff be irreparably injured by denial of the return of the property?
  4. Does the plaintiff have an adequate remedy at law for the redress of their grievance?

Favorito and his wife Tamara, who are intimately involved in the election investigation and several cases in the State of Georgia, were in attendance for the hours-long hearing yesterday.

According to Favorito, they spent “all day” on question #1, “callous disregard”, of the substantive test.  “There’s no conceivable way that you could reach a conclusion that there was callous disregard for the plaintiff’s right because the [office of the] Clerk has no constitutional rights, number one, and the DOJ adhered to the normal procedures for getting the search warrant,” Favorito stated.

“Today, we spent five hours asking the question whether or not the FBI displayed a ‘callous disregard’.  They had the affidavit which has five different areas, any one of which would have justified probable cause.  So if four of them were wrong, they would still have probable cause,” he continued.

Question #2, “Did the plaintiff have an individual interest and need for the material“, was argued that it fails because in June 2024, Elections Director Nadine Williams had previously requested to the court, in a case brought by Favorito, that the ballots be destroyed, thus negating any “interest of need for the material.”

A video was played during the hearing where this request was made before a Georgia court.  So is the petition about retaining something with “an individual interest and need for the material” or is it about destroying evidence that could support the claims made in the probable cause affidavit?

Petitioners argued it was because they didn’t have room for the election material, however, Favorito pointed out that the request was made three weeks after they purchased a $30 million, 660,000-square-foot warehouse for elections.

The argument regarding question #3, “Will the plaintiff be irreparably injured by denial of the return of the property?”, is laughable.

“They actually tried to say that they would [be irreparably injured] for a reason that was just so unbelievable because they said well, now with all of this exposure, there’s all these open records requests and we have to have the original records in order to fulfill those open records requests,” Tamara Favorito said.  “I just wanted to stand up and scream, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me!…Now they want to fill the open records requests!”

Ryan Macias, who worked for the non-governmental organizations The Elections Group at the time, also testified.  Favorito said that during the hearing, it came up that Macias was paid $400 per hour for 50-plus hours worth of work and was involved in the elections process in Fulton County.  “By default, being conflicted, that should have been enough to boot his testimony right out of there,” Favorito stated.

In January, The Gateway Pundit reported that Joseph Rossi, who is party to an amicus brief submitted in this case, testified before the Georgia State Election Board last January that The Elections Group was party to an email in which Fulton County acknowledged that it was aware of a discrepancy in the audit-turned-hand-count in November 2020.

This discrepancy was eventually discovered by Rossi and confirmed by Governor Brian Kemp.  It became the subject of SEB Complaint 2021-181 and part of the probable cause affidavit in the warrant obtained by the FBI.

The Gateway Pundit will follow-up with a more detailed breakdown of the claims, and rebuttals, made in the Petitioners’ brief.

Favorito joined the Why We Vote podcast on Badlands Media last evening to discuss the hearing.  For that specific segment, watch here or in the video below:

WATCH: JD Vance Tells Nick Shirley that Prosecutions for Fraud Schemes Are Imminent After He Takes Lead as Anti-Fraud Task Force Chair

A politician engages in an interview with a reporter in a formal setting, discussing key issues in front of wooden paneling.

Vice President JD Vance recently revealed that the federal government is moving quickly on prosecuting fraud and that a “significant ramp-up in the number of prosecutions” is expected “in a matter of months” during an interview with investigative reporter Nick Shirley.

Shirley previously uncovered billions of dollars in federal funds being stolen through Somali fraud schemes involving Minnesota daycare centers, bringing a spotlight on the mass abuse of welfare fraud in blue states across the country.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump named Vance the chairman of the White House’s new anti-fraud task force last week, along with Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson, who will serve as Vice Chairman.

WATCH: Trump Signs Executive Order Designating JD Vance Anti-Fraud Task Force Chair, Roasts Border Czar Kamala Harris – “This Will Not be Like a Kamala Where She Was Put in Charge of The Border”

President Trump announced during his State of the Union Speech last month that Vice President Vance would lead his administration’s “war on fraud.”

Vance told Shirley that under his leadership, the task force will coordinate with the Department of Justice and other agencies to bust fraud rings, unlike what has been done in the past. He further explained that the Department of Justice now has, for the first time, a “committed Anti-Fraud Task Force” and a “committed assistant attorney general who’s focused on the fraud issue.”

Collin McDonald, who was confirmed by the Senate this week to be the Assistant Attorney General (ASG) for fraud enforcement, will be sworn in next week, and “the plan is we got to start doing prosecutions as quickly as possible,” said Vance.

“I think in a matter of months, we should be seeing a significant ramp-up in the number of prosecutions that we’re seeing,” he added.

WATCH:

Shirley: Now that we have the fraud task force here inside the United States, what are we going to be doing different than something that we haven’t done before, to tackle fraud here?

Vance: Well, two really big things, Nick. So, first of all is we’re going to be coordinating across the government in a way that’s really never been done before to focus on anti-fraud. So, let’s say, for example, that Scott Bessent or somebody at the Secretary of Treasury’s office sees a fraudulent payment made, but it’s not, you know, it’s not at the Treasury Department, It’s at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid. There’s going to be coordination now so that when one person in the government sees fraud happening, they’re actually telling everybody else, so that we can get to the root of it and hopefully prosecute it.

And that leads me to my second point, and maybe the most important is we’ve never before within the Department of Justice had a committed Anti-Fraud Task Force, a committed assistant attorney general who’s focused on the fraud issue. What our new AAG focused on fraud has told me, that right now, we don’t even prosecute fraud that’s under $1.5 million, which means there’s a lot of fraudsters who never get caught, who never get punished. We’re changing that too.

Shirley: There’s people who are making $1.5 million, committing fraud, and they used to not be prosecuted. When can we expect to see prosecutions take place, for instance, for example, like the leaders at the leering center?

Vance: So, we just got AAG, our new AG, confirmed. He hasn’t even been sworn in yet. I’ll swear him in next week, actually. And look, I think the plan is we got to start doing prosecutions as quickly as possible. These cases take a little while to build. You’ve got to investigate, you’ve got to gather evidence.

But now that we have that guy set up, now that we have Colin McDonald set up, I think in a matter of months, we should be seeing a significant ramp up in the number of prosecutions that we’re seeing.

Ontario Leader Commends Homeowner Who Shot Intruder: ‘Congratulations for Shooting This Guy’

Image of a firearm overlayed with a prohibition symbol against the backdrop of the Canadian flag, symbolizing gun control debates in Canada.

Canada does not necessarily have the reputation of being a gun-friendly country, especially in relation to her neighbor to the south.

But one Ontario man was able to defend his home from an intruder with a firearm — and was commended by Ontario Premier Doug Ford for his valor.

At 1:00 a.m. on March 17, police officers responded to reports of a shooting in Vaughan, Ontario, per a report from CBC.

The police said multiple masked suspects — brandishing at least one firearm — forced entry into a home.

At the time, an elderly woman and a middle-aged man were home.

The suspects were recorded leaving the home and piling into a black pickup truck.

Shortly afterward, a 24-year-old man was dropped off at the hospital in the Toronto area.

Ford was asked to comment on the situation on March 18, and he replied that intruders “need to be shot,” per CBC.

“Congratulations for shooting this guy — should have shot him a couple more times as far as I’m concerned,” Ford reacted.

The official meanwhile condemned federal authorities in Canada for “going after legal, law-abiding gun owners,” and blasted “weak-kneed judges” who allow repeat offenders out of prison.

“They always want to protect the bad guys, the judges always want to protect the Charter rights — how about the charter of rights of the people, to keep them safe rather than always protecting these criminals,” Ford commented.

“I’m just sick and tired of it.”

The 24-year-old suspect who was dropped off at the hospital is known to police.

He now faces charges of robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent, and breaching a probation order.

The individual is known to police for “numerous violent offenses” — including a high-speed chase in July 2020, during which he rode a stolen truck with the owner’s eight-year-old daughter still inside.

Despite Ford’s support of self-defense, other senior Canadian officials condemned his statement.

New Democratic Party Leader Marit Stiles asserted that Ford’s remarks were “very irresponsible nonsense.”

“This premier has been premier of this province for eight long years now,” she said.

“If people in Ontario feel less safe today, then that’s on him as the premier of this province.”

Green Party Leader Mike Schreiner also claimed it was “irresponsible for the Premier to be making comments encouraging violence or celebrating the loss of life.”

“He should focus on investing in measures that will make our province safer and empower first responders to do their jobs to serve and protect our communities,” he added.

The Peptide Secret Big Pharma Has Been Sitting On – And Why You Finally Don’t Need a Needle to Get It

Senior man jogging along a coastal trail at sunset, showcasing an active lifestyle and scenic outdoor exercise.

Right now, somewhere in a gleaming office park, a pharmaceutical executive is enjoying a very expensive meal – paid for, in part, by the money you spent on anti-inflammatories that don’t actually fix a single thing. They mask. They numb. They keep you coming back for refills like clockwork, because that’s not medicine – that’s a broken system.

Here’s what the establishment doesn’t want becoming common knowledge: your body already knows how to heal itself. The problem isn’t that your muscles, tendons, joints, and gut have forgotten how to repair – it’s that as you age, the molecular signals telling your cells to get to work go quiet. Scientists identified specific peptides – BPC-157, TB-500, KPV – that act like a bullhorn for your body’s own repair crews, and your biology already recognizes every one of them.

Until very recently, the only way to get these peptides into your system at a therapeutic level was with a syringe. Which meant most sensible, needle-averse people never got access to this technology at all. That just changed.

The Wellness Company – founded by principled, freedom-minded physicians who publicly stood against the medical establishment when it counted – has taken those three clinically researched peptides and put them into an oral liquid formula called REGENERATE, powered by their proprietary AQA™ delivery technology. No needles. No clinic visits. No prescription gatekeepers.

Just 30 drops in a small glass of cold water, first thing in the morning, and you’ve delivered injectable-grade peptides to a system that’s been waiting for exactly this signal. This isn’t a workaround or a compromise. It’s a legitimate breakthrough available to you right now.

Let’s talk specifics, because you deserve them. BPC-157 restores gut barrier integrity and dramatically accelerates the healing of muscles, tendons, and ligaments – working at the cellular level to repair actual tissue, not just quiet the pain signal. TB-500 promotes cellular regeneration, builds flexibility, and encourages your body to grow new healthy tissue where damaged tissue has been sitting stagnant. And KPV supports immune balance and helps your body mount a healthy inflammatory response instead of the chronic, low-grade inflammation that quietly destroys your quality of life year after year.

Maybe you’ve seen “miracle” supplements come and go – good, because healthy skepticism is a virtue. But peptides work fundamentally differently than the turmeric capsules and fish oil softgels gathering dust in your cabinet. They communicate directly with your cells, activating repair pathways that generic supplements can’t even reach – and The Wellness Company’s AQA™ delivery system is specifically engineered to protect these peptides from being degraded in your gut before they can do their job.

When did you last wake up without something hurting? When did you last finish a physical day without paying for it the next morning? If you’re like most people who’ve lived with any degree of grit, you’ve quietly accepted a version of your physical life that’s significantly diminished from what it once was.

The folks using REGENERATE are reporting something that sounds almost too good to be true – but isn’t. Shirley, a verified buyer, said her shoulder showed dramatic healing after just one week when nothing else had touched it. Bianka, who trains five days a week in bootcamps and endurance work, woke up on day five without the kinks and soreness she’d accepted as normal.

Don’t overlook the gut piece – especially if you’re 55 or older. BPC-157 specifically targets gut barrier integrity, and when your gut heals, a whole cascade of downstream problems starts resolving too: energy, mood, immune resilience, even joint inflammation. REGENERATE isn’t just a joint supplement wearing peptide clothing – it’s a whole-body recovery system that starts at the foundation.

You haven’t heard about this before because peptide therapy was historically the domain of elite athletes and well-connected biohackers with access to compounding pharmacies – not regular Americans. The physicians who built The Wellness Company stood publicly against a medical consensus they knew was wrong when the stakes were highest, and they built this company on the premise that you deserve access to real medicine without bureaucratic interference. REGENERATE is that philosophy in a bottle.

The formula is clean – allergen free, vegan friendly, with exactly 1mg of each peptide per serving. Go to The Wellness Company right now, take it every morning for 30 days, and find out what your body is actually capable of when you give it the right signals – because you’ve worked too hard and sacrificed too much to spend the second half of your life waiting for a system that’s already failed you to finally get it right.

Texas Man Lashes Out in Stabbing Attack After Hearing Bible Conversation

A conversation about the Bible on public transit in Austin, Texas, sent one man into a stabbing spree.

Rogerio Martinez, 54, was arrested on March 13 for the alleged attack.

A woman and her friend had reportedly been discussing the Bible on the No. 3 bus, which prompted Martinez to say “I’m tired of hearing your voice,” per a report from KEYE-TV.

He lunged at the woman’s friend with a kitchen knife he had been carrying.

An affidavit regarding the incident said that surveillance video captured Martinez stabbing a man in the back.

He then pulled out the knife and stabbed him thrice more, with the victim raising his hands in self-defense.

Another passenger pushed Martinez away, leading Martinez to allegedly stab him in the right leg.

Both victims survived, but the first victim was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center in critical condition.

Austin City Councilmember Vanessa Fuentes reacted to the incident by saying that safety improvements need to be made.

“And I will be working with our leaders of CapMetro, our transit authority to see where else we might be helpful,” she said, per KEYE.

CapMetro, the public transit agency for Austin, remarked in a statement that “since the launch of the CapMetro Transit Police Department in June 2025, the department has averaged about two calls for service for every 10,000 customers across the system.”

“About 67% of those calls are proactive, meaning officers are initiating activity through patrols, safety checks, and engagement with riders and staff to help promote safety and security,” the statement added.

Aidan Hearn, the fellow passenger who intervened and was stabbed in the leg, said in an interview with KXAN that he saw “somebody that was in pain and distress and there was no other decision to be made.”

“I looked up and I saw the man attacking the first victim,” Hearn said, per the outlet.

“The attacker and I struggled for maybe a minute, might have been two,” Hearn continued. “I end up kicking him in the chest to make sure he stays in the seat he was in, so he could not get up and pursue the guy, which is when he decided to lash out with the knife.”

Hearn is visually impaired, and in addition to the stab wounds in his leg, he sustained deep cuts on his hand.

“I went into shock for a little bit, but she was able to hold me and calm me and tell me everything is going to be okay,” Hearn continued.

“An incredibly kind gentleman helped me take my belt off and applied a tourniquet to my leg, which with a little bit of hindsight probably saved it.”

Martinez has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, per KEYE.

He was booked into the Travis County Correctional Complex, and he faces a cumulative $200,000 bond.

Pathetic Rep. Eric Swalwell Accused of Breaking House Rules by Hitting Up Colleagues for Cash for His AI Startup

Political commentator discusses current events on the show All In with Chris Hayes, featuring a backdrop of a city skyline at night.

Rep. Eric Swalwell and his former chief of staff are facing accusations that they may have violated House ethics rules by aggressively pitching his personal AI startup to fellow Democrats in Congress in order to enrich themselves.

According to a new report from NOTUS, Swalwell and Yardena Wolf, who served as his congressional chief of staff until late 2025 and now manages his campaign for California governor, repeatedly contacted House Democrats and political operatives last year to promote Findraiser, an AI-powered fundraising tool he co-founded in 2024.

Findraiser markets itself as an AI tool that analyzes donor databases to help campaigns optimize fundraising.

“He is relentless in pushing [Findraiser]” an unnamed Democrat operative “currently working with multiple congressional campaigns” told NOTUS. “He’s peddling the sh-t out of that thing.”

The New York Post reports that the duo texted, emailed, and made in-person pitches where they described the company as “a great new way to fundraise that was going to make everyone’s life easier,” sources told the Post.

Wolf reportedly also tried to set up product demos for colleagues.

Swalwell Misses More Votes Than a Dead Congressman While Lounging at Donor’s $23M Beverly Hills Mansion During Gubernatorial Campaign

Multiple sources described the effort as unsettling and unseemly, with one California political strategist calling Swalwell “a running joke” and noting the company has been a punchline among consultants and staffers for over a year.

Another source told the paper, “They were really hitting up everyone. I bet every California member probably got outreach.”

One operative claimed the pitches were tied to legislative favors, “The only way you get Swalwell to sign on to your bills is if you take this weird call from his chief of staff.”

House ethics rules prohibit members from using their official position, or creating the appearance of doing so, for private financial gain.

The House Ethics Committee has warned lawmakers against promoting products in which they have a financial interest.

Swalwell has disclosed owning a stake in Findraiser valued between $200,000 and $500,000.

So far, the company has generated roughly $60,000 in revenue from just over a dozen Democratic campaigns, many connected to Swalwell’s political network.

Micah Beasley, a spokesperson for Swalwell’s gubernatorial campaign, refused to comment on specific questions about Findraiser, but told NOTUS, “Congressman Swalwell is working to help Democrats win up and down the ticket. Whether that’s through utilizing 21st Century technology or talking to voters directly about the issues that matter most — he will continue to use every tool he can to fight Donald Trump and his MAGA cronies.”

NOTUS reports:

Beasley told NOTUS last week that Swalwell and Wolf consulted with the House Ethics Committee about Findraiser and that Swalwell receives no income from the company. Swalwell’s campaign did not provide any information about Wolf’s income.

House rules prohibit lawmakers and their staff from using their “political influence, the influence of [their] position … to make pecuniary gains,” according to the House Ethics Committee rules for outside employment. “In any event, the Standards Committee routinely advises Members and staff to avoid situations in which even an inference might be drawn suggesting improper conduct.”

The House Ethics Committee has also advised lawmakers against using their official position to even promote or endorse any products.

“Members of the House of Representatives are widely recognizable public servants. Even when they make no explicit mention of their official position, when Members actively engage in commercial sales or endorsements, they may create the perception that they are making use of their official position for commercial gain,” House Ethics Committee leadership wrote in an advisory opinion.
