Chuck Schumer is promoting the SAVE Act without even realizing it.

While speaking to the press this week, the clearly panicked senator said that the SAVE Act would purge millions of people from the voter rolls. Does he mean illegal aliens and dead people? It’s probably safe to assume he does.

This is exactly why millions of patriotic Americans support the SAVE Act, Chuck.

Chuck Schumer criticized the proposed SAVE America Act, claiming that the legislation could purge millions from voter rolls.

The Senate minority leader also took aim at tech billionaire Elon Musk, alleging that an AI-driven system linked to his efforts could remove voters without notice. Schumer described the SAVE Act as a “pernicious” and “nasty” piece of legislation that he said could threaten voting rights across the country.

Speaking to reporters, Schumer claimed the legislation would allow large-scale purges of voter rolls using automated systems.

He alleged that an artificial intelligence system connected to efforts by Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) could remove millions of voters without notice.

The Democrat said, “Using an Al system set up by Musk and DOGE. So you could show up at the polling place this November, and they’d say you’re no longer on the rolls. They don’t even notify you of it.”

“Millions of people would be purged from their roles because of this system that Musk and DOGE put in. You wouldn’t be notified you’d show up at the polling place, and they’d say, sorry, Mr Jones, sorry, mystery, Miss Smith. You’re not, you’re not on the rolls anymore. They don’t even notify you,” he continued.

Last spring, Texas passed a bill that would allow schools to display the Ten Commandments in the classroom. Leftists are fighting it and it is still making its way through the legal system.

When this debate was happening, James Talarico claimed that displaying the Ten Commandments in schools is ‘violence.’

This is who Democrats are running for a U.S. Senate seat in Texas this year.

The “bill” in question is a Texas law passed in May of 2025 that would require public school classrooms to display the Ten Commandments. It passed the legislature along party lines and was signed by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott in September. Leftist sued to stop it and the law is currently making its way through the courts.

During debate over the bill, Talarico said the following…

This bill, to me, is not only unconstitutional, it’s not only un-American, I think it is also deeply un-Christian.

It does violence to both Christianity and Judaism. There are way more than Ten Commandments in the Jewish tradition—613 mitzvot—and Christianity has its own rich diversity of interpretations. This bill picks and chooses one version, promotes it in public schools, and ignores the beautiful diversity of both faiths. It has no historical basis in American history as a mandate for public education.

And let’s talk about the Founding Fathers—I am a lot more religious than some of our Founding Fathers.

Jack Smith subpoenaed phone records of former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline while he led the charge challenging the 2020 election as part of the former special counsel’s Arctic Frost investigation.

Phill Kline is currently a Liberty University Law School Professor and was the head of the Amistad Project of the Thomas Moore Society while he challenged the 2020 election.

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded Biden DOJ witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

The 2020 Trump alternate electors prompted the Biden DOJ to open the Arctic Frost investigation into Trump and hundreds of other individuals and organizations.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley recently revealed that former Special Counsel Jack Smith targeted the ‘entire Republican apparatus.’

Grassley said new disclosures revealed Jack Smith targeted conservative organizations such as TPUSA and the Republican Attorneys General Association.

“I’ve obtained through legally protected whistleblower disclosures,” Grassley said during a press conference last year. “197 subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith and his team. These subpoenas were issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions.”

Jack Smith subpoenaed Phill Kline’s records from October 2020 to January 31, 2021.

A new document obtained by The Tennessee Star reveals that former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline was among the 430 individuals or organizations who were subpoenaed by former special prosecutor Jack Smith as part of the Arctic Frost probe into the 2020 election contest by President Donald Trump and other Republicans, revealing for the first time that legal experts and organizations who sought to contest the results from outside the White House were included in Smith’s investigation.

The Star obtained correspondence from Verizon last week, notifying the Kline family on February 25 that its records had been subpoenaed by the U.S. Senate. The records requested related to an earlier subpoena obtained by Smith, and Verizon attached records revealing the special prosecutor’s office contacted the telecommunications company on August 1, 2023, to inform them of their obligation to produce Kline’s records to comply with a grand jury subpoena.

According to the letter from the special prosecutor’s office, the subpoena sought subscriber information, names, addresses, records for inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and voicemails, as well as the “[m]eans and source of payment,” to Verizon, which the document specified included the credit card or bank account Kline used to pay his phone bill.

It also sought any other phone numbers associated with Kline’s account, as well as the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses he used to access the internet using his Verizon-connected devices.

Like the Arctic Frost subpoenas that sought phone records for various Republicans in Congress, including at least eight U.S. senators, the order was signed by U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama who has sparred with the Trump administration.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi in November said during the Arctic Frost investigation, investigators found that Special Counsel Jack Smith seized President Trump’s government-issued phone.

Jack Smith also subpoenaed President Trump’s personal records.

Yamaha Motors Corp. has been in Orange County, California for almost 50 years, but has announced that they are leaving the state for greener pastures in Georgia.

This is just the latest example of a big company leaving California on Governor Gavin Newsom’s watch. The state is also losing population for the first time in history under Newsom.

And this is the guy Democrats are going to run for president in 2028? The guy who somehow managed to destroy California?

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is happy to gain the jobs and tax revenue.

The company’s headquarters in Cypress, California, had been its home since 1979 after Yamaha acquired the land the year before.

The manufacturer of ATVs, boat engines, personal watercraft, and other motorized products had already moved its marine business to Kennesaw in 1999 and its motorsports business in 2019.

“After many years of great partnership, we are honored and proud to welcome Yamaha’s American headquarters to the No. 1 state for business,” Kemp said in a statement. “This is another loud and clear testament to what we offer job creators from around the world. To any other California-based companies looking for a better home, we’ll give you plenty of reasons to keep Georgia on your mind.”

And while all of this is happening, California is debating a new ‘wealth tax.’

Half of California’s registered voters say they would back a ballot initiative — championed by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and opposed by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) — that would implement a one-time tax on the state’s ultrawealthy residents, according to the UC Berkeley Citrin Center for Public Opinion Research-POLITICO poll released Tuesday.

The poll found that 50 percent of respondents support the Billionaire Tax Act, a 5 percent tax on billionaires, with 41 percent who strongly support it and 9 percent who somewhat support it. Just over a quarter of voters, or 28 percent, say they oppose it, with 5 percent who somewhat oppose it and 22 percent who strongly oppose it.

Why do profitable companies keep leaving California for other states? It’s a real mystery.

A former Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officer, hailed as a “hero” on a controversial Capitol plaque honoring law enforcement’s response to the January 6, 2021 protests, has been slapped with a superseding indictment on multiple felony counts, including rape, sodomy, and abduction.

Timothy Valentin is currently sitting behind bars facing a mountain of felony charges.

Valentin joined the Metropolitan Police Department in 2016 and served as a patrol officer during the events of January 6.

He left the department in 2022, but authorities say the crimes he is accused of committing occurred in 2024 and 2025.

According to investigators, Valentin allegedly targeted women he met through dating apps, inviting them out for drinks before drugging and sexually assaulting them once they became incapacitated.

Police say victims have been identified in:

• Alexandria, Virginia
• Prince George’s County, Maryland
• Takoma Park, Maryland

In total, investigators believe nearly a dozen women may have been targeted.

Authorities say Valentin currently faces charges tied to four victims in Alexandria, while six victims have been identified in Prince George’s County, with charges filed in three of those cases. Another investigation remains active in Takoma Park.

News4 obtained court documents that provide disturbing details about the case that brought Valentin’s arrest in December. At a bond hearing, prosecutors told the judge Valentin is accused of taking the victim to O’Connell’s in Old Town, where both drank heavily.

According to the document, when the victim returned from the bathroom, she saw Valentin stirring something into her drink. She later passed out in his car. The woman told police she woke to him raping and sodomizing her.

Urine testing of the victim showed the presence of bromazolam, a sedative, in her system.

At the bond hearing, Valentin’s attorney said about the December case that the sex was consensual.

Court documents go on to say that when an Alexandria detective searched Valentin’s car, they found a law enforcement badge, a gun, prescription receipts, condoms and two sandwich bags with a white, powdery substance.

The documents say Valentin’s phone had dozens of video recordings of him engaged in sex acts with women who appeared to be intoxicated or incapacitated. News4 asked police how many women were shown on cellphone videos. They declined to answer.

Timothy Valentin is among the officers whose names appear on the controversial January 6 memorial plaques shoved down America’s throat by radical Democrats.

This is the same plaque pushed by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and his cronies, all while they continue to demonize peaceful Trump supporters as “domestic terrorists.”

The plaque in question was authorized by Congress as a sneaky earmark buried in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022, a bill sponsored by none other than Representative Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY).

While House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) successfully fought to delay the installation of this political prop in the House, liberal Senators like Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and Thom Tillis (R-NC) pushed through a resolution to display it in the Senate wing.

Next to the plaque is a QR code that leads visitors to a list of “heroes.” Right there on the list, hosted by the Architect of the Capitol, is Timothy Valentin.

Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein is speaking out from behind bars.

In a lengthy interview conducted from New York’s Rikers Island jail complex with The Hollywood Reporter, Weinstein lashed out at the #MeToo movement and the wave of allegations that ultimately landed him in prison.

Once one of the most powerful figures in Hollywood, Weinstein claimed the global backlash against him was really about money. .

“When Alyssa Milano said ‘Me too,’ she didn’t mean #MeToo about Harvey,” Weinstein said during the interview.

“She said ‘Me too,’ and then everybody said #MeToo about me. Every woman I was with, every friend that I had.”

“It was a march to the money pile,” he added.

“Did I make a pass at some of these women unsuccessfully? Did I overplay my hand? Yes,” he said. “But did I ever sexually assault a woman? No. I never did that.”

The former Miramax co-founder also suggested that the scandal quickly turned into a broader cultural purge within Hollywood.

Weinstein said he had been shunned by family members, close friends and people whose careers he made.

“Close friends. Family members. People who owe their entire careers to me,” he said. “They all just disappeared overnight.”

He added that even speaking to him has become taboo within the industry.

“This is a crazy culture. This is McCarthyism,” Weinstein said. “You take my phone call and you get canceled.”

Weinstein, who has spent years battling criminal convictions in New York and California, remains adamant that he will eventually clear his name.

“I will be proven innocent,” he said. “That I promise you.”

A high-stakes special election in Georgia is now headed to a runoff after no candidate secured a majority of the vote in Tuesday’s crowded race to replace former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in Congress.

Republican Clay Fuller, a district attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit who received the “complete and total endorsement” of President Donald Trump, will face Democrat Shawn Harris, a retired U.S. Army brigadier general and cattle farmer, in an April 7 runoff.

The race to fill Georgia’s 14th Congressional District seat drew a crowded field of candidates from multiple parties. Because Georgia uses a jungle-primary system, all candidates appeared on the same ballot, and the top two vote-getters advance if no one wins more than 50 percent.

Early results showed Harris receiving about 36.9% of the vote, while Fuller finished second with roughly 35.2%, sending both candidates into the runoff.

Fuller’s campaign was boosted by the endorsement of Donald Trump, who publicly backed the prosecutor earlier in the race.

The president’s support helped elevate Fuller in a crowded field that included numerous Republican candidates competing for the conservative base in the district.

On the flip side, Shawn Harris – a retired Army brigadier general and failed 2024 challenger to Greene – slithered into the runoff by consolidating the Democrat vote in this deep-red district that Trump carried by a whopping 37 points in 2024.

The seat became vacant earlier this year when Greene resigned from Congress, triggering a special election to fill the remainder of her term.

Greene’s abrupt resignation in January 2026 came after a public spat with President Trump.

“The spacecraft in question is the 1,323-pound (600-kilogram) Van Allen Probe A, which launched in August 2012 along with its twin, Van Allen Probe B, to study the radiation belts around Earth for which they’re named.”

Senator Lindsey Graham on Monday called for, sparking backlash from some Republicans who don’t want to see young Americans die in Iran.

Unlike the American families he’s demanding warm bodies from, Lindsey Graham has no children.

But Graham went on a more than 6-minute tirade on Monday night’s episode of Hannity, claiming that the Iranian Ayatollah was “miscalculated,” and that America was at risk of the Iranian “religious Nazis,” from which “we literally dodged a nuclear bullet.”

He further went on to trash non Jews and non Zionists, labeling them “anti-semites” and “isolationists.” I’m not with you. I’m with Israel. I will be with Israel to our dying day. They’re the best ally we could hope for,” he said.

Most alarmingly, Graham demanded that the people of South Carolina “send their sons and daughters over to the Mideast.”

Graham: I would just say this: When I go back to South Carolina, I try to make the argument, if we don’t hit them now, they will hit us later. When it comes to radical Islam, you may be tired of fighting them; they’re not tired of fighting you. When I ask people in South Carolina, how many people believe in this room, if the Ayatollah had a nuclear weapon he would use it, 90% raised their hand. I want to keep the war from coming here. The best way to protect America is hit them over there before they get here. The best way to protect America is to have allies. To our friends in Saudi Arabia, I am willing to do a treaty to go to war for you, but you got to step up and let America know you’re a reliable ally.

If you cannot join this fight— Iran has attacked your country viciously— what fight are you going to join? This is a time of choosing. We need to put a coalition together that stands against evil, that insists on a better Mideast. Let’s don’t go backward; let’s go forward. And just finish on this, to the American people, we live in a world of great danger. You ignore this danger at your own peril. And in Donald J. Trump, you have a common-sense, reasoned man. Nancy Mace, the Republican Congresswoman, also from South Carolina, questioned Graham’s mental sanity. Mace shared the clip, commenting, “What in the world would possess anyone to say this?”

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna also chimed in, slamming Graham’s demands for US troops on the ground in Iran and demanding that he be “the first to volunteer.”

“There are some in the Senate that advocate for war everywhere. Lindsey Graham is one of them. He does NOT tell the President what to do, nor does he control Congress,” Luna said.

“I have spoken with the administration a number of times, as well as other members of Congress over the last week or so, and nothing has changed regarding boots on the ground. NO BOOTS on the ground. ”

Even RINO John “the Maverick” McCain’s daughter, Meghan McCain, railed against Graham, calling for “anyone who will listen in the Trump administration to stop sending this man out as a surrogate.”

“He is scaring people and doing damage to whatever message you’re trying to sell to the American public about the Iran war,” she said.
