Detective Angel E. Artola from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office speaks during an interaction in West Palm Beach, Florida, on March 30th at 3:00 PM.

A law enforcement officer showed up to the O’Keefe Media Group headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida,

“Police showed up at my office looking for me,” James O’Keefe said.

“We don’t know what this is about,” he said.

“Nobody has been arrested in our recent videos. We have another coming tomorrow showing more crimes on tape,” he added.

“I can promise you he’s not going to jail, it’s not a criminal act. Okay, that I can promise you, 100%, okay?” a detective from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said to OMG staffers.

“Even more concerning that nobody’s yet been arrested from our recent investigative videos in California but the police are showing up to my office here in Florida,” he said.

We have another video coming out tomorrow, so stay tuned for that,” James said.

WATCH:

James O’Keefe is dropping another undercover video this week related to his work exposing the ballot petition fraud in Los Angeles, California.

The O’Keefe Media Group last Tuesday released video evidence of more California election fraud crimes.

Undercover journalists revealed that homeless people are being paid by petitioners to forge real voters’ signatures to sign ballot petitions on Skid Row.

“In Part II of Cash for Ballots, series hidden camera footage shows petition circulators paying homeless individuals $2–$3 per form to sign ballot petitions using the names and addresses of real registered voters and forging their signatures,” James O’Keefe said.

“Circulators provided printed lists of voters, assigned identities, and directed the homeless individuals exactly what to write, monitoring them to ensure the information matched so the circulators get paid,” O’Keefe said.

Boston BLM Fraudster and “Bostonian of the Year” Must Return $220K in Funds Stolen Through Fraud

Monica Cannon-Grant/ Screencap of YouTube video.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Monica Cannon-Grant, 44, a Boston-based Black Lives Matter activist who stole more than $100,000 in COVID funds and other financial resources to fund her lavish lifestyle, was sentenced to ZERO jail time.

Instead, she got six months of home confinement, followed by four years of probation.

Cannon-Grant is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of a Boston-based nonprofit who was sentenced in January in federal court in Boston for using thousands of dollars in donations to Violence in Boston (VIB) to pay for personal expenses; defrauding the City of Boston out of COVID-19 relief funds and rental assistance money; defrauding the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office out of Community Reinvestment Grant funds; filing false tax returns; and failing to file tax returns for two years.

Cannon-Grant was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Angel Kelley to four years’ probation, with six months of home detention and 100 hours of community service.

She was also ordered to pay restitution of $106,003 as well as forfeiture in an amount to be decided at a later date.

Now, a federal judge has ordered her to pay back an additional $224,063.

Per Mass Daily News:

The forfeiture amount includes roughly $181,000 in diverted donations from Violence in Boston Inc., the nonprofit she founded, more than $33,000 in fraudulent pandemic unemployment benefits, and about $12,600 in rental assistance benefits, according to a copy of the court order.

That’s on top of the $106,000 in restitution Kelley already ordered at Cannon-Grant’s sentencing in January, when the judge gave her four years of probation, six months of home detention, and 100 hours of community service — no prison time, despite prosecutors requesting 18 months behind bars.

*********

Behind the scenes, according to federal prosecutors, she and her husband Clark Grant were spending the money on themselves. Vacations. Car rentals. Dining out. The couple raised more than $1 million for the charity and received nearly $60,000 in pandemic relief funds intended to feed people in need — then treated it like a personal checking account.

Cannon-Grant is not the only BLM activist to face charges. In December, The Gateway Pundit reported that a federal grand jury returned a 25-count indictment against Tashella Sheri Amore Dickerson, 52.

Dickerson, an executive director of Black Lives Matter Oklahoma, was charged with 20 counts of wire fraud and five counts of money laundering.

The DOJ shared, “On December 3, 2025, a federal Grand Jury returned a 25-count Indictment, charging Dickerson with 20 counts of wire fraud and five counts of money laundering. For each count of wire fraud, Dickerson faces up to 20 years in federal prison, and a fine of up to $250,000. For each count of money laundering, Dickerson faces up to ten years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 or twice the amount of the criminally derived property involved in the transaction.”

According to the charging documents, Dickerson, through BLMOKC, raised more than $5.6 million, but rather than using the money to bail out George Floyd rioters, she used millions to fund her lavish lifestyle.

Federal prosecutors said Dickerson funneled over $3.5 million to her personal accounts and spent it on vacations, six properties in Oklahoma City, retail shopping, and food.

Basketball Legend Charles Barkley Sparks Backlash After Launching an Idiotic Attack on Trump’s Immigration Policies During March Madness (VIDEO)

Americans who were tuning in to watch Sunday’s classic Duke-UConn Elite Eight NCAA Tournament matchup were treated to an immigration lecture from legendary NBA player and broadcaster Charles Barkley. And they were not happy.

As Fox News reported, CBS shared a legal immigration story concerning UConn star forward Alex Karaban during the pregame. They talked about how his mother arrived in Massachusetts from Ukraine with her parents and grandparents in 1996.

Meanwhile, Karaban’s father, Alexei, immigrated to the U.S. from Belarus on a work visa in 2001. One year later, Alex was born in Southborough.

Despite the story’s non-political nature, Sir Charles used the moment to launch an ill-informed attack on President Trump’s immigration policies, calling the treatment of immigrants in America “a travesty and disgrace.”

In the process, he not only failed to provide a single example of immigrants being abused, but also made no distinction between illegal and legal migrants.

Barkley then closed by saying that immigrants built America and said everyone should respect them. Once again, he failed to distinguish between legal and illegal aliens.

WATCH:

BARKLEY: I want to be careful with my words right now because this is a really touchy subject for me. I love that kid and his family, but the way some of these other immigrants are getting treated in our country right now is a travesty and a disgrace.

I think there’s a difference between amazing immigrants and criminal immigrants. I think what’s going on in our country, what we’re doing to some of these amazing immigrants, is really unfortunate, and it’s really sad.

And that’s a great immigrant story. We have a lot of great immigrant stories out there that their stories need to be told, but some of the stuff that’s happening to immigrants in our country right now is really unfortunate, and it’s really unfair.

But immigrants built this country, and we should admire them and respect them.

Unlike UConn’s miraculous game-winning three with 0.4 seconds left following a Duke turnover, this take from Barkley proved a complete airball with Americans.

NEW: Justice Department Sues Minnesota for Allowing Boys in Girls’ Sports and Intimate Spaces

The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) on Monday, alleging sex-based discrimination by allowing boys to compete in girls’ sports and use girls’ locker rooms and bathrooms.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is a well-known advocate for these policies, and he infamously signed a 2023 law, directing all public schools to provide free menstrual products to all menstruating students, including trans students, in grades 4 to 12.

The 45-page lawsuit was filed in Minnesota federal court, arguing that the “unfair, intentionally discriminatory practice violates the very core of Title IX of the Education Amendments.”

“Title IX’s core purpose is to ensure that both boys and girls have equal educational opportunities. This includes protecting girls’ equal educational athletic opportunities by recognizing that boys have an inherent biological advantage in sports,” the filing reads, noting male and female athletes have “undeniable physiological differences.”

“But Minnesota casts this aside in favor of so-called “gender identity,” a choice that elevates ideology over biology, fairness, and safety. In open defiance of Title IX’s antidiscrimination protections, Minnesota’s policies and practices create unfair competition, deny girls equal educational opportunities, and expose girls to a hostile educational environment with heightened risks of physical injury and psychological harm.”

It further points to the over $3 billion in federal funding that the Minnesota Department of Education receives annually from the US Department of Education (USDOE), arguing that Minnesota has a duty to comply with USDOE’s regulations implementing Title IX.

The MDE also receives approximately $42.6 million annually from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and is required to comply with HHS’s regulations implementing Title IX

President Trump’s Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports executive order directs the USDOE to prioritize Title IX enforcement actions “against educational institutions (including athletic associations composed of or governed by such institutions) that deny female students an equal opportunity to participate in sports and athletic events by requiring them, in the women’s category, to compete with or against or to appear unclothed before males.”

The Department of Justice asked the court to block the state’s policy of abolishing sex-separated sports and intimate spaces, monitor their compliance with Title IX, and to compensate female athletes and correct girls’ athletic records that have been set by male athletes.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Education Secretary Linda McMahon issued statements on the lawsuit in a press release:

“The Trump Administration does not tolerate flawed state policies that ignore biological reality and unfairly undermine girls on the playing field,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “This Department of Justice is proud to partner with HHS and the Department of Education to protect our girls in Minnesota and across the country.”

“The Justice Department cannot ignore a state’s brazen defiance of federal antidiscrimination law,” said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “In service of radical gender ideology, Minnesota’s actions violate Title IX and deny female athletes their hard-earned trophies, records, dignity, and safety.”

“We will not allow girls to be denied equal opportunity and basic privacy,” said Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. “Title IX is clear: schools that accept federal funding must protect the rights, safety, and dignity of female students.”

“The Trump Administration will always fight for the safety and civil rights of women and girls,” said U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. “Minnesota’s policies allow men to dominate women’s sports, denying female athletes fair competition and eroding their right to equal access in educational programs and activities. Thank you to Attorney General Bondi for bringing this fight to the courts to hold Minnesota accountable.”

This is a developing story.

BACK TO THE MOON: Crewed Lunar Mission Artemis II Confirmed for Wednesday as NASA Says It’s ‘Ready’ for Historic Launch

In two days, Space exploration goes larger-than-life again.

While the MSM is doing its best not to acknowledge how historic the Artemis II mission will be, the day when humans return to the moon is upon us.

NASA is confirming Wednesday, April 1st, as the target date for the launch of the lunar mission.

The technical teams have found ‘zero technical issues’ leading up to the liftoff that will fly astronauts around the moon and back.

Space.com reported:

“That Artemis 2 launch window opens on Wednesday at 6:24 p.m. EDT (2324 GMT) and extends for two hours. If the launch is delayed or scrubbed for any reason, there are more opportunities for liftoff through April 6. But still, NASA officials are voicing a high degree of confidence in the mission’s chances of launching on the agency’s massive Space Launch System (SLS) rocket on time. Notably, NASA completed a flight readiness review for the mission ahead of SLS’ rollout to the pad on March 20, and has since flagged no issues or risk acceptances that need closing before clearing Artemis 2 to launch.”

Lori Glaze, NASA’s acting associate administrator:

“Our flight systems are ready, the ground systems are ready, our launch and operations teams are ready, and our flight operations team in Houston are also ready. The crew arrived yesterday, and I know that they’re ready – they are more than ready.”

While technically all is ready, there is a 20% chance of weather conditions that may force the launch to be postponed.

“But hopes are high for the big day: Artemis 2 will be the first crewed mission of NASA’s Artemis program, which endeavors to ultimately return astronauts to the surface of the moon and build an eventual base there. The mission will fly NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Koch, as well as Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen, on a 10-day mission around the moon aboard a spacecraft called Orion.”

Senate Gavels In, Gavels Out — Adjourns in 30 Seconds, REFUSES to Take Up House DHS Funding Bill as Shutdown Drags On

News anchor reporting live from Capitol Hill on Senate funding discussions, with a statue visible in the background.

The dysfunction in Washington reached a new low Monday morning.

The U.S. Senate briefly came to order and just as quickly gaveled out in a matter of seconds, adjourning until 7 a.m. Thursday without taking action on the House-passed bill to fully fund the Department of Homeland Security.

It can be recalled that the House of Representatives on Friday approved a Republican-led measure to fully fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for eight weeks.

The bill passed by a vote of 213–203, with all Republicans voting in favor and three Democrats.

The late-night vote capped a turbulent day on Capitol Hill after House leadership rejected a Senate deal that would have funded most DHS operations while withholding money from key enforcement agencies, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Border Patrol.

But instead of engaging, the Senate effectively ignored the legislation altogether.

The “pro forma” session was presided over by Sen. John Hoeven (R-ND), who brought the chamber to order and then adjourned it almost immediately, effectively shelving the House GOP bill that would fund all of DHS for the next two months.

WATCH:

Sen. Mike Lee blasted this political theater in an X post, stating:

This is the Senate’s *second* recess since the DHS shutdown began

The Senate shouldn’t have taken the last one (right after the impasse began) either, but it certainly shouldn’t take this one—a two-week recess 40 days into the crisis

This is insane

And inhumane

The Senate should convene immediately and debate funding proposals until DHS is fully funded

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Democrat Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware attended the pro forma session.

Chris Coons openly admitted he was physically present in the chamber for one reason: To block any attempt to pass the House bill.

“Just in case a Republican member showed up and said, ‘I ask unanimous consent that we fund ICE and Border Patrol,’ or that ‘we adopt the House bill,’ I was there to object,” Coons said.

“I was here just in case there were some shenanigans, and there was a Democrat needed to block an attempt at taking up and passing the Save act, which would disenfranchise millions of Americans, or full funding for DHS with no reforms for ICE or Border Patrol,” Coons said.

Press secretary delivers a statement at the White House briefing room, flanked by the American flag and the White House seal.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will deliver a press briefing this afternoon as the war in Iran enters its fifth week.

This comes as President Trump says he is close to a deal with Iran and that the war could be over “soon.”

Trump on Sunday said Iran is “agreeing with us” on his 15-point plan and that some oil is being allowed to flow through the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran closed to shipping after Operation Epic Fury began.

“It’s really a new regime. It’s a group of people, people that we’ve never dealt with before, that are acting very reasonable. It is truly regime change,” he said.

On Monday, Trump threatened to escalate the war by targeting Iran’s energy and warer infrastructure “if for any reason a deal is not shortly reached.”

President Trump Pauses Iranian Energy Plant Destruction, Announces New Deadline

Trump is also reportedly weighing the option of a ground invasion as thousands of additional troops are deployed to the Middle East.

When asked about ground troops on Sunday, Trump said, “I just have lots of alternatives,” also noting, “we have tremendous numbers of ships over there.”

The press briefing is scheduled to begin at 1 pm ET.

Iran War Enters 31st Day: Trump Threatens Water and Energy Attacks

The Iran War entered its 31st day on Monday as President Donald Trump threatened in a Truth Social post to “conclude our lovely ‘stay’ in Iran by blowing up and completely obliterating all of their Electric Generating Plants, Oil Wells and Kharg Island (and possibly all desalinization plants!).” Trump said he would carry out the threat unless a deal is reached to end the war “shortly” and if the Strait of Hormuz isn’t immediately opened.

On Monday morning, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei said Tehran has held no direct talks with Washington and dismissed as baseless Trump’s claims that it had accepted U.S. proposals.

Trump is considering a military operation, likely involving ground forces remaining in the country for several days at least, to extract nearly 1,000 pounds of enriched uranium from Iran, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. The potential plan surfaced after Fox News host Mark Levin and political columnist Marc Thiessen, a former speechwriter for George W. Bush, floated the idea on Saturday evening. “Why would we need troops on the ground?” Levin said, in a segment Trump promoted on Truth Social. “We’ve got to get the uranium.”

Aboard Air Force One on Sunday, Trump said that Iran had given the U.S. “as a tribute” and “out of a sign of respect, 20 boats of oil — big, big boats of oil — going through the Hormuz Strait,” starting Monday, calling it evidence that “we’re doing extremely well in that negotiation.” The traffic Trump references appears tied to a separate Iran–Pakistan transit arrangement — not a U.S. escorted convoy.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Monday that Trump has “a number of options,” to “prevent” Iran from controlling and exerting a tolling system in the Strait of Hormuz. He declined to comment on what those options are. “They are making threats about controlling the Strait of Hormuz in perpetuity, creating a tolling system and the like. That’s not going to be allowed to happen,” Rubio said. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Fox News on Monday that “We’re seeing more and more ships go through on a daily basis,” but added that “over time, the U.S. is going to retain control of the straits, and there will be freedom of navigation, whether it is through U.S. escorts or a multinational escort.” Only seven ships were recorded transiting Hormuz on Sunday.

Several strikes targeted the U.S. logistics support camp at Victoria Base in Baghdad on Sunday. Videos circulating online show impacts, smoke, and explosions purportedly from the attack. The Iranian Army also said its drones targeted U.S. troop positions and radar facilities in the United Arab Emirates overnight.

Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy said on Sunday night that a building in one of their power stations and water desalination plants had been damaged by an attack. Satellite imagery appeared to show burn and smoke damage at the Doha West complex, which produces about 40 percent of the country’s desalinated water. Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the attacks as “heinous Iranian aggressions.” Iran’s IRGC denied responsibility for the desalination plant strikes, blaming the attacks on “the depravity of the Zionist occupiers,” instead.

An oil refinery in Haifa, Israel was hit by Iranian missiles overnight, the second strike on the facility during the current war. Footage from the scene showed black smoke rising into the sky.

Iranian state media said Monday morning that the Tabriz Petrochemical Complex, one of Iran’s major petrochemical producers, was hit by airstrikes.
